    @shoaibhussain @EsquibalUSA @HostGator Same, the 'Error Establishing A Database Connection' error was a regular occurrence for me too. Hostgator support insisted that it was something up with my WP installation or plugins (it clearly wasn't)

    @HostGator Once upon a time, Hostgator had the best customer service, but today it is the worst!!! Guys leave this company because they do not have proper contact. When calling their call center or chat, it goes to Asia. i asked them I need to speak with manager but they told me they don't

    @HGSupport Your apologies are useless The problem is already 5 days old and you still don't even know when it will be resolved, I think your clients prefer that you delete those emails that are queued to release the gateway than keep us waiting for so long unless that not the real problem

    @EsquibalUSA @HostGator Same thing happened with me. It had been happening once in a while since I first got my hosting. I turned a blind eye all this time but since last week websites and email have been going down practically for 70% of the time had to make a hard choice to change hosting! Good luck!

    @MagoDuende @HostGator Day six and counting. No, last December they were down for 2 weeks. It was a disaster with my customers.

    @HGSupport Well... I would do that but I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT because the web doesn't send the email to reset my password. And there is no other support channel.
