    @YoungbloodJoe @jonoalderson Ugh. Need to switch! I left Bluehost, HostGator, and Network Solutions when they dug in their claws and gutted those services. Blech.

    HostGator is a terrible web hosting and email company. Even though I prepaid, they deactivated my account months ago. I have not used them since. Now I am getting invoices telling me I am past due! I cancelled months ago!!! #scam #HostGator #webhosting

    @BigRock After Hostgator was migrated to Big Rock, service disruptions have become a daily affair during off peak hours. Support says process count exceeded 25, but doesn't give the exact cause of the downtime. Can you tell what's really happening?

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    @HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem. Unfortunately your team of Escalated Techs have been unable to send a simple email since Friday, 9:14am

    @Hostgator, unbeknownst to me no longer provide, free backup. Had I known this, I certainly would have moved my blog much, much sooner to @BlueHost who provides it for a free with zero charge restore fees. You have lost your customer service score but your bottom line may have increased TEMPORARILY. Now that I've been forced to review my choice of hosting services for all my blogs and websites, I also have learned that they have almost 10 points higher ratings than you and are a fraction of how much you charge.

    @HostGator @WordPress Now it's created a whole new set of problems. At first, it kept directing me to some weird temporary domain. Then I logged in and updated the settings and now it's a 403 error page. Hours of my time is going down the drain for no reason.
