@Aviator_0001 @captain_warlord @pathofexile And elevated mods are a problem when it comes to the power creep problem in PoE, so a lot of people were hoping they would be removed again, but now by adding a *** card with them, they are bound to stay. This connection is the one you didn't make about OPs message.

@TarkeCat @pathofexile Is this some sort of band-aid fix for making dropped loot to be interesting to pickup? If the highest desired iLvl bases drop more often, fine. But if it is the same, it is a feels bad moment when a badly rolled base drops at the correct iLvl.

@TiTeddyBear @pathofexile for that i play softcore like others play hardcore. So if i ever die, i try to find out what it was and try to fix it (90% of my playtime is finding out what killed me so thats that...) but i do not loose progress like hc players do.

@HSAMROLD @pathofexile I'm not against RNG. I'm against band-aid fixes like this. I really want homogeneity in bases, but this feels like a lazy fix to make us pick items from the ground. Most players will wind up hiding the lower rolled bases with their filters because the well rolled bases will best.
