    @HostGator @HostGator worst service I have ever encountered? HostGator support is a joke. I paid for one year hosting services, and I can not send emails. Answer: " Spamhaus blocks your IPs through your internet provider."

    Hostgator support just prevented a minor heart attack. Sites should not be allowed to crash on holidays.

    @HGSupport Wished I could check the logs, WHM doesn't load either. Then we get database errors, then it works flawlessly again. Cannot even log into my hostgator account, the password change emails don't get sent to me (I usually just pay the bills).

    @HGSupport 3rd server outage in past 7 days on top of this happening for months now. I'm actively looking for other hosting. No account credit, no explanation. No response when I email ticket #. So tired of this. Already DM'd you before you respond to this tweet. Completely Down

    @HGSupport Your support site says: Phone Support Hours: 7 AM - 12 AM EST - 7 days a week and yet when I cal, nobody answers and the message says Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, what is the story? Nobody answers the supposed 24hr chat service either and option to email you. Hopeless!

    @HGSupport After many discussions with Hostgator I'm leaving and eating the cost of 7 months of service because they did not inform their customers they were removing this function. They left me high and dry on another domain that has the function working but can not adjusted or stopped.
