@TheSims @EA @OriginInsider Does the Sims team actually plan to fix the Rocket bug that hasn't worked for 6 months? I find it laughable that an item required for careers, aspirations and multiple challenges can't even be interacted with for so long without anything being done...

@OriginInsider So we bought 2 gift cards in 2 different brand shops here in belgium. And both cards wont be accepted by our wallet ? The error is obviously at ur end. So stop sending me to @EAHelp or lettting me talk to an employee who wont listen.

@OriginInsider I would like to be able to login. Ya know, to actually play your games. Hard to play when your launcher doesn't work. What is the business case of a terrible launcher that everyone hates?? Do customer research.

@zipelz @OriginInsider @EA I have had this happen, ea chat and phone support wanted us in the same room while chatting in order to fix it. We eventually did a game code from a trusted site another simmer gave me instead. And I use it a lot now. Origin can be............. Yeah. LOL
