    @HBOMaxHelp why won’t the audio for mortal kombat work on my lg oled and soundbar combo. Other programs on HBO max work fine. Tried it on other devices like my phone and another tv.

    @HBOMaxHelp - #hbomax is not working with new releases. If you market and push big features, your tech has to meet demand, and you are not.

    Wanted to watch the Mortal Kombat movie with @JinxPrductions, but HBO Max has a glitch: a gray line on the top right corner. It’s very annoying... Now we have to wait until it’s fixed. @HBOMaxHelp

    @hbomax But when are you going to fix the grey bar on the right side of the screen on the Samsung tv app. Its been over a month now you guys can't make a simple fix? Its extremely distracting you can't watch anything

    @HBOMaxHelp I click the app on my firestick and when I sign it it shows a code I tried to put the code in when I first signed up but it didn’t work. But I can watch on my phone with no problem

    .@hbomax really needs to work on these closed caption issues. I use it for preference but for ppl that have hearing issues there’s no excuse for closed captioning to be this unreliable for an app by HBO.

    @HBOMaxHelp HBO MAX says it’ll automatically show movies in their best quality... I couldn’t adjust the ratio. So I’m not sure if it should be adjusted or if it should look elongated. @hbomax

    @hbomax The HBO Max app is downright terrible. Watching Mortal Kombat on my new TV, the image is distorted and the sound is terrible. No options to adjust it. That’s not consumer friendly. I’ll be canceling now anyways, since there’s no new movies to watch until August.

    In a world where I can stream live content to my phone, over data, while in the middle of a concrete building... it’s funny that @hbomax does nothing but buffer every 30 seconds while connected to actual internet. Really breaks up the fluidity of a fight scene! Well done! 🙄
