    @HBOMaxHelp Tried all of these already unfortunately. Didn’t work. The issues were still persisting last night. Random languages are automatically selected for shows we watch. But the subtitles don’t come on. Either we close it and crash it ourselves or it does it on its own

    Dear @hbomax , You are the MOST EXPENSIVE streaming service yet the BUGGIEST streaming app. Try to rewind 10 seconds and my TV bursts into 🔥 Maybe take some of the $16 MILLION you paid the friends cast for that 2-hour SEO boost (sorry, “reunion”) and fix your god damn app.

    @HBOMaxHelp Macbook Pro - Safari Browser. Its not a tech support issue. Netflix, Hulu, Disney and Amazon Prime work just fine. I believe you need better software on your end.

    @justinkcomer @hbomax Hbomax has to be the worst streaming app so far. You cant even adjust the volume if you stream to a chromecast. I have to change the TV volume like a ******* caveman

    @HBOMaxHelp Yes. I have to shut off my TV and restart it then the audio will play. Then when it gets to the next episode, the audio cuts out again. I tried this on 3 different TV's and had the same issue. None of my other apps has this problem

    @HBO @hbomax This series is awful. Mare is depressed, angry, and a walking self pity party. Some other characters are drunks or druggies and the setting is a small town. The murder mysteries are all tragic. Give this a pass and watch The Night Manager series or Money Heist series.

    @HBOMaxHelp My iPhone app is terrible, my Amazon Fire app is terrible, and my Samsung smart TV app is terrible. All of the above. Both TV apps constantly get stuck on the 3 dot loading screen, and the iPhone app freezes when you try to switch from episode to episode. All of it - terrible.

    @hbomax for the love of God please please fix the hbo max app on the Xbox!! So tired of seeing it buffer forever or getting that stupid "can't play this title" msg!

    @HBOMaxHelp Still having the same problems with the app on my Apple TV. I’ve already closed, reopened, signed out and sign back in. This app update is awful.

    @hbomax first my HBO max tv app doesn’t work, then HBO max goes dark and now someone took over my account. I reported the last issue and provided verification evidence and there has been no account reset or follow up. Can someone please help? Thank you!

    @ReelJuanMatos @hbomax Based on IP alone, Superman has never been a big box office draw. And aside from DKR, the only Batman films that do well are with Joker. So he's the real draw. BvS has a 70 drop because audience had trouble following it due to WB cutting 30 min of connective tissue.
