@HBOMaxHelp That is not how that should work. This isn't a troubleshooting request, it's feedback to improve your app because I'm not the only one who experiences these problems. This is the most expensive service part of what I'm paying for is a seamless cast experience.

@hbomaxnl, @hbomax, my suggestion is to turnoff the timer on the auto next episode function if the show has no after credits... Also, force your employees to use your product, it will keep you ahead of problems.

@HBOMaxHelp reinstalled hbo max app, unplugged tv, hard reset Samsung tv, hardwire internet connection to tv, and still does not work. hbo max app freezes, and then Samsung TV freezes as well. On Samsung Tizen OS platform.

@hbomax is always going down. I can get all my other services to stream, so I know it's not my internet connection. Interface comes up, but all I get are the three dots. This happens SO OFTEN. Are their servers just absolute trash?

@hbomax your app is total garbage. It has stopped 4 times while trying to watch one 23 minute episode. Beyond frustrating. It’s been doing this constantly. One more time and I’m cancelling my subscription. I don’t have this issue with any other streaming service.

Gave @hbomax a 2-star review yesterday, but I feel that was too hasty. Definitely deserves a 1-star. App wouldn't stream BATMAN BEYOND or MASK OF THE PHANTASM yesterday, and now it won't load at all. Good work, @HBOMaxHelp.
