@JagexSupport before the release of gim I had made an account but lost the login info, on release I made a new account but I don’t have the ign I originally picked on the first account I made. Is it possible to have the ign transferred to the account I play?

@JagexSupport Would you treat your 5 year old user by closing the account for no reason? You need to think, I claim didn't RWT. I am asking for help for last two days but You are not sincerely solving my problem

@JagexSupport It is the correct account. I still have access to the authentication app. And it still has it linked to the account. But when I try to login it says my credentials are wrong. So I reset my password, and it says the same thing.

@JagexSupport can I just say that I'm extremely unimpressed with your support team. Has to be the worst customer support I've dealt with,my issue from over 2 weeks ago still hasn't been resolved or looked at.

@JagexAsh @OldSchoolRS Sorry to bother you again, but I ran into a problem during Royal Trouble. I was asked to add a crossbeam so I tried making one. I got nothing interesting. I think the naming is incorrect. What was being made was a brace. Is this for the support team? Cheers

@JagexSupport @0xSept I have been dealing with account problems for over 2 weeks. No one has worked with me on any problem except for the forums. I would recommend going to the community led help page on the forums. The mod there is pretty helpful. @jagex support doesn’t do anything.

@JagexSupport Please look into recent report abuses I’ve sent. I’ve had a player use terribly offensive language. Children play your game and people telling others to “slit their throats” and “kill them selves” is an issue for me.

@JagexSupport Email is not being filtered. I’m literally looking at the registration email that was received to add email, as well as confirmation. None of these steps work. I mean I gave a clear explanation of the problem. Has to be a different solution.
