@HostGator Do you still use @HGSupport account? It haven't tweet since January. I've been waiting a while for a response in the chat. Ticket support was better and I didn't have to stop my work and stare at the chat just to report a problem.

@shaunoconnor1 @HGSupport @HostGator oh and there online chat is so backed up. I had it open for 30 minutes and got nothing but "We are experiencing high call volumes please wait..." - so my guess is something is going on, shoulder shrug. My own fault for staying... my own damn fault.
