@hbomax the app has a terrible lag and continues to crash and freeze Nvidia Shield. Reinstall, unplug router. All that done. What is the issue and when will there be a fix? $15/month and cannot watch anything.

@hbomax please for the grace of all things holy. Add a chapter selection button. How imma rewatch scenes from #zacksnydersjusticeleague and have to scroll through 3 hours just to see Superman put the work on Steppenwolf.

@hbomax your Apple TV app is garbage, tried to watch Last Week Tonight last night, it would not respond to my input, and then the app would crash. Crashing is a bad thing, in case you were curious. Also, couldn’t download Snyder Cut on my iPhone (also crashes), could be a feature

@HBOMaxHelp Trying to finish watching Justice League on my TCL Roku 4k TV, and it is impossible. Keeps buffering and starting in slow bursts (I'm at 2:37:44). I have reinstalled the app and gotten no improvement. What is the problem?

@HBOMaxHelp It’s been a known issue for a while. Over a month at least. And it used to work so whatever you had in place before just roll it back to that. Bingo bango, problem solved.
