I can wait on the support if I know I'm at least being helped at some point. The fact that you don't even care about your customers enough to respond with anything is sad. Hire people or fix GTA.

Each time, I’m told the details provided in the form can’t be verified and the ticket gets closed without any resolution. What do I need to do to recover my account?
