    @JagexSupport Is there any way I can change my login username? My account has been recovered so many times from people knowing it, I feel like. It's not the email login one; I made my account in 2006.

    @JagexSupport That's the thing. my evidence is the earliest and most accurate. I can provide with info regarding when i moved, where and its zip codes. Even trans id's, two passwords which were the only ones used. I can provide with everything BUT internet provider service. So WHY do you deny?

    @JagexSupport I keep getting error code 15. I've tried many times over the past few days and keep getting the same error. And I'm now no longer at home on my normal ip. I'm out of state taking care of a terminal ill family member. I can prove the account is mine. It needs to be locked for now

    @JagexSupport My accounts been recovered numerous times with my Authenticator enabled; they would change the email and disable the Authenticator. I feel as if the only way to truly secure it is to change the login name. Is there absolutely no way for you to change it internally?

    @Antivaxer_rs @OldSchoolRS @JagexAyiza Piggybacking - thoughts on trouver parchment for kits+mutagens so we can pk with them? I don’t see an issue with ancestral bc kits are removable. Mutagens are harder I suppose bc it’s a permanent change when adding a vial

    @JagexSupport I believe I was wrongfully banned for Botting due to switching clients from Runelite to Steam or Hijacking. I was away on holiday and I came back with a disabled account. I don’t know what happened? I already did my first appeal and the issue was never addressed.

    @JagexSupport I can login and play on RS3 client BUT cannot login to RS3 website.....Basically, it says " Error! Your login or password was incorrect. Please try again " and also " If you are certain you entered your details correctly then your account is currently being protec."
