@hbomax Do ya'll plan on fixing your app are is HBO okay w/ a 3.3 rating. It's mostly the same complaint too. App keeps turning off or not responding. Back in the day we fixed issues. Is this the new pre-Biden world where nothing gets done and we just have to deal w/ sh**?

@cjrichmond15 I wrote HBO Max help about that very issue. They told me to uninstall the app, turn off the device, and reinstall. Worked better for about a day. Now is back to the same old issues. What’s up, @HBOMaxHelp?

@hbomax Trying to watch ZSJL but no audio? Strangely all of Zack Snyder's movies will play without audio? I've seen others have issues as well. But strange that every other movie or show plays fine. It's strictly Zack's movies from my testing so far. Anything else works fine.

@hulu_support @HBOMaxHelp (2)as an example. so, problems in the hulu app. but i added the hbo max app and started watching hbo max shows there. this wasn't ideal as the player isn't as good as hulu. but, i decided it was fine. next, i started having trouble using the hbo max app.

@HBOMaxHelp this has been happening with every show/movie I’ve watched on ps5. It doesn’t happen when my fiancée is watching HBO Max on her computer (we have the same login credentials) I’d guess it’s something with the actual ps5 app since I’ve seen similar complaints.
