@HBOMaxHelp So much content i really like. The app just doesn't work. It is terrible. The only way it works is if I mirror image from my phone. That isn't really reliable either. It is not possible to watch anything without digital interruption.

@HBOMaxHelp My Samsung TV. App works fine on my phone. All the other apps work fine on my TV. There is no error msg or anything. It just skips and shutters constantly. Internet speed is good. Everything checks out. Narrowed down to the app.

@HBOMaxHelp these issues showed up on a LG C1 OLED. jurrasic park movies had over 20 stream disruptions with the error that the title couldn’t be played. anime titles revert back to english and i have to select japanese every single time. issues don’t go away until the app is restarted.

@hbomax notifications on my iPhone have gone from amusing to annoying. “Renew to watch X.” I am literally signed into the app on my phone as a paid subscriber. Please fix your notifications.

@HBOMaxHelp Pro forma FAC-speak, I'm afraid, thanks anyway: 'been there/done all that.' The fact remains: both Netflix and Prime *consistently* operate at a much faster speed than does HBOMax. And I hasten to add the issue is at your end & not mine.

Hey @HBOMaxHelp I can't start the TV HBO+ app when I have clients3[.]google[.]com blocked on my @The_Pi_Hole. I don't use Chromecast, so I don't really understand why the app needs to contact Google before being able to work?

@HBOMaxHelp My LGTV! It takes forever to load an episode or restart after pausing. I also see playback error messages that tell me to check my internet connection, which is working fine.

None of the Candyman franchise streams anywhere. I check every month hoping one month @hbomax or @PrimeVideo will come through and every month I am more disappointed than the last. I just want good movies in the background while I work.

@HBOMaxHelp On my LG smart TV. Everything else plays. I'm currently watching the movie Antlers with no issue, but everytime I try to watch episode one of The Staircase it just spins.

@hbomax Episode 1 will not play it just spins and says playback failed. I put on episode 2 to see if it will play and it does. I put a movie and it works fine. Just having the issue with episode 1.

@HBOMaxHelp Using Roku and streaming with DirectvStream and your closed captioning DOES NOT WORK. We have four tvs in our house and captions lag by ten seconds or so on each of them. Please fix it!
