    @HostGator @HGSupport "between 10 PM and 6 AM eastern time during non-US business hours." yet both Package ID: 4924416 & Package ID: 3497847 are down... right now during business hours... At what point will you start compensating customers for all these issues?

    @HostGator Nice job down playing the issue. The system outage effect a lot more people than just a limited number of HG customers. The real issue is no one in the world can see the site. Much bigger problem. Two client sites r down. I assume on different IPs, because built years apart.

    @HGSupport our website and email down. Looks like there's no response from our name servers. Can't even get in to cPanel to change to an outside server. What's the timeline for a fix? This is a critical outage.

    Apparently HostGator, my host for ABV and ASV, is having problems with websites being down. This includes mine. This is the first problem I've had with them in almost two years since I switched over. Hopefully it is a quick fix soon.
