  @Outlook I've already done that, but nobody answered. I need this urgently — time is running out. My emails are still in the server snapshots, and soon it will no longer be possible to restore them. Please escalate my case to the engineering team

  @Outlook My case involves MAILBOX CORRUPTION, not deletion. I need this escalated to the engineering team. Only they can restore internal server snapshots. The attack happened yesterday — there is still time.

  @Outlook I’m a sole global admin fully locked out of my business account. The phone number allocated to my case has issues receiving calls. I desperately need this sorted so I can work. Is there anything more I can do, at the very least to change the phone number?

  @Azure : Remove this insanity of #AuthenticatorApp! I created a new biz account for some emailing, put the debit card, then the login forces to setup that stupid app, but I don't own a smartphone (and won't borrow anyone's). I tried to call support but got disconnected, calling again leads nowhere. At this point I could not even cancel the membership because I cannot login... Madness! Just let the customer decides what they want as 2FA!!! They know better, you control-freaks. So what am I supposed to do at this point? Cannot login, cannot setup auth app, cannot even cancel because cannot login, cannot open a case online because cannot login, and no "Use another way" option to skip this silly Auth-App setup, and no Desktop App either since I run exclusively on Linux.... Why so complicated??? Keep It Simple Stupid. @Microsoft @Outlook

  I currently have 2 Outlook accounts for 2 diff. jobs. When I try to log into one of the accounts, the verification code notification keeps being sent to the other work account instead. please resolve this issue so I can access the correct account? @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps

  @Outlook How am I supposed to reset my password or recover my account when the phone number option isn’t working. I keep getting an error that reads “this method is not working right now”. I can’t log in to get any help or support and the Get Help page does not address my issue.

  @Outlook Dear Microsoft. I’m locked out of my personal email, my authentication on my phone is linked as recovery for my business email. I get a prompt to enter my mobile so I can get a text to be greeted with ‘it’s not working right now’. I have forgotten my password and have tried countless hours trying to get my personal email up and running… one course of action was encountering AI chat which was useless! I am at the end of my tether now as it’s been over a month of trying and as you can appreciate, it’s incredibly disruptive. I have some very important personal emails that I can’t now access! I can’t speak to a human so how can you remedy this?

  Anyone using @Outlook on iOS having massive issues lately? Emails looking like they’ve been sent to only delete the message and return a blank email to draft without sending the original email? Emails ready to send, but the exit and send buttons won’t work. The app isn’t frozen, but you have to force close the app and hope the latest draft saved all changes. This is only happening on iOS to my knowledge

  @Outlook can't login to my email. Forgot my password and can't login and they won't send me a verification code. What do I do?
