    @Outlook I am having trouble logging into my account. I changed my password on my desktop yesterday and trying to update on my phone and it won’t work. I then try and log into my desktop and it won’t let me as I have ‘tried to many times’.. this is ridiculous

    @Outlook I urgently need engineering‑level support to restore my mailbox from a date before April 6. Only your internal engineering team can recover this. Please stop sending automated replies and actually read my case. It’s been 2 days and the server snapshots are expiring.

    @IAmTimCorey @Copilot @Outlook I uninstalled copilot and m365 last week, will try again in the future! I think the first biggest issue they need to fix, is why there are two copilot apps that appear to be similar, but are self-described to be different, and then you need to have two on your system. Doesn't make much sense!

    @Outlook @Microsoft Luckily I have a passkey and was able to sign out of all my accounts elsewhere. In fact I removed the password as a sign in option for my account now. Strongly recommend everyone do this!

    @Outlook @marti81_16 If the fkn log in system. I can't log in half the time says to many times login in use different browser. Just let me use a fkn password. I don't want 50 different methods. Ffs. Wake ******** up @Outlook

    I see @Microsoft @Outlook must have had another issue/breakdown in spam filters as their service becomes completely unusable for me AGAIN! Multiple copies of emails getting through. As you scan every email how can you not detect spam contents that match deluges of reports to you?

    @Outlook I need my Outlook mailbox restored to a date before April 6. This was NOT deletion — the attacker overwrote the body of multiple emails. I urgently need this escalated to the engineering team before the server snapshots expire.

    It seems extremely likely the US is experiencing either (a) a series of cyber attacks or (b) basic web infrastructure issues. Both @gmail and @Outlook have been down in the same week.
