  @HGSupport @swedub Same here. The issue started about 12 hours ago on my dedicated server. Chat support is down, phone support just hangs up. This is insane. I want a refund for this month.

  @dillonsname @HGSupport @HostGator Our site is unreachable too (12hrs and counting). Chat system is down, phone support simply hangs up. We need to be refunded for the month.

  😩- @HostGator Last straw over the last 24 hrs. I have to move business elsewhere. I have a VPS server that completely made my website go offline. This is really bad business. Your support is completely not synced. I was promised disk usage increase. Nothing. I can’t restore.

  The most important thing for me when trying to use any app, feature, brand, etc. is to find out if I can chat with their customer service rep. For example, I'd prefer to use HostGator over any hosting coy because of how quickly their customer care rep answers their chat.

  @HGSupport @pcmag @TechTarget My dedicated server is down and after 25 minutes on the phone I'm being told that it will take 24 - 72 hours to fix. This is not what I expect when I am paying $2500+ for Managed Hosting...

  @satan6x @HostGator Just keep on getting the run around. Wishy washy shady responses. Different findings each time. They are not being transparent and totally dodgy. Probably got a trojan horse. This is so bad. Such bad business.

  The web host for my site, Hostgator, is currently having issues on their end. As a result, my site is either gonna be super slow or inaccessible until they fix whatever is going on with them. And I don't know how long that'll take. Sorry guys ☹🙏

  Customer a long time with @HostGator and their support is totally dropping the ball the last 3 days my site has been offline . Two years worth of work totally lost. Can't believe they haven't escalated my concerns and gotten me a solution. Seems like they're hiding something.

  @HostGator It's very good webhost but your Titan Mail is a che@t and his support too. They intentionally blocked our mail service because wrong typo to our own domain
