  @HGSupport I know how to clear the cache and perform other network diagnostics, that is not fixing the issue. I have websites that in need access to and I pay for your hosting and professional services and I’m still not able to access control panel or website builder. This is ridiculous!

  @HostGator So since noone can ever help, and the problem never ends, we think it is best to file and deal with this in court, we are through losing face with a horrible server network that never knows what is happening and can never help

  Call for support, Hostgator bot says "I understand English" then no matter how clearly or loudly I spoke "I can't hear you". Now on chat. They seemed so nice during off hours. My client's site is down because a ****** DNS provider can't load balance.

  @denharsh @Namecheap @NamecheapCEO Namecheap is the worst, zero customer service and they don't answer emails. I should start another site with HostGator, which is much better and they actually call you after you become a customer to make sure everything is going along well.

  @HGSupport I’ve already done all of those things and live chat has not been helpful at all. I’ve been told they were addressing the issue for going on 2 days now. I was told by a “manager, Brian Christian” that this would be fixed by now.

  If anyone needs site hosting, @HostGator has phenomenal customer service & decently priced hosting packages. Had trouble setting up DNS for new domain, started customer service chat & she was like, "want me to just set them for you?" New domain will be working in 2 hrs. Magic! 👍

  @HGSupport I expressed my situation, your company can not do anything but take 300 to fix my site. 140 deep on a server I now need to move away from, it’s an absolute joke. Nice as pie on the public domain yet sour and short in private communication. It’s not acceptable.

  @hgsupport After HG admins upgraded the cloud server in April, inherited PHP.ini versions no longer load common modules such as wddx, sqlite3 or pdo_sqlite. Error messages once a minute. x all domains on a package. x all users on the server. No wonder your server is slow...

  @HostGator IMPORTANT: the attacker is filtering non-Spanish IP addresses and not mobile devices, and showing a fake 403 error. Please use an Android user-agent + Spanish proxy to check it, and solve this #phishing issue as soon as possible.

  It seems at least once a month we have problems with @HostGator and when I tell other tech people they just roll their eyes. As a company you would think they would want to promote a good image of their services.

  @natmiletic @kvncnls The white screen of death happened only after being on the phone with HostGator and them trying to fix the original issue... which happened when I imported my local dev site to the staging site attached to their domain which ended up redirecting their domain to ".local"
