    @HBOMaxHelp your app hasn’t worked for many days now…. Not reliable app to watch movies or shows if app doesn’t work at all…. iPhone, iPad, fire stick…. All broken. Reset, delete/reboot, tried everything but still not working…. Time to say Good bye HBO Max app soon.

    So ******* annoyed with @hbomax I’ve been reporting issues for over a year about my stupid app not playing any shows or movies on my smart tv. It does this on both of my smart tvs

    @HBOMaxHelp It was while streaming on the cell phone but I see yall put out a newer version of the app I just downloaded. Fixed that issue. Thanks

    @HBOMaxHelp I really appreciate the response. I just spent about 1/2 hour on the phone with customer service. He was very nice but no resolution. For some reason the app is now operating on the tv. For some reason this issue is random on one of 3 devices

    @alison_renner @hbomax The app is awful for all devices, the site frequently crashes Google Chrome on desktop... It's a complete joke and HBO doesn't give one single **** about the people shelling out $15 a month.

    JC, the @hbomax app might just be the worst app out there. Watching a 30 min show will take at least an hour with the buffering, etc.

    @22libraprincess @hbomax Because I keep missing scenes and when I rewind my **** has an epileptic seizure. Also I might need a bong rip I tried going cold turkey today.... not working out lol smh
