    @netflix Persuasion22 is the WORST version of Austin every created. Worst Casting possible. The only cast members who were good in the roles were the Musgroves & Ann Elliot. The others were RUBBISH. Story line RUBBISH. And the DIRECTOR just tried to pull a knockoff of '07 film.> 1/2

    This is why we’re seeing Netflix in complete shambles. It’s possible that they completely fall apart within the year, and they have this to blame. You can only lie to your shareholders for so long. You can’t survive on weird viral rage marketing. You need actual quality.

    The problem is that Netflix used to be THE streamer. There was Netflix competing against HBO originals. Hulu gets in there with “we have less good content but we have live TV”, then Prime wanted to start their own HBO, and then every single company needed to start one.

    scrolling through netflix and there's a new adult comedy and it has the exact same art style and ****** edgy humor as every other terrible netflix adult comedy that isn't big mouth or disenchanted. gag. who still watches these. they're terrible

    @Masterge77 Yeah Netflix isnt good at making adaptations and resident evil movies and shows always seems to be varey in quality I liked the movies even if they weren't the best

    As much as I enjoy Dakota Johnson, this Netflix remake of PERSUASION is really too awful. Five min in and it's time to switch to something else.

    @SebasBlackwell @netflix THANK YOU for stating the obvious. It is the worst. Worst Capt. Wentworth [homely]. Worst other cast members also. Failed knockoff of 2007 version. Only cast that was 'okay' were the musgroves. Esp the 2 boys & dad.

    @Bawkbasoup As much as I hate how they ended, probably Wes Anderson. The Netflix series only saving grace was (imo) Lance Reddick. Give me a series on just his story, I'm down. WtRC was absolute garbage. I can't think of a single redeeming quality, and I'm trying.

    Ann Eliot had to be biddable if not weak for the entire premise of #Persuasion to work. Does anyone believe this snarky, mean-tempered Ann would have gone along with her family's recommendation out of a sense of duty and fraternity? @netflix
