    @DigitalDonz @HostGator They used to be the best but since moving the tech support off shore the level of service has dramatically gone down hill. Avoid them if you can.

    @shaunoconnor1 @HGSupport Honestly, my thoughts are that I've never dealt with a host I was 100% happy with. These days support is pretty terrible no matter who you're with as far as I can tell. It's really frustrating.

    @HGSupport Hey Team at HostGator, much appreciated. I learned something else. We transferred a domain name from our previous registrar to you. During that transfer, the DNSSEC keys were left in place. Causing all manner of problems throughout the internet. This was the root cause.

    @HostGator There is a problem with your backup system. It is taking more than 8 hours for 25 GB. I need my server working. I asked to cancel the backup task, no solution still. Case Number 32406881 .

    @themarkdrake @HostGator Yes, I had once a customer who had only a IPV6 connection through its Internet service provider and I have configured the website whitout IPV6 support - the client was unable to see anything. Dead end.

    I've been a loyal customer with @HostGator for 10 years, but recently my shared server was compromised due to BF cyber attack - and company denies 2FA security. For that reason, I'll be leaving for a more secure option. I've heard good things about @GoDaddy .
