    @Outlook I am not able to login my account as I forgot my password. So I tried to login using Phone Number OTP to sign in but all it shows is - "That method isn't working right now. Please try another way to verify it's you" Kindly help me to access my outlook account

    @Outlook why is password sign in constantly unavailable to my hotmail (outlook) account 90 percent of the time, requiring me to use sign in using a code? As someone who has had this email account with you for 25 years - it has become infuriating to use.

    Microsoft has to stop making so many changes to its menus in Outlook. It increases irritation and cognitive load too much if people constantly are having to track down where a command is, such as how to insert an emoji in an email. @Outlook #microsoft #microsoftoutlook

    @lostliano @Outlook @Microsoft I see a lot of people hating on you which isn’t fair - I can see the effort, but I think the main issue is the typography - it just feels “off” (and then I’m not a fan of the tab switcher) - but other than that it is really really really good. Good work!

    I can't believe this. Yesterday I could get in to my @Outlook Hotmail easily with 2 Step Verification. But now someone else has managed to accidentally use my mobile number (ends in 52) to override my use and use it to verify their account ending in 56. @Microsoft how do we fix this?

    @Office @Outlook What are you'll doing to fix this? Half of my company emails work but ironically the most important one I can't access for client submissions, and we are gonna launch tomorrow. Unacceptable Microsoft.

    Hey! @Outlook I've had enough of this, you've got to stop the scam emails on your app. Today I had 10 scams and I reported them, and reported them again on my junk mail! If you can't help me with this then, I will complain about this on going issue to your management!

    @Outlook Why remove Send Availability from the mobile app? It was one of the most useful features for scheduling on the go. Now the calendar button only creates events, and checking free times requires minimizing the draft or saving it just to switch tabs. Proposing 3–5 options has become a slow back-and-forth process.

    @Outlook please fix Android app notification actions. I hit DELETE on the notification, I want the notification to dismiss in 500ms or less, and I expect that the next time I check inbox, what I said I wanted deleted is deleted. Network delay, already-deleted-elsewhere, not even visible in inbox yet, yeah I know these things happen, but they can't be allowed to let the notification go unresponsive to actions taken.
