@PokemonGoApp A smooth event? I’m in a totally different state and I keep getting booted from the game. You want to blame the players but let’s actually blame your servers for being the problem. Fix your servers so people who aren’t even in Las Vegas can play the game too. SMH

@PokemonGoApp The level of self entitled pricks your company continues to be spoils the legacy of pokemon itself. It's a public park and you knew you have had this same problem with the infrastructure breaking down year on year from other events. Plan better include everyone you ********.

@TFlareon56 @PokemonGoApp It’s a PUBLIC PARK. That’s the issue with their statement. You can’t just tell citizens of a city to stop entering their local public space because they are hosting a piss poor event there. It’s not even a private venue.

@biomad2022 @64Uni_Lions @PokemonGoApp It wouldnt be a public park at that point, they would be renting the space out for an event. The issue is entirely Niantic, they shouldve forseen this and at the very least had a better network in place, or even handed out wifi passwords to ticket holders only.

@Rhyperior111 @Jay_RedArmy @PokemonGoApp There weren't issues elsewhere though, the Niantic blogpost even acknowledges that by stating "gameplay issues currently impacting Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn – Las Vegas Saturday ticket holders. " It only affected the in-person players because they overloaded the local network

@PokemonGoApp It is your problem for having insufficient server or mobile connectivity capacities, when you host such an event in only a single location, that is accessible to the whole public whithout a special ticket.
