    @HGSupport worst ever service you deleted my account because I canceled the email service and now my domain which u have is blocked I can’t get emails because the email on the account is in this domain so I can’t even reset the password and I don’t remember the pin

    @HGSupport Yesterday your team gave hopeful mail like started transferring data new updated server, now it is back to square one they stopped it with some technical excuse and no estimate time for resolution to fix my issue and Also it is 1 week now since my service stopped

    @HGSupport @HostGator And even after deleting and cleaning everything on 29th Jul, they are not even replying to the email, and their support is unable to do anything, just playing from pillar to post (senior tier 1, higher admin, level 2 and whatnot). I am extremely disappointed and want to migrate,

    @HostGator @ValeriaGadioli @HostGatorBrasil We have been using a VPS server and reseller hosting for the past 15 years, and recently one of our clients' domains was infected with malware. Instead of suspending that particular domain, they shut down the whole server. For the past 7 days, more than 50 sites are held hostage

    @NewfoldDigital @HostGator How is it that a customer of 15 yrs is treated w/ such little regard? I have not received any notice stating that your company's policy is not to refund customers on advanced hosting payments when svc is discontinued after 3 failures in 2 months
