@JagexSupport Can someone please contact me regarding a very weird problem? So log-in with email, but for account recovery i need to use in-game name and in the Denial response it says "Character Name Unavailable, we have received a request..."

@JagexSupport Pls explain to me why my OSAT ironman got banned for macroing? Weeks of work, gone to ****. Why tf would I go out of my way to hop 32 worlds, day after day, find stars, and mine them for hours *and* bot it? Reinstate the account. Better yet, fix your bot detection.

@JagexSupport I've entered in the exact password used to login to my osrs account and it still works. I lost access to both the registered email and the authenticator for my account. I've submitted a recovery appeal with debit card info, purchases, passwords. You still deny me.

@JagexSupport stop providing extra articles and banning innocent accounts when people need physical support. Players can't solve in game issues with a damn article without a ticket for support. I login account my money and items are gone and im in lvl 16 wild wtf

@JagexSupport @JagexAsh Can't log into osrs account unless via steam (which I set up today in response to this issue). No luck on App or the original client either. I can't even log in to runescape website either, even after changing my password multiple times today.

@JagexSupport I haven’t logged into my main since March, went to login and it said disabled, then told me it was locked because it was suspected have been stolen…. Does that mean it was hacked, banned or both? Help!!
