    HostGator support eventually confirmed it: “All outbound connections are blocked.” Yes. The server could not make outbound HTTPS requests (port 443). If you’re a dev, you already know: That breaks EVERYTHING.

    @HGSupport How to you access the live chat support. It has been disabled for months now. All live chat support does is show you a list of "is this your problem" crap.
