@HostGator that really respects its customers, I know this because I have other websites hosted on it so I speak with property. I asked for my refund, they said they deposited it in my account but the money never appeared , I went to the bank for the money the manager said it was

Now a week since my business's email/calendar have been down due to server issues at @HostGator. Over the last week I have spent 10 hours on phone with @HGSupport with no resolution. Today I got an email from @HGSupport saying I will be billed $25 for "backup restoration. Huh?

@HostGator hello guys, passing by to help you not to have the same problem as me, don't buy hosting on hostgator, terrible support, slow site, they say that ssl is included in the plan, but actually it is not, my site is with virus, due to this fact, I transferred my website to a platform.
