@HBOMaxHelp Dear intern, I've deleted two big "don't ever delete this" kind of things this year. It took hours of work for my company to either re-do the work or restore from a backup. I've been in software for a long time. I was forgiven, and I'll always be cautious. You will too :)

@HBOMaxHelp I prefer someone who has made a mistake and learned from it. '06 I sent out a campaign email for a U.S. Senate candidate with the subject line "Default Template". I created a new quality check process after that. Came in handy later on when I had to send out email for GWB.

@HBOMaxHelp For Xfinity customers. Go to the gear icon and then privacy. Delete cache and local data. Then log in again. It fixes the problem when it keeps going back to main screen and doesn’t play the movies.

@HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, As part of my job I run a Discord server with multiple thousands of members. I once removed roles we "no longer needed". Except I removed the role that lets people share images and returned after 30 min to everyone freaking out. I still work there, you'll be great!

@NamasteSweetie @HBOMaxHelp they were able to help me via DMs. after I gave them some info to verify it was me they went to "investigate". eventually I checked my account and they had changed the email address to the right one. they never updated me tho. I just randomly decided to check.
