    @HostGator If you contact HG support be prepared to receive what seems like a randomly generated response that has nothing to do with your actual question. I tried 4 times to get a sensible reply and 4 times I received utter nonsense. Worst. Support. Ever.

    @HGSupport Tia helped and spent over an hour to resolve my issue, Thank you Tia! She was successful when 5 other support agents failed to resolve.

    @HGSupport Are you kidding? I have NEVER had any kind of decent support from HostGator. It's always terrible, always "random", always like no-one gives a damn. And eventually, they just give up and stop answering, like this time, about a card issue no less. It really is time for us to move.

    @HostGator have taken all of my websites and email down for 'maintenance' in the middle of the day, without any warning at all, and say they should only be 'a few hours'.... definitely looking at switching to a new hosting provider. Any recommendations anyone?

    @HGSupport Hello, there’s an error loading my site’s domain due to a Suspended Verification as I lost access to my original login email for HG. I have changed my login email & can login to my dashboard but I don’t have access to the DNS Verification Email. Please advice on this=(

    @bmoore123 We gave up on Dreamhost a couple years ago because of the changes they were making to their automatic spam filtering. We're with Hostgator now and have had no problems at all.

    @HostGator has decided to do some server maintenance, taking all of my websites and email offline without any warning for an unspecified period of time, in the middle of the working day..... Great thinking, just what we needed. Tech support have no idea how long it will take.

    @MissLucySkye I'm TRYING to use WordPress, but HostGator is making it a real pain in the *** to install it on my domain. Every time I think I've got it, I can't find it. I just wrote that down now - Yoast SEO. Thank you tons.
