    @OldSchoolRS I tried both original client and RL, doing RC and agility, lag on both, so the 3rd party isn’t the issue

    @JagexAsh So when OSRS crashes on steam my whole pc gets all jittery until I task manager and close steam completely. Not sure if that's my PC issue or a steam/Runescape issue.

    @JagexSupport The problem is shes older, and doesnt remember her old passwords, or when she created the account and stuff - she just likes to work and come home and play runescape. The authenticator was on my phone, but it got damaged and we lost it and cant transfer it over.

    @OldSchoolRS game is unplayable. Fix the lag. I’m not lagging on anything else. This is on your end. Fix it.

    @JagexSupport How is it possible I can't unlock my own account that I created with the email that is attached to the accounts login detail? Is there actually any method of contacting support as in actually talk or message a person? because twitter should not be the go-to support.

    @JagexSupport Can you explain why a moderator banned me for "Macroing on OSRS" when i haven't even been playing OSRS? I couldn't even log into the double exp weekend due to server issues on normal Runescape let alone play the old version

    @JagexSupport where can I report a phishing attempt website? There is a bot in world 3& 7 that keeps saying to go to his YouTube channel. And when you go there, there is a fake runescape forum link that tries to get your login information.

    @PigsSilent Not personally, but I'd suggest letting the Support team know - they're JagexSupport on this platform. Perhaps they can take your request directly, if the form's having trouble.
