@HBOMaxHelp @cwestlund I had to buy another chromecast because of the inability to come to a agreement with roku. Now it won't play on that either. Already did all the steps in the trouble shooting article, wth hbo, fix your app!

@ATT and @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp I've been on the phone for over 2 hours with both of your customer services for a "Can’t Verify Your Subscription" error. My wireless plan includes HBOMax, please somebody help, I've gotten nowhere with the call center people.

@HBOMaxHelp I’m trying to sign in and it won’t allow me to. Gives me “this isn’t supported by your provider” but I have HBO and to my understanding the logins should work the same as long as I’m on an HBO MAX supported device.

@OweeeeenDennis @hbomax The show is not cancelled, yet also not renewed. Dennis wants to make more but he's having trouble since most of his crew was laid off and HBO is having concerns of the show getting too dark for younger audiences.

@landofstacy @hbomax LG televisions are the worst. No HBOMAX, No PEACOCK. Just a ton of useless apps that no one uses. Last current app was DISNEY+. When I asked @LGUS why, they said my tv was too old. It’s a 2016.

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks! I’m not buying a new tv (mine is from 2017) or another service to see these shows. Cable is expensive enough. You’re aware we are in a pandemic and people are out of work? This kind of crap from corporations makes me want to shut it all down and just read books!!!

@RealEdPhillips @hbomax Oh gosh, I'd have to sit down and properly think about it as I haven't been in the business for nearly 4 years now. But multiplexes will not survive when you consider rent, cost of running, the projector alone is a huge expense and the ever increases retail prices is terrible.
