    @stshank @Outlook @Office False positives are always a problem in spam detection. If you dial down the false positive rate then you invariably dial up the false negative rate. Different people have different tolerances for one kind of error vs the other.

    The new @Outlook is terrible. Shaky. Too many glitches and not as fluid. Let me revert back to the old one. If I can't even access my taskbar while dragging a document how can I drag and drop?
