    @HostGator @HGSupport Today makes six days without access to my server and three revenue generating sites. No new sales, no access to email will lead to customer (revenue) loss. Zero updates and appears no progress being made. The class-action law firms are circling. Complete incompetence on display.

    @academicoweb @HostGator We hear you that you are having trouble with the auth code and have concerns about the price and specs of your hosting plan. Repeatedly mentioning us in posts and replies keeps us going through notifications instead of being able to help you. Hence, "spam." Our DMs are open.

    @HostGator @WordPress Now it's created a whole new set of problems. At first, it kept directing me to some weird temporary domain. Then I logged in and updated the settings and now it's a 403 error page. Hours of my time is going down the drain for no reason.

    @HGSupport I've been attempting to resolve an issue that stems from the Hostgator site for days. I've spent hours on the phone with various Hostgator support and no one has resolved the issue. It's unbelievably frustrating.

    @HGSupport @HostGator @HGSupport "Updates will be emailed"? You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Stop stalling and restore my server.

    I can't believe hostgator support has gotten this bad. I needed help with a domain transfer. Called them. Selected help with domain names in the menu. The people I got said since I don't have a hosting account with them they can't help me. I asked them to connect me with somebody that could. But the only thing you can do is chat when it comes to domain names. Never register your domain name at hostgator.

    @HGSupport @ethanjaack I did that. Repeatedly. Kept the transcripts. Your phone and chat techs openly admit that they can do very little and sent it up the chain, twice. Escalated Support means email only and "Try this. Works on our end!" and they close the ticket. It's Sunday.

    @hostgatorserver Nice that you don't provide any phone support at all for domain names. I selected domain name in the menu. The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. Good job hostgator!

    It very sad to know that a major server provider like @HostGator struggling to migrate it's own server date to new one even though target server is outdated and existing @cPanel vulnerability, i still doubt your support team even know about basic of blocking and whitelisting ip

    @HostGator @NewfoldDigital The overarching point is after 15 years and me choosing multiple years of service from you why is it that you simply cannot prorate the refund on unused time?

    Wired, and Revenue magazine. Later on HostGator got a deal with Google to parter and offer free hosting with the ability to sign up for Free Hosting in Google’s India region. I was put in charge of theming the control panel. Google promoted it and it got 140,000 sign ups in the first month. Later on my friend sold the company for $300,000,000. When it sold my buddy promised me that he would buy me a house and I would have a good payout and I would be able to work with him as a non profit building water wells to people in need. Later when I thought I would get millions he only gave me $130,000 and then moved several hours out of town in the middle of no where on a big ranch. I was very mad at him at the time because not just because I didn’t get millions of dollars like my other friends who I helped start the company with but the $130,000 I couldn’t buy a home. I was contracted to help stay at the company for a year and help transition to the new ownership. I stayed and instead of having to answer to just the founder I all of a sudden had a whole ladder of executives above me telling me what I should work on instead of having the creative freedom to direct myself. Then the downsizing started to occur. The new ownership layed off entire departments of people to outsource their work to 3rd party companies. I saw all my friends get fired and they did this to improve their numbers because they were planning on bringing the company

    @HostGator @HGSupport my server has been down for 6 Day now the thing is your team locked out the server ports due recent cpanel issue, but till now I didn't get any followup or solution from your team they tell me to wait for 24-48 hr everyday and then give no reply

    @HostGator @DanMicovic I've been on two chats and three calls. I did get chat transcripts, but no emails with any information at all about how long I will be waiting. Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. I'm hoping you will help make migration as easy as possible.

    @DanMicovic @HostGator @HGSupport I cannot access the WHM on my two Hostgator hosting products: VPS & Reseller Servers. I'm unable to get chat support either.
