@JagexSupport 6 hours later, still a black screen with absolutely no fix. Would be cool if twitter wasnt the platform for getting customer support for a game that existed back when i couldnt use a phone when on the internet.

Downloading RS3 on Steam was ******* pointless. You can only login into 1 account and it needs to be linked. @JagexSupport Ya'll are ******* stupid.

@JagexSupport @kovu73 @JagexSupport Hey, Dorota. It's been a month since I submitted that ticket and I haven't received any email about the result. I don't how you can just falsely ban someone and then to ignore my specific issue by replying back with same solution I've already tried? SOMEONE HELP!

@JagexSupport I ended up fixing it, I lowered the settings down to minimum and then it let me back in! I've heard others having similar issues, and they're able to solve it by using a teleport keybind!

@JagexSupport I'm having trouble reseting my password to an account. I haven't logged in since last year and would like to reactivate my membership with it but I currently cannot access it. The support page isn't working, it just says "error 15". Can I please get some help??
