I am one of those people, who spams 515-540s - anyone that isn't a moron that wants to grind TOA is going to push up to those invocations. Otherwise, you're an iron - you get your items and leave.

Nathan Herbertson (@NathanHerb82551) reported@JagexSupport I’m unable to sign out of a non Jagex account on IOS. It redirects to the ‘checks you’re not a robot page’ but errors and sends you back to the login screen still logged into your acc. This keeps repeating. Also reported in game bug.

Joe (@_StoicJoe_) reported@JagexSupport I have a billing issue that I can't resolve as it seems I can't log a support ticket as I don't have a Jagex account and I'm getting stuck in an infinite loop with the AI bot. Is there any way I can speak to a human or do I need to go through my Credit Card provider

I'm at the point where I think you guys just don't like the name or the fact that is was a meme in 2015. I don't see the problem with leveling up and gaining access to new areas.

Or any other mental issue? We certainly don't ostracize them, we reach out and offer help and I think we should do the same here.

I come back to the game after some years, to find out a migration to Jagex accounts has taken place, and that my 20 year old OG account was hacked. After a couple months of back and forth, I get told it’s obvious my character was hijacked and that by providing a new email, I could get my character back. Sounds amazing doesn’t it. After I get my character back, it’s been permanently banned. I say to myself this must be a mistake. I appeal. I get denied. How the hell does that make sense, when just in the previous email I’m told it’s obvious I’ve been compromised by a third party and got my character back? Why am I being held responsible for the actions of a hacker? Would be great if someone can take a deep look at this. All I’m asking is to looks closely at the facts, which should be very simple. Thank you

Fkgkgmg (@baldeggrs) reportedI can’t login as the hijacker changed the email that was used on the launcher to even appeal so I’m having to speak to AI agents and even “JMOD” AI agents. I want to prove the account is mine and I’m the original owner but I can’t on an AI livechat. @JagexSupport
