@TDAmeritrade I do need help. I'm trying to close my account and get a check for the balance (a small amount) sent to my home address. I've tried twice doing it online from your website and still no check in the mail. Help please. I placed trades on your website for many years with no problem.

I dream of a day that @thinkorswim and @TDAmeritrade would get their sh*t together and actually provide a similar service that they used too. Invest in making this GD platform work as good as it looks. Seriously what do I need to do? I will pay for it. (Lord knows I already do)

@TDAmeritrade That wasn't the problem. I had stocks paid for with cash, but the system thought they were paid for with margin. Apparently this is a known issue with your software that you haven't bothered to fix.

@DanFlanders1 @etrade @TDAmeritrade No ... it’s good today. Normally it is, but us TD people have had our bad days as well. The GME crazy drop day I got f’d on some non-GME stocks I wanted to sell and flop. Overall it’s been pretty reliable though.

@TDAmeritrade But wait it get worse..while waiting endlessly on hold for customer service, they loop a screw you technical jargon message to make the experience even more unbearable... Anyone considering using this platform, look past the shiny commercials and see what awaits!
