    @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook I am still unable to get into my Hotmail account after 3+ days on ANY device or app and internet. Please take these issues seriously and fix this. This is NOT an intermittent problem, it is an OUTAGE.

    @puneetck @Outlook I am a writer facing a huge glitch with my #Outlook. When I try to reply to an existing conversation/thread, the entire conversation disappears. It’s no longer visible in the reply mail. Please help. I have work-related communications suspended. @satyanadella

    @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps I’m unable to access my email account due to issues with two-step verification. The SMS authentication service is not working & I no longer have access to Authenticator app after resetting my device.This has locked me out of my A/c despite genuine user.

    @Outlook My iPhone has been harassing me daily to "log-in" despite me never having logged out. you keep trying to push me to your broken "Authenticator App", no good. My password, set up 15 years ago, now doesn't work. Screw it! Screw you! Deleting the app is easier.

    What the heck is up with @Outlook?? Been locked out of my email for two days and all I get is “this verification method isn’t working right now” and then it says I’ve requested too many codes! Also can’t contact support cause I can’t sign in or access your chatbot :(
