    @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft - Will I ever be able to access my Hotmail email via the Mail app on my iPhone again? Been down for days now. Keeps saying I’ve tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account which is total lies. My password is 100% correct

    @simoes_romeo @Outlook Yup. Just fixed it. From last login attempt - need to wait about 1hr. Then these steps: Delete outlook from iPhone mail. Then hard reset phone. Then reinstall Outlook. This worked for me - might help you. Good luck

    @Outlook Correct passwords are not being accepted by Outlook: "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password." ANNOYING

    What the heck is up with @Outlook?? Been locked out of my email for two days and all I get is “this verification method isn’t working right now” and then it says I’ve requested too many codes! Also can’t contact support cause I can’t sign in or access your chatbot :(

    @simoncarrington @Outlook Yep. Skip the form loop and call support or use account recovery from a device he’s used before, same wifi helps a lot. I heard about Fomr and lol even free form tools feel less broken than Outlook’s mess

    Hi, @Outlook you locked me out of my e-mail account. Your self-help guides don't work, I can't sign in to message with an advisor and there are no advisors on the phone, just a robot who doesnt nothing but direct me back to the useless self-help online. Give me my account back

    @Outlook why in the blue **** do you make it so god damn hard to attach files to emails? It’s ****** text I shouldn’t have to compress that **** down and split it into multiple files, just tell me what is the point, using your clunky dog **** email system makes my job harder

    @Outlook For2 I have been locked out of my emails, despite filling out forms many times over. I filled in all the details you asked for many times. I do NOT have a number you can text me on because I am using a different sim on vacation. So just fix it. This is terrible service
