@hbomax Unless you’re using the app on PlayStation and then all you get is constant crashes because the app is absolute trash. Save the bull **** call center generic help response and fix your app because this is clown shoes from a company as big as hbo.

@hbomax no matter who’s house I’m at. No matter what TV I use. EVEN OUT OF MY STATE VISITING N LOGGED IN. Your app boots me off of it mid-show. Freezes. Unresponsive. And relentless repetition of being kicked off the app. FIX YOUR ****. Or imma start a cancelHBOmax cult

@hbomax ok soooo when are you guys gonna fix this absolutely dogshit UI? I can't even get through a movie without seeing. "Oops! Something went wrong." Ita about time this was fixed and customers were able to sit and watch the paid subscription without being forced to restart

@realryanpro Omg it drives me crazy and I lose my internet connection to boot. @hbomax FIX THE DROPPED SIGNAL PROBLEM!! I can watch Netflix for 24 hrs and not have the problem I have getting thru 1 hr of programming on your service

Troubleshooting this volume issue with @hbomax and it seems it’s universal and everyone has the same issue. Too expensive for such negligence. If you need better Master QC, I’ll work on a contract bases (references WB, Netflix) ask around. None of this should have passed qc

@hbomax Sounds great but I lost it through prime video purchased through roku and it won't work. Roku says it's an hbo problem hbo says my account is still through prime even though I'm getting emails about my new hbo max account. Love the content and app was great through prime

@HBOMaxHelp so I’m trying to transition from purchasing my monthly subscription from Amazon prime to now independently. I signed up online and went to go enter my “new” acct info into my roku app on tv. App on roku won’t even except a sign in, it only lets you create a new acct?!

@HBOMaxHelp Yes, tried all steps, works on tablet, phone, & through Xfinity but the issues have been through the PS5...deleted & reinstalled a couple of times... all my other streaming apps work on PS5 except this one...the error message pops up on screen, blocks movie/show

@hbomax signing up for your service is as pleasant as pulling teeth. Spent an hour trying to figure out the issue before deciding to google prime/hbo split. But that's on me. Signed up thru xfinity now and still not working. Any advice, besides go back to Netflix?

Why does @hbomax suck SO badly? Every 10-15 minutes the “title can’t play” error pops up. Many threads on this for over a year. No fix. Don’t get HBO max.

@mastersolace @Chelle_ovoxo @hbomax It's the app. It works fine on my TV but on an Nvidia shield, and via Chrome browser it chops/won't load/has stuttering issues which aren't internet latency.

You simply don't get it, @hbomax, @HBOMaxHelp - all the extra keystrokes to re-login every day make your video player the worst of every video player on the internet. Plus, having to re-navigate to current episodes because the player doesn't track.
