@AmjadAlrehaili1 @PlayStationTR @AskPlayStation I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to ceytech01 on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!

@ObnoxiousFinch @facebook This is so frustrating. I had a similar thing happen to me with Instagram. They want you to live your whole life on their networks but be sanguine with it disappearing completely. (I'm sure no one they laid off was working on the stability of such things. Everything is fine.)
