I’ve been locked out of my @TDAmeritrade account for over a week. Smthng triggered a fraud review, fine - but 1.) it’s a total black box, 2.) they’ve totally botched Cust. service since the merger, and 3.) They’re overwhelmed. BUT that doesn’t excuse any of what I am experiencing

@TDAmeritrade Your software has me locked out from selling stock bought with cash a week ago. It says my buying power will go below 0 if I sell stock (not bought on margin). Calling yesterday did not resolve the issue & the wait time is now 2 hours. Filing complaint with SEC

@TDAmeritrade Had I been able to log into my account I would have placed stop limit orders on the stocks that dropped $20K in 2 hours. This was not a technical error. It was done deliberately.

Hey @TDAmeritrade , please allow covered call purchases against shares for "volatile" tickers from TOS. This worked fine last week, and this week I have to wait ~2hrs to speak to a broker on the phone to enter it manually. This is silly. Please fix ASAP.
