    @amazon @hbomax @hulu Why am I suddenly having buffering issues on HBOMax & HULU while using my Amazon Firestick. Suddenly, my Firestick has to be in a particular spot to stop constant buffering. This is a recent issue, & with what it costs, I should not have to deal with this!

    @emilynussbaum @ayeletw @hbomax Happened to me too! Right in the middle of “Hacks”. Said it was a playback error. Also why is the video quality in the beginning recap so crummy compared to the current episode?

    @HBOMaxHelp Oh god I didn’t think y’all would actually respond I’m sorry I was mean!! I use AppleTV and my dad has a Samsung TV. We both have regular issues with HBOmax freezing or shutting down, it happens after every few episodes for me. The next time it happens-

    @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp is there something going on that y’all are working on? Bc the last few days an episode will play for a few min *max* then freeze. & repeat. before finally stopping all together w a box saying it can’t play. my WiFi is fine & my other services work. any help?

    @hbomax why does your app work on everything except a TV? The amount of glitches and pauses and buffering I get while watching it on my smart TV compared to my iPad is ridiculous. Please fix it.
