    @HBOMaxHelp thank you for cancelling my subscription at the promo price without my knowledge. Now if I want to join, I would have to pay more. No on seems to care or want to help. Ridiculous. Great customer service.

    @john_levea @redezrobbins @hbomax Oh, so the value of the dollar is less for them? How many people do they employ? How are they faring through the pandemic? For someone who works at a movie theater, you seem to know an awful lot about running and managing a global enterprise.

    @hbomax the app is awful. I have a fire stick. Never remembers where I am in a show but only option is play so have to do a search function just to find the other episodes, one tv to another it’s even worse in, where is the time remaining after you pause?

    @john_levea @hbomax You work at a theater, so you know the business. Studios need to make money, and theaters can't be open due to covid. Do you feel they'd make adequate returns from drive-in theaters? Or do you understand that this is a survival play? It's unfortunate but has to happen.

    @hbomax How about you fix the quality of streams on Firestick? Why would I want to watch an action movie on a stuttering stream? Interesting how this only became an issue after the free trial was over. #poorquality #trash
