@HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia you have the most untrained customer support. Call time is limited to 30 mins and your Exective takes 15 mins to understand the issue and put on hold for next 15 mins. I have made 15 calls in last week but issue isn’t resolved yet

@HostGator Everyone I talk to there seems to have a different story and nobody seems to really understand what's going on or seems to care about the issue. There is a severe communication barrier, and I don't know what to do. Considering legal action at this point.

@realPublicEmily Ok thanks! I'll update it. The domains were a pain. I had to move my name squarespace to nicepage then finally hostgator. A lot of bad customer service, and some other things.

@HostGator you have just lost a faithful client since 2008. In the past 10 days multiple sites have been down because of your internal server errors. Moving allllll my sites within the next 2 months.

@HGSupport we raise more than 4 tickets on HostGator last few weeks and yet not get a resolution on that, we follow up with the support team, and we got the typical answer " our admin working on it and they will send an update on mail" . no one takes this on high priority.

@Loravara We're with Hostgator right now and haven't had problems with it in terms of adding email accounts or Wordpress installations. Previously we were with Dreamhost, and they were fabulous until they started forcing their anty-spam stuff on us rather than letting us do it ourselves.

Will probably just plunk down a few hundred with hostgator for the $4/month promo soon. Those are base rates since i have ~no~ traffic There's also wix/squarespace etc

@HostGator Your chat support down? Tried a couple of times now to speak with someone - get a message saying I’ll be connected to an agent within 5 minutes, and yet no one ever shows up. Need to renew my domain, but portal says my domain has been deleted. How’s that happen?

@HostGator Hey Hostgator, I am at a loss of what to do with this point. I have spoken to customer support maybe 10 times over the course of the last two weeks. My website got deleted by somebody at hostgator and nobody can tell me what the problem is. I'm losing tons of money and customers.
