    @hbomax any information why half your selection does not play..? You push play, goes back to the menu. You contact support "did you try turning it off and on..?" Do you have an actual answer why this is not working? There's multiple forum post about the problem, yet no solution

    @HBOMaxHelp @screentimesnet The closed captions keep dropping out while watching. I constantly have to reset, then the scrolling while trying to pause is beyond irritating. Tying to watch a show with a hearing impaired person is so aggravating I had to turn it off. Please fix ASAP.

    @HBOMaxHelp Hello! I've got a problem with using HBOMax on my xfinity tv. When I select a show, ask it to play, it thinks, & then sends me back to the initial screen. I did try rebooting the cable box thing and it didn't help. I am able to watch on my laptop. What do I do?

    @HBOMaxHelp Things that are broken: 1) Native TV Provider sign-in w/ DirecTV 2) not-native DirectTV sign in doesn’t initially recognize account and tries to create a new one 3) Things often simply do not play 4) Subtitles do not remain on between episodes/viewing 1/X…

    @hbomax WHAT. DID. YOU. DO? The new Apple TV app update is complete garbage and is virtually unusable in its current state unless all you use is play/pause. If you attempt to FF/RW, then forget it. Did anyone even QA this build?!? #hboisbroken

    Anyone else having issue with @AppleTV remote control (not the latest upgraded remote) and @hbomax app? Seems like there was an app update that totally messed up the controllability of content. Very #frustrating. Other apps seem unchanged. Running 14.6 tvOS. #hbomax #appletv
