    @HGSupport You mention maintenance will begin 20th Aug 8pm IST. What is IST? Is it Indian Standard Time? Are the servers locating to India? Or are the servers staying in the US but support and control will be located in India? Please help us understand WTF is going on Hostgator.

    @HostGator Our websites are down again. This happens at least once a month. No one answering chat or phone.

    Hi there! We know that our site is down right now and we are working with @HGSupport at @HostGator to get the site back. This was a planned outage on their end, but it was poorly communicated to us at the paper. We expect the site to be back soon.

    @SonGokouPT @HostGator Hostgator was wonderful for years, now our sites go down on a monthly basis. Support via chat and phone also no longer work.

    @skystracloud cPanel now restored, but @HostGator tech support have abandoned the chat now. I can confirm that my server storage is 89664.2 mb.

    Hey @HGSupport & @hostgator, my site's been down 3 hours, y'all don't respond to chat or to phone calls, and your forum gives NO info. This is unacceptable for the thousands of folks trying to read about ****** and VIBRATORS on my site today, and you're likely harming my SEO.

    @HGSupport I am a screenprinter. I pull doubles on the weekend to print shirts. All of my artwork approvals are web based. I can’t access them. I’ve lost a whole day in the print shop because of this unannounced outage. I could have prepared had I known.
