    @HostGator My website has been down for 2 days and nobody in Texas on second-tier support will fix my SSL certificate issues. My customers have to pay their utility bills at the beginning of the month, mostly elderly individuals and their services might get cut off. Please help!

    @Stephi_ishtar @HostGator Been with HG for two years (refugee from awful GoDaddy). Had to contact support only once. Support handled my issue immediately.

    Me: My client gave me the wrong password and I think my ip is blocked for too many failed attempts. Can you fix for [ip addy]? HostGator: Let me look *2 minutes later* HostGator: Everything seems fine here, I can see the WHM login page. Call your ISP to fix.
