@hx_rith @monsterhunter Correct, I never received the A rank rewards from the Palico(in-game). Had to submit a ticket with their customer support. After providing all the information they required and the exact date and time of completion, they respond even with documented proof they are unable to fix.

@monsterhunter I've been having crossplay issues with PC / PS5 where 30~ seconds in the quest or earlier we both get disconnected. Is there anything being done to potentially fix that in TU2 or another patch? It's super disappointing to not be able to play with my friend :/

I really like MH Wilds and think it has potential to be better than World, but Capcom really needs to push out hefty fixes on performance from TU2 onwards We can argue about trivialization and drip feed but this is the biggest issue why Wilds isn't doing well @monsterhunter

@beexxxyV @UhWaifu @monsterhunter I didn’t move any goalposts. In fact, I pushed them in your favor. This is how the old games used to be. There was 3 then there was 3 ultimate. Same for 4. Same for some others. Why is it a problem now when it was the exact same?

@DubzChain @monsterhunter Imagine doind that much effort for the game of the franchise with most sales (or something like that I only know it sold a huge lot) when you can just sell it halfway done with performance errors and no content, yet still have ppl defending you for whatever reason

@monsterhunter @monsterhunter For a game that's suppose to be a "live service" you guys sure aren't doing enough service to keep it alive. I'll keep hopes tho, playing these since MHtri. Also trade "seamless" travel for performance NOBODY cares about it. Do a survey if you think I'm wrong

@monsterhunter How about you fix the reward system for these limited event quests? Instead of rewarding players weeks after the event ends, especially when you are failing to reward players who earned the content. I can speak in this exact event specifically, earned an A ranking & no reward.

@monsterhunter Both your content special reward system & customer service SUCKS. Spend a week providing all information requested and more: Hunter IDs, Hunter names, exact date,etc, then met with a final response about your network issue and recorded proof still wouldn’t be enough to resolve.
