  @DubWhitlow I went over to Inmotion Sorry you are having so many problems. HostGator has had a bad rep for years for hosting spammer websites, and what I have read online here with the latest glitch made me decide that this was the last straw.

  @HostGator Extremely frustrated with HG service & support. For the past two weeks, one of my reseller servers has been crashing over and over. I am running out of excuses with my clients and every time, HostGator just tells me it was "emergency maintenance." Sites all are down again!

  @HostGator Seems impossible to get someone on the phone for immediate help when there is a critical issue like this affecting a ton of sites. Takes their support team in India atleast 10 minutes just to understand the issue and pull up my account - ridiculous. I am losing business!

  @spolandgaming @HostGator I doubt the issues will be resolved any time soon, they started during data center migration couple of weeks back and then things took a big U turn! I guess they have cheap offshore staff with little knowledge lately that’s why so many issues the last year!

  @HostGator @lightmix It can’t have been fixed because I still haven’t been able to send a single email in 6 days now. Changing hosts today. This is unacceptable. I’ve been calling tech support daily.

  @0bi1Kan0bi @Huk06 @sadapaypk Hosting is a different topic. Hosting decision would depend on your audience and website requirements. I have used hostgator, bluehost, aws based on what was needed and where the users were based. I have never used local Hosting and hence cannot say.

  @spolandgaming @HostGator I'm in the same boat with a different issue. Been a customer for 10-years...never had such a bad experience with them...it's been 5-days of people from their company being confused with no answers.

  @HostGator It’s still a problem today July 13. I’ve called Customer support and was last told I’d get a call back in 18 minutes. That was an hour and 45 minutes ago. Just called back and now it’s telling me 99 minutes. Going to lose a lot of customers!

  @saintvienna I use @HostGator for name and hosting majorly Has good hosting services, not really costly tho And has an incredible support 💯 I have a thing with companies that have good customer support
