@sansmalarkey @hbomax If that were true, the video wouldn’t even start, right? But it starts and then freezes. On top of that other shows did work. And then even weirder, a reinstall of the app solved the issue.

@HBOMaxHelp Can you please fix your app. On Xbox the “can’t play this title” has popped up 3 times in 5 minutes while watching #MortalKombatMovie and this pops up while playing other titles as well. It needs to be fixed.

@HBOMaxHelp nothing like trying to watch Mortal Kombat on my Xbox one and it buffers every 15-20 seconds. SMH only hbo Max does this too. All other streaming platforms work without needing to buffer fix this it’s ruining my movie experience

@HBOMaxHelp Sent a DM. Main problem is the HBO Max file size is now too big to install again on my Samsung TV. Wiped the storage clean but still don't have space for it.

@HBOMaxHelp trying to watch mortal kombat on my TV but shows black screen (has sound). Every other show works fine and it works on my phone but I want to enjoy it on a 65" screen. It did this when I tried to play the Tom and Jerry movie for my kid when it came out. Please help

@MKMovie Plot, dialog, and special effects are not just bad, they're terrible. Some of the fight scenes are good. I definitely wouldn't pay extra money to see it. Overall it was a complete waste of a remake. @hbomax #MortalKombatMovie

@HBOMaxHelp My Samsung TV and Amazon Firestick. Every time I logged on there was an error code. So I tried deleting and re-installing on the Samsung TV but now the file size is too large and I can't download. I even tried deleting all the apps to clear space.

@hbomax Watching Friends (again) and I gotta say, the subtitles are atrocious. Between the instances of occasionally completely incorrect transcription as well as grammar, spelling and punctuation issues, people who are deaf and hard of hearing are watching a different show.
