    @HGSupport But the old HostGator would simply charge a fee to fix a “custom config” because it had experts who knew how to code and who knew Wordpress. Why would @NewfoldDigital shy away from making money?

    @HGSupport trying to get second level escalation for critical email issues for 3 days. Two chats and 2 phone calls, and 5-6 hours invested but no line of sight to resolution or 2nd level support. Very disappointing

    So HostGator Support @HGSupport has someone who has elected to take on a CRIMINAL POSITION with respect to my company's server issue. This really is a job for the Department of Justice and Jeanine Pirro @JudgeJeanine to look into. I am sick and tired of this bad behavior. Say @NewfoldDigital we have a problem at HostGator.

    When looking to replace the dreadful @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp with a better company with better customer service, try out Bluehost SiteGround DreamHost HostGator HostPapa InMotion Hosting. You dont have to accept terrible customer service.

    Day 9 of complete server outage. @HostGator took server offline after cPanel security patch on 28 Apr. Many client websites down and I am facing hell everyday . No resolution timeline. No escalation path. Ticket E-515758. This is unacceptable. #HostGator #HostGatorDown

    @YoungbloodJoe @HostGator Out of all the shared hosting - I've had the least problems with Bluehost.

    @Hostgator over 36 hours and no email or update, sites still down. Rep this morning cannot confirm who is or isn't on the list, as frontline reps have no access to the engineering team.

    @HostGator @DanMicovic I've been on two chats and three calls. I did get chat transcripts, but no emails with any information at all about how long I will be waiting. Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. I'm hoping you will help make migration as easy as possible.
