@HostGator It’s not that one size doesn’t fit all. It’s that live chat was terrible. No reply for 6-8 minutes at a time. I wasn’t asked to stand by while they researched. They repeatedly suggested an illogical solution. And your AI bot is not ready for prime time. Gives bad advice!!!

At 21 I started a web hosting company for under $500. - rented a server from HostGator - studied their "get your first 1,000 customers" ebook like scripture - pitched people in forums Shocker: nobody wanted web hosting from a college kid. So I changed the offer. I started selling websites instead. New website owners have the problem of "Where do I host this?" I would bundle the hosting as part of the website build in exchange for putting their credit card on file for next year. I didn't realize it at the time, but this is when I learned about the 'Front Doors' and 'Back Doors'. It's easy to fool yourself when researching a business or competitor when all you can see is their 'Front Door'. The offer on your competitor's website may look too good to be true and you may wonder how can they possibly do that? They have a 'Back Door' offer that must offset it and then some. You usually can't see it from the outside.

At this point this is a @Hostgator issue exclusively, all other hosts have resolved their issues. There is a good chance that all of these sites have been wiped from their servers and are looking for an explanation that limits their liability. I have little hope that the sites will be restored. @HGSupport

@HostGator Pls, I can't see you solving this problem, it happened 3weeks ago, and you asked us to pay thousands of dollars and we paid. Now you are engaging us with tete talks that will certainly go no where, delay tactics so the money will expire without serving it's purpose

@NewfoldDigital @HostGator How is it that a customer of 15 yrs is treated w/ such little regard? I have not received any notice stating that your company's policy is not to refund customers on advanced hosting payments when svc is discontinued after 3 failures in 2 months

@HGSupport @NewfoldDigital I have emails from HostGator going back to 2010. I can show you many times HostGator Admins have done yeoman work in coding. I learned a lot from them. That should be your model, not this frankly lazy approach that HG has adopted. Make some coin and help your customers.

@ZennieAbraham62 @HostGator Thank you for the outreach. Support can assist with WP installs, login or admin access issues, installing, plugin and theme activation, plugin and theme errors conflicts and more. For other WP concerns beyond our scope try Pro Design Live subscriptions for personalized guidance.

@MudiTheInvestor @myarmone @HostGator Tbh It’s also happens with network providers. Most people they have answering the calls don’t know or can’t really provide a solution to your problems. Many times where I had to insist on them transferring me to their superior.
