    We apologise for our site being down for over 24 hours now. This is despite @hostgator technical support saying it would be back soon after routine maintenance over a day ago. This is the second such time our site has been down in the past month due to webspace provider issues.

    @HostGator I have the ticket 27795794. It's about a backup folder restore, and somehow your admins have done a full restore of the hosting. Erasing all my email accounts and websites. It's gonna be 48 hours with this issue. Every time I contact support they ask for more time

    @HGSupport next, another day passed but didn't get a single reply. You executive were said it will take a maximum of 72hrs to complete this task. So I was bought 2 new servers. Hostgator wants to sell only not provide support. Your chat system has no authority or making a fool us

    @HGSupport No thanks I'm going to contact customer service for a refund and things regarding the issue that you guys took over a week to do a host migration transfer and in the process you lost all the files to one of my websites.

    Doing chat with @HostGator since 30 Nov. Didn't get solution (ticket 27736106). This is an example of the EIG group's worst service. I will publish all my chats in photo & video tomorrow. So guys don't buy hosting from EIG group. If you bought thn apply for refund @HGSupport

    We wish to apologise to @HostGator for mistakenly accusing them of a slow response to our website issue. The incompetence is in part ours, HostGator have not hosted our site for several years now and our pages are in fact hosted by another provider.

    I don't think I ever apologized to the HostGator server admins after creating an image host site 10 years ago on a $5/mo shared hosting plan, which then used 5TB of bandwidth in less than a month. I got banned but the site never went down, so A+ service all around lol

    The worst hosting service is Hostgator. 7 days over but the server transfer is not completed. Generally hosting completes the same task on the same day. My ticket number is 27736106. @HostGator @HGSupport

    @HGSupport your WIN #LetsEncrypt auto renew is failing on Enterprise Accounts. Domains are failing and #hostgator support is falling short for Windows. Clients are suffering in business as a result. When you get time, kindly sort the issues and match #Plesk to win. @HostGator

    @HostGator It'd be nice if you guys focus on customer support instead of same midiocre marketing, seriously. You've been trying to "resolve" my issue for 3 weeks now 3 different cases and i just kept being told "72 hours sir". Get your priorities straight i should have stayed at BlueHost.

    @HGSupport Do you know when this will be, we need this service active, the sole purpose of us going with HostGator is that they offered this service aswell. Also, you appear to be getting targeted by someone trying to poach your customers. I have blocked them.

    @HostGator I have had to call HostGator twice the last two days and got excellent help both times from a man named Chris. I wish I could always talk to people like Chris when I call a company's customer service line.

    @HGSupport @HostGator Cool!... and what you need to do when the tech team blocks on purpose some features? because "it generates to much support calls" some meaningless features like: automatic force redirects... nothing relevant, right? Your México Branch is TRASH!
