    @Outlook Requiring customers to sign in to their account in order to contact customer service about problems signing into their account is a horrible service model. Any advice on how I can obtain assistance via other channels?

    @Outlook Why is Hotmail still down for some people and your blocking accounts for incorrect password attempts when the password is correct but your server isn't responding even when filling out the info forms for account recovery and sending people in a loop..were you guys hacked?

    Really hate to be a boomer but @Outlook please let us sort by last modified on the web app???? If I get an email on Friday and I reply on Monday, why do I still have to scroll down all the way to Friday when I just modified that conversation????

    @Outlook can @Microsoft please fix the new Outlook Desktop program? It is awful compared to classic. You cannot even do basic things and I been telling Microsoft this for a year and plus. Still cannot do basic tasks. Not to mention search is awful.
