    @DylF811 When you have a good idea, and you have proven the market, you get about 2-3 years of strong revenue and growth. Then you start getting knocked off by others. If you aren’t able to pivot your business model (Netflix was awful at this) the little ones will start tearing you up

    @pkafka they make big name hires when they pivoted to streaming? feels more like a content mindset. my guess: netflix still more a tech company than folks recently have given it credit for & they use a fast / learning approach w/ external help while they scale internal ad tech innovation

    @simonsarris And well, it's not just porn. It's netflix, prime, disney+, chronic stress, long work hours etc etc. I don't have a solution except to say guard your energy wisely, slow down, try to make things.

    @briantong Sure, I admit, I share my login with one friend, I watch Netflix perhaps 5-8 per week, so do they. I pay A$22 a month for the service, if I have to start paying more ... hasta la vista Netflix.
