    @HostGator Shame on you! I lost revenue ad money because of this. This has been going on for a week. Unacceptable! I lost my ranking on Google. 15 years of hard work down the drain.

    Frustrated to see that myself and so many other @hostgator users are having issues. Websites not loading at all. Thankfully we don't use HG for email. Isn't there any kind of redundancy to prevent this from happening?

    @tiingenieros @HostGator websites are still not affected by this mess, I see all my hostgator websites no problem, only emails are a mess, your website indicates a problem with DNS are you sure you paid your domain renewal or something like that?

    @strongvoice @HostGator I have contacted support but unfortunately you have given me a more detailed description of the problem than they have. They did credit our account a month since it meets the criteria of their Uptime Guarantee. Currently looking up HG alternatives...

    @spiritoftwi @ThymelessC @HostGator Eek. Yeah **** happens, their Twitter is filled with lots of angry people. One thing I've liked about Dreamhost is the super fast and helpful customer service. If I'm paying for something and it goes down due to a failed install I want help asap.
