@SpotifyCares is Spotify still down on #iOS? The website works on the phone same with the computer but just the app won’t load. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled still just a dead screen for a couple minutes then it just kick me back to a Home Screen. This has been since last night.

@SpotifyCares I think I’ve resolved the issues now. I was connected to a VPN on my phone. When I disconnected this it seems to have resolved. Thank you.

Hi @SpotifyCares someone hacked into my spotify account that i’ve had for like 7 years and im so sad all my music from over the years is gone . i can’t contact spotify customer service & support because they changed my email and password . Is there any way you can fix the issue
