@HBOMaxHelp @ndrewharman Same exact same issue here. Roku TV with playback issues. Any other movie works on HBO Max, signal is excellent, restarted router, restarted TV. Works on my computer but not my TV...sucks.

@HBOMaxHelp Same as everyone else. Have a newer Roku 65”. Signal is strong, other movies work great, restarted WiFi, restarted TV and network settings, but movie is choppy. Can’t watch it. When will the update happen???

@archer_rayshawn @hbomax I'm running it on PC. Tho I followed every step in their little help guide. Other titles run fine, it's just WW1984 that won't play. So it's obviously a server issue on their end. Apparently this is happening for a lot of people. They were not ready for this level of demand.

@hbomax Your Roku app has issues. When I go to a whole category (DC, HBO Originals, etc) alphabetically, it stops about halfway.

@hbomax Terrible performance issue, blue distortion, video freezing while audio running, unable to sell back and forth and have to restart video several times. I have 1gbps Internet via ATT, no internet issues at all.
