@HGSupport The system that works well for you doesn't work well for your customers. It requires an incredible time investment trying to get a qualified person on the phone or chat system to QUICKLY work an issue. I have to hold their hand for 10-30 min while they try to figure things out.

@HGSupport Hey there! Nope… I always call from the main # specifically so that you guys can recognize me. I just got off of the phone with a rep but if there’s some way that we can correct that issue so that I’m no longer asked to say/spell my email address, I would love that! Thanks

@HostGator I got a domain name from @HostGator last year. But didn't get a host. Because I don't have a system to launch a hosting. As your support says, it is difficult to do it with mobile. So I postponed buying hosting for that domain. I wasted my money. Still don't know how to host.

@HostGator ur support has been EXTREMELY poor over the last 3 months or so w/ support call non-native English language techs, massive lack of technical knowledge, disconnected support calls, & outright lying to me (user for many yrs) per post support tech. Subpar supervisors too.

@HostGator Will you ever fix your terrible chat support? (1) No DINGS to let you know an agent replies. You have to stare at the screen & wait for response or get kicked out when the agent responds and you don't know. (2) Frequently get disconnected / agent disappears! Come on!

@HGSupport Hey Team at HostGator, much appreciated. I learned something else. We transferred a domain name from our previous registrar to you. During that transfer, the DNSSEC keys were left in place. Causing all manner of problems throughout the internet. This was the root cause.

@daveyheuser Yeah I've had people just blatantly rip-off my website (with comments in code) on Hostgator. You have to go through a dmca claim and ****. Not worth your time trust me.

I'm working with firebase authentication to log the WordPress user in when firebase login occurs, which was working fine on the local machine, but it's giving a cross-origin access control error while using it on HostGator 😔. Trying to figure out the solution.

@HGSupport I just gave you details. Please let me and other frustrated customers know, here, if you're going to fix / replace this chat system. You used to have knowledgeable perfect-English-speaking answering the phones - now you get routed to who knows where and get subpar support!
