    @HostGator Calling it a "limited customer base" is a joke, as is the "support" chat. Canned answers and talking in circles. Dedicated server with a bunch of client accounts offline, no DNS, nothing. Sounds a bunch of servers took a 💩 Anyone have any viable dedi alternatives w/ WHM/cPanel?

    @HostGator Our website is one of those sites. I had just posted our URL to about 21,000 Facebook followers shortly before this problem.

    @altfilmguide @HostGator Agree with your observation. We moved hosting a while back due to reliability and support issues. We were going to ride out our current term with domain registrations, but after this, our timetable has changed. Cutting ties with @hostgator once this outage is resolved.

    @HostGator Third time in a year with a catastrophic system failure. Previous two times our email was down for almost a month. How long is this problem going to last? Your 99.9% uptime promise means ****.
