@HGSupport u need to hire some agents who have access to admins it's been 48hrs and my server is down. when ever I chat with them they are say within 1hr it will fix. and its more than 48hrs

@HGSupport Your apologies are useless The problem is already 5 days old and you still don't even know when it will be resolved, I think your clients prefer that you delete those emails that are queued to release the gateway than keep us waiting for so long unless that not the real problem

@EsquibalUSA @HostGator Same thing happened with me. It had been happening once in a while since I first got my hosting. I turned a blind eye all this time but since last week websites and email have been going down practically for 70% of the time had to make a hard choice to change hosting! Good luck!
