@hbomax im having an issue streaming godzilla kong and justice league snyder cut movie on the app througg firestick. Theres audio but just a black screen for both movies. I can play everything else fine.

@hbomax downloaded Kong for my flight and I’m not allowed to watch it unless I’m connected to WiFi. Even going through settings doesn’t help. Why would I download something that I need WiFi to view after? I’d just stream it at that point. SMH

@hbomax Listen @HBOMaxHelp every time I try to watch STAS or BTAS, it’s always buffering. What gives? The new programs work fine, but any old school stuff is always starting and stopping every few seconds. Please help.
