@TheRokuChannel @hbomax If one of yall can get your the HBO on Rokus App to not have descriptive Audio on multiple movies that would be appreciated. I cannot watch sinners or superman without a narrator describing everything thats happening. And its not a TV issue.

fix your app. you keep asking me to confirm the acct is part of my household when i have an acct through my CABLE provider. i link my provider & then it keeps looping me back to the log in screen. not a device issue bc it does it on my samsung + roku tvs. @hbomaxhelp

@hbomaxhelp Been dealing with your “service” team for nearly two months. I’ve been gaslit, lyed to and told to just wait. Case #23527238 . Go read it for yourself. I’m moving into legal territory now. If it was the main language or audio, you couldn’t fix it fast enough. But not the AD.
