@HGSupport It's been OVER 2 days. It was supposed to take up to 2 hours overnight. The lack of communication is what bothers me. Support says no one is allowed to talk to the VPS admins, so they have no updates.

Stay away from #hostgator My VPS has been down six times over the past five months due to @HostGator performing a data center migration. Down 12 hours last Saturday, down 4 hours so far today. Terrible communication and they don't follow their own timeline. I'm losing customers

Third time trying to contact @HostGator support thru their chat today. Disconnected again and again after I have explained what issues I am having. I have used their VPS for many years without any problems but the past 2 months been terrible.

@HGSupport My website doesn't work and I lost so many customers. Because of SSL Certificate. Even though I paid SSL Hostgator is responsible for this situation. Even though I asked for the support they did nothing because I don't give them a security pin!

@HGSupport I do not have an escalated case ID, there doesn't appear to be any other way of contacting your support team other than Live Chat and phone. The representative on Live Chat didn't give me a case ID. I'll DM you this anyhow.

@HGSupport Thanks I'll do that. My VPS account has currently been down over 24 hours. It was down 12 hours last Saturday and down another four times before that. No help from tech support. Considering #HostGator for their website? Go elsewhere. They don't care about you.

@shwnhll @JepsenThomas @kinsta is yet to disappoint me in 4 years. I have worked with Bluehost, Hostgator, Dreamhost, Hostinger, KH, WPEngine, SiteGround, Rocket, and probably some more that I can't recall right now. I think they compete for the top 3 positions in customer support IMHO.

@HGSupport The issue was escalated 24 hours ago. Case 44712317 Tech support can give me no information on the issue. No ETA on the account being up. Nothing. Over 100 of my customer websites are down.
