    @JagexSupport @JagexTyran He got the ban appeal back however its stated the ban was applied correctly. Is there some issue using physical tools, foot pedals etc, to help play? Or remote access tools for when he cant sit at the PC? He's very worried he will get Permed now and not know why.

    @JagexSupport @JagexTyran Sorry for another msg, but hes logged back in and said he checked his inbox and the msg he got says he "may have" broken the rules, but the appeal says he did, so now hes more confused. hope you can help, dude loves RS and is shattered this happened.

    @JagexSupport I do not recall appealing but perhaps I already did. I have never seen the evidence of the offense though, so I don’t even know what I’m alleged to have done. How can I fix this?

    @JagexSupport AGAIN, I CAN NOT SIGN IN BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MY AUTHENTICATOR. Why is this so difficult? Just send me the email to disable the authenticator please I just wanna play your game Ive clicked the link to send me the email at least 1000 times at this point and I’m not getting it

    @JagexSupport i unfortunately was hit with the error code 15 again. I've tried on my phone and pc on different browsers. Is there another way I can show you the account is mine? I plan on trying the recovery process more but I was just curious. I can provide just about anything.

    @RSCharms Hi Kieran. We're currently investigating an issue with this process for the RuneScape mobile app. For now, as an immediate solution for your problem, you should be able to add a login email via the OldSchool RuneScape mobile client instead. ~Eugen
