@TDAmeritrade just a word of advice: maybe if you’re going to undergo maintenance you should restrict access to certain tabs in the mobile app (or altogether). I really don’t need a heart attack at 1am when I’m going to bed by seeing my account balance drop to a negative number

@TDAmeritrade That phone number is a waste I need a person I have no problem seeing a person at swab it’s fine but my deposit are severely down right now I need to get checks I’ve never had checks I would like to add 240 thousand not doing it by internet and be able to write one check a month

@MarekZee @Fidelity @TDAmeritrade Have used for 6 years and can honestly say downtime’s have been pretty minimal if ever. I have rarely had any issues with executing or placing market orders I don’t have any crypto so I can’t personally confirm, but quick google search says crypto also commission free

I have had the worst service from @TDAmeritrade They are usually great but the must have let a ton of employees go. My Backdoor Roth rollover has been pending for 30 d (21 business days)! 3 account messages, plus 3 phone calls (55+ min wait times every time). Terrible!

@TheSureThing3 @Fidelity @TDAmeritrade I’ve not used Robinhood because of all the (customer service and downtime) horror stories I’ve heard over the years. I might try it just to possibly invest in Bitcoin. Do you know what their BTC fees are? Most of the regular places are ridiculously overpriced.
