    @HBOMaxHelp @Dithyrambic Can't you and Roku get together in a room and work this out without my active participation, ffs? I access HBOMax through Hulu with zero complications, until I'm informed I MUST go thru your app for some reason, at which point I just call you lots of bad names and watch Prime.

    @Steadyspirit @HBOMaxHelp I’m getting the very strong feeling from all these replies that they want us all to read their troubleshooting guide. This is the equivalent of calling the IT Help Desk and having them tell you to turn your computer off and then on.

    @HBOMaxHelp You have to be joking. I work in technology. I don't need a grandma lesson in L1 tech support to "Turn it off and back on." It's same on 3 DIFFERENT DEVICES and ONLY ON YOUR APP, SO DON'T BLAME MY NETWORK. LAME. And no I'm not sliding into your DMs you pervs. @LastWeekTonight

    @HBOMaxHelp I do restart the Xbox to remedy the issue sometimes, but it will continue to do so on certain shows. But if I return later it will have stopped. I have not tried uninstalling. Sidenote: I love hbo, you all make the most cutting edge art/film/media and always have. Thank you!

    @ruff_bluffs @hbomax, although it has many appealing choices, needs major improvement! It’s slow! It doesn’t remember what you watched or where you left off. It has a terrible search feature with all the hubs. Suggestion: study Netflix.

    @HBOMaxHelp @mtdiabla @ruff_bluffs My Samsung smart tv do this also. It also starts looping the same 2-3 seconds over and over randomly till I fast forward it to skip the glitch
