    @RadaNotSay @GoDaddy It's the only service I use. I started with GoDaddy and it was god awful. Switched to HostGator, and now it's the one I use for my personal websites and ones o recommend to all my clients

    @HGSupport Update...I feel bad for the ppl working in their call center. It was so loud I had to tell the guy I couldn't even talk to him. It was like he was in a train station. I got a migraine from the 2 minutes I was on the call before telling him I'd just figure it out myself.

    @najmeshaquib @HostGator @Namecheap and the client can't recover their domain or their account - now waiting for the grace period to expire and attempt to buy it quickly for the client - namecheap's one biggest let down was they couldn't help with this even with documents proving the identity of the user.

    @najmeshaquib @HostGator I got rid of Hostgator and moved to @Namecheap for hosting now. Their Customer Service Actually Great Assuming You Aren't Getting A Project Where The Owner Can't Obtain Any Info From Their Accounts To Transfer To You - I use Cloudflare for my domain registar.

    @anupamanand @HostGator As of 5 minutes ago their cloud servers still use PHP 5.6 as default and the highest optional PHP is 7.1 and neither of those receives security updates. But once you find that out they offer Sitelock security. For $89.99 that tells you when you are hacked but doesn't fix it. 🤯

    Dear @HGSupport, when yr customer orders Comodo multi-domain SSL certificates, yr SSL status page has "Your Let's Encrypt SSL certificate request has been received at this time, you can refresh this page in a few minutes to view the status of the request." That's wrong info.

    "The process hasn't completed yet." No, @hostgator support, that wasn't my question. The client's status page is showing misinformation. That doesn't have anything to do with your process. It's your system not displaying the correct product. Or you've set up wrong product.
