@Xbox Don't use Xbox. Their customer service ignores you and is not the least bit helpful!!! Terrible! Will be going to PlayStation in the future. Awful.

Just over 3 months in and I'm pretty sure the R2 trigger on my #PS5 DualSense controller is busted. Spring feels like it's loose / broken. Not what you would expect this early into the new gen... @AskPS_UK / @GAMEdigital is this normal?

@AskPlayStation hey guys, I can't sign into my account on my playstation, anytime I try I keep getting these error codes (WS-37472-3), (WS-37400-4) and the latest one (WS-37469-6). Do you guys have any solutions for this? Or do I have to wait it out?

@ochocinco PSN is PSN no matter which consol you access it on. Just gotta know you login info and sign into PSN on your PS5. You will have access to play all of your PS4 games on you PS5 as long as it is backwards compatable which most games are. Just have to re-download them.

@AskPlayStation I have bought 5 controllers now for my PS4 and everyone even the brand new one moves by itself, I figured it to be the controller having stick drift issues but after this many controllers I need official advice! Please help, I can’t play anything!

@AskPlayStation hey I tried logging in to my account named InsaneManiac7 and it says someone named XI_Sinister_Death appeared as my profile name and I'm trying to get back to my account but it keeps saying I can't sign in using another player's ID. How can I get my account back?

@CEvandor Since I only ever had Xbox controllers for my PC they all worked without problems, but I know for some PlayStation controllers you need some extra program for example iirc What controller do you have? Does your PC have Bluetooth?
