@HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem. Unfortunately your team of Escalated Techs have been unable to send a simple email since Friday, 9:14am

After 23 years being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #NetworkSolutions. No refund yet.

@HGSupport @HostGator I have called multiple times about an issue and no one on the phone has been able to help me. Your website says you have 24/7 support but it's actually just under Eastern time business hours. Your live chat feature is broken. I'm really disappointed.

@HGSupport @ethanjaack I did that. Repeatedly. Kept the transcripts. Your phone and chat techs openly admit that they can do very little and sent it up the chain, twice. Escalated Support means email only and "Try this. Works on our end!" and they close the ticket. It's Sunday.

@ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

@BigRock After Hostgator was migrated to Big Rock, service disruptions have become a daily affair during off peak hours. Support says process count exceeded 25, but doesn't give the exact cause of the downtime. Can you tell what's really happening?

@BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless. This video is misleading. @bhavintu

HostGator is a terrible web hosting and email company. Even though I prepaid, they deactivated my account months ago. I have not used them since. Now I am getting invoices telling me I am past due! I cancelled months ago!!! #scam #HostGator #webhosting
