    @MudiTheInvestor @myarmone @HostGator Tbh It’s also happens with network providers. Most people they have answering the calls don’t know or can’t really provide a solution to your problems. Many times where I had to insist on them transferring me to their superior.

    @HostGator @WordPress Now it's created a whole new set of problems. At first, it kept directing me to some weird temporary domain. Then I logged in and updated the settings and now it's a 403 error page. Hours of my time is going down the drain for no reason.

    @HGSupport @cjcornell They did the same with me injected a malware and i have never recovered, later they charged me $25 to recover emails, i lost 3 clients that i was working with

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless. This video is misleading. @bhavintu

    @HGSupport @adamfarrar I haven't received any confirmation on fixing my issue with Hostgator on DM. Why is it so? I don't understand....Is this the way you give service to your customers?

    Hey @HostGator — your “Live Chat” and “Support” links loop back to your own help page. I’ve got a valid SSL installed, DNS and Cloudflare set up correctly, but my site’s stuck in an HTTPS redirect loop (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS). Your backend needs to resync the SSL vhost or restart Apache. Any chance someone competent can help me out today?

    @HostGator #SSL errors for multiple sites. Please get to the bottom of it. All we did was deactivate some outdated plugins.

    @hgsupport Help. Every time I try to have support upload new wordpress site while backing up old html site, the new site continues to refer to the subdomain I created it in. Good grief...no one in support knows what to do.
