    @MichelMostar @hbomax @HBO I’m having same issue on iOS, up to date - app worked two hours ago and now nothing. Hard reboot and shutting the app are no help.

    Some of these streaming platforms (ahem @hbomax @Showtime) have THE WORST interface, like have none of these execs ever gone on Netflix? Clicking on a show should take you to a page w/ options/episodes, but you have to do it from search on HBO otherwise it just plays the ep!

    @hbomax The most unreliable streaming service there is? How come streaming on HBO Max randomly goes to shÅt? I can stream anywhere else, but HBO is the only one to give me problems from time to time, almost like you throttle when I binge. Fix your servers or I am cancelling.

    @hbomax can you explain to me why you asked me to update my pay method, I did it, you charged me almost $7 por “help” and continue sending me notifications that you are going to cancel my subscription because I need to update my pay method, which I’ve already done TWICE?

    @HBOMaxHelp Which nicely illustrates the problem. There was no pressure on "HBO GO" to improve captions/subtitles back then. I got the same corporate-sanitized canned response as you're giving me now. No, let's have the conversation out in the open, shall we?

    Is it just me or is the @hbomax app absolutely trash? No other streaming service has to buffer at all, let alone every 2 minutes...

    love that @hbomax literally has disclaimers now that is just a roundabout way of saying “the quality is gonna be **** and instead of fixing this we’re gonna just put this disclaimer here so you know it’s gonna look like it was filmed on a potato”

    @HBOMaxHelp It's either an endless 3 dot loading screen or "we're having problems playing this title" only for every title. Only unplugging fixes it.
