Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. I'm hoping you will help make migration as easy as possible.

Their security is extremely weak, management is poor, and they consistently focus on charging extra fees instead of providing reliable service. I can show you many times HostGator Admins have done yeoman work in coding. I learned a lot from them. That should be your model, not this frankly lazy approach that HG has adopted. Your phone and chat techs openly admit that they can do very little and sent it up the chain, twice. Escalated Support means email only and "Try this. Works on our end!" and they close the ticket. It's Sunday.
