    @ZennieAbraham62 @HGSupport A better question is why does this process even require support, or for you to request it, then escalate your request? Automated SSL installs, renewals and replacements at $0 for life or ****!!!

    Day 3 of @HGSupport / @HostGator tech support. Still no solutions in sight. The most obvious on the 1st day would be to reset from their end and give me the info my ftp client needs to connect, but no. Day 3

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless.

    @HostGator That's crazy, if we have some issues which we can't resolve through the online chat, then there is no way to contact a authoritative person ?. I guess I need to look in to other hosting options then..

    I didn’t think it was possible but HostGator made their ****** website even worse If anyone reading this ends up needing web hosting use literally any other service

    @HGSupport @adamfarrar I haven't received any confirmation on fixing my issue with Hostgator on DM. Why is it so? I don't understand....Is this the way you give service to your customers?

    The worst web and email hosting provider is Hostgator. They suspend user accounts without warning. Their censorship policy is arbitrary allowing no clear definition of policy. Your opinion is not allowed on your own web site! #scam #HostGatorSux

    HostGator is a terrible web hosting and email company. Even though I prepaid, they deactivated my account months ago. I have not used them since. Now I am getting invoices telling me I am past due! I cancelled months ago!!! #scam #HostGator #webhosting
