    @HGSupport has got to be the slowest at getting anything done. #WordPress requires php 5.6.20 or greater to run 5.6, while @HostGator still has yet to update their servers beyond 5.4.45. Talk about the lack of customer service. This shouldn’t happen at all. $1,000’s lost.

    @MilaChervenkova @bluehostsupport @bluehost BlueHost is owned by EIG, the same company who run iPage & Hostgator. They have a reputation for letting down customers and the only reason they are in business is due to the huge marketing budgets and affiliate commission payouts.

    A price breakdown: YNOT mail for SWer friendly email service: $25/month for just collecting emails, $40/month if you want to build more complex sales funnels. Domain name: about $10-$20 Hosting: HostGator is currently 60% off! Their cheapest plan is $2.75/month

    Our website and store are down and we are working with @HostGator to restore service. Apologies for any inconvenience. I’m sorry to say @HGSupport is slow and does an unacceptably poor job communicating so we don’t have a timeframe.

    The BrothelLife Forum and Rachelbomb are down because of high cpu utilization. I'm waiting for access to fix the issue. Since 11am CST! Don't worry I will move these when I get this done because @HostGator @hostgatorsupport apparently doesn't give a **** about the small customers

    @HGSupport @HostGator 24 hours to give me HTTP access to get into the site and fix it? I never had an issue with support. I have been patient but after this long, it's time to just get another webhost because this is ******* ridiculous.

    Apologies for my site. Hostgator left debug mode on which slowed it down significantly when I asked for their help. My friend is a web developer and is looking for other issues. He discovered this after my host said nothing was wrong. Does anyone have advice for other hosts?

    @HostGator would like to know how many days will it take to resolve the ticket ? I have been waiting for more than one week, still no response from your server administrators. When ever I check with your support team they always told me within 24 hours they will get back to me.

    If anyone has purchased a web hosting package from @HostGator in the last 6 months, DM to get details on how you can get your $150 credit applied to your account. They won't help me with a refund or give me the correct services but I can help you all or we can join legally as one

    @techspec_ @HostGator @HostGator adds services and hope you don't pick it up. When you want to cancel they stall and avoid refunding hoping the client gives up. I seriously encourage every user to look at a different host - it is SICK how they do business

    @HGSupport Hi, you didn't solve anything. My web programmer friend did. He found that you left debug mode on after you "fixed" my website when it went down, which slowed my site significantly. Don't take credit for HIS hard work. This all started b/c of an error on your part.

    If anyone is wondering, #Hostgator SUCKS. My emails on all of my hosted accounts stopped syncing last night. They blame "user error" but nothing on my end changed. #pisspoor customer service. Working on moving to new hosting as of today.

    @HostGator Tricked me into buying their reseller plan that’s very slow and then started to disable my websites without any prior notice. I contacted @HGSupport over 20 times but they just ignore my request or responding to my emails. I’ve lost clients and money cos of this. 😡😡

    @HGSupport Your support team is stupid. They just overwrote an .htaccess file to a friend's Drupal site to add a PHP Handler and wiped out several hundred lines of .htaccess code necessary to run Drupal in the process. Do lack complete and total common sense?

    @HostGator scammed me, literally been charging me for over 16 months for literally 0 service. Thank god i snooped those transactions out. Better late then never. They don't wanna reimburse me apparently. Can we pop off!?
