@HBOMaxHelp You guys need to redesign the whole app. Numerous users have experienced app crashes when trying to rewind or migrate through the application in addition to handful of frequent errors. (Consoles, smart TV’s etc)

@savageassmickey @HBOMaxHelp Because TV’s and streaming devices update. If your tv is a Roku TCL or you are using a Roku streaming device the recent update may be the problem. It has been for many people & with several channels

@HBOMaxHelp It's on @Roku. We have EVERY channel (Showtime, Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, Paramount, & more. The ONLY problem we hv is with @hbomax. Terrible app w/Roku. And my husband is a well-known software developer for an international platform, and if HE can't get it to work, IT'S CRAP!
