    @PokemonGoApp So you **** up the 25th anniversary of Pokémon event...and the apology for the PAID event is ****** items you can get from poke stops and pvp rewards (which you still don’t fix from cheaters) And you wonder why the player base keeps dropping?

    @PokemonGoApp Still not fair... soo... 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻 For the people who actually bought the ticket need some type of reward... we spent $11.99 plus tax.... still don’t think the ones who got it free should reap the benefits for your mistake.... sorry, “technical issue.”

    @PokemonGoApp This is officially the most disappointing "make-up/bonus event" in Pokémon Go history. Not only were thousands of customers burned by crippling server issues, you then act like throwing $7-8 max worth of items makes up for a $14+ ticket and months of wasted time. Fix this.

    @SpeedgalYT @Ashleigh_MLong @PokemonGoApp That’s the glitch we are getting this because of... the major 2 glitches that occurred that are being ignored is the remote raids trying to take regular passes and the game freeze that required a restart every 30-45 minutes. Some people never had these issues but I know I did.

    @PokemonGoApp We don’t want these cheap items, we want an actual make-up event. If you can’t do that then give us our money back. This is such a sad excuse of a make-up event. Whoever came up with this “event” should not be in charge of these issues in the future. We paid for the shinies...

    @PokemonGoApp You don't understand the essence. The problem is that there are people who didn't pay who got more Shinies than those who did, and they can get Mew before those who paid.

    @PokemonGoApp Why/ how can you do these make up day for ticket holders on week days when the original event was on a weekend. FYI the majority of players work work days. This is a terrible way to make up for the error.

    @PopeDave8 @PokemonGoApp So a programming error made it available to people who didn't pay. Niantics loss. Didnt really affect those that paid so I dont see why Niantic would have to give us another event like before.

    @PokemonGoApp @NianticHelp Call the BBB people! They acknowledged an error you’re entitled for a FULL REFUND on your money legally. We paid for an event and they think items will do? No thanks +1-703-276-0100 the BBB phone number
