    @AskPlayStation It’s not the hardware. It doesn’t happen with any other game, and the game boots up fine the first time. The issue only occurs when trying to load a previous save. Unless the hardware reset will fix this issue with the software?

    @TRINdominus @JeffersonRahl @AskPlayStation offer refunds to bury the problem, (plus the side effect of making SONY look bad for not honoring refunds) On top of that not even Anthem was as hyped up as 2077. more hype=more disappointment=more need to bury the scandal

    @AskPlayStation hey PS support I just bought a PS5 opened it to DL games for my 7 year old. Created his account and then tried to add it to my family and it says he is banned (WS-116367-4) how is this even possible... you have no phone or chat not to help resolve the issue

    @Solidrev1 This is a consistent problem with PlayStation. They make it as hard as possible to get a refund when rightfully deserved.

    Xbox and PlayStation refusing to give refunds to customers who purchased #Cyberpunk2077 is such bullshit. If the product was purposely hidden, with misleading advertising, and is broken for many, people deserve to get their money back until it’s fixed next year. End of story.

    @AskPS_UK 4 days ago now my PS5 was delivered to the service centre for repair/replacement. Still not marked as received in your tracking. It is now almost 1 month since I called you with the issue having to chase every time as not responded to. 24 hours racked up on hold now 😡
