Geek Gamer Inc. (hiatus) (@GeekGamerInc) reported@MADkurious Here's my stance on mtx: If they are optional cosmetics or a premium currency then it should be earnable in-game. Even in rolling live service updated style games, allowing players the opportunity to earn the content rarher than pay you'll find garners a lot of respect. If it's an early access game, or similar like Path of Exile 2 for example it's entirely on you if you want to bankroll the dev salaries. I paid $80 for the Arbiter of Divinity Supporter Pack cause I liked poe1 and the $30 cost of the game for entry. That is almost 2 full priced games. That $80 imo mostly should have been in some way findable in game. I'd run 1,000 dungeons to get those sweet, sweet wings before I'd ever spend my hard earned money lol
