    @JagexSupport Well the same guy that took my RS acct is after my OsRs acct since yesterday I've asked that my acct be locked and since he knows my login that be changed to hes running a program and im constantly changing passwords is the comment section read

    @OldSchoolRS The android beta is amazing. The only issue I've had is that I lock my phone for a few mins+, the game crashes and I get logged out. Then I have to identify the vertical rivers

    @OldSchoolRS Hey i still am getting all the login attempts prompts but its letting me in on my mobile app my buddy works in tech and said that sounds like a network issue any way i can help get rid of it. I understand all things take time just miss my favorite game any help or advice. Much <3

    @OldSchoolRS You have to ban IP addresses who automatically set bots to continue to attempt to login to accounts that don’t belong to them just to prevent account owners from logging on. This is done to grief others.

    @JagexSupport been 14 days since my appeal with no response. For a customer whose been paying membership for over a decade id expect better customer service; especially since it was a wrongful ban. Please dont tell me to submit another appeal and wait another 14 days. Ridiculous!

    @JagexSupport hello! Is there a way to see where login attempts in osrs are being done from as I've just finished a days work to login and it said "to many login attempts"

    @JagexSupport Sure, my device is a samsung galaxy A71, the game version are both official mobile clients from the play store, and the issue is that when i enter my username and password that the loading screen appears and then it goes back to the starting screen of the app...

    @JagexSupport I’m having issues with the bond redemption system for my account Alphaalt. I redeemed a bond last night, got the confirmation and it took my bond. This morning I had no membership. Tried again. Same message and no time added. Is this a known issue?

    @JagexSupport bro golffke here again sorry! i just used that email from thursday now it works i gave my login name and it says right away new password has been set use it to login but i don t gave a new password so i dont know :s this is strange??
