@HBOMaxHelp is there any way to talk to a human about an issue with my service? I can't get through a show without HBO freezing and then skipping back a few seconds and repeating until we turn it off. Close out everything and it does it again. Reinstalled already.

@hbomax - is there some reason your streaming service crashes when I try to use is for streaming purposes? I use Netflix, Amazon Prime, even the garbage Peacock (not for long)… No issues. HBOMax, constant fails. Why you so booty Bro?

Free idea for @WB: move #Dune to an exclusive theatrical release for at least 2 weeks, and offer @hbomax subscribers 2 free tickets per account for opening weekend. Should still help them bring in new subs while giving the franchise a fighting chance at theatrical success.

The feature on @hbomax where you get the 3 dots on the bottom of the screen and the app freezes momentarily and then plays for a split second before freezing longer every 30 seconds is great. Keep up the good work

Oh my god the @hbomax app on my tv is the worst in the world. Crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME. To the point where the whole tv freezes! It’s absurd.

@HBOMaxHelp It does not help. On the ROKU, I got about 10 seconds into a movie and the app closed out. On the PS4, still get the error message interruptions repeatedly. I have no issues with any other streaming app on either device.

@HBO @hbomax It would be great if I could watch The Wire but the stupid *** Johnny Walker ad been stuck in my screen for 30 minutes and won't play. I know I'm only paying 99.99 for this horse **** of a streaming service. I just figured when I use it it would work.

@theMadJayWoman @hbomax It is unwatchable. And that is a common feature in most streaming apps that can be easily be turned on and off. HBO Max is just terrible.
