@AmazonHelp Seems it is an @HBOMaxHelp issue, as I’ve already done that many times. Just did it again and it’s still buffering every 10 seconds for at least 30 seconds. MANY complaints about this app in the Apple App Store and the Amazon App Store too. Seems developers at HBO have work to do

@ZSJL_ @hbomax I also think Hamada came in, post Snyder and wanted to push on into the future but his handling of the Fisher situation has vilified him with fans. However, he isn't the issue with any of this Snyder stuff, those were caused prior to his time.

@hbomax I am experience extreme slowness with your app or sometimes just down right not “connecting” and receive an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It’s takes easily 5 minutes to load content. It use to work seamless. What gives these days?

Why is the @hbomax app on my (@amazonfiretv) such garbage? Buffers every 4 seconds. I’ve deleted and reinstalled countless times, restarted Fire TV countless times as well. Rebooted WiFi modem as well many times. ONLY this garbage app causing problems (Netflix, Hulu etc fine). !!

.@Google I already have an @hbomax subscription included w/ my @ATT wireless plan. Google TV did not give me an opportunity to sign in to my existing account; it simply activated an unwanted, duplicate account with a couple quick, confusing clicks through "Accept/Cancel" prompts.
