    @HGSupport Yesterday your team gave hopeful mail like started transferring data new updated server, now it is back to square one they stopped it with some technical excuse and no estimate time for resolution to fix my issue and Also it is 1 week now since my service stopped

    Later on I designed the theme for the control panel that all their customers used. Then I redesigned the website. The business started to boom. We started hiring a lot of employees so I went from customer support and website designer to build HostGator’s employee training

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    Hey @HostGator — your “Live Chat” and “Support” links loop back to your own help page. I’ve got a valid SSL installed, DNS and Cloudflare set up correctly, but my site’s stuck in an HTTPS redirect loop (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS). Your backend needs to resync the SSL vhost or restart Apache. Any chance someone competent can help me out today?

    @HGSupport @HostGator @HGSupport "Updates will be emailed"? You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Stop stalling and restore my server.

    I think @Hostgator @HGSupport @NewfoldDigital fixed it. I don't want to be too hopeful here, however I think they may have resolved the issue.
