@SteveCoxsey Hey Steve, The unfortunate thing is that Newfold Digital often buys out hosting companies. They own BlueHost, Newfold Digital owns HostGator, NetworkSolutions, among others. Bluehost now outsourced all support also.

@ethanjaack Already spoke to @HostGator CS and they just said their policy is not to provide refunds. Currently waiting for possible help from @HGSupport. We did successfully move her and rebuild her site already so she's all set. Just trying to get her money back for the remaining 2 years.

@HostGator sends an invoice for my annual payment. Their site won't accept a $143 payment. These are the people that HOST sites I build for clients, and they are all currently suspended bc their site is broken. All my sites are down, and all my clients are PISSED. Use @bluehost

@Cortraption @AramVartian same. Hostgator for 11 years. I don't get the DLs you do, but i've rarely had any issues and the ones I did have were quickly handled.

@angry_kpra @Alaena_hill @Rfmf_Media domain is currently registered with service provider Hostgator. If that service provider is compromised it could affect customer websites and services associated with the service provider. Hostgator have been hacked on numerous in previous occasions.

@HostGator @HGSupport Your tech support has gone downhill VERY quickly. I'm calling for help to get Outlook set up on my new laptop and all the person has to do is give me the right port numbers and she's unable to do that. I remember you used to have tech professionals.
