@HBOMaxHelp I downloaded the app and I have it on my phone and my iPad. I’ve been trying to put it on my television for months. The TV app finally came up, but it won’t let me sign in.

@HBOMaxHelp @TheRedPrairie Out of sync on HBO Max Android app 50.36.0.2 on Galaxy S20 FE 5G model SM-G781U Android version 11 with June 1 2021 security patch, although the issue is most likely on the server side since everyone is experiencing the same issue across devices.

@Megyver_ @RokuSupport @HBOMaxHelp I can use my laptop and my tablet but It's the app and the roku's problem really. I've had issues with my roku.. To the point that I closed Netflix then tried to reopen it and the whole roku said it was too big for the roku when it came with the damn device. This **** is trash

@HBOMaxHelp Goodnees no that doesn't help /by the multitude of articles/tweets re the issue its a bigger issue than some simple troubleshooting. Literally had to troubleshoot using those steps just about anytime i want to use the app. Its horrendous. I've had to reinstall probably 50 times

@HBOMaxHelp I get that you are help staff just trying to assist where you can when people complain. I appreciate the attempt. But the app just needs to be written better for the system period. Just add me to the log of people who complained & hopefully the devs will improve it 1 day.
