@HGSupport Let me try an incognito window. ...Nope. Chat window still hangs. I'm currently on the phone right now with techs going 30+ minutes. They won't escalate. It's your issue. All sites with db won't connect.

Tired of @HostGator windows plan. Dealing with new silly issue almost once a week. Contacted support just for it to be escalated to the 'relevant team'. Today my business has lost 1 working day as they havent fixed it till now smh

@HGSupport Yes, I'd also love to know that. But the issue is not only solving the technical problem, it's the way your admins want customers to live on their mercy 1) they don't provide ETA's 2) they don't state the problem / progress 3) they don't respond to the emails they sent and on...

@HGSupport It should not take more than 30 minutes for a tech to state there's a major problem, it's being worked on at the moment. There's nothing I can do but wait now. :/
