    @HGSupport its very annoying that your chat support has never been supportive never provided me any solution, having no choice i always make direct calls to ur contact +1 7135745287 which lasts for almost half an hour to give very basic support while my ph bill is multiplying

    Um crying like a lil *****!! After 2 years of late nights developing creating and publishing my websites someone hack my HostGator server and destroy all my work. I was cheap and didn't pay the millions of dollars they ask 😔 FML in the blink of and eye. **** HostGator

    The absurdity of the situation is this: I called @Hostgator for a totally DIFFERENT problem w/a website that was at least working - albeit needed some change. They created a totally NEW problem for my two other websites that now needs to be fixed. 3/

    @HostGator A year has been so tough, Hostgator support is going down everyday. One website in my dedicated had issues, you restricted access to entire server asking me to rectify, i replied back 10 hours back, but nothing from your side and server is down, i chat with support but no help

    Currently on phone w /customer service. It’s a full-on “Who’s on First” skit. @HostGator switched files in my cpanel last night, after a call to customer support. As a result, 2 websites went down. Today: we need to charge you $ for a website restore. Can’t make this up. 2/

    @HostGator Please hire a good customer service and experts of hosting. At the moment completely useless team. One of my subdomain is down from last 7 hours no one responded to my ticket yet.

    @HostGator @bluehost The following website is sent out via #phishing emails and hosted by one of you: hxxps://wishboneventures[.]com It is used to redirect to different #phishing sites and was reported a while ago. Please take it down.

    @HGSupport That's good. I won't call now, but glad to know there is phone support. Actually I'm trying to pay for HostGator right now and it does not go through plus my captcha verification keeps running out while the progress bar goes on and on and on. Ideas?
