@JagexSupport For the last 3 in game days the Secret Santa bear keeps telling me I've donated enough to get my daily prize and need to do so for 11 more days to get the title. No changes. I've logged out and restarted computer so no issues with that any other fixes?

@JagexSupport I have serious issues with certain rooms in RS3 DG. The most impossible puzzle currently is the crystal room. When you power it up it is impossible to see which ones are currently lit up / where they are. I have changed the skybox and shadows are off. Still broken

@lifeofdad94 @JagexSupport I actually had a Mod contact me when i had the same issue, Check your emails and look in your block list, hackers tend to block the jagex emails to stop you getting your account back. i had this issue and it got sorted the same day i found they had blocked jagex emails
