    Hard to believe how incompetent @HostGator @HGSupport actually is. Wasted 1.5 hours with support on what should have been a 3 min DNS change and they managed to screw up something we didn’t ask them to touch…understanding DNS is table stakes for web hosting. Bleh!

    Multiple sites on server get slow all of a sudden 6 days ago. One site, a single HTML page with no images and just a countdown timer loads 22s. Sites are getting 504s too. @hostgator still hasn’t fixed. #retweet to help get this traction. #webdev #dev #help

    I am at my wits end! It's been over 40 hours since @HGSupport has provided me any update on problem resolution. I had good cooperation on Tuesday but since, nothing. They keep telling me they will get to it. I've memorized their terrible Muzak songs while sitting on hold waiting.

    My website's wordpress CMS crashes every week, and every time I contact @HostGator @HGSupport they manage to make the problem worse somehow, so that the otherwise functional site itself now has a bunch of gibberish code on top but also I still can't use wordpress. It's no fun

    @HGSupport it is esclated many time , you can check our tickets since July. Current case id is 08988774 . So i am not expert but i think the problem will be solved , if you can move us to other server.

    @weebly is top notch when it comes to customer service. They've been amazing every step of the way in the process of rebooting the #PWHS website. @HostGator who we were with should really take some notes from Weebly. It was their terrible customer service that made us leave.

    I can cook 5 meals while chatting with @HGSupport; nothing but greetings, no help, i almost give up & transfer to another host, but i gave it one last shot and thanks to abdul.a of @HGSupport he's the only one who fixed my problem. Give him a raise @HostGator ! 🙂

    @HGSupport @HostGator The next morning I call HG customer service and get a lengthy runaround. Customer “service” said they couldn’t help me bc it was a Linux team decision and I wasn’t allowed to speak to the Linux team. WTF again.

    @HGSupport @HostGator They sent this notice to me late on a Friday while I was traveling. I didn’t even see it until after 1 am after I arrived at my destination. So here I am out of town scrambling to “fix” my site in response to sudden demands, with my site being held hostage.

    @HGSupport Simple. The Linux team decided that my site was using too many resources and shut me down until I fixed my settings to their liking. Never mind that my site’s settings had been more or less the sane for months without any hint of a problem.

    Apologies that the site is still down. Our hosts @HGSupport are more interested in finding ways to blame us, even though a working site only failed when they upgraded their server, so we are in the process of transferring to a new server. Watch this space.

    @HGSupport Online chat never gave me a ticket. Checked into the problem for a while then said "Sorry. We can't do anything about it. Buy Sitelock." You guys seem more interested in selling stuff than actually worrying about how hackers are getting around IP Blocker.

    How little I pay attention to my website at the moment: pretty much every link goes to a '404 error' page and probably has done so for the last week, yet I'm trying to stop the Filipino guys at @HGSupport who say they'll sleep in their office in order to fix it for me🙃

    @HostGator has to be one of the worst companies out there to deal with. I have never had such bad customer service.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No desire to help fix an issue. After 8 calls about the issue I get the same excuses about the other employees. NEVER USE THEM!

    @HostGator For two hours no one can help me get into a clients c panel. Did password reset but it was for billing portal and you ave a separate portal for c panel. Calling customer service is a joke.

    Do not buy 911 #Sitelock service directly from #Hostgator. They charge 99 dollar expedited service fee which is not needed & will not refund you!!! Deal directly with Sitelock, CHEAPER & DIRECT!! Hostgator ripped us for 99 fee & did nothing to earn it!!!

I think as a fellow human, we are entitled too. Same with Hostgator etc..
