@HBOMaxHelp HBO max is not working on my Roku. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. You can select a show or movie but when you do you just get taken back to the description page for it.

@hbomax So my app is telling it can't play a downloaded movie when I don't have wifi and warns me about using cellular data. What is the point of downloading if it still wants to stream the movie? (apparently no help menu in the app either)

Is anyone else having trouble with @hbomax taking unusually long time to load, even between episodes? I tried signing out deleting the apps on my iPhone and tv, reinstalled and signed in and I still have the same.

@hbomax app is garbage when it comes to these movie premiers. Never play correctly. Sound no picture but can see picture if fast forwarding in little window. All other apps and shows on the app work.

@hbomax Paid the $15 for the app to watch The Wire... This app is the slowest in the entire on demand industry. Your boss really needs to address that. My streaming speed is great, so it's 100% on the build of the app. Buggy, crashes, lags. Please work on it!
