  I love Gears of War. Its been in my life for 20 years. EDay is heading in the right direction for the series for sure. OG gears fans need to understand that bringing in new players is going to require compromise so the game we love will stay alive. Feedback from the beta: Weapons - Lancer Proto: Revert the damage buff and increase accuracy a little. Reduce stopping power slightly. There's really no way to move around it unless you smoke Lancer Mk1: Make the accuracy worse Gnasher: Reduce gib range just a hair and smoothen damage drop off. Make the pellet pattern 100% consistent (if it isnt) Snub: Reduce damage slightly Incinerator: Fix odd issues trying to shoot from slide or cover tansition. Reduce Magazine size to 2 Gut Puncher: No spare ammo, its too strong Hammerburst: This weapon felt good Vulcan: I think its in a good spot Grenades in general: Adjust throw distance, its just a little too short. Tagging enemies should come back. I think thats a fair compromise to remove mines Longshot: This weapon is in a good spot Movement: Remove UpA speed boost. Movement should be consistent across the board Wallbouncing is in a good spot. Its fast if you do it right. Hyper bouncing is unrealistic (this is good) Sliding: Fix weird collision inconsistencies. If you slide into team mates or bodies you can literally disappear, died to this several times. Sprinting: I personally do not like how slow it is to turn the camera when sprinting, but I understand why it is this way. My only real problem with sprinting is the shooting delay from sprint. 15 years of muscle memory is gone since Im so used to shooting immediately out of a roadie run. Im not sure how to fix this or why its even in place, but worth discussing. Adjusting this may help the gnasher against rifles too. Mantle kick should come back, not sure about cover yank but mantle kick was fine. The Beta has been great so far. I've been waiting for years for another gears game and this one is poised to deliver a great experience. One thing TC, please do not cave to the gnasher only community and make the sole focus of the game gnasher wallbouncing. Everyone touts Gears 3 as being the best (myself included) and in 3 you could spawn in with a RETRO LANCER/SAWED OFF. All of the weapons worked and filled their roles perfectly. That should be the true end goal. The tunings in 3 rarely changed if at all. Please stick to this mentality. Nobody likes learning a new tuning every month, it's terrible. Make ONE tuning and stick to it across all game modes (no "competitive" tunings, they divided the already small player base). I cant wait to play the actual game in October.   @CoalitionGears Disable Ray Tracing immediately Fire Matt Searcy - game is terrible you need to push the release back another year and fix the game it plays like ***! You are all terrible and need to quit. Hire real game developers- so bad!

  @Gnomonknows @EpicGames Epic Games hasn't been involved with Gears of War since Judgement in 2013. it's @CoalitionGears that's developing it. also, Active Reloads has been a thing since Gears 2. also, the fact that you're sad about no more wall bouncing proves that you were part of the problem

  @XxiKGixX @GearsofWar @XBOX My biggest issue is that the distance you need to be to actually use cover like a regular human is way too close. It makes everything else feel very odd in terms of movement.

  Give #gearsofwar a chance they have problems but it’s a beta. Let them have a chance to hear your complaints so they can make the game better. 🤞
