@FullTimeHoops1 @hbomax Did you have any experience with the customer interface on Peacock Premium for Olympics coverage? I told my daughter that it reminded me of "Pong" or "Space Invaders" in a situation when your joystick froze. Scary terrible.

@HBOMaxHelp @julesrrm That is not fixing the issue for none of your customers. What WE recommend is for you all to contact @netflix and ask how they figured it out. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall with each episode of a tv show I'm watching.

@HBOMaxHelp @_mejiasebas I have 250mbps down hard wired to my tv with cat6 and it couldn't play a movie in 1080p. Meanwhile YouTube can play 4k with no problem. Fix your servers and internal networking.

@HBOMaxHelp we can't get HBOMax to work on our Roku this week. None of the online suggestions are working. Our internet is working fine. It keeps bumping us out of the app. We cant use it. So frustrating. Whata going on this week? We updated all software too.

@HBOMaxHelp @chris_notcapn It’s mostly on my Amazon FS but also my phone, my Xbox, etc. It also makes no difference what I am watching… This is a frequent issue when you want to fast forward or rewind. I also have a/v issues on your new releases and I have to take it out of 4K to fix which is frustrating.
