    @process_eli I went to school for my assosciate's in applied sciences for computer programming & analysis way back in 2002. I quit a semester later and got a job as a remote L3 sysadmin for HostGator. They wanted me to learn Java before C++. **** that.

    When looking to replace the dreadful @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp with a better company with better customer service, try out Bluehost SiteGround DreamHost HostGator HostPapa InMotion Hosting. You dont have to accept terrible customer service.

    @HostGator there is something going on with the Canadian sites. My servers have been down all day. I think it has to do with blacklisting. Been trying to get answers from host gator all day and they will not give the truth. Canadians that have lost today contact me

    @HGSupport I asked your support agent to create a ticket for 4 times. Then she created it. Provide an easy option to create support ticket instead of a chat option

    @HGSupport @cjcornell They did the same with me injected a malware and i have never recovered, later they charged me $25 to recover emails, i lost 3 clients that i was working with

    @HostGator @HGSupport I requested using the money to cover cost of my existing snappy VPS, your support refused. They insisted on refunds, they tried refunding to my naira card, it failed and I told them to refund to my dollar card, they promised to do so but never did

    @HGSupport One of your tech support people had me flush my DNS. It solved the initial problem, but created two others. One, I can't connect my text editor to the server, and it won't let me get to your website portal either. I'm getting an Edge IP Address notification.

    @FakeUncleNemo @zrkann I got out of @HostGator about 10 yrs ago. They sabotaged one of my servers and asked $250 for "emergency upgrade". Funny enough, the support engineer who I was on the phone with, fixed it without it but had to switch it off again so they could keep the scam going 🤡
