    @Outlook you need to build an add-on for Outlook that gathers information on the latest received email online and checks that vs. the latest received email in Outlook. Built-in troubleshooters to repair account credentials or rebuild the mail profile could fix many issues.

    @Outlook is absolutely one of the worst email softwares I’ve used. - terrible UI - collapse thread icon is like expand icon - finding anything using the search is a nightmare - subject gets cut off - emails regarding teams meeting updates are horribly organised. Painful.

    @Outlook keeps locking me out of my accounts even though the password is correct. It says it’s emailing me a code to sign in but doesn’t. I tried to recover my account and it didn’t work even though I entered all my info correctly. WTF?!?!

    This is no catastrophe - I am just appalled that a huge corporation like @Microsoft @Outlook can't offer a prompt solution to such a simple problem, and doesn't seem concerned with offering efficient lines of contact for their users

    Well this is wonderful. My emails have locked me out as I’ve logged in from a new country. To get back in they need to verify me by emailing my other account with a code. The other account also needs verifying now as I’m also trying to sign in from a new country. Great @Outlook
