    I'm not able to go to the top of castle drakan in Lord of Vampyrium. The UI just freezes and I'm unable to continue with the quest. There's no remediation on Wiki for this issue. I've already reported this issue in-game. I'm grinding for my quest point cape, help! @JagexSupport

    @JagexSupport @JagexSupport I still have access to my account, the problem is that the email from jagex is legitimate. Why would I receive a legitimate email claiming changes to my account, even though my accounts are secure via 2FA. Some real-time assistance would be nice
