@the_gamer_pete @hbomax It's happened on my xbox and my phone. Both have been restarted. I also tried downloading it to make it smoother. Next is to try our roku tv. My guess is that it's our internet, but it makes no sense why it is only that movie. No other show, movie, or service has problems.

@HaagSpencer @hbomax Yeah that makes no sense at all. Can you downgrade the stream from 4K to 1080? Might be a bit rate issue. Also reboot the router?

@HBOMaxHelp there should be an option to edit the size of subtitles. They are very large and often spill onto the center of the frame. A feature to make them smaller would really be appreciated by a lot of people im sure. Hbo max would be no. 1 streaming app if you fix this ;)

@HaagSpencer @hbomax Ugh that sucks...can you login to the router and reboot it from the software? I’d say you could just come over and watch it but it’s a little far :(

@ZSJL_ @hbomax for me Ben is tired, when it comes to the justice league he talks about being a problem after a problem and for me it shows that Ben was one of the ones who worked to make everything work even though he didn't want to be there when Joss took over

I am NEVER signing up for @hbomax ..at a friend's house and they make it so annoying to sign in.."do it on your phone"...hulu..netflix...never any hitches

Anyone else having issues seamlessly streaming #GodzillaVsKong on @hbomax? Tried multiple times over the last week, and it just keeps freezing as if it can't buffer. Nothing else on #HBOMax is doing this to us. Just this movie.
