Michael Eng (@thingone) reported@HostGator used to provide incredible support. Now their @HGSupport support team can't even answers questions that are in their own KB. I asked a simple question at 3AM. The support rep said they would have to check with specialists and get back to me via email. They never did.

I contacted @HGSupport over 20 times but they just ignore my request or responding to my emails. I’ve lost clients and money cos of this. 😡😡

My friend is a web developer and is looking for other issues. He discovered this after my host said nothing was wrong. Does anyone have advice for other hosts?

He found that you left debug mode on after you "fixed" my website when it went down, which slowed my site significantly. Don't take credit for HIS hard work. This all started b/c of an error on your part.
