    @HGSupport Just been told by one of your operatives that it can take 24-72 hours for your admins to deal with an issue that takes down a customer’s web site and has been escalated to urgent. Not a company to trust one’s important business to.

    @HostGator 6 days and no one gets back to me regarding the issue and you didn't solve your customers' portal bug 6 days = 144 Hours and to fix it only takes your technicals 5 minutes I already paid for a service for 6 days and I didn't get it !!

    @ResellerClub your support system depends on billing team and if your billing team doesn't work on weekend you don't have 24/7 support you only work 5 days a week. @HostGator you are getting a new customer. i.e Me

    @HostGator @HGSupport apparently you have a glitch in your credit card system and instead of checking your system like I did today, I am told it’s my problem and I have to use another credit card. Happy to do that but why has nobody checked that what I say it’s incorrect first?

    when my client tried #winhost we could not handle asp web app with 30 to 50 simultaneous users. They dont even list the RAM size anymore... RAM is so cheap now! The RAM is terrible, does Hostgator or SmarterASP or Arrvixe have better RAM plans?

    @HGSupport According to your colleague, the SSL is installed correctly. Cloudflair for some reason, has an issue with the SSL. Can you please investigate? According to one of your colleagues that I spoke to yesterday, the problem is with cloud flair but I have no means of reaching them.

    after much anxiety, I have move my primary domains from @dreamhost to @HostGator .. they all get email, with minimal interruption I was a DH customer for 12 years, but with them removing catchall email addresses, I needed to switch.

    @KayodeKoD @HostGator You can check out asphostportal if you need new web host. They are good, reliable and simple. The server, support are good. I have no big issue with them.
