    @HostGator failed to auto-renew our SSL cert, sent us no notices about it (even though all our payment info is current) and even though we've since been charged the money for the SSL, our website is effectively down for another 48-72 hours. What's the phone number for @GoDaddy?

    @ShehuAwwal @HostGator I guess I have to follow your suggestion. The domains are all active. It's hurts me so much going through this. Gross extortion. I have over 26 domains with them. My favorite was @Namecheap and I have never had any issues with them

    @HGSupport Number of processes isnt that important. But it is translates to CPU and RAM utilization. "Unfortunately, this process can sometimes generate errors or other failures that result in connections to your server that use up your processes and generate large amounts of CPU usage"

    @ArewaParrot @HostGator Has the domain expired? I dont see any reasons for them to take down your domain unless may be it has to do with hosting, Why not get a VPS with digitalocean And if you’re looking for a shared hosting, I would recommend ifastnet which I have been using for like 6years.

    My reseller account had been with HostGator and their support was great. I just couldn’t justify renewing with them, even tho they just fixed any problem I had. There’s nobody to call for help now, only the internet & stress over 100s of details 🤯. #aws #lightsail #webhosting

    @hostgatorindia I have stayed with you from 2012 but due to insensitive price increase with poor support and bad quality infrastructure i am now at the edge completely leaving hostgator. Will you suggest direct dedicated server/vps for a site with 2k monthly visitors? thats whats forced on me..

    to pay again to restore your files. I have never seen any fraudulent hosting company compared to @HGSupport before. This is ridiculous. The support team disappears the moment you start asking questions. Over 5 domains have been suspended without any reason. I have over 23 domains
