    @AskPlayStation Hi. I got in contact with your live chat support and i was waiting there for 45 minutes to finally chat with someone and now they told me to call because the issue had to be dealt with through the phone. I’ve been waiting on hold for the past hour and half now.

    @AskPlayStation I just really, really could use live support, i called, but in a message was told they couldn't help now, too many other callers. I tried online assistant, to no avail & i cant find live chat. I have a ps5 hardware issue

    @AskPlayStation I have attempted this, as well as removing the controller profile, and resetting the general options. None of these have fixed the issue.

    @Ramon__Terrell @Puertorock77_ The issue with the digital ps5 is you're completely tied into playstation digital purchases which mean you never own the game and they're often more expensive (no 2nd hand market either). The series s has the same issue, but the value is offset by gamepass.

    @Terrencecat40 PS5 can't play anything digital that you already own from PS3 or PSP despite that including PS1, PSN & PS2 games. None of the virtual console games that you own are available on the Switch unless it was ported for resale or put behind a subscription service.

    @EPW_A1Wrestling @StarlightAurora @PlayStation Worth it? We got over $1400 worth of games in the service last year, not to mention double discounts, online saves, online gameplay and a bunch of free DLC. I'd say that's worth 60 dollars...
