@JagexSupport hello - thats my issue i deactivated my authenticator MONTHS ago & its suddenly come back - i dont have the auth set up............ because i got rid of it MONTHS AGO my accounts are locked. when i try to login on the website it says my passwords incorrect for all 10 accounts

@undeadhidan If you'd like to ask for assistance from Jagex, then that is @JagexSupport - But other than that you'll need to keep on trying to get your registered email changed because of the trouble your having with getting emails with your current registered email.

@Testycoal @JagexAsh @JagexAyiza The main issue is the refusal to admit that RuneScape gold has real world value, just because it causes a mountain of issues legal-wise which Jagex don't want to deal with as a company. The simplest solution is actually the best solution in this scenario. Delete the duel arena

@Dr_Linden @JagexSupport @JagexTyran This is an issue. I have 3 friends who have the same issue for the past month. They are submitting transaction IDs, exact cr8 info, used passwords. Yet they get denied for billing/cr8 or cr8/recov or cr8/contact. Something wrong is going on with the recovery team.

@JagexSupport my accounts became locked with the account locks but all of them have had the authentication re-activated... i dont have the auths anymore obv. im not trying to recover my accounts as they havent been hacked, can i give someone my login ffs or RSN to actually look at the acc?

@JagexSupport Can you please explain how anything there is offensive enough to warrant a mute? literally talking to people in public chat nothing is offensive lmao, if they have an issue use the ignore feature implemented that they should probably know about considering they're a player mod :)
