  @HostGator @Sameeh_Azam it opened...said someone would join in 5 minutes...no one ever did. Tried twice. Maybe the outage is causing too many people trying to get help?

  @HostGator My customer just contacted me that their website is down. I've checked everything on the billing and they are paid up until 11/2023 so it must be your problem. They are very upset and apparently this has been going on for over a day. When do you estimate this will be fixed

  Do you know what is the worst hosting company? @HostGator . I am using it for 6 months already, and I regret it. 1) ****** customer support. Solve 1 issue out of 10. 2) When I upload app files to the Hostgator, the design becomes broken 3)Cannot edit CSS files, only inside HTML.

  @HGSupport It's the same obviously suspicious domains with phishing ties day after day. You should be pre-screening them out rather than taking money for them. Have never received a response from you by email.

  @HostGator hello guys, passing by to help you not to have the same problem as me, don't buy hosting on hostgator, terrible support, slow site, they say that ssl is included in the plan, but actually it is not, my site is with virus, due to this fact, I transferred my website to a platform.

  @HGSupport Now when I call hostgator they give no ticket numbers and never resolve anything. No calls, email, reports, nothing. I am un unpaid family caregiver and freelance writer. I can't waste time. Time is my currency. I am very disappointed. I have been with Hostgator for many years.

  So my Hostgator shared server doesn't have php 8 and one of their representatives is asking me to purchase another shared server with php 8 and migrate all my 6 sites. I'm so confused. Why there's old and new shared server with different service???

  @HostGator that really respects its customers, I know this because I have other websites hosted on it so I speak with property. I asked for my refund, they said they deposited it in my account but the money never appeared , I went to the bank for the money the manager said it was

  @HGSupport You were not able to solve my issues within the 6 months that I am using your services. Only solved 3 issues. For the rest, I was simply googling and found the answers.
