@whitetrash6six6 @RuneScape The affected players lost a month's worth of progress, not all of which can be returned, and lost another month of recovery time on top of that. There's no one simple fix Jagex can give to players to make them happy, this is the best solution they could find.

@whitetrash6six6 @RuneScape Again, it's like if someone got into a car crash and the person who caused it paid for the repairs, but as an onlooker you saw what happen and complain that you too do not receive free funds. This does not involve you, period, thusly you do not get the items received from it.

@ImJustV_ @JagexSupport address and/or Internet Service Provider since creating your account. Jagex do not accept screenshots as evidence of account ownership as these can easily be stolen during a hijacking. Please also check your email permissions, as hijackers often change them 3/3
