@_NickMorrison @RedesignAll There's no such legal requirement and very few GTA municipalities provide the service on a large scale. Vaughan and Richmond Hill are the only other two in the GTA. In Toronto the program grew thanks to the tendency to "level up" after amalgamation. /1

@inseptio025 @RockstarSupport hey man there seems to be a few people with this issue, me having it too and social club don’t work either WITH wifi. i tried my own phone network and i send a ticket.. but they just answer with bots giving the same response to clear cache and blabla
