    @OriginInsider @EAPlay Can you look at ticket via Sox8? Please re-enable my account - if charge for Battlefield is due can fix that up thursday - Not sure why you would disable the whole account.

    @EAHelp I've used my brothers @OriginInsider account for years, since sims 3. No issues. Suddenly I'm logged out, and forced to reset a password. We've emailed you and given you all the information asked and still nothing. I've spent over 200 on sims 4 games I can't play now.
