    ok @SpotifyCares, hate to break it to you, but this is annoying... recently most of my songs downloaded offline stops playing at 6 seconds playback time. tried different methods to getting this to work, nothing helps. i have a premium sub and am reporting this issue on an ipad

    @SpotifyCares I have tried all of that for the last 2 days. Nothing has worked and it feels like there is an issue with Spotify connecting to devices it's connected to before.

    @SpotifyCares you GOT to do something about these bots adding songs to collaborative playlists. They’ve been bombing my playlists and it’s infuriating. Choosing users for colab playlists would fix this. This is a very prevalent issue, there’s a whole Reddit thread on it.

    @SpotifyCares I've DM'd, but along with the request to delete the screenshot, I don't really understand why. A simple internet search of Pesukone and Spotify would give a basic glimpse of the problem.

    @SpotifyCares Spotify s unwillingness/ability to fix a problem that is a big deal to a lot of users is disappointing. This isn't a days old problem, it's been happening for months. The "rest assured" platitudes are frankly, annoying.

    It's two weeks now, my premium subscription is counting yet I haven't been able to access @Spotify, I can't even log in.... Would I be compensated? The error is "No internet connection available" That's not true. @SpotifyCares #ASUU Spotify | App Store | PayPal
