@iamsarzi @TDAmeritrade @SEC_Enforcement This is common on every RS. Shares holding in accounts are not tradable while everything is swapped over from the RS and the uplist at DTC. Any RS, share holders may not be able to sell from 2hrs up to over 2 days I've seen. The $6 offering is what hurt the stock.I averaged down.

@Reyazul08747271 @TDAmeritrade Worst mistake of life. Don’t take one persons advice, ask around. Ask around about people’s balances being debited money on three day weekend from TD. Call your local financial advisor and ask what they think of TD and they will tell u same thing, run!!
