@ajreacts2 @hbomax ALL THE TIME. I've been going back and forth with the help person but my app interface with Apple TV is unreliable, with error codes, bouncing me off my mirroring, just failing . It seems impossible to solve at this juncture.

@HBOMaxHelp @JeffAckermann But do you ever take accountability that your app is just not good?. I have the same issues of rewinding I have other issues as well it. Does it really matter what device you are using the app. Evidently your app needs a complete overhaul.

@ajreacts2 @hbomax My problems started with the removal of the HBO icon from Apple TV. If I watch direct on my MacBook it comes through but I prefer the larger screen of my SONY.

@hbomax I'm a big fan, especially with the hubs. The only problem I'm having is it immediately starts whenever I ask it to but it doesn't give me the option of starting the movie or TV show from the beginning. So it takes longer to remember where I left off. I don't like it..-.-

@HBOMaxHelp This was on MacBook but also have issues on Frame TV. Issues such as skip button not working, replay making video freeze and not start until after the moment I was at, randomly crashing, etc. What "troubleshooting steps" can I take? These are obvious issues with the app itself.
