@TDAmeritrade I got through after 45 minutes - and the person I spoke to was able to fix my issue within 90 seconds. I am thrilled it was easy to fix - just wanted to let you know the wait was rough.

@TDAmeritrade Do not use TD! Worst response times I’ve ever experienced. My money has been frozen in my account for weeks. I can’t trade, transfer, or withdraw. Email responses are generic and do not answer your inquiry and wait times on the phone is hours only for someone to hang up on you.
