    @Brunty @danielbadura @OriginInsider I had the problem too. I changed the DNS provider from Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) to Google (8.8.8.8), after that it was super fast. I don't know if it's a routing problem or if you get another server.

    @RaiderAtlantean @OriginInsider Some people have been having issues with SecuROM which couldn't run the game, and that's not the only issue

    @Brunty @OriginInsider That sucks, usually switching endpoint solves issues. Clearly @OriginInsider is using carrier pigeons as their internet connectivity.

    @OriginInsider and @EAHelp had no problem at all on the payment time but now that we need them they just say "were working on it" and leaves us without any support and NO GAME

    @OriginInsider @EAHelp Forced to use Origin. Cant start offline. Acts like malware. Never closes completely. Auto updated a game with no prompt. Caught it and canceled. Now crashes on startup. FORCED to update. Cannot revert to old versions. Mods broken. **** you Origin and E.A.

    @jeanniebeansts4 @OriginInsider @TheSims I would try restarting origin etc; I know some people got it downloaded but it's common thing happening right now, I hope ea// sims team can fix it.

    @simscars @OriginInsider @EA Agreed! After we had an outage at our house, our power came on but not TV or internet. Because of needing to sign in to even play offline, I was left with no ability to game until the internet came back on line days later. I get it that they want to prevent pirating, but still!

    @simscars @OriginInsider @EA Totally agree. I tried everything to start the game without internet and nothing worked. This should not be an issue.
