@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport Sweet, thanks. Yeah having an issue with a name xfer, was moving it from my old account to new. The name is showing as unavailable so wondering if it has been flagged by jagex somehow, its showing as being taken but when I go to add theres no recent name changes for the account

@JagexSupport Seems that you didn't understand what I was trying to tell you here. An account via Steam is fresh created. Later on -> Steam linked to my Main account. Trying to login via Steam (linked Main account) gets me to the fresh created account that I've created by logging in by Steam.

@JagexSupport I have a buddy Hulk Quest RSN who got locked out of ED4 because he died at the last moment before Zamorak died. It says he still has loot to claim from the chest but it won't let him inside to claim it. Please let us know how to fix it!

Hello @JagexSupport my account was stolen but since recovered but my account appears to have been botted as it is perm-banned. I can provide any information needed to prove ownership if you would please look into this issue. The name was changed to “ImSlutty” which I didn’t do.

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I do have access when I click on the disable link or paste the link into browser it doesn't disable it it goes to login page and when I login it asks for the authentication code
