    @cozimek @Outlook Definitely not expected. If you can reproduce the issue and then select "Contact Support" from the Help menu then that should get us the information that we need to better understand the issue.

    @M365Chap @Outlook Eventually, yes. Took a week, one recurring hydration error and another tech to walk me thru PowerShell commands, but we got it.

    I think it has like 3 accounts mixed together and I can’t even get to a login screen without getting a 500 error or being sent to a Microsoft page. Y’all @Outlook mfs explain this to me because there is no reason whatsoever this should be so complicated

    @Outlook can you guys help me? I can't loggin to my self hosted email via the app on my new phone. My old phone works fine, computer works fine, but the app keeps saying it can't connect to the server.

    @Outlook Why aren't calendar appointments updating properly - this has been a problem since the feb 14 update. @MicrosoftHelps has not been helpful and reported they lost the help ticket as well. Description field does not fully scroll either. #customerexperience

    Wasted another 2 hours trying to fix my gmail connection in @outlook. I don't think it will ever work again. This has got to be one of the most used applications, so I don't understand why @Microsoft can't make it work better.
