    @HGSupport @HostGator, Really bad idea choosing hosting plan for 3 years from Hostgator for hosting... No hosting company is as bad and as du*b than this, they are solving issues since past few months.

    We're experiencing a site-wide outage as @hostgator migrates The Gigantea to a new server. This was planned on their end, but it wasn't communicated to us. Stay tuned. They're saying about an hour or so. We're not excited either, but it is temporary.

    @HGSupport @HostGator support again this weekend vps down. Two hr already gone . Its mire then 8 hrs down. Same happen last week 2 days down. Will ever to resolve. Your billing email n reminders never stop even your server down. Great job..

    @HGSupport, @HostGator I was sold your cloud hosting package because you promised me it would prevent downtime. Every single one of my websites and email accounts is offline, and no one is answering support.

    @HostGator your support tech broke my entire website and took down another domain. Apparently, customer service is a thing of the past and technical support is an oxymoron. Where are the supervisors or escalation team?

    Heads up again! We may be expecting another downtime for the website. Apparently, Hostgator ran into issues last time so they were unable to migrate the server to their new data center. 😭 Downtime may happen anytime between August 19 - 22. Minimum 30min and max 2hrs.
