@OVHcloud_US I've been a client of OVH for over a decade and have been reselling services of OVH on and off for several years with no issues; until I started rendering services in the new "OVHUS" Datacenter. OVHUS is NOTHING like @OVHcloud it is NOT an infrastructure provider, its hostgator.

Literally every time I’ve tried to make a payment with @hostgator, there’s a random error but I still get charged. Called my bank and they said that either @HostGator has to send an email saying the payment was not made (which they won’t do bc of the errors, there’s no invoice)..

@JacksonCamp99 I usually buy from Hostgator or Namecheap for around 15 dollars per domain per year, which is a decent amount is Indian rupees. The worst part is, I've barely used any domain out of 20+ I bought in last few years.

@hgsupport absolutely horrible customer service, case # 36259236 opened today, no response after 8 hrs, issue exists for 5 days, support chat results in endless excuses. If you want good customer service, stay away from hostgator for your webhosting needs!

@HostGator have taken all of my websites and email down for 'maintenance' in the middle of the day, without any warning at all, and say they should only be 'a few hours'.... definitely looking at switching to a new hosting provider. Any recommendations anyone?

@Kingsmob2 @im_just_laur My parents paid for the hosting on, like, hostgator after 2002 and I don't know who before. I made mine in HoTMetaL with a combination of wysiwig editing and rudimentary HTML programming. It wasn't very good, but it wasn't awful, either.

@HostGator has decided to do some server maintenance, taking all of my websites and email offline without any warning for an unspecified period of time, in the middle of the working day..... Great thinking, just what we needed. Tech support have no idea how long it will take.

@wpbeginner I have had good experience with @HostGator and used them for 2 yrs with no down time plus the tech support had been super helpful.
