  @TonyKhan this deal you’ve made with HBO has made it impossible to watch your PPVs. @hbomax has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Literally no help or assistance whatsoever to give me access to the PPV or to get my money back after waiting hours. This is bs.

  @Sammycat41 @addievervale @hbomax subtitles are bad for me too. they’re always a few minutes ahead of whats actually happening on screen which is a shame. could just be a glitch for today because they just released it here? it might be better in a bit idk

  @andyjd747 @hbomax It’s effectively a downgrade. We had UHD and Ad Skip on our Stream package but now shows we previously could watch are only on HBO Max in awful quality with ads.

  @LGUS @hbomax Bought an LG stove Dec 2025 — broke within a week. 5 service visits, none fixed it. 4‑hour windows cost me work/pay. Escalations ignored, no callback. LG service is terrible — do your research before buying.

  @hbomaxhelp Been in an email loop with support doing the same troubleshooting steps repeatedly. Issue: Friends degrades in picture quality after ~15-20 min, every time, only that show. App updated, reinstalled, TV restarted — multiple times. Need actual escalation.
