    @JagexSupport Hi Jagex, yesterday I played yesterday without a concern. This morning I tried login in but it seems like my password does not work. I’d like to retrieve it and set a new password but I do not receive any email from your team. Is there any way to speak to somebody?

    @JagexSupport Steam let me play but I get the access denied error when I try to link my email to it, so i'm worse off now then I was before. Are you gonna actually resolve this issue or are you just gonna remain adamant that this my fault and there's nothing to be done?

    @JagexSupport Account name GIM limey. Please someone look into the evidence again. I tried to log into my account but it was online, I changed the PW. My character was not where I left it. The bank untouched due to bank pin. No 2FA because its buggy and asks to 2FA every login.

    @emaccheese @joni_koskimaa think of a game economy like old school runescape and how value of items is getting really cheap due to no item sink. well a similar thing is happening with cardano, there is a price to pay for the higher transaction problem therefore second bid auctions? and not gas we hate gas.

    @JagexSupport my account got hacked but i was able to secure it. I lost all my items. It wasn't due to third-party logins is there anything I can do to get my stuff back? Played this game for 20 years and never an issue. Please respond.

    why is it impossible to create a new runescape account @OldSchoolRS just get Access Denied Error 1020 no matter what i do. tried different browsers, tried my phone, tried using 3G. nothing. i just want to play??? why are you not allowing new users?????? @RuneScape
