@hbomax Weakest episode so far. Not terrible, but I could only think 'did they shoot the guy who wrote the romance of episode 3?', because the chemistry is weak and the pacing is off. I did like Ellie's character writing, though, and I will admit that it served her characterisation well

I get that it’s faithful to the game, but maybe should’ve gotten someone else to play the other girl. Or beefed it up and had her head get ripped off or something.

It’s like you have removed all of the best, action filled parts of the video game and left in all of the crap that we fast forwarded through when’s playing, while making up a bunch of crap that absolutely sucks!!!

@olddominiongirl @TheLastofUsHBO @hbomax N the game, we have HOURS under our belts for these characters. We don't need to know Ellie's motivations...we've played though them. That doesnt work in TV...so you put in an episode to show character backstory and motivation. We got it with Joel Ep1. This is for Ellie.
