@JagexSupport please help me with my problem, I am a regular prem member every year. I never saw a premier package in bond shop besides when you announce it. 2 months ago I saw you had a prem member package and I bought it. So why am I not premier? No after fact nothing. Help ty!

@JagexSupport I’ve tried using this link, but the problem is I don’t have access to my current registered email, and when I follow the link to try and change my registered email I get automated responses back telling me my password reset request has been denied instead of my email

@JagexSupport yes, however the issue i am having is not on there, as the premier package issue only shows 3 and 6 months and not the vip package the support page does not help, and your automated bot is unhelpful

Call of Duty keeps crashing. Fortnite is is laggy as hell. Every Bethesda game has hundreds of issues. People still play Runescape for whatever reason. So yeah, I don't give a crap if Pokemon Scarlet/Violet has some issues because I'm gonna play it nonstop.

@JagexSupport there is no option for me to ask for a re-evaluation. I wouldn't press the issue but I know that I wasn't the one who committed the offence due to being in hospital with my daughter at the time. Can someone email me or something to help

@SMITEGame Hi, the new RuneScape update is cool, its unfortunate that every time I contemplate on buying some of it my main account gets banned because the game wants to crash in the lobby like it has for well over a year and I rack up massive deserter penalties. (console)

@JagexSupport I still have my issues.. my current Premier membership is set to expire Dec 25th. but I lost my benefits already when I have over a full month left. is this due to the "refresh" to the premier clubs cosmetics and stuff? because I should still have a month of benefits left.
