@JagexSupport @JagexSupport I already went through all of these steps and have secured my account moving forward. I'm asking if Jagex support can please look into the issue, not troubleshooting to recover my account or security recommendations.

@JagexSupport I'm playing on mobile on a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra I'm having problems iteams are not showing in my inventory and my bank if I hold down on the space it shows the name of the iteam and it don't show how many of a iteam I have at all in my bank or inventory?

@JagexSupport I can't even login to my account, I have control in the sense that it's unbanned and I can initiate the login process. But the authenticator is in the way of finishing the log in process. And because I don't get recovery requests to my email, I can't turn it off. Only you can.
