    @jng5 @Outlook Definitely submit feedback for everything you run into. I'm shocked how responsive many of the teams are. I had a dev troubleshoot an edge issue on my machine for hours because I gave him access (external users were having the same issue).

    @Outlook @Microsoft Case #: 1033731983 We're facing a search option with the indexing option in new outlook and registered a complaint through call. They arranged a call back from the technical team as the agent couldn't solve the issue and we didn't get any calls from MS team yet.

    @Outlook @MissKDukes I have the same problem and have tried these steps and your automated response says its not enough information for recovery. I would love help from a real person so my mother in law can access her computer - linked to her account. It's near impossible to talk 2 a real person!

    @Outlook is driving me crazy. "group of folders cannot be opened", deleted outlook profile, unable to autodiscover, delete user profile, outlook works, next day: unable to open, I am in a loop. Same server, different users, some probs, some not. No addins, no ideas. #wtf
