@carmanavenue @HGSupport @emilioledesma_3 Glad it isn't just me. Doesn't work on Chrome, Fire tablets, iPhones, ect. Customer support tries to help, but they have only 1 or 2 tricks to tinker with. On the verge of filing a BBB complaint or just moving. The down time is unacceptable with no real attempt to fix anything.

Just wanted to make sure you weren't an unhappy customer of ours as we definitely don't want that, but I do see you're tweeting against HG so I think that's what you're referring to

@HostGator Calling it a "limited customer base" is a joke, as is the "support" chat. Canned answers and talking in circles. Dedicated server with a bunch of client accounts offline, no DNS, nothing. Sounds a bunch of servers took a 💩 Anyone have any viable dedi alternatives w/ WHM/cPanel?
