    @HGSupport What else do you need.D server has been down for 3 weeks. When it happened we immediately contacted you, and you recommended, we purchase a new dedicated server for migration, which we did but you never could fix the old server to migrate us to D new. *I-25506113 is the ref ID*

    @HGSupport I have a production server down for more than 24 hours and still no solution or clear update. Please provide news regarding the maintenance/work you said would be performed today on the affected CentOS servers related to the known cPanel issue reported by your team.

    Our website has been down for 6 hours and the server issue is not yet fixed. @BigRock @HostGator claims 99.9% uptime in spite of this we are facing this issue.

    @HGSupport Hello Hostgator support,   My site is currently suspended due to subscription expiration.   I do not wish to renew the plan, but I’d like to request a short grace period to log in and export my site content.   Could you please temporarily unlock my site or downgrade it to the free plan so I can back up my data?   the live chat isnt working anymore Thank you for your assistance.

    Day 9 of complete server outage. @HostGator took server offline after cPanel security patch on 28 Apr. Many client websites down and I am facing hell everyday . No resolution timeline. No escalation path. Ticket E-515758. This is unacceptable. #HostGator #HostGatorDown

    @HostGator Pls, I can't see you solving this problem, it happened 3weeks ago, and you asked us to pay thousands of dollars and we paid. Now you are engaging us with tete talks that will certainly go no where, delay tactics so the money will expire without serving it's purpose

    @KenMediated Yep just ended a near 20 year relationship with HostGator. Changing terms of service, new tiers of disk usage limitations, 25% increased cost from last three year contract term and the latestest unethical billing practices. @HostGator is officially on the do not recommend list.

    @BigRock @hostgatorindia Can someone call me on my registered mobile no. pls? Every week our emails are down and your team takes one whole day to rectify the problem. When it was hostgator, we never faced this issue. What is that you guys are doing differently that we have to suffer every week!!??

    @HGSupport I never had a free plan. The email address doesn't say HostGator or Gator in the domain.

    @HGSupport @HostGator still no follow up and telling me to wait until server is enabled then they will proceed with migration and the worst part is there is no Estimate time when will that happen Currently i got the same answer for 6 days repeatedly

    @HGSupport @NewfoldDigital I have emails from HostGator going back to 2010. I can show you many times HostGator Admins have done yeoman work in coding. I learned a lot from them. That should be your model, not this frankly lazy approach that HG has adopted. Make some coin and help your customers.
