@HBOMaxHelp I stream on the PS4. The app won’t load. Every time I try I get an error message. I’ve checked my internet. Speed is great. Rebooted my router anyway. Deleted and reinstalled app. Still won’t work.

@WickedYetKind @HBOMaxHelp robyn, i think you have the right idea. nothing is more frustrating than paying for something that won't work. sadly, this product looks like it doesn't work. i am cancelling this weekend. i'll miss some of the shows. but what's the choice? it doesn't work anyway.

@HBOMaxHelp Hi, thank you for getting back to me. We are having trouble with the app on our Samsung TV. The TVs model code is QN49Q6FAM. I’ve assumed this is an HBO issue because I don’t have trouble with other apps.

@hbomax The HBO Max app through Xfinity has been broken for days. It allows us to sign in (most of the time) and select a program (Hacks or In The Heights, etc.), but it just loops back to the selection page or reports "unexpected error." Get your acts together, pls.

is @hbomax always so laggy? wow paying $15 a month to have lag after lag after lag......its not my computer, netflix, peackock, hulu all work fine. but not HBO Max.....are you not able to play it while working in other windows either?

@hbomax And I know it’s not my internet connection, because Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube all work fine. It’s just your PS4 app that I get the error with. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the same issue pursued. #HBOMax #hbomaxPS4error #helpme
