    @PlayStation the PlayStation 5 looks all good and everything till u actually set it up and realise that the controller doesn’t actually charge. 3days I’ve had the ps5 for and been through 3 controllers. PlayStation u need to fix your ****

    Okay, looks like someone got into my Playstation account and changed the email address on it, and I can't get to a customer service person to fix that because apparently the line is too long. In the meantime, all of my games are inaccessible. Cool. Great. Fine.

    @aceluxury0 @AskPlayStation I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to seytech01 on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!

    @AskPlayStation My says it's not working. When I use psn, it won't let me stream. It didn't do this before. Please do a system fix.

    @PlayStation can you help me with an issue? My ps5 will randomly quit the game to home with no explanation. Then I’ll open it, it’ll take a while but finally open where I left the game. I tried restoring to factory but that didn’t help

    @PlayStation Sad that (what I see as) simple things like font size or contrast between text & background isn't more common. Even including subtitles at times. There are many games my son can't play now because of visual issues.

    @michael86389448 @AskPlayStation It's so unfair that there can't give us help on time, I'm pissed about their activities and response delay. Thanks to SEYTECH01 on Instagram, they are always there to help fix issues.
