Yo @hbomax your app is atrocious. I have zero issues with Prime or Netflix but no matter what i do there is not a single thing that can be watched on your trash *** app no matter how long you pause it. Idk how tf you’re in business.

@tllanes @hbomax They give the worst interface experience. Hard to find shows. Hard to find episodes. Hard to set record. Googling episode dates so I can go to the @hbomax app and TRY and find the show. Amongst other things.

@hbomax Hey guys, your app keeps freezing on the Roku premier after a show is on pause for more than a few minutes. Hit play and it goes to a black screen. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Issue persists. #HBOMax

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks! It’s a Sharp brand Roku Smart TV. Usually the problem is that the picture freezes and the sound keeps going, either while we are just watching or when we try to rewind 10-20s. We ultimately need to shut the whole device down and log back in to the HBO Max app to continue.

@HBOMaxHelp It is none of that. Every device has the same problem. This is a communication issue between your network and @YouTubeTV. You need to get together with YouTubeTV and figure out why my subscription through them is expiring every few days, forcing me to re-validate it constantly.
