    @HBOMaxHelp I took those steps listed, but it’s still not working. I checked for an app & system update and I’m up to date; my Internet connection is good; and I even re-started my Roku stick. But the show still plays w/ Italian dialogue but no English captioning.

    @hbomax Hey HBO Max, why does the app always crash? I like the shows but the app is so awful it's just too frustrating to use.

    So, I started Pennyworth this week on @hbomax and I can't help but be reminded of @Mark_Sheppard every time Jack Bannon speaks. Even his looks kind of remind me of MS. Am I the only one?

    @RenaRF @HBOMaxHelp @Khime84 I get that all the time! You have to constantly reload the app to get it to work. Frustrating as hell.

    @HBOMaxHelp Hello. I have already done that but I can try again. The problem is it’s not coming up as a language option as it normally does. Normally to turn them on you go to the language menu and select English AD which the only options as of now are English and Spanish

    @Khime84 @hbomax Shame it doesn't work well for you honestly. Lots of good content from my perspective and just my 2 cents but the free version of Peacock is the worst streaming service I have used. The optimization is atrocious and lots of shows not even in HD, at least at the start.

    @HBOMaxHelp Watching Season 5 of Gomorrah on my Roku device in Italian with English captions. Hit pause, returned a shortly and the captions no longer appear. I’ve hit * to make sure captions are on. Still no luck. HELP!!!
