Dear @hbomax: So you want your data off Amazon. I get it. But your app is awful in comparison. Really, really bad. To the level where I’m asking if I want to pay for that much aggravation. Fix this. Make it a good experience. Then you’ll get my money again. @AppleTV you too.

@hbomax why does HBO Max on my Roku consistently have issues ? No other Roku app causes problems. Trying to watch a show and it’s stopped steaming or gone to the home page no less than 6 times in 6 min. For weeks now. 15/mo is a lot for this!

@hbomax fix the captions for your movies and shows. When a person say “*****” the captions should say that. Not “******”. They are not the same thing. After watching the Boondocks the other and 40 year old Virgin today, I noticed it seems to be every time. #fixit
