@Gwenda I have a FireTV & @hbomax times out if I watch more than 1 ep of a series & some movies. I also have the volume issue, was so frustrating on the Nevers w/some fast dialogue cause I’m old & slow 🙄 been blaming @amazonfiretv

@HBOMaxHelp nothing is work on any of my devices - roku, chrome browser, mobile app. Every time I select play, it goes back to the show's menu page. I updated and restarted my roku, laptop, phone. I removed the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works! #beyondfrustrated

@HBOMaxHelp I stream hbo max on PS4, after update 50.30 nothing will play. When I hit play I get endless 3 dot loading. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no change. As for all my other streaming apps on PS4, they work perfectly. Download speed is 43+ Mbs.

@hbomax What have you done to your AppleTV users? Can't rewind or fast forward now (among other problems) because of your update. Your programs will be unwatchable now for so many of us. Please fix this asap cause this is a technical and disappointing disaster.

@hbomax thanks, your app now SUCKS on the Apple TV. It’s almost unusable, can’t rewind or fast forward, the trackpad just causes the stream to go bonkers, I need CC but navigating to turn it on is ridiculous, loading a stream is hit or miss…you broke your app smh #HBOMax #nope

Anyone with the new #AppleTV4K or any Apple TV having problems with the @hbomax app…it’s not Apple. #HBOMax updated the app and *****’ed it. Best work around is #AirPlay from an iOS device. Then, everything works accordingly on the Apple TV.

@HBOMaxHelp The player completely disregards match content and match frame rate on the Apple TV. So everything just plays at whatever settings you have on the Apple TV. Making it unusable. This is so absurd. I’m giving it a week then I’m canceling my subscription. @hbomax
