@HBOMaxHelp Thanks for the quick response. The screen would make it seem like the title is not as important as the reference code. Might be worth some small tweaks to encourage reporting issues. I sense, others, like me, would not copy this code from their TV willingly.

@HBOMaxHelp thanks but that doesn’t answer my q at all. I’ve already looked at the help pages. When I google the show it seems like it should be avail but I keep getting “oops! Something went wrong” Apple TV, iPad, phone, and smartTV. Is it bc my sub is based in US? Do I need one for PT?

In the Staircase show, they didn’t get the eyebrows right. Peterson has maybe the most ****** up eyebrows of all time but they let Colin Firth keep his nice, normal non-villainous brows. There’s still time to fix this @hbomax

@HBOMaxHelp It simply won't play on my Android tv. Tried streaming from my cellphone, also won't work. Already cleaned cache and reinstalled and no success. This is exactly the same kind of issue that happened with your old app.

@HBOMaxHelp the rewind feature on LG TVs is broken with the latest update. It immediately rewinds in automatic fashion rather than starting in increments and becoming automatic only if you hold the rewind button. This is a major inconvenience.

@hbomax As someone who listens to hours of true crime podcasts I honestly would be interested in watching these four docs but I'm not planning to watch anything until #OurFlagMeansDeath is renewed. Frankly, being shown the shows already renewed is making me very upset. Fix it, please.

@HBOMaxHelp It is on all my devices. TV, laptop. Finally made it work on my phone last night. This has been going on for over a week, so it's not the modem (which I did reset last week when troubleshooting). I don't use an app on my laptop and the tv app is up to date (no way to uninstall).
