@HBOMaxHelp Thanks for reaching out to help. Unplugging my tv for 30 seconds seemed to resolve the issue. I have never had to do that with Netflix so maybe there’s something they are doing with their streaming that you guys could add to yours. I will let you know if it stops working again 👍🏻

@hbomax if I could unwatch The Last of Us I would. Episode Three doesn't make up for how bad the characters are and how bad the camera work is. It feels like Vegas Texan and person unsure of actions and facial expression, waste time in cgi environment.

@hbomax I want to cancel my subscription but now live in a country where hbo max is unavailable so cannot access ‘manage subscription’ through website. There is also no email address, chat or phone number to ring! Very frustrating! Could someone please reach out to help me!?

@hbomax not sure if y’all will see this, but… The HBO Max App on my Xbox Series S keeps crashing my console. Like not just the app, but the actual console. I’m able to watch one episode, and then my Xbox crashes. Not sure if this is a known issue but I thought I’d let ya know.

which infection do i speak of? fungi. man, i've been watching "the last of us" recently by @hbo, now streaming on @hbomax (keep up the good work), and it is terrifying. the fungal infections spread from person to person until there is no one left to infect.
