    @HGSupport Thank you. Yes, I predate them I think. Support have tried to send me a link to reset it a couple of times but the emails never come. I'll look at the settings when I get a minute. Thanks again for the response.

    @HGSupport Hi, Everytime I login to Live Chat I am asked for a PIN, I've never had a pin and it takes ages to verify me before we can continue. Just over 10 minutes to acheive verification which is a waste of my and your supports time. Is there a solution to this?

    So, @mojomarketplace sold me a website theme that does not work. It took me 3 days and 10 calls to @HostGator tech support to figure out exactly what the problem was. I ended up buying a different theme elsewhere and now Mojo is refusing to refund my money. (1/3)

    I'm so sorry the blog is down! I've been on chat with @HostGator for over an hour and a half. It's not just the blog, but also my email & Cpanel. Now I'm chatting with the 5th person. They either transfer me randomly to other chat agents or I get disconnected😭 #travelbloggerlife

    @carolyna_luna @BrigitWrites I’ve used Hostgator for a vanilla site and I was really dissatisfied because it lags, the help they provide isn’t the best and the site loads slowly

    @mirela_iepurela @HostGator just checked. they set it up btw always take a whole site backup every week in case the server went down you would have your data.

    @HGSupport It's kinda messed up that literally every other shared hosting will allow me to alter my php to prevent timeouts, but you guys will not. That's a bad look.

    @HostGator @hostgatorindia @HGSupport What sort of support is this? Been trying to connect via chat for the past 1 hr and still its not getting connected. The websites hosted are crawling like a tortoise and not even able to connect to your support.

    @HGSupport @HostGator No. Your servers were down, verified by a CSR. They just came back up. Down for over an hour. But all is well now. Thanks 👍

    Parler will probably go down and maybe even Rumble. They will get control of big hosting companies like Hostgator, Blue Host, etc. and maybe even big registrars like Godaddy and Namecheap. So they will control the internet and all information. ...for 10 dark days.
