    Does anyone use @Microsoft @Outlook for emails and having problems seeing their email's body text because they are blank😱? Called Microsoft customer service and not able to get support right away. Need to do some runarounds😬 What a day! Hope yours is going alright.

    @Outlook you guys seriously need to fix the usability on the web, clicking "j" sends to the "junk" instead of moving to older messages, also, clicking on the subject doesn't guarantee you are opening an email, you might be deleting that by accident.

    @Outlook was having a normal day then outlook desktop app disconnected, wouldn’t accept PW (yes checked the spelling), co-workers also booted off and we’re now using the Web Browser version. Is the app down???

    I've been messaging in @MicrosoftTeams so much that I have been writing emails in @Outlook and hitting 'Enter' thinking I've sent the message. An hour later--when I think, "why didn't I get a response yet," I go back, facepalm, and hit 'Send.' *sigh* #Microsoft problems...

    If you are experiencing the @Outlook blank message issue try this. Open a command prompt and run the following, it will roll back your update.: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462

    @cbryden @Outlook There's a fix rolling out in next few hours. You can either rollback as per article or use web version in meantime.
