    Looks like I have a functional site. Needs some design TLC and testing. Have some creator details to work out. Caveats: 1. No POD right now. At the very early stages. 2. I have to rely on HostGator to resolve server issues 3. I need a lawyer ASAP. I am making progress

    @HostGator @algarve_family Good afternoon, gentlemen, I have had a problem since Thursday, June 30, before none of the emails I sent arrived, now if I send from Outlook the email does not reach its destination, this happens with all the domains on the server, I write to the chat support they do not answer

    @HostGator Your migration to an external email filtering system cost me $3000 in lost business, IT costs, expedite fees, and new web host costs after I couldn’t send emails to clients expecting projects AND my site got blacklisted. I was nearly a 15-year customer. FU @HostGator

    @HostGator Seems impossible to get someone on the phone for immediate help when there is a critical issue like this affecting a ton of sites. Takes their support team in India atleast 10 minutes just to understand the issue and pull up my account - ridiculous. I am losing business!

    @HostGator is that's the joke. I been promised to get my backup done in 24-48 hours. Now its 5 days and every day in chat someone says wait another 24 hours. Im your customer for 11 years don't ruin it.

    @MyName78930514 @HostGator I walked after being their customer for 15 years. This migration of email filtering flagged my account AND blacklisted my site. Clients are furious that I didn't respond to them. I did- Hostgator just hung my sent items in their queue as BLOCKED.

    I am in tears & so angry @WooCommerce I did not go the Shopify route & chose #WooCommerce for my website to sell products from @Printful & now I have a server issue (we went through Hostgator & did all the deactivate/activate stuff) Now I have to pay a programmer to fix it?

    @HostGator Extremely frustrated with HG service & support. For the past two weeks, one of my reseller servers has been crashing over and over. I am running out of excuses with my clients and every time, HostGator just tells me it was "emergency maintenance." Sites all are down again!
