@PokemonGoApp Wow! Can you say Udder Failure! Took 11 minutes to get into first raid due to technical errors on Niantic's behalf so about 15 minutes total to do and complete first raid. No exclusive research for completing the raid. Second raid, exactly the same issues as first raid- Fail !

@NianticHelp @PokemonGoApp Both my son and me were unable to get into the 11 am raids. Gym wouldn't load, restarted phones and game and when it finally reloaded back to the issue of the gym not loading. Also a message that the game was down for maintenance. Terrible experience all around for both of us.

The only reason I'm still playing Pokemon Go is my love for Pokemon. Niantic's the most ridiculous company I've ever seen in my life. All the updates about the game didn't fix anything. On top of that you have to wait one week to have your complaint answered through support team.

@PokemonGoApp Also, Just a suggestion but maybe oh Idk Test your events and servers before you launch them :) I stream Pokemon go on Tiktok and would love more reasons to get on the app. Daily Incense was nice; Now fix your crappy servers please. The Players deserve better from this game.

@PokemonGoApp and i'll also add that when i was done working, my raid party and i drove around for FOUR HOURS and we even went way out of the way to a big city about an hour away just to find Regidrago and got nothing. nobody in my entire tri-state area got anything more than glitchy 11am ones

@JackKennedyOS @PokemonGoApp Exactly. My problem is that 1) immunocompromised people are still at risk from the pandemic, and 2) not everyone lives in a populated place. Not to mention you have people without access to cars and such. Just feels tone deaf

Thanks for finally bringing Kecleon to Pokemon GO. But I would rather it had never come if it meant that I could see a massive increase in game quality and company-consumer awareness and responsiveness instead of throwing trash out there that we pay for and promising to fix later

@PokemonGoApp Use me as a dislike button. Nothing but issues with 11am raid. Then all subsequent raids disappeared. No chance at 2 or 5 just notifications this is a joke.
