@hbomax @AppleMusic What’s with the tax surcharge I received with my HBOMax subscription for those 8 months since I started last Nov? I just learned the surcharge stopped this month. Will I get a refund if those surcharges were made in errors?

@HBOMaxHelp Fire stick. No. We watched Netflix after and everything was fine. The sound in HBO Max sounded like it “popped” and then didn’t work at all. We have erased and reinstalled the app and gotten the same results. Everything else works.

@HBOMaxHelp - force closed the app, enabled airplane mode, opened in offline mode - nothing happens, still will not open videos or play them Why am I having to beta test your app for you? Your 2.6* rating tells me it's your app not your paying customers. Why can you just make it work?

@HBOMaxHelp @karissa561 I have a Samsung tv and when I check issues on Down detector, there are a ton of people reporting errors. If the quality is this poor, I'd expect it to be a free streaming service. This is ridiculous. The video skips and repeats segments frequently....

Man @hbomax is the most disastrous streaming service on the planet. Apps don’t work, streams cut out, customer service is useless, subscriptions disappear.

@HBOMaxHelp Here again, @hbomax. App just froze up completely mid video, and slowed my PS4 down so much it took fully 30 seconds for the PS button to exit the app. I’m cancelling my sub. Everyone else’s apps work fine, why should I pay you for substandard service?

Hey @paramountplus fix your live ****. It's off by 2 minutes from what's spoken and what you're watching and it doesn't work at all. Same with @hbomax yours freezes and constantly refreshes. This issue doesn't exist with other providers. Freaking hot mess that I'm paying 4 what?
