@hbomax I love your content but your website is terrible. If I pause a show and play it later it doesn't recognize the new play time. The next episode never plays and if I click on next episode it just pauses the show.

@hbomax On roku, apple tv, and iPhone I am having sync issues on every episode of Babylon 5 that I've checked, Spirit, and Dune. It's fine on the computer but the audio is WAY off on my devices.

@HBOMaxHelp Hey, it’s your horrible app, no matter where it’s used or what Wi-Fi network it’s on. Every other streaming app works with zero problems. Have you tried making it better at any point in its existence?

@HBOMaxHelp It's on a Roku Ultra. There are no error messages. If I select a show from "Continue watching" the purple box around the show acts like it was selected then does nothing. I tried other shows I've never watched and they work but shows I've started don't.

@hbomax app fricken sucks. Every single show freezes multiple times forcing you to get completely out and go back in. Which doesn’t always works. This doesn’t happen to us on any of the other 8 services we use. They need to fix this ****.

Gave up. 34 mins & 17 seconds. Forgive me @HBOMaxHelp, I’m weak. But soon I’m sure I’ll learn to accept (even love) the @hbomax app— which, certainly by no of its own, freezes every few minutes. It’s a me problem. I’ll be better tomorrow. We’ve got this!!!

How is your app still broken a year plus after launch @hbomax downloads still don’t play, app crashes, sound issues. How are you this bad? Multi billion dollar company has a worse app than a 12 year old dev.
