    Microsoft @Outlook is broken. Junk mail filtering is not working for me and many, many, many others. New junk mail just goes straight to my inbox without being subjected to any type of filtering. Obvious spam too, like messages from [CompanyName] being sent from [OtherName].

    @Outlook You know you have a problem going on with Junk Mail Filter. Would it be too much to ask you to at least acknowledge there is a problem and someone is working to fix it, instead of the Radio Silence from your end trying to pretend there is no such problem?
