@HGSupport @HostGator If others weren't reporting the same issue, I'd be ok with checking and tweaking. My CPU using is normal, same goes for the memory. I believe there's something in your data center(s) that is causing the issue.

I can't believe that after more than a decade of using @tsohost I am considering leaving them. I have had a request unresolved for 2 weeks & had to get new hosting from hostgator for that domain. You answered support queries within 4 hours before, now you are taking a week.

Oh boy. Not only did @HostGator cancel my account w/o notifying me - there are always issues with the portal - the chat continually drops. No one seems to be able to help over there. And now my website & emails are down THE WORST.

@HGSupport Low level techs are not given any information, dragging time down a vortex and using protocol methods to waste time. Several sites are down (not the WP ones) and I need to know when they'll be back up. Currently on hold/phone getting nowhere.

@HGSupport every 2 weeks. EXIM server issues. And your fantastic support team has no clue that they occur until I spend 20 mins on chat with them. Do you folks even know what proactive server monitoring is??

Hey @HostGator, picture this: You e-mail customers at least a day before re-billing them so they get a chance to cancel subscriptions they don't need, and save yourselves the embarrassment of negative reviews on all your social media posts!

I have had the worst technical support experience with #Hostgator @hostgator. Many calls for 6 days and get nothing but a runaround. Nothing but broken promises! Phillipines support centers make promises that Indian support people continuously ignore.

@HostGator @HGSupport What is going on!? Last week you had the issue with sites going down/up, down/up. Same thing is happening right now. My site has been down & up multiple times this morning! I am on a dedicated server, so no excuses that this should be happening.

@HGSupport Chats ended without notice 4 times. Customer support unhelpful. Message in portal says “error in loading.” No one seems to be able to help. This is HORRIBLE service.

WTF is going on @HGSupport? Day 8 of waiting for paid SSL to be implemented on 6 sites. Only 2 have the correct certificates attached to them. Read the tickets before telling me it is a problem my end, clearing the cache won’t fix the problems I’m encountering 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Beware of shady Hosting Providers.. @zaphosting wont give you any support and they will zap your wallet even after you cancel your service with them collections over 20 bucks! If you want host you can trust @PebbleHosts or @HostGator i've used both. perfect customer service

@HGSupport We Here at frustrated customers apricate direct and personal responses. We know that when support presses a single button to retort a tweet it activates the inability to act like a passionate human. At the end of this we understand these actions ultimately lead to bad support.

@HGSupport @mrarey @HostGator My site has been going down/up the entire morning today. I am on a dedicated server. Last week the same issue went on for 3 days. It's hard to keep clients and do business when my site is constantly down. There've been multiple reports about this, check the downdetector.
