@JagexSupport I've reset my password multiple times through email recovery and it changes correctly but it's then rejected on the log in screen after entering my authenticator code, there's not a problem with the client cache as I can log into the rest of my accounts - ticket not resolved

@NoBunPlease @Dlntz_rs @RuneScape My point of it is not being able to deploy them in vorago for adrenaline build. Using the invention ones now isn’t the problem. It’s the money spent and keys spent to have all of those dummies in the first place

@JagexSupport I was almost certain you guys would be able to see ot wasn't me, I've never used a vpn or anything like that and was playing on mobile most of the time, I thought you would see that the login ip was different. This account is something I grew up with, it's a piece of nostalgia.

@JagexSupport Thanks for the reply Jaff. I have gone through and when I try to login to my account settings I still need an authenticator. I have access to my email but for some reason Im not getting the automatic emails. I can't login to change my email or disable the authenticator. Any tips?
