any explanation as to why @hbomax subtitles are so bad? always full of typos, formatting issues, timing is off, default settings look terrible, and a lot of the customization features are pointless and don’t help with readability. fix this 😭

@HBOMaxHelp @gg423621 George is experiencing the same thing everyone else, on every platform, is experiencing. your app chokes while merely browsing and we can't watch any programming without repeatedly stalling/buffering. it's 2021 and HBO has THE WORST streaming service. you know this.

Hi @Roku HBOMax doesn’t work properly via the service I signed up fir on my Roku. @hbomax refuses to reimburse me for 2 months if failed program loading. So I guess it’s your fault snd you owe mr a refund. Who do I contact to fix this mess?

@hbomax is literally the worst! The apps on every platform (except Apple TV), the website…the same crashing happened in the first week or two…and that was expected but not NOW. Get you’re **** together. Before you say it, it’s not my internet, I get over 100mbps. So it’s you.
