    After 23 years of being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from with 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #Network Solutions. No refund yet.

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless.

    @HGsupport We operate a private opt-in discussion list on our mail server used to distribute messages only to subscribed members. The system is not used for spam or bulk commercial mail — it is a controlled discussion list serving legitimate clients-This appears to be a misclassification by your mail system or an IP-level restriction. Who can I contact, as you support number and AI chat doesn't understand

    @HGSupport Hello Hostgator support,   My site is currently suspended due to subscription expiration.   I do not wish to renew the plan, but I’d like to request a short grace period to log in and export my site content.   Could you please temporarily unlock my site or downgrade it to the free plan so I can back up my data?   the live chat isnt working anymore Thank you for your assistance.

    @HGSupport trying to get second level escalation for critical email issues for 3 days. Two chats and 2 phone calls, and 5-6 hours invested but no line of sight to resolution or 2nd level support. Very disappointing

    @process_eli I went to school for my assosciate's in applied sciences for computer programming & analysis way back in 2002. I quit a semester later and got a job as a remote L3 sysadmin for HostGator. They wanted me to learn Java before C++. **** that.

    Dear @HostGator I am using your reseller hosting for more than 9 year & your @HGSupport quality is now gone down to dumb level. Seating for 2 hours on chat & no resolution yet. Your novice agent is not able to understand issue even after 2 hours. @NewfoldDigital

    @ionos_help_US I called support. They needed my ID and something else. Sadly, I ended up just using @HostGator which went right through and I was up with cpanel in less that 20 minutes.

    @voytekbereza @HostGator Sounds like a deployment or script loading issue. This is where stable infrastructure and proper server setup really make a difference.

    @ZKDID_ Never used Hostgator, so I have no point of reference. I switched from SiteGround as their renewal prices just kept increasing. Hoping to eventually switch to decentralised hosting. Keeping an eye on @IagonOfficial
