In 2014 our #HostGator production server was hacked. We lost many clients. Your solution was to offer a VPS. This system failed in December & you now tell us this VPS was never managed. We have a big privacy issue & this has been on your desk since December ‘20. @NewfoldDigital

Anyone here familiar with DNS settings? How can a site just be pointed and then not pointed to a host? I switched my isn't from HostGator to mine (Flywheel) and support said the DNS settings were not pointing to Flywheel.

@HostGator multiple calls in 48 hours website still down and just keep getting the run around, @GoDaddy is the better company and customer service to work with, at least they get your website back up instead of the run around

@HostGator Since I upgraded from my shared server to a VPS server I have been having issues with it. I receive emails saying I have malwares on one of the sites, still you deactivate all my 34 sites and it is really annoying because my sites need to be working all the time. Need a solution.

@HGSupport You have suspended my account because I had uploaded 137 GB of video files. You didn't give me a chance to download my files before suspending me. Now I don't have access to my cpanel or FTP. I NEED my files back! I have called your support 5 times and emailed 5 times!
