Nothing has been done so far. The moment my server is up, I will migrate to some other hosting. You have offshore staff who is not competent.

I've got at least 4 site up & down reports from installed wordpress plugins all thru the day. Strange thing is the #hostgator team seems oblivious to this & no checks at their end?!

OP (@optwtn) reported@HGSupport @HostGator @hostgatorindia Have already done that. Once the site was down (a client complained), spoke to tele support. They said some issue with server (I had to hold for 25 mins!) & sorted things out. After 15 mins, site was down again. So called again!
