@HBOMaxHelp Trying to restore subscription made via AppleTV. AppleTv shows subscription active. Click restore button on Apple TV App and iOS App and continue to get a message that you can not reach iTunes right now. Please try again. Have been trying again with same error msg.

@HBOMaxHelp @mymonkeybutt12 Wednesday . July 21, ‘21. X-1 subscriber to HBO. I still cannot open any videos on HBO MAX even though everything shows up. When I hit play, screen goes dark couple minutes then displays: PLAYBACK FAILED We’re having trouble initiating playback. check your internet connection

So excited to start VENENO on @hbomax, but why are the subtitles so bad? They fly by MUCH faster than typical subtitles, it’s like the worst closed captioning I’ve ever seen. Am I doing something wrong?

The only reason I subscribed to @hbomax was to watch #friends and every single time it says it can't play the title or their was an error. This doesn't happen with any other show on the platform. Can you please fix it 😰

@anthonyrdevine @hbomax 1) If you’re using an appletv, this is a known issue (with no apparent fix coming soon) 2) If not an appletv, HBO max has the worst layout of all the steamers (and ironically one of the most expensive). Endnote: you’re not alone thinking this.

@HBOMaxHelp I've just tried watching Rush Hour 2 on your service. The audio is lagging behind the video by a substantial amount of time, and the problem persists on both my Roku device and Xbox Series S. It's unwatchable right now.

The @hbomax app needs some serious work on the Samsung tv platform. Literally freezes every single day. Can’t handle turning off tv with it running. Just hangs when the tv comes back up. It’s so bad and pathetic. #HBOMax
