    @ZoeWundenberg @HostGator Same here. Been having this HORRIBLE delay on my sent emails (up to 24 hours delayed) for over 10 days and they just email me with some "I'm sorry but there is no ETA for fix" b.s. When I go into chat they just tell me to keep emailing them and leave the chat.

    @Kingofcarrental @HGSupport I spent hours checking if I had done something wrong with a plugin or my settings, and then I could see it is a Hosgator issue. Did they solve it for you?

    @HGSupport @Hostgator Is there an ETA on resolving the email issues? This is pretty ridiculous! I have clients who’s business are being seriously impacted by this insane lapse in service with no definite time frame for resolution. What’s going on? #Hostgator

    @HostGator Was up early, trying to contact @HostGator support. You have an ongoing smtp issue. Outbound emails take hours to deliver, or fail to deliver at all. Agent said your engineers are aware of it, but no ETA to fix it. I asked how long they have known, and she said, "many days".

    @EthaanJack @capello_007 Where did you changed it to? This is so frustrating my customers are asking me to move them out of Hostgator because of the email issues. 10 days without being able to send emails. It's ridiculous.

    @HostGator That would be great... You know if you could get my server up that's been down since yesterday. If you could get that done, so that my clients and I can actually be back up and running I would be happy to enjoy the weekend.

    Seriously, is it just me, or is @HostGator's tech support incredibly bad? It's taken an hour on live chat for them to finally say there's a system error on their side, I ask when will it be fixed, and I was given an auto response and then the operator "left". WTAF???

    @HGSupport @HostGator Color me weird but this email issue is pretty close to a catastrophic failure at least to customers enduring it. You’d think there could me some public updates. Maybe even a public apology by someone who manages the company.

    @capello_007 @r_sotojr @EthaanJack Definitely don't do that, they're the same company as Hostgator...crappy service on both, don't listen to affiliates out for your money to make commission!!

    @luisvelazmino @HGSupport It’s a known ongoing issue with their gateways affecting all shared servers. It has not been resolved so far to the best of my knowledge and emails take hours to get received on the other end especially Gmail

    @HostGator smtp email is not being delivered. This issue has been ongoing for days, if not weeks. They've been unable to resolve it. Cannot recommend @HostGator for web or email hosting.
