    @moorephoto @mediatemple @GoDaddy Did you ever get help? I noticed your site is down. I've never seen so many webhost problems. I'm still having email problems after 10 days! I'm jumping ship. Going to HostGator. Thank God I took most clients off MT last year. A client already fired me bc of horrible service.

    @HostGator been with you 11 years + & we are so close to leaving. Your chat support is a mess..either lies or don't understand English & getting to people who know is almost impossible. What happened to your great service? Disappointed.

    @BalconyMR @HGSupport I just had a "support" person mansplaining to me and he claimed there were no supervisors available to talk to. Apparently, if a shared server got hacked all the sites it hosted would be DOWN. Seriously? (Mine keeps getting files injected, and I cannot find the source).

    @moorephoto @mediatemple @GoDaddy Same here. I tried to send an email this morning. Again, it's stuck in my outbox waiting to be sent a half hour later. I'm switching to HostGator. FYI, I noticed your site is down as well. Also, did you get your email archived or redirected?

    @HGSupport I just bought a Hostgator Wordpress account and It's not working. I keep getting a 'There has been a critical error on this website'. When I click the 'Start Live Chat' button that's not working either. Starting to get a bit frustrated.

    Who do you recommend for Hosting besides @HostGator? My site is down multiple times in an hour and Jetpack notifications are constant. What's going on??? Switch me to a different server or something. Can't ever reach support. This is a bad look. #hostgator
