@HGSupport I decided to try HostGator and paid for 3 years hosting. After 2 months, I’m ready to flush that money down the toilet and find a new host! There are so many issues, but the biggest problem is tech support. I have tried chat, but the responses take sooooooooooo long!

@HostGator We have upgraded the VPS plan, ur support chat confirmed that there is no DOWNTIME of WEBSITE, EMAILS ( PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT OF THE SAME) wEBSITE WENT DOWN AS I have upgraded the plan I NEED my website to work urgently in 5 minutes.

@maria_drutska Get an inexpensive webhosting service for the domain then, on the website, have links of favorite Ukrainian aids organizations. I don't recommend godaddy. Here in US, I would go with least expensive hosting packages from hostgator or bluehost that cost $3 to $5 a month.

@HostGator I decided to try HostGator… a decision that I now regret. Moving domains is so difficult! I have one that has been “in process” for over two months! Chat support takes forever to respond, with every response. At one point, I forgot I was chatting with support!

@HGSupport I have been trying to view the websites i have hosted on hostgator. And they all take 3 minutes to load(forever). I also tried to access cpanel (login page)and that is taking forever to load. Is hostgator under maintenance? When will this problem be fixed please?
