@TDAmeritrade You guys have to fix your customer service. Every time I call I am told to wait over an hour! What happens when something really bad happens and then I have to wait over an hour?! You guys have to at least add triple the amount of people on your service team...

So I’m going to embarrass @TDAmeritrade a bit. I’ve sent several web site suggestions in the past; but recently found an egregious error on their Income Estimator. IE says I get dividends from 20 stocks. I DON’T OWN 20 stocks! Already alerted your support of this.

@TDAmeritrade This has been an ongoing issue for 12-18 months. It happens sporadically, however brokerages should be required to maintain nearly 100% uptime just as social media websites are required

@TDAmeritrade i been a customer since early 2014 but since the talk of merger / final buyout to Schwab / reduction of people the TOS is now just avg. several of those i know has moved on because of avg performance before was at the Top / very Fast
