    Our website has been down for 6 hours and the server issue is not yet fixed. @BigRock @HostGator claims 99.9% uptime in spite of this we are facing this issue.

    @DanMicovic @HGSupport @HostGator That’s rough, 2 weeks with no access is unacceptable, especially for email and client sites. You may want to start looking at alternatives like Fresh Roasted Hosting. Their support is much more responsive, and the uptime has been solid in my experience.

    Is hostgator blocked on your debit cards yes or no? @bankofmaldives your customer service has failed to give me a straight answer since monday. Aharunves kuranee viyafaari. This is unacceptable behaviour. First u say invalid cvc the u say platform issue now insufficient funds.

    I think @Hostgator @HGSupport @NewfoldDigital fixed it. I don't want to be too hopeful here, however I think they may have resolved the issue.

    @KenMediated Yep just ended a near 20 year relationship with HostGator. Changing terms of service, new tiers of disk usage limitations, 25% increased cost from last three year contract term and the latestest unethical billing practices. @HostGator is officially on the do not recommend list.

    @HGSupport I have a production server down for more than 24 hours and still no solution or clear update. Please provide news regarding the maintenance/work you said would be performed today on the affected CentOS servers related to the known cPanel issue reported by your team.

    When looking to replace the dreadful @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp with a better company with better customer service, try out Bluehost SiteGround DreamHost HostGator HostPapa InMotion Hosting. You dont have to accept terrible customer service.

    @HostGator @HGSupport Today makes six days without access to my server and three revenue generating sites. No new sales, no access to email will lead to customer (revenue) loss. Zero updates and appears no progress being made. The class-action law firms are circling. Complete incompetence on display.

    @HostGator @HGSupport I requested using the money to cover cost of my existing snappy VPS, your support refused. They insisted on refunds, they tried refunding to my naira card, it failed and I told them to refund to my dollar card, they promised to do so but never did

    @BigRock @hostgatorindia Can someone call me on my registered mobile no. pls? Every week our emails are down and your team takes one whole day to rectify the problem. When it was hostgator, we never faced this issue. What is that you guys are doing differently that we have to suffer every week!!??
