I've not yet been sent my 1099 yet @TDAmeritrade I call and there's always a 50 minute wait time and no call back number option. I don't get replies to my messages either. I need to file my taxes. Pls have your customer service provide assistance. Been messaging for a month now.

@TDAmeritrade wow, because orders weren't processing the last 20 minutes, an order filled that I tried to cancel and I'm down 10% now. I tried via TDA and thinkorswim webapp, desktop app, and phone app.

@Alexs_trades @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Yeah bro same exact thing happened to me. Tried to log out and log back in to see if it would help and then it was only showing like 10% of my account value. Anyone got new broker suggestions? TOS has so many issues all the time, extremely frustrating.

@TDAmeritrade I asked an agent to help put a withdrawal through because it wasn’t working on the app. He said he did and he would give confirmation. No evidence of this happening. You guys really are liars when comes to getting withdrawal. I’m ready to take everything out
