  • VolkanErsan Volkan Ersan (@VolkanErsan) reported

@Stefani19834478 I've been with them for over a decade. Honestly, their chat support is pretty up to par except for this on-and-off Chrome issue. Especially compared to GoDaddy's disastrous customer service #hostgator #godaddy

  • LeeKHempfling Lee Kent Hempfling (@LeeKHempfling) reported

@HGSupport hey guys... what's up. support chat is down, FTP will not list contents of a working domain.. what's up?!?!

  • CEOConsultants LOUIS (@CEOConsultants) reported

@HGSupport You didn't answer the question, though: what industry benchmark or common practice makes a web server being down for two weeks, OK ? Don't you think your current customers and potential future customers DESERVE to know? @HostGator @HGSupport #hostgator #hosting #Servers

  • CEOConsultants LOUIS (@CEOConsultants) reported

@HGSupport 2 weeks for an entire server to be down is not "incovinience". It is incompetence. #Hostgator #hostgatorsupport @HostGator

  • SeamanPandita Pandita (@SeamanPandita) reported

@HGSupport Your chat support no longer works - loads for infinity with no end in sight. Is this the only support contact? If so I need to talk to someone about security issues and vulnerabilities.

  • rich_debusk Rich DeBusk (@rich_debusk) reported

@HGSupport what are you doing to fix the Weebly problem so that I can update? Is it time to leave HG?

  • srihari147 Hari (@srihari147) reported

@HostGator wrost experience,Customer service is too slow they are not resolving my problem since 4 days .

  • Stevemartin1974 Stephen Martin (@Stevemartin1974) reported

@HostGator For the record.. site was suspended over 16 hours ago and still waiting for your "crack" support team to respond to emails. #BadService

  • manuelaisazai MI (@manuelaisazai) reported

@H0rnsby_ @HostGator We have the same problem!, no solution yet; we have lost sales and customers

  • DustinFinn Dustin Finn (WarDriving-BusySignal) (@DustinFinn) reported

@HGSupport you can use this - 44833060 - this entire "down" time is odd to me.

  • H0rnsby_ h0rnsby (@H0rnsby_) reported

@HostGator Our entire server has been down for over a day. No help from support, they just keep saying they'll email us when it's fixed. No explanation. We do a lot of business with you and recommend you to clients. Definitely will be switching.

  • CEOConsultants LOUIS (@CEOConsultants) reported

@HGSupport Your support team says they don't have an ETA !!!!! It could be days .... THAT is NOT OK. An entire server can't be down for 2 weeks OR longer. @HGSupport @HostGator

  • gaurav_raos Gaurav Suresh Rao (@gaurav_raos) reported

@HostGator Why are your sites so slow?

  • abpcontent Sidd (@abpcontent) reported

@shwnhll @JepsenThomas @kinsta is yet to disappoint me in 4 years. I have worked with Bluehost, Hostgator, Dreamhost, Hostinger, KH, WPEngine, SiteGround, Rocket, and probably some more that I can't recall right now. I think they compete for the top 3 positions in customer support IMHO.

  • CEOConsultants LOUIS (@CEOConsultants) reported

@HGSupport @HostGator / @HGSupport Are you telling me that after 2 weeks of troubleshooting, your "A Team" has not managed to fix anything? How much longer do you propose for us to be patient? Another 2 weeks? 4 weeks? Maybe early January 2023 would fit your guy's schedule better?
