    @Microsoft365 I called #customersupport and they said they cannot help with the app, use @outlook support – who is incapable of finding the ticket, doesn’t address the problem, repeats the same questions over despite the answer already being provided - and then asks me how they did.

    @Outlook I have newly bought Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019. However Outlook has error. I contacted Microsoft but not yet got reply. Too bad service from Microsoft.

    I swear the recent @Outlook android app updates keep freezing the app so no new inbox messages to show up. 😑 Then I uninstall to reinstall, the app tells me "an error occurred" when I attempt to add my account til it connects. Very tedious to go through. Do better, @Microsoft.

    @Outlook - is "single key reading" using spacebar to advance the reading page supported in 365 version 16.49 on Mac ?? Not working for me, and cannot find it in settings like on Windows. thx.

    @Outlook hello i sent an email at 8pm on thursday. it only sent at 1am the following day (today) when i went back on the app and it was an important email is there any way i can find the actual time that i sent it or anything that shows the problem that occurred. thanks

    Now that I'm down to one work email address, I'm debating whether to subscribe to a paid email app like @Superhuman. Is the time saving from shortcuts a wash when considering how much time the free @Outlook app saves me by integrating calendar availability?

    I don't know about you, but the font in the new @Outlook search box is so small, I can barely read it! Also, the my autocomplete of email addresses is broken too. :-(
