@TDAmeritrade On Jan. 21: 1. Half of my account balance disappeared and, 2. TWO of your agents told me that a day trade was completed. You managed to reimburse my account but without any explanation. Your agents also later on admitted that I didn’t place a day trade on 01/21. WTF?

@TDAmeritrade WTF is going on with TD Ameritrade? Yesterday(1/21), half my account balance was gone without any reason. Today, I am being told that I have made a day trade on 1/21 and I have no idea who made it since it wasn’t me. This is insanity! This is unacceptable!

@AviNMash @TDAmeritrade It's been ridiculous lately. If you have an urgent problem you're ******, but they are at least 24/7 and the wait times aren't bad late at night or probably on the weekend.
