    I have to say @hbomax has the worst app of the whole bunch. Whether TV app or iOS app, it crashes and freezes all the time.

    @HBOMaxHelp That works. But I have to do it every time I use HBO. The problem is on your end, ultimately, and will lead to cancellations.

    @hbomax I’ve tried watching multiple things on HBO Max and the app has crashed every time. Do y’all have an update coming to make your app actually work? This is frustrating, when I pay like $12 a month for things I can’t even watch.

    @hbomax why is your app have so many issues?! My wifi - Solid. Xbox One X - Solid. Every other streaming app I use - solid. But the HBO Max App be freezing constantly, I have to close out the app and restart. If it wasn't for your content I would have unsubbed by now

    @hbomax i have to be honest, watching thru ps4 HBO hub is Horrible. I have others that work no issues.. this is the Only hub that cant RR or FF or even pause. Fix this?

    @HBOMaxHelp play button won’t play Big Bang Theory episodes on Roku app. Rebooted app and roku, still not working. Your app has nothing but problems at night! So frustrating!

    @westratenick @hbomax Its terrible. I feel like Im watching Bentley type content on a Yugo type streaming service. I would expect HBO to have a leading top notch service.

    @hbomax Would be awesome if the HBOMax app would work consistently on any of televisions. I know it isn't my TVs because I have seen a multitude of people complain about the same issue. I have checked for updates. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Anything I hit select on doesn't work!

    @jimmyv0071 @HBOMaxHelp I also have similar issue contacting support but nothing changed until my cousin recommend @rixxytech to me and he help me recover my hacked account back in 30mins. His an expert.

    @jimmyv0071 @HBOMaxHelp Support system hardly respond to complaints like these because they have less staffs due to the pandemic so save yourself the stress and find a way to contact @special_help1 he would help you recover your account and teach you how to secure your account
