@HBOMaxHelp I'm not sure if this has been reported or not but the "Skip Intro" feature on Apple TV is not working. It seems to have broken several app updates ago. Currently running iOS 14.7 and the most updated version of the HBO Max app (50.40.1).

@Luiz_Fernando_J @BlackMajikMan90 one thing I have against @hbomax is that we tried several times to watch the movie on Sunday and it didn't work... I've heard other people having the same problem. They need to do something and fix this issue.

@JohnErikFraker @CNHarder @hbomax It’s a fun comic book movie. Large portions make no sense but it doesn’t take itself seriously. Would recommend. Watched the first one on my tv and that was probably the worst comic book movie I’ve ever seen. Would recommend seeing in a theatre bc of the giant screen

@JayBeeMcT @HBOMaxHelp @chris_notcapn Use the circle pad thing instead of the rewind button (you shouldn’t have to, your rewind button SHOULD work but that’s been getting us by until then) you can just tap it forward or backward and it stops with each push. Then hit play.

@JackWilliamRtF I can’t watch HBO max on my phone anymore cause every couple minutes there’s a pop up that says “you’re using cellular data” or something along those lines.. so annoying! Like yes it’s okay that I’m using my data. I know. @hbomax fix this

@HBOMaxHelp @yoo_johnnyy While you're at it @HBOMaxHelp, "Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down" has a bad syncing up issue. The dialogue comes seconds after they move their lips. Watching through Roku.

@diskman66 @hbomax I’ve never had that problem on HBO max. I just had the problem where at the end of an episode or movie, I get an error code and need to back out to finish. Sounds like your Internet could be part of the problem.

@HBOMaxHelp I've been having problems watching multiple movies and shows on HBO Max. I spent an hour trying to get Man of Steel to play without crashing, if I'm lucky I can get it to play without picture, only audio. Or play with the audio so badly out if sync.

@HBOMaxHelp please we need a smoother experience in the app … sometimes rewinding or fast forwarding crashes the whole app… skip intro doesn’t work just a lot of kinks here and there.
