@AskPlayStation Is there a way I can request a refund for cyberpunk 2077? it's supposed to be an aaa title and yet it crashes every single time I try to open it and play on PS5. Chatbot says I'm not eligible- so I'm just supposed to be stuck with a broken game?

Just got a PS5 today and went to stream, and it won’t even let me link my twitch account... just says another playstation account is already linked to it when I’ve logged out of my PS4 twitch. I was able to download the Twitch app and login though. @TwitchSupport @helplaystation

@papajoneszazaza @PlayStation you’ve probably found a solution by now lmao but just in case, i had this same problem and resolved it by switching out the discs! assuming you put the data disk in first, switch it out for the play disk and the download should resume

@CDPROJEKTRED HEY! You guys better fix this **** piece of game you call Cyberpunk, otherwise just give us a refund, since playstation won’t. Tons of us spent a lot of money on this game, and it’s virtually unplayable. GTA V runs better and looks much better than this garbage. 🤦🏻

@maxwells_daemon Nah, but the games themselves can crash. I've only encountered a few things that actually crash the operating system. This also doesn't take into account things like the relatively common hardware failures on PlayStation 3 and XBOX 360.
