@JagexSupport Hi Jagex, A long time I ago i've had my old account with an old username login too. 14-06-2020 I changed the password due to I couldn't remember the password at that same and wanted to log in on the account and just look. Somehow it's locked. Slikpind9 (user)

@JagexSupport are there reports of mobile log in issues? I try to log into mobile and when I go to type information it crashes before I can type pass. Also was not allowing me to switch off from f2p world.

@JagexSupport I have tried all of these solutions, I can't log in on any of my accounts, I'm not trying to log in frequently, can't "report issue" on the site bc that requires me to log in. Using a VPN works but I don't want to pay for it just to play rs

@JagexSupport already went through all of the advice given on that link, nothing has solved the issue.. I've also downloaded osrs on my laptop and the issue is still persisting which makes me almost certain it isn't an issue on my end.. like how does this even happen lol?
