@TDAmeritrade I had to get angry with your people but as of yesterday, they got it done. I hate it that I had to raise my voice to get something done but it finally worked, this was a problem that too many people were not focused and not listening to each other. They don't do details well!

@TDAmeritrade I've had 4 support chats and a phone call with support. All are blaming comcast lol. I don't know if you're familiar with comcast but if you are expecting them to resolve this, then it will never get resolved. Time for a new broker I guess.

@TDAmeritrade There are none other ways to contact developers support. My friend has been trying to reach the api for months using that email. For the history. He only gotten 1 response(after 3-4 weeks response time) out of like 4 emails sent in the last 2 years or so.
