    @AskPlayStation I am subscribed to NHL Live and on the website it says I can download the NHL App on PS4 and watch it there. But when I open the app It gets to the loading screen then crashes. And shows error CE-34878. I’ve tried redownloading, updating the app and system.

    @AskPlayStation how come now that the PS5 has come out, my PS4 has problems it’s never had before? Not copying games in rest mode, downloads resetting back to 0mb whenever it goes into rest mode, extremely slow homescreen load times. How do I fix this?

    @AskPlayStation I have been messaging since December 4 regarding account issues and you have yet to respond. Does anyone have a phone number I can call....Chatbot is no help. Clearly twitter acct isn't either....

    @AskPlayStation you ********* with no Contact Support # owe me $32. I have been charged $10.71/month for PS Plus but I used a $59.99 gift card for the yearly membership. I should not be getting billed monthly. Who the hell do I contact to fix this mess?
