@HBOMaxHelp What is with this buffering issue? Every new movie we watch literally buffers and or stops, my internet is super good and HBO either stops the movie and also doesnt respond then i have to reset the app completely. What is the actual issue?

I literally have to hard stop/start my TV EVERY time I try to go back to the homepage of @hbomax. After the volume of complaints they get on social for the worst UX, you'd think they'd make an effort.

@HBOMaxHelp Safari. And no, the issue is that i have to turn it off every single time I watch something. If I turn it off for an episode, why is it turned back on when the next episode plays directly after? Does it not carry over?

@HBOMaxHelp I once called the atc control tower of an airport and told them I could not come in because I was sick…. I don’t work for air traffic control in any capacity I was a ground handler from an airline and I shouldn’t have had their number in my private phone #aviation

@hbomax Fabulous shows & films, I’d subscribe for Hacks alone! But the service is often extremely frustrating. FF & RW are nearly impossible, and of I’ve clicked OK once to be using offline streaming, why does the app repeatedly keep asking me to do so?!?!?! Please fix this issues!
