Despite these challenging times, we made a significant effort to upgrade the @HostGator hosting service. After that, all the websites stopped working for almost five days now. They promise to downgrade without refunding the money— horrible customer service.

@HostGator customer service and support is everything but helpful. We have always recommended using the services of @HostGator to our clients; unfortunately, after this, we must retract. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
