    @JagexSupport I know the login email, but I’m unsure if the registered email is the same. I have tried to log in, which takes me to the page for my authenticator code, which i don’t have access to, and which I can’t disable because I’m not receiving the email to disable it.

    @JagexSupport I’ve noticed over the past week or so that the iPad client crashes constantly nearly every minute or so making it near impossible to play, also before this using lumbridge lodestone also made the client crash, any ideas when this will be fixed?

    @JagexSupport I can’t login to check if I’m correct about what email is registered to the account, because the reason I need an email is to disable the authenticator, and I can’t login without disabling the authenticator.

    @JagexSupport #Runescape Hello, I'm not sure what exactly to detail here, but my account of 10+ years was perm banned for what I believe should be at most a minor macro (gear switches). I would really appreciate any help on this issue. I'll provide whatever info required.

    @JagexSupport @JagexTwisted im still waiting for my acc "PerchMerkins" to be unbanned. I secured it and set up 2fa. I have loads of evidence to show ive never broken any rules in the 5500 hours that Ive played. Kinda rediculous how nothing has been done yet.
