People on the Runescape discord told me to go out of compatibility mode and try normal mode to see if I still have the texture problem is i can't as I always crash when logging in on normal mode I really hope this issue gets fixed it's known apparently..

@JagexSupport I contacted you a few days ago because when I went to buy membership it said I wasn't eligible and got a link to some page witch told me it was because my account was being rebilled but to this day I still can't login or get membership... Hope to hear from you soon

@JagexSupport Still can't... and the report issue I need an account to be able to report one. Which is the problem. I dont have them anymore. I tried with mobile with both my pc tried with vpn. Still error15... Is there a way to skip the automatized process? And speak to someone?

@JagexSupport hey guys. I'm having trouble gaining access after a hack. The tickets page will not load to get ahold of you and I am lost far as what to do. My account is "fuzzywuzzers". The hacker changed my password, charged the account, and set authentication so I can't get in.

The problem with movies is that when the protagonist goes through a hard time, they come out of it by focusing on their passion, and not by grinding out slayer tasks on Runescape for months on end

@JagexSupport I have access to my account I can sign in just fine the bans restrict me from playing. I recovered the account but after I recovered it the account was already banned. I just want to be able to play again especially after the lockout.
