@JagexAsh @RsMobi no one we've tagged is available to do anything, including @JagexSupport, so what then? there's a complete lack of any personnel to deal with account security issues and customer support so the whole community has had to resort to tagging anyone

@JagexSupport Would it be possible to accept a rollback to February 8th? The log in issue won't be fixed for the foreseeable future, and if I have to lose a little progress, i'd be willing to accept it, if it got me back in, where would I go to request this if possible?

@2277_Iron @OldSchoolRS I’m like more worried about the market crash due to general lack of PVM updates—I don’t think a Thermy jar would solve that problem. Sure, might be annoying to not have polls pass in order, but that’s literally out of your control.

@RuneScape What about gold traded to the accounts effected in this time. I’ve recently traded a lot of gold from on account to another recently. The one account I traded from is fine but the other with all my gold is effected by said problem can you be more clear on this.

@JagexSupport when i did the login issue it said chose what email you would like it be be sent to but yet the email from Mod Warden to day it said my alt name not my main acc name why is that ???? but i used my main email not the email i used for my main to used why it that ???
