    @Will05241528 @nathanshellhaas @OldSchoolRS There have been exploits in the past to login without having to enter Authenticator. And honestly without allowing symbols or capital letters all of our passwords could be brute forced

    @DiegoRicardoRG @JagexSupport Dont give jagex money. Their whole company is a giant scam and their support is ****. They are trying to fix their economy so they are randomly permanently banning accounts for no reason with no proof,no chance to appeal. Go look at all the people complaining about it thru tweets

    @JagexSupport Yes i've done that and verified I can receive other non-jagex emails. The problem is that I don't have the authenticator so I can't update the email. That's why i've then asked for an account recovery which I haven't received a reply for yet (first was 2 days ago)

    @hyperlightmako done that before. the issue is runescape players are basically COD ppl. generally toxic. i've been in a few, but they never work out

    @JagexElena Online support system on the RuneScape page, doesn't support RWT ban appeals, I need someone to manually review this, to see the error.

    @yodawgg36 @JagexSupport @Emiliolaredote1 I defend those who are in the right. The system is not broken, its simple. You send in your appeal, if you get auto denied, its not enough info. If you get a manual response then you had enough info but violated TOS. I've had false bans in the past, but here I am on my 20yr acc.

    @JagexSupport I just signed in for the first time in several months to find my account permanently banned for bottling. I don’t know how to bot, and it occurred on a day I know I didn’t sign in. Due to the offence I can’t appeal, but I didn’t do it and am in tears rn. Please help

    @JagexSupport you guys really don't even take time to read what i said jesus... i can't recover it because when it got locked somehow the email got removed... the account is literally sitting there to dust right now i tried to appeal forget login but i don't remember everything.

    @Grantta15463447 @JagexSupport My account got same similar issue.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to @logskind on Instagram and they were so helpful and reliable. Am sure they can help you

    @JagexHelpL0ne @JagexSupport Initially they were instant but not anymore, it ranges 1+ hours. It seems that it is an issue with not receiving the specific authenticator email now bouncing it back to potentially not being an AOL issue. Very strange

    the year is 2050, runescape has been revived again and passwords are still not case sensitive and login spam is still a ******* issue
