The people I got said since I don't have a hosting account with them they can't help me. I asked them to connect me with somebody that could. But the only thing you can do is chat when it comes to domain names. Never register your domain name at hostgator.

HostGator Support (@HGSupport) reported@dcodrea We know that popup looks sketchy, but it isn’t from your HostGator site; it’s a browser extension (Coupert) injecting coupon ads over your dashboard. Try incognito or another browser; if it’s gone, remove the extension. If not, support can help!

You may want to start looking at alternatives like Fresh Roasted Hosting. Their support is much more responsive, and the uptime has been solid in my experience.

You might get an error immediately after activating the plugin that says there has been a critical error on the site. Your site and Admin area are fine though you may not be able to edit plugins / posts / pages, this is the memory issue manifesting itself. You might also get a report emailed by WordPress saying the issue was caused by @Yoast using too much memory, but it is our plugin causing the problem not Yoast. Our best guess at the moment is that this error is caused by our compatibility settings with Yoast which is performed automatically upon install and activation. We are looking at making this process more efficient and improving our compatibility so sites in shared environments like Bluehost do not encounter this issue.
