    @JagexSupport @JJJUMBO1 Customer service is a joke man. My main of 13 years was hacked and banned while I took a break from the game and I have never gotten a response for the ban appeal. Was 1 year ago now.

    @JagexSupport Hey all! So my request was finally approved, but all that did was allow me to reset my password. The issue I am having is in regards to my authenticator and my registered email. My password did not need ti be reset. What do I do now?

    Anyone having issues with the Runescape client in compatibility mode? I'm having client crashes as well as it freezing and causing a black screen I can't play on normal mode as my laptop can't run it and steam version just crashes

    @JagexSupport Hi, I checked the link. It says nothing can be done about restoring items due to technical limitations of osrs. Luring was there but a glitch or faulty mechanic was also part of the lure (?) So considering that, can nothing be given back or done about it ?

    @JagexSupport i changed my email recently and now when i attempt to log in it asks for authentication code which i never turned on. I never receive the emails to turn it off and your support page is worthless. How can you fix this???
