@LawlessKahlil @cafreeland The real estate price in the GTA is function of many variables and players in the market. The main problem is that there is no more land in downtown Toronto and the green belt around the city. City’s fees, lack of contractors, and materials are other factors

@BlueCerealEduc When families are broken apart comes less civic mindedness, etc. Much like the video games (I play gta and rdr etc) you speak of - we are desensitized to that being the only fulfillment we can get. Real life sucks a lot of the time. Idle ramblings on a Saturday morning.

I finally got to witness my first real life one punch knockout! It was two homeless guys outside a 7/11 but bro got slumped so perfectly it looked like GTA fr. Fell straight to concrete. The fight was broken up right after. Everyone is okay.
