@HBOMaxHelp You can add episodes 8, 9, and 10. And anytime you rewind, your hunk of **** app loses subtitles. On no other app have I ever had a problem w closed captioning. Ever. So what is @HBOMaxHelp doing about it?

@hbomax Why do all my other apps; YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV+; all work and HBO Max is ALWAYS a struggle? I haven’t been able to access it for 5 days. Can’t access and/or UI frequently shows a never-ending spinner. #BadTech

I'm curious about the #DMZ series coming from @hbomax I only read the first few issues of the @DCComics title. That featured the story of a journalist going to cover the war. This takes the premise in another direction. Wonder if Matty Roth, the reporter, will be a character.

@shaver @hbomax The thing that kills me is your amp in 99 was working with scraps - it probably just buffered a quarter second so it had a window to work with. Streaming services have access to the whole of the content and can precalculate stuff. And yet so little control is exposed to viewers.

@HBOMaxHelp why when i watch hbo-max service on a computer so my quality is just a **** always pixel image even though my internet speed is 1000/1000mbs. I hope you fix the problem soon. I pay even 20 euros for the service of the pike I see the programs in good quality.

@HBOMaxHelp the app is giving poor quality vid on Xbox series x. 1. I have gigabyte connection 2. It’s wired 3. I hard reset Xbox and reinstalled app and video quality is bad 4. All the other apps like Netflix, prime, Hulu, etc.. all 4K quality but hbomax the quality is blurry
