@8traxrule @HBOMaxHelp @jephilip This. Goddamn app skipped to next episode BEFORE end credits even started to roll. Legit before two more scenes have even come up. And don’t ask what show I was watching HBOMAX, just take off that feature for all shows. It’s terrible.

@franklinleonard @hbomax I assume you're talking about The Rehearsal. It was...different. For all that work, seems he made a major misstep in this episode, which he should have seen coming. Unsure whether it was courageous or good marketing that he aired it.

@hbomax I pay for no ads, for a reason. You still insist on playing tv promos before episodes forcing me to click skip, which inevitably always messes up your awful apps. This is ridiculous.

@hbomax needs a lot more servers. No other streamers are this slow. Takes forever to open and just pause to go to the bathroom takes a minute plus to restart.

@HBOMaxHelp last few weeks can’t see Dumbledore, only audio, it was working fine before-now error msg “this video cannot be played” I see all other content w/no issues (I’ve restarted my AppleTV, deleted & Re-installed HBO app, changed my password, switched HDMI cables for new4K)

@HBOMaxHelp Captioning works on every other program. In fact, it works on the first two episodes of this limited documentary series. Other people have had the same issue. It’s not me.
