    @HostGator officially tops my list of the absolute WORSE hosting company. In 22 years of hosting sites I have never been hacked so much until they started charging to clear malware. Coincidence????

    @HGSupport Why a case number, by the time it's seen the site comes back up? Same as last time. 2x so far this month. Really frustrating. Then support comes back we see no issues. #webhosting

    @HGSupport You're not going to find anything like the last two times. Your going to deny it is on your side. You have done nothing to support me in any way. Third time now, and nothing. I have brought this up each time here on @Twitter. All you care about is a ticket before you support.

    @HostGator I have talked to multiple customer support representatives and none of them have resolved the issue. The company has no organization and the worst customer support!

    @HGSupport U hostgator guys!! how can you manage server & don't respond on sunday... No phones, no chat only selective robotic meaningless reply on mail. I have been old customer but the treatment meted out to me was unethical and insensitive...shame on them.

    @HostGator is the worst company I have ever worked with. Do not use Hostgator- it is a scam. The customer support is awful. I have tried canceling my account multiple times and they are still charging me $80+ each month.

    Good morning! Hostgator tech support is looking at the issue at NSYNC-FICTION archive and I am hopeful to have a fix if not today, soon. They can't ID a root cause so have escalated.

    @PhoenixMantis Hi. So you have emailed me 9 times repeatedly asking for money after you identified a minor problem with our email setup. I contacted HostGator and they fixed the problem in about 2 minutes. If you are a "white hat" why are you demanding "rewards" for your good deeds?

    Like before we have paid ads driving traffic to these sites, but a customer will exit or end once there is a lag in service. @hostgator Management should be compensating us for this! Lost leads, customers, and subscribers. 😡

    @HGSupport I am fine here at the moment. Not sure what can be done now. The site is back up. Support last time mentioned the logs showed no loss. Pretty much saying not a @HostGator problem. Probably the same again.😡

    @HGSupport I have an open ticket with you now going on for 3 days regarding 2 issues. Calls to support only result in apologies and "it is with our administrative/escalation team". I get no feedback, just lip service. Very poor customer service!
