@OldSchoolRS "Either your account is still logged in, or the lost world you were using has become unavailable" I have cleared all active sessions, changed my password, setup my authenticator again and still getting this error at login. I am wasting money/time for this issue.

@JagexSupport #osrs I tried logging into my account after about a year not playing and the login immediately placed me on tutorial island. I can still check high scores for the account name and see stats and am using the correct email.

@JagexSupport Your customer service team is trash. My accont is 20 years old... i have been trying to get help with a consistant hacker on my account. i lost everything over a month ago... Nobody at jagex seems to give a **** about a customer of 20 years. This is an absolute joke

@Rocknshooting @OldSchoolRS I’ve been in Gielinor since 2001, so seeing the game go through the same exact cycle a second time would be… disheartening at best. Taming leads to the same issues that summoning brought, but pet mechanics always have bad or at least ill effects on a games integrity as a whole.
