@HBOMaxHelp Sorry I won't do that because I did that around April and the only thing I got was requesting a bunch of pictures and videos and nothing has been fix. Check you ticket system and you will see.

@HBOMaxHelp Update needed ! Your recent update took away full screen zoom from Apple devices like iPhones and iPads ! That is your biggest subscriber base. Fix it. We hate movies with ugly bars on the side of the screen miniaturizing the film. Films are meant for fullscreen

@RealityPales @hbomax @HBO Exactly. There was a point in time, not long ago, where any given HBO show was better than literally any other TV show, in quality. It might not have been a show for you, genre/story-wise, but the acting/sound mix/cinematography/pacing/etc would all be significantly better.

@SarahDalyCJ @hbomax Watched it last night. I wish I could have gone, but I had to work instead. The scene with KoRn reminded me of Lollapalooza 97 - in Toronto it was assigned seating and when they came on the seats were literally ripped out of the concrete so people could mosh.

@HBOMaxHelp I'm just gonna stop watching GOT lol. It's stupid at this point. That's the only title that's having this problem. Clearly somethijng changed over the last few weeks. Simple troubleshooting doesn't fix it.

Riddle me this, @hbomax : Why do certain programs have a complete black screen with full sound and captioning on my BRAND NEW ROKU TV, on all profiles, yet I can see the picture just fine on the app on my phone? There's always an issue with your app. Always

@hbomax @paramountplus You want your streaming services to work? Stop sitting on 4k transfers and put them on the service for crying out loud. 95% of your own catalog on your services are only available in HD even though 4k transfers exist. That's inexcusable.

@HBO @HBOmax @HBOMaxHelp Why is HBOmax so bad??? Expensive but doesn’t work. Constant lagging, spinning. Not my router, modem or TV bc every other program Netflix, Showtime on Demand. peacock all work fine. I can’t get through more than about 10 minutes w/HBO max then it quits!👎
