@hbomax HBO has the worst app layout, just shows the name of the title and no description. When I hover over a title, tell me what the damn movie or show is about.. Just like Netflix does and maybe give me a quick preview. @hbomax @HBO

@hbomax ok soooo when are you guys gonna fix this absolutely dogshit UI? I can't even get through a movie without seeing. "Oops! Something went wrong." Ita about time this was fixed and customers were able to sit and watch the paid subscription without being forced to restart

@analeyesr Same with @AppleTV and @hbomax and my internet is just fine. Disney+ and Netflix has no issues. Takes me 3 hrs to watch 1 episode of See or Titans. Going to cancel them both.

@hbomax Your app is horrible. I just subscribed and I’ve re-downloaded your app to my television and it’s constantly spinning and spinning. It’s not the tv, it’s less than a year old. And the other apps including Netflix and Amazon work fine. When is a fix coming?

@HBOMaxHelp I’m sorry for the rudeness. But it’s a roku. It’s been up to date, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled The app and it keeps crashing. My internet is fine and other devices have the same problem.

Why does @hbomax suck SO badly? Every 10-15 minutes the “title can’t play” error pops up. Many threads on this for over a year. No fix. Don’t get HBO max.

@HBOMaxHelp Yes, tried all steps, works on tablet, phone, & through Xfinity but the issues have been through the PS5...deleted & reinstalled a couple of times... all my other streaming apps work on PS5 except this one...the error message pops up on screen, blocks movie/show

Dear @hbomax (well, in Asia, it's still HBO Go), fix the damn UI!!!!! It's not appealing at all and response is sloooooowwwwwww. You have nice shows but we can't see it because it's like navigating to a pirated stream site.

You simply don't get it, @hbomax, @HBOMaxHelp - all the extra keystrokes to re-login every day make your video player the worst of every video player on the internet. Plus, having to re-navigate to current episodes because the player doesn't track.
