@WBGamesSupport I’ve already contacted WB support and left them 4 emails about this issue in detail over the past few days but they haven’t helped me. I have a the Request number from the emails if you want them, also I’ve contacted PlayStation support and they are contacting the publisher you.

@PlayStation just today when I get on my ps4 i cant sign into psn and when I tested my internet connection everything was successful except for psn sign in and my speeds were as low as 9 kbps and is currently 86.9 kbps and lower for my connection speed idk what’s wrong plz help

@AskPlayStation No I don’t actually know who it is that’s signed into my Spotify, I had some issues with the security of it a while ago but have since changed my password. Is there no sign out of all accounts option or anything? It’s my Spotify account.
