    @EA should have stuck with the @OriginInsider app. I had few issues with Origin, but am lucky when I’m able to get my Sims games to load with the EA app.

    Reinstall @OriginInsider again. Hoping that Origin fixes the problem but I doubt it. it could not fix the missing Expansions of Sims 3. Now off to get rid of cache, follow EA steps from pre-written texts... however, the last 14 hours that I have done this - THE STEPS DON'T WORK!

    @amazon NEVER fails to make my life easier! Just canceled debit card due to fraud. Awaiting new one, I'm using cc....which @OriginInsider somehow was unable to verify. 🙄You guys had zero problem! Ty for allowing me to purchase my game expansion on release day! #loveamazon

    @DANNYonPC @OriginInsider I haven’t had really any problems i just re launch the app but maybe i can tolerate it more lol but Steam is way better

    @OriginInsider Fix your platform once and for all, how is it possible that whenever I want to play a game it asks me to log in and to top it off I always get an error

    @OriginInsider Your client is absolute trash and fails to load games over and over. Please hire a team to work on this infuriating client. I have zero issues like this with @Steam, for example.

    @OriginInsider you really need to fix your app. We shouldn't have to uninstall all of our @TheSims packs just to uninstall one ******* pack. LET US PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT TO UNINSTALL!!
