    @JagexSupport This is why the game only has level 3 bots cutting yew trees and lvl 140 mem players. You guys dont have any customer service and continue to ban real players who arent using 3rd party clients or softwares. Your bot system is flawed. You absolutely can fix this appeal

    @JagexSupport There is nothing new at the link you keep posting. Why keep posting it? Also, as I stated earlier, I am blocked from submitting a ticket. On another note, trying to login using Steam, it shows I logged in today and yesterday for 9.5 hours. Not true. Last login was late on the 3rd

    @JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport Tried all that, a different pc, browser, smartphone and without wifi. Blocked from submitting the form error 15, blocked by Jagex.

    @rooabernathy @San4311 @RuneScape I don’t necessarily disagree with that argument by any means, but it also wouldn’t be hard to say, we plan to compensate players accordingly once the issue is fixed. I guess my main issue is the lack of communication during this whole situation

    @JagexHelpL0ne @JagexSupport I already did that, still am unable to login and its been over a day. Who do I provide my support ticket number to, I want an explanation as to why my account is still affected. I pay for membership, but I struggle to see why when I can't get an actual answer.

    @JagexSupport Hello, Quit OSRS a good time ago, many months, after being hacked. Went to log in today, and it asked for an authenticator in the client, which I deleted the app, etc. It tells me incorrect email/password when attempting to login to the website. Help please.

    @Cheez_Mania @RuneScape Nobody is asking for anything free. IF we decide to quit because we cannot login to our 10+ year old accounts for over a week due to neglect of a faulty server. We should have the right to a Full refund on any paid subscriptions like membership & premier club, unused keys/Rcoins
