@hbomax Could you fix the captions issue with Roku app PLEASE. It won't stay on. I have it on 'always on' in your settings AND the Roku main menu settings both. I want it to just stay ON no matter what I click on & go to. It's not doing that all of sudden when it has been for months

@hbomax is THE worst streaming app. Never have a problem with Netflix, Hulu, or anything else. HBOmax regularly crashes, lags, buffers forever, etc. Y’all need to do some work on this ****.

@HBOMaxHelp Was attempting to watch a show, was watching a show, it buffered midway through the show, then it died a slow painful death since, and took 5 minutes for it to fix itself. Every other streaming app was fine. Newest Google Chromecast.

@HBOMaxHelp iPhone, fire-stick, smart tv. All of them get signed out saying my plan is expired (which it isn’t). I couldn’t go a few days without it happening. I canceled my plan last night. No quick fix to sign back in. Sorry, but your app is beyond frustrating to deal with.
