    Every day I get 3-4 new phishing scams through my @Outlook account. Every day for years. My PayPal has been stopped, my emails will be shut down, blah blah blah. How can these scams still get through??

    @Outlook I am having trouble attaching documents to emails. The message reads Try Again Later, which I have. Your rep told me to screenshot the message and attach it. That’s the problem! Not a solution. He also told me to change my password. Does anyone know how to help???

    @cakeis_not_alie @Outlook @Office yeah seems like their key metric for this version is how few people it takes to build/maintain it. I'm hopeful the perf issues will go away on apple silicon systems.

    @Outlook Can you explain to me like I'm 5 why you won't let me use an old password on my account? I'm aware of what it says about security, but I want to use an old password and I don't see how it's any of your business. There is a single device I sign in on.

    @Outlook fix your "safe senders" and "not junk" filters! I don't know how many times I've hit those buttons on email newsletters and they still go to spam!!!

    Had to dig into the roadmap for @Outlook today, and discovered that @Office are planning to screw Mac users over really bad. The upcoming "Monarch" client is just a wrapper around OWA, and it's *terrible*. They replaced the ribbon with hamburger menus, and performance is awful.

    @Microsoft @Outlook why can't you fix the problem with captcha while creating an outlook account? Rotating those stupid images 10 times, it keeps telling me it's wrong. It's not wrong, it's just stupid.
