We're experiencing a site-wide outage as @hostgator migrates The Gigantea to a new server. This was planned on their end, but it wasn't communicated to us. Stay tuned. They're saying about an hour or so. We're not excited either, but it is temporary.

@HostGator Good morning, I don't recommend it, they couldn't fix it, they canceled everything, I took more damage because of that bastard Rafael, I lost my company and almost my life.

@skystracloud Yup, same problem as @Skypix_uk has. Emails too. @HGSupport seems like they can't be bothered to answer my emails, phone calls (some problem with the phone system?) or chat (going on 30 minutes waiting).

@HGSupport @HostGator support again this weekend vps down. Two hr already gone . Its mire then 8 hrs down. Same happen last week 2 days down. Will ever to resolve. Your billing email n reminders never stop even your server down. Great job..

@Cloudflare hey I’m having an issue— my hostgator Cpanel domain email server points to cloudflare, but I don’t have a cloudflare account. So I need someone at cloudflare to fix that, but I can’t access customer service without an account! Please help.

Heads up again! We may be expecting another downtime for the website. Apparently, Hostgator ran into issues last time so they were unable to migrate the server to their new data center. 😭 Downtime may happen anytime between August 19 - 22. Minimum 30min and max 2hrs.

My @HostGator hosted site has been going down EVERY SINGLE DAY. When it happens, I lose my connection to my DB (via phpMyAdmin, my cPanel stops responding, the login page goes offline AND my web site goes offline. WTF is going on there, @HGSupport?
