@hbomax your subtitles only work half the time on shows I KNOW you have them for. It's downright criminal. How do you expect anyone Deaf or HoH to use your platform? Maybe you should work on this before adding new content. 🤬🤬

@hbomax fix your app! The most expensive app shouldn't have this many problems. Crashes all the time. Can barely move the slider forward or back. Cant even rotate the screen. Really fam it should be easier. All these fixes would make it for sure the best streaming app. Damn.

@Stephen_Stanton @hbomax If this isn't old animation and not done on a computer then it is really good! I have so much respect for the old animations in the old animators of the world that had to go through so much work making the same picture over and over but different little by little I can't imagine.

@hbomax You ask any martial artist actor what they don't like about Hollywood, they'll say the editing and cutting work of their martial arts sequences. It's hard work and tiring to do some of the sequences and when the editor does a bad job capturing what's needed, it's bad on the actor

So I was trying to watch #MortalKombat on @hbomax but the widescreen is awful on this one. And the in-film subtitles keep cutting in and out. This is weird because I've never had problems with any film before. (It's a conspiracy) At least I saw it in the theater already. 😒

The @hbomax app on AppleTV needs some serious bug fixing! I'm watching Big Bang Theory and either the subtitles don't work correctly, or the app freezes. Will work only after a reset of AppleTV!

@hbomax It's a shame that the energy, effort, and work done by the actors, stunt people got cut and undermined by the editing and cutting choices for the fights, Get a fight director or editor to edit for the fight sequences in future instalments, please.

@HBOMaxHelp The app is extremely slow, choppy and buggy. Between watching, error messages pop up that “oops something went wrong” very often. Can’t browse content because it takes a couple seconds to move per click. Out of the several apps I have, none perform like this.

@hbomax why does your streaming service keep buffering on me, but Netflix, Hulu, and Shudder work fine? Fix your ****. Not worth 15 bucks a month if the movie needs to buffer ever 30 seconds.

@HBOMaxHelp I’ve experienced major issues with sound. My AVR is not detecting Dolby digital sound and the sound is awful. Tv is Samsung Q70. Most of your new movies have the same sound issues - unable to hear dialogues clearly. No issues with all the other apps.
