    It could be that the quality of Netflix shows remains constant, but i take so long to finish a series, that by the end, my tastes have changed.

    a recurring problem i see is that netflix will take time to promote media meant for kids like she-ra and the mitchell’s vs the machines. but completely disservice shows like kipo and wish dragon. is it? maybe because? the main character is white? in their most promoted shows? hm

    @BlackthornKeem Yea well he not a good white crowd comedian then. I remember watching one of the specials he did in London and man it wasn't just bad it was painful to watch. Idk why they even used that show for the Netflix special. One of the worst stand ups I've seen

    @ByrneT_ @WonderWhereIAm1 @StefSimanowitz High quality news, weather, radio and kids tv are available all over the place - Maddie Moate's material on youtube is better than what she does for the BBC for example. People willingly pay for Netflix (I don't as it happens). But have to be forced to pay for the BBC.

    @braddwyer Oh yeah, I mean I think it would be all data. Which I suppose for a graph API, means you’d need data on the other nodes for the graph to be useful at all. If the graph is Netflix shows or TikTok views, that’s not a problem. When it’s other users…that’s a good point.

    I watched Kevin Hart’s last Netflix special and I wish cancel culture was actually real because then maybe he wouldn’t have made that trash. Don’t blame cancel culture on mediocre work. Thats lazy.
