    @AskPlayStation I've been unable to download a game I pre-ordered back in June. I've tried everything and the process is broken. I tried to resolve through support and the rep just said a refund isn't possible and disconnected the chat. Am I just out $ $60 or can this be fixed?

    @AskPS_UK trying to install Red Dead Redemption II on PS5 from Disc and keep getting CE-10005-6 errors. This game was just purchased new today so the likelihood of scratches shouldn’t be a problem.

    @GIF73940300 @JeffGrubb To be fair playstation has better games, mine is gathering dust because xbox has MASSIVE availability bringing cloud gaming to xbox, no input lag, simple playing without installing with gamepass ultimate, Xbox is for the community, value over quality

    @PlayStation The game has huge potential, it‘s just the many bugs that make it look so bad at the moment. If they can fix them within the next 2-3 months this game will be amazing.

    Anyone had issues with #dpd getting there ps5? Courier said it was received at the depot but now they are saying I have to contact the sender and get them to do a parcel search. Awful service, literally doing there jobs for them. Can’t even easily contact PlayStation direct.

    @Battlefield @Battlefield I'd rather play BOTS than Computer hackers already... PROBLEM: IF NO PLAYSTATION ONLY LOBBIES EXIST WHY NOT FILL IT WITH BOTS so we ps5 players do NOT have to play with cheaters in a DAY OLD GAME.

    @KantaKuyaTTV @DeadByBHVR You can’t stop ddos attacks in games. The PSN situation was ddos attacks to their SERVERS. Which overloaded them and they had to shut PSN down. The concern in dbd is people ddos’ing other players and revealing their personal info. Unless you’re on a VPN there’s nothing
