    I don't recommend this hosting company, to slow and takes forever to restore service, definitely, not good for business @HostGator

    re: ticket number 32734909 @HostGator I enforce strong passwords on all WP accounts, I keep my php and server updated. the server was attacked via your cloud network and I am pretty sure @HGSupport knows it

    @HGSupport The system that works well for you doesn't work well for your customers. It requires an incredible time investment trying to get a qualified person on the phone or chat system to QUICKLY work an issue. I have to hold their hand for 10-30 min while they try to figure things out.

    @HGSupport What? This is not regarding any specific domain name. I'm talking about your chat & phone support system and your lack of a ticket support system like most hosting companies.

    @HGSupport Why won't you bring back ticket support? Takes FOREVER to get issues resolved now dealing with call-in or chat support.

    re: ticket number 32734909 @HostGator I have sites down and @HGSupport wants me to DM them after their emails take no responsibility for exposing my sites to their recent hack @Endurance_Group should know about this that's my last one for tonight but we'll pick it up tomorrow

    @Frikkylikeme Already using cloudflare, it was still causing too high CPU usage for our hostgator plan, and they did not support a smooth upscaling.
