@HostGator @HGSupport FOUR AND A HALF HOURS: The time so far that Hostgator has taken all of my websites and email accounts offline for planned maintenance they chose not to tell anyone about. Still no idea how much longer it will be, and Customer Support is no longer answering.

Hey @HGSupport & @hostgator, my site's been down 3 hours, y'all don't respond to chat or to phone calls, and your forum gives NO info. This is unacceptable for the thousands of folks trying to read about ****** and VIBRATORS on my site today, and you're likely harming my SEO.

We're experiencing a site-wide outage as @hostgator migrates The Gigantea to a new server. This was planned on their end, but it wasn't communicated to us. Stay tuned. They're saying about an hour or so. We're not excited either, but it is temporary.

Hi there! We know that our site is down right now and we are working with @HGSupport at @HostGator to get the site back. This was a planned outage on their end, but it was poorly communicated to us at the paper. We expect the site to be back soon.

@skystracloud Yup, same problem as @Skypix_uk has. Emails too. @HGSupport seems like they can't be bothered to answer my emails, phone calls (some problem with the phone system?) or chat (going on 30 minutes waiting).

I now deeply regret keeping my nameservers at Hostgator when I switched my hosting over to a better host in 2020. Definitely will be switching my DNS etc over if you all cannot remedy this issue *promptly* or at least provide actual information about when my issue will be fixed

@HGSupport @HostGator So one tech support agent told me the reason all of my websites are offline for hours is due to an unplanned server malfunction. Another agent at the exact same time told me it had been planned for weeks. #notaclue #customerservice
