    @AskPlayStation I keep having this issue so much, I feel it's with 2fa but Idk. On a multitude of services for logging in, I keep getting an error about "A connection to the server could not be established". Turning off 2fa fixed it but I don't want to do that each time I login

    @AskPlayStation I was literally about to get on but it says internet connection failed . I tried resetting my router, resetting my game, but it's still the same issue both LAN and Wireless. Please help, and please don't tell me I have to buy a new console

    @AskPlayStation I saw a corrupted file on PS4 I rebuild the database and now it’s stuck in the safe mode I tried every last option and it won’t get out of the safe mode this is very frustrating because I been trying to talk to someone about my issues

    @AskPS_UK The right trigger on my DualSense has completely lost tension and now just rattles to the touch. I tried to go through the online support process but it dead ends me with a text box to describe the problem. I don't know what my options are, can you please advise? Thanks

    @Elroy_srslee @AskPlayStation See my recent reply to AskPlaystation. I'm using a direct TV HDMI connection (and then ARC to a sound bar) when seeing these issues. Switched to the bundled HDMI cable and can still reproduce the one symptom I could see on demand before.

    @AskPlayStation Hi, I’ve connected my PS4’s external hard drive to my PS5 to play some of my games, but I keep receiving error code CE-107858-9. I also see messages that say “can’t download or copy” and “something went wrong.” I haven’t seen this error anywhere else.

    @AskPS_UK I think im having an issue with my ps5 and I'm unsure what to do on the first day I received my console it was super quiet like wisper quiet couldn't then the next day when I boot it up there's a strange buzzing noise coming from the console that has only gotten worse

    @ATVIAssist @AskPS_UK my PS5 had now been force shut down mid game 4 times in Black Ops Cold War... it’s always random and my game freezes just before. I’m guessing this isn’t healthy for my ps5 so please fix it.
