    @JagexSupport Hello, Im having issues the last 3 days with my runescape main account, im being able to enter from mobile but from runelite im having too many logging attempts. From same pc tried to log in on my alt and no problems... Also tried to log in with same WiFi, with 1/2

    @SicknezOSRS You could maybe try a different browser? If that doesn't work, try tweeting @JagexSupport, they might be able to diagnose the problem.

    @JagexPoerkie @JagexPoerkie hi i have problems to log in to my acc main i keep getting name password reset denied i even cant log in to runescape 3 page but i can see my name into hiscore something wrong going on plz help me if you see this it happen on 24 dec christmas eve :( ?

    @JagexSupport having issues buying a bond. On pc it just declines my card and on mobile it says "that service is not available at the moment. Please try again later" it has said that for like 3 days now. My card isn't the issue because I bought a membership with no issue.

    @JagexHelpElf @JagexSupport I appreciate the response, however this does not offer any solution to my problem. Someone else is bruteforcing my account with a bot, and your game is telling me I can't login to the account I paid membership with.

    @JagexSupport Can't login to my account due to my phone with authenticator breaking down. Mail to disable authentiator comes after 20 minutes and it is already expired. Even that i have acess to my mail, account recovery gets keep denied. Is there anyway you can help me?

    imagine being 24 (jobless) and yelling at your 20 year old sister, who has corona and can’t work and won’t be paid, for downloading a game and making your game (runescape) crash after playing it for 2+ weeks.....my brother can relate

    @JagexSupport Hi there. Some players have found my login email and keep spam logging it. I have changed my password and enabled auth. I was wondering if there was anyway of changing my username so it doesn't keep getting spammed.
