    @MichaelFKane Time to set up your domain on a proxy that redirects traffic to a bunch of different services, 1 amazon, 1 hostgator, 1 idk something else. Then have them load distribute based on availability. You can never be too safe.

    @process_eli I went to school for my assosciate's in applied sciences for computer programming & analysis way back in 2002. I quit a semester later and got a job as a remote L3 sysadmin for HostGator. They wanted me to learn Java before C++. **** that.

    @HostGator Pls, I can't see you solving this problem, it happened 3weeks ago, and you asked us to pay thousands of dollars and we paid. Now you are engaging us with tete talks that will certainly go no where, delay tactics so the money will expire without serving it's purpose

    @HostGator @HGSupport Today makes six days without access to my server and three revenue generating sites. No new sales, no access to email will lead to customer (revenue) loss. Zero updates and appears no progress being made. The class-action law firms are circling. Complete incompetence on display.

    @BigRock After Hostgator was migrated to Big Rock, service disruptions have become a daily affair during off peak hours. Support says process count exceeded 25, but doesn't give the exact cause of the downtime. Can you tell what's really happening?

    Ah @HostGator broke all my websites, I know they're fire fighting to patch security which is fair enough and I've been patient hoping it'll resolve itself, it hasn't. Really grating is @HGSupport making up absolute nonsense and blaming all my sites being broken on "malware" 🙄🥱

    @ionos_help_US I called support. They needed my ID and something else. Sadly, I ended up just using @HostGator which went right through and I was up with cpanel in less that 20 minutes.

    Dear @HostGator I am using your reseller hosting for more than 9 year & your @HGSupport quality is now gone down to dumb level. Seating for 2 hours on chat & no resolution yet. Your novice agent is not able to understand issue even after 2 hours. @NewfoldDigital

    @HostGator @HGSupport we are now nearing 72 hours without access to our three sites. Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

    @hostgatorserver Nice that you don't provide any phone support at all for domain names. I selected domain name in the menu. The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. Good job hostgator!

    After 23 years of being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from with 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #Network Solutions. No refund yet.
