    @tacos4brunch @hbomax Thanks, but I did that and logged out and in already, and restarted my roku..that made it work for a while, then it crashed again today😞

    @Semekiaaa That's definitely odd! Are you experiencing this error in the HBO Max app itself? We suggest logging out and then logging back in to make sure you're using your Hulu credentials to log back in. If you're still seeing the error afterward, we suggest reaching out to @HBOMaxHelp!

    @hbomax whoever ok’d the change from native tvOS player to your garbage player should be relieved of their position. What a terrible idea

    @HBOMaxHelp Is it the goal to make @hbomax app suck so bad you lose subscribers before @discoveryplus gets it? Since you went back to your own video (?) player it’s been a horrible experience. It’s not like I’m bitching about a free service. Why not public acknowledgment of the issues?

    @warpedgeoid @HBOMaxHelp @jsnell Couldn’t have tested it at all before release. I’ve never seen such a broken product delivered after a working version existed.

    @HBOMaxHelp tried it on multiple devices and it’s still not working / running into problems. I’m just going to cancel your service since there’s no point paying for something that’s this buggy.

    @tacos4brunch @hbomax I know! Sometimes mine will work, sometimes it just crashes...it was fine when we first installed it when it first came out 🙄

    @HBOMaxHelp Your most recent update on AppleTV completely broke core functionality. Dolby Vision no longer triggers for supported content, directional inputs to rewind or fast forward no longer work on universal remote, and can't even access the button to turn on/off subtitles.

    @hbomax your app isn't working again and when I tried to get help from your website your little chat feature froze so I didn't get the help I need it does anything you have work? Ridiculous!

    Just when you think the @hbomax Apple TV app couldn’t get any worse, it does! Need to scrub to a point in the timeline? Nope. Need to go back ten seconds? Nope. Need to not have a promo on the main screen blare at you when it’s not even visible? Nope. Truly terrible.
