@HBOMaxHelp My iPhone app is terrible, my Amazon Fire app is terrible, and my Samsung smart TV app is terrible. All of the above. Both TV apps constantly get stuck on the 3 dot loading screen, and the iPhone app freezes when you try to switch from episode to episode. All of it - terrible.

Hey @hbomax your app on iPad and iPhone latest update is horrible. You can’t skip or drag to a timeline. Tried on different devices, WiFi, & locations please fix it

@hbomax first my HBO max tv app doesn’t work, then HBO max goes dark and now someone took over my account. I reported the last issue and provided verification evidence and there has been no account reset or follow up. Can someone please help? Thank you!

@HBOMaxHelp The latest Apple TV app update completely broke HDR, Dolby Vision playback. The match frame-rate/dynamic range feature is not working. Skip forward/backward not working. Swipe to rewind/FF is unusable

@justinkcomer @hbomax Hbomax has to be the worst streaming app so far. You cant even adjust the volume if you stream to a chromecast. I have to change the TV volume like a ******* caveman

@HBOMaxHelp Tried all of these already unfortunately. Didn’t work. The issues were still persisting last night. Random languages are automatically selected for shows we watch. But the subtitles don’t come on. Either we close it and crash it ourselves or it does it on its own

@hbomax @HBOMaxHelp - Love the movie/show options, but the platform is a mess. It’s constantly crashing, sending error messages, etc. It’s leaps and bounds behind the other streaming platforms. 😕

@ReelJuanMatos @hbomax Based on IP alone, Superman has never been a big box office draw. And aside from DKR, the only Batman films that do well are with Joker. So he's the real draw. BvS has a 70 drop because audience had trouble following it due to WB cutting 30 min of connective tissue.

@HBOMaxHelp Macbook Pro - Safari Browser. Its not a tech support issue. Netflix, Hulu, Disney and Amazon Prime work just fine. I believe you need better software on your end.

@HBOMaxHelp Yes. I have to shut off my TV and restart it then the audio will play. Then when it gets to the next episode, the audio cuts out again. I tried this on 3 different TV's and had the same issue. None of my other apps has this problem
