    @HGSupport @HostGator If others weren't reporting the same issue, I'd be ok with checking and tweaking. My CPU using is normal, same goes for the memory. I believe there's something in your data center(s) that is causing the issue.

    @HostGator my VPS server is down since yesterday, it takes atleast 30 min to get hold of a support person and all they tell is, they are working on it and will be fixed in an hour or so. That hour has become now 24 and no luck so far. Case Id # 40338123

    @HostGator Is there an outage right now? The host gator site is giving me errors… AND all my sites are down. Chat support is dead still at a 5-min wait and hasn’t changed.
