20 years w/ @ATT wireless and net and horrified by simple change to data plan / add @hbomax workflow. Two+ chat hrs later, nada resolved other than multiple User IDs, multi Ws, access to HBOMax, and no clarity. Oh yes, Reymar the help desk passed me along to Reymar - Supervisor.

@HBOMaxHelp It's a LG CX, recently added to the HBO MAX family. Every show I try times out then gives me that message. Also, note that it says help@ for the email address, so please get your devs to fix it.

@HBOMaxHelp I have been unable to reinstall HBOMax on my Samsung Smart TV. It is Model UN65MU6300. I had the app installed previously but when I went to use it, it would not boot up. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. Kept getting error 118.

@hbomax I know ps4's are a little outdated now but your app is actually the worst of em all. The UI is atrocious and response time os abysmal. Be better, especially considering how much per month you charge.

@hbomax why do you have the best shows/movies but the worst streaming program? I get 2 episodes into any show, and when I try and watch a 3rd, I get “Oops, something went wrong”, and I have to restart the app. Every. Single. Time. It’s unbearable #HBOMax
