@hbomax Since we were forced into using your awful app has there been any thought to adding continuous play through a series. Sesame Street comes to mind as I’m stuck at home with children. Id say @netflix has nailed the format. Shouldn’t be hard to duplicate. #crashandburn

Dear @hbomax The contrast levels on #oceans13 are way too high.. I was binge watching the series and the first two played perfectly but the third has red faces and red tones I had to switch modes on my tv. no problem to me but a lot of people just don't know how to do this.

@hbomax Ya know what? I would love to see it but WW84 plays like crusty *** on Roku. The video is choppy and jumps around like crazy. Just terrible. Nothing on my end makes it better. I certainly hope you figure out whatever the problem is on your end before it stops streaming.

Hey @hbomax, what's up with the awful audio/subtitle options for Weathering With You? I try to select Spanish and it comes up Japanese dub with English subs on XB1. I check mobile, Spanish subtitles show but then the English subtitles as well regardless of Eng/*** dub.

Hey @hbomax, your interface is awful. No auto play, none of the aspects of Netflix and Amazon that work so well. Search sucks and is slow. It’s almost like you’re discouraging people from watching, that’s how badly it’s set up. Cc: @HBO.

@hbomax I've had this issue on every movie for over a week now. The movie plays fine and then all of a sudden the audio is out of wack. I've reset router, reset phone watched on app and on tv. Nothing is working and it's getting really annoying. Help.

@HBOMaxHelp Hey! I’m trying to stream Wonder Woman 1984, and there is a lag present. I tried to stream it the first day it came out with the same outcome. I don’t have problems with any other movies or shows on the platform.

Dear @HBOMax, please either make your app stream with less stuttering or let me pre-download movies to my Android TV so I don't have to worry about this constant buffering. I didn't have this problem with Hulu, YouTube, or online gaming, so I am inclined to blame your app 😬

@parkerstpaul @hbomax I rebooted the TV (TCL 6 Series w/Roku) to start fresh because the movie wouldn't start at all originally. Then the jerking. Then watched Soul in 4K/HDR on the same network/TV. Definitely feeling it's an HBO issue.
