We have successfully applied a critical cPanel security patch to your server. No action is required on your part.What HappenedOn April 28, 2026, cPanel's security team disclosed a critical authentication vulnerability affecting cPanel & WHM. As soon as we received notice of this vulnerability and the corresponding patch, our team moved swiftly to apply the update.

    @ionos_help_US I called support. They needed my ID and something else. Sadly, I ended up just using @HostGator which went right through and I was up with cpanel in less that 20 minutes.

    @HGSupport @HostGator @HGSupport "Updates will be emailed"? You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Stop stalling and restore my server.

    When looking to replace the dreadful @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp with a better company with better customer service, try out Bluehost SiteGround DreamHost HostGator HostPapa InMotion Hosting. You dont have to accept terrible customer service.

    After 23 years being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #NetworkSolutions. No refund yet.
