    @HGSupport I'm not saying anything about agents, I can always get them and they are great. But your CHAT SYSTEM is a disaster. I am working and i can't always look at the chat and sometimes agents need more than 3 minutes and it gets disconnected! ITS NOT HELPFUL! PLEASE FIX THAT!

    @RichardCheese To add to this as well I've been a part of a good bit of websites and Siteground is the only one that provided actual support. Hostgator and Godaddy are complete trash.

    @HGSupport I have two sites down since 48 hours ago. In a shared windows hosting. I have contacted chat support three times. They escalated to admins but solution didn't came. Sites down should be priority for you. I will loose my business because of your laziness.

    and you own the domain. I am with Hostgator for the last 16 years. The customer service is horrible. Don't you send domain expiration emails? Your portal is horrible.

    @mrjwiley @SyAsteria @jamilbtc Requires a hub and a data storage backend. Okay. So hub is on AWS. And storage in on Hostgator. Is one goes down the whole thing goes down. Right?

    @HGSupport NUMEROUS support requests for 3 weeks, no one can fix my domain error and get me EPP codes. Always told it's escalated, yet no fix, no reply. WHAT'S GOING ON?

    @skiy7 Yes, settled for Hostgator (3-year plan) because I wanted C-Panel and phone support. Heard good things about Digital Ocean and CloudWays but was unsure how to set up and manage them.

    @HGSupport is hostgator not working? I can only log in through my phone and not any bowser on any computer I own. Can't even get to a portal login page

    Dear @HGSupport, appears that unless we make a public request nothing happens. One of our sub-domains has been down due to an SSL issue on your end for 48+ hours. May not be urgent to U but it is to the customer! Here’s the case# 38367897… THX for your attention to this matter!

    @HGSupport I've used @firefox @googlechrome and still cannot get to the login portal dashboard. I may resort to calling that 866-964-2867 number

    @HGSupport I don't understand why are you trying to deny that your chat system works like that. Chat gets disconnected after 3 minutes due to inactivity. That's insane. Your own agents sometimes tell me "Please wait 4-5 minutes until I work on this issue". What should I do? Talk to myself?

    to renew the domain for 10 years. It has been 5 hours since I paid the renewal fee. Our domain is still not active. Customer service refuses to transfer me to domain controller/admin. They said it was with Enom. I Called Enom and they told me that Hostgator is their VIP reseller
