    @Microsoft Outlook and teams mobile apps not even opening on android galaxy s25...this is a serious issue @MicrosoftTeams @Outlook. It's a blank screen or an endless loading spiral.

    @Outlook I am having a technical issue with my personal account. It is being incorrectly flagged as a child account. When I try to verify my age by clicking 'I am a parent', I immediately get a 'Logout Failed' error page on all devices and browsers.

    @Outlook I’m a sole global admin fully locked out of my business account. The phone number allocated to my case has issues receiving calls. I desperately need this sorted so I can work. Is there anything more I can do, at the very least to change the phone number?

    @Outlook the Outlook password recovery system is not working for me. It keeps kicking me out. Can I speak with somebody or can somebody please help me? I’ve been spending two weeks trying to get my email back.

    @Microsoft @Outlook tried signing into my account on my Xbox. Couldn’t so had to try sign in on my Hotmail. Couldn’t, tried resetting password on the app gave ALL MY OWN CORRECT INFO. Couldn’t, tried calling for help, got told to sign in online to reset password. Honestly🤬

    @Outlook Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with OTP detection in Outlook notifications. When I request a GitHub OTP, Outlook shows a “Copy OTP” option, but it only captures 6 digits, whereas GitHub OTPs sometimes contain 8 characters. This leads to incorrect copying and fail

    Gmail search doesn't work. Outlook is far better and if it's not working, you Exchange administrator is doing a bad job. —Current unhappy @Gmail user and former Exchange administrator and intensive @Outlook user.
