    @lenadreams619 @DamienThornUK @RuneScape What does this have to do with your original comment, in reply to a pvm hotfix, about them not caring about their players unless they're elite pvmers or big streamers? And not only that, all the issues you've enumerated also apply to the good pvmers and streamers

    @JagexSupport @JagexSupport hi again, i have tried and provided all the information i got and the only missing information i dont have is my 9 yo credit card, i do have access to my registerd email but since its a forign email the authenticator disabling is not working

    Decided to try & login to @RuneScape again after a long break. Found out it was hacked a couple of months ago & permanently banned for macroing in @OldSchoolRS. Great, my 21 year old character has been deleted. A big **** you to @JagexSupport for not notifying me in May

    @JagexSupport Hello, I am having a strange issue. I can’t login to old school. It says I need a authenticator code but when I login to the website and click authenticator, it says I don’t have one active. I re-enabled it to see if it would work and it didn’t. Please help!

    @JagexSupport Hey guys, I sent in a ban appeal for my OSRS account. I attempted to login and it let me know I’ve been banned since 2019. Just wanted to follow up here as I’ve been told this is a good avenue for communication. Would really love to get back to playing.

    @JagexSupport Hello... Do your jobs and assist. Baffles my mind that you guys actually get paid, to "support" for issues. For anyone viewing this, do not buy pay to play. A nightmare support team that just Copy/Pastes support, without specifics to actually help.

    @JagexSupport Still having authenticator problems. Checked off 30 day box but still have to redo it many times a day and getting no support help. 18 year Runescape Veteran and still no good support

    @SwineSweats @JagexSupport Sorry about that, I had the same issue with my Facebook in 2019 but I had @sapphireTechV3 help me out, he could unban your account
