@JagexSupport Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, I did not find the the resolution to my login issue in the link you sent me. When I open the app and there is an option to login with an email or with the Game Center no matter which one I choose the game fails to connect with Jagex.

@JagexSupport What am I supposed to do? The acc is 20yrs old. I don't remember most of that info and I didn't play on the account a lot. Can I DM you the name of the acc so you can check the IP address of the last login? I know it will be diff from the location it was created. Please help

@Mark13257710 @JagexSupport Write a complain to kelvtoolz on Instagram about your 2fa problem because my own sister also playing with me got that issue on her account and she can't access her account, it was that dude on Instagram that helped us to deactivate it, he can also reset it you want.

@JagexSupport please examine the account Alaska Died, it has been compromised and the account is no longer in my possession. I understand there is higher than normal volume but please lock this account while you take the time that is needed to resolve this issue.

@mootirs I was lol. There little point in saying hot shower now. I had a cold one like 5 minutes after I wrote that post lul. My computer room is like a sauna. I have turn air conditining on sometimes even in winter. I have no trouble warming up as soon as I play runescape LOL.
