    @JagexSupport My account is stuck in the JAG active state and somehow, i've only just had this issue. How do i turn JAG off as it doesnt seem to be anywhere? I can't login as it boots me out due to JAG ;(

    @RuneScape He protecc. He not let login. But most importantly. He doesn't ask to drop and press Alt+F4.

    @JagexSupport alot of people cannot login because an error about jagex account guardian needing to be disabled once trying to log into a world. getting lots of messages in my cc.

    @JagexSupport Hi, I'm not able to login because I have to disable JAG but I cant, I go into my settings but I don't see any option to disable it. Can you remove jag guardian as I can no longer log in with it

    @RuneScape I couldn't login in due to the authenticator being activated on my account. I never did this and I find out this morning that my account has been hacked and broke 2 rules while I couldn't get into it. FML. What a joke

    @JagexSupport I’m receiving an error in steam that says “jagex account guardian cannot be used with the NXT beta client. Please disable JAG via account settings before continuing.” And I can’t figure out how to disable this setting. Any help would be very appreciated

    @bodeye2010 @NachoDuck3 @RuneScape It’s been flagged to Jagex. The feature was removed years ago, but all accounts that still had it active before its removal are locked in this state until they fix.
