@TDAmeritrade Yes. I tried the calling method and it didn’t work. I called right after market close at 4:04pm and it said estimated wait time 10 minutes. They finally answered over 1 hour 20 minutes later at 525pm and they said I missed 530pm deadline. Luckily risk department saw issue at 510

@TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim @CharlesSchwab Any way ThinkOrSwim can have some of the defunct vintage scripts removed, to reduce confusion? Spread hacker, the previously 3rd party run studies, and similar outdated concepts that never panned out, take up space and confuse new users. Improve scanner? No broken filters. TY!

@TDAmeritrade I did after a 40 min wait time, the guy tells me that its not your fault its the market maker. System should work faster it was slow as well this morning you keep promoting as the best be the best. Slow trades and wrong news costing people money.

@TDAmeritrade In Webull app can electronically submit “do not exercise” but not “exercise”. Not having a “do not exercise” button in TD caused me big problems Friday because hold time was 1 hour 20 minutes but luckily risk department did it for me before 530pm deadline (I called at 4:04)

@TDAmeritrade I did, your staff laughed at me and said to bad so dad pay up... but ummm ... $76.00 in fees for 1 share at $.091 and 1 share at $1.10.. no, that is insane highway robbery. So I asked in public where you can't hide or lie or be a jerk like the phone support
