    @dcodrea We know that popup looks sketchy, but it isn’t from your HostGator site; it’s a browser extension (Coupert) injecting coupon ads over your dashboard. Try incognito or another browser; if it’s gone, remove the extension. If not, support can help!

    When looking to replace the dreadful @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp with a better company with better customer service, try out Bluehost SiteGround DreamHost HostGator HostPapa InMotion Hosting. You dont have to accept terrible customer service.

    @DanMicovic @HostGator @HGSupport I have a client’s site that’s been down since Sunday night and our web team has received nothing other than the same copy/paste response I’ve seen support using on here and there’s no telling how many sales they’re losing.

    @HGSupport worst ever service you deleted my account because I canceled the email service and now my domain which u have is blocked I can’t get emails because the email on the account is in this domain so I can’t even reset the password and I don’t remember the pin

    @HostGator @DanMicovic I've been on two chats and three calls. I did get chat transcripts, but no emails with any information at all about how long I will be waiting. Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. I'm hoping you will help make migration as easy as possible.
