hello @HGSupport - I am having problems finding a status page to see if an email server is down now. are there some known server issues with email checking? we see errors connecting in from Outlook or from webmail.

@EliFlinc @EliFlinc Hey there a simple DNS search shows that this websites emails are hosted at Hostinger not HostGator, so you may want to reach out to them regarding this issue as we would have no control over a site they host.

@tyummk87 No! We track the different platforms they use to register their scam websites. They went from Namecheap, to Ionos to HostGator. All of these registrar have collaborated with us to shut down the websites after investigation. But with s Chinese Registrar its another story.

I cant believe that I've stopped the operation of my company bcz my admin user was blocked and I cant support me in unlocking it, I've since yesterday at 4:00 pm and it is time to talk to more than 15 people without success, and I do not know what to do to support , @HGSupport

@HGSupport I appreciate the inquiry but I think after 7+ attempts with several diffrent Support staff members over 3 months and the main response being, 'do I want to uninstall or reinstall wordpress?' Well, there is just nothing you can do for me.

@HostGator @HGSupport Right now I am so disappointed with you. After years of being a customer, I was just hung up on, lied to and mocked by your rep Shomo (supposed to be manager). I was promised a service that you are now saying you don’t offer and now being left on my own.
