    @KatOpenSans You have to try many things! I find that YouTube and Instagram is where it's at. You can choose a few exercises that work and then do them a bunch of times. Start slow. Start with once a week--that's still more than once a month. Make it a fixed appointment in your schedule.

    @Thats_Lilpooh @snapchatsupport Hey my account was deleted too.. Phenix_techs on Instagram recovered it for me...i think he hacked dy database and it actually worked...my snap is working fine ND he installed an anti Locke for my device.. Try him out Phenix_techs

    @Blinkwmeweebs @pikachoojichoo Even Jisoo gets hated 🙄 but she still connects with us regularly. The place where they achually receive a lot of criticism is Vlive. We have no problem if they don't post over there but they can do Instagram lives right? Jisoo converses with us even when she was super busy.

    @CALiSFYNEST @instagram my account got same similar problem.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to @ cognitech_11 on Instagram and they were so helpful and reliable. They can help you.

    @BartChic2 Interesting thing. The scene where the 3 guys are working out from Damien's Instagram was shot around Thanksgiving 2020. So this perhaps is 7-8 months ago. So interesting? Idk

    @bill_hessan @TeamYouTube I had the same issue ..I never taught of getting my account back …massive appreciation to #LORD_TEQ on Instagram for recovering my ..suspended ..locked.. hacked or banned .. disabled account you should check them out too.... or @l_nonunu on Twitter
