    I worked with #hostgator to fix my website issues. At least I think. I want to issue a correction. To no fault of theirs, the issue was due to my website not being verified. Apparently their verification email they sent me got swept away in my email spam folder....

    hostgator has had several very serious problems w/ their email system (not getting key emails, putting email in the wrong folder, not keeping a copy in the SENT folder & more). These problems have been on & off for 3mo.+ No one THERE understands OR is willing to FIX anything

    I'm not one to blast folks online, but you can only be ignored for so long before you get desperate. Will I really have to sue @HostGator to get them to provide the service I pay for? @HGSupport says they have no support for my being able to LOGIN. You know - basic support? 👇

    @HGSupport Already got it. Nothing to say. If it takes a couple days it takes a couple days. Just purge my name and info from your system and take care of that other crap and we can wipe our hands of each other.

    @skystracloud Obviously…. On all ends of the spectrum I have 100% NO confidence in @HostGator. Fine, I’m not the highest paying customer but this should have been taken more seriously from the beginning. from the circumstances at hand they’ve exposed themselves enough.

    Just had to hop on an emergency call with a client who uses @HostGator as their webhost, and the problem they were having is the dumbest thing I could ever conceive of. If your website is using @letsencrypt for SSL certs, they auto renew every 90 days. No problem there.

    @HostGator @HGSupport The last 6 months have been a nightmare using your servers. I've been told so many stories about why they don't work, all untrue and never been fixed. This is just an awful way to treat customers

    There was a time when @HGSupport @HostGator had a wonderful chat support. No longer there and the assistence by phone led to no solution. They promised me and email, no ticket number. That's how is it gonna be from now on?
