@HBOMaxHelp The app on PS5 is crashing constantly while watching, been going on for weeks. I reinstalled the app, I restarted my PS5, but it doesn’t help. Other people are reporting constant crashes with the PlayStation HBO app. Please patch it!!

@hbomax great job! It’s so dope when this dumpster fire application crashes every 20 minutes. Get your **** together. Ask @netflix for hand on getting yours to run smoother. I’m not paying 15 a month to read your error message 15 times in one viewing of a movie. #hboslacks

okay, so @hbomax does this really annoying thing where it turns of the captions after every episode. so we are binge-watching a show and I have to turn them back on EVERY SINGLE TIME. so they should fix that!

@hbomax if the connection is dropped can you not go to an error screen that I then have to click home, show I was watching, play. I can’t enjoy HBO because I keep having to go through this routine cause my internet sucks. Just simply pause, show an error, then resume.

Trying to run @hbomax on ANY device other than your phone is almost pointless. Laptop, PS5 app, doesn’t matter - it’s going to stop to buffer or just crash at least 3-4 times during a movie 😑

@HBOMaxHelp Since everyone is having the same problems w/buffering, shows not starting, sound not being in sync, etc it can’t be everyone’s networks or devices need to be updated or restarted. It took me 4 tries to get Real Time to play after the app crashed 3 times! Overloaded!

@RealSportsHBO @hbomax 117 Indians Athletes went 2 d Rio Olympics, not sure in a country of billions if hundreds of vaccines to athletes would make any difference. I don’t see a problem at all with given athletes vaccines first. Your segment makes it seems like it’s thousands and thousands per country

@HBOMax has the worst interface. Why is it so hard to rewind, fast forward, or even pause on the PS4? No issues with @Netflix or @HULU, but HBO Max can suck an egg.

@HBOMaxHelp Only 2 devices were on the router at the time, I did a test I get 300 mbs down 30 up. We have tried on galaxy note 20 ultras, a roku stick, a Samsung TV and still the same issue.
