    @CmPhillyEagles @PlayStation I wish, sadly 2024, after a year of this broken Lightfall, is The Final Shape THEN Bungie said its just the end of the Light v Dark saga which is now the Matrix(wtf) & have started planning the next TEN YEARS of Destiny....sigh...Live service is a cancer.

    @AskPS_UK How is somone supposed to recover a very old account (because we just bought a PS5 from last having a PS3 6+ years ago) when the security questions support ask are 'whats the original serial number' or that last 4 on the card used (from 6+ YEARS ago??) Such poor service

    @PlayStationUK My #PSVR2 headset doesn't power up properly. I've tried the troubleshooting steps, didn't work. Called your support line who told me to live chat with Playstation Direct. I tried to live chat about Hardware issues and they directed me back to troubleshooting! Heelp
