@OldSchoolRS When is the iOS crash going be fixed? It’s been going on all year without a word said about it, havent logged in for weeks other then a few minutes to try soul wars which then crashed 5 min into the round. It’s getting ridiculous.

@JagexSupport I have been having an ongoing battle for four days trying to recover my account from being hacked. Today I recovered my account successfully to be logged off after hopping worlds saying "Too many login attempts" and now someone on my account again. Please help me

@JagexSupport I signed up for the 12 mo Premiere mems & it appears that I have it. The issue is, my account shows I'm on a 3 month plan & I'm receiving emails about Jagex receiving my payments. Can someone please contact me to explain this? I'm perplexed.

@JagexSupport Yup. I have reached out to and contacted them regarding this matter. I haven’t received a response yet. I will likely get one today however. I hope it makes a difference. I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

@JagexSupport Hi I’m having an issue getting onto my account, I have all the info etc however when I log in, it logs me into a low level account? I seem to have multiple accounts on the same one somehow and I can’t figure out how to get on my main?
