@Kyrosdies @San4311 @RuneScape Okay, lets say they give us an "offer" right now, and then it takes until Wednesday to fix it, and now they're being flooded with "It's not enough!!". So from a PR standpoint, fix issue first, get people back in game, then figure out compensation. Priority is access.

@Maviakuma1 @RuneScape Yes I know; my question is whether the issue was caused by an act of malice or if it was just a malfunction. Hacking groups have been known to crash servers before and holding them offline for multiple reasons; occasionally for ransom but usually just to be a nuisance.
