  • WebDesign_NJ WebDesignNJ (@WebDesign_NJ) reported

@HGSupport I spoke 3 times with your support and no one did anything. Don't bother. I fixed it myself. :)

  • bmatheka_KE Benson Matheka (@bmatheka_KE) reported

@HostGator looks like things are not working any more. Support no longer helpful. Looks like hosting with you was the biggest mistake. When will Case Number: 43480764 be resolved?

  • DustyOrgan Dusty *****: New Music Publication (@DustyOrgan) reported

Ugh. Just a heads up my website is down AGAIN b/c of @HostGator. I'll let you know when it's back up! (And if anyone has a recommendation for a hosting service, I'm all ears)

  • davebarish Dave Barish (@davebarish) reported

@HostGator my server is down and the 5-minute waiting time in the chat hasn't changed in 15 minutes. Help!

  • sharprell Concierge (@sharprell) reported

@MudCrabT1000 @CynderHost @HostGator Did you lose your site too? I had a wordpress built site and now its GONE.. Not sure if it was due to the outage they had. Which, I couldn't get an explanation why?

  • richmond_lewis_ Richmond Lewis (@richmond_lewis_) reported

    @HostGator Still down?

  • SingletsSupreme Supreme Singlets (@SingletsSupreme) reported

@HostGator Still here waiting on customer service to reply. Never got a call back, no response on website support chat, and cannot get thru. Over 24hrs and counting! Absolutely ridiculous! 2 websites I have you host for me.

  • askpaapa Paapa Kweku (@askpaapa) reported

  • Learners4U Learners4u (@Learners4U) reported

  • renoseoexpert Sandy Rowley (@renoseoexpert) reported

@HGSupport @HostGator So, it has been over a week. Tech support still has not responded. So dissapointing. Looking to move these sites to a new host.

@HostGator all websites & email down again. What is the issue now? What’s ETA on the fix? More importantly the reoccurrences are far too frequent now. What is quality issue on your side? Your reliability used to be excellent. Now it’s a guess if I’m online or not. #SolveIt

  • SimpleSkink Jay Smith (@SimpleSkink) reported

@MattsterNC @GoDaddy Get them to throw down $60 for a year of Siteground, use All in One Migrate and just yank it off of there. Getting away from GD, HostGator or FatCow is pretty much required in all my agreements.

  • MudCrabT1000 MudCrabT1000 (@MudCrabT1000) reported

@sharprell @CynderHost @HostGator Sorry to hear. No I have not lost any data post Hostgator going down. I hope you had a backup in place somewhere. If not you should look into several available plugins / services or even download weekly manual backups from cPanel and softaculous backup

Your DNS servers may be hosted by your website service, like Wix or Squarespace, or on your domain registrar like Godaddy or Hostgator. The TXT should look something like this “v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:you@domain; ruf=mailto:you@domain; sp=quarantine; ri=86400”
