@HBOMaxHelp This was on MacBook but also have issues on Frame TV. Issues such as skip button not working, replay making video freeze and not start until after the moment I was at, randomly crashing, etc. What "troubleshooting steps" can I take? These are obvious issues with the app itself.

@hbomax Please for the love of all things, fix your damn playstation app!! I cant get through 1 episode of a 20 minute show without it telling me there was a problem and I have to restart my app. NOT ONE EPISODE CAN I GET THROUGH. worst streaming app ever and im about done paying for it

@hbomax Your app is terrible, and you need to fix it. It just paused right before the end of Starstruck, and I had to hit the play button to continue. Two seconds, paused again. Kept doing that over and over and ruined the flow of the ending.

@HBOMaxHelp The error occurred approximately between 1hr 33 & 34 minutes. After hard resetting the app it played properly. However, rewinding and fast forwarding in the app presents numerous problems; freezing, no sound, image stuttering & repeating. This was just the worst I've seen it.
