I don't really play overwatch much anymore, but it's so wack that blizzard took the servers down. It's basically saying "Here's overwatch 2! Its free! Oh and if you don't like this product over OW1, suck my nuts".

@DomsPlaying Never fixed HotS and stopped support. WoW tokens and gold farming rampant. Warcraft 3 Reforged received horribly. D2R launched broken, console still broken and forums flooded with bots. Overwatch 2 makes little to no sense. Diablo Immortal built for money. The list goes on.

@CameraColossus It's actual insanity. I even remember early on when they were saying "Oh don't worry, if you don't upgrade to Overwatch 2 you can still play the PvP mode with no issues with Overwatch 2 players!" And here we are, Overwatch 1 deleted. Gone. With way too many core gameplay changes

@BearScareBeauty The real problem is when battle passes, stages, etc. release at a snail's pace. Think of Halo Infinite as a good example of this problem. I don't think Overwatch 2 will be lacking content.

When overwatch first came out it was one of the coolest games. Every character was equally broken and that made it fun to play. Then they messed up with that chaos and tried to balance it. Then Blizzard deflected any criminal acts by making characters gay to mess with SEO

@Khanigore I guess they shut those servers down in order to make way for overwatch 2 which I’ve heard it was going to be free to play with some kind of battle pass maybe I don’t know that’s what I’ve heard

I talk a lot about Overwatch so let’s be clear here: Activision Blizzard is a company that allowed some truly heinous **** to fester and still has substantial issues it needs to resolve, and there are people who were “let go” or who “stepped down” that should be in jail.
