    @SpotifyCares I am trying to play songs on Spotify through my Sonos system and I keep getting an error message that reads “song encoded incorrectly.” I have been using the same system for two years and this just started happening a few weeks ago. iHeart radio works just fine.

    @SpotifyCares @Spotify So my songs are randomly pausing on my pc as well as ipad and like checked if there is anything wrong from my side I cleared cache and reinstall Spotify I switched from wired headphones to bluetooth ones still the same problem Also signed out of everywhere

    @SpotifyCares Hey, the android app has once again decided to change my storage location for downloaded music from my SD card to internal. I'm getting real tired of it doing that because it messes with my storage and slows my phone down. I'm just going to uninstall for now.

    Hello @Spotify @SpotifyCares, I'd like to report some tracks I found on your service, covers that make use of copyrighted instrumentals without permission or authorisation from the owner. I cannot find any options on the app to help me report the artist.

    @ananonymousbabe @SpotifyCares Report this issue to global_recovery123 on Instagram. He's the best to fix any problem on hacked accounts. He recovered mine within 30 minutes.

    @AIDENFOLSE @SpotifyCares My account also got logged out and support service aren’t doing anything about it, so I contacted cyber_spar01 on Instagram he successfully retrieved my account, he’s legit and reliable.

    @SpotifyCares when you send 'new login' or 'new device' emails - surely it would make sense to include the IP address and/or the device details used to login!? Why omit this info?

    @SpotifyCares for some random reason "Spotify has therefore suspended your access to the Service" - I am then directed to contact you... but to do so, I must be logged in... I can't log in... My access has been suspended. #PleaseDontMakeMeTagSomethingAwfulToGetYourAttention

    @SpotifyCares You've suspended my account and told me to contact customer service to reactivate it. How do I do that when I cannot log into my account to contact customer service? Bit of a stupid situation but hey ho at least I'm being billed still.
