    @YouTubeTV @HBO @hbomax Yourube tv DVR is extremely Low quality, gainy and blurry mess, why should I upgrade anything by youtube with this poor level or quality? I think I am going to cancel based on this

    @e_bick @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp It's horrible on Apple TV and iPhone. Keeps turning on CC in Spanish. Can't change it. Stuttering video. Have to keep killing and restarting. "Can't play title" errors every 5 minutes. Needs a lot of work. 🙄

    @hbomax this app on my smart tv sucks. I love your movies but damn fix this. there is no restart from the beginning button. it freezes. I don’t get why everyone spends money on this and it doesn’t work adequately #HBOMax

    My first complaint about the #FriendsReunion is that the captions are way ahead of the audio. Like at least a full minute. I'm less than 3 minutes in and I turned them off because it's so annoying. Must be a huge bummer for anyone who truly needs the captions. @hbomax fix it pls

    What is wrong with #HBOMax now? Did the Tech quit? They need to take that app offline, fix it, and then re-roll it out again. I can't even change the closed captioning without it kicking me out. And it's so slow in response no matter what you do. @hbomax @hbo

    @HBOMaxHelp we are still experiencing problems. It will not allow sign out, so we can’t sign in again. This is on a Fire TV. The Roku account is working. Are you unable to cope with 2 subscriptions to the same IP address?
