    @AskPlayStation is it possible that u can fix my full ps4 disc drive because it doesn’t read discs and I think that the disc drive is broken because when I put it in it makes a sound

    You would think that @Xbox would have outstanding customer service because they want to be competitive with PlayStation, yet my customer service experience tells me otherwise. It's as though they don't care about #gamers and the gaming community.
