    @Microsoft @Outlook How is it you have to PAY to protect your accounts location wise? Why has no government stepped in here. I have a Hotmail/Outlook account that’s constantly getting Auth prompts from other countries. Why can I not restrict it to my own! It would fix 90% !

    @Outlook for days i am trying to reset my password to access some really urgent medical files and eventhough i have registered phone it seems that verification method is not working at all. This is very urgent medical need and would appreciate your assistance

    @Microsoft @Windows @Outlook Why does Outlook's auto-fill username feature fail every time after a Windows update? It auto-populates the username, I enter the pswd, & then get an error because the username apparently isn't recognized. Happens after every restart. Frustrating.

    @Outlook My iPhone has been harassing me daily to "log-in" despite me never having logged out. you keep trying to push me to your broken "Authenticator App", no good. My password, set up 15 years ago, now doesn't work. Screw it! Screw you! Deleting the app is easier.

    @Outlook I can not believe the incompetence at this company, my email is still down, they just will not send me a code to reset my work/private account. I have just had to wait a full 7 days to try again, nothing and now they want me to wait 28 days!!!

    Day 3 without being able to access my emails. I am now able to get a code through my phone number, but then is asking me for a second authentication, I then type in the code my Authy app gives me and it’s not working! @Outlook @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps

    @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft - Will I ever be able to access my Hotmail email via the Mail app on my iPhone again? Been down for days now. Keeps saying I’ve tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account which is total lies. My password is 100% correct

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt
