    @AskPlayStation hi guys, I logged into my old PSN account to prep for getting a PS5. I tried to change my login email to my current email address. I haven’t received the verification email, nor will it let me sign in with the old email...any help?

    @AskPlayStation my ps4 won’t let me buy anything. I can’t add a credit car, PlayStation card, or nonthing it keeps saying error I need help it’s been doing this for some days.

    @EightBitAlex @SpartyMeg87 @PlayStation It is easy but companies are not going to rework their checkout system for one product. Even most hype clothing brands have mediocre bot protection. Captcha is basically worthless. It takes multiple layers to crash today's sophisticated bots.

    @AskPlayStation I just renewed my PS+ through the website (store[.]playstation.[.]com) and it's not showing up on my console. The PS+ support page is remarkably unhelpful. What can you do to fix this?

    @PlayStation It is not the reason because of the crash it’s because of the Bots. You need to have them in the stores to be purchased. Or make sure it’s an easier way. This is ludacris

    @PlayStation Make more stock and fix the bots at this point people are frustrated and annoyed at the fact that they can’t get a PS5 just fix the whole situation and limit the amount of stock that the bots can get at this point the whole online thing is useless and a waste of time so fix it

    @GazeWithin Most people don't know how to use bots and scripts to automate to the point a human cannot beat them. The nvidia 3090s were 1499.. the same thing happened with them. Also its clearly a problem seeing a scalper group brag and show pics of 1000s of playstation 5s.

    Went to login to the PSN “account is locked due to too many login attempts” they just won’t give up, did they think I wouldn’t lock that **** down after they got me once? I Admire their determination.... not 🖕
