@HostGator The control panel is down and over 20 of our sites... this is not a limited customer base as we are using 3 different of Your servers with total different ns records - not cool!!

@HostGator How prompt? What is the issue affecting this "limited customer base"? 11 yrs with Hostgator. In the last 2 yrs or so, it has become appallingly unreliable. Support phone lines that go dead, unqualified support personnel, a dedicated server that keeps crashing. Time to move on.

@The_Pale_Realm @HostGator Tried tech support on actual HG but it just says CALCULATING in live chat. No help there. It's just so bad when I'm trying to offer my site's services to possible clients and it doesn't even load. Any other day would have been fine. But not during a live screen share meeting.

@HostGator Stop trying to downplay it. Majority of your hosting is down. We run 7 major clients websites on multiple servers and they are all down. @downdetector has over 400 reports on there alone and countless tweets.
