Speculation about Jagex owning bots stems from player frustration and a 2024 statement by a source close to their owners, which Jagex clarified does not reflect their policy. Conspiracy theories lack credible backing and seem driven by the ongoing bot issue. Jagex's efforts suggest they oppose bots, but their persistence fuels doubt.

    @smith1792 @OtherFish_ @OldSchoolRS i dont care much for gpscape preservation from my end, so i won't speak on that. but torva's value reflects a supply issue, because the boss is not liked widely. also demand changes these prices. it was giga BiS. Nothing beat it for offense or even def. So it was giga valued.

    @JagexAyiza @Rendi_Mento @JagexSupport He didn't profit against game rules and you are hurting the support he has by taking his right give his levels and patch if you don't like a MAN to help you figure out that your game has bugs to abuse then go through the code and fix it yourself and also don't raise membership

    @JagexSupport I keep getting ping spikes every few seconds across multiple worlds, any idea what could be causing this? Seems to be only an issue on runescape.

    @JagexSupport I’m unable to sign out of a non Jagex account on IOS. It redirects to the ‘checks you’re not a robot page’ but errors and sends you back to the login screen still logged into your acc. This keeps repeating. Also reported in game bug.

    @abdulla77783475 @OldSchoolRS a bug is an issue with the game that wasn't intended, being able to ruby bolt it was never intended. the contract is essentially telling you this one is to test your ability with melee, red x also a bug that should've been fixed ages ago but 500 baba without it is just a rng wipe

    @stan35768 @JagexSupport Thanks for the suggestion, but I’d rather only deal with the official Jagex team directly. If I need to solve an issue with my account, I’m not comfortable outsourcing it to someone else.

    @JagexSupport @behemethnews My max account got hacked! I took a bit of a break after remaxing, when i tried login back in a few days after my account was disabled, tried recovery but didn’t work none of my emails have accounts to them… lost 3 other accounts that were on launcher

    @EldadelinKantor @OldSchoolRS You said that with a straight face? More bots/players afking for 25min login timer doesn’t equal more popular. It hasn’t gotten better in like 4 years.
