@skystracloud @HostGator Yes. But it’s been 4 days since nobody can send emails. They leave the outbox but never reach the recipients. Not even a bounceback error. I have 20+ domains with them and all of them hace the same issue.

@HGSupport Your apologies are useless The problem is already 5 days old and you still don't even know when it will be resolved, I think your clients prefer that you delete those emails that are queued to release the gateway than keep us waiting for so long unless that not the real problem

@HGSupport Since your migration to a new data centre Email message delivery is either slow or in some cases nonexistent. I note you have many other people here experiencing the same issue. Please investigate it as soon as possible!
