    @hostgatorserver Nice that you don't provide any phone support at all for domain names. I selected domain name in the menu. The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. Good job hostgator!

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    @YoungbloodJoe @jonoalderson Ugh. Need to switch! I left Bluehost, HostGator, and Network Solutions when they dug in their claws and gutted those services. Blech.

    @hgsupport Help. Every time I try to have support upload new wordpress site while backing up old html site, the new site continues to refer to the subdomain I created it in. Good grief...no one in support knows what to do.

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless. This video is misleading. @bhavintu

    We’re moving to @HostGator — they actually pick up the phone. A website host should support your business, not sink it.
