@HGSupport I tired of connecting on support and typing and saying same thing again and again. But my problem is not being solved. It causing too much loss. after migration my nameserver is not being accepted by domain provider like @GoDaddy . cc @HostGator

@HostGator @HGSupport I registered a domain with you on Oct 16, 2020. You didn't tell me that there was a problem, but you took my money. I built a business plan around that domain. Someone else Scooped up the domain, and now you are goign to do nothing about it?

@HostGator not sure what’s going on but customer service hasn’t been the best. Talk to 4 different people to finally get a support ticket then rep said support will hit me before 24 hours with a response but I haven’t heard anything... beyond frustrated at this point!

hi @HostGator @HGSupport - I recommend your suspendedpage.cgi page return something besides a 200 response code so monitoring software will recognize a site is "down" and be able to address it. A client of mine might have missed paying a bill and the site was down for weeks :(

@HGSupport and every time that I call you guys I now have to say my email address and then spell it… That is so time consuming and frustrating. My email address is not too long but for folks that have a really long email address, that sucks! I’m really disappointed right now😔

@HGSupport What has happened to your customer support? I’ve been with you guys for about 10 years now and I can’t get any help today. I don’t know what’s happening that I explain everything that I need and then the call gets disconnected. Nobody even calls back😡

Good morning @HostGator I have to say your offshore support center SUCKS. Please bring back your local support in off-hours. There is a huge difference. Almost enough of a difference to find a new hosting provider 🤬
