Zak Kann (Fractional CTO) (@zrkann) reported@FakeUncleNemo Agree generally, but not with Hostgator. EIG subsidiaries (Hostgator, Bluehost, etc) lure people in with cheap intro rates but they quickly raise the prices, their defaults are slow and often have security vulnerabilities, and their customer support, well, I'm not sure it exists.

We use Outlook for The Bookends Review and once a week, it'll stop sending and receiving mail because "503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA." Then, I'll delete the emails we have in the HostGator CP and it'll work again. Any ideas how to fix?
