@HBOMaxHelp I’ve downloaded flight attendant and Michael Che show and they worked perfectly! But when it comes to Space Jam 2 I’ve downloaded twice and both times they don’t work they just close the app down and I keep trying and no success!

@HBOMaxHelp roku app not working. It's been 2 days now. I've restarted, reinstalled. Still click on play, acts like it will load then right back to same screen.

@HBOMaxHelp I have a Samsung smart TV. I’ve had a working version of HBO Max, but last week the app showed a message saying it needed to be updated. The update didn’t work. Tried deleting to reinstall, but now I can’t even re-download the app even though I removed all but a few basic apps.

@HBOMaxHelp I get that you are help staff just trying to assist where you can when people complain. I appreciate the attempt. But the app just needs to be written better for the system period. Just add me to the log of people who complained & hopefully the devs will improve it 1 day.

@HBOMaxHelp It crashes or freezes when loading a show, i hear audio but no video then crashes tried it on ps5, smart tv, galaxy phone, and roku same problem on each device. No other streaming services have these issues. I've forced stopped the app re started device re installed the app

@Benimillo @HBOMaxHelp Yes I also am using the app on Samsung and it’s is terrible. I have changed the dns to 8.8.8.8 restarted the Samsung by pulling the power. I will give this another week then I will be asking for a refund.

@HBOMaxHelp hello, i checked to make sure the app is up to date, i deleted & reinstalled it, and i restarted the roku itself. the problem persists - i select a show to watch, it starts to load, halts, then kicks me out to the home screen

@Megyver_ @RokuSupport @HBOMaxHelp I can use my laptop and my tablet but It's the app and the roku's problem really. I've had issues with my roku.. To the point that I closed Netflix then tried to reopen it and the whole roku said it was too big for the roku when it came with the damn device. This **** is trash
