    @HostGator That's crazy, if we have some issues which we can't resolve through the online chat, then there is no way to contact a authoritative person ?. I guess I need to look in to other hosting options then..

    @KenMediated Yep just ended a near 20 year relationship with HostGator. Changing terms of service, new tiers of disk usage limitations, 25% increased cost from last three year contract term and the latestest unethical billing practices. @HostGator is officially on the do not recommend list.

    @HGSupport trying to get second level escalation for critical email issues for 3 days. Two chats and 2 phone calls, and 5-6 hours invested but no line of sight to resolution or 2nd level support. Very disappointing

    @HGSupport @HostGator received an email from "escalated support" that my ticket has been closed, but nothing has been done to bring my server and sites back. Please advise: The case # ACOM-3384 you are responding to has been closed.

    @DanMicovic @HostGator @HGSupport I have a client’s site that’s been down since Sunday night and our web team has received nothing other than the same copy/paste response I’ve seen support using on here and there’s no telling how many sales they’re losing.

    @HostGator Apparently it was a server issue but HG support was able to help and resolved it within minutes. Thank you, we are going on 5 years with HG 🐊🙌🏻

    So HostGator Support @HGSupport has someone who has elected to take on a CRIMINAL POSITION with respect to my company's server issue. This really is a job for the Department of Justice and Jeanine Pirro @JudgeJeanine to look into. I am sick and tired of this bad behavior. Say @NewfoldDigital we have a problem at HostGator.

    @BigRock after Hostgator migrated to Bigrock, pathetic service. Support numbers never works. No service support. Many glitches. Should not take responsibility which you can not deliver

    @HostGator - their support staff has repeatedly displayed minimal to zero knowledge and are not much more than phone answering clerks. Numerous times we've been given false and varying info. as for the reason for issues #badwebhosting
