Why @hbomax are there so many issues with your app on roku? Every single time I launch the app I have to restart roku sometimes 1, 2,3,4 times. After all of that I start program and can’t rewind, FF without it crashing. Then have to repeat.

@Reminiscence @hbomax This movie is about getting to go back and spending time with loved ones who've died and along the way you see things about them you missed. Really awful things. Things you wish you didn't find out, and think you can change. But you can't. Is my guess.

@hbomax Can't stream. It's terrible. It freezes up and then goes back to the Roku home screen. Netflix, hulu, everything else works. My internet signal on Roku is strong. Me and my son are trying to watch The Fresh Prince, and we can't.

The @hbomax is arguably the most expensive yet worst app on my smart TV. Shows won’t load. Turn up the volume and it closes. Have to start the same show 3x cause of crashes. It’s the worst.

Emailed @HBOMaxHelp almost two weeks ago. Some lady said my case would be escalated and then have never heard back since. Great support, glad I'm paying a monthly subscription for a garbage app and awful support.
