@HGSupport @ethanjaack I did that. Repeatedly. Kept the transcripts. Your phone and chat techs openly admit that they can do very little and sent it up the chain, twice. Escalated Support means email only and "Try this. Works on our end!" and they close the ticket. It's Sunday.

After 23 years of being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from with 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #Network Solutions. No refund yet.

@HGSupport @HostGator I have called multiple times about an issue and no one on the phone has been able to help me. Your website says you have 24/7 support but it's actually just under Eastern time business hours. Your live chat feature is broken. I'm really disappointed.

@HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem. Unfortunately your team of Escalated Techs have been unable to send a simple email since Friday, 9:14am

Day 3 of @HGSupport / @HostGator tech support. Still no solutions in sight. The most obvious on the 1st day would be to reset from their end and give me the info my ftp client needs to connect, but no. Day 3

HostGator is a terrible web hosting and email company. Even though I prepaid, they deactivated my account months ago. I have not used them since. Now I am getting invoices telling me I am past due! I cancelled months ago!!! #scam #HostGator #webhosting

@process_eli I went to school for my assosciate's in applied sciences for computer programming & analysis way back in 2002. I quit a semester later and got a job as a remote L3 sysadmin for HostGator. They wanted me to learn Java before C++. **** that.

@ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

@BigRock After Hostgator was migrated to Big Rock, service disruptions have become a daily affair during off peak hours. Support says process count exceeded 25, but doesn't give the exact cause of the downtime. Can you tell what's really happening?

@BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless. This video is misleading. @bhavintu

hey @BigRockIndia its not fair that you sneak in add-ons at time of domain renewal without my explicit permission. In the last 13-14 years with @hostgatorindia @HGSupport I have never once faced such behaviour. I for sure will be out from your system soon.

@HGSupport Hello Hostgator support, My site is currently suspended due to subscription expiration. I do not wish to renew the plan, but I’d like to request a short grace period to log in and export my site content.
