    @SpotifyCares My Spotify just refuses to play anything. I get the "Spotify cannot play this right now. If you have the file on your computer..." error for everything I try to play. Windos 10, PC. Software up to date. Restarted Spotify several times.

    @XElit3Killer42X @SpotifyCares @Spotify It seems an ad ratio issue or glitch. The ad ratio for free accounts is a 3 songs per ad break. Now it seems as 1 song per ad break and is happening worldwide, so that's what it is. Fix it!

    @SpotifyCares The issue seems that for every song, there's and ad break. The usual aspect ratio of ad breaks goes every 3 songs. I'm on the laptop, not on the phone. The Spotify for desktop is on and still happening. Not getting the 30 minutes ad-free video.

    @SpotifyStatus hi, my wife have a problem, she cant access in the app, we test delete the cache memory and delete the app in the mobile and all same continue without access

    Hey @spotifyindia @SpotifyCares is Premium Duo not available on recurring payment plan anymore? I wanted to change payment method, but faced some error. Support asked me to cancel plan and renew. But I can't see my old plan anymore :( Want Premium Duo Recurring Plan back plz 😭

    @SpotifyCares I keep problem on playstation where you can’t listen to music when you connect to your phone and the spotify app on my playstation keeps saying error and i never can listen to my music anymore

    @SpotifyCares Who approved the decision to play a bunch of ads after every song for non-premium users? What your company did is scandalous. Nobody got a notice that the quality of your service was going to diminish to the point of being unusable.

    @Spotify @SpotifyCares @spotifypodcasts I really, really don't want to use your service for podcasts. I really, really don't like what you suggest for me. I REALLY, REALLY want an option to turn off that section. PLEASE.

    @SpotifyCares Look, I know I’m using the free version, but this is some BS going on right. I’ve listened to only 4 songs on an album and after EVERY SINGLE song there has been 5 minutes worth of commercials. Is this an error or an update? This NEVER use to happen with your app.

    @SpotifyCares @Spotify Why am i getting ads after every. single. song. not exaggerating. literally getting ads after every single song. what kind of sick and evil ploy is this into getting your users into buying a service they may not be able to afford? "30 minutes" my ***.
