    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless.

    Wired, and Revenue magazine. Later on HostGator got a deal with Google to parter and offer free hosting with the ability to sign up for Free Hosting in Google’s India region. I was put in charge of theming the control panel. Google promoted it and it got 140,000 sign ups in the first month. Later on my friend sold the company for $300,000,000. When it sold my buddy promised me that he would buy me a house and I would have a good payout and I would be able to work with him as a non profit building water wells to people in need. Later when I thought I would get millions he only gave me $130,000 and then moved several hours out of town in the middle of no where on a big ranch. I was very mad at him at the time because not just because I didn’t get millions of dollars like my other friends who I helped start the company with but the $130,000 I couldn’t buy a home. I was contracted to help stay at the company for a year and help transition to the new ownership. I stayed and instead of having to answer to just the founder I all of a sudden had a whole ladder of executives above me telling me what I should work on instead of having the creative freedom to direct myself. Then the downsizing started to occur. The new ownership layed off entire departments of people to outsource their work to 3rd party companies. I saw all my friends get fired and they did this to improve their numbers because they were planning on bringing the company

    I not recommend using HostGator or Bluehost. Their security is extremely weak, management is poor, and they consistently focus on charging extra fees instead of providing reliable service. My experience with them for over 8 years has been very disappointing. #bluehost #hostgator

    Do not use @hostgator. They censor. They suspend accounts without warning. You lose your money and data. Hostgator is a terrible company. #scam #scamalert #buyerbeware

    @HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem. Unfortunately your team of Escalated Techs have been unable to send a simple email since Friday, 9:14am

We moved to Houston, TX when my buddy/boss bought a building in Houston, Tx. I ended up training over 1000 employees how to use their service and how to do chats, phone, and ticket customer service. I then taught several trainers on how to train employees and then went full time website and graphic designer for

    @HGSupport @HostGator I have called multiple times about an issue and no one on the phone has been able to help me. Your website says you have 24/7 support but it's actually just under Eastern time business hours. Your live chat feature is broken. I'm really disappointed.

    hey @BigRockIndia its not fair that you sneak in add-ons at time of domain renewal without my explicit permission. In the last 13-14 years with @hostgatorindia @HGSupport I have never once faced such behaviour. I for sure will be out from your system soon.

    @squarespace @SquarespaceHelp is costing us thousands/day. •Locked out of our account •Domain down •0 phone support •6+ hr “emergency” response If you run a business, avoid them at all costs. Switching to @HostGator ASAP. Fix it. Now.

    @voytekbereza @HostGator Sounds like a deployment or script loading issue. This is where stable infrastructure and proper server setup really make a difference.

    @HostGator, I’ve been stuck in endless chatbot loops trying to cancel Titan Email I never signed up for. No option to cancel, no real support. I’m a paying customer. I want it cancelled & a refund ASAP. No transparency on your site.

    @HostGator @HGSupport I requested using the money to cover cost of my existing snappy VPS, your support refused. They insisted on refunds, they tried refunding to my naira card, it failed and I told them to refund to my dollar card, they promised to do so but never did
