    @Outlook I am disappointed. I selected Outlook because of history. I am using Office 365. I can't backup. I can't download. There is no way to select multiple emails. All this and I pay for this monthly! Is there a third party solution? Oh yes and too many versions to find a fix?

    Microsoft need to do something about hackers. Nowadays I cant even sign in to a new device because "you've sued an incorrect account or password too many times" when its just technology and hackers... @Outlook

    @Outlook Obviously you have a disastrous glitch in Microsoft 365 basic. Since signing up I have nothing but tons of junk mail every day in inbox and despite changing my settings to contacts only, contact messages in junk mail! WTH?

    Anyone else has issues with Hotmail? Introduced a new storage limit without warning. Received no emails all day, now I’ve paid for the upgrade told I won’t get the mail I’ve missed over the last 24hrs. Terrible service from @Outlook

    @Outlook Can't open or sign into my Hotmail account on my laptop but it's weird because it just keeps going to the home page over and over again when clicking the "sign in" box! What's going on??? Extremely frustrated!
