@bumpkinsTV @hbomax @Roku I had this problem. A screen prompted me to “Access all of HBO Max” or “HBO Only” I didsmissed it. Same message on the iPhone app but this time I selected one. Both Roku and iPhone worked after that.

Sure @hbomax has lots of good stuff to stream, but god forbid I have to rewind 15 seconds. That **** will RUIN the quality and buffer for the rest of the movie. Gotta restart the website every time.

.@HBOMax really needs to get their **** together. The app works about 20% of the time. When it does work, it stops working randomly. Each time I beed to do a hard reset of my tv. I have a 2017 Samsung smart tv, wired to 1gb internet. This is not the quality of service I pay for

@HBOMaxHelp Has anyone reported the issue of dropped frames on the Android HBO Max app? My fiance and I watched The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It and The Lord of Rings Extended Cut, and the app drops frames every so often. Audio continues, but there's constant frame drops.

@cadlymack I had read on here a few days ago that the latest update to incorporate an ad supported version of the service was to blame for the bugs. I too was having issues rewinding and fast forwarding. One would think @hbomax would’ve fixed it by now.
