@hbomax has to be the buggiest most unintuitive, poor UI in the streaming business. Coasting by on content right now. Biggest issue I have found is: When watching a show on most devices there is no way to switch episodes other then fast forwarding until you find your episode.

@jmmckay1 @hbomax @comcast Most likely faulty equipment or someone in the house using a lot of bandwidth. I bought a new router and hooked it up and fixed my problem, but I don't have Comcast

@HBOMaxHelp I purchased a 6 month package on 12/12 only to discover it won’t work on my television directly. I had an emergency on the 13th and wasn’t able to cancel/request a refund until the 14th. My request was “escalated” on the 14th. I am STILL waiting for a response!!

@hbomax @PlayStation y’all need to work on your app streaming issues. HBOMax freezes constantly on my PS4 & is so buggy. Zero problems w/ Netflix, Hulu, or Prime. Fix it please.

@deejaystar @Paradox752 @hbomax If you have HBO, you should be able to get MAX if your cable provider offers it. You'd have to sign in using the name of the company (FIOS, Comcast, etc.). If your provider doesn't offer it, you should still be able to get it via the app but still need to select ur cable company.
