    @JagexSupport Hi Jagex, I’m trying to recover my account (attempted log in too many times) but I get this message: “ACCOUNT RECOVERY Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Please check the login or email address you entered is correct, or try again later.”. Help!

    @osrsRSVP @OldSchoolRS They did just move over their backend services so I presume there's still small trouble shootings or playing it safe going on

    I'ma be honest @JagexSupport @JagexAsh not being able to hotkey prayers in OSRS as a disabled person with neurological issues and being told I'll be banned for making the game more accessible to myself is kind of **** and y'all should fix that. I can't "2 tick" and all that in rs3 either and I will 100 use my mouse in the way it's intended and program it to spam the clicks for me. If y'all ban me for making a game accessible that I've played for over 20 years then **** it.

    @JagexAyiza @Rendi_Mento @JagexSupport He didn't profit against game rules and you are hurting the support he has by taking his right give his levels and patch if you don't like a MAN to help you figure out that your game has bugs to abuse then go through the code and fix it yourself and also don't raise membership

    @JagexSupport I have done this. It says account can’t be found. I was playing the game yesterday. Had a server issue and now I can’t do anything. It says wrong details when I put in my login, I know it’s the correct login as I used it the other day

    @JagexSupport I’ve not been able to get emails to come through: trying to disable auth and it gives me an oops error - try again. Same with changing password emails. It’s been like this for days - how do I fix it?
