    @hbomaxhelp I have reinstalled and updated the ap many times, but the playback is still stuttering. It'll play normally for maybe five minutes, then it stutters repeatedly, it is so choppy. It's not a wifi problem. I know I'm not the only one with this issue.

    @Srasgon Of course the @hbomax app is buggy and terrible so only getting in 15 minute stretches before it freezes each time, that hasn’t helped the viewing experience.

    @hbomax Hi! Your app isn't working on PS4. We keep getting error code CE-34878-0. The system software and app are both up to date. We reported the problem four times now. Can you do anything to help?
