    @JagexSupport My account got locked for suspicious activity apparently. And the email that was my registered one is not getting recovery email. And when I recover it back to its creation/login email. It gets denied. Your support system and website recovery is awful. How can it get denied 1/2

    @JagexSupport I am having problems swapping characters on old school RuneScape mobile. I signout and click login and it auto fills and doesn’t allow me to choose another account. (Not a Jagex account)

    @KihiraLove @JagexSupport @OldSchoolRS If you're still experiencing issues, I would uninstall and then reinstall the launcher. I just did this, and it's working properly now.

    @JagexSupport @Jagex @OldSchoolRS Any chance you guys could tell me why I can't log in onto OSRS on my tablet? I click login, I login to Jagex. But when the OSRS app reopens. It still isn't logged in... Tried rebooting the app, reinstalling. everything. Nothing worked...

    @JagexSupport there is no reason your launcher should launch at start up by default you literally exist for me to play runescape and that's it. Fix your app.

    @BatCanary13 @Moustafo420 @OldSchoolRS Wilderness expansion not delivered, still. Buggy *** servers and events constantly DDoS'd. Child groomer/**** celebration events. Bots out the *** with no consequences. AHKers out the *** with no consequences. Constantly recycled material from RS3. This game is going down. :)

    @JagexSupport when are yall gonna allow dual logging OSRS and RS3? You take more money, customer service got worse, refuse to allow multiple accounts per membership, so AT LEAST let us play each game at once. Ill always play OSRS over RS3 but if we can play both we will.

    @gigagoblinoid @EmperialAsh @OldSchoolRS Theres nothing wrong or degenerate about playing a game you like. I play osrs in my leisure time. If you live in the game and have nothing else going outside it.. then that sounds like a you problem.

    @JagexSupport I’ve not been able to get emails to come through: trying to disable auth and it gives me an oops error - try again. Same with changing password emails. It’s been like this for days - how do I fix it?
