    is @hbomax always so laggy? wow paying $15 a month to have lag after lag after lag......its not my computer, netflix, peackock, hulu all work fine. but not HBO Max.....are you not able to play it while working in other windows either?

    @HBOMaxHelp Hi, thank you for getting back to me. We are having trouble with the app on our Samsung TV. The TVs model code is QN49Q6FAM. I’ve assumed this is an HBO issue because I don’t have trouble with other apps.

    @HBOMaxHelp I stream on the PS4. The app won’t load. Every time I try I get an error message. I’ve checked my internet. Speed is great. Rebooted my router anyway. Deleted and reinstalled app. Still won’t work.

    @hbomax Is there some technical issue going on? I’m trying to watch the remaining episodes of “Legendary” but it keeps returning back to the homescreen. I was given a code to verify my subscription and I still can’t watch any shows? Any idea what’s going on? Copying @Xfinity

    @TiffanyInSTL @HBOMaxHelp I would like to know if this is an issue with the Firestick. I try to rewind or FF, and then the remote just doesn't acknowledge the stop/play button anymore. If I don't exit out of your app completely, the movie will rewind all the way to the end.
