@HGSupport completely blows! My web sites have been timing out for 5 hours. I tried the support chat. It said I would be connected to an agent in 5 min. That was over an hour ago. Who knew the only thing slower than their servers is their support staff?

@kaushalwp @HostGator Yep. All my websites are down and randomly load on occasion. Hostgator's own portal won't load and when it does, it rejects my login. Their chat is non working, and email is also down.
