@hbomax can we please fix the app so it’s not constantly freezing and stalling while we try to watch? We have a shield and a shield pro and 2 different TVs and this is the only app that works this badly.

@adamnash @hbomax Well, to work out such a nuanced interaction then one has to watch on TV and then share from a smartphone. Not very likely. Or a dedicated button next to say Like/Dislike button on Netflix asking “Want to share what you are watching?” Click & then choose folks to share with. 🤔

@hbomax what the hell did you do to the AppleTV app? It’s absolutely unusable now when trying to scrub forward or back in amy kind of controlled way. Congrats. You made the absolute worst app on the platform actually even worse.

@HBOMaxHelp @hbomax Mortal kombat never worked. Tried countless troubleshooting. Mildly interested in the movie. Very interested in the conjuring 3 but same problems. To illustrate how buggy your platform is, im currently stream ww84 which has all the same technical specifications perfectly fine

The new @hbomax update has made it even worse. This streaming service is about as bad as Disney's. They obviously don't give a **** about quality of service... Because this service has so many errors and is super glitchy and slow.
