@HBOMaxHelp I’m on a ROKU. I do have U-verse but watch thru the ROKU. This has been happening off and on for weeks. Start watching & just get kicked back to the ROKU menu. I’ve logged out & checked for updates. Didn’t help.

@HBOMaxHelp @murderxbryan your apps interface is terrible. Rewinding or fast forwarding is almost impossible without messing the show up. Also when watching a show the only thing in the continue watching tab is that single episode you can’t see the whole show. FIX YOUR APP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!

@HBOMaxHelp @murderxbryan It takes too many clicks to view a series to change episodes/season, arrow keys don't work for ff/rewind, and you should have a "next episode" button

@HBOMaxHelp @murderxbryan Fix the subtitles. It looks horrible and the subtitles don’t match the talking. I know most Americans don’t use subtitles but as non English speaker, i need it. Also provide an option for voice search. I’m using android tv and it’s take time to type.

@pamelaa_nicolee @hbomax I tried to rewind the movie because I had to get something to drink...froze. Had to close and reopen it twice THEN it restarted itself 5 times. How the hell did they let this go out in the masses?! It's impossible to binge watch because it'll error message after every episode

@hbomax why do I keep getting an error 905 if I try to cast Last Week Tonight to my TV, but I can cast your other content? And I can get the episode to play in the app on my phone, it just won't cast. Worked fine until the last couple of weeks.
