  @HGSupport My sites are up. Today’s outage was 4+ hrs. Yesterday’s was 38 min at prime Cali time. The day before was 15 minutes. The day before that was 33 minutes. The day before that was 29 minutes. Shall I go on? The sites have been down at least once everyday since 8/1

  @HGSupport @HostGator please help! After extensive downtime during your data center migration, you’ve got our server’s clock set four hours into the future. Breaks everything. We have a support ticket waiting for your attention. Basic stuff here! We apologize to our customers.

  @HGSupport I am a screenprinter. I pull doubles on the weekend to print shirts. All of my artwork approvals are web based. I can’t access them. I’ve lost a whole day in the print shop because of this unannounced outage. I could have prepared had I known.

  @mgaak1dev We use hostgator and hostinger, have used Site ground but their offer is getting more expensive. Not a single problem with any of them.

  Never host on @HostGator , they just SCAM with @SiteLock They malware your websites and ask for ransom $300 per page. This is outrageous. Google it if you don't believe me, they have been doing this for years #scam #scammers

  @darshanthanki4 @mgaak1dev Used Hostgator for a few months last year, was terrible. Moved to Hostinger and has been amazing. Although nowadays we don't do WP websites anymore. The Jamstack architecture is ridiculously better, faster and cheaper (free hosting through Cloudflare Pages).

  @HGSupport I've been sending you emails about a issue with email for weeks, every couple days. My domain still has issues with forwarding email. Literally shopping for any other hosting service, that isnt owned by EIG open in my browser.

  @HGSupport @HostGator We tried, that did not work. That was in the support ticket. Your tech was no help, so we wait on your server team. Please check DMs.
