OkYall (@okyall55) reported@HostGator deleted MANY of my posts. Not me. Hostgator. Now they won't restore them unless I pay them to do it. I've been a customer for 20 years or more. Never thought I would see the day that they would be so blatantly crooked. If you use host Gator, you have to pay for them to back up your blog or pay a third party. Or you have to copy everything on your site. BlueHost is cheaper, backs up every day, charges nothing extra and restores for no charge. What happened to hostgator?????

The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. Your website says you have 24/7 support but it's actually just under Eastern time business hours. Your live chat feature is broken. I'm really disappointed.

Their security is extremely weak, management is poor, and they consistently focus on charging extra fees instead of providing reliable service. Most people they have answering the calls don’t know or can’t really provide a solution to your problems. Many times where I had to insist on them transferring me to their superior.
