    And yet @HostGator did it again!!! Why you people are screwing with our websites!! Forcing people to get Site Lock in a first place, and now telling me that's it's because if it , my blog doesn't work !! Barely English speaking tech support... 2 hours no results!!

    I've been a @HostGator customer for well over a decade. My wife was having a major medical issue, and I missed my billing cycle. They deleted everything. No recovery options. I was a month late and missed the emails. Devastating to lose everything like that.

    @HGSupport so, one more day has passed and still cant fix your mess..how much more? or you do have really bad admins or they have no idea what are they doing, so till when is the problem going to be fixed?

    Is anyone else having issues with either WordPress, HostGator, or Jetpack? My website seems to keep crashing and coming back to life (with some random changes) all on its own and as if I wasn't stressed out enough already... I'M STRESSED! Anyone know what's happening? DM me :'(

    @USATODAY @HostGator My site is pointing to some other site. I called your support 4 times as of last night and STILL NO SOLUTION. Can you hire people who know how to fix issues? I have lost all emails coming to my domain in the past 24 hours? Your NS servers seem to be HACKED

    Client moving email @HostGator > @BlueHost where he happens to have another hosting account until he finds a perm hosting home. Both companies are (were?) Endurance, which sucks, but service for troubleshooting an issue was like night/day. Finally! Saying g'bye to #BlueHost!

    @HGSupport Been asking for my back up from so many days. 1. you don’t reply. 2. you say we will get back. 3. you pretend to escalate the issue &still do nothing. Sick of this. If my issue isn’t resolved today im going public. Maybe then you will learn to treat your customer right
