I've been a @HostGator customer for well over a decade. My wife was having a major medical issue, and I missed my billing cycle. They deleted everything. No recovery options. I was a month late and missed the emails. Devastating to lose everything like that.

@amexicanbeauty @HostGator I have the same experience, i was enjoying good service since 10 years and now suddenly support has gone to worst. “Admin” become the king as every time call center (chat) is referring to “Admin” look like i am chatting to a food delivery company. 😭🥵

@HostGator I am a customer of yours. The email service that you provide to resellers is failing. It has been four days since the outage started and I have not received any updates, and when I call I am told that the issue is being investigated. I haven’t seen anything worst than this!

And yet @HostGator did it again!!! Why you people are screwing with our websites!! Forcing people to get Site Lock in a first place, and now telling me that's it's because if it , my blog doesn't work !! Barely English speaking tech support... 2 hours no results!!

Client moving email @HostGator > @BlueHost where he happens to have another hosting account until he finds a perm hosting home. Both companies are (were?) Endurance, which sucks, but service for troubleshooting an issue was like night/day. Finally! Saying g'bye to #BlueHost!
