    @HostGator @RSSDMG I am in the same boat, and it is sinking. Tech support just keeps saying the same thing over and over. "I'm so sorry you were unaware of the migration...Yesterday, to be fixed in 4 hours. Just now, stated 24 to 48 hours to get a response. HELP

    @donatj yeah. i redid a website for a non prof and the old hosting finally got shut down. but i had no idea hostgator was doing email too that made no sense to me. and all the alternatives pretty sure cost more than the AIO hostgator package did.

    @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp @HostGator Pathetic service by GoDaddy I have my email id phone number linked but still not able to login. 2 factor authentication never sends OTP. They create multiple customer ID with same email id and create login issue. Not able to login to domain acnt.

    @lepslair @HGSupport @HostGator +1 useless. Always has been. "I am soooo sorry you were not informed of the migration......Site down for 7 hours, and I was assured of a follow up email in 24 to 48 hours.............

    @NewfoldDigital @Forbes 132 websites down without ANY warning and with promises that a migration will not take place during business hours, yet here we are @HGSupport techs are useless and you have proven again you DONT care about the customers. I will be moving my sites.

    Been trying to get @HostGator’s @HGSupport to tell me why I cannot access the settings for my Primary Domain in my Customer Portal for over a month now. “There was an error loading this domain. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.” Utterly useless.

    @HostGator Apparently you migrating me to a new server. Why did you not let me know? Why have my sites been DOWN for days now? This is not the service I'm used to with you. My clients are complaining. Do you NOT care about your customers anymore? @HGSupport @NewfoldDigital #FAIL
