hey @hbomax your new scrolling forward/backward feature is awful. It constantly takes on a life of its own and just goes wherever it wants and locks up the movie. I have to completely force close the app and reopen it. Anyway it's all ****** up.

@hbomax your streaming service is messed up... quite a few of your "recently added" tv shows do not stream.. they just go back to the same screen that is used to activate them... Cold Case, Without a Trace and others... fix them or give us a break on the monthly fee

Decided to try and watch the Harry Potter's on @hbomax since they were acquired, and my lord the quality is crap. Immediately went back to where I own them on @PrimeVideo and they look 100x better.

@HBOMaxHelp @HBOMaxHelp I see the caption icon in the bottom right, yes, but I can’t select it. My remote only pauses/plays, exits (menu button) and controls volume. No way to select the caption icon unless you know a trick. +/- 15 seconds is important, too. Hopefully you can fix that
