Ok, @TDAmeritrade get your **** together, this is ridiculous! 1.5+ hours wait time for phone calls? 3.5 hours (and counting) for "Live Support" on ToS? Absolutely. Not. Acceptable. I know it's been crazy but figure it out because there's a looooooot of other brokers out there!

@RobinhoodApp the app won’t let me withdraw funds to my bank. And there’s no easy way to contact a service rep. Lots of emojis and gimmicks. After the mishaps these last weeks I am getting pretty damn close to switching to @TDAmeritrade

@TDAmeritrade Can you explain why ACH transfers have a 4 day hold? And what reason do you have for giving your customers a 1 hour average hold time when calling customer service. It’s not bad enough you want to hold up our money for a week, you want take our valuable time too?!
