    @RuneScape Is it possible to restart a quest? I was doing Broken Home. Got the Piano Key in the safe room. Died. Now the Piano Key is missing and I can’t finish the quest.

    @JagexSupport I don’t need to recover my account. I’m wanting to know why I’ve been banned? Says I used third party soft ware, I was using the osrs client and I have recently switched to runelite.. downloaded quest helper is this the issue? Completed mm2, done some splashing - woke up to ban?

    @triqkii @OldSchoolRS I'd agree if enforcement were consistent but after years and years of barely enforcing (or ignoring) more detrimental bug abuse I'm just surprised that bans were handed out for a relatively minor issue. Looks like a PR move through and through to me

    @JagexSupport My account wasn't stolen, I've managed to change the password before they had the possibility to steal it. they took almost the entirety of my bank. i should've been more clear. Do you guys have a way I can contact you for this type of issue?

    @JagexSupport Hi,guy called 'NaughtyNinaa' trust lured my friend for 4b after that i was seeing him at TOA bank and i was warning other people that he was a lurer,he treated me if i dont stop he will buy script to give me 'too many login attempts'. I can't login what can i do?

    @Ro0B0 @OldSchoolRS Definitely feel like they should enable you to change your in game login email already. I don't believe for a minute that this many people would hacked by being naeve or phished. Some people yeah but a lot of it has to be targeted attacks.

    @Ro0B0 @OldSchoolRS This isn’t a recent thing. I don’t know why people think around the time of toa released this started. Maybe 4 years ago I logged in with everything gone. Pin on and auth on. Took me for 1b. The recovery was so hard as the customer service copy and paste links with 0 helpfromstaf
