    @HBOMaxHelp y’all should fix your PS5 app. Every 20 minutes or so, it crashes while I’m watching a show. Makes for a very frustrating customer experience.

    @HBODocs @bomani_jones @hbomax Also the reason the refs are so bad. They obviously need professional refs but to paraphrase you: the NFL makes money, not quality. History: the refs actually won the Super Bowl for Pittsburg over Seattle. The fix: nothing. The result: New Orleans. The fix: again nothing.

    Hey @hbomax I need you to make an app that works consistently. I'm not sure if platforms other than Playstation struggle this much but I can't get through a movie (or an episode) without it crashing out on me and I'm over it. Please pay whoever (generously) to fix this.

    @HBOMaxHelp On nvidia shield, Why dolby atmos movies playing only at 5.1? This happened earlier this year and got fix by an update. Now it’s back again. Please fix tbis issue

    Oh, now I see the problem. The rep @ATTHelp who changed my plan told me i'm eligible for @hbomax but it turns out I'm not. This is my surprised face. ATT messed up again and misled me about my plan. #fail

    @AmazonHelp Already have. It’s up to date. Tried doing a restart. Tried force stop/clear cache on app. I’m only having this issue on the @hbomax app.
