    Such a useless Company full of bloody fools. Think twice before you buy any service bcoz NO PHONE SUPPORT. Still they are in covid situation. Rest all other co. Godaddy, Bigrock, Hostgator etc. are working actively.

    @HGSupport It's been a few days and this networking issue has persisted. There has been little transparency about the issue at all other than "We are on it". Do better @HostGator.

    @HostGator @HGSupport My dedicated server has intermittent connection. Whats happening? Sometimes up and sometimes down. In just a span of minutes. This is not stable. Its been 3 days already

    @Yevo_a @HostGator Having the same problem but with Bluehost is the same data server. Have they provided any solution?

    You haven't experienced hell until you've tried to get support from @HostGator. Seriously, don't use Hostgator.

    @HGSupport @HostGator Worst customer service experience. 1/2 star. Bought a hosting plan and got malware infected after 2 days. The have a SSL backend issue but keep blaming google for the blacklisting for my site downtime. upselling me another sitelock upgrade for $280 before helping.

    @twainmurua @HostGator @bluehostsupport It’s been working fine so far. That was the same issue external connection as well as outgoing connections were failing. I did realize that the php configs were reset such as max post size and execution time so I had to change those as well not sure if it’ll help

    @twainmurua @HostGator Mine just started working hopefully continues - all I got was admin is aware and working on it but I realized there was some issues with the php configurations that they had messed up on
