@WilliamNOtis I would stay away from hostgator as well (as well as the 100s of EIG brands) they're notoriously bad. I moved clients over from godaddy and hostgator to a managed wordpress host and they can't believe how much faster things are.

@gonzalezdeb I have tried most of big names GoDaddy, Hostgator, bigrock... and they all are same. Customer services are the worst. But from last 2 years, I'm using on Hostinger. No downtime. You can try for ipage as well. If you need help with installation or design let me know.

@HGSupport @HostGator I just spoke with a gentleman as I called for the 4th time he was very good and helped. But there was a person by the name Chrystal horrible experience with her then at the end she wouldn’t hang up so I could get the survey she put me on hold for half hour.

@elemntor 3rd day of using Elementor Pro. Helped me build web pages so quickly. Until today, when multiple pages started giving me a System Error 500. Hostgator ran tests, found no issues at their end. Sad that I couldn't find a 24x7 Elementor help line. Bad delay.

@HostGator using only #chat or #telephone for support is positively 15th century and is probably the end of our relationship. I can't just open a ticket or send an email? No one has time to hang out on chat for a simple request or the telephone of all things. #CXfail
