    @Outlook I have been trying to get to a live agent for AGES regarding an issue with my account (which has been hacked) and I haven’t received a single helpful response! I am unable to jump on a chat with life agent anymore! How am I supposed to recover my account with no help!!

    @Outlook It’s been days of failed recovery attempts, unanswered requests, and no real support. I completed the forms, followed every step, and still have no access to my recovery emails. At this point it feels like customers are being ignored instead of helped. Please escalate this issue.

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt
