    @HostGator Apparently this company has moved all of it's customer service overseas. Consequently you can only understand every other word.

    @HGSupport @HostGator I have called multiple times about an issue and no one on the phone has been able to help me. Your website says you have 24/7 support but it's actually just under Eastern time business hours. Your live chat feature is broken. I'm really disappointed.

    Disappointed with @HostGator's customer support. No update on ticket S-2195876 after 5 days. Unprofessional compared to other hosting companies. #worstcustomerservice

    @Hostgator, unbeknownst to me, no longer provide, free backups. Had I known this, I certainly would have moved my blog much, much sooner to @BlueHost who provides it DAILY for a free with a $0 restore fee. You have lost your customer service score but your bottom line may have increased TEMPORARILY. Now that I've been forced to review my choice of hosting services for all my blogs and websites, I also have learned that they have almost 10 points higher ratings than you and are a fraction of how much you charge. Why on earth would anybody pay more, get less, and risk loss? Since I have suffered from your lack of customer care, I will be moving my blogs. Do not touch them again until I have gotten all of my content removed
