@HGSupport thank you anyway,i've talked to you people a couple of days ago, the service is unstable the last 2 weeks,is there something we should know about? can i trust hostgator any more ? i've been with you since 2012 and i'm thinking seriously to move somewhere else, which i don't want.

@mattbanker @ccmarce_writes You're right Matthew! Though I'm not techy, I've never seen GoDaddy as a reliable hosting service. I always buy the domain from them but get the hosting from other services. So far Ive tried HostGator, SiteGround and Bluehost. Thanks for these suggestions.

Honestly #Hostgator is the worst web host I’ve ever used and I’m never using it again. This has been too many fails - all on their end. I’m just upset that I’ve already paid for a yearly subscription and can’t afford to move to another web host right now.

@bluehost @HostGator We, of course, report it there every time. Reaction times are massively high and sadly sometimes no takedown takes place. So please give your poor abuse team more resources.

Spent about 1-1.5 hours coding and 2-3 hours trying to fix whatever is stopping my form from being submitted through Hostgator to no avail. Happy to know my code isn't the problem though.

Thanks @HostGator for wasting my entire morning. You scheduled an appointment for a phone design and tech support call today 8:30A to 10:30A. I cleared the morning to make it happen. Nothing. Crickets. This is try number 3. Literally trying to hand people money. And they fail.

@HGSupport I cancelled, it was an obscene amount of contacts, like grotesque. Too bad since I was hoping to have a good experience. Maybe rethink that aspect of your companies business model

@HostGator is the absolute worst. supervisor's won't get on the phone, customer service can't solve the issue, we paid for an email migration and they REFUSE TO DO IT. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND THEN HANG UP.

@HostGator @hostgator customer service is absolute trash. We've been customers for five years, can't anyone on the phone to migrate our emails after we spent more money with them to upgrade to a cloud server. It's been 2 weeks. They don't respond to emails, they put you on hold for hours.

Having yet another problem with @HostGator. The only reason I stayed with them after my horrible experience was because I had already paid for a yearly plan and it’s too late for a refund.
