@HostGator Worst customer service experience. 1/2 star. Bought a hosting plan and got malware infected after 2 days. The have a SSL backend issue but keep blaming google for the blacklisting for my site downtime. upselling me another sitelock upgrade for $280 before helping.

@HostGator This needs to get handled ASAP. People are losing money every minute that this isn’t fixed. To make it worse, your own customer & technical support doesn’t even know that these issues are occurring with the HostGator system. I’m told that the issues are on my site and caching. 🤬

@twainmurua @HostGator @bluehostsupport It’s been working fine so far. That was the same issue external connection as well as outgoing connections were failing. I did realize that the php configs were reset such as max post size and execution time so I had to change those as well not sure if it’ll help

@Yevo_a @HostGator Have you had stability they told me the same crap in @bluehostsupport but it hasn't resolved the issue. I have an external API connecting to Bluehost but I get constantly a 503 error.

@HostGator We have been talking several times a day for the past 4 days. Always the same answer. It’s fixed. Works for 1 hour and then dies again. Then they explained they been having internal issues but today they asked for our IP. It’s is not an issue from our IP or our Internet provider

@acadiasystems @HGSupport @HostGator Dropped connections, errors when checking email, my server monitoring tools tell me the server is offline throughout the day. Very frustrating. Multiple clients affected across multiple servers. No response from HG aside from "We are on it". It's been DAYS. 🤬

We have an API in Heroku (Node.js) that connects through a Static IP to Bluehost database but I am getting 50X errors from Bluehost so the Node.js app crashes and I have to reboot

Such a useless Company full of bloody fools. Think twice before you buy any service bcoz NO PHONE SUPPORT. Still they are in covid situation. Rest all other co. Godaddy, Bigrock, Hostgator etc. are working actively.

@Yevo_a @HostGator @bluehostsupport Do you know if MySQL configs were restored to other values as well. I am getting Timeout Errors and I realized they have an interactive_timeout of 10 and wait_timeout of 3600. Now sure if this might be the problem
