@Jarahhhh @hbomax Their infrastructure and application is garbage. We have the same problems and I've followed their recommendations to remediate it twice. No luck. I'm about to give up. Netflix and Amazon Prime are better bets. At least they work.

@hbomax Why don't you have an app on my LG or HBO Max on Amazon? HBO works good through my Amazon Prime but I have to use my computer for HBO MAx and the picture's terrible.

@MrFloppy @InsideHBOMax @hbomax lol as someone who does this type of work, i can confirm that quality is always going to be sacrificed for you to watch HD. if you want ‘perfect’ original content, you’ll have to deal with the original aspect ratios and get over it.

is there a reason @hbomax keeps starting me episodes behind where i stopped watching? I'm on S2E11 of Adam Ruins everything (really fun show BTW) and it stated me at episode 4? what the hell HBO, fix your ****.

@HBOMaxHelp I am currently watching on Xbox One (or rather, attempting to watch.) But, I have the same problems on my laptop. It seems that my phone is the only way to use HBO Max w/o constant crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I’m pretty sure it’s just your service.

@HBOMaxHelp It’s a shame too, because HBO is my favorite stream service, it it didn’t have these issue. It has the best catalog but it’s excruciatingly frustrating to have to deal with these crashes 10 to 20 times during a single 2 hour film.

@HBOMaxHelp Hi, is there a glitch? I'm getting an error msg saying my payment info needs updating, which it does, but my auto payments don't start until June. I paid for the 6 mo promotion. And when I try to update, it says it's invalid!?! I'm sure it's correct.
