Or any other mental issue? We certainly don't ostracize them, we reach out and offer help and I think we should do the same here.

Is there any way I can speak to a human or do I need to go through my Credit Card provider

You take more money, customer service got worse, refuse to allow multiple accounts per membership, so AT LEAST let us play each game at once. Ill always play OSRS over RS3 but if we can play both we will.
