@HBOMaxHelp I can't imagine this would help given that I have no problem streaming other apps, only yours and one other. So it's definitely not my router or network or modem if other things are streaming with no problems. It's gotta be with TCL or Roku or the app software.

On a PS4, you can pause and rewind YouTube Hulu Disney+ Netflix Amazon Prime with no problem no ads, all less than $12/mo Yet Try and pause @hbomax and it completely panics; rewind and it crashes; and without ads, costs $15/mo Starting to wonder if it's worth it

Has anyone had @hbomax just stop working on all of your iOS devices? ATV4K cannot connect, and my iPhone seems to think I’m not in a service area… worked okay on Sunday after a few random error messages but eventually allowed me in and streamed fine.

Hi @HBOMaxHelp, if I watch HBO Max using the Samsung TV app, then come back the next day, nothing in the app works. Every day I need to go into Samsung's settings and stop any apps that are running to get your app to work again. Never had anything like that with any other app.

@hbomax fix your app. Quit trying to tell people that it's their devices. This is the most outrageous blatant cash grab that I have ever seen. You take money for a service knowing that your server's can't facilitate the demand. Stop telling people to uninstall and reinstall.
