    @Outlook @Meeshell_ART You've done similar thing to my Hotmail access and simply asking us to follow instructions elsewhere that do not resolve our issues nor fix the root cause is not productive nor a positive @Microsoft experience

    I’m sorry but @Outlook is an absolute joke. Went to update my number as it’s old because my grandparents have (still ongoing) issues getting into their account. Says it will take 30 days to update (that’s fair enough) however it then goes on asking to verifying my account...

    Can @Outlook please fix their app?! Every other day my app stops synching. I've restarted it, deleted my account and nothing. I deleted the app the other day and it took days for me to log back in. It's getting annoying now.
