    @YoungbloodJoe @HostGator hahaha - host gator sucks ***, we moved from them to inmotion very early on. And if you got indians doing any sort of migration you are going to have to get a US based dev involved for sure.

    I asked support to escalate it after an hour and a half where they attempted to fix it but couldn’t, and took over an hour to reset the server after which it promptly crashed again. @hostgator

    @HGSupport I never had a free plan. The email address doesn't say HostGator or Gator in the domain.

    @HostGator @JanesErica49730 I completely agree, the new Roundcube sucks. To make it worse, they are completely tone deaf to why we don't like it. Their comment "You will get used to it". 😳

    It's been 12 days now since my server gone down @HGSupport @HostGator no reply to the DM nor follow up mail for existing tickets and telling us our case in priority list and wait for infinite time without any estimate time #hostgatordown

    @cybernaira I had HostGator (the one I mentioned earlier with the Blue and Yellow colors) and Namecheap 9 years ago, and HG's follow up is excellent. They sent me emails to make sure everything was in order and if I needed any help. The dumb thing is, I never did anything with the Website.

    @KenMediated Yep just ended a near 20 year relationship with HostGator. Changing terms of service, new tiers of disk usage limitations, 25% increased cost from last three year contract term and the latestest unethical billing practices. @HostGator is officially on the do not recommend list.

    @HostGator suddenly charged ~103% more for my website hosting, have used HG for 15 years, with about same price all the time.. now doing transfer to @Namecheap to try them instead! *with free migration service!

    @HGSupport @HostGator received an email from "escalated support" that my ticket has been closed, but nothing has been done to bring my server and sites back. Please advise: The case # ACOM-3384 you are responding to has been closed.

    @HGSupport @HostGator We have been using a VPS server and reseller hosting for the past 15 years, and recently one of our clients' domains had malware, but instead of suspending that particular domain, they shut down the whole server, and now more than 50 sites are held hostage,

    @HGSupport @HostGator But without their first enabling it is not possible, so I have finally come here (Case ID: ABU-175403, ABU-175616, ABUF-21277). If it is still not solved, then I will have to go to the consumer forum and will also take the help of the payment processors.
