    What the heck is up with @Outlook?? Been locked out of my email for two days and all I get is “this verification method isn’t working right now” and then it says I’ve requested too many codes! Also can’t contact support cause I can’t sign in or access your chatbot :(

    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!

    @Microsoft @Windows @Outlook Why does Outlook's auto-fill username feature fail every time after a Windows update? It auto-populates the username, I enter the pswd, & then get an error because the username apparently isn't recognized. Happens after every restart. Frustrating.

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft you guys need to fix @Outlook across the online the desktop program and whatever other incarnations like the phone app. Outlook is awful.

    @Outlook @Microsoft I reported fraud to you 4 days ago. And have still have ZERO response. my details are STILL compromised due to your lack of urgency with such a sensitive issue. Everything else was sorted in hours by various other companies. Shocking.

    @Outlook I have been trying to get to a live agent for AGES regarding an issue with my account (which has been hacked) and I haven’t received a single helpful response! I am unable to jump on a chat with life agent anymore! How am I supposed to recover my account with no help!!

    Day 3 without being able to access my emails. I am now able to get a code through my phone number, but then is asking me for a second authentication, I then type in the code my Authy app gives me and it’s not working! @Outlook @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps

    @TechWTaylor @Outlook Mine started working again this morning. I’m able to send and receive emails again. Maybe the fix is a slow roll out.

    @Outlook why in the blue **** do you make it so god damn hard to attach files to emails? It’s ****** text I shouldn’t have to compress that **** down and split it into multiple files, just tell me what is the point, using your clunky dog **** email system makes my job harder

    @Outlook I liked Outlook Express, BUT, I just can’t stand Outlook in it’s present configuration. It has to be slimmed down and more useful before I’ll use it. I like MS, but I don’t like Outlook at all…just way too complicated.
