    @HGSupport You’ve had an escalated support tech that seems to not resolve the issue. At this point if it’s not resolved by 8am I’m completely moving the site and try not to lose the client

    @HostGator @HGSupport my site has been down since last night due to expired SSL. Called 7 hours ago and checked on status 3 times. Response: “you will be up and running in no time.” No real update or estimated time. I really expected better.

    @HostGator @HGSupport after 15 plus years of being a constant client it’s time for my companies to leave. I’ve had more issues with this vps then law should allow. Aftern Memorial Day you will be refunding all my money.

    @ethanjaack Oh I been found better hosting. It’s up to @HostGator to actually do their due dillegende and offer two factor authentication for their own website and not rely on your own means to protect their **** and hire people that give a damn. They used to be good. It’s over for them

    Been over 24 hours and @HGSupport still hasn’t fixed the server issues. Literally was on the phone with the tech and they see the problems and getting ignored by higher up techs.

    @HGSupport Already got it. Nothing to say. If it takes a couple days it takes a couple days. Just purge my name and info from your system and take care of that other crap and we can wipe our hands of each other.

    @skystracloud Obviously…. On all ends of the spectrum I have 100% NO confidence in @HostGator. Fine, I’m not the highest paying customer but this should have been taken more seriously from the beginning. from the circumstances at hand they’ve exposed themselves enough.

    @HostGator @HGSupport The last 6 months have been a nightmare using your servers. I've been told so many stories about why they don't work, all untrue and never been fixed. This is just an awful way to treat customers

    HostGator India reports server issues. From its blog: "Network Issue is with Multi-domain Linux hosting too, Our Customer ID : 19027575 All our websites get down many times in a day. Kidly look into it at the earliest. Support team is unable to resolve anything."

    @HGSupport Thanks for the information. Please be aware that some WP themes are breaking because version 5.6 is now considered obsolete. Upgardint to VPS hosting is too expensive leaves me with only two unpleasant options. 1) keep sites broken or 2) find new hosting

    @HGSupport You already have the ticket number. Still more than 24 hours later I’ll I got was if I want to cancel service link. In which intend on doing after this poor customer service. Give me a few days to move my sites.
