    .@HBOMaxHelp #HBOMax is down on my tv still. All other streaming services work fine. It works great n my iPhone and i airplay it but that means losing my phone. Any etano when it’ll be back up in NYC? #HBOMaxdown

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear intern. I used to work events at some very high profile film festivals. I was working off an invite list to a very exclusive party. The list had notes from the host with things like “only invited because they know xyz” or “this guys a big NO”. I accidentally attached 1/2

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, I was part of a #gamedev team that botched an xpac release for an MMO because something we added was preventing the servers from properly booting for half a day. Entire studio was called up to hunt it down. It was a new player language for a handful of quests.

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear intern, lemme tell you about the time I deleted 11,000 item records from the library database, told my boss, who gave me a hug and told me it’d be okay. Then I posted my mistake to a library listserv and a nice man wrote a script to fix it. We all make mistakes.

    @HBOMaxHelp - Odd problem since last update/rollout; on none of my devices does the CC/Subtitle selection stick when binging shows -- I have to turn them on each time. Am I missing a master preferences checkbox somewhere?

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, As a software developer intern I once disabled the software’s “Save” default. So everyone who closed or crashed the product lost ALL their work. Customers were annoyed, but I kept my job AND learned the importance of setting the right defaults in all areas of life.
