@TDAmeritrade I do not like the lack of transparency and misinformation. Its likely my $RKT shares were borrowed away without my knowledge to meet certain issues TD has. But preventing me from managing my portfolio, without clear message in the app is unethical if not illegal.

@TDAmeritrade I just called this #. The wait time is 30 minutes. Is there a direct line for specific issues rather than this generic number. I plan to move 3 TD accounts to another brokerage if there’s no solution, today was terrible to realize I have no control over the shares I own

Sorry Vlad. @RobinhoodApp you guys rock but I’m gonna agree with that Congress member. My phone is constantly buzzing telling me a stock is up or down or doing something. Yes, stocks move. This isn’t what I need. I didn’t set those alerts. @TDAmeritrade Doesn’t flood me. 1/2

@TDAmeritrade Can you at least state as such in the message when it simply said no naked options are allowed where as a simple message like please call broker will do? I missed my window and the error message wasn’t even correctly describing my action.
