I was just told my site was loading “perfectly fine” by the chat person at @HGSupport. My partner and four people got the 500 error. The chat person then fixed what they said was not broken and now it’s fine. Own up to your mistakes, Jesus. You ****** up. Again.

@HGSupport just told me that the entire @HostGator Reseller server system is down. They said the servers could be down for the rest of the day. Unbelievable. @HostGator you should be ashamed of yourself.

@HGSupport It’s fine now that that person believed me and the other people, finally. I just wanted you to know that it was an issue and I don’t appreciate being treated like I don’t know that something ISNT wrong. It was wrong, they eventually fixed it.

@HGSupport my account got suspended for CPU over usage, I have remove 4 Wordpress installations and need to login to the other installations to reduce CPU usage with the plugins, can you please restore me access asap. I have already replied the email from you regarding this.

Having my yearly one or two issues with @HGSupport @HostGator . chatting with an agent. Damn site is down like it always happens. Seriously, once or twice a year, every year, for the last almost ten years, I have an issue with them.

Apologies for my site. Hostgator left debug mode on which slowed it down significantly when I asked for their help. My friend is a web developer and is looking for other issues. He discovered this after my host said nothing was wrong. Does anyone have advice for other hosts?

@HostGator used to provide incredible support. Now their @HGSupport support team can't even answers questions that are in their own KB. I asked a simple question at 3AM. The support rep said they would have to check with specialists and get back to me via email. They never did.

@HostGator Tricked me into buying their reseller plan that’s very slow and then started to disable my websites without any prior notice. I contacted @HGSupport over 20 times but they just ignore my request or responding to my emails. I’ve lost clients and money cos of this. 😡😡

@HostGator It'd be nice if you guys focus on customer support instead of same midiocre marketing, seriously. You've been trying to "resolve" my issue for 3 weeks now 3 different cases and i just kept being told "72 hours sir". Get your priorities straight i should have stayed at BlueHost.
