    @TDAmeritrade tda should confirm having received the order and intention to execute when market opens. But: the order is not accpted due to bad software design. I have already described this using different wording. Let clients know when you corrected the siftware into a useful state.

    @TDAmeritrade I’ve called 3 times and talked to 5 reps. The last rep told me the previous reps didn’t lie to me, they just gave me wrong or incorrect information. 👍 I understand you’re not going to be able to help me. But hopefully I can help others not get robbed by TD!

    Maybe @TDAmeritrade can help me understand the OTC fees. @CharlesSchwab owns you now and you're not willing to change your OTC fees. SO... I have to pull my funds and move to Schwab. That sounds like crap. Care to help so I can leave my funds in my account.

    @TDAmeritrade @FINRA Are accounts presumed to be fixed by now from last weeks major stumble? What are you doing to help correct positions which clients could not close because they have negative available balance?

    @TDAmeritrade Rejecting good orders is bad. 5) The big risk to use TDAmeritrade is Stop-Loss orders being rejected instead of having these executed as desired by stock owner. It is really impossible to manually enter several Stop-Loss orders immediately when market opens.

    @TDAmeritrade Do something about your customer service!! It’s ridiculous that’s i’m still waiting for 1 hour now and nobody is answering the phone. It’s so frustrating!! Will you ever answer the line or should I wait for a whole 8 hours to get my password? UNREAL!!

    @TDAmeritrade Great advice that does not work when TD Ameritrade can't do a SIMPLE transaction in 5 business days and LOCKS UP your account due to their coding issue.... REALLY??! Waited an hour+ on hold to be told you ARE aware....but still waiting.....

    i had some issues with with transfers to my @TDAmeritrade account, resulting in a few return fees. but then i couldn’t place any order. took 2 weeks and multiple messages to them to find out my account had been frozen. why did they tell me this immediately?

    @TDAmeritrade Exactly. Monday morningni started placing claendars and spreads on it. Midday you pulled the rug with restrictions, i couldn't properly roll the trades, and sell spreads to bring my vega down a bit to combat the 6-700%IV. You don't buy naked options at that IV value.

    @TDAmeritrade While I understand the volume, it is essential to keep your customer care account working and addressing the queries.. Neither I see a response to mails nor you guys are picking calls. Is the system not build to address the growth and support on time ?

    @TDAmeritrade The only reason you would limit covered calls or cash secured puts on #GME is to help crash the price of the stock. The seller of those contracts is at no risk whatsoever #notafreemarket
