    @mikegreenee @hbomax Yes. Disconnect roku and co next, unistill App and reinstall, reboot modem and wifi. Like we all havent tried these b4. I have an open ticket to their help desk after I called. Still nothing. U should try. Go to hbo customer service and they call u back

    @outdoorgirl_27 @hbomax Evidently, it's a thing that started in June. I'm not sure if it's a glitch, or if HBO did this on purpose. I multi-task, so it annoys the hell out of me. I should be able to have it running in the background if I want. I pay for it.

    @HBOMaxHelp I’ve experienced this on a phone, laptop, and several TVs. And I’ve talked to others who’ve experienced something similar. This isn’t an isolated troubleshooting issue

    Anyone else have issues w the @PS5Console @hbomax app? I cannot get through a full episode of anything without an “Oops, something went wrong” message. It’s been several months & several updates of this. No other app does this on the console.

    Hey @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp your platform is becoming borderline unusable, it’s impossible to rewind or fast forward effectively at all. I honestly don’t know how longer I can deal with this

    Hello @hbomax Well I’m in day 4 of not being able to use your service. Every time I tell it to play something it goes black then returns to the page for the show I want to play. This is crap. What’s the story? What’s the fix? Is there a fix? I’m paying money for this?
