Then a server outage happens for the second time in 3 weeks to a month, for who knows how long, you can bet people get annoyed to say the least.

Demonheadge (@Demonheadge) reported@imfrancisco_dc @RuneScape The one from two weeks ago was out of thier control. Also it might not be the same issue that caused the other weeks downtime or at least let's hope not. Either way they're fixing it since they don't want the game to be down either.
