@HBOMaxHelp Well the tv won’t let me delete it or uninstall your app because it’s a basic app… so I reinstalled the app to see if that will fix it. I have noticed that after about 3 episodes even watching it on my Pc that it crashes and errors out

@HBOMaxHelp I’ve tried both, just using my tv speakers or using a sound bar and both are the same. Tried these troubleshooting methods and it didn’t work either. Anything else I watch on HBOMax I have no volume issues. I’ve seen others tweet about this movie having low audio too

@hbomax your app is giving me nothing but problems. After watching 2 episodes of a show it stops playing and makes me reset the app. And then when I try to rewind or fast forward, it doesnt let me stop it. It either goes all the way to the beginning or to the end

I'm trying to subscribe to @hbomax, but it seems the page is having some kind of issue. It says there's a problem with my credit card, but actually there's not. I other subscriptions on this same card, but for some reason @hbomax is not accepting it. Btw, it is a VISA.

I get a 502 bad gateway error every time I try to authenticate @hbomax through my Apple TV (it’s a @YouTubeTV add-on). The HBO library is unparalleled but signing in is always a pain, new or old device.

@HBOMaxHelp i like to report the following bug on roku stick+. Go to a movie and go to the section that reads more like this. Scroll down to cast & crew until you reach the end and the app will crash.

@hbomax your app loaded peculiar for 2 weeks. Now it doesn't even load. Can't sign in. Just get the "Retry or Reactivate" page. This is ridiculous. I've done everything and no matter what device, be it phone, tablet, Android TV box, etc. same issues. Ugh.

@HBOMaxHelp I have auto updates,problem started when HBO chose to remove its icon from Apple TV so it is not possible to implement many of your steps. I have to report 905 code to whom?I pay full price for aggravations. I may cancel until the system improves. This do it yourself annoys me
