@HGSupport Called Friday and the operator elevated it (supposedly bc they couldn’t fix it), 2 days later no one called back, no email follow-up. Zero! That’s not really good customer service. Called this morning, nothing had been done. Still waiting!

@Diplateevo Hmmm don’t most VPS hosting providers provide an email server with their hosting? I’m hosting with Hostgator and just use the email service they provide. It’s free and if I wanted to use google I’d have to pay an additional $6 per month

@JohnSherry The agent probably meant to say to consider transferring your domain out of Registry Rocket since HostGator hasn't used that as our registrar in many years so the majority of our agents and even some management can't access it anymore. Our admins may be able to help with that!

Hostgator providing wrong information at the time of renewal services, this company just promised me they will get refund on renewal services in 45days if not satisfied, now not giving money back, their executives are also very rude @HostGator Dont ever take Hostgator services

@HGSupport I'm not saying anything about agents, I can always get them and they are great. But your CHAT SYSTEM is a disaster. I am working and i can't always look at the chat and sometimes agents need more than 3 minutes and it gets disconnected! ITS NOT HELPFUL! PLEASE FIX THAT!

to renew the domain for 10 years. It has been 5 hours since I paid the renewal fee. Our domain is still not active. Customer service refuses to transfer me to domain controller/admin. They said it was with Enom. I Called Enom and they told me that Hostgator is their VIP reseller

@HGSupport I don't understand why are you trying to deny that your chat system works like that. Chat gets disconnected after 3 minutes due to inactivity. That's insane. Your own agents sometimes tell me "Please wait 4-5 minutes until I work on this issue". What should I do? Talk to myself?
