    @AskPlayStation I'm very disappointed with Sony. Look at this incident : 210628-000625 and see how unprofessional they are and how many emails were sent and still problem not solved.

    @AskPlayStation Please note that the issue was not resolved and a follow up number was not provided. You system does not allow for someone to speak to a person. Unless you have a Support ID which your chat failed to provide. Why can't a customer simply talk to someone?!

    @AskPlayStation Then put all the dlc back on each platform. I mean we did pay for it. Look at all the dlc you removed from ps3. That's where the problem is.

    @AskPlayStation My friends account got banned from a false support as the guy that supported him was harassing my friends account. Can you address this issue ASAP?

    @lusic_r This is a PlayStation issue, Apex launched prior to PSN ID swaps and how their server handles username data on swapped accounts is awful. We're awaiting a fix due late summer
