    @YoungbloodJoe @HostGator Instead, it's often better to put them on a managed hosting service of some sort. I found this out the hard way when I got hacked on a VPS because then I didn't keep up with package updates.

    @HGSupport I asked your support agent to create a ticket for 4 times. Then she created it. Provide an easy option to create support ticket instead of a chat option

    @DerNord036 I miss HostGator. They were a great, local Texas company with excellent service, then they sold to some conglomerate and now it's trash manned by jeets.

    @HGSupport I am a journalist so many Government systems depend on my brother who depends on your company. For two weeks the server has been down and he has never witnessed this kind of thing before. As a result of this my brother is totally confused, down and hospitalized

    So HostGator Support @HGSupport has someone who has elected to take on a CRIMINAL POSITION with respect to my company's server issue. This really is a job for the Department of Justice and Jeanine Pirro @JudgeJeanine to look into. I am sick and tired of this bad behavior. Say @NewfoldDigital we have a problem at HostGator.

    @HostGator It’s not that one size doesn’t fit all. It’s that live chat was terrible. No reply for 6-8 minutes at a time. I wasn’t asked to stand by while they researched. They repeatedly suggested an illogical solution. And your AI bot is not ready for prime time. Gives bad advice!!!

    @cybernaira I had HostGator (the one I mentioned earlier with the Blue and Yellow colors) and Namecheap 9 years ago, and HG's follow up is excellent. They sent me emails to make sure everything was in order and if I needed any help. The dumb thing is, I never did anything with the Website.
