@JagexSupport I just gave RS3 a try and im having a good time but I can't seem to play OSRS and RS3 at the same time. Is there a plan to fix this issue? I'm paying for both memberships so I assumed I could play both accounts.

It's been appealed over 3 months, All we did is use default mouse keys to alch which is still a 1:1 ratio. Please help fix both of the accounts, My family member and myself would like to play again without worry of false ban/flags. Thanks for your time. @JagexSupport @JagexQuill
