  @HBOMaxHelp I'm using a Samsung TV. It loads the home screen but when I go to watch a show, it tries to load for about 30 seconds then gives an error code. Sometimes it just freezes in the middle of watching something.

  @erikkain @hbomax @HouseofDragon Why you’re personally inflamed by this, so disappointed that you’d lash out, instead of simply being like- yea I didn’t see it as issue- is something you could reflect on especially being in business of doing exactly what I’m doing- reacting to/critiquing shows & exec decisions

  @HBOMaxHelp @CVIKIS Sadly a terrible decision I did not find it creative at all. I almost gave up watching it and instead countered misguided creativity by cranking up my contrast so much I finally offset and the effect so I could see.

  @GameOfThrones @hbomax Terrible. Didn’t resolve anything! A#in classic throne there was finality to each season this just leaves it as a cliffhanger. A whole season of waiting for something to happens and then this is what we have been waiting for?! Damn man! Be better!!!

  @HBOMaxHelp @ElizabethDTh Why does support keep replying to these messages like they can help? It has nothing to do with any specific app/tv/platform. It's the backend. #HBOMax can't handle the traffic/demand for #HOTDFinale during peak time. Simple as that. HBO is cheap and won't upgrade.

  The @hbomax app sucks. If you pause a show/movie for a few minutes, it backtracks, and sometimes skips all the way to the end. The algorithm sucks, if there is one. I’m constantly shown **** I have no interest in. Fix your stupid app, @HBO

  @HBOMaxHelp That would be great if it was a fix for just a me thing but people are reporting it on the down reporter and there is already an article about this issue. I assume your servers are full and low on bandwidth due to a high number of viewers also trying to watch the finale

  @torey_nelson @HBOMaxHelp Same problem with House of the Dragon @HBOMaxHelp. Just upgraded to a series X from Xbox One where I didn’t have this problem. Succession and White Lotus previews came up before 2 HOTD episodes and looked fine.

  @erikkain @hbomax @HouseofDragon I still stand by my perspective. I don’t have specific issue with violence against women being portrayed in tv/shows but I don’t think it’s outlandish to want this to be handled responsibly, not gratuitously or romanticized irresponsibly.

  @TheRealDoenut hey have you seen nothing but trouble? I watched it for the first time since way back in the 90s and I didn’t realise Dan akroyds character the judge wears a Freemason ring and a iron cross around his neck. Watch it on @hbomax if you haven’t seen it..
