@hbomax No I can even open your app. I no longer care if you have quality content, if you don't fix your playback issues by August 7th, I'm unsubscribing. I'm not paying for a streaming service I'm unable to use.

@HBOMaxHelp My account was just hacked. I use the Hulu sign in method and already changed that password but there is now a different email and password associated with my HBOMax account. Can't find contact info on your site.

@GHOST_LETTERS @just_me563 @hbomax That's odd. Sounds like the update is causing it to hang up. I'd be willing to bet they're working on a "hot fix". If you're having this issue, I'd be willing to bet there are hundreds more. Do you know what operating system your TV uses? Apple, firetv, android, WebOS?

@DamnboyAintRite @hbomax I appreciate the help. Netflix is working fine. That’s why I didn’t think it was the wifi. It’s just the HBO. So I reset the modem but it’s still doing the same thing. Back and forth from the two screens I posted.

@GHOST_LETTERS @hbomax Then I would guess it's on the server side of things. My suggestion is to call HBOmax and complain. Be sure to include that you rebooted all hardware and also persistently let them know all other streaming services work. HBOmax is still a relatively new service, so I expected it.

@hbomax I have reset my router, unplugged my Roku TV, preformed a WiFI analysis and everything works great. Your streaming App doesn’t buffer right or something and resets my TV to menu mid show every time. Out of all the streaming Apps only yours does this. How do I fix it?
