MGO1 came along when console online gaming was barely existent. 2 came and its problem was its obtuse barrier to entry. You had to make 3 accounts just to play. 1 Konami account, A Konami game account, PSN account.

go packs.. (@xLUHG333) reported@JamiesAct @AltShiftKill The servers belongs to steam, the distribution to the consumer belongs to steam. That's literally the job of a platform holder. What sony was doing with PSN in those countries was illegal. Sony had to get rid of the requirement first or expand their network service

Go the PlayStation website and chat with the assistant bot and answer its questions, remember your sign in email and psn ID, it will transfer you to an agent and the agent will ask for what game and they will give a refund. Took like a minute. Good luck.

Peerless1 (@TheePeerless1) reported@AskPlayStation how do I go about getting an issue resolved when support keeps closing my cases even though they have seen proof of purchase and seen i haven't got the psn credit on my account. They have verified all info and said I should get a refund. Then dont refund.

Unfortunately there are some issues that we just can't change or win. One is microtransactions and the other is AAA industry prices increases. It is all about picking your battles ones you can win.
