    @HostGator, I’ve been stuck in endless chatbot loops trying to cancel Titan Email I never signed up for. No option to cancel, no real support. I’m a paying customer. I want it cancelled & a refund ASAP. No transparency on your site.

    @seanrogers8 @HostGator No need to worry, this is not a hack. DNS tools can show SPF/DKIM/DMARC records more than once when zones or hostnames overlap or if the browser has some caching issues. If you reach out to support, we can review your DNS directly and make sure everything is set correctly.

    @HostGator deleted MANY of my posts. Not me. Hostgator. Now they won't restore them unless I pay them to do it. I've been a customer for 20 years or more. Never thought I would see the day that they would be so blatantly crooked. If you use host Gator, you have to pay for them to back up your blog or pay a third party. Or you have to copy everything on your site. BlueHost is cheaper, backs up every day, charges nothing extra and restores for no charge. What happened to hostgator?????

    Day 3 of @HGSupport / @HostGator tech support. Still no solutions in sight. The most obvious on the 1st day would be to reset from their end and give me the info my ftp client needs to connect, but no. Day 3

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    @HGSupport yes. chat said it was my fault. phone help says it is a HGator issue and is fixing one website at a time

    @BigRock @hostgatorindia Can someone call me on my registered mobile no. pls? Every week our emails are down and your team takes one whole day to rectify the problem. When it was hostgator, we never faced this issue. What is that you guys are doing differently that we have to suffer every week!!??

    @hgsupport Help. Every time I try to have support upload new wordpress site while backing up old html site, the new site continues to refer to the subdomain I created it in. Good grief...no one in support knows what to do.

    When looking to replace the dreadful @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp with a better company with better customer service, try out Bluehost SiteGround DreamHost HostGator HostPapa InMotion Hosting. You dont have to accept terrible customer service.

    @HGSupport Has HostGator changed its password requirements? I've had problems logging in suddenly but error messages do not state any change to the policy despite an AI search suggesting something may have been done by March 2025.

    HostGator is a terrible web hosting and email company. Even though I prepaid, they deactivated my account months ago. I have not used them since. Now I am getting invoices telling me I am past due! I cancelled months ago!!! #scam #HostGator #webhosting

    Does anyone have any web hosting recommendations so I can get away from @hostgator and the awful @HGSupport ?? Happy to pay a premium to hopefully take lots of other unhappy customers with me.
