  @HostGator suddenly charged ~103% more for my website hosting, have used HG for 15 years, with about same price all the time.. now doing transfer to @Namecheap to try them instead! *with free migration service!

  It very sad to know that a major server provider like @HostGator struggling to migrate it's own server date to new one even though target server is outdated and existing @cPanel vulnerability, i still doubt your support team even know about basic of blocking and whitelisting ip

  @HGSupport @HostGator received an email from "escalated support" that my ticket has been closed, but nothing has been done to bring my server and sites back. Please advise: The case # ACOM-3384 you are responding to has been closed.

  @BigRock after Hostgator migrated to Bigrock, pathetic service. Support numbers never works. No service support. Many glitches. Should not take responsibility which you can not deliver

  @HGSupport @HostGator @HGSupport "Updates will be emailed"? You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Stop stalling and restore my server.

  Is hostgator blocked on your debit cards yes or no? @bankofmaldives your customer service has failed to give me a straight answer since monday. Aharunves kuranee viyafaari. This is unacceptable behaviour. First u say invalid cvc the u say platform issue now insufficient funds.

  Looks like @HostGator, @HGSupport's website installer is down (both attempting Wordpress install and blank site)? Freezing up on my account, can't proceed. Browser refreshes and multiple attempts don't work. Ugh - technology.

  @BigRock one of the worst companies every -friends be careful - they dont ifnrom u anything - they migrated me from hostgator then blackmailed me into taking expensive VPS server and then now emailed me to change name servers - did it - BOOM full crash !!!!!

  @Codie_Sanchez I live in the middle of nowhere, I own a coffeehouse, I consult, I am running 12 agents currently one of which I had create a local newspaper, I gave it log ins to hostgator had it build a website, write the stories, do the research, email the people from the articles, and then uploaded it all and went live. We're only three days into that so nothing of substance is happening, but how cool, eventually sell ads, and help the community. That's just the first I have doing that but now imagine running any number of affiliate sites, blogs, scraper extraordinaire there's just so much to be doing right now. No one around me knows any of this stuff is happening yet. What an opportunity. Could go for days but you're 1000% right, I wish I was surrounded by more me types, but I will take the advantage of having no less than 5 counties near me where I may be the most educated on the subject.

  @HGSupport @HostGator Absolutely horrible customer support. Gator AI told me a configuration was done and was not true. Tried email and it was rejected. Chats claimed my user ID was incorrect and unable to get it via email. Nothing ever came. Is this still a real company?

  @ZennieAbraham62 @HGSupport A better question is why does this process even require support, or for you to request it, then escalate your request? Automated SSL installs, renewals and replacements at $0 for life or ****!!!
