I've been a loyal customer with @HostGator for 10 years, but recently my shared server was compromised due to BF cyber attack - and company denies 2FA security. For that reason, I'll be leaving for a more secure option. I've heard good things about @GoDaddy .

No wonder your customer service is garbage . Telling my friend to ask for a refund and move away from you guys . Just stick to asking domains . Leave the rest to @SiteGround or @HostGator please .

@shaunoconnor1 @HGSupport Honestly, my thoughts are that I've never dealt with a host I was 100% happy with. These days support is pretty terrible no matter who you're with as far as I can tell. It's really frustrating.

@HGSupport Ive been on the chat since last thursday and no help, Ive spent hours, now it seems my IT guys that look after my microsoft have discoverd mt email has been spoofed and its you that hosts it, how come this hasnt been picked up?
