@BalconyMR @HGSupport I just had a "support" person mansplaining to me and he claimed there were no supervisors available to talk to. Apparently, if a shared server got hacked all the sites it hosted would be DOWN. Seriously? (Mine keeps getting files injected, and I cannot find the source).

@HGSupport I just bought a Hostgator Wordpress account and It's not working. I keep getting a 'There has been a critical error on this website'. When I click the 'Start Live Chat' button that's not working either. Starting to get a bit frustrated.

Bad experience with @HostGator . I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Recently they shut down all my websites. Even after several days and hours of work in cleanup, refused to restore them. To top that, they charged me for three more years and then refused to refund me…

@HostGator So after waiting 15 minutes more, 35 minutes total, being number 1 in queue, the chat window said it disconnected and showed a Reconnect button. It reconnected... but put me back in position 11. A real disaster. The Latin American support team for HostGator is damaging the brand
