@HBOMaxHelp I don't need a screenshot. I know what the issue is. The digital transfer was poorly done. The rig used to capture the film image to digital was shaking. The film was not remastered before the transfer and there are old film flickers throughout.

@HBOMaxHelp I can’t, unfortunately. While I do use the account with my name on it, the actual email is owned by my old man/father. And no offense, I’m not that desperate enough to have to give up my phone for several hours just to mess with my phone, instead of trying to fix the issue.

@HBOMaxHelp what the hell is with See How They Run? We’ve been trying to watch it for three days via an LG screen and FIOS delivery. Some 30 plus character error code I’m not hand copying.

@carturo222 @hbomax I had a rule I strayed from when streaming got big: I don't watch until they give me three seasons. Personally, for me, it's not a problem because I don't get invested in things until I know there is some commitment on their end. After three years, a show could still get 1/

@carturo222 @hbomax canceled, but at least for me, that's enough content to make a cancellation less of a blow (other peeps mileage will vary). Also, by waiting I know going in if X show got killed on a cliffhanger, etc, and can decide if I want to watch or skip. Also, for me it's not an issue /2

@HBOMaxHelp Hello. No, we attempted to watch the movie mentioned on an LG television. Makes it to the main HBO splash screen then endless two white dot looping then eventually an error message.

Hey @hbomax, before you consider a price increase, try making your app work so it doesn’t loop to the purchase screen every time I try to watch something. It’s frustrating, since I pay for the service and I’ve already signed in.
