@zPlayboiTNNR @AskPlayStation A temporary fix doesn't mean it'll fix everything for everyone, it works for eveey single game that's been downloaded, it would work if you had said disc too, but obviously you can't as you don't have it. Much like you can't fix a car if you don't have the tools

@AskPS_UK disgusted by the service of your company. Been trying for 5 days to reach you via phone yet voicemail on over 60 separate calls. My controller is brand new yet broken and I cannot play my ps5 properly. Appalled.

Their customer service rep called me a sir and started being very rude towards me. Not my ******* fault you can't figure out how to disconnect my PSN account from my EA account. And my name, Estelle is very clearly feminine. **** off.

@_BEPS1 The main problem with Genshin on PS4 is that it's fully connected to your PSN account so you can't like, move to another system later on and the optimization of the game for PS4 is Pretty *** tbh. BUT If you're worried about spending it's probably definitely the most hassle.

@AskPS_UK Thanks. Unfortunately that doesn’t resolve my issue. It’s saying I have to wait 6 months when I try to deactivate my old console. I haven’t had it for over a year. This is impacting my PS plus subscription as I can’t upload cloud saves.
