Like everytime I need to update a game there's always an error. Then I need to repair the game, which also tells me there's an error right at the end of the repair. @OriginInsider

@OriginInsider Hi dear Origin people, My daughter downloaded Sims 4 in April 2020. In the meantime, she forgot her password and we had to create a new account. After having done that, Sims 4 does not appear in the games library. Is there a possible solution for this issue?
