    @SpotifyCares None of those things worked, but was able to find someone else with a Galaxy A50 having the same problem. Removed the SD card again & forced storage to internal, then restarted. It's working again for now! Hope this problem stays resolved!

    @SpotifyCares I would like to renew my student status, however my university doesn't issue our ID cards each year and doesn't release any lists of all students and to make things worse they have changed name at the end of last year. What should I do in this case?

    Hey @SpotifyCares looks like this issue is still unresolved. We made sure it wasn't a Google issue, I've tried "forgetting device" but my Spotify is still playing on my Mums speaker, in a different country. 😭

    Hello @SpotifyCares, is there a reason why it's impossible to connect Spotify to a new Google Nest Audio today? When I click "Continue" on the info screen,the Spotify app opens briefly, but then goes right back to Google Assistant. Error: "Something went wrong. Please try again."

    @Spotify I have a problem with my account. I have 20 IMs back and forth with @SpotifyCares. Just cancel the premium account and let me go on with my life. I will miss @joerogan and other programming, but I hate paying for terrible customer service.
