@HostGator My website has been down for 3 days and I have been given the run around by your phone and chat support. I have had the worst customer service. Your phone support representative, Dave (probably not his real name), is extremely rude. I pay for full service and expect to get that!

@HGSupport After about 45 calls to a offshore support number and DM to support, my problem is still not solved. I’m now shopping for a different hosting service. One thing you can count on; I will flood social media with the truth about your lack of customer service.

@HostGator Other than being Wholly untrustworthy, and Shady, and Never Working, And Having Admin Only Issues, But No Admin Available, And Always Opening Files That Shouldnt Exist, And Failing To Use SSL On Sites After Repeated Requests To Fix, And Having My Site Down On A Daily Basis...

@HostGator has the most frustrating customer service mostly based out of India. Their agents have little to no knowledge in hosting and servers. It’s beyond ridiculous. They just string you along for hours.

In my entire career, I am sure I have not heard of, or encountered a company so incapable of mediocre service even and who mismanaged anything as bad as @hostgator has mismanaged my hosting and registrations

I’m receiving approx 60 ssl cert error emails every day. @HostGator support suggested I create a folder and redirect them there. This is not customer support!!! Why not correct whatever is causing the errors?

@monaeatsLA (Danielle here)- I feel like everything relies on someone else's platform at this point... when I was on Wordpress, HostGator went down for 3 days. Now I'm on Shopify, and they sometimes (rarely) go down. Is there anywhere that isn't on someone else's platform?
