Please DO BETTER, why is this hard at least let us in on the technical issues as to why this is so hard!

It auto-populates the username, I enter the pswd, & then get an error because the username apparently isn't recognized. Happens after every restart. Frustrating.

Tariq Ponir (@hyperactve) reportedMicrosoft @Outlook is beyond broken. I accidentally wrote a wrong email ID (external) which failed to deliver. Now, I am trying to send it to the correct id, but outlook keeps "correcting" me to the wrong one. No intuitive way to bypass this. This has to be a joke or something.

After my account was compromised, someone changed my birth year and Microsoft began treating my account as if I were 12 years old. I’ve tried repeatedly to correct this and recover my correct age, without success. Now Microsoft is introducing age verification in Brazil while my account remains incorrectly classified as belonging to a child. How is a longtime adult customer supposed to fix this when the account recovery process itself has failed?
