The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

OkYall (@okyall55) reported@HostGator deleted MANY of my posts. Not me. Hostgator. Now they won't restore them unless I pay them to do it. I've been a customer for 20 years or more. Never thought I would see the day that they would be so blatantly crooked. If you use host Gator, you have to pay for them to back up your blog or pay a third party. Or you have to copy everything on your site. BlueHost is cheaper, backs up every day, charges nothing extra and restores for no charge. What happened to hostgator?????

In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #NetworkSolutions. No refund yet.
