    @JagexSupport @Jagex Had accidently bought rs3 bonds not osrs, sent a ticket, got an email saying that went to fix it but i was logged in so they couldnt and would try again shortly. So I havent logged in so it could be fixed, its been 9 hours now. Would like to play lol.

    @JagexSupport I claimed my Twitch Prime rewards on the wrong account and the website support form doesn't allow me to make a post, just keeps refreshing the page and won't send my form. Could the issue be sorted through this channel?

    @JagexSupport I need help Recovering my only acc :( my phone was stolen with the Code gen app on it, which is linked to my osrs acc that i cant get into. To remove code gen i need to login to the accs email which is also locked out becuse its asking for a token sent to old cell #

    @OldSchoolRS Such a junk update to shut servers down for 2.5 hours. This game is becoming a larger dumpsterfire by the minute.

    @JagexSupport If i reach over 100 names from these gambling bots I might just send a complaint that your game supports gambling (which you got in trouble for said thing) and we are at 6 names now? 94 to go!

    @TellUsRS @RuneScape I mean, stuff takes QA and builds and approvals need finalized. It's not as simple as just pushing it. I'm sure if they could get it out sooner, they would. The real scum thing is releasing a TH item to save on death costs in this interim until the fix is here.

    @TheSilentVorteX @JagexSupport You are paying for a service and maintenance is part of that service. Besides with the prices I pay I lost 0,0008 usd. Really couldnt care less.

    @JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport Hi frost! i do have the access to my registered email, the issue is that it is a country mail and not a gmail etc and does not work well with international mails. that means that when i try to disable my authenticator it takes over an hour to send the mail and the link is expired

    @JagexSupport Hi! My issue is that I had at least 2 attempted hacking a of my account, but I have the Authenticator activated. The problem is my account will let me play, but not allow me into any settings or to make purchases and I’m trying to give you my $$ lol
