    @HBOMaxHelp My smart TV. I downloaded hbo max app on to the television. - I resolved the issue by unplugging my television and re-downloading the app. Thanks for the reply.

    @HBOMaxHelp @i4n I’ve tried the troubleshooting & tried watching it on 2 other browsers I don’t use, Firefox & Microsoft Edge. Scooby Doo is still switching to Spanish when I watch it on my computer. I even tried a different computer. I think this is an HBO issue.

    .@hbomax I am continuing to have spooling and restarting issues with ur app, on my AppleTV. I continue to restart the app, my AppleTV and my internet and it keeps happening. Also, once I’m back in to my show, my closed captions then default to Spanish. Send HELP!

    @HBOMaxHelp @jasonkilar Using Apple TV. Latest version. App does not work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it. Restarted the Apple TV. It freezes with three dots on the bottom of the screen. Your version of the spinning wheel. Can’t exit out of the app. Have to reboot the Apple TV every time I open HBO

    @hexcrawl @hbomax For my part I see a streaming service (rather whoever was hired to build its CDN) clawing against Comcast...likely didn’t pay bribes to the right ferrymen. It’s a streaming service built and debuted under Ajit Pai’s Net-Not-Neutraility That said the issues are frustrating
