    @RebeccaFrench17 @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps i hadn't send a dm to them yet. After i got that messages i was able to read my email and check messages in my subfolders. so the issues resolved itself. but maybe clear your browser cache and cookies.

    @Outlook I have been trying to get ahold of microsoft support for over a week now. I forgot my password to one of my emails and I have filled out the form to sign in 5 times and nothing has worked. Microsoft has not been helpful at all.

    Today I discovered that part of the problems I’ve been having all week is that Windows uses your display name as your profile folder when Azure AD joined, and @Outlook totally chokes on paths with emojis in them.

    @Outlook For some reason my junk setup isn’t working since last week! Just after scammers is trying to get in my account! I’m trying to contact someone from outlook but there’s no costumer service! I want to fix it, I really don’t want to delete de account since I have 21 years using it!

    @6Glitz @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps did you get a response? I have exactly the same issue. It works on Safari but everything else I use is in Chrome so that's not helpful!

    @BexLovesPink @Outlook You had it sorted yet? Tbh outlook support really unhelpful. Had same problem with my work email and contacted their support but never got a response till my colleague directed me to @cyberskeng_tec who got me back in. They're reliable and good

    @Outlook Your buggy, broken browser-based session of Outlook on my Mac caused me to smash my Apple Magic Mouse in frustration. Closing and reopening the tab fixed the problem, but that's hardly going to resuscitate my smashed up mouse, now, is it? Please can I have a new mouse?

    @Outlook Hi! I'm having issue using Outlook on my Google Chrome I get an error message when I try to view my emails and I can't send any. I tried clearing out my cookies and that hasn't helped.
