@techspec_ @HostGator @HostGator adds services and hope you don't pick it up. When you want to cancel they stall and avoid refunding hoping the client gives up. I seriously encourage every user to look at a different host - it is SICK how they do business

A word of warning: I sold someone an old site I no longer had use for. I pushed the domain, easy. I gave access to my @HostGator account to take over. HostGator ****** UP SO BAD AND DELETED THE SITE, and can’t figure out what happened or how to fix it. The site is GONE.

@ElinWaring @esd @joshtpm Hostgator hosts my Squarespace site. Squarespace only provided a template service (even though I could buy a separate hosting package from them). Are you saying that GoDaddy and Hostgator et al are protected by 230? Haven't seen that argument being made elsewhere

@HostGator It is nothing I or the buyer did. The site was at HostGator from when I acquired it and never moved it. Never ever keep a site a hostgator, even for a day. Pay the $ to have it moved or pay even more dearly later. I expected the worst from hostgator and they STILL let me down

I’m frustrated after my conversation with Anj @GoDaddy I’m taking my business to @HostGator my domain forwarding was done incorrectly after making numerous calls to go daddy’s tech support team I’ve come to the realization that they don’t care!

If anyone is wondering, #Hostgator SUCKS. My emails on all of my hosted accounts stopped syncing last night. They blame "user error" but nothing on my end changed. #pisspoor customer service. Working on moving to new hosting as of today.
