@kiddle @hbomax None of my other apps have any issues. Plus, I’ve actually got the same tv, one year newer in my bedroom and it doesn’t have any problems. HBO Max worked perfectly on my living room tv for months until about 2 months ago when it started deciding to work about 20-30% of the time

@HBOMaxHelp The Amazon Firestick and Roku devices are also having problems. We are getting multiple error messages when using autoplay, as well as having problems rewinding and fast forwarding. The app also sometimes freezes when an episode ends and doesn't go back to the home screen.

@HBOMaxHelp what happened to your AppleTV app! It’s completely messed up now. I can’t scrub back or rewind to rewatched something anymore. Also I can’t ask Siri to turn on subtitles anymore! This is terrible. Other than the auto playing preview which I hate it worked fine before.

@HBOMaxHelp Whose “bright” idea was it to update and change the interface of the play, pause, rewind and fast-forward features on @hbomax ? It’s unusable. You can’t use it AT ALL on Apple TV’s. You go to rewind or skip forward 10 seconds and it skips and slides 7 minutes back and

.@hbomax your new Apple tvOS app update is terrible. Consider focusing on content and use the proper SDKs from companies who focus on software and UX.
