@Rogers Although my internet service is up, there are still routing issues. I can't reach services on the Cogeco network, on the Hostgator network and parts of the Microsoft network, just to name a few. A complete blunder on Rogers' part.

@HGSupport @HostGator Your account for some reason shows up as additional replies that may be sensitive just fyi, Ill make a ticket in the morning last modified date on the directories is 6/29/22 so thinking permissions were messed up during the migration. I imagine that's why many have down sites

@HGSupport I’ve twice called your support line (including today and yesterday) and have not received any return call even though the system said it was around a 10 minute turnaround time. I’ve also been on an open hold on your line for past 26 mins that was supposed to be 8 mins

@HostGator This outgoing email problem continues without a resolution. Calls to support are met with a 99 minute potential whole time. Chat responses are not happening at all. I want to change hosts, but can’t reach anyone. I feel my data is being held hostage. WHAT IS GOING ON?

@HGSupport Thanks. But I simply need assistance in migrating a WordPress subdomain into the main account so that it becomes my new default website. I guess I'll try again when things calm down. The phone line mentioned some ongoing systems issue, I have not seen any problems on my end.

@robertwmcguire @HostGator It is. I use hostgator to forward my email to gmail and I either get them 7-9 hours later, or not at all. Been having to use the portal on hostgator to check my email w/their awful horde client to see if I'm missing something (and I am - no order confirmations etc)

Its been 3rd week and @HostGator @HGSupport Ye to solve issue of my 3 hostgator accounts. My all sites hosted in hostgaror are dead since 24th June 2022. They are also unable to backup all the sites with backup of june as well. Wow. Anyone can help what should I do now?
