@HGSupport Is this why I can't get anyone to gives us some certainty about this supposed 99% uptime you guys tout around? We have a reseller package, how do I sell this? I'm tired of dealing with outsourced support with no authority, do you even have US-based folks who can talk business ?

Hostgator was bought up by EIG, an umbrella company buying up a bunch of website hosting companies. When you search for hosting companies, GOOGLE puts them and their individual companies at or near the TOP of the list. I want to cancel my service with them.

Aug 03: Hostgator's Users in Panic - Hostgators Order Panel Login System is Down. When Contacted the support team informed its an pan India issue they are working to resolve it probably it will be rectified within 24 hours. #Hostgator #hostgatorServiceDown #HostGatorIssue

@HGSupport @HostGator #hostgator will not allow me to cancel. They are charging me another $143.40 (hosting) $18.99 for domain; even though they completely STOPPED MY SERVICE MORE THAN A YEAR AGO. I've been trying to stop them from continuing to charge me money.

@SetraHosting @Amitsharmaheart Having worked for HostGator, the answer is no. They consolidated most of their support. HostGator did support for literally dozens of Endurance brands and for the most part, the other brand support was bleh.

Do you want emails you send to be delayed six hours . Choose #hostgator. They will delay also replying to your case. Customer care is something different !
