@HBOMaxHelp can you please help me? My YouTubeTV-connected account expired but before it expired I had renewed my hbo max with a stand-alone sign-in that uses the same email address. Now it’s not recognizing me as a current subscriber (since my YouTubeTV subscription expired)

Just finished watching the first 6 eps of #TheNevers on @hbomax. Solid stuff, interesting premise, strong acting and wonderful production design but goddamn those episodes are slow and long and so poorly dragged out. Please fix the pacing.

Hey @hbomax , just a heads up. The Closed Captioning on your episodes of Rick & Morty are not working. Before you ask: yes, I have captions turned on on my TV, and yes, I have captions turned on in HBO Max TV app (just finished watching Titans & captions worked fine).

@hbomax Is the worst streaming framework in the business. Want to watch No Sudden Move in 4k UHD but can’t because I can’t cast from my iPhone nor the Mac laptop using the Chrome, because every time I try the stream crashes. It’s also the only service without an app on Vizio TVs

@GalvinSeriously @hbomax I have this issue pretty often but I’ll get the error msg the “content isn’t working or available” so I have to refresh. I assume it’s bc the platform has a ton of ppl on it simultaneously since the library is so rich. Def something they need to remedy.

@HBOMaxHelp Someday I’ll see an entire episode of a tv show or whole movie on HBO max without having to unplug my tv. Maybe. But today is not that day. Your servers are trash. Very close to cancelling.
