    @Cluziooo @KiloCharlie08 @PlayStation Yeah it’s definitely one with one of ours, but after talking to Sony support it seems like a known issue with a lot of them. Have to wait it out and see if the next system update fixes the problem.

    @kunaiss @PlayStation This is the whole issue with Sony trying to go digital only. They have no obligation to uphold a developer's promises. This is what happened with No Man's Sky. I played for like, 2 hours, maybe 3 and was told no refund. I played it the day it came out, not over a week or two.

    @Mets86Fan @AskPlayStation It's strange but it's the same issue on PS4 and PS4 Pro. Sadly PlayStation is not known for their customer service or support options. I did a live chat with one of their so-called PS5 experts and it turned out to be a bot in India that was reading a script.

    I literally got saved from now making that purchase due to a transaction error and have gone on to spend the money I would've spent on Cyberpunk for base PS4, on AC Odyssey, Monster Hunter: World & Dragonball FighterZ. PSN got a bomb *** end of the year sale going until the 23rd

    @PlayStation It's disgusting that you are blocking people that are trying to get refunds for Cyberpunk 2077. @CDPROJEKTRED said they would allow refunds. You're headed for a class action lawsuit as the game is very broken.

    @kunaiss @PlayStation I had a similar issue with fall guys. I had almost lie to the bot and person on the phone get my money back. They need to fix it!

    @AskPlayStation I've been trying to reach customer support for a refund all day and keep getting hung up on by the automated service. Is there anyone who can help me fix this?

    @PlayStation @AskPlayStation Funny how you say "Digital is the future of gaming" when your digital service and policies is one of the scummiest out there, ******* 4 days and i cant get a refund on Cyberpunk which is considered faulty, ******* scammers, switching to steam.

    @kingxelysz @KiloCharlie08 @PlayStation I did, and I got mixed answers saying it was a hardware issue, then it’s a software issue. Either way they aren’t issuing replacements. I have to wait to see if the next system update fixes it.

    @mgs2master2 @amuseTV_ @IGN I knew the PSN terms of service were brutal but didn't know this. Makes me rethink having all my movies and games digital only
