    @EthanTSantos @Halo I just hopped into my first download (after it updated) as well, but it seems “new” with problems. Can’t buy a new Battle Pass and have all my old progression from last time. Seems like something isn’t right. This happen for you?

    Hey @Unyshek, @ske7ch, and the entire @Halo team, really want to acknowledge you all for getting this out to us today. Although, and I'm sure you've noticed, a lot of us are getting an "account not authorized" error despite having a code. Any ETA on a resolution for this?

    @Halo "Duplicate Product Code" please please please help those of us who have this error. Reddit and the forums are filled with posts about this. The brand new codes that we got give us the "Duplicate Product Code" message when we input the codes into Steam.

    @Emiyyuwu @Halo @HaloSupport Yeah, I have and there's still nothing. I also would have gotten a notification on the Halo Waypoint website, but still nothing. I checked all tabs on my email. I also have my PC specs recorded on the site so that isn't an issue either since it exceeds the recommended specs.

    @Halo @Wario64 Having issues with gameplay mechanics. Playing training as the servers are not live yet and I can’t switch weapons. Only way to use secondary is to drop my primary weapon. Not too sure if it’s a bug only in training or if it will carry over into tomorrow once servers go live.
