    @WebReflection @Outlook Generally speaking, if you are on Windows, not your case, you need to remove the entry from Credential Manager; another attempt it is to change the password using the web access; basically it is a bug server-side due to the service provider: open a ticket.

    Hello @Outlook & @AppleSupport Since getting my new iPhone 12 I’ve been prompted to reenter my outlook password for the mail app every few hours. Not sure if it’s a Microsoft problem or an Apple one. I can see from Twitter, I’m not the only one.

    @Outlook @AppleSupport I have my email set up through the mail app on my iPhone, but for weeks I’ve been having to re-input my outlook password to be able to check my email. Fed up of being constantly logged out & see many others have this issue. Is there a fix for this coming?

    @Outlook Yeah login my account won’t let me reset password try do all recover but no it didn’t save my new number or the default email and no matter what I do put it all right your guys machine denies me
