@HBOMaxHelp just a heads up, I keep having issues “Oops! Something went wrong. Please restart the hbomax app.” Every time I’m a bout to finish an episode of friends, I have to restart the episode then fine but keeps happening. I love you guys, just letting you guys know on this.

@hbomax I now have to have suffered from multiple error crashes, it eventually works after the 4th time. Then subtitles wouldn’t turn off and the audio is now out of sync. Y’all still have the best content so I persist

@HBOMaxHelp Hello! I've got a problem with using HBOMax on my xfinity tv. When I select a show, ask it to play... it thinks for a moment... and then sends me back to the menu screen. I did try rebooting the cable box. Didn’t help. What do I do?

@hbomax “Oops! Something went wrong!” For the fourth time in a two hour movie! The thing that went wrong is your app is ****! It doesn’t load right. It won’t depixellate quickly. The FF/RW is slow and unusable! The version I’m using has had 50 UPDATES! Get it together! 💩 🤡

@HBOMaxHelp I get a 905 error attempting to play the two most recent Last Week Tonight episodes by casting it to my Chromecast ultra. Other titles play without issue with the same method. Issue does not occur when I use the HBO max app on my Samsung tv or my phone without casting.

@hbomax I just want to give HBO my money and watch some stuff. But I can't and no one knows why. Terrible service. Now I just have to wait for an email. It's been 24 hours with no reply. And I wasn't sent a copy of the chat I asked for.

@HBOMaxHelp No error message. It doesn’t always happen, just periodically while watching a couple episodes of shows in a row. I did restart my tv and network devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and gave it a break between episodes.This has only happened in the last week post update
