@TheJovenshire @hbomax Yep, exact same issue on PS5. Usually says "there was an error" and the app has to be restarted when i can see and hear what I'm watching continue to play behind the error message.

@HBOMaxHelp The problem is that the app on IPhone and Apple TV is consistently failing. And prior to that HBO go was also failing for years. Does HBO web streaming services have a development team that gives a ****? @jasonkilar Your team is not delivering.

@PJNole @hbomax @XfinitySupport Same! But now when I go through all that craziness with the sign in code etc. it says “you’re all set to start streaming” and then is still gets rerouted to the Home Screen.

@TillyBridges @HBOMaxHelp Same issue casting that specific episode. Chromecast Ultra, attempted from Pixel 4 and iPhone 12. All other shows and episodes cast fine and that episode plays on the device fine.

can @hbomax PLEASE fix their app. literally every other streaming service i have works 100% of the time and it crashes every 5-10 mins on every single show I watch and it's the most expensive streaming app I pay for like get it together please
