The most important thing for me when trying to use any app, feature, brand, etc. is to find out if I can chat with their customer service rep. For example, I'd prefer to use HostGator over any hosting coy because of how quickly their customer care rep answers their chat.

@HGSupport @swedub Same here. The issue started about 12 hours ago on my dedicated server. Chat support is down, phone support just hangs up. This is insane. I want a refund for this month.

@HGSupport What is your ETA to get these issues resolved. This is far too long without any communication or response to DMs, especially with support chat not working. When will we even learn what the issue is and what will you be looking to do to compensate customers for losses?
