@bclaymoore @hbomax The worst thing for me is rewinding. I was trying to watch Doom Patrol yesterday and if I missed something and wanted to go back it crashed the whole damn app.

@HBOMaxHelp I have basically every streaming service. They all work fine….. except for hbo max. It has consistent loading issues. When I try to enter, all I see are 3 purple dots that flash forever. It’s doing it right now. Hasnt worked all day. At times, the app completely freezes.

Hey, @hbomax and @Roku. I'm trying to watch Kung Fu Hustle on Roku, but the default audio is Spanish. I can change the audio language to the original Cantonese on Android, but not Roku. Please fix your app.

How is it the year 2021 and we still have streaming services with quality as terrible as @hbomax? This is absurd. I can't watch 10 mins without it freezing and crashing. It takes over an hour to get through a 30 min show with all the freezing and restarting. Might have to cancel.

@HBOMaxHelp Super disappointed with HBOMax. Would have checked pretty much every box on the cancellation survey if they were not radio buttons. For the price you charge you need better tools to help people find content (or else you need more content)
