@oxign @HostGator And I've been with hostgator for like 10 years. They've never done this _smoke & mirrors_ avoid the question customer service before. Transparency is key man. If there's a problem, tell me and we'll deal with it. But right now, I can only assume @HostGator is hiding something.

@splatteredink @HostGator Agree, **** has hit the fan. Speaking to other web developers etc. and no one has ever heard of such an event. The blatant dishonesty is extraordinary.

@HGSupport We kwow that, hostgator say this a lot of times on tickets but the service still offline. Hostgator notice us the service will be out for one or two hours but now 40 hs offline, unbelive.

@PokerDe4s @HostGator @HGSupport 48 hours for us! In a few hours my clients will have hundreds of employees expecting to access their email. And all we get from Hostgator is “it will be up in 1-2 hours. In 40 years of using different ISP’s I have never encountered anything as irresponsible or inept as this.

@HGSupport Why haven't you updated the forum post? I've been told I can get "real time" updates there... right now it feels like you're hiding the problem. That is only making it worse. My partner has already contacted another hosting company to move to.
