    @HostGator Once upon a time, Hostgator had the best customer service, but today it is the worst!!! Guys leave this company because they do not have proper contact. When calling their call center or chat, it goes to Asia. i asked them I need to speak with manager but they told me they don't

    @skystracloud @HostGator Yes. But it’s been 4 days since nobody can send emails. They leave the outbox but never reach the recipients. Not even a bounceback error. I have 20+ domains with them and all of them hace the same issue.

    @HGSupport Well... I would do that but I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT because the web doesn't send the email to reset my password. And there is no other support channel.

    @HGSupport u need to hire some agents who have access to admins it's been 48hrs and my server is down. when ever I chat with them they are say within 1hr it will fix. and its more than 48hrs

    @HostGator It has been a long time since my server has been down, so I think it's time to switch hosting providers. The customer service at Hostgator is crap, the front-end agent does not have access to anything. There is no way to contact the admin. I'm leaving Hostgator
