before 7.15PM thinkorswim and TDameritrade login did not work. Tried four times, carefully entered password on last 2 times. Now it is fine @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade

@TDAmeritrade I've had 4 support chats and a phone call with support. All are blaming comcast lol. I don't know if you're familiar with comcast but if you are expecting them to resolve this, then it will never get resolved. Time for a new broker I guess.

@etrade Traders think: @etrade customer service sucks. 90 minute wait time to speak to someone? For comparison, @TDAmeritrade wait time is between 2-4 minutes. Fix it.
