@JagexSupport I've been trying for near a week now to contact #RuneScape support to the disable authenticator, but the email link always says "ERROR Sorry, the link you followed has expired or is not valid. Please try again." What could be the problem? A human would be great.

@JagexSupport Is it due to engine work? I can show y'all how to code for you to do it if that's the problem, it's not kicking someone btw, the account that wants to leave is also hostage for 7 days if they choose

@jason_cadwell @JagexSupport My account also got hacked and support service aren’t doing anything about it, so I contacted, ( cyber_trusted1 ) on Instagram he successfully retrieved my account, he’s legit and reliable.

@DKHo_OSRS @OldSchoolRS There isn't an easy fix to that content side andit is an unintended result of us preventing bug abuse within the Sepulchre. I did have a look to see if I could fix it content side if that's any help. I've let the engine team know so they can look into it

@JagexSupport The problem is that I can't provide the information like "the month the account was created" and "the last password you remember on the account" since it's been so long and obviously if I knew the last password I would be playing the game right now. I can only guess.

@JagexSupport I am having a problem where someone is constantly locking my runescape account because my account is old I log in with ingame name. I keep recovering my account and changing password but then someone appeals a password change again and makes account locked again...
