@HBOMaxHelp Your new Xbox app release is terrible. It even crashes my Xbox on occasion and forces reboot. It's funny. I even got this email before it's release saying how awesome it was gonna be, and it was nothing but a ruined ******.

@HBOMaxHelp This app freezes and closes no matter where I've used it. On iPad, on fire stick, on new smart tv, literally everywhere. HBO GO never even glitched. Why change it when it wasn't even broken? What a waste of money.

@hbomax Could you put 4k ultra and Dolby atmos stuff on your app? You are by far the worst for 4k content. Your volume sucks also. I have to turn my surround sound way up just to hear your movies
