    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!

    @Outlook Hi, I’m locked out of my Outlook account. Unable to reset password, get a code via SMS and reached the limit of account recovery requests for today. Anything else I can do? Can you help please? Looks like it was a synch issue which caused this initially.

    Well @Microsoft .. guess I better sort out all my **** that I use a hotmail account for and get it changed over to Gmail or other option. 3 days down is a little much when finances/trips/etc depend on info sharing via email. #microsoft #outlook #hotmail @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps

    @davidfowl Please tell the @Outlook team. They don't seem to have gotten that memo and are still building that terrible web-based "new Outlook" for Windows while also building a nice native client for Mac. So they can do it properly, just not for your own platform...
