@skystracloud I can access cpanel but think all DNS settings are lost because hostgator have had DNS down for 2 days now. I am on mobile without reliable internet and need sites and email accounts to be fixed!

@HGSupport So what scam are you running as none of your excuses fit. Sent multiple emails from same ip (ccd myself on most) 1 still gets rejected (1 I didn't cc) so it can't be my ip as the rest went fine. Also no cloud hosted email has issues. Are you trying to force ppl to cloud hosting?

Who else uses @HostGator? Been having a lot of trouble with them lately. Website has constantly been going down and they’re trying to leverage me to buy into an upgrade 😤 customer support is a nightmare! #incompetence

@HostGator is absolutely the worst hosting service provider I've ever had. Over the last month, multiple websites just randomly go down for over 5 minutes at a time. This happens multiple times a week. If I didn't have downtime notifications I wouldn't know about it.

you will have to find a web hosting service for your site. Some services will cost you a lot of money, but you can find good hosting services on a budget. Examples of cheap but quality hosting services are Hostinger, HostGator, and BlueHost, (4/11)

@HGSupport How can I have an ID when you have broken DNS so all my email accounts are not working? This has now been over 48 hours. DNS completely broken. All domains down, websites down, email down. No response whatsoever from Hostgator.

@HGSupport I have several tickets regarding this, guess how many have been supportive? Zero. It's almost a month long issue. It's the worst your company has ever been in 10+ years. Is the default just blame the customer now? You guys admitted to changes and that's when problems started.

@HGSupport @HostGator Is this an actual joke? All my email accounts across dozens of domains have been down since you broke all DNS on all my VPS. Your admin now told me I need to reply to an email to fix this. DNS is down so I HAVE NO EMAIL ACCESS STILL! It's been over 48 hours!

This is what happens when groups such as @NewfoldDigital (formally Endurance International Group) snatch up every local ISP they can and gut it to the bare minimums all in the name of profit. All of @HGSupport is now outsourced to India and it honestly sucks.
