    @OldSchoolRS All these mobile beta tests... yet I still can't change the orientation of my device without the screen turning entirely white or black. Maybe fix what you have first. And maybe give the clue caskets their update so people can stop begging you. It's been MONTHS like lmfao????

    @TheDoobyScoobs @JagexSupport It is possible, but it's not gonna happen. If we provided support here, we would have to provide that same support to a lot of other players dealing with similar problems, and big cba spending tons of cash on a huge customer support operation that doesnt even profit more $$'s

    @Torvich212 @OldSchoolRS If they had done as much testing as you credit them for, elites wouldn't have had this issue to begin with. I don't have to be a programmer to know that it shouldn't take years for a mistake like this to be fixed. Do not pipe up to me again.

    @JagexSupport #OSRS Hi, Im having problems entering my Auth code from app to log-in to both OSRS on PC and to the official runescape website. Is something going on with the auth servers? This has been happening for three days already and it's making me unable to play at all.

    @JagexSupport I've made a mistake and linked my Steam account Now I unlinked it and linked my Steam to a different account called Cry159 My main issue is that in Old School RS it worked and I log in as Cry159, RS3 I can not and it logs me in to the original Steam account, help?

    @RuneScape Busy world gets 1fps every 3 seconds even on high end pc. You have to switch to minimum to even have a chance to click it. Non busy worlds can not get past the first stage, not as if busy ones can with the lag generated… also by players spamming prayers (bc the community bad 2)

I don't really have more time to further look into it, as I am an overworked underpaid customer service worker who never played runescape. Sorry. Hope this helped. ~Fleja

    @RuneScape from my experience it's impossible to complete the giant butterfly thing (or even get past the first stage!) on all but the busiest of worlds, and /those/ worlds, in turn, are so crowded that the gigantic amounts of lag make it impossible to coordinate anything
