Hey @hbomax why everything with your app is so Freaking difficult? I have to login every time I travel, I have to look for the series name just to watch the next episode? Copycat @netflix or @disneyplus they really know the stream business. 👊

@HBOMaxHelp I have a 2021 MacBook with Catalina OS. I use Chrome browser. Sometimes the site straight crashes out of whatever I’m watching, but most of the time it can’t handle being paused - or worst of all - 15 second rewound before also crashing. Various times of day - not just peak times

Hey @HBO! The Gilded Age looks like hot garbage on @hbomax. I’ve never seen such poor image quality on a streaming service. You need to go back and remaster the files you’re using. It’s unwatchable.

@HBOMaxHelp I’m using an iPad. No euphoria episodes work but I can play other shows. Sometimes I just get those 3 buffering dots on a black screen & sometimes the dots w/ the hbo max logo.

@hbomax why can’t I watch Gomarrah season 4-5, still no subtitles still no voice dubs like season 1-3, on going issue, should be an easy fix, many twitter people same issue, can’t watch on my I phone or smart tv/ only in Italian, no subtitles or voice dubs season 4-5

@nypost The week it came out, we wanted to attend but Omicron was spiking. We wanted to see it on the big screen, but are so grateful we were able to see it all on @hbomax unlike Spider-Man which we were unable to see due to same issue except it wasn’t being streamed. 😞

Just when I thought @hbomax had the worst app, @peacockTV really just takes the cake. I cannot use the app for more than five minutes or five button pushes whatever comes first without it glitching freezing and crashing. 🙃

@HBOMaxHelp Steaming on my TV. All my other apps like Netflix, prime etc. work fine. Your app is the only one thst doesn’t work, it’s like a delay, buffering type of thing.

@t_b_manning @hbomax We've watched this for awhile and loved it till recently. The language has gotten horrible (eff word in almost every sentence, which is just not needed, and the plot is starting to get just downright stupid. Hope they fix it.
