    @MojangSupport I am having issues with my new launcher. so when I installed my launcher and opened it i get taken to a blank screen with the minecraft logo on the top left corner. is there anyway to fix this? thanks

    @MojangSupport I’m going to submit these bugs to the actual bug site, but has anyone else had problems with #realm Major lag, disconnecting players randomly, missing blocks, armor stands and all their items disappear, all kinds of mobs disappear. Wondering how widespread it is?

    @MojangSupport Just installed the launcher via Microsoft Store, but when I press play nothing happens. Run as administrator not working either.

    @MojangSupport I purchased a gift code for the Minecraft Java Edition. When I submitted the code, it says error and try again later. I tried again but it says the code has already been redeemed. What should I do? Please help!

    So… I think I have figured out the issue, a long time ago when El Captain came out, Minecraft couldn’t be played on it. It appears that’s back! I have installed on a Mac mini the OS is Mojave and the split side of my IMac OS is Catalina, Minecraft installed on both no issues.

    Authentication in @Minecraft is so unfriendly and broken, in Java on Linux, I can no longer recommend people bother with it in good conscious. Microsoft seems intent on shutting us out. Shame.
