    @JagexSupport Sir I already told u i did try to recover it 5 times and got denied, thats just nonsense because i know the name and password of the account but i cant login because of the Authenticator.

    @General_Zayed @JagexSupport I had similar experience also, I contacted the support service but they were not helpful,not until I saw a comment about IT_SECURITY_SOLUTION on Instagram who got me full access to my account. They can help you

    @JagexSupport PLS help me I’ve been usin this game for 10+ years & dont want to lose it. I still know the login info, the username & password. I lost my phone & the authenticator code with it & w/o a correct email linked I cant turn it off to get into my account. Need human pls

    @JagexSupport I don’t have access to the original email address registered. It wants to send a verification to that email which has caused this problem in the first place. What else can I do? 10 years playing and can’t get in now. It seems I’m at a dead end?!

    @JagexSupport I unlinked my account from steam and I can’t login even with the email I added it just says invalid credentials and I’ve reset my password like 4 times

    @JagexSupport Just a daily reminder about the false ban, I am not the only one caught in the ED3 Bug Abuse ban wave that hasn't abused it - Please fix this - I have seen no acknowledgement - Even my log for all 3 shows no evidence of bug abuse. RSN Parrakas

    @JosGregorioJai9 @JagexSupport My account got banned also I tried contacting the support service but got not respond so I went online and search for a hacker then I got referred to a amazing one via WhatsApp +1 (508) 901‑9382 and I got back my account hit them up via WhatsApp

    @JagexSupport Have spent hours on end in fourms, reddit, & even creating a twitter to communicate with jagex since there ISNT a way to contact you on the website. everytime i want to sign in

    @JagexSupport That account was my biggest joy and its not the best of main accounts, but I mainly enjoyed the combat side/community! I didn't know til being banned that it was RWT since I wasn't getting paid IRL for any of it.. I haven't broken RS rules b4/ i started in 2006. -- msg 2 of 3.
