    @JagexSupport My account was locked and I was locked out of the recovery system for "too many attempts". I just tried again and it seems to be working. The error says to wait 1 hour but it looks like the cool down is longer than that! Thanks anyways!!

    @JagexSupport You guys literally don't do anything about anyones problems anyway. Why don't you just tell the players don't actually care about them or the issues they're having instead of lying to them

    @MattMarsham1 @JagexSupport It really feels bad how your account has been banned I had same issue not until I was recommended to @ballersacademy and he got it fixed today hit him up and be happy again

    @JagexSupport so my ban appeal was unsuccessful, where do I go ahead and get a refund for almost 20 years of membership? Now I will not accept some form that I can just full out I expect to speak to a member of you're staff considering this is almost 20 years of service.

    @JagexSupport hello i just got banned on the my account for macroing. There must have been something wrong. All i have used is runelite it says that i cant apeal this offence. Could you please help or respond on how i can contact anyone about this issue?

    @JagexAsh @OldSchoolRS having some trouble with group storage says its in use by another player but no one is logged in on that world. one player can use it but any item he puts into the group storage gets deleted.
