    Hey @RockstarSupport I lost my old email, which is connected to my Rockstar Account. When I login, I need to enter a verfication code, which I cant access. Unable to play GTA5 or RDR2 which is paid for. Support is closing all tickets. Can you PLEASE help me to recover my account?

    @RockstarSupport Hi Rockstar Support, I'm having a frustrating login issue with **Red Dead Redemption 2** on Steam that has completely locked me out of the game. When I launch the game, the Rockstar Launcher opens and asks me to log in. It then prompts for a 2-step verification code from an authenticator app. I don't have access to the old app, so I installed a new one on my phone. However, I can't link the new authenticator because it requires me to log in first — creating a loop I can't escape. I searched my email for backup codes but couldn't find any. When I tried to submit a support ticket on the Rockstar Support website, I keep getting a "**connection error**" (this happens even with my VPN turned off). I'm completely unable to play the game I purchased. Could you please help me regain access to my Rockstar account? Any assistance with resetting the 2FA or manually assisting with the login would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! Best regards.

    @videotech @RockstarGames When you say HDR menus break, have you tried without DLSS? For me, that's what causes issues in the game's brightness/HDR menus

    @RockstarSupport Im tryna get my 2fa removed as its been deleted of the google authenticator app, ive tried multiple times to create a new ticket so i can prove i own the account and its keeps giving me an error,can you help please?

    @NotKierStarmer @videotech @RockstarGames I know, I said "even right now" But it's not official. It should just be in the settings menu by default. And official implementation is always better than an override which can have some issues.

    @RockstarSupport Rockstar won't help me access my account. I can't verify it since my Yahoo address doesn't receive verification emails. I can't get any help from Yahoo. I will be unable to play any Rockstar titles again in my life due to this software / verification problem.

    @Kakatasweet @RockstarGames @RockstarSupport Unfortunately that's just how the R* editor works, it's funky like that in a lot of ways (a lot of stuff like that doesn't get captured, and this was always the issue). I don't think they are going to fix it, but we can at least hope that with VI, this will be different.
