There is a good chance that all of these sites have been wiped from their servers and are looking for an explanation that limits their liability. Hearing nearly 50k sites still down and HG is recruiting help on Fiverr. Epic fail and clear signal that revenue producing sites cannot trust HG.

Your phone and chat techs openly admit that they can do very little and sent it up the chain, twice. Escalated Support means email only and "Try this. Works on our end!" and they close the ticket. It's Sunday.

The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone.
