    now we must say that @HostGator @hostgatorindia is one of the worst hosting servers, as every time the website is opening there is always a problem. Called many times, and they have one answer MAINTENANCE. Following since last 2 months.

    @HGSupport @HostGator we are a loyal 14-yr. customer. Your support team mistakenly canceled our account based on a chat conversation. We did not get the notice and had to open a new account. Sites are down many days. Calls have gotten us nowhere. Can you pls help? case #46216852

    @RTotale76 It's an @HGSupport issue. Only affects certain users on cellular data. They have never been able to explain why.

    @HGSupport @HostGator Your support services are not very helpful. My CODEGUARD has been showing error messages ever since I subscribed. Escalated cases do not help even after 6 days?

    @ethanjaack I'm using this company servers from past 5 years but we never faced nothing issue in past. i love @hostgatorindia because of their good services but this time hostgator broken my heart. but i still want to use @hostgator because i love their services so much.

    @HGSupport Since October. Yes, since Hostgator suffered a worldwide drop in its services in October, our hosting is having problems: intermittent, 7 hours to send an email. The service sucks. Refund the money or move the services. Ticket 46227447

    @dustinhyle @nichepursuits I just got rid of a hosting client that had 20GB of images...The number of resources they were using on my VPN just wasn't making sense for the $$. I moved them along - they're with Hostgator now. Not my problem. LOL

    @HostGator Sent... I've tried contacting support case-support, etc... your overseas people try to help, but say all they can do is update tickets, the escalated support is non-existent.
