@hbomax what am I honestly paying you for? It makes no sense that out of all my streaming services yours refuses to play anything on the TV. Im thinking it’s my internet but Netflix, Disney, Amazon, peacock plays with NO problem. Fix it. 😠

@HBOMaxHelp Yes it says I have an active subscription I am trying to watch on Roku and I'm not getting an error just on the screen where you click play and it tells you what episode your on when I press play it reloads the same screen
