@HBOMaxHelp To all the whiners: grow up. It’s ridiculous that this outage draws more outcry than other global headlines. Be prepared to NOT get a reimbursement or free month. This is a young service with a lot of room to improve. Accept that or stop using the service.

@HBOMaxHelp Yeah, we tried that a few times. It’s fine today. I saw so many complaints on Twitter last night, all at the same time, so I doubt anything we could’ve done would have fixed the problem. Thanks for replying, though.

@MMA_CULT @hbomax They have a lot of good content but the app malfunctions every time I use it. Just stops playing shows and gives an error code. Have to restart the app to fix it. And I’m not the only one.

i recently watched @hbomax's FRIENDS reunion, and there was a part where the producers said, they wanted to cast artists who weren't famous to avoid it being the rachel show or the monica show. i can't help but be jealous, and think about the what ifs, what if ganon din dito?

@engineering_bae I'm trying to rewatch The West Wing and @hbomax hits significant lag once per episode on my Apple TV. Back in the Go days it was the most resilient streamer, now it's among the worst.

@HBOMaxHelp No. It does not help. I have a very fast connection on my wi-fi. The problem is your app design. No other streaming service has the problems you have and you know it. Slow response or no response to controls. Freezing and crashing when fast forwarding or reverse forex.
