    @JagexSupport hey guys having an issue with the new runescape mobile app it wont work properly on both iphone or ipad using the latest ones and i cant even get past the login screen its that slow! And then it just kicks me back to login

    @JagexSupport Having that issue where I get stuck on "Loading application resources" while trying to load my client. Never ran into this issue before, game worked fine less than 12 hours ago. Unplugging my HDMI cable and uninstalling won't work so what should I do

    @JagexSupport Nah Cody I can't even log into your website because of the Authenticator (I think). Why can't we just talk on the phone and fix this thing, you guys must have all info and can disable the authenticator without ruining my character? My authenticator works fine on another IGN.

    @OS_Anthony_ @JagexAsh @OldSchoolRS Hope so, seen the raids must say I'm not worried about it too much... Just Olm being that issue, atleast that's what I think... Most of the rooms are really low risk of dying or just needing skill lvl's; which I have 🙃🤔

    @OhmSweetOhm2 @JagexSupport Had similar issues with mine I have a first hand experience of how sad and frustrating it can be, revert_hackers on instagram got back mine back I was refered to them through a youtube video you should try them out

    @JagexSupport Hi. I'm having no luck with recovering the account now. It says 'an email has been sent to your accounts registered email address' the problem is I cant access my email as my phone had the password saved on it and i don't have it anymore. any advice?

    @RuneScape hey guys just downloaded the app on my iphone 12 and its not loading properly its so slow i cant even make it past the login screen same on my ipad is this an issue with iOS ?

    @JagexSupport I'm having my account recovery denied instantly — the problem is, I can't provide the required information, the earliest e-mail from Jagex I have is a recovery request from 2019, there's nothing prior to that so I can't provide a creation date.

    @JagexSupport I know the rules that's multiple not forbidden . But why my account get banned . And I am sure that iam not use any software . Only thing that's I use runlite program . And use my pc and laptop . Also use mobile data if I have problem at internet . It's forbidden!?
