@maedizon168 @HostGator @HGSupport Same here. I called them and even their phones weren't working properly. They told me to call back in an hour lol now they have no support there. Live chat is broken. What a bad look for hostgator. I'm losing thousands.

@RyanJones @HostGator Same here. I have over 6 different sites with Hostgator and one VPS 2 sites working, VPS and other sites are not. No way to reach support. Anybody has any suggestion for better hosting???

@GuruChuck @HostGator I wish I had seen this earlier. Currently have 4 sites there (renew due next week) but the past month have been a complete nightmare! Tech support is completely useless. Chat is slow and phone, well... even worse.🙄 I'll def move!

@HGSupport completely blows! My web sites have been timing out for 5 hours. I tried the support chat. It said I would be connected to an agent in 5 min. That was over an hour ago. Who knew the only thing slower than their servers is their support staff?
