@PopBrah @AskPlayStation My account also got a permanent ban and support did nothing to help , not until I reached out to @rickmoretech on Instagram who helped me recover back my account . I confidently recommend his service and I can vouch for him.

@JezCorden You know, it's not about console war. But it'd really hard nowadays for me to consider acquiring a playstation, even if I took into account their exclusives that I thoroughly enjoy. When customer service from the other people are better... why would u stick with this one?

@EAHelp if I have my EA account connected to my PSN and connected to my sons XboxLive, will this cause connection errors for us if we are both trying to play FIFA23 at the same time? It didn't happen with FIFA22, but feels like its an issue now.
