@HBOMaxHelp I’ve tried everything it’s still not working. you can play the trailer of a movie but you can’t play it. every time you click play it just goes backward. ps4 just had an update pushed recently that looks like it broke your app so maybe tell someone to fix that.

@hbomax Why on earth do you require me to share the xfinity login that controls the account’s billing information to others in my household? We have a secondary ID setup for this exact security issue.

@HBOMaxHelp I have HBO Max thru AT&T and it says my subscription is expired and has me sign in again and when I sign in with my AT&T login it signs in a completely different account that is not mine

@HBOMaxHelp No error message. It just goes black with the menu icons on the side. If you try to rewind or exit there's a significant delay to the point it's better to exit the app. Freezing meaning it's not functioning in any way after pushing any action options in the app

@HBOMaxHelp is there a broken link between subtitle settings re: the "preview", "intro", and the actual content/show? settings set for one do not carry over to the next, at least on Apple TV.

@HBOMaxHelp I have problems with the app crashing or just not starting more times than not playing. This happens on my Samsung tv and when trying to play anything using the PS4 on another television. I have about a 40% success rate on finishing anything I watch on this app. Truly terrible

@AndJustLikeThat @hbomax I'm SATC-positive and will probably watch this. But "And Just Like That" is a TERRIBLE title and a massive turn-off. I can never remember it. It's cringey. I would never say the words, "Let's watch And Just Like That," even if I would.
