    @Jay_Schillaci @JagexSupport I also lost access to my account and I couldn't get a human to help me out. Their automated customer service was useless and they never responded to my tickets. @Sgt_bruce1 was so prompt with his help and follow up with fixing the account problem

    @JagexSupport hello there, my RS3 client has been broken since the wilderness update about 3 months ago, any time i log on the game is so laggy and slow its unplayable, any idea how to fix this? it ran perfectly fine up until the update

    @JagexSupport #Runescape understand that this goes against the terms of service, which is why my account was banned in 2017. But here's the thing, I had no involvement in this. My account was hacked without my knowledge or consent and I actually stopped playing Runescape in 2016

    @fourzerotwo @TheVisionEx Except NFTs don't solve that problem, if it were a problem, aren't necessary for ownership of digital items, since as our friend points out RuneScape doesn't need em, and no consumers want them at all. Only investors and gamblers.

    @JagexSupport I'm having extremely high ping on US servers even though i'm located in midwest US and I have 1Gbps ethernet connection. Are there server issues? I verified my internet connection was sollid with a speedtest as well. UK worlds are stable. Also Rebooted,Suggestions?

    @CincyBoy23 @OldSchoolRS I had the same issue, why would I restart? Honestly, it's very enjoyable especially with mobile, I have a full time job, 2 year old and wife and when I do want to do nothing it's nice to be able to pickup mobile and just grind
