@HBOMaxHelp @antssrt @taxi7007driver We are using Roku streaming devices Ultra and streaming plus sticks. We can get in the app and find the show, but nothing plays . You click play and all it does is instantly loop back to play... I too would like help, we can't even watch Young Sheldon or any show and both device

@hbomax @megstalter There was literally ZERO problem with it before. Now it's completely screwed up and is a SERIOUS problem for the hearing impaired if they can't access subtitles. That's not just an annoyance, it's discrimination that needs to be fixed immediately.

@hbomax @megstalter Fix the app. Going forward/backward is entirely messed up now - it just goes wherever it wants and locks up the app. And swiping down no longer brings up subtitle options. Over a dozen people I know have reported the same thing.

@HBOMaxHelp Ive done all the steps, it's on your end so fix it or I not only cancel I call the better business bureau and attorney general's office for consumer affairs! I'm so sick of your service not working and you always say it's user error and it's not it's your error!

@HBOMaxHelp fix your app please! Since the update I can only watch 1 episode of any show then I get an oops error telling me to restart the app. And I'm not the only one having this issue. 3rd or 4th issue this month fix it or I cancel my subscription!

@HBOMaxHelp Also for the past few days during viewing anything every few minutes we get an error message that says “oops, something went wrong” and we have to restart the app.

@hbomax is the worst streaming service I have ever encountered. Can't watch more that 1 minute of any show without quality dropping and having to buffer. I swear, they tied string together and went "this is good enough."

@HBOMaxHelp I just installed your new AppleTV update 50.30.1 and it hasn’t appeared to fix anything! Can’t pause, fast forward, rewind, skip, slide, scrub, use Siri. The #hbomax app remains fundamentally BROKEN! #hbo has good content but if I can’t watch TV why keep subscribing?

@hbomax I finally got it to work by uninstalling and reinstalling the HBO MAX APP! Tell your agents whom I awaited an hour to talk to and they said was a glitch be fixed soon. 10hrs later I fixed myself.

@HBOMaxHelp @mgsiegler The new UI is straight up awful !! It is so thought to ff or rewind !! And now we have to pause the video in order to change audio or subtitles! Which streaming service app removes so many features after an update ???
