  @Outlook I don't seem to be able to do this. I think perhaps its an admin setting for the organisation. Having read the thread, other people are having the same issue. It's a really annoying feature and would be great if Outlook can address this please :)

  @Outlook you need to build an add-on for Outlook that gathers information on the latest received email online and checks that vs. the latest received email in Outlook. Built-in troubleshooters to repair account credentials or rebuild the mail profile could fix many issues.
