    @PlayStation Hey, I’ve been trying to use multiplayer on Northgard by Shiro Games, and their multiplayer has been offline for well over a month. After patiently waiting they released a Reddit post blaming Sony/PlayStation for the delay in the fix. When is it going to be up?

    @AskPlayStation Hi. On PS5 I can’t purchase anything. On the PS5 console store cart I get error CE-112840-6 ‘something went wrong. Try again later’ when I click order & pay. On the web store and the PS app I get ‘cant add to cart’ when I open the cart. No way to buy anything.

    @AskPlayStation Yes we have tried all that they are turning to the left on there own. Same sort of problem used to have with the PS4 controllers

    Spotify’s login flow on the Playstation is great. Just choose the PS4 device option on Spotify Remote on your phone and you are logged in

    @PlayStation the other day I was playing @NBA2K when another player messaged me and in the message he asked for my wife's phone number. Obviously I reported him and some how you said there was no issues. Please explain to me how that is appropriate behavior
