@TDAmeritrade keeps hanging up on me because their employees think @TMobile IpRelay is a TTY service when in fact it is a text-based app. 🫣 I’ve told them to Google and to verify this. They refused. Who the heck has a TTY nowadays? 🫥

@TDAmeritrade To add insult to injury, I am an existing customer. Tried calling my advisor but would not go through. Tried emailing and bounced. At the least, would expect contacts be forwarded to other associates. That and also letting me know who my new advisor would be. Not wait now 50 min

@TDAmeritrade I suggest reviewing the trading restriction policy, including on settled funds, for large deposits. I’ve already spoken to a customer service rep. @fidelity deposits usually cleared in 1-2 days, with instant funds available. Just unhappy with my choice right now @TDAmeritrade.

@TDAmeritrade would be nice for a few tweaks but usually these suggestions are overlooked. Gray background instead of Dark / Light - easier viewing all day long. Displaying the TAX column on the ACCOUNT STATEMENT page would help business planning

@CIBC we are waiting to see stock tickers CFVI & CFVIW CONVERTED in our trade accounts to *** & RUMBW. I can BUY it looks like but I cannot SELL as my *** still shows as CFVI. @TDAmeritrade is on the ball and has already made the ticker conversion in their accounts. HELP! 🚨

@tspencer322 @CharlesSchwab I’ve had issues with @TDAmeritrade. Issues such as my account balance being higher than what it should be. Never had issues until the week before $APE came out
