@AskPlayStation can i get a answer. Support wont answer my tweets, emails, and calls and my account was banned for no reason just cause i canceled my credit card and said i had chargebacks even though i did not i have went through my bank and the only problem is ps support.

@AskPlayStation I am unable to login to the PlayStation Network. I have my user ID and email address, but I no longer have the phone I used for 2SV. I also do not have backup codes and I am not logged in anywhere else. I need to update my phone # so I can get the 2SV codes.
