    @JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport Im trying to login to OSRS, but attempting to login to RS3 will give me malformed packet error too. I recently received an email regarding osrs steam beta in my email, but I'm not sure if this is from Jagex or not. They given me a code to enter into Steam. Is that from Jagex?

    @JagexSupport Also, I just wanted to add that I have tried to login to my account everyday. Through mobile, vpns, etc, and every time I tried it I get the too many login attempts message. How is it that I can't login but the hackers can? Can there be some investigation to this issue please?

    @CantMe98 @RuneScape @Charis_Rs The fact the fix is unplugging a display cable every time... maybe fix the issue instead lmfao

    @JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport Correct login name yes, and I created it after Nov 2010 and still use the same email that was first registered

    @OldSchoolRS I'll probably quit if you casually stop polling high impact changes like this. If you won't poll it because you know it won't pass, then maybe the issue you think it is isn't a real issue to the players. The game's never been better, work with it.

    @PolarBroSteven @RuneScape @Charis_Rs I refuse to unplug my display cable in order to fix the issue. I just constantly close and reload the game til it works and if such doesn't load guess I'm spending my time doing something else lmao

    @intothisstory @King_D0GE @OldSchoolRS Also it's literally impossible to fix bots. You can mitigate it but it is literally impossible.

    @JagexSupport Hi, like I said, I have tried everything stated in that email, and sent in an appeal. I have since gotten a reply on my email about a beta. I managed to login, but unfortunately I have already been hacked. My bank pin was disabled by the hackers. -

    @JagexSupport I have also logged in to the osrs website ever since I couldn't log in to check if my authenticator is still on, and it is. My authenticator is still on, so how did they manage to login to hack my account? This is the second time that I have been hacked. -

    @JagexSupport @JoshuaM88005772 Sorry josh there customer service is pretty mediocre. They just refer you to automated forums and troubleshooting tips. Never give any real help .
