I can show you many times HostGator Admins have done yeoman work in coding. I learned a lot from them. That should be your model, not this frankly lazy approach that HG has adopted. Make some coin and help your customers.

Clearly … not the answer. Let’s not forget when the tech people pick up the phone to clock in and ignore you for an hour… who the heck runs Newfold Digital

You may want to start looking at alternatives like Fresh Roasted Hosting. Their support is much more responsive, and the uptime has been solid in my experience.

Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. Not every Wordpress problem has to do with theme or plugin, singularly. Also, there's an outstanding malware problem HostGator was supposed to solve and call me about, and did phone call.
