@fuw4Q @RsnPur @JagexSupport Mods are regular players that still must abide the same rules, they just have the ability to mute players temporarily for 24 hours. It does seem like there is an error in bot detection recently however.

@JagexSupport Hi Eliza, That's the issue, I have provided everything except for a previous password and it has been denied? I'm unsure how to move forward. I cant provide anything older as its only had the one password and I cant remember it.

@JagexSupport Thanks for the response. I managed to resolve it by deleting and reinstalling Runelite. Not sure what or why the problem happened but can now launch through Jagex Launcher again.

@CrankyNomad @JagexSupport It's crazy that they do this every time, I've had my account banned 2-3 times now, I was finally able to fix it all with a guy I was referred to on IG ALPHA_TECHIE with my backup account, the dude was really good so maybe you should try him out instead

@RsnPur @Mining_Guild @JagexSupport This happened to me back in 2021 Witch i still maintain my innocence. I personally again cheating but getting randomly banned wile going through personal health issues and not being able to get on much shows im still wrongfully banned. They don’t care about our sid of the story
