    @Outlook My iPhone has been harassing me daily to "log-in" despite me never having logged out. you keep trying to push me to your broken "Authenticator App", no good. My password, set up 15 years ago, now doesn't work. Screw it! Screw you! Deleting the app is easier.

    @Outlook It’s been days of failed recovery attempts, unanswered requests, and no real support. I completed the forms, followed every step, and still have no access to my recovery emails. At this point it feels like customers are being ignored instead of helped. Please escalate this issue.

    Microsoft, why cant I log into my 20+ year old email? Why is it saying "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password." I have 2FA and a backup email + phone number. Why wouldnt you simply ask for the 2FA code??? @Microsoft @Outlook

    @TBanton18 @Microsoft @Outlook Had this problem recently- logged me out and despite my password being correct wouldn’t let me back in. Have to use other authentication methods to get back in. Worked eventually but painful.

    Calling the new @Office @Outlook garbage would be unfair to all garbage. Why the heck would you come out with such a slow web app looking monstrosity. Go back to legacy.

    Hi, @Outlook you locked me out of my e-mail account. Your self-help guides don't work, I can't sign in to message with an advisor and there are no advisors on the phone, just a robot who doesnt nothing but direct me back to the useless self-help online. Give me my account back

    @Outlook I have had no access to my emails for 3 days now, I have tried from my phone, I have tried from my laptop nothing is working. When you google the outage it says that the issue has been resolved. Please can someone help me. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    The new @Outlook is terrible, you can’t even respond to original emails sent to you if someone that was cc’d sends a response to that email and you press reply as well it will never go back to the original email it will only respond to the person that responded. Terrible update

    @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook I am still unable to get into my Hotmail account after 3+ days on ANY device or app and internet. Please take these issues seriously and fix this. This is NOT an intermittent problem, it is an OUTAGE.
