@HBOMaxHelp Thanks HBO. Appreciate the response. I assume the playback issues are due to high volume? High class problem! Please do fix the ability to get back to the show page too. Frustrating navigation bug. But, obviously, it hasn't stopped me from watching your great programming:)

What is wrong with #HBOMax now? Did the Tech quit? They need to take that app offline, fix it, and then re-roll it out again. I can't even change the closed captioning without it kicking me out. And it's so slow in response no matter what you do. @hbomax @hbo

@HBOMaxHelp we are still experiencing problems. It will not allow sign out, so we can’t sign in again. This is on a Fire TV. The Roku account is working. Are you unable to cope with 2 subscriptions to the same IP address?

My first complaint about the #FriendsReunion is that the captions are way ahead of the audio. Like at least a full minute. I'm less than 3 minutes in and I turned them off because it's so annoying. Must be a huge bummer for anyone who truly needs the captions. @hbomax fix it pls

@HBOMaxHelp Some people? It looked like many many thousands. I tried all the usuals: turned my tv off and on again; deleted the app and reloaded it; Logged in and out on other devices. None of it worked. The HBOmax app is the worst functioning app that I use.

@HBOMaxHelp your translations aren’t working on the app for any movie or show. Closed captioning is on but for example, Rush Hour 2 has Cantonese to English translations that should be in the movie with or without closed captioning on. Not the only person with this problem
