HBO MAX has been charging my credit card for over a year because someone hacked my account and had been unable to help me for months as I’ve reached out trying to fix the issue. Any ideas on how to fix this or do I have to make this into something bigger? @HBOMaxHelp

@hbomax can we fix the issue where it tells me my subscription expired on the tv, but there’s no place to refresh, so I have to go to my phone and load my account there. Then all of a sudden it shows as current, but not before I have to re search the movie I tried to watch. Ugh

@HBOMaxHelp On both my tv and on my phone as well as my laptop idk why I have to have the volume all the way up but it's only on the hbo app the other apps vary but only 25-50%. Any help would greatly be appriciated

@david_darmofal @JulieZebrak @hbomax No. The quirkiness of the characters will hook you to start. Once you realize the show is worthless you’re almost to the end so you hang on 2 more hours just to have any redeeming quality of the show be destroyed before the end.

@HBOMaxHelp So here we go again, I go into HBO Max via Roku and it just falls to pieces, sound out of sync, stalling, a app of crapola like no other. Certainly this NEVER happens with Netflix, Prime, etc, etc, etc. Just terrible. Every single time.

@MamiALuv @hbomax Mine doesn’t even let me start certain shows it’ll hit me with that error from the start. It seems like it’s majority of the shows too from what I’ve tested I’ll get like 2/10 to work.
