    @HGSupport @Hostgator Is there an ETA on resolving the email issues? This is pretty ridiculous! I have clients who’s business are being seriously impacted by this insane lapse in service with no definite time frame for resolution. What’s going on? #Hostgator

    @HostGator That would be great... You know if you could get my server up that's been down since yesterday. If you could get that done, so that my clients and I can actually be back up and running I would be happy to enjoy the weekend.

    @HostGator I have not been receiving my emails on my reseller account for days. Your support keeps saying you are aware of the issue. Many emails for clients hosted on my account. Why is it taking forever to resolve this?

    @EthaanJack @capello_007 Where did you changed it to? This is so frustrating my customers are asking me to move them out of Hostgator because of the email issues. 10 days without being able to send emails. It's ridiculous.

    @HostGator how long do you expect to have outbound email issues? Your DNS is blacklisted, so how long until we can send emails that don't take days to arrive? My biz is taking a hit, not happy... @dreamhost I'm looking your way...

    @tyberco @HostGator Same thing here for over 3 days. Talked to a rep via live chat said they're aware of the issue and will fix it. Well 3 days passed the issue is still there...

    @AffiliatesWatch @r_sotojr @EthaanJack No one is an affiliate. There is an issue and we are looking for solutions. I didnt advertise to him. I have been with Hostgator since 2017 and this is the first time I am experiencing something like this. It will always be the best for me.

    @HGSupport When is the email apocalypse going to end? Your support number is still referencing the issue. This is an unacceptable length of time to have email down. Give everyone an ETA.

    @HGSupport @HostGator Color me weird but this email issue is pretty close to a catastrophic failure at least to customers enduring it. You’d think there could me some public updates. Maybe even a public apology by someone who manages the company.

    @r_sotojr @EthaanJack Hostgator was always the best until this email issue. I really feel bad. I sent a test mail to my gmail account and it took 24hours to deliver.

    @tyberco @HostGator I’m having the same issue - it’s the worst service I’ve experienced. I’m a reseller so I have clients hanging cause of this madness with no ETA!

    @ZoeWundenberg @HostGator Same here. Been having this HORRIBLE delay on my sent emails (up to 24 hours delayed) for over 10 days and they just email me with some "I'm sorry but there is no ETA for fix" b.s. When I go into chat they just tell me to keep emailing them and leave the chat.

    @HostGator Was there a deadline in creating your website??? It’s horrible! Looking for info on hosting and get a page that basically says you have 3 plans and I can click to purchase one. Little info about the plans, no way to get more info, no support! Just buy it and hope it works out? No

    @HGSupport The system error has seemingly been fixed. You might want to invest in some customer service training for your staff. 15 minutes between messages, giving information unrelated to the issue and hanging up on customers is not how you keep them.

    @HostGator I am a customer of yours. The email service that you provide to resellers is failing. It has been four days since the outage started and I have not received any updates, and when I call I am told that the issue is being investigated. I haven’t seen anything worst than this!

    @luisvelazmino @HGSupport No they have no news to share, I’m getting ready to pull my site from them as my customers can’t put up with such lengthy response times. @HGSupport is not doing enough to fix this issue!
