    @AskPlayStation Hi I went to sign into my PlayStation and I received the error code saying I was banned. However I was given no information as to why I was banned.

    @AskPlayStation I received an email on the chargeback suspension, I have been trying to get in contact with someone to solve this issue but haven't been able to. Phone support said to contact live chat, however I can't speak to live chat because the account is suspended.

    @PlayStation i keep getting a error code on my ps5 every time I try to install gta5 it gets to about 70% and comes up with CE-100005-6 please help !!!!!!!

    @AskPlayStation Hi I think my ps5 has a faulty LAN port. Keep getting the “can’t obtain IP address” message when trying to set up a wired connection. Ethernet cable is brand new and works with every other device in the house so there’s no issue there

    @PlayStation It’s an absolute disgrace, you have genuine people including parents who would like to buy the #PS5. What would like us to do? Give up our day jobs and queue continuously on sites that crash? Or would you like us to pay 2 to 3 times over the your recommended price?

    @AskPS_UK Hi I'm currently having problems linking my Spotfiy account with my PS5, it says my spotify account is already linked with a PSN which I assume it is linked with an old account of mine. even logged out of everywhere this doesn't seem to be working?

    @Insecdroid hmm. Since removing my PSN from Ubisoft Connect and restarting the game, I've had no issues + trophies work, so I think it's a Ubi problem 😬 Not achievements on my Xbox work

    **** the new playstation application. They ruined it, you can no longer see the activities of your friends, and can not see the trophy list for any game. @PlayStation fix it

    @lucyjamesgames I contacted Ubisoft and they pretty much said that it’s PlayStation’s/Sony’s fault. Which is true, I’ve had the same issue on Borderlands 3.

    @AskPlayStation the new partu vhat system is unintuitive, creates clutter in menus, and is way less user friendly. Are there any plans to revert back? We cant even make private parties anymore ans we have to start a message to then go into voice chat? Ugh...please fix!
