    @HostGator It’s super straightforward. Cancel the Titan email, make sure it doesn’t auto-renew and REFUND the charge.

    @HGSupport I've been attempting to resolve an issue that stems from the Hostgator site for days. I've spent hours on the phone with various Hostgator support and no one has resolved the issue. It's unbelievably frustrating.

    @FakeUncleNemo @zrkann I got out of @HostGator about 10 yrs ago. They sabotaged one of my servers and asked $250 for "emergency upgrade". Funny enough, the support engineer who I was on the phone with, fixed it without it but had to switch it off again so they could keep the scam going 🤡

    @HGSupport do none of your support reps have access to WHM on shared accounts? I've been on the phone with a tech support for an hour. She's completely out of her league. The fix would have taken her 30 seconds on WHM to open phpmyadmin and change the definers of a function

    After 23 years of being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from with 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #Network Solutions. No refund yet.

    @Hostgator, unbeknownst to me no longer provide, free backup. Had I known this, I certainly would have moved my blog much, much sooner to @BlueHost who provides it for a free with zero charge restore fees. You have lost your customer service score but your bottom line may have increased TEMPORARILY. Now that I've been forced to review my choice of hosting services for all my blogs and websites, I also have learned that they have almost 10 points higher ratings than you and are a fraction of how much you charge.

    Do not use @hostgator. They censor. They suspend accounts without warning. You lose your money and data. Hostgator is a terrible company. #scam #scamalert #buyerbeware
