    @JagexSupport hey, i falsely got banned for using 3rd party client called runelite and my appeal was denied, now the osrs website i try to login gives me error 15. This is so furstrating, can i get some help?

    @JagexSupport Why does RS crash every time I switch sound device? Can it be fixed or is this just the client?

    @jagexsupport I just want to see what the REAL issue is here, was it using a VPN, what exact rule do you think was broken on a game, OSRS, I wasn't even playing? Why won't you look into the ACTUAL problem? #jagex #runescape

    @SlainedShadow @JagexSupport OMG!! thought i was the only victim of this, like i got banned and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply not until i got in contact with @cybermonstersecurity on instagram who got me back into my account he should help you

    @jagexsupport is afraid my issue uncovers a larger issue of them banning accounts with zero evidence in the hopes that people don't notice/contest it. Not once since MID MAY has anyone tried to help me with my account. #jagex #runescape

    @JagexSupport Hello, I am having some complications logging into OSRS on the OSRS client, with an account that I made on the mobile app. When I made the account on the mobile OSRS, it simply said 'make an account/sign in with google' and now I can't login via pc. Please send help

    @JagexSupport - Hi, I was banned for macroing in OSRS. However I do not play OSRS. I have recently been playing as an Ironman on RS3. Earlier today I was unable to login to my account due to an error. I changed my password, and then relogged in. And now im banned? Please help.
