    I left Hostgator for good. I had a great experience with them overall, but as soon as I wanted to leave, their support was terrible. They kept wasting my time by trying to convince me to stay even though I told them no explicitly and that I was busy.

    @hostgatorindia customer care are not able to fix the issue and disconnecting the calls in between, i have faced this 3 times today. @HGSupport @HostGator

    @bubblywaffo @pinksunshinecos @TwitterSupport I don't know if you have tried it yet, but I had success getting photoshopped photos of me removed from a website dedicated to making fake porn by going to the service that hosts the website itself (like Wix, HostGator, Bluehost etc.)

    @HostGator we have problems with server down, Tech support is the worst... no reply, no answer, just wait and wait, spending a lot of time for nothing, and our business going down, thanks to you... Im really dissapointed.

    @HGSupport Yes, but it is not available for reseller accounts. Confirmed in two different conversations with your support team that they are not able to install it, and that I would have to wait until your official upgrade for those servers, with no estimated time.

    Can anyone suggest a good web hosting service? I’m ruling out Bluehost and Hostgator cause I had bad experiences with them in the past.

    @HGSupport Please assist, beyond desperate. Our website has been down for 4 (!!!) days. Our developer has contacted support every 3 hours since Tues and our backup folders still not uploaded. We are losing business plus massive reputational damage. Our ticket number is 39332050.

    Update: @HGSupport addressed my concerns and under 15 minutes, domains are active. Sucks that it took longer than expected.
