@HBOMaxHelp The Little Things is almost unwatchable. I have tried everything in your problem solving link. I have a 4K 2019 LG, Roku 4K, & Fire TV 4K. I get 600mbps download & have had no issues with other apps or other shows on your app. Just, The Little Things & WW1984. It’s your servers.

@hbomax I am stuck in an endless loop of signing in thru my tv provider, trying to watch something, and then being asked to renew subscription/restore from iTunes and then signing in again. Over and over. It used to work fine. Please help.

@hbomax Do you know how insulting it is that the ads will play flawlessly before but then magically errors when starting the actual show? HBO max app needs massive work. Laggy & slow.

@HBOMaxHelp watching and loving “the flight attendant”!!! However, the sound has gone out 3 times in 2 episodes. In real time, no lag or hiccup in picture. Just gone! Also, during everything we watch - there is a hiccup or glitch in picture and sound. Annoying after awhile. Help!
