@HBOMaxHelp From a PR standpoint, I question the use here of the words “some” and “may be” instead of “many” and “are”. It belittles the issue for your customers, which is psychologically like belittling them personally.

Oop and there he goes saying she knew. I’m behind because my @hbomax stopped working EXACTLY at 7 and I still can’t get it to work on my tv. WHY!? I’ve been looking forward to this all day? It still has to be more complicated than this, I’m only 15 min in.
