Not sure why @TDAmeritrade agreed to merge with @CharlesSchwab - Schwab has the worst customer service I've seen, no one replies in the Message Center whereas with TD I receive a reply within hours. Been waiting almost a week with Schwab.

@PennyStock_es @TDAmeritrade @CharlesSchwab FINRA and OTC Markets are having an issue . Trades are going through , but volume feed to Level 2 or other platforms are not showing today Monday . Brokers know it, Twitter is LIT UP with messages about it , so someone hit the wrong switch apparently . Just fyi

@TDAmeritrade I know what Long and Short are. The PROBLEM is that you don't have an OPEN DATE for MANY of my positions. So I need that corrected.. And I asked HOW YOU were determining Long and Short for tax reporting if YOU don't have the dates...

@TDAmeritrade I have called that number over 30 times for this issue and it’s got me nowhere. The phone cust service says one thing, I get an email saying the opposite and I’m stuck with no progress. It’s total incompetence and no care for customers.
