    @HGSupport My assistant worked with another support rep who undid what was done by HG earlier today and the issue is resolved. Sadly it took her and me more than 4 hours total on support with your co. Gone are the days when the first person we spoke with was excited to help and knowledgable

    For #WordPress & #AWS beginners, never rely on plugins for your backups/restores. All In One WP Migration promises support, but at the end of the day - some popular hosting providers such as @HostGator are not supported, and the plugin won't work. Extremely bad exp 🥲

    Bad to worse, that's how our website went with @HostGator and @HGSupport today - 1st we had an issue with pages loading, then couldn't access it via our normal login and now after hours of dealing with them on phone and chat- it's got a fatal error - now asking us what to do

    @SiteLock @HostGator had issues with Sites on hostGator with malware. So HostGator recommended SiteLock 25th May worked a bit for 2 months now sites down today. Don’t use hostGator Or SiteLock they don’t work! I want my money back!

    Yesterday while trying to get support from @Hostgator on a live chat because my website was down again, the guy said he was going to escalate it and he'll be back a few minutes. He never got back. My website was down for 10 hours until I redirected the domain to another website.

    .@HostGator whatever new mailing setup you implemented is terrible. I can't email clients properly anymore and it sucks. I keep getting Rejected messages from spamhaus or Cloudmark. I changed nothing on my end but now I can't operate with clients w an email I've had for 10+ yrs
