@TDAmeritrade I am trying to find out what I need to do to close out my deceased fathers account. I do not have his online login information and when I call the 800 numbers it asks for login information which I do not have, the help line has a 1.5hr wait time. How can I get help?

@TDAmeritrade @TDAmeritrade Why are you not allowing trades on $EPIX? It is a NASDAQ listed stock. Not to mention wait times are 50 f'ing minutes to contact you to reach a broker. Looking as bad as Robinhood right now.

Been on hold with @TDAmeritrade for a total of 3 hours. Been trying to get a problem resolved since 8am it’s pushing 2:30 and my hold time is 33:24 so we’re still just trying to stay on the right side of the brain because the left would have thrown the phone through a window. Bye

@TDAmeritrade An hour and a half on hold trying for non existent customer service... my account is only 20k but still, unanswered emails for MONTHS, no way to get ahold of this company. Strange negatives in my account... Don't switch to this service. I've been here for 12 years and I' leaving.
