@SiteGround support - fixes problem in ten minutes. Super friendly. @HostGator support - five agents, five different solutions, none work. Make you feel like an idiot. So happy I switched.

@HostGator @Hardscape_Com @HGSupport Same problem. Chat support is unresponsive. Phone support is no better, keeps telling me to check back in 20 minutes. Has been ongoing for hours. No assistance provided by HostGator.

@HostGator @HGSupport waiting over 2 weeks to get an issue sorted, and then making me upgrade (taking more money from me) and then still not resolving the simple issue of sending the subnet mask for the IP that has been created, does it really take that long? This is atrocious!

@HostGator You are loosing the trust of customers gradually owing to pathetic service. Despite renewing my hosting package before time, it was suspended. It means you don't understand the value of somebody's time. It is very shameful for a company. Will never buy any services.
