    I don’t ask for much, but boy am I disappointed that my year old @PlayStation DualSense seems to feature the worst weakness of the @Xbox game pad: weak solder/poor support of the 3.5mm port. These controllers are too expensive to run into these issues!

    @AskPlayStation Can you PLEASE issue a patch for PS4 and PS5 with the broadcasting issues? The stream stops at random through YouTube but the console says the stream is still going when it isn’t. No error messages come up anymore when the stream crashes.

    It's a shame that @PlayStation customer service can't seem to help me at all or flat out refuse to. After their PSN network went down, I can't access my account and they are impossible to get ahold of. My mistake for not buying a @Xbox. At least their support actually helps ppl.

    @PlayStation @PlayStation how come you refuse to help me recover my account? I've been trying to get a live person for over a week. This is grossly unprofessional and want a refund on my PS+ subscription for the absolute awful customer service experience with you. You should be ashamed.

    @Arielkramer2 @errafo @PlayStation Thanks, the wifi really seems to be the biggest cause of the slowness, maybe they'll fix this in the future, now it's more stable

    @BungieHelp I’ve never played an mmo that has had so many tech issues this frequently. Would you and Sony consider dedicated servers instead of trying to keep finagling Psn/PC/Xbox p2p?

    @UnRuleD_Gaming @lafemmetopaz Taking away a multiplatform franchise + various other IPs that has been on Playstation for for many years up to two decades so if you want to continue playing cod you need to either buy an Xbox or subscribe to a rental service.
