The first and 3rd raid froze for everyone. We had to spend the first 10 minutes trying to get the raid to load. The 3rd raid we all lost our passes.

Darz 🇳🇿 (@DarzOSRS) reported@manwithouteyes @PokemonGoApp We got error 36 on the day, and then again on the make up day. i.e. My flatmate and I went out both days and drove around the city trying to find anyone who was playing, and when we did we couldn't even join the raid lobby. We didn't even get a chance to fight or catch it.

Dalyn Woodard (@Dalynsmusings) reported@PokemonGoApp A MYSTIC HERO RESET!! So upset. I had made 3 excellent throws and evolved 10 Pokemon and gotten 4 of my five walking candies. Now shows need 10 evolve and 3 ex throws and only 1 candy from walking done. Same on wife's account. FIX plz!!!

The screen just stays on the ball, and we don’t know if we caught it or not. I checked my network, and it’s working fine. I’ve tried it on both iOS and Android.
