@HostGator Almost 48 hours of my site being down. Not a good look. Went to sleep w it working fine, wake up to blank screen. You want to charge me $25 for a restore of something I didnt brake. Your chat always says "5 min" but takes 20-60 min for someone to enter. Case 43267537.

@HostGator Just 2 weeks ago all your cloud servers were out so websites were down & now it’s all communications via email? The reliability of your services in 2022 has been subpar to say it kindly. This is unacceptable and I’d like to be contacted in regard to a service credit.
