  @HGSupport trying to get second level escalation for critical email issues for 3 days. Two chats and 2 phone calls, and 5-6 hours invested but no line of sight to resolution or 2nd level support. Very disappointing

  @HostGator @HGSupport we are now nearing 72 hours without access to our three sites. Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

  I can't believe hostgator support has gotten this bad. I needed help with a domain transfer. Called them. Selected help with domain names in the menu. The people I got said since I don't have a hosting account with them they can't help me. I asked them to connect me with somebody that could. But the only thing you can do is chat when it comes to domain names. Never register your domain name at hostgator.

We moved to Houston, TX when my buddy/boss bought a building in Houston, Tx. I ended up training over 1000 employees how to use their service and how to do chats, phone, and ticket customer service.   @BigRock @hostgatorindia Can someone call me on my registered mobile no. pls? Every week our emails are down and your team takes one whole day to rectify the problem. When it was hostgator, we never faced this issue. What is that you guys are doing differently that we have to suffer every week!!??

  At 21 I started a web hosting company for under $500. - rented a server from HostGator - studied their "get your first 1,000 customers" ebook like scripture - pitched people in forums Shocker: nobody wanted web hosting from a college kid. So I changed the offer. I started selling websites instead. New website owners have the problem of "Where do I host this?" I would bundle the hosting as part of the website build in exchange for putting their credit card on file for next year. I didn't realize it at the time, but this is when I learned about the 'Front Doors' and 'Back Doors'. It's easy to fool yourself when researching a business or competitor when all you can see is their 'Front Door'. The offer on your competitor's website may look too good to be true and you may wonder how can they possibly do that? They have a 'Back Door' offer that must offset it and then some. You usually can't see it from the outside.

  @BigRock one of the worst companies every -friends be careful - they dont ifnrom u anything - they migrated me from hostgator then blackmailed me into taking expensive VPS server and then now emailed me to change name servers - did it - BOOM full crash !!!!!

  @NewfoldDigital @HostGator How is it that a customer of 15 yrs is treated w/ such little regard? I have not received any notice stating that your company's policy is not to refund customers on advanced hosting payments when svc is discontinued after 3 failures in 2 months

  @iGoinsane101 i got openzero running on 2 servers but need the space so will remove 1 openzero server the 16gb ram one then install a web server for my x community/group, help people host simple sites if they want big sites social networks they can go to @HostGator
