@HostGator's customer support is a huge disappointment! It's been 6 days and still no update on my ticket S-2195876. They don't seem to understand the issue and can't provide a solution. This is extremely unprofessional and their customer support is dead. @HGSupport

@HGSupport One of your tech support people had me flush my DNS. It solved the initial problem, but created two others. One, I can't connect my text editor to the server, and it won't let me get to your website portal either. I'm getting an Edge IP Address notification.

@hostgatorindia All our websites hosted on #Hostgator are down for the last 45 minutes, and the support is hard to reach. After waiting in-line for over 20 minutes to reach chat support , the agent is totally unresponsive.
