@AskPS_UK Thank you for the quick reply. However there is no error code and no lock, nothing showing me there’s a problem with the game and everytime I open it, it continues to tell me to unlock full game, I’ll get to finding the game in my transactions now

I ******* hate @Sony their customer service is ****. Ive been trying to get a refund for a PlayStation plus membership that was automatically payed for but Sony’s ***** *** aren’t accepted calls over the phone. And they don’t even have a gmail address. Im getting an Xbox 🤬🤬🤬

@AskPS_UK That seems to be another problem though, as I have 100% bought Minecraft digitally on this account after I switched to Digital PS5 as I had Minecraft on Disc and on PlayStation store it says that I own it

@AskPS_UK any chance of some support? Sent my ps5 in for fix due to disc drive issues, from Royal Mail tracking could see it arrived safety, however your system claimed it was still en route, even got a email from you guys 2 days later telling me you were still waiting on my ps5

@AskPlayStation do Sony not care about after sales service once they have your money? Console is unplayable, freezes anywhere from 20 seconds into a game up to an hour.. depends how it’s feeling on the day it seems, clear hardware issue but no one seems to care.

@discord hey discord, I've been having issues linking my PSN accounts, everytime i choose psn option in the connections page i get immediately connected to the account I've already added. It doesn't give me any options of typing in another email and password to log in.

@AskPlayStation have you changes the game share on ps5? We've had no problems up until the drop of destiny 2 witch queen and now we can't game share I'm the main account holder and keep being booted please advise?

@PlayStation uncharted 3 makes me want to ******* die. How is this **** easy mode when the guy with the rusted armour and shotgun won’t die after being blitzed and exploded 50 times, ur games broken, cant wait for uncharted 4, after 3. Also the movie was fun and boring
