@JagexSupport Can someone help me please? I tried logging into my account “Bkcam” and it has been disabled. I only login on mobile some weekends and occasionally during the week on break. My account must have been hacked. I’ve submitted an appeal but haven’t received a response.

@JagexSupport Been unable to log into the runescape site for a while. Get hit with the 'Access Denied, Error 15'. Any time I click 'Find possible solutions ...' it brings me right back to the log in screen (which I'm unable to apparently use).

@scottkirby1991 @OldSchoolRS The reason I have to explain that is the problem. Some of the end game content requires you to move to and from specific tiles, people mark these with ground tiles so they don't have to remember or know from experience where these important points within that content are

@JagexSupport well **** you guys then... a couple of weeks ago you locked my main account for **** all... now you ban my alt LITERALLY OVER **** ALL. I never NEVER broke the ******* rules and terms of service and conditions. Literally get ******. your bot detections for iPad is screwed up!
