@pathofexile @bexsayswords no idea where to report this since forums are kind of a mess and reddit is flooded, but client is crashing to windows right after servers went up. quite a few people having this issue. only started today, client worked yesterday.

@AHavocboy @stevenspohn @pathofexile the problem didn't come from him using a macro, because he wasn't using a macro, he was using an automated script that pressed him his flask every 3-8 seconds without him hitting ANY button. Most people I've seen comments from never got baaned for using an actual macro

@stevenspohn @pathofexile The main problem I see here is that the type of automation he was using gives him a clear advantage even over able bodied players. Everybody would love to use automated macros for their flasks. A solution should be found (and the ban undone, obviously) but this cant be allowed.

@stevenspohn @Zizaran @pathofexile The problem is the wording of this. It makes it seem like he’s not making an action to make the flasks work which isn’t a macro. It’s boting, if he was making an action to press his flasks all at once that would be a macro.

@stevenspohn @bgolus @pathofexile I'm having trouble imagining a macro providing competitive advantage that doesn't indicate the UI or game design is the actual problem. Unless we're talking reactive macros that can respond to game conditions? Otherwise it's repetitive stress for nonstrategic actions.
