    Hold off if you are planning to purchase a PlayStation dualsense controller. I have had not one but BOTH of my controllers' X buttons fail. As for tech support service: Sony's phone answering robot literally hung up on me because there were too many people calling...

    @AskPlayStation i keep getting the same error code (CE-30391-6), i have tried everything you suggested and nothing has worked, i tired yt videos to find something new but nothing has work it all started after the last software update. i don’t know what i can do anymore.

    @AskPlayStation My ps4 has been stuck in this awful loop. When I would turn it on, it would check the storage status and the show me the playstation logo with the black screen behind it. Then it will shortly turn of. Any idea on how I can fix this?

    @PlayStation tech support is unreachable, Sony's warranty is as useful as two broken DualSense gamepads. I understand that its products are in demand, but apparently PlayStation is less interested in honoring its warranties than it is selling defective products.
