@HGSupport I just bought a Hostgator Wordpress account and It's not working. I keep getting a 'There has been a critical error on this website'. When I click the 'Start Live Chat' button that's not working either. Starting to get a bit frustrated.

@datemialaurent I used hostgator and WordPress but I didn't like hostgator support at all. They're adult friendly though and cheap for the first few years if you pay up front that wasn't for a work website though it was for a blog

@HGSupport It's happened several times. I think it's what some of your guys do. I hired an IT consultant to help. He said this: "FYI, @HGSupport is not as good as they used to be. I've had 3 long conversations...but they still can't solve anything."

@terroirartisans Hostinger used to be terrible but seems like they got better in the last 2 years from ppl recommending them. Hostgator is mid at best but at least they have good support compared to other big providers.
