why everytime the music stops and I want to continue playing another song, spotify seems no respond at all. I can't hear anything, even the play button can't be hit. And I only got this problem when I'm listening through my airpods. Is there any way to fix this? @SpotifyCares

@SpotifyCares Should be ashamed! I got a bill this month on the 17th. Last month and ALL months it's the 28th. When I asked a chat agent. They not only did not answer but my service is cut off this last week. So apparently it's $10 a fortnight now? #RippedOff #SpotifyxTWICE

@SpotifyCares I cancelled services back in january and I have just notice I have been getting charged for the service and I have not been using the service. I logged in again today and did the exact same thing as in Jan.of switching over to the free plan. Please advise 🙏 Thanks
