    @satymahajan @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim I had the same problem today, all the sudden and order I canceled off because it said it didn’t fill showed up 10 minutes later. Then I couldn’t cancel it off. Starting to think it might be time for a better order execution system.

    **** y’all @TDAmeritrade You guys sell my contracts at 1.95 when I had a STOP at 1.10… the contracts were at 3.20 at the moment y’all sold it 🖕

    @TDAmeritrade Already called, was on hold for 1 hour, i'm reporting what was told to me. I think the customer service teams need to figure out what's going on and get aligned.

    I needed a corrected tax form to complete my taxes I called 10 days ago. @TDAmeritrade told me they’d mail it probably 4/10…taxes are due 4/15!! Bravo, great customer service.

    @TDAmeritrade @CharlesSchwab DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are liars and will not help you if you need help!!! What they will do is lie on line to make it seem like they are helping and do nothing in-person! Check out their reviews online their BBB report!!’

    @Giannijojo @TDAmeritrade It was unbearable and It’s really sad how this things do happen after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done until I came across @astra_trix support team and it was fixed completely the ré are best you will ever have
