@HBOMaxHelp That’s not the problem the app will get stuck on a screen where none of the pause or skip buttons will show up and all of the things you can tap in have this weird long delay it’s like I am paying $15 a month for no ads but end up just not using the app even tho I do like it. :(

@HBOMaxHelp I'd love to watch it if it wasn't completely crashing everytime I try watching it on my PS5. Seems great. But haven't been able to get it to play for more than 15 minutes at a time before it crashes. considering canceling my services AGAIN. Had this same exact issue on p24.

This is totally random, but the fact that Tales from the Crypt isn't on @hbomax drives me absolutely insane. It's impossible to find this show anymore outside of bootlegs. Fix whatever the rights issue is, HBO!! Ridiculous.

@HBOMaxHelp Cannot install the app on my Samsung Smart TV. I have tried all trouble shooting tips you recommend and even talked to Samsung support and tried everything they have recommended. It worked fine until a month or so ago. Seems like the new update created the problem.

Anyone else having issues streaming Matrix movies on @hbomax ? Everything else streams fine, but the Matrix movies have been hit or miss since Thursday. Sometimes they look ok but if i try to rewind it will give me issues. Other times, like now, it will go all black @HBOMaxHelp
