    @dcodrea We know that popup looks sketchy, but it isn’t from your HostGator site; it’s a browser extension (Coupert) injecting coupon ads over your dashboard. Try incognito or another browser; if it’s gone, remove the extension. If not, support can help!

    And on the matter of a “custom config” since HostGator’s responsibility is to the database, you WORK with the maker of the “custom config” because they need the help from what is supposed to be their business partner: HostGator. Don’t know who’s telling you to write what you wrote but it’s a really bad look.

    @HGSupport Hello Hostgator support,   My site is currently suspended due to subscription expiration.   I do not wish to renew the plan, but I’d like to request a short grace period to log in and export my site content.   Could you please temporarily unlock my site or downgrade it to the free plan so I can back up my data?   the live chat isnt working anymore Thank you for your assistance.

    @HostGator @HGSupport my server has been down for 6 Day now the thing is your team locked out the server ports due recent cpanel issue, but till now I didn't get any followup or solution from your team they tell me to wait for 24-48 hr everyday and then give no reply
