    Dear @HGSupport It's still not true. Stop pushing the same lie to the customer. IF A WORDPRESS CARE OR RESPONSE CUSTOMER IS COMPROMISED THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING ADDITIONAL FOR THEIR CLEANING. Feel free to reach out if you need that louder.

    @HGSupport Is anyone there anymore??? FTP is still broken... and it’s not because of any disk space issues on MY end. I need someone who can actually help, and the last support person I waited an hour for wasn’t that. Really wish you all hadn’t gotten rid of tickets....

    @HostGator Your support is horrible and one can hardly get a conclusive answer and you do shift deadlines , my very good friend asked for a refund in eaet January and they said it will be done in 7-10 business days and after they did not refund they started saying they are escalating it

    @HostGator Basically you told me that I could continue to experience this issue for possibly 48 hours.. Thats not support, thats a cop out. I needed this issue resolved 7 hours ago, we have a business that does not have email currently.. Who pays for their lost revenue?

    @HostGator @HGSupport HostGator did not sell me a dedicated server to experiment but for extra space. That was never the sell point.

    @HGSupport I already did everything you asked, the domain is still free in Whois and I still can't use my hosting. And I've already wasted a lot of time talking to support so they always tell me that they can't do anything.

    @HostGator Id like to know in what world you feel that a now going on 8 hour outage is not considered "patient" as well.. I would also like to know in what world you consider a 24-48 hour response time to anything beyond the previous statement is considered "support".

    @HGSupport Thanks for the direct message. Is there anything you can do to speed up the process, waiting "24-48 hours" for a support person to look at rebooting our servers seems a very long time - especially for critical servers.

    @HostGator @HGSupport I never asked for a customization at all. This, for the first time since 2010, has become a wordgame. In the past, HostGator has "done something" to repair corrupted database tables. That is what I thought I was paying $325 a month for, and HostGator helped.

    @HGSupport - any idea when our web and mail servers will be back up and running. They have been down for over 9 hours so far, and support chat can't help, saying it needs to be Admin Support who reboot the server. The problem is there is no way to contact Admin Support.
