@HBOMaxHelp help I can’t play a specific movie on either Roku nor chrome. The video stops playing but the audio continues. I’ve reset the Roku and my router, to no avail. Other movies/apps play just fine

I’m so happy I pay the most for @hbomax and yet it’s the one platform that I can’t even use half the time. I mean, unless I want to watch it on my phone. It’s 2022, why tf is this an issue?! 🙄 Also make ur sh¡t cheaper if it hardly works.

@HBOMaxHelp Whelp bwhaha it must have heard my plea to work! I rebooted the TV again for the 3rd time n it's working now! Yay!! We have HBOMax thru Spectrum n it has had serious issues n HBOMax is always the app that suffers the worst!

@HBOMaxHelp Using an Amazon fire stick. Watching “The secrets of Dumbledore.” Have audio, no picture. I’m able to watch everything else with no problem on HBOMax.
