    @HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem. Unfortunately your team of Escalated Techs have been unable to send a simple email since Friday, 9:14am

    Later on I designed the theme for the control panel that all their customers used. Then I redesigned the website. The business started to boom. We started hiring a lot of employees so I went from customer support and website designer to build HostGator’s employee training

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    Day 3 of @HGSupport / @HostGator tech support. Still no solutions in sight. The most obvious on the 1st day would be to reset from their end and give me the info my ftp client needs to connect, but no. Day 3

    @HGSupport I asked your support agent to create a ticket for 4 times. Then she created it. Provide an easy option to create support ticket instead of a chat option
