    @AskPS_UK Hey, the fix and replace tool isn’t working because my serial number is mostly rubbed off, but my controller is currently not working properly, and was bought last April. I have receipts of purchase.

    @AskPlayStation I would like to know why does Sony not try to accommodate the personnel of the Armed Forces when they have support issues? I now have to pay more for shipping than I do for the actual repairs of my PS5, because I work for the military overseas.

    @PlayStation @Sony @PlayStationUK I think it’s absolutely shocking that there’s a hardware issue with the PS5 and I’m expected to send it back and pay £249 for a refurbished console. Their customer service was appalling!!

    @AskPlayStation Does this include ALL Versions of the PS3?? My friend was about to throw his out bc he's getting error's, I said, don't! You may be able tosend it in to be fixed. He doesn't want to let it go and wants to play his PS3 games w his son, that he can't play on the PS4, or PS NOW

    @AskPlayStation I was playing my ps5 and I wanted to download assassin’s creed origins but it says error CE-10005-6 than I tried another game same and again it says turn off and unplug wait than replug than restart but it’s not working is there anything you can do to help?

    @UlfhildValkyrie @aarongreenberg @valvesoftware Right! And the fact that they get free XBL benefits. My only problem with Xbox is that their leadership is too nice at times. They should’ve made Call Of Duty and the rest Activision’s games exclusive, but no they have to keep PlayStation on life support.
