    The new @Outlook design is really bad. I don't have the scientific words to explain it but the way they made the color and border makes your eyes wander involuntarily. Hard to focus. I hate it. Everything blends in. It's weird. Please get some UX and UI people to fix this mess.

    @Outlook I have a new phone and can’t login to my account as I have forgotten my password and I no longer have access to my two verification methods (I have new phone no. And am locked out of recovery email). How do I go about sorting this?

    @brookebenson10 @Outlook I had same experience with my account, I contact support but they couldn't help until I was referred to will_tech02 on Instagram, he is a technician, i'm sure he can fix yours..

    @Outlook @sofritasoficial This is shockingly bad advice. Completely unhelpful. I am having similar issues - @Outlook needs to review their junk filter parameters. This is a recent issue so they must have changed something, resulting in this horrendous customer experience!

    Name a single process more difficult than setting up a @Microsoft @Outlook email on your iPhone. There isn’t, I promise. Just horrendous. Nothing works. Gotta sign in 35 times and everything goes in circles. Awful experience.

    @lepirre @Outlook I couldn’t log in to my account, I have changed my mobile phone number when I try to log in to the app with my old registered phone number with my original passcode I get an error message. Till I reached out to Unimeta_tech on Insta and they assisted me in getting my account.

    @Microsoft @Outlook have the worst customer service ever existed they locked my email account on lies saying false things I don't even send any emails wouldn't know how to host anything I really need to get on filled in form 5 times I only have one email it's terrible service
