PY (@peteryanni) reported@Outlook Why remove Send Availability from the mobile app? It was one of the most useful features for scheduling on the go. Now the calendar button only creates events, and checking free times requires minimizing the draft or saving it just to switch tabs. Proposing 3–5 options has become a slow back-and-forth process.

Daniela (@danielacna) reported@Microsoft @satyanadella @Outlook Hi Satya. I’ve had my Microsoft account for over 12 years with my correct date of birth. After my account was compromised, someone changed my birth year and Microsoft began treating my account as if I were 12 years old. I’ve tried repeatedly to correct this and recover my correct age, without success. Now Microsoft is introducing age verification in Brazil while my account remains incorrectly classified as belonging to a child. How is a longtime adult customer supposed to fix this when the account recovery process itself has failed?
