courts⁷ kiss kiss 💋 (@kollectivekook) reportedPlease @PlayStation.. make some form of 24/7 Customer Support… so at least you can figure out what actions you need to take especially when your support section doesn’t cover certain problems such as SOMEONE HACKING YOUR ACCOUNT AND CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

My controller won’t connect to my PlayStation but this controller is brand new and is 100% an issue with the console. Is it possible that I can get it looked at or replaced as I still have my insurance on it.

If they need to be in contact with a specific region (that they are in), to finish off their problem, then that’s fine. At least they know to then contact AU/EU/US etc support lines…

Zube (@tkawadza) reported@Makro_SA I bought a PS5 with controllers and it seems they keep failing. If you look at the tweet from Casper it seems it is a Playstation issue more and not yours but their controllers are not the best
