    Of course, you need to be careful with howyou present your HostGator offer, as freelancing platforms won't look always look too kindly at your UPSELLS. I've got several hundred referrals over 3 years and never had issues. You just need to be SMART about it.

    @HGSupport Fourth outage in a week. Each support ticket I raise takes an average of 30 mins for me to get a resolution for the same issue each time. I'm done. Please let me know which team is responsible for account refunds

    @HGSupport Yes, but it is not available for reseller accounts. Confirmed in two different conversations with your support team that they are not able to install it, and that I would have to wait until your official upgrade for those servers, with no estimated time.

    Dear @HostGator Day 1: Support says they'll fix it D2: They disable plugins, screws up my site. I spend the whole day fixing it D3: They tell me to upgrade to a costlier package, which I knew was unnecessary D4: I go to a friend. He fixes it in literally 40s Hire competent staff

    I left Hostgator for good. I had a great experience with them overall, but as soon as I wanted to leave, their support was terrible. They kept wasting my time by trying to convince me to stay even though I told them no explicitly and that I was busy.

    @bubblywaffo @pinksunshinecos @TwitterSupport I don't know if you have tried it yet, but I had success getting photoshopped photos of me removed from a website dedicated to making fake porn by going to the service that hosts the website itself (like Wix, HostGator, Bluehost etc.)

    @HGSupport it's not and it hasn't been an individual customer issue. If you look at all the previous instances, it's been EXIM server issues on your side
