@HBOMaxHelp The app crash shortly after playing the content (on a Samsung tv). The screen freezes. I found a solution published by hbo max romania, it consists of deactivating the subtitles. Without subtitles it seems to work. I hope they can fix this problem in the next update!

@THR Netflix leads the streaming services with the worst original content. Not surprised by this show being thrown into the bin. Produce quality shows and I'll renew my subscription. For now, I'm sticking with @hbomax

@HBOMaxHelp thanks but that doesn’t answer my q at all. I’ve already looked at the help pages. When I google the show it seems like it should be avail but I keep getting “oops! Something went wrong” Apple TV, iPad, phone, and smartTV. Is it bc my sub is based in US? Do I need one for PT?
