@chairmanwon @HostGator Had issues with a site a month or so ago (Hostgator) and was told it was malware. A tech was supposed to email me within 12 hours but didn't. Hopped back into a chat & got lucky with a super competent person who was able to quickly fix my problem. They said there was no malware.

@ImAnthonyDaniel As much as GoDaddy sucks, it's quite possible that HostGator sucks even more, they'd probably do the same thing or worse, get your site hacked and do nothing about it. Pick a better company, not ones pushed by affiliates or marketers.

Hi @HostGator I’ve opened 9 support tickets. If you type my website address another one shows up. It seems you installed a wrong ssl. Tech support asked me the same things every time but no one is capable to solve. The case has been escalated. Now what?Should I change provider?

@HostGator I have been waiting for 5 days for an admin to delete a pending transfer. What a joke of a company 5 days!! No Email because I can't change name servers because of a pending transfer. I never received the acknowledged!!!! Admin do your job and fix the issue

@josephmwood Any savvy WordPress guru would definitely tell you to stay far, far away from HostGator. They are horrible. If not long contracts, expect malware, downtime and minimal service. Don't listen to any affiliates or paid marketers. They just want commission. Buyer beware and be smart.

@HostGator @HGSupport has become so bad. Email issues last week and I was told “they’re aware of issues on some reseller servers and are working on it, could be 48-72 hours.” Today, again, I’m unable to send or receive emails. A move back to @inmotionhosting may be next.

@NEACETWEETS @HostGator I’ve had horrible experience with Bluehost, Hostgator, and JustHost. I switched over to @NameHerocom and highly recommend their services. Great, responsive customer service, and their servers are quick and reliable . They are who I use for offering hosting to my customers.
