@JagexSupport Hi, I do not believe the ticket has timed out yet, my ticket number is #4286196 and the Zendesk Delivery ID at the bottom of each email I received was [W8GYX4-59Q05]. My in game name is 'Umb' and I was submitting a lost item request due to a W257 server outage.

@JagexSupport Hello, i would like to know how to delete my upgraded Jagex Account. I like to play normally on Runelite without opening the Jagex Launcher. I added 4 accounts thinking its more secure after but now, I cant login over runelite.

@FSAPOJake @PrincessxAlex_ @OldSchoolRS The issue everyone has that whether he broke the rules or not, the timing was very suspicious and convenient, how can a routine check in 2023 suddenly pick up something in 2021 where were the routine checks that year? They needed dirt to shut him down, they looked and struck gold
