The BF work print I saw was great and feels like a finished film, but it has that disruptive time code over the picture and borrowed music from popular movies

Issue: Friends degrades in picture quality after ~15-20 min, every time, only that show. App updated, reinstalled, TV restarted — multiple times. Need actual escalation.
