    @HostGator I've been on the phone with your so called Customer Support. Straight useless. It would probably help if they spoke true American language, but like every other call center - your **** is all outsourced!

    @HostGator deleted MANY of my posts. Not me. Hostgator. Now they won't restore them unless I pay them to do it. I've been a customer for 20 years or more. Never thought I would see the day that they would be so blatantly crooked. If you use host Gator, you have to pay for them to back up your blog or pay a third party. Or you have to copy everything on your site. BlueHost is cheaper, backs up every day, charges nothing extra and restores for no charge. What happened to hostgator?????

    @HostGator It’s super straightforward. Cancel the Titan email, make sure it doesn’t auto-renew and REFUND the charge.

We moved to Houston, TX when my buddy/boss bought a building in Houston, Tx. I ended up training over 1000 employees how to use their service and how to do chats, phone, and ticket customer service. I then taught several trainers on how to train employees and then went full time website and graphic designer for

    Day 3 of @HGSupport / @HostGator tech support. Still no solutions in sight. The most obvious on the 1st day would be to reset from their end and give me the info my ftp client needs to connect, but no. Day 3

    @HGSupport One of your tech support people had me flush my DNS. It solved the initial problem, but created two others. One, I can't connect my text editor to the server, and it won't let me get to your website portal either. I'm getting an Edge IP Address notification.
