@bluepointgames @PlayStation I got my PS5 replaced due to crashing issues & the new one has been great for 2 weeks, no crashes. Just playing Demon Souls for first time today & after a few hours it crashed while playing & turned the PS5 off. PS5 shows no errors in the settings.

@Flash_Red_X The people I know who have it tell me the bugs are outrageous and for Playstation to pull from store and offer refunds I would think that the bugs are pretty bad. It is still on Xbox but there is a disclaimer if you go to buy it. I assume they will eventually patch and fix.

@AskPS_UK We redeemed a PlayStation Plus 12 month membership voucher yesterday. This was accepted and went through but I have also been charged an additional 12 months?! I would like a refund for for this please as obviously this is an error. Please can you help?
