    @JagexSupport Is the steelseries promotion available to ironman? right now it's not working. "Your code was not recognised. Please try again." I went to my main account and it is valid - i don't care about not getting keys etc. I just want the runecoins and the cosmetic.

    @JagexSupport Please help. I have a very specific issue that I need help with. My account was banned because of cheats. It appealed and my account was hijacked and reactived. You now say my appeal was fraud when it wasnt and rebanned me. I cant even log-in!. THIS IS TERRIBLE!!.

    @JagexSupport I can't log into the runescape website to do this because it wants me to enter the authenticator code to log in. This is my entire problem. Can't access my registered email to disable the authenticator, and I can't log into the RS site because the authenticator code doesn't work.

    @JagexSupport idk how to DM you but I'm on RS3 as we speak and JUST purchased my 75 key bundle and only received 60... I made a post on the forums and on a group on Facebook and was pointed here to you. Please help me! I've never had this issue in the past
