Okay, I got about a third of the way through ROTK and I have to stop. The audio mix of this on @hbomax is TERRIBLE. It is extremely quiet. At first I thought it was my sound bar, but no it's the mix. I literally have it cranked up and I still can't make out any dialogue.

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks. I rebooted my FireTV appliance and then entered HBO max using a different profile and this cleared the issue. Oddly, White Lotus was the only show I could produce the error with at the time of incident.

@hbomax @springsteen @sternshow Yall are really trying to compete with Netflix for "worst treatment of paying customers" aren't you? Hulu add on costs just as much as subscribing through the app, but I can't access the entire library? Then ehat is the point?

@HBOMaxHelp Troubleshooting steps won't resolve this because this is a content issue, not a technical one. Your service delivers the content at the wrong frame rate, causing the effect. You as the provider need to replace the current assets with ones that use the correct frame rate.
