@Baciandrio @RuneScape About 96hrs later, still can't login, removed from Runemetrics, Removed from Hiscores, All my post on the forums have also been removed... Idk??? I don't know if there are that many other accounts experiencing these symptoms as well?

@Valkyrie_786 @JagexSupport It seems to me like the cache files have been corrupted. its loading in the client incorrectly, once logged in throws errors kicking you out. this is a client & cache related issue. Try deleting cache and reopening the client and wait for it to redownload the cache fresh again :)

@JagexSupport 1st link: Changed phones, already got rid of my old one, so I cant activate / deactive authenticator. 2nd: registered email is expired, unrecoverable, so cant do that either. 3rd: Doesnt get me anywhere, as it asks to login, see above why that is impossible.

@KriegerCM @ESPNKemp @RuneScape Two servers where the profiles are stored in were broken, one of them was restored and the players who had their files on it could get back in, the other one which is much more complicated to fix is still broken.

@JagexSupport Hey again, you replied to me already with the same advice. But as I said before, the IP thing is an issue for me. I discussed it with your extremely helpful coworker @JagexHelpElf who understood that I had a migratory childhood so the automated recoveries auto-deny my appeals

@Ninja_Foxxy @ESPNKemp @RuneScape I know the first server was fixed. But the ongoing issue is for people with the “error loading profile” error, this is what me and the RS post is referring to, there has been no fix yet.

@JagexSupport my account was compromised. I have seen a multitude of ironman accounts on reddit having the same issue or very similar - being banned falsely after killing zulrah, I hope this gets more exposure in the coming weeks and my appeal gets rechecked and I get unbanned. 2/2

@JagexSupport You dont have anywhere to put for example picture of my real ID, or chat or email where i could discuss this issue. Only looping appeal form. As i precisely provided the info already to you what the form asks. Its getting really frustrating that you cant help me with this issue.

@JagexSupport please help me with updating my email on account as when i tried i was locked out of account, i cant access email associated with account for over 4 years now!! And it has become a security issue now! My Authenticator is linked up to an old phone that barely works
