@TheDarkPictures @SuperMGames @BandaiNamcoEU Trying to play House of Ashes on PS5 with my brother. Every time we start the client gets a message "You are not connected to PlayStation Network" We both are or we couldn't get as far as we did. Are there currently server issues?

Playstation Store has the worst customer service. I purchased a digital game 7 days ago and it's now 33% off and they won't price match because I downloaded the game already. Even after I stated I wanted to buy the game again. 😒 @AskPlayStation @NBA2K

@AskPS_UK Its a disc that I am trying to watch it through but the flickering only happens when I'm trying to watch a film, it happens when I try to watch any 4k films on disc, games play fine no problem

@AskPlayStation No that didn't help. I bought them digitally do it's not a disc issue. I'm gonna try factory resetting my console to see if that helps
