Hey @hbomax can you add the ability to zoom video all the way to fill up the iPhone screen up to and around the notch? I don’t know what other ppl feel but I like the immersion and other apps do it, but have inferior video quality. Thank you!

@HBOMaxHelp We're not getting any error messages. The app stays stuck on the HBO MAX loading screen and not doing anything else. This app is on our SAMSUNG TV. We've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that'll fix it and also ran updates. Nothing seem to be working for us.

@HBOMaxHelp It started playing properly. I never used it on my laptop till recently. I usually watch on my Roku. It's the only streaming site that I have had issues with on my laptop.

@hbomax Absoultely the worst streaming service ever. I don't have the best wifi connection but I have four other streaming services (netflix, prime video, hulu etc) that work just fine and give me no issues. To watch one epidose of a show can take up to 20 minutes waiting for it.

@MediocreMeatbag @TheMatrixMovie @hbomax I have issues with it to but you don’t see me trashing the entire film because of it. Opinions are meant to be just opinions. They did not dive from one matrix to another, you literally see them escape the video game and enter the Matrix.

@HBOMaxHelp No need JR. This is an @ATT issue that they caused and they need to resolve for those of us subscribed through @ATT. They broke the service for us. Adding insult to injury, they did it the same day they took payment from my bank.

@HBOMaxHelp Accessing the app through a Roku. I've already contacted a customer service rep and all I was told is you are aware and working on the problem. The shock comes from it being weeks

@hbomax your subtitles on ALL apple devices do not work properly. There is no way to stop them from showing up at the top instead of the bottom where they belong. Fix this problem at the source. All workarounds only last two seconds and then default back to the top.

@hbomax I will be fully connected to my wifi and the episode is constantly buffering and then exits out. I don't experience this with any other app. THE WORST
