    @JagexSupport Do you not think the ideal outcome for people who paying to play the game would be to just fix the problem? We shouldn’t have to go out of our way trying 30 fixes to just get around a massive problem at your end, this is a joke

    @JagexHelpSamo It was not a phishing email. My account details were leaked and I cannot login because of "too many log in attempts" I submitted a ticket via the official runescape website and have received a response from one of your staff. However, I am still unable to log on

    @JagexSupport Thanks for not answering me. The EU consumer rights directive will enable me to sue you guys because you won't provide a full scale customer service and also make false accusing me with cheating, and banning me also a defamation which is against the laws.

    @JagexSupport Hello. I've not bought membership on the wrong account. I'm having issues with linking Amazon and RS account. I've been playing Runescape for over 17 years and this is absolutely beyond me that I cannot get a proper Customer Support for something I pay. Can I please just get help

    Solo bossing feels so boring to me these days. I really can't be motivated to start an hour of EDs or anything, and end up chatting for a good few mins between 3-4 Raksha kills. It's not as much a problem with slayer. I could happily do that for hours. #runescape

    @JonathanVanCam2 Be wary of phishing emails though. The Steam beta invitation email will contain your RuneScape name, a Steam key, and it will contain links to the FAQ. It also won't ask for you to enter your login details anywhere.2/3

    @JagexSupport my accounts got falsely banned on dec 10th by logging into osrs during a ddos attack. I want something done, I want this issue resolved.

    @JagexSupport I've updated and tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing works the only thing I can think of is I tried using my gmail to login and it made a new account with the same email and its confused

    @JagexSupport I know my email and password however the issue I'm having is that when i put those creditentials in it logs a new account on and asks me to create a name.... Should be Amy Grace
