@hbomax love the shows and movies yall have done but jesus get a damn update for the app. It gets to the point that every 7-10 minutes it pauses to buffer! Its not my internet or wifi, i checked. Every other app is just fine.Please fix or your going to loose mass customers.Thanks

Corp employees got $ to do zero work & did a pitiful launch. Then they get mad a low subscriber numbers & have no one 2 blame but themselves #hbomax

@hbomax hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. HBO "accidentally" canceled my account which had a 12 month promo on it. And now, not a single rep or supervisor will honor the promo. Take a bow, #1 for terrible service on all aspects.

I applaud @hbomax . I disliked going to the theater before COVID because of watching movies with crowds is frustrating and not enjoyable. Our society has become self absorbed that they cannot “watch” a movie quietly and respectively. I will pay for movies at home no problem.

@THR Very true. The top people at @wbpictures don’t have any idea about movies. They are indeed the worst studio ever and will lose huge talent as a result of this stupid decision. Even now it’s not too late #Warnermedia to reverse the decision. It’s a stupid dumb move to save @hbomax

@ScottMendelson Biggest issue is the new management at @WarnerMedia has no idea of movie making. They are bunch of digital guys trying to save face by trying to save a lackluster streaming service called @hbomax. Toby Emmerich the main talent guy has lost his power and has no say now. Disaster.

@HBOMaxHelp We have subscribed to HBONow thru YouTubeTV, but are unable to binge watch anything on HBO Max even tho we are paying for it thru YouTubeTV. When I access the HBOMax app on Prime, it knows who I am but still wants me to sign up again for it. Help please.
