@PezRadar Blizz techs need to chill with the roll backs. If servers need to be shut down for a while, or players can't get in, that's fine for now. What's not cool is players losing items and level progression after a "fix". That's a sacrifice, not a fix. Please respect players' times.

@RodFergusson @JoelH1612 @PezRadar Not a straightforward fix yet it wasn't an issue in Beta. So something drastically changed after Beta that was never tested before release yesterday. Bad QA process. 29+ hours of downtime for 1000's. Sigh ..

@PezRadar Little customer service tip, maybe show some sympathy in your update. State that "we understand how frustrated you are", hell just acknowledge that a LOT of paying and loyal customers are in a ****** situation right now. No apology, no "we know you're frustrated" anywhere
