    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    @seanrogers8 @HostGator No need to worry, this is not a hack. DNS tools can show SPF/DKIM/DMARC records more than once when zones or hostnames overlap or if the browser has some caching issues. If you reach out to support, we can review your DNS directly and make sure everything is set correctly.

    @HostGator @HGSupport I requested using the money to cover cost of my existing snappy VPS, your support refused. They insisted on refunds, they tried refunding to my naira card, it failed and I told them to refund to my dollar card, they promised to do so but never did

    @HGSupport @HostGator @spamhaus Your tech support sucks. They have been working on it for 2 days. My company email still doesn't work!! If your employees were competent your service would work

    @HGSupport I asked your support agent to create a ticket for 4 times. Then she created it. Provide an easy option to create support ticket instead of a chat option

    @HostGator That's crazy, if we have some issues which we can't resolve through the online chat, then there is no way to contact a authoritative person ?. I guess I need to look in to other hosting options then..

    @HGSupport @HostGator received an email from "escalated support" that my ticket has been closed, but nothing has been done to bring my server and sites back. Please advise: The case # ACOM-3384 you are responding to has been closed.

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless.

    @HostGator It’s not that one size doesn’t fit all. It’s that live chat was terrible. No reply for 6-8 minutes at a time. I wasn’t asked to stand by while they researched. They repeatedly suggested an illogical solution. And your AI bot is not ready for prime time. Gives bad advice!!!

    And on the matter of a “custom config” since HostGator’s responsibility is to the database, you WORK with the maker of the “custom config” because they need the help from what is supposed to be their business partner: HostGator. Don’t know who’s telling you to write what you wrote but it’s a really bad look.

    Day 9 of my server being completely DOWN with @HostGator. 📉 Provided all details via DM as requested, still nothing. Tickets ACOM-3138 & E-518989 haven't seen an email update in over 60 hours. What does it take to get an actual resolution? @HGSupport
