    @Outlook @Microsoft Let me back into my email I have had over 20+yrs with no problems you suddenly want to verify, for no reason that govt control. I never got locked out, compromised or illegal activity. It has been fine until now. You are helping to cause the problems this way.

    @Outlook Dear Microsoft. I’m locked out of my personal email, my authentication on my phone is linked as recovery for my business email. I get a prompt to enter my mobile so I can get a text to be greeted with ‘it’s not working right now’. I have forgotten my password and have tried countless hours trying to get my personal email up and running… one course of action was encountering AI chat which was useless! I am at the end of my tether now as it’s been over a month of trying and as you can appreciate, it’s incredibly disruptive. I have some very important personal emails that I can’t now access! I can’t speak to a human so how can you remedy this?
