@TDAmeritrade @TD_Canada absolutely incredible customer service yet again to wait 48 minutes on hold to talk to a gentleman who had no answer to a simple question and put me back on hold for someone else. Useless.

Been on hold with @TDAmeritrade for a total of 3 hours. Been trying to get a problem resolved since 8am it’s pushing 2:30 and my hold time is 33:24 so we’re still just trying to stay on the right side of the brain because the left would have thrown the phone through a window. Bye

@TDAmeritrade @TDAmeritrade Why are you not allowing trades on $EPIX? It is a NASDAQ listed stock. Not to mention wait times are 50 f'ing minutes to contact you to reach a broker. Looking as bad as Robinhood right now.
