    @JagexSupport How can I send an actual support ticket? One where I can actually write down my problem and how to solve it? It's about a name change (don't want to get into details on public twitter) but this can NOT be solved through the support page, I NEED to send in a ticket.

    @charlieINTEL In 2011 Runescape had a major bot issue. Basically a bot is a macro that plays the game for you to save you time. In 2011 Runescape fixed the issue by legit just hiring the guy making the bot. Could Activision hire the developers of aimbot & walls to make anti- cheat?

    @JagexSupport Look at the IPS logged into that account, you’ll see it’s NZ for every login except for before, I have emails of them accessing my emails from USA, so the recent login will be there. How are you so useless at account security

    @JagexSupport Hi, thanks for replying. Unfortunately, that wouldn't help me. If I fill in that page, the login name would be sent to the email-adress I can't access, therefore, that page is useless to me as it wouldn't help me in finding out what my login name is.

    @OldSchoolRS @JagexSupport tell me how I finally get my account unlocked and the password changed thru THE RUNESCAPE ACCOUNT SERVICE then within 10 hours all my items and money are gone except what was in the bank? I know it was a member on your team I want it back !!

    @gabrielandvera @JagexSupport Don’t waste your time with support service they are not going to help you I had same issue I waited for them to fix my account and they did nothing but only cybermonstersecurity on Instagram helped me out chat him up he would help you

    @JagexSupport I need help getting into my account. I know the login info but I don’t have access to the original email nor the authenticator any more. Every time I try to recover my account my request gets denied. I’ve been going in circles. My account is War Blessed

    @JagexSupport The problem is with your game. Nothing on my end is the problem. Also why can they hit 25s when I am 10hp? This makes 0 sense and is a bug you guys should fix.

    @OldSchoolRS After thinking, I suppose an issue would arise with text scams where players receive fraudulent texts claiming to be from jagex..but the same already happens with email so I guess it would add another risk for players.

    @JagexSupport still over two weeks and can't login due to too many attempts. Just like last week, got on briefly right after update. I'm assuming this is before whoever is spamming my login updated their client after the update.... pretty obvious someone is doing this maliciously
