    @JagexSupport i cant access my account. Been trying 2 days sometimes it tells me too many login attempts , other times it juste straight up tells me my login/password isnt good. I have changed it twice still not working. Please fix your game if you are to make us pay.

    @OldSchoolRS on mobile every time I do chambers of xeric, final phase on olm, mobile app freezes and restarts. Same happens when I teleport to darkmyre via necklace teleport. Please fix this.

    @JagexSupport I send clear videos with proof, nothing happens, i twit @JagexSupport and @JagexAsh to try and find someone to fix bugs and stop raggers in pvp but no one seems to care,do i have to beg to the developers to fix the game?? PLAYERS ABUSING BUGS AND NO ONE DOES A THING.

    @JagexSupport I can’t get my head around the fact all you can do is send me a tweet with a copy and paste message. If the hijacker has appealed of course i can’t appeal again CAN I? It’s a bit of common sense but one thing you can do is improve ur customer service @JagexSupport

    @OldSchoolRS @JagexAsh #toomanyfailedloginattempts I am able to play on my mobile with no issues but no matter what I do I cannot get in on my PC. I have tried all the troubleshooting listed on your website advised by Jagex but I cant get in!

    @JagexSupport The team has to honestly improve on the customer service I pay for the service and hardly can get any help what so ever and it isn’t fair at all. Jagex has to sort out the system and most importantly the customer service giving out.

We're sadly unable to lock accounts per request - to prevent such things from happening, because we just dont care. this is a common issue and we're tired of it, your on your own. (the account most likely will be perma-banned/muted, good luck in the future for him).

    @Kaitiao @Akita233 @OldSchoolRS I think the problem is then you have essentially made twice the work for yourself with bug fixes as well as potentially wasting resources on something a large portion of the player base won't interact with.

    @JagexSupport I've just tried to log into my RS account and it says that my password is incorrect. I was just on last week with no issues. Tried recovering but no luck. I can provide IP that I've played on for the last 3+ years and the Credit Card numbers I've used for Membership
