@thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Useless computer service and worst broker out there. Lost money due to their faulty ios app today, called customer service and they told me 'the software isn't perfect' and there's nothing they could do. Been a customer for many years - all for nothing

@TDAmeritrade nothing worse that being up 5k on options and being unable to close because the mobile app has a black screen and an error saying “closing module not loaded”. Even worse when that same trade goes red and you can’t get out of it.

@TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim Today I’ve had an issue loading the order editor on both iPhone and iPad. After normal use, I go to place and order and never loads order editor, just a grey wheel, until I force close and reopen app…lost a few buck due to this delay. Please fix
