    @JagexAsh my RuneScape account got hijacked and used to sell bonds on a stolen card. My account is now locked due to botting for a year and billing issues. Any help on this?

    @JagexSupport My account has been locked and i cannot unlock it, the email for my osrs account is an old one that i no longer use and dont have access to. i also cannot recover that email as the phone number linked to it is no longer in service. please help me

    @Droqsle @ShugoWah The only problem in Runescape was that the game didn't design itself beyond "yeah you can do everything in one character" so you'll get stuff like high end pvp fights where people are using macros to flash between entire gear sets like the Shadowbringers intro to insta-gank.

    @RuneScape Hey guys, really appreciate what the ninja team have done for us this year. Also know is a hard year so far. But please, it’s actually bad not being able to play with friends because they keep freezing amd crashing. The problems started after this last update. We deserver better.

    @JagexSupport @JagexSupport I haven't played in about a year I go to login and I forget my password so I try to reset it and it gives me a error code 15 and then I tried to get a email sent of all the accounts listed for that email and I never get a email could I please get some help?

    @JagexSupport It’s an old email that I cannot log into or recovery. My account is locked and the only way to unlock it is through an email I can’t access so I imagine you can see the problem I’m in I can prove it’s my account with billing info
