    @JagexSupport Hi I need ur help, my acc was banned in Dec 201 it had been hacked and apparently it was used to goldfarming, I have my whole life with that account more than 14 years I want to return again, I had never had problems with jgx in their rules that I know and respect.

    @JagexSupport Hi, I was trying to login to Runescape for the first time since 2016 but my account seems to missing entirely. I searched my username on both the OSRS and RS3 player scores and nothing came up. I have email proof of my member account via receipts, how can I restore?

    @JagexSupport I'm finding it near impossible to invest myself into osrs, quite a while ago I let my friend use my account to make gp for bonds and he botted it which resulted in the account being permanently banned (botting and macro major) I've never botted or broken any rules.

    @RuneScape Just be open and say what's actually happened. I've worked in IT for 30 years and cannot think of any situation ever where it would take 2 weeks to recover from a problem......unless something has failed and you have no backups

    @senaeth @JagexSupport Hi Senaeth, I am sorry, I have seen other players reporting the same occurrence, that they were not affected until yesterday. Another livestream is planned to address the issues, please keep an eye on the news posts for more information on that when it becomes available.

    @JagexHelpElf @JagexSupport I honestly do not specifically remember, I remember getting on one day and it was permanently banned. I want to say it had something to do with third party software maybe, but it was clearly not me I hadn't gotten in trouble for anything on there for years prior
