@TheXenoq @JagexSupport Sadly, bans are unappealable here Especially permanent ones However I'd suggest you reach out to #Clifftech1 on Instagram I'm pretty sure they can help remove the ban and unlock your account cos they helped me fix something similar recently

@bougieboucher @JagexSupport I had same issues days back but,with the help of @Webtooncoin90 company they helped me recovered my hacked account back and I can now access my account back as normal you can message them for help

@JagexAsh Think they'll ever make a return to a different support system platform that's all in one place? Possibly to be included once jagex launcher is the one and only platform for runescape too ? Or even how Microsoft works with volunteers in game to help fix common issues and bugs ?
