iTunes shutting down because nobody buys music anymore. It’s the same reason Jay & Bey finally made their projects available to Apple Music/Spotify couple weeks back...they knew. It’s crazy. Whoever made the SHUFFLE button is responsible.

@AnthonyGourraud Apple's problem (and Luminary, and Spotify) is that they can't go and ask anyone for advice, because there is nobody. They just make up the rules, or talk to one or two people and hope that's enough. This should be fixable.
