    @SpotifyCares Hi, i don't know if its known or not but on the xbox series x, I'm having trouble randomizing songs. If i play my liked songs, it only plays my recently added in order.

    @SpotifyCares I am paying for 2 Spotify accounts and cannot find one of the Spotify accounts. Please can you get back to me to resolve this issue as 10£ is coming out of my account and I cannot cancel this. Thanks

    @SpotifyCares Hey! I've been encountering an issue with Windows for several days. The tracks get stuck in a few secs. I reinstalled the app and checked the quality options, but it persists. It properly works on MacOS and iOS. I'll appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

    @SpotifyCares iPhone 12 Spotify version 8.7.14.807 This morning, it started working on my Alexa again. I made no changes and the connection is persisting. Roku TV is still having the issue however

    @SpotifyStatus I can’t play Spotify in my Xbox it won’t let me shuffle and it only lets me skip 3 songs and once the third son ends it doesn’t play anything else. I’ve been having this problem for 3 days now

    I guess @SpotifyCares actually don't care? playlist title keeps getting reported everytime there's a word in the title? if it's an emoji it's fine but whatever the word i put as a title it gets reported and taken down.......
