@HostGator @HGSupport has the absolute worst customer service. I paid them to upgrade my VPS to the Snappy 8000 and in that process they somehow crashed my server. I actually have no idea what happened, other than I have had no access to my site since 1:00pm Monday!

@GTrader38 @HostGator I´ve been wiht HG for more than 10 years but Im moving all my accounts now bcuz all the problems, I´ve been testing racknerds for 2 months and so far so good and the support is really good and fast

@skystracloud I have zero access. Not even through the HostGator Dashboard. I have just been frustrated because I did not cause this, and they weren't telling me anything. I think that is terrible customer service.
