Tore (@Tor3b) reported@pathofexile lag or not the game mechanics are just not fun whatsoever. Especially when you have such rng crap with the afflictions. All of these trial stuff is 99% annoying and not fun. It was not fun in PoE1, and its even worse in PoE 2.

Guikof/Mikumo🇧🇷🇺🇸 (@GuikofMikumo) reported@77R4PTOR @pathofexile rewarded as they play, currency is what rewards them, sure you can up the low tier ones and decrese the high tier ones, but you can't completelly nerf, POE1 had this problem on this league and the player retation was really low because of it.

Havi (@HeresHavi) reported@palsteron Nailed it quite literally. I think this problem should be taken seriously as it genuinely ruins the game for me personally. I can't speak for others. But there is proof why the latest Path of Exile 2 league was so successful. I hope @pathofexile is willing to have a conversation about this and see how it can be solved

But additionally, leverage the browse page on Twitch too to see if anything stands out that you'd want to play. o/ I have a similar issue, I know I play stuff that's probably just too niche. I overestimate how much pull it has based on nostalgia (For me, see Mother 3, and an even more recent release in Omori). Poor memory in mind, I still don't think anyone who came to watch those games stuck around, and they're so dead that there was nil chance of people joining in the first place, let alone sticking around long term. On the opposite end, you have games like Deltarune that are massively popular, but many of your watchers will be gimmick account loyalists who won't stick around either. On top of the community itself potentially not meshing with what your community is today. Just off the cuff though, things that I'd see you enjoying that's tracking well on Twitch today: Elden Ring. You can generate hype moments off of that, and do your favorite thing: lore immersion. Path of Exile 2. A game with big community, you can join as a newcomer, attract people, and larp as the dark lord making a skeleton summon build with a necromancer pet class or something. Pokemon. Dark Lord Nuzlocke challenges. They aren't pokemon, they're your demongrels, named after chatters. Or vtubers. You can ham it up to hell here. Runescape: Silly, chill, not necessarily something that plays up to your strengths, but it is free, and it's a warm community that trends older and is helpful to new players. That's just off the top o/ Homie hit me up if you want I like brainstorming stuff. Innate male need to try to fix problem.
