@HGSupport You mean your system is randomly changing permissions on the server and the folders? Why isn't this a wide spread issue then? My IT says they think you are capping me, I am updating too much and you are "blocking" me from doing too much in a certain time frame. Can this be?

But somehow @hostgator seems to find new inventive ways of screwing it up. I never had problems with them until the last year. Now I am getting slow sites, weird errors and DNS and record issues. DAMMIT, I will have to move my sites AGAIN. EAD Hostgator. Choke on it.

@HGSupport My website has been down for 2 days and nobody in Texas on second-tier support will fix my SSL certificate issues. I haven't received emails or phone calls and I'm getting the same answers from tier 1 support.

@HGSupport That’s what the last 5 support people said. They escalated 3x already and my old server expires TODAY. On Friday they told me 72 hours. Yesterday, after escalating it with a supervisor, they said they’d be on it in 15 mins and then today it’s 7 days.
