@HBOMaxHelp It is not a device issue. It is a software issue. I already know how to troubleshoot (which I have already done). I had the same issue on my xbox. The problem is from the source @hbomax !

@HBOMaxHelp @TrentHoyt I watch on a FireTV, & this happens after every two episodes anytime I watch a show. Like it's asking, "If you're still watching, please restart the entire app." Plus new problem of the next episode not playing. Y'all have the best library, pls get the platform up to that level!

@HBOMaxHelp @_tongueTYed Our issue is that "your HBO max subscription is expired." Have to re-sign into broadband account, find some activation page, get a new code, etc etc. I know there's more problems in the world but I just want to cancel HBO.
