@AskPlayStation i replaced my hdd in my ps4. downloaded the software 8.03(large file)of ps site on a usb stick just like in many videos on youtube. but the problem is that my ps always say “can not install the software because the file is corrupted.

@AskPS_ANZ hi, my kids got a PlayStation plus 12 month membership card and when they scratched the card they did it sin hard that they damaged the last digit of the 12 digits code. How can I fix it? No need to tell you I have two crying kids home and they are sorry... cheers

@AskPlayStation I lag back and forth then makes me stand still for like 1-10 seconds and then I go back and repeats. Its not my connection because many of my friends having the same problem. I get no error messages. Well I have this problem with apex legends, fortnite, warzone and cold war 1/2
