I come back to the game after some years, to find out a migration to Jagex accounts has taken place, and that my 20 year old OG account was hacked. After a couple months of back and forth, I get told it’s obvious my character was hijacked and that by providing a new email, I could get my character back. Sounds amazing doesn’t it. After I get my character back, it’s been permanently banned. I say to myself this must be a mistake. I appeal. I get denied. How the hell does that make sense, when just in the previous email I’m told it’s obvious I’ve been compromised by a third party and got my character back? Why am I being held responsible for the actions of a hacker? Would be great if someone can take a deep look at this. All I’m asking is to looks closely at the facts, which should be very simple. Thank you

Idc about prestige so low drop rates on very long content will always make me feel a bad about playing. Dhw was too strong? Against dragons? Lol
