    @HostGator I have fallen all the services is the 4th time in the year I have economic losses because of all their mistakes and they continue with problems they are a crap company. Do not tell me to speak internally, they leave me without an answer

    @HGSupport Well, maybe live up to the "we'll call you back in 9 minutes" or say something that's more truthful, like "If you stay on the line you will get support in X minutes. Otherwise feel free to think we will call you back, but we won't."

    @HostGator @HostGator @HGSupport My VPS server is down and all my reseller accounts are down. Not being able to access WHM, Emails and all websites are not accessible. During the last 3 weeks, the services have been down multiple times. 99.9% uptime guarantee? What a joke!

    @HGSupport Good Morning, I’m having issues uploading files through my FTP and was running into issues uploading through the file manager but that seems to be working now. This is something that I run into with your server multiple times per month. It tells me that disk is full
