    Hey, @OriginInsider Y'all need to fix y'all's customer support. I've been a customer with y'all for many years now. And the crap I'm going through they can't help and give me excuses not to help. It's ridiculous.

    @OriginInsider hey Origin. Is it common for your customer support to close a conversation without completing the help ticket? Poor service and I would just like to have access to the games that I have spent thousands of dollars on.

    @Crosimmer @EA @OriginInsider I used the EA App some time ago but I went back to Origin because the EA one asked me to log in every single time I used, no matter if I checked the remember me box and it always said there was an error so I had to open the browser every single time. I didn't like it!

    @EA should have stuck with the @OriginInsider app. I had few issues with Origin, but am lucky when I’m able to get my Sims games to load with the EA app.
