@HBOMaxHelp No. My internet is fine. I can stream other apps in 1080p from my phone to my Chromecast 100% fine. I don't need to do a speed test. It's not the speed of MY internet that is causing your app to give EVERYONE problems.

@hbomax @DCpeacemaker please fix your caption issue with roku. I have msg'd you about it days ago and nothing has changed. turning it on at your app AND with the "*" on the Roku remote does NOTHING

@iAmTKP @hbomax There is a difference, degrassi didn’t have a main plot and had different issues in each episode, something they had been doing since the 80s. It really showcased how high school life was for a lot of students and what could go wrong.

@hbomaxhelp I haven't been able to get the app to work on my LG CX for the past two days. Every time I try to stream something I get a "Playback Failed" window. All other streaming Apps on the TV work fine and HBO Max on my other devices is working as well.

@DrSarahAxelrath @hbomax Elements of glamorization and the kind of knowledge that seems like it might work but come on! (referring to the absurd overdose scene this week). Response seems to be it is for mature audiences. I generally don't demand realism in drama but we are losing too many people.

@hbomax please fix your app. It is a piece of crap. Having to re-authenticate a device every 2 days is ridiculous. Especially when I have to go to a website and punch in a code. Complete waste of my time. Not worth the money I am spending.

@nosunkcosts @hbomax AppleTV+ via web is actually an even worse UX if you aren’t running the latest everything but HBO UX is like it wants to make it impossible for you to find what you are looking for. that said, you know my view: they are all bad UXs and discovery is awful on all of them

@HBOMaxHelp Lol I've done all the troubleshooting I can possibly do. Check your Google Play store reviews and have your devs do their jobs. This isn't an issue on my end.

She goes brady (basically an OD) and the guy offers to call an ambulance but instead she says give me Adderall and then magically her heart comes back to life and she has no issues?! Everyone be trying that now when no def call 911 plz.

@hbomax @DCpeacemaker Fix your trash app. Literally every review on Google Play is giving you ideas of what's wrong, why aren't you doing anything about it!? I cancelled my subscription because this app is 1000% not worth paying for. Constant errors and freezing and disconnecting.

@HBOMaxHelp @i_centaur I have the same problems. Samsung Galaxy A12 on Android 11, Pixel 3 on Android 12, Samsung Tab S6 Lite on Android 11, 2 Chromecasts, Vizio smart TV. The app doesn't work properly on any of them & I've tried 2 networks. Every other streaming app works fine on all these devices.
