@HBOMaxHelp @ebgranger I have the Apple TV 4th gen (32gb) and scrubbing is a joke! I can no longer click the edge of the remote to skip forward and back, and once you swipe to start scrubbing, it has a mind of its own. Clicking to stop scrubbing doesn't work. You can't get to where you want to go

@HBOMaxHelp service* ... Also, the issues you have with yours seems mainly with any of the TV shows. Movies tend to play fine, but the TV shows (Big Bang, Friends, Etc...) constantly freeze, fail to load, load with other languages (even tho i have it set to English, Subs off).

@HBOMaxHelp I have a Roku TV with an Xfinity Flex box hooked up, which acts as the receiver, bypassing the internal Roku receiver. I've uninstalled the app, logged in an out, yadda yadda all the BS. It's not on my end, as no other streaming server I use has the issues.

Ok so I don’t know which is responsible but @hbomax is not working through @Xfinity @XfinitySupport as it usually does. The app just craps out when you try to select a show. Anyone know anything? This is day 2. Thx!

@HBOMaxHelp The new tvOS update is awful. No more 10 sec skip. Far worse: FF, RWD & scrubbing buggy to the point of uselessness. When will a fix come out? Using Apple TV 4K & Apple TV 4th Gen.

@HBOMaxHelp @JabinRight Haven’t heard back yet from support. On Apple TV the app keeps kicking me out and shows a can’t play error. The subtitles don’t work properly as well. Can you please provide a fix.

@HBOMaxHelp Apple TV app is broken after latest update. It no longer match frame rate and dynamic range. It no longer supports new scrubbing feature on the new Siri remote. Please let me revert back to the old app!!!!
