@SeattleFemdom I use hostgator, as long as they don't have a payment processor attached, I've never had any issues

  • leisurelydrives Leisurely Drives (@leisurelydrives) reported

@HGSupport @HostGator Your support services are not very helpful. My CODEGUARD has been showing error messages ever since I subscribed. Escalated cases do not help even after 6 days?

  • MidvanaGroup Midvana Technologies (@MidvanaGroup) reported

@ethanjaack I'm using this company servers from past 5 years but we never faced nothing issue in past. i love @hostgatorindia because of their good services but this time hostgator broken my heart. but i still want to use @hostgator because i love their services so much.

  • KobraDynasty Ko₿ra (@KobraDynasty) reported

@HGSupport @HostGator how long does it normally take to push through an "escalated" support ticket for dedicated server clients? My support escalation ticket #46186569 has been open for 3 DAYS and I have to yet hear from an admin!

  • jrickybt Jhon Enrique Bermúdez (@jrickybt) reported

@HGSupport Since October. Yes, since Hostgator suffered a worldwide drop in its services in October, our hosting is having problems: intermittent, 7 hours to send an email. The service sucks. Refund the money or move the services. Ticket 46227447

  • Ivaleixo Igor Aleixo (@Ivaleixo) reported

For 2 weeks, I've been struggling to verify my domain in Google Workspace hosted by Hostgator. Their poor support leaves my SSL non-functional. Their responses to my queries vary & now they want to charge me for their mistake. @hostgator's service is unacceptable. #dissatisfied

  • HGSupport HostGator Support (@HGSupport) reported

@WhenSteelTalks @HostGator I am looking into your case. Send me a DM so that I can discuss updates, and would not suggest publicly posting case numbers as this may become a security concern down the road.

  • TheMorphiaas Morphiaas (@TheMorphiaas) reported

you charge a hefty fee for the services but give no service at all. As marketing agency has a website for their presence and we are losing our business because of you. @HostGator @ICANN #Serverless #Hosting

  • keithlaw keithlaw (@keithlaw) reported

@RTotale76 It's an @HGSupport issue. Only affects certain users on cellular data. They have never been able to explain why.

  • chsweb jono (@chsweb) reported

@usefathom I own or manage DNS at: HostGator, Small Orange, NameCheap, GoDaddy, Wix & a few random places. I’d go with Hostgator if I could only do one. Namecheap is OK, support docs are a wreck. Wix is a nightmare to get out of but support is good. GoDaddy is collecting dust.

  • TheMorphiaas Morphiaas (@TheMorphiaas) reported

@hostgatorindia @HostGator raising a ticket for the same issue won't work. We are following you on the same issue for the last 2 months. We want the credits for those days when the website was not running, as we have lost lots of visitors to the website which has impacted the business.

  • hostgatorindia HostGator India (@hostgatorindia) reported

@TheMorphiaas @HostGator Can you please DM us the case ID for this issue? We'll surely check with our team.

  • jonathonhyjek Jonathon Hyjek (@jonathonhyjek) reported

@dustinhyle @nichepursuits I just got rid of a hosting client that had 20GB of images...The number of resources they were using on my VPN just wasn't making sense for the $$. I moved them along - they're with Hostgator now. Not my problem. LOL

  • fan24mee fan24 (@fan24mee) reported

@HostGator It is not a serious company at all, they cannot fix their mistakes for 48 hours and they have damaged my business these two days
