@SpotifyCares Excuse me but this is not an operation system issue. You know that. There is simply not an option to change language on Spotify. If I am in Germany the only option is German. If I'm wrong, please send me a screenshot of how to find this.

@SpotifyCares I was changing my individual plan to duo, due to phone freezing/issues it changed from individual-duo-individual back to duo. This was done within minutes, does that mean I'll be charged multiple times for each plan? Duo now setup with plan member active.

@SpotifyCares Hi, my Spotify was all greyed out on Windows. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and can’t get past the login screen anymore. Just comes up with a broken error pop up. I have tried web-player and it works just fine.

@JaytalityChi @SpotifyCares You can join the Slack, but it's not a requirement. To report an error you can use the form, it will be much simpler and faster.

@SpotifyCares With Spotify removing functionality like the shuffle while playing songs and the buttons on the wake up screen when the phone is locked, makes a person that has been a paying customer since 2008 or 2009 reconsider to continue paying. They are going up in price and down in service

@SpotifyCares It's fine. It didn't need clearing up. Just giving you feedback 1. It's a rip off. 2. It's a terrible thing to add to a service that people pay a subscription for and you then expect them to pay extra for a part of that service.
