We use Outlook for The Bookends Review and once a week, it'll stop sending and receiving mail because "503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA." Then, I'll delete the emails we have in the HostGator CP and it'll work again. Any ideas how to fix?

You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing.
