    @HBOMaxHelp Yes, won’t play more than 2 eps without an error. Serious lag on the whole interface. RWD/FWD useless, usually start over or stop watching. I’ve uninstalled, updated, reinstalled. Used on different devices—all frustrating. None of these issues on other apps.

    I just want to watch Distant Lands, and now I have to deal with garbage, unusable subtitles AND ads. Way to focus on the important things, @hbomax. Completely useless subtitles, trash navigation, and awful app speed, but the ads work great.

    @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp you need to fix your god damn Roku app immediately. Every time I try to watch a show, I get a black screen or the picture freezes and the audio continues. This doesn’t happen with any other streaming app, only yours. Y’all need to give out refunds

    Am I the only one that keeps having issues with the @hbomax app? On my PS5, on my phone, on my AppleTV… app keeps crashing at random times for absolutely no reason. I’ve performed standard troubleshooting, still having issues. @HBOMaxHelp, what’s up?? 🤔

    Dear @hbomax, You have the worst streaming service. I never had issues logging into a service, purchasing a plan only to be told I needed to upgrade my plan, video and audio not lining up, and low quality video. When my month expires I will never use HBO Max again.

    @HBOMaxHelp Yeah reinstalling didn't help. Also when the app actually does work it's quite slow.
