@HGSupport What has happened with Hostgator support? Both my sites have been alternately down for the past two months. I have two escalated cases but nothing happens and no emails as promised, even after 4-5 days. I used to love the support I got....

World Worst support service of @HostGator first of fall they support did not came to chat waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes. After when support came there response time is soo long...... Very bad services @HostGator.

@HostGator @HGSupport notified that my vps account was going through a migration process. It was suppose to be offine between 5-30min. Well over 10 hours and I'm still down. Customer server keeps hanging up on me. Don't use them

So @HostGator emailed me saying my sites would be down for 30 min to 1 hour for a data center migration. It's been over 13 hours now and they say it could be another 24 hours.

@hostgator The cloud server my sites are hosted on have been down for five hours. (Backed up by evidence from pings, cloudflare, uptimerobot and more) Your chat support just doesn't care at all and won't lift a finger. Please look into it! Not sure what I'm paying you guys for...
