They are saying we have not paid for that site, when in fact we have. We paid for 3 years of service from this site through HostGator, and Word-press. And further someone has been removing my words, and pictures from my site. Why? It is a spam email....

@blackleg471 @Hostens_hosting One of the WORST you mean. 🤢🤮 Bluehost (and all its fellow EIG brands like HostGator, iPage, JustHost, Host Monster....and several dozens of other brands) are pure hosting garbage. Only their affiliates recommend them.

@selfbankt Yikes, you read a bunch of paid reviews by affiliates. Get a refund and run, HostGator is part of EIG, the worst hosting conglomerate on the face of the planet. Brace for a slow site, non-existent support and malware at some point where they'll charge you an arm and leg to remove

@HostGator Had such a great experience with this hosting until we needed support. We got our service shut off early, they they promised to fix it and botched that entirely. Still waiting for their help.

Hi @Cloudways I am on @HostGator but keep getting "reduce server response time" issues. They cant resolve it (we even disabled every plugin/used default theme) my site is optimized. They just keep suggesting same thing. Can we test the site on your hosting before fully switching?

@Antonio_Dns7 Yes, and it is being worked on. The problem is HostGator. They have a 99.9% guarantee, but this is now the 3rd day of problems. Their admins never reply back as promised too. I'm sorry for you not being able to visit the forum. It will be worked out soon.

@HostGator using only #chat or #telephone for support is positively 15th century and is probably the end of our relationship. I can't just open a ticket or send an email? No one has time to hang out on chat for a simple request or the telephone of all things. #CXfail

@WilliamNOtis I would stay away from hostgator as well (as well as the 100s of EIG brands) they're notoriously bad. I moved clients over from godaddy and hostgator to a managed wordpress host and they can't believe how much faster things are.

@HGSupport Hi, Everytime I login to Live Chat I am asked for a PIN, I've never had a pin and it takes ages to verify me before we can continue. Just over 10 minutes to acheive verification which is a waste of my and your supports time. Is there a solution to this?

@steffs_journey I would assume most answers you get in here will be affiliate links. Which isn't bad but doesn't give a great representation of top tier web hosts. For absolute safety, I would honestly say the big names like: Namecheap HostGator Or even goDaddy

@elemntor 3rd day of using Elementor Pro. Helped me build web pages so quickly. Until today, when multiple pages started giving me a System Error 500. Hostgator ran tests, found no issues at their end. Sad that I couldn't find a 24x7 Elementor help line. Bad delay.
