@HBOMaxHelp I was watching a movie and accidentally hit the rewind button instead of the pause button. Both my tv and fire stick became unresponsive. Turning them off and on was not enough to make them work again. I had to unplug both and reboot them.

@HBOMaxHelp I’m not DM’ing you. The point is that the app needs to be better. This is a repeated problem. Just do better. Paying for a subscription for a service that glitchy is disappointing to say the least.

@hbomax I changed cable providers and no longer have HBO max on cable I paid for 1 yr or service via Wi-Fi. My email with Comcast is null and void I need to sign in with a new email address how do I do it?

@HBOMaxHelp @Damnit_Brandi I feel the same, and it’s not a single issue. the app as a whole sucks. it literally stops any show if i move from one room to another saying that i haven’t got a connection, even though that’s not true, it’s a pain to get the episode list, etc

Watched "Black Adam" today on @hbomax and don’t see what everyone’s problem is with it. I mean yea it was kinda corny and cringe but it wasn’t bad.. The only thing that just pissed me off was the end with Henry Cavill Superman… I mean seriously **** @JamesGunn

@HBOMaxHelp @CDeloge While you’re at it, your Fire Stick app is also causing me major end of episode problems. Every time I reverse the Next Episode prompt, to watch credits and post-credits conent, the app skips the next episode four seconds later anyway. Every single time for the last week.

@hbomax @HBO Too bad you're literally the only streaming service deleting originals. You should look at what Netflix does and literally do exactly the same thing. It's very obvious that you care less about the quality of your product and more about the income than it creates.

Hey, @hbomax A recent change to your android app is broken when it comes to autoplaying the next episode. For whatever reason, it decides to move on before the current episode has even finished (hasn't even made it to the credits) Very annoying!
