    @Outlook is sending emails from MSN News to the Junk Folder even after i have repeatedly selected don't send to junk folder. Fix Outlook or Bring Back #Hotmail . @Microsoft @MicrosoftHelps

    @Outlook UPDATE - Just tried searching for an email which was received this morning. No results returned. Tried searching my inbox for the letter 'e' - one result returned. Looks like the search feature is completely broken within the Outlook app (classic layout).

    @Outlook Hi, I'm in the middle of an important campaign with a client, we're liaising using my Outlook account, which - again - is having issues connecting to the server. I've asked this before and never got an answer - why should I stay with Outlook? Can you answer that?

    @Outlook hi I’m being asked to re authenticate my Outlook mail on my Apple devices. Despite using the correct password on two separate outlook mail accounts neither is recognised. I have the password for the rarely used account written down so I know It was definitely correct.
