Both the representative at the local branch AND when she called customer service told her she can’t manage her account online if she opened at branch. Sounds very weird to me. I’m trying to help her. Those companies are racing to file financials by the hundreds and you caused a selloff. SMH

To enable TDAmeritrade Direct Routing: 1) Go to Client Services > My Profile > General 2) Under Elections & Routing, find Direct Routing, click “Edit” 3) Read terms. Click “I agree”. Then submit. 4) It will appear in your order entry window. $AMC
