    @Outlook the sign out operation in hotmail is very slow. one has to click several times before the account info and sign out symbol comes. even after clicking "sign out", the actual log out is slow

    @Outlook If I go in via my browser there is a feedback option but it’s asking for ‘ideas’? There’s clearly an issue as a unite a few people are complains of the same problems!

    Has anybody actually broken it to @Outlook NHS mail that their “upgrade” has succeeded in turning an OK program into one of the clunkiest pieces of NHS IT shite seen in a generation? And let’s be clear - the competition is stiff.

    @Outlook I have personally found the solution to this problem, I would have liked to talk to a human, not read forms with no help. Plus, it looks like you think everyone has a cell phone, they don't! I don't have one, the person I'm helping doesn't. we're not the only ones. good day

    @Outlook Thanks, but a bit confused - the update page you linked to says “We have not seen any further recurrence of the issue and our telemetry indicates that the service continues to remain healthy” which clearly isn’t the case as my Mail App continually asks me to reenter the password?
