@HBOMaxHelp just paid for HBO max for the first time ever to watch the Harry Potter reunion. 2 hour special took me 6 hours to watch because it did nothing but buffer and make me restart the app. What gives?

@hbomax your tv app has to be the worst streaming app ever made. Open it, it freezes on the title screen. Uninstall then install, go through the bs of signing in again (if it does load) pick something to watch, loads show and immediately crashes or crashes when going to the next1

@HBOMaxHelp Hi, am having this issue now. HBO Max app will not open on Apple TV 4K. All other apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) are fine. HBO starts to title screen as if to open and then just closes.

@hbomax you shouldn't have to unplug the tv and reinstall the app every single time you want to watch something (if it ever loads...) also when your app is the only one that does this, out of Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney all work fine. So you saying its the network is bs

There is no worse user experience than that of @hbomax via @YouTubeTV . Can’t use it without signing back in every time, even after it was “fixed”. And then after signing back in the content won’t play. These are leading companies, you’d expect basic quality of service
