Unfortunately NBW is currently horribly hacked. I'm not sure when it'll be back up. Coincidence that @HostGator ENFORCED a PHP update that broke stuff using 5.6. Switching to 7.4 suddenly allowed it to be compromised. Don't have the time to clean up their poor security.#hostgator

@HGSupport @elemntor It’s up to 8 updates now that won’t update with zero way of figuring out which update is causing the problem. Whenever I try it crashes the site into endless useless maintenance mode. Unless I delete them all but that crashes it as well.

@HGSupport @elemntor I wish, anything I touch on the plug in page shuts the site down for maintenance. The site is operating fine but all the plug ins via wordpress are last month already. Gonna keep running until the hackers take over I guess the go WIX.

Ok, @HostGator / @HGSupport is absolutely the worst. I’m shocked at how stupid the email answer I just got was, that they dropped a call after an hour and didn’t created a ticket, it’s all lost, and a promise 7 days ago of a supervisor call that hasn’t happened yet. The. Worst.

@PamMktgNut @HostGator Hello Pam, I apologize for any delay. Typical response time for tickets is 24-72 hours on average. They should be reaching out by email with any updates. Is your issue with Bluehost or Hostgator? These are two separate companies with their own systems.

So I have this @wordpressdotcom webpage with @HostGator and all their plug ins will not update. They send me these updates and I have no choice but to update, so why is the fix placed on me? It’s their plug ins make them work already?
