@TDAmeritrade My account has not been activated and the period mentioned on the web has ended and you have not been able to explain the reason for that, I contacted customer services and there was no response, and I sent an email to all your customer service emails, but still nothing happens

@jm_owen @TDAmeritrade spazdaq down 3%... so par for the course, they cant handle the volume or something, usually only when **** hits the fan (read: we cant trade) they get some extra servers

@TDAmeritrade, TD Ameritrade Singapore service has only gone bad to worse. It is more than 4 years since I moved account from TD USA to TD Singapore. Just to get a reply of simple mail takes weeks and we understand that there could be high volumes of email for a given duration

@TDAmeritrade Patience is all I had for last few months now. No one replies and no one picks the phone so. it's useless. Thanks for replying. TD Singapore is broken and barebone stripped up version of what TD USA used to be. Time to shift to @IBKR and/or @WebullGlobal

Lost 4K trading on @TDAmeritrade TOS. Typed only 2 contracts since I’m new to options, got filled 10 contracts on RKT. I bought ask 2.50, it popped to $5, filled, then back down, instantly down over 1k before it even confirmed I was in the trade. I only wanted to risk $100.

@TDAmeritrade why aren't my buys/sells being executed the second I slap the bid/ask? I've noticed there is a 5 to 10 second lag between me pressing the button and any action being taken on the execution. And its not my network. 10 seconds in trading is an eternity.
