    Call for support, Hostgator bot says "I understand English" then no matter how clearly or loudly I spoke "I can't hear you". Now on chat. They seemed so nice during off hours. My client's site is down because a ****** DNS provider can't load balance.

    @warmake Yes, it's not the phone but the network. Try on wifi and see if that helps. @HGSupport hasn't been able to solve the problem on cellular (403 error, usually).

    GREAT. @HGSupport is down again. I can't even log into a customer service chat. WOW. I can't tell enough people to avoid this absolute joke of a company. Been 2 months of pure hell, they don't have a clue about anything and they don't listen to you, at all. Horrible.
