    It's been 12 days now since my server gone down @HGSupport @HostGator no reply to the DM nor follow up mail for existing tickets and telling us our case in priority list and wait for infinite time without any estimate time #hostgatordown

    I can't believe hostgator support has gotten this bad. I needed help with a domain transfer. Called them. Selected help with domain names in the menu. The people I got said since I don't have a hosting account with them they can't help me. I asked them to connect me with somebody that could. But the only thing you can do is chat when it comes to domain names. Never register your domain name at hostgator.

    Any we host recommendations? @hostgator now is going to limit how many email boxes we have and I want to jump ship. I only use it for email anyway as the sites there all got hacked and got no help from support.

    @HostGator @HGSupport my server has been down for 6 Day now the thing is your team locked out the server ports due recent cpanel issue, but till now I didn't get any followup or solution from your team they tell me to wait for 24-48 hr everyday and then give no reply

    @wordpressdotcom So you are saying that it is @HostGator issue? It's your site that is slow loading? It's atrocious. I have another site I have on wordpress hosted by another company and wordpress is still SLOW, terrible. But hey that's customer service these days

    @BigRock after Hostgator migrated to Bigrock, pathetic service. Support numbers never works. No service support. Many glitches. Should not take responsibility which you can not deliver

    So HostGator Support @HGSupport has someone who has elected to take on a CRIMINAL POSITION with respect to my company's server issue. This really is a job for the Department of Justice and Jeanine Pirro @JudgeJeanine to look into. I am sick and tired of this bad behavior. Say @NewfoldDigital we have a problem at HostGator.
