@HBOMaxHelp For some reason, on my Apple TV when I launch the app it will work okay at first. Then if I switch to another app to watch something else, and then go back to HBO MAX it just sits loading & won’t work unless I restart the Apple TV. Any resolutions for this?

@marlee_deb @hbomax Omg, I have issues with the website all the time. You can’t use the slide for skipping fwd or backwards...it causes freezing. And now I can’t turn off the ‘caption with audio’ off...which I never turned on. It’s driving me crazy.

@hbomax Please make your app work on my TV! Couldn’t play content for four days. Yesterday spent 30 mins with customer service and they could not diagnose the issue. Miraculously worked for about 24 hours now down again. So frustrating.

@HBOMaxHelp I and many others have already done all that. Doesn't matter how many times it's reinstalled it reset its the app itself it's been a issue for months and you refuse to fix it!

@HBOMaxHelp lately streaming on your app has not been going well. It seems as though a lot of people are having the same problem. Running an Amazon fire tv 4K playback quality lowers frequently and buffering. Been very frustrating.
