    For 2 weeks, I've been struggling to verify my domain in Google Workspace hosted by Hostgator. Their poor support leaves my SSL non-functional. Their responses to my queries vary & now they want to charge me for their mistake. @hostgator's service is unacceptable. #disappointed

    Beware of @HostGator. Good website service so far but I’ve been inundated with spam emails and texts since signing up with them last week. Now I have to decide if I want to stay with a company who so quickly sells my info. Im not an expert but I’m not happy with that 😡

    @HGSupport @HostGator how long does it normally take to push through an "escalated" support ticket for dedicated server clients? My support escalation ticket #46186569 has been open for 3 DAYS and I have to yet hear from an admin!

    @usefathom I own or manage DNS at: HostGator, Small Orange, NameCheap, GoDaddy, Wix & a few random places. I’d go with Hostgator if I could only do one. Namecheap is OK, support docs are a wreck. Wix is a nightmare to get out of but support is good. GoDaddy is collecting dust.

    @HostGator 007 Linux server is not working. still our most of the sites are down and facing the problems. if you couldn't solve the issue than return our money back. and your customer care are making people's fool.. Very Bad Experience :( #Hostgator #Badhostgator #hostissue

    @HGSupport I've just been chatting with @HostGator customer support. The first agent disconnected with me and the second one said there was nothing they could do, but I should buy a different domain and connect that instead. I want MY domain, which is what I was trying to renew.

    @dustinhyle @nichepursuits I just got rid of a hosting client that had 20GB of images...The number of resources they were using on my VPN just wasn't making sense for the $$. I moved them along - they're with Hostgator now. Not my problem. LOL

    @HGSupport Since October. Yes, since Hostgator suffered a worldwide drop in its services in October, our hosting is having problems: intermittent, 7 hours to send an email. The service sucks. Refund the money or move the services. Ticket 46227447

    Be careful using @hostgator I purchased a year's subscription last night and called support to see if I could have my older package migrated and was charged $13.80 for the old one by the phone rep. Sorry chat dude but it wasn't authorized.
