    @JagexBreezy @THExREALxNEWMAN @RuneScape If the issue is what I think it is, I am also having this issue and have submitted a bug report for it (presets remember that I want to load e.g. four action bars, but don't remember which ones I want to load and just use the last saved settings).

    @JagexSupport I haven't been on my account in months and even had an authenticator on my account. Went to login tonight and I'm banned for macroing from August 3rd. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @JagexBreezy @RuneScape the runemetrics drop log mode reverting back to original option after changing is still bugged nice is a fix for this mtx feature coming anytime soon?

    @JagexSupport Could i get some assistance in regards to my account being recovered, and afterwards locked. I am unable to unlock it as i have been locked out of the service it seems, and the reset password link that i am getting in my registered e-mail has expired. 1/2
