@JagexSupport I haven't played on my osrs account in many moons and when I decided to login today my account was disabled. All the avenues for recovery just autodeny my plea. Is there any way for me to recover my account?

@JagexSupport Hey boss, I have a little problem. My account was hacked, I was able to change the password through the recovery with the main mail, but when I try to disable the authenticator they have put, I do not get the link to my main email.

I love how the only response I get is go to a broken part of RuneScape “the appeals page” where you get no opportunity to explain what happened and a computer generates a response to tell you oh well start over. 16 years and I’m thrown to the side.RSN “SSgt Reaper” @JagexSupport

@JagexSupport I got the account back. Thanks for the fast service. The hijackers had attempted to de-iron it however and they had removed the bank pin. Lost everything valuable so im probably gonna quit. Thanks anyway though.
