    Is it just me, or is @Outlook having trouble sending emails to desktop mail clients in the UK ATM? Because it’s definitely not a problem at my end (gmail/proton arriving fine), but nothing’s arrived from my work Outlook since Friday. Can’t keep doing work email with my thumbs.

    @Outlook IOS app is useless because you cannot receive notifications for subfolders. This feature has been asked for for many years and nothing. Using outlook rules to deliver mail to folders and the app will not notify you of the mail, this is ridiculous, FIX IT ALREADY!

    The geniuses at @Outlook decided to hide the folder list by default on my mom's account. Just spent 30 minutes remotely troubleshooting the issue. Glad @Microsoft under Satya cares about user experience.

    @Outlook why has your spam filter gone haywire again? I am getting spam in my inbox that used to go to my spam account. You need to fix the filter or you will lose a ton of customers.

    @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook ur Outlook app is hanging too much in my 6GB RAM & 128GB Storage Android phone. Seems like too much heavy app. Kindly fix it in upcoming updates.

    The phishing emails on @Outlook is getting ridiculous! I get at least 10 a day. Why are they not dealing with this issue? 😩

    @Microsoft @Outlook how do I talk to you about email issues? I can't seem to send all of a sudden & when I try to contact you through your website, it just takes me to an online version of my account instead of the app version. It also deleted one of the emails I tried to send.

    @GrahamBrack @katherineschof8 @Outlook That isn’t a client issue - your outlook has no role other than to hand the mail off to your university mailserver (exchange / office 365?). That is what has to send the message on, so your university email admins should be able to tell you where the logjam is.
