The replay on Max has audio sync issues from the start, which I've heard other people have? Can this be fixed?

Jacob (@Jacob12462007) reported@hbomax why is streaming so glitchy? Just watching a show it freezes up after every commercial, I have to fast forward to get it to play again. Playback isn’t smooth, buffers regularly and other streaming services works fine so it isn’t my internet. Help!
