@HostGator It's been 2 days since my website has been hacked. Talked to Customer support 2 days ago, NOTHING. Tried to contact support yesterday, NO ONE ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK. Is this just me you're being disrespectful to or is this a "thing?"

@HostGator @HGSupport waiting over 2 weeks to get an issue sorted, and then making me upgrade (taking more money from me) and then still not resolving the simple issue of sending the subnet mask for the IP that has been created, does it really take that long? This is atrocious!

@HostGator ive spoken to 5 of your "tech support" people and have escalated twice to "Web Advisor III" to get your developers look at an API because theres something wrong with it but everyone refuses to read what im telling them.

@HostGator You are loosing the trust of customers gradually owing to pathetic service. Despite renewing my hosting package before time, it was suspended. It means you don't understand the value of somebody's time. It is very shameful for a company. Will never buy any services.

The error in the picture is your browser letting you know that the site isn't using an SSL certificate, we can help them put that in place, but we would need more info, shoot us a DM for help with this!

@Hostinger Tried to DM, didn't work. I'm currently with Siteground which is crazy expensive, but is fast. Hostgator was insanely slow. How fast is Hostinger compared to Siteground and Hostgator?

@MrmidnightNet BTW, his website is hosted in the US by Hostgator. I assume this to make it difficult for his defamed UK victims to have it taken down. That said, even a total ****** should know that content hosted in the US is subject to US jurisdiction / DMCA. A legal scholar, obviously lol.
