@HBOMaxHelp Yes. I have to shut off my TV and restart it then the audio will play. Then when it gets to the next episode, the audio cuts out again. I tried this on 3 different TV's and had the same issue. None of my other apps has this problem

@HBOMax, what have you people done to your Apple TV app? It used to work great, with normal Apple playback controls and UI. Now it's a huge steaming **** that is literally uncontrollable. Why? How did this get released?!

Dear @hbomax , You are the MOST EXPENSIVE streaming service yet the BUGGIEST streaming app. Try to rewind 10 seconds and my TV bursts into 🔥 Maybe take some of the $16 MILLION you paid the friends cast for that 2-hour SEO boost (sorry, “reunion”) and fix your god damn app.

@justinkcomer @hbomax Hbomax has to be the worst streaming app so far. You cant even adjust the volume if you stream to a chromecast. I have to change the TV volume like a ******* caveman

@HBOMaxHelp Macbook Pro - Safari Browser. Its not a tech support issue. Netflix, Hulu, Disney and Amazon Prime work just fine. I believe you need better software on your end.

@HBOMaxHelp My iPhone app is terrible, my Amazon Fire app is terrible, and my Samsung smart TV app is terrible. All of the above. Both TV apps constantly get stuck on the 3 dot loading screen, and the iPhone app freezes when you try to switch from episode to episode. All of it - terrible.

@hbomax first my HBO max tv app doesn’t work, then HBO max goes dark and now someone took over my account. I reported the last issue and provided verification evidence and there has been no account reset or follow up. Can someone please help? Thank you!
