@charlieINTEL In 2011 Runescape had a major bot issue. Basically a bot is a macro that plays the game for you to save you time. In 2011 Runescape fixed the issue by legit just hiring the guy making the bot. Could Activision hire the developers of aimbot & walls to make anti- cheat?

@JagexSupport Look at the IPS logged into that account, you’ll see it’s NZ for every login except for before, I have emails of them accessing my emails from USA, so the recent login will be there. How are you so useless at account security

@JagexSupport Hi, thanks for replying. Unfortunately, that wouldn't help me. If I fill in that page, the login name would be sent to the email-adress I can't access, therefore, that page is useless to me as it wouldn't help me in finding out what my login name is.

@OldSchoolRS After thinking, I suppose an issue would arise with text scams where players receive fraudulent texts claiming to be from jagex..but the same already happens with email so I guess it would add another risk for players.

@JagexSupport still over two weeks and can't login due to too many attempts. Just like last week, got on briefly right after update. I'm assuming this is before whoever is spamming my login updated their client after the update.... pretty obvious someone is doing this maliciously
