  Our website has been down for 6 hours and the server issue is not yet fixed. @BigRock @HostGator claims 99.9% uptime in spite of this we are facing this issue.

  @HostGator's customer support is a huge disappointment! It's been 6 days and still no update on my ticket S-2195876. They don't seem to understand the issue and can't provide a solution. This is extremely unprofessional and their customer support is dead. @HGSupport

  Rocketship SEO Plugin: We have identified a memory handling issue with our plugin that appears to largely impact Yoast users on Bluehost (though not HostGator which is the same company) and could impact other shared hosting environments. in 100% of cases we've investigated the issue goes away in a few hours as memory used subsides. You might get an error immediately after activating the plugin that says there has been a critical error on the site. Your site and Admin area are fine though you may not be able to edit plugins / posts / pages, this is the memory issue manifesting itself. You might also get a report emailed by WordPress saying the issue was caused by @Yoast using too much memory, but it is our plugin causing the problem not Yoast. Our best guess at the moment is that this error is caused by our compatibility settings with Yoast which is performed automatically upon install and activation. We are looking at making this process more efficient and improving our compatibility so sites in shared environments like Bluehost do not encounter this issue.

  Genuine question: how do you guys build waitlist websites for your projects? That includes terms and privacy links as well? I have a traditional setup of HostGator, WordPress and a simple theme and editing it is a pain all the time. Help me with this transformation.   @HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem. Unfortunately your team of Escalated Techs have been unable to send a simple email since Friday, 9:14am
