    Why is it so difficult to get a word in when it comes to account issues @JagexSupport ? I’ve been trying to get some help since 2021 but I’m still getting ignored. There has to be some grace, or support for when it comes to account issues / hijacking. Hear me out @OldSchoolRS

    @JagexAsh Yes I can login on steam and the new Launcher. But I also can't login on the RuneScape website with any of my accounts. Could you explain why this is and how to fix? I've had it on one account before but never on all my accounts. Im really worried about getting hacked right now

    @IIbomerII @JagexSupport Hey mate my account was also banned I got no help from support service until a friend of mine referred me to activated_tools on Instagram he successfully unban my account and I gain back access on it inbox him and I’m sure he will help you fix it

    @JagexSupport I have tried 3 or 4 times , is there seriously nothing that can be done ? Email ? Phone ? Or just the absolute worst costumer service in the world ? Or do you only help streamers ?

    @JagexSupport After our previous talk I still can’t login, is it possible to have my email for ‘Tomo’ reactivated please. It was unlinked when my account was locked due to vpn use however that was the only email ever linked to it. Or potentially free my name up please.
