Reminder: Don’t mess with @HostGator they will try to steal your domains. Worst domain transfer experience ever. They don’t even know the .com domain policies correctly and @ICANN won’t help you on that (case # in hand).

Hey @HostGator - Your online support raised a security issue to a higher level a while ago with spam files appearing which we can't fathom the source. No word. How do I talk to someone at Hostgator because problem is still there. 16 years a customer and never felt so abandoned.

@HostGator not sure what’s going on but customer service hasn’t been the best. Talk to 4 different people to finally get a support ticket then rep said support will hit me before 24 hours with a response but I haven’t heard anything... beyond frustrated at this point!

@HostGator Hey all, it would be awesome if your chat support had an audible notification sound. Its so easy to get disconnected and miss a reply because there is no popup / sound or anything easily visible. Would make a big difference!

@HostGator doesn’t follow up when there is a problem, their call center and tech support hasn’t been any help, been waiting a week to hear back from someone, and I have talked to their customer service or call center four times. Very disappointed in their support.
