    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt

    Hi, @Outlook you locked me out of my e-mail account. Your self-help guides don't work, I can't sign in to message with an advisor and there are no advisors on the phone, just a robot who doesnt nothing but direct me back to the useless self-help online. Give me my account back

    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!

    @Outlook I just want to sign in to my email wtf is a "pin" how many times you need to confirm it's me ? Email password phone number and now a pin I never set up sick of this

    @Outlook Correct passwords are not being accepted by Outlook: "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password." ANNOYING
