    @JagexSupport That requires an email. Two of those accounts NEVER had emails connected, as all three of these accounts were created prior to 2010. Can I get an email contact where I speak to a customer service rep? I have been trying to get assistance for a full year now..

    @JagexSupport HOw can I create a new account when a streamer had the same issue and got unbanned? I did not sold even 1 GP in more than 4500 days of account! Sadly this is my goodbye to osrs due anti-cheating mods mistakes. Thanks for answer but this is not even fair.

    @JagexSupport I've been having this issue for about a month. I can't login to your site, even if I use other browsers/wifi I get error 15, and all the support says is "Wait an hour and try again" I was able to login on my phone but if I go to "change name" I get the same error.

    @chrissyxchi Would be cooler as a rare in-game drop, or an additional patch of content post Sunwell as a difficult quest chain to obtain one. Nope, just give us money, and that's it. That's where the real issue is for most people. (Runescape classic added additional Player Voted Content)
