@hostgatorindia @HGSupport Yes I have registered the complaint & received the case I’d just 2 days back but issues we are facing is 1 month old my case id : 46159967 , pls look into it & proceed with refund process as your services & solution don’t even last more than a hour properly & frustrating support

Dear @HGSupport It's still not true. Stop pushing the same lie to the customer. IF A WORDPRESS CARE OR RESPONSE CUSTOMER IS COMPROMISED THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING ADDITIONAL FOR THEIR CLEANING. Feel free to reach out if you need that louder.

@HostGator The only big problem with their service is support, the server goes down on a Sunday and there is no one to help you until Monday at 10 am. 😡
