@hbomax I can’t be the only person having an issue with the app. My app only works 10% of the time. If that’s an exaggeration, the max it works is probably 20%, at the very max. Help please

@HBOMaxHelp Has anyone else noticed that all @HBOMaxHelp does is ask questions, and never offers real solutions to the problem? I've been asking about a Subtitles issue for MONTHS and I still haven't gotten ANY helpful answers. Very frustrating, anyone else notice this?

@HBOMaxHelp Doesn’t download on iOS. When it does, the app won’t work at all when offline. On ROku, I just can’t watch anything at all. App loads, you pick the show then . . . Nada. None of my other streaming services have this issue on either OS.

Every day for over a week now I get an error code when I try to open the @hbomax app on my phone. I have to close the app multiple times before it finally works. I just have to uninstall & reinstall the app to get it to work. What’s the issue?

@HBOMaxHelp I’m using a Roku sound bar. The app is slow to respond, crashes frequently without warning/error message, and sometimes displays an error message that the app needs to close and will then close itself.
