@nicktherat Depends what you want. Their one-click software install list is very small, and I've noticed more outages than bluehost. The webmail is also pretty bad. But otherwise I think the management console and renewals system is much better than bluehost. Haven't tried hostgator though.

@HGSupport @HostGator Thanks for addressing our problem today, was just aggravated that first your automated answering doesn't recognize our pin and was on hold for an hour each time, twice. So far it's all holding up. We always hate to have to contact you with any problems.

Despite these challenging times, we made a significant effort to upgrade the @HostGator hosting service. After that, all the websites stopped working for almost five days now. They promise to downgrade without refunding the money— horrible customer service.

@Z_Weddig Plus if someone has a private website with a private email server they rent from HostGator or something, after a few years of never deleting a message you may reach a full inbox.
