@OldSchoolRS Can we get an update on account security? There are claims this is a big issue with Jagex but there have been no results and no communication with the community on its progress. ANY updates would be appreciated.

@JagexSupport Ok I tried logging into the game client with the exact same credentials and I got into the game perfectly fine. These login issues seem to be exclusive to the website.

@DhavyOsrs @JagexSupport Exactly what happened to me, my acc got hacked for two month I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply until i got in contact with @champtoolss who got me back in immediately Dm him he should help with yours too

@OldSchoolRS found a glitch. Not game breaking. Had hard and elite clue steps close to each-other wildy volcano 🌋 with elites you don't kill uri and with hards you do. Well even though panic on bridge is hard clue I didn't have to kill uri.

@iGhost_Ryder @JagexSupport Its really annoying the recovery service ain't doing anything about my banned account and I tried contacting the recovery service but no respond,until my friend introduced me to 012TOOLZ on Instagram,I regained access to my account successfully through them in just 30minutes.

@JagexSupport I can't access my account in any way. I can't fill out locked out account forms because I get stuck on redirecting every time. I can do nothing to reset my account fully and am constantly given the login too many times message. I can't even open a support ticket.

@JagexSupport Hi i posted several days ago on a in game graphical issue and did all the reports needed, but its been about 6 days now, any response or anything from jagex that they even aware, would be nice to hear something at least. not fun being left in dark and unplayable

@JagexSupport Well im sorry but this is a complete lie, I've never changed anything for 13 years on this account and now all of a sudden I get penalised for something I have not done. I want a contact email or number to take this further as I am dissatisfied with the service provided here.

@JagexSupport thanks for the reply, Ive tried that before and its not working. I know for a fact you guys have offered other people to change their logins? I would kinda like to play the game again without having to worry about a failing security system..
