    @HGSupport every 2 weeks. EXIM server issues. And your fantastic support team has no clue that they occur until I spend 20 mins on chat with them. Do you folks even know what proactive server monitoring is??

    @HGSupport Low level techs are not given any information, dragging time down a vortex and using protocol methods to waste time. Several sites are down (not the WP ones) and I need to know when they'll be back up. Currently on hold/phone getting nowhere.

    Beware of shady Hosting Providers.. @zaphosting wont give you any support and they will zap your wallet even after you cancel your service with them collections over 20 bucks! If you want host you can trust @PebbleHosts or @HostGator i've used both. perfect customer service

    I have had the worst technical support experience with #Hostgator @hostgator. Many calls for 6 days and get nothing but a runaround. Nothing but broken promises! Phillipines support centers make promises that Indian support people continuously ignore.

    @HostGator my VPS server is down since yesterday, it takes atleast 30 min to get hold of a support person and all they tell is, they are working on it and will be fixed in an hour or so. That hour has become now 24 and no luck so far. Case Id # 40338123

    @HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia I am facing issues with my email hosting which I have with you all for over 3 years. No TAT given for resolution it's been over 5 days.

    @HostGator @HGSupport What is going on!? You can't be serious. Last week you were having issues, looks like the same issues are persistent this week. My site keeps getting down / up, down / up. And I am not alone. Check your email you'll find multiple customers reporting this.

    @HGSupport I have tried numerous times to reach Hostgator though chat during the wee hours of the night. The chat never worked. Doesn't connect. So much for 24/7.

    @HostGator @HGSupport What is going on!? Last week you had the issue with sites going down/up, down/up. Same thing is happening right now. My site has been down & up multiple times this morning! I am on a dedicated server, so no excuses that this should be happening.

    I can't believe that after more than a decade of using @tsohost I am considering leaving them. I have had a request unresolved for 2 weeks & had to get new hosting from hostgator for that domain. You answered support queries within 4 hours before, now you are taking a week.

    @HGSupport @HostGator If others weren't reporting the same issue, I'd be ok with checking and tweaking. My CPU using is normal, same goes for the memory. I believe there's something in your data center(s) that is causing the issue.

    @glitzgillies22 @Wix @HostGator is ever worse. They didn’t notify me my domain payment was due. Trying to pay them money to renew is like trying to break into Fort Knox. It’s bizarre. Meantime, my site & emails have been down for 2 days. #Fun

    @mrarey @HostGator I have a problem with my sites that has been going on for weeks. I'm getting the same runaround. Support has gone way down in the last few years. Very fustrating.
