    @redalpha23sims @TheSims @OriginInsider Same problem with my kit I contacted origin they said it’s in my library now & just wait for it to download . Watch it be a bug and I have to buy it and I’ll be okay with that I’ll feel better .

    @OriginInsider @EAHelp it’s driving me insane right now… I try to login in my origin account FOR WEEKS. I just bought a sims pack and I can’t play it. If i ask for help all you say is change password and you keep sending me codes but it DOESN’T WORK! Please FIX IT

    @Crosimmer @EA @OriginInsider I had this exact problem on my macbook aswell! Texted the EA support and they logged into my account and installed a working version, now everything runs smoothly :)

    Never been this mad in my life. Tried playing my @TheSims game last night & couldn’t because @OriginInsider decided to act up, not letting me play. I tried everything with even logging out and back it, but problem was I couldn’t log in bc I had my old email & not able change it

    @Jessicamp1979 @EA @OriginInsider As for TS3, many players have been getting download errors since late August, but it worked for some on EA App. Maybe it hasn’t been fully fixed yet.

    Why is it taking so long to fix Orgin? All I want to do is update Sims 4 and play but I can't and don't tell me to try downloading the EA app because I already did and it's not loading up. Please hurry and fix this. It's very frustrating and disappointing. @OriginInsider @EA

    @Crosimmer @EA @OriginInsider I used the EA App some time ago but I went back to Origin because the EA one asked me to log in every single time I used, no matter if I checked the remember me box and it always said there was an error so I had to open the browser every single time. I didn't like it!

    @KaytNicol3 @EA @OriginInsider No, it should stay the same. But we can’t even download it from EA App because it throws an error.

    @Crosimmer @EA @OriginInsider I’ve been in beta test for the new EA application and I’ve had some minor issues here and there but it’s generally fixed pretty quickly. Might just be bugging now that everyone is being forced to switch over at once.
