Which costs me a lot of money just to run another account and then buy members on it. I could get the job done too if my profile were reset on RS3. And just share 1 account/login detail within the 2 games (and share the membership). @JagexSupport

@JagexSupport Hi there, I have tried logging into my osrs account and the authentication code is required, but it seems my jagex login has been removed from my authentication app. I suspect it has been hijacked. I sent a reset password form in but got denied. Not sure what to do

@JagexSupport afternoon, I've recently in the last hour recovered an account I lost/got hacked a few years ago. I changed the password ect, but its currently saying incorrect information How can I find out if this account if affected by the login issue. Many regards Ryan.

@KeyudaO @JagexSupport I had the same logging in , after trying every single thing that was suggested, I finally took the Google Authenticator off my tablet before giving up for the night. Much to my surprise when I tried to login to the 'change password' page the following morning it let me in

@JagexSupport Is it possible for you to reset one of my RuneScape3 accounts to a brand-new account? I play OSRS mainly with those login details, and I have membership on it. I don't want to create a separate account with members just for RS3, because I won't play that much either

@jagexsupport Hello! I dyed an augmented piece of Malevolent armour and added it into my keepsake box. However when I go to confirm the outfit, it tells me the item is no longer keepsaked. How do I fix this? Thank you!

@RuneScape @JagexSupport I finally got my account back! How do I lower lag? I put my graphics settings at the lowest settings possible and for some reason I still lag. How do I fix this?
