Hey @HostGator - Your online support raised a security issue to a higher level a while ago with spam files appearing which we can't fathom the source. No word. How do I talk to someone at Hostgator because problem is still there. 16 years a customer and never felt so abandoned.

Reminder: Don’t mess with @HostGator they will try to steal your domains. Worst domain transfer experience ever. They don’t even know the .com domain policies correctly and @ICANN won’t help you on that (case # in hand).

@HostGator What terrible and lousy customer service #Hosgator has in Latin America! Not only could they not help me, but they could never see my problem on their screens! I saw it on my computer, on 2 others and even on mobile phones! It seems only @godaddy is very supportive!👎
