Hi @RuneScape - I cant log into my account in which i have payment receipts for previous membership. My IGN was True Tekkers, but it wasnt my log in name. Please help as i had the account for over 15 years and never had issues and recovery isnt working.

@JagexSupport no, thats the issue, i provide purchase history, i provide passwords and names used, and you guys deny my request to change my email to the one i need. i was deployed when i made the account so i dont know my IP address it was on, i know my creation date, but its deny, deny, deny

@JagexSupport At first, I was doing the wrong login; it had an underscore at the end. I'm positive that I'm recovering the correct account now, it's detailed in my membership transaction emails from 2007. Is there any way I can have my appeals passed through to be reviewed?

@JagexSupport My clients (steam & non-steam) keep crashing whenever I turn off my headset.. RuneScape is the only application on my pc that does this.. is there any fix for this?
