@raysbatflip @SpotifyCares Did you get this sorted? I’m having the same issue. Every time I get in the car, my playlist starts from the very first song again, it’s very annoying. Seems to be since this enhanced shuffle option was added.

@SpotifyStatus is there an issue with Spotfiy? I'm using it in Scotland, UK from my desktop and it keeps stopping after 20 seconds and I've logged out, used incognito and no luck, any ideas? thanks!

@SpotifyCares It works on my phone and the web player as long as they're are the primary listening device. The issue still happens if I'm using them to control the client for desktop. I've also tried to sign out from the app and sign back in and restart my device a few times with no success.

And it’s all of the playlists or albums that I previously downloaded! It’s unfair that I pay monthly for a service I can’t enjoy, when the point of a Spotify premium account is that you can download the songs to listen to them when you don’t have internet @SpotifyCares @Spotify
