    @HostGator Offiicially a full week later and @Hostgator is still not able to get a domain up and running as it ends with .ca its unusual Tech support team has no access to back-end staff. We have service ticket after service ticket created and I can not have anyone provide an ETA

    Wow @HostGator your support has gone way downhill. I think it's time to see what alternatives there are. @SiteGround look reasonable.

    Very easy to set up a hosting account with @HostGator, not so easy when you want to cancel after a couple of years. They force you into a live chat with one of their reps where you have to answer questions as to why you want to cancel!! Took 30 mins of my time and left me fuming.

    @HGSupport I have DM`d you the cases numbers. I was told yesterday your team would have it all sorted ASAP as it had been escalated, I have still had no contact and my site is still down. I have also paid two times this month as that is what was asked to get it sorted.

    Hostgator affiliate program is bloody terrible so far - affiliate store wont install. wordpress plugin out of date & has bugs, no support

    @pridetechdesign @emmafarrellreal @HGSupport @EnduranceIntl Ya I've heard about that group. Apparently when they bought @HostGator the entire tech support division was outsourced. It's a disaster now. The last 2 times I spoke to tech support I asked to be emailed a copy of the chat. No emails arrived. It's insane. Might have to switch.

    @hostgatorindia @HostGator if you are asking WHM password then what's gurantee that my data will not be tempered? what is gurantee that the support guy will not keep password with him or will not pass to others, and within few minutes all data on whm/cpanel can be theft, are you giving any insurance of it?

    @HGSupport I sure will although I have been on chat with you all and this has already been escalated so I am told... I am so unhappy with this company as a whole by now and as soon as this issue is resolved I would like nothing more than to cancel every last service I have with you
