@HBOMaxHelp It's a Google Pixel 3, but you have the same problem on every Android device. This is an easily tested scenario. Hire some QA and fix your broken app.

CAN NOT BELIEVE we pay @VerizonSupport so much money per month. The customer service is non existent. I can’t open hbo max app even though we pay tons of money for @HBOMaxHelp. Sign in thru carrier tells you we don’t have hbo (not true). Go on Verizon support waste 2 hours.

@HBOMaxHelp is there any update on a fix for Season 4 of Gomorrah Episodes 7-12 subtitle issue? It has now been 9 days, and still no fix or timeline. This is not the way to treat paying customers. You should be ashamed.

@hbomax your app is the worst. Doesn’t work well with Apple airplay. Defaults to having audio captions when it finally does decide to work on Apple airplay. UI is nice but doesn’t respond well. Restarts your show/movie anytime you close it. About to cancel my subscription.
