@AmazonHelp Didn't get that far. Our Fire TV Stick – with which we stream other services – merely allowed me to download @hbomax, open the app, and create an account using the associated Amazon and email information. Their Facebook and QChat services failed to help. #Bluray #DVD #4KUltraHD

@HBOMaxHelp Regularly, if I try to watch Titans on a Thursday - well after the time it is supposed to be available, I just get a "New Episode Thursdays" screen, permanent losding dots, and eventually an error.

Really thinking about canceling my @hbomax account. The app def has slowed down and doesn’t work very well. And the movies and shows have fallen off or focused all on reality tv… sincerely an unsatisfied customer

@hbomax Adding HBO max to hulu search sucks and can’t find basic stuff. Not sure what the problem is but really would recommend nobody to ever add HBOmax.
