@HBOMaxHelp the new app on PS4 is extremely laggy even just when pausing video. It's very difficult if it works at all to rewind or fast forward as well. Is this a known issue?

Just watched #ConjuringTheDevilMadeMeDoIt on @hbomax. It’s fine, not terrible but not good. Serviceable horror movie and lies somewhere near the bottom of my ranking. But it’s still better than The Nun and The Curse Of La Llorona.

@hbomax fix the Android TV glitch! The app works on my Apple apps but on Google tv it doesn’t…everything is in Spanish! And yes, I’ve reset my entire tv and chromecast. Customer service is no help! Please fix the glitch!

@HBOMaxHelp Has anyone had any issues on their Samsung Smart TV's where after an HBO Max program ends, it doesn't go back to any menus? Have to hit the Home key on your TV remote to get to the menus. I have a Samsung Series 8 Smart TV. #HBOMax

Why is @hbomax literally the worst app? It freezes every three seconds and I had to exit out of a movie and back in five times during the course of the movie. WTF. Get it together HBO.

.@HBOMaxHelp Fix your app on @AppleTV or I’m dropping my subscription. Already did all the troubleshooting. It still crashes too often. Now the FF & rewind functions are broken. I had quit trying to use them, but I just hit FF accidentally & now must either start over or give up.

@HBOMaxHelp @ZachSherf Oh me too, me too. You need 1) human factors designers 2) someone who knows how to code an app and 3) someone who can test the bloody thing. HBOMAX has great content, but the worst interface and crappy quality I have ever experienced.

@jollyfreak420 @hbomax There's something wrong. My wife and I were watching s1e9 at lunch today. We got about halfway through and then when we went to finish it during dinner tonight, it was no longer there. Something jacked up their service or they're having licensing issues.

@HBOMaxHelp The “error” is that the new version of the app is significantly less functional and harder to use than the old version. The fix is to re-write the application to use tvOS native APIs.
