    @JagexSupport I'm having trouble getting back to osrs my account is locked out with the authenticator and my password reset email goes to my email but the authenticator reset doesn't ever show up and I can't remove it unwell it does so im stuck bored and need help

    @JagexSupport i unfortunately was hit with the error code 15 again. I've tried on my phone and pc on different browsers. Is there another way I can show you the account is mine? I plan on trying the recovery process more but I was just curious. I can provide just about anything.

    @JagexSupport The character name is EveningElven I've deleted and re-downloaded the app, logout and logged back in but still get the above error. Thank you for your assistance.

    I used to think that the issue with RuneScape was that it was just full of bots who didn't want to respond. Now, I think it's just full of real players who don't speak English...

    @JagexSupport If you can email create a email link I can send you all the login info and register email (parts that I know) to confirm I own the account is there a way you can tell me the full registered email?

    @JagexSupport I lost the email info I have parts of it but can't remember the 3 numbers in the full email login. And I can't recover it threw Google cause it was just a alt email and didn't add phone number or my name. Jagex give me email hint but I just need the 3 last numbers

    @JagexSupport AGAIN, I CAN NOT SIGN IN BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MY AUTHENTICATOR. Why is this so difficult? Just send me the email to disable the authenticator please I just wanna play your game Ive clicked the link to send me the email at least 1000 times at this point and I’m not getting it

    I find it a little odd coming from other games with good customer support how @JagexSupport has treated my account. I came back to the game and try to login and I'm banned for macroing major. I provide all details I can to appeal and it's rejected and can't appeal again. Why???

    @JagexSupport I do not recall appealing but perhaps I already did. I have never seen the evidence of the offense though, so I don’t even know what I’m alleged to have done. How can I fix this?
