    @JagexSupport my account was recently perm banned and i’m certain I didn’t break the rules which leads me to believe I was falsely banned for something I did not do. Either your detection system made an error or my account was compromised. I’m not eligible for an appeal pls help

    @Etisalat_Care Please improve your routing to Jagex (RuneScape) servers. We're currently disconnecting and lagging and Jagex confirmed it was due to Etisalat's routing.

    @JagexSupport Thx for the terrible service and your rent a cop like strategy's you use for assuming someone's doing wrong. Ridiculous tbh. 0/5 for the support team. If you need help with something these guys did wrong on their end better off talking to your wall about it.

    @JagexSupport Have moblie installed and everytime I go to login it loads up ne to the screen I had screenshot on other tweet and been like this for month I've had it uninstalled and reinstalled and still no fix

    @RuneScape It’s crazy how you’re now just ignoring all the users who you’ve locked out but are still happily charging. I’ve still yet to receive a single email about this issue. This is the “customer service” from a company that’s two decades old? Disappointing.

    @JagexSupport so I had to buy a membership and then the true grind started I was enchanting for hours, I wake up to find that my acc is “temp banned” for using a 3rd party bot service, when I wasn’t,I was just putting in hard work, Honestly kinda ruined my weekend
