@CryoOnTwitch @RuneScape My preference would be a toggle for turning off keys awarded through skilling/killing once you have 10 earned ones. Doesn't entirely fix the problem but at least it removes a regular inconvenience.

hey @JagexSupport, i keep getting "Error 15" when i go to set up a new account. i wanna try ultimate ironman. i've done everything; manually synced date/time, disabled firewall, new browser. i tried on my phone too for different IP. no dice. what gives? :/

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I understand that you're trying to help, but that doesn't help me in this case. I know what my accounts login name is. The only other possibility is that Jagex's system can't differentiate a space and underscore, but I doubt that's the case, as they used to be interchangeable

@JagexSupport i am writing on behalf of my husband (IGN Neclord) he does not have Twitter. Haven't played runescape in almost a year or so. Authenticator is enabled but he does not have the same phone and can't disable it due to an error message - Too many request.

@JagexSupport It seems to be an issue with my network. Which is weird because I was just playing a few days ago. Anyways I managed to sign on via the mobile app, so it’s not my acc info. I tried signing into to a different acc on my computer and got the same error. “Too many login attempts”

@JagexSupport To clarify I was getting the same message yesterday. So I expected the problem would resolve itself by now. I’m not in a position to restart my network connection in anyway either.
