@HostGator @HGSupport has the absolute worst customer service. I paid them to upgrade my VPS to the Snappy 8000 and in that process they somehow crashed my server. I actually have no idea what happened, other than I have had no access to my site since 1:00pm Monday!

Just so everyone knows, the Platinum Mind site is down, @HostGator are just not cooperating apparently their servers got cyberattacked or something, they've been absolutely no help so I'm pulling it from there and will have it back up soon.

@CM16_16 @writerlane @HostGator Same here. This problem has been around for 3 weeks with no resolution despite several assurances that it will be fixed in 24-48 hours. As a reseller multiple clients of mine are impacted. Not good enough.

@HostGator Everyone that relies on one server to host their website is living in the early 2000s. At this point you should be using CDN networks and hosting DNS that allows your website to be up if one server goes down. Hostgator was great before Brent sold. Now there is now advancement.
