    @TDAmeritrade Hello, I’m facing a problem. I’m not able to log into my account. And when i try to reset the password there is the postal code that I don’t remember it :( . I remember the the Id and the email address and the secret answers only the postal code . Help plz

    @TDAmeritrade Your access on the phone is imbecilic and I would never be a customer..estimated wait time is 2 hours. Are you kidding? I'm trying to call because I keep getting the former owners account mailings and they haven't lived here for 15 years. Idiots.

    @TDAmeritrade Management- waiting for over and hour for customer service several times over the past month is really bad. By March my $ will be out of there.

    @TDAmeritrade your platform is garbage and is not working again. We’re in the tech age and your app/mobile platform are basically unusable on a regular basis. You are trying to cost me money and forcing me to look into rolling my accounts elsewhere. Please do better. -Me
