    @HGSupport worst ever service you deleted my account because I canceled the email service and now my domain which u have is blocked I can’t get emails because the email on the account is in this domain so I can’t even reset the password and I don’t remember the pin

    @HGSupport Has HostGator changed its password requirements? I've had problems logging in suddenly but error messages do not state any change to the policy despite an AI search suggesting something may have been done by March 2025.

    After 23 years being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #NetworkSolutions. No refund yet.

    @HGSupport I never had a free plan. The email address doesn't say HostGator or Gator in the domain.

    @HostGator @HGSupport we are now nearing 72 hours without access to our three sites. Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

    @HGSupport @HostGator @HGSupport "Updates will be emailed"? You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Stop stalling and restore my server.

    @HGSupport @HostGator received an email from "escalated support" that my ticket has been closed, but nothing has been done to bring my server and sites back. Please advise: The case # ACOM-3384 you are responding to has been closed.

    Day 9 of complete server outage. @HostGator took server offline after cPanel security patch on 28 Apr. Many client websites down and I am facing hell everyday . No resolution timeline. No escalation path. Ticket E-515758. This is unacceptable. #HostGator #HostGatorDown

    @HostGator @HGSupport Your support lied to sell me your Nvme vps, (I have chat evidence) which could not support my legacy apps after I made payments totaling $883. I've been trying to receive refunds since Feb 10 without success. Your support has been horrible and of little use

    hey @BigRockIndia its not fair that you sneak in add-ons at time of domain renewal without my explicit permission. In the last 13-14 years with @hostgatorindia @HGSupport I have never once faced such behaviour. I for sure will be out from your system soon.

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    @HGSupport Yesterday your team gave hopeful mail like started transferring data new updated server, now it is back to square one they stopped it with some technical excuse and no estimate time for resolution to fix my issue and Also it is 1 week now since my service stopped
