    Ah @HostGator broke all my websites, I know they're fire fighting to patch security which is fair enough and I've been patient hoping it'll resolve itself, it hasn't. Really grating is @HGSupport making up absolute nonsense and blaming all my sites being broken on "malware" 🙄🥱

    @HostGator @HGSupport my server has been down for 6 Day now the thing is your team locked out the server ports due recent cpanel issue, but till now I didn't get any followup or solution from your team they tell me to wait for 24-48 hr everyday and then give no reply

    @HostGator @HGSupport I requested using the money to cover cost of my existing snappy VPS, your support refused. They insisted on refunds, they tried refunding to my naira card, it failed and I told them to refund to my dollar card, they promised to do so but never did

    @BigRock after Hostgator migrated to Bigrock, pathetic service. Support numbers never works. No service support. Many glitches. Should not take responsibility which you can not deliver

    @francojosephsd @HGSupport @HostGator Same, and they seem to think that the issue has been fully resolved. No communication to the customers, or among themselves.

    @HGSupport @NewfoldDigital I do not mean to offend, but what happened was and is you have some folks who may be well-meaning, but do not understand what they're doing. Too often someone at HG makes changes to my back-end server that I did not authorize. This has been problem for the last 3 years. STOP IT. Make sure to allow the owner-admin, er, me, to approve any changes before they're made. Do not just DO them.

    @YoungbloodJoe @HostGator Instead, it's often better to put them on a managed hosting service of some sort. I found this out the hard way when I got hacked on a VPS because then I didn't keep up with package updates.

    Is hostgator blocked on your debit cards yes or no? @bankofmaldives your customer service has failed to give me a straight answer since monday. Aharunves kuranee viyafaari. This is unacceptable behaviour. First u say invalid cvc the u say platform issue now insufficient funds.

    @HostGator @JanesErica49730 I completely agree, the new Roundcube sucks. To make it worse, they are completely tone deaf to why we don't like it. Their comment "You will get used to it". 😳
