    @HGSupport Dear Hostgator, why is there still no solution for cpanel Security issues. Almost 48 hours are gone, our website is OFF. And not giving any ETA on this issue. We are losing our viewers which we built in years.

    @HostGator @HGSupport we are now nearing 72 hours without access to our three sites. Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    @BigRock after Hostgator migrated to Bigrock, pathetic service. Support numbers never works. No service support. Many glitches. Should not take responsibility which you can not deliver

    @HGSupport @HostGator still no follow up and telling me to wait until server is enabled then they will proceed with migration and the worst part is there is no Estimate time when will that happen Currently i got the same answer for 6 days repeatedly

    @HGSupport @HostGator @HGSupport "Updates will be emailed"? You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Stop stalling and restore my server.

    @HostGator @WordPress Now it's created a whole new set of problems. At first, it kept directing me to some weird temporary domain. Then I logged in and updated the settings and now it's a 403 error page. Hours of my time is going down the drain for no reason.

    @HostGator @HGSupport my server has been down for 6 Day now the thing is your team locked out the server ports due recent cpanel issue, but till now I didn't get any followup or solution from your team they tell me to wait for 24-48 hr everyday and then give no reply
