    @jpinkleybooks @bluehost @HostGator That’s right. And...EIG just got bought by a venture capital firm, if you thought support and slowness was bad before just wait until those new guys strip things down even further. My advice: run far away from EIG. total nightmare and so are the affiliates who pump them.

    @HGSupport @HostGator Thanks for addressing our problem today, was just aggravated that first your automated answering doesn't recognize our pin and was on hold for an hour each time, twice. So far it's all holding up. We always hate to have to contact you with any problems.

    @HostGator been trying to transfer my domain for almost a week. I have unlocked it but ot keeps saying locked at other end. Contacted you multiple times for help. Each time they say give a day or two, or we will look into it and get back to you. Horrible service. Please help.

    And did you know that they took the money OUT of our account immediately but are claiming that they can't refund us for a full week after already having us down since Sunday? @HostGator do you make a habit of ripping off kids and young adults?

    @HGSupport I have nothing but problems since signing on with your company. I've been on chat support almost every single night for weeks now. I cannot log into my site at all, the SSL is still not activated and I want a resolution NOW.

    Rescued a client joomla website from an enforced php update by their host. The thing I find the most strange, once the site was migrated to new host, we were able to update the php to any version we wanted with no issues. While doing the same on @hostgator had broken the site.
