    When you can implement input focus in 2 steps out of 3 in the login form, what's the reason to not implement in the OTP section too @Outlook?

    @Outlook How is your app so terrible and preventing junk/phishing emails going into peoples main inbox? Useless and the worst at it. You must be making something from it.

    Hey @Microsoft I’m a big fan of voice recognition tech but why can you #VoiceAccess app not be moved on screen? It now blocks multiple key apps including @Outlook & @MicrosoftEdge this makes those much harder to use. Didn’t do this before. Can I suggest an urgent fix is needed

    @Outlook are you aware of any glitches with shared calendars? I’ve lost 2 of my family calendars overnight and they can’t see mine anymore either. Have deleted them and readded. Still not working.

    @Microsoft @satyanadella @Outlook Hi Satya. I’ve had my Microsoft account for over 12 years with my correct date of birth. After my account was compromised, someone changed my birth year and Microsoft began treating my account as if I were 12 years old. I’ve tried repeatedly to correct this and recover my correct age, without success. Now Microsoft is introducing age verification in Brazil while my account remains incorrectly classified as belonging to a child. How is a longtime adult customer supposed to fix this when the account recovery process itself has failed?

    @Outlook help I need to send a video in an email buts it's telling me it can't can't due to size but I had this issue before and shrunk the video to nearly nothing but still won't work so how do you manage it pro do it

    @Outlook My iPhone has been harassing me daily to "log-in" despite me never having logged out. you keep trying to push me to your broken "Authenticator App", no good. My password, set up 15 years ago, now doesn't work. Screw it! Screw you! Deleting the app is easier.

    @Outlook is down and suddenly the entire corporate world has remembered how dependent we are on email. 💀 Emails delayed. Messages failing. Login issues. People refreshing Outlook like it’s going to magically fix itself. One cloud outage → millions of workflows pause. The internet runs on infrastructure most people never think about… until it stops working.
