    @JagexSupport ...I supplied every other detail accurately and a LONG narrative describing the issue in exhaustive detail, but it was rejected because I can't even guess the year it was created correctly. Your support has been a nightmare to deal with and I've only been met with inflexibility.

    @JagexSupport Is there any update with the ongoing login issues for OSRS? It's frustrating to pay for membership on two accounts when I cant use either one.

    @JagexSupport I cannot access my account. It said my authenticator was out of date so I disabled it, after that my account got locked. Keep getting error code 15 but cannot do a ban appeal and cannot do account recovery due to error code 15. Please help

    @JagexSupport Hi, my account name is Enjoivolcolm and I tried logging in and found my account is locked. When I try to unlock it using the website, I get a page saying Error 15. Is there any way I can get it unlocked?

    @JagexSupport @JagexSupport i use a login name since my account was created 13 years, i also have a registered email that i have access to. Am following all the links you're sharing but they all require login to the website to report issues. Every time i enter my login, website says incorrect

    @JagexSupport Thanks for the reply! I followed the links you mentioned, still not working it. The report issue button takes me back to the log in page, but i can't log in anywhere. I can only play the game on steam, can't log in on mobile or the website to access my account and other settings

    @JagexSupport @JagexSupport steam is the only platform i can use to login my account , all the other platforms won't allow me to login (NXT client,mobile and website) which leaves me stuck out of all the settings, payments and solomon store

    @JagexSupport So when I try this option it asks me to enter the pin number from my authenticator, which I no longer have. When I press the lost authenticator link, it sends a link to my email address which ,again, I never receive. But all the while I can still login on my phone.

    @JagexSupport Your link is just an article that says the same thing I was told here. Secure the account and then contact jagex. I've secured my account. There is no contact option on the page. The link to the recovery screen tells me access denied. Error 15. Always does.
