@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport thanks for help , but the problem is that my account has been stolen , and that info its not mine , whoever took my account and email made a purchase or something like that from my account, any request that i made staff still ask for that info that i dont even know.

@AloJazmin3 @JagexSupport Having same issue maybe try to email jagex, mine was just a forgotten email/pass lost 138 with 3b.and I have the isp transaction IDs card info dates ect.. and I have 3 old passwords

@JagexSupport hi recently appealed a ban for an account user - Lmac93 which was successful according to the email jagex sent me however when I try login to the account it still says it is banned. Any help greatly appreciated

@MadMechanic254 @JagexSupport I got the same problem, yesterday me and my entire party were banned for supposed RWT. We complitly denny this acusation and we are unavaiable to contact any staff members to revew the case, we feel scamed.

@JagexSupport I am still having troubles. I've always been able to do it on chrome on my phone before, can't do it on tablet or phone. Wifi or data. Always getting error 15, tried clearing cookies and cache. Didn't help.

@JagexSupport I made a support ticket regarding my account (Qivvasaur) being locked behind an "unpaid balance" wall last week and have heard nothing. Just want to know whats up with my account, the issue is a result of hacking and nothing to do with me or my money, thanks guys!
