    @Steadyspirit @HBOMaxHelp I’m getting the very strong feeling from all these replies that they want us all to read their troubleshooting guide. This is the equivalent of calling the IT Help Desk and having them tell you to turn your computer off and then on.

    @tdrobbo @hbomax Pretty much every subscription video service that isn't Netflix has some horrible UI problem. As much as I love Apple TV's shows, their navigation is terrible. Also Disney+ drives me crazy

    @ruff_bluffs @hbomax, although it has many appealing choices, needs major improvement! It’s slow! It doesn’t remember what you watched or where you left off. It has a terrible search feature with all the hubs. Suggestion: study Netflix.

    @hbomax customer help makes comcast look good and the only thing congress has agreed on in the last 10 years is that comcast treats customers the worst. Hbomax is worse. There is no way to pay for Hbomax via @roku and use it on the hbomax app.

    @HBOMaxHelp @testpostplz Literally every time I get to the last 2 minutes of a show I get an error message “can’t play title”. This is in the app for Xbox one.
