    @hostgatorindia @Hari_Ravi_ Thanks for reply on my message, the increase price should be charged to new customer with new plans ... not on the plans being already sold... anyhow the plans we have purchased is for 3 year, Hostgator will have an opportunity to revise price on my plan after complete of 3 years

    I have to say, @HostGator has really let me down. 2 500 internal errors and terrible tech support that leave you sitting there on live chat. I have been patient, polite, and forthcoming but they just can't seem to solve my issues. Because of this, I STILL don't have a website.

    I'm not a server guy. My understanding of servers is at a hobby level. So when I called @HostGator @HGSupport last night because ALL my websites went down they were very helpful. (I used to teach customer service for support teams so this is high praise) #webhosting

    @HGSupport On March 2nd, I asked your robot lady about uploading files. She is a lousy typist or a boldfaced liar. Fire her! After my experience with her, i called your help line. I will say that the woman, who helped me with my problem, was excellent! Give her a raise!

    @HGSupport On the 28th, I called your support line. The woman who answered knew nothing about websites. I asked some questions about uploading files, and she told me I should check my index.html. After ten minutes, I told her that she was no help and I politely ended the call.

    Everything was a complaint in the old days Hostgator was saying I was taking up too much of their bandwidth and shut me down. There was a issue of me needing to pay a few thousand dollars a month just so I could run my site or I was being forced to leave. Lol

    @HostGator @HGSupport @HGIndia it’s been over 5 days your support team has been keeping our company form been able to use emails. They say dedicated team handles win server & the support services are unable to check. Win team is so dedicated after 5 days still it’s not working

    @mediatemple I should of left you guys a long time ago. I have my 12 other sites on Hostgator, & I was lazy with my main site. You fail at email hosting, changed MX records. Now I was told my ONLY site with u is down, why? You changed permissions without my knowledge. You suck.

    What service provider wants my business? @HGSupport 2 shut downs of my account inside of 2 weeks for the SiteLock scam. There is no ftp or content on the site you mentioned in your poor attempt of a scam. That’s enough for me. #scammedbyhostgator #enoughisenough

    @HostGator In Gastor I tried the service for 1 month and I liked it later before the 2nd invoice was due, I changed the plan from monthly to annual and paid the annual one. Now they send me mail that my service has been suspended for non-payment. I want my services Rigth Now!!!.

    @AerieSaunders $1000 a year for hosting? Does that all go to HostGator? Would love to help lower those costs if so. Understand you are writing an article for new talent. Pretty interested in seeing if we could partner to help lower any hosting overheads potential talent might have.

    My biggest stress in my life is @HostGator 's stupid automated answering machine. Quit being poor and hire someone. Fyi, I'm on my third attempt to fix a problem. So far my experience with you all sucks terribly.

    Super impressed with @skystracloud services & tech support so far. 4 days with @HostGator & they haven’t even begun migrating my sites. @skystracloud only took a few hours with constant updates. #forthewin
