    @77R4PTOR @pathofexile rewarded as they play, currency is what rewards them, sure you can up the low tier ones and decrese the high tier ones, but you can't completelly nerf, POE1 had this problem on this league and the player retation was really low because of it.

    @pathofexile I don't understand the point of buffing the altars just to make them more rare. The issue was not enough loot so ... Now we'll get twice as much loot from the altar half as often ?? The math isn't mathing we end up with the same issue don't we ??

    Path of Exile 2 spent 18 months chasing a crash hard enough that the bug report eventually included an entire PC. That is modern PC gaming in one image. Not “update your drivers.” Not “verify files.” A studio building replay tools, isolating Nvidia driver code, and basically mailing the crime scene to the GPU vendor. GGG did the kind of backend labor players almost never see: reproduce the issue, capture it cleanly, prove where it lives, then keep pushing until Nvidia shipped a fix in 610.88. The absurd part is funny. The important part is responsibility. When platform-level problems break your game, players blame the game first anyway. So the studio ends up doing support work for the entire stack just to get back to neutral. People talk about “optimization” like it’s one magic competence. A lot of the time it’s this: months of engineering so someone else can finally fix their part. Nothing says PC gaming like shipping a bug report with a whole PC attached.

    @pathofexile why POE 2 is so bugged? You change a configuration and the whole game freezes and go to login screen, FPS drops to 20 everytime whilst i can play Cyberpunk 2077 on 100-130 fps

    @dzign12361380 @pathofexile 90% of skills are unplayable in poe1 and unreleased in poe2, economy is completely dominated by chinese currency sellers and RWT discords, 99% of the playerbase quits after 1 week of every league. There's just a few glaring, huge, obvious, disgusting issues.

    @Adiofreak They need to have better reasons for people to return to the game. Seasonal content works in live service games. Look at the arpg genre for example, people always come back to path of exile or diablo
