. @Outlook I am being told my account is locked out. I need to verify I’m a human with a press and hold button. I have tried this several times and it keeps saying try again. How do I fix this and is there an actual person to assist in getting me access to my emails again?

@Outlook I’ve lost the ability to sign in to my email account on my iPhone/computer. I’ve been trying to recover it for hours. It’s very frustrating and I have important business to conduct

I am getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of response from @Outlook @Microsoft in relation to these issues being experienced. When will I get access back to my account???

@TBanton18 @Microsoft @Outlook Had this problem recently- logged me out and despite my password being correct wouldn’t let me back in. Have to use other authentication methods to get back in. Worked eventually but painful.

@RginaG @Outlook @Microsoft Yup. Same here. And all steps that some people have said fixed the issue for them, have not worked for me either.

@lovemesomeALLI @Microsoft @Outlook Try the following. Login using any mobile number linked to email. Instead of email address. With current password.

@awstar11 @Microsoft @Outlook Because deep down they know no one should use any of their products and they're subconsciously trying to drive users away? Best I got. If you figure it out let me know, been wondering this for decades.

@simoes_romeo @Outlook Yup. Just fixed it. From last login attempt - need to wait about 1hr. Then these steps: Delete outlook from iPhone mail. Then hard reset phone. Then reinstall Outlook. This worked for me - might help you. Good luck

@Outlook wtf is going on with email login -- why is the valid password with the special characters that you made me specifically choose not enough for me to login from the same exact laptop I use every day?

@MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft @Outlook Update: I finally managed to recover my account. I had to install the Outlook app on iOS and go through the “forgot password” process there. Somehow the verification (robot test) worked there, and I was finally able to reset my password. This just shows how broken the system is — the same process didn’t work anywhere else. Also, Microsoft’s support is even worse than the system itself. No real help, no human support, just useless automated responses. This experience was extremely frustrating.

@MauricioHunt2 @Outlook I'm having the same problem. Four emails I sent to Hotmail in the last few hours were bounced back.

Day 3 without being able to access my emails. I am now able to get a code through my phone number, but then is asking me for a second authentication, I then type in the code my Authy app gives me and it’s not working! @Outlook @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps
