  @HGSupport trying to get second level escalation for critical email issues for 3 days. Two chats and 2 phone calls, and 5-6 hours invested but no line of sight to resolution or 2nd level support. Very disappointing

  customer support and website designer to build HostGator’s employee training department while I was still doing website designer work also. We moved to Houston, TX when my buddy/boss bought a building in Houston, Tx. I ended up training over 1000 employees how to use their service and how to do chats, phone, and ticket customer service. I then taught several trainers on how to train employees and then went full time website and graphic designer for

  @BigRock one of the worst companies every -friends be careful - they dont ifnrom u anything - they migrated me from hostgator then blackmailed me into taking expensive VPS server and then now emailed me to change name servers - did it - BOOM full crash !!!!!

  @DanMicovic @HostGator Not a single email has been sent to me since last week to let me know what is going on. For me, it's been two days (2 chat sessions and 3 phone calls at various times). The only email I received was last week telling me that our server had been patched and I didn't need to take any action. Then, a few days later, I woke up to our sales guys and editors asking why all of our sites are down. Tomorrow I will be looking at migration options.

  @HostGator @HGSupport we are now nearing 72 hours without access to our three sites. Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

  @seanrogers8 @HostGator No need to worry, this is not a hack. DNS tools can show SPF/DKIM/DMARC records more than once when zones or hostnames overlap or if the browser has some caching issues. If you reach out to support, we can review your DNS directly and make sure everything is set correctly.

  @HostGator @HGSupport Today makes six days without access to my server and three revenue generating sites. No new sales, no access to email will lead to customer (revenue) loss. Zero updates and appears no progress being made. The class-action law firms are circling. Complete incompetence on display.

  Can any tech people help? We use Outlook for The Bookends Review and once a week, it'll stop sending and receiving mail because "503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA." Then, I'll delete the emails we have in the HostGator CP and it'll work again. Any ideas how to fix?

  Hey @HostGator — your support portal sends users to a knowledge base with no way to open a ticket or access live chat. This is unacceptable. I need a PTR record configured Gmail silently rejects all outgoing emails from our domain. This is a basic mail server configuration
