    @RooksLeAnne @BearvsBull83 @TDAmeritrade Ya After the ordeal I went through this entire past week, I’m honestly not too upset that I couldn’t place trades (except that I’m not making a living) until I’m sure all their issues are cleared up. I’m ready to pull my money out and go elsewhere unfortunately.

    @Fidelity Follow-up: I’m out. Moving holdings next week to @TDAmeritrade, who were very helpful on the phone (after an admittedly looooong wait). I hope all the brokerages improve customer service to meet the demand of this “traffic” - create jobs! I have much less faith in @Fidelity tho.

    Get off Robinhood and switch brokers. I use @TDAmeritrade and am not going to plug you with a WeBull link. If you’re own Robinhood you get worse executions, limited trading hours, and awful charts/tools. Use a broker who allows you to trade at the best of your ability.

    @TDAmeritrade terrible customer service. Wait times are 2+ hours on hold. Been working on resolving an error they made with my retirement account for 3 weeks now and no resolution. Regret rolling over my accounts with them and will be looking for alternate custodian. awful.

    @TDAmeritrade can you please tell me why I am unable to sell covered call contracts on GME? You can lock our shares so we cannot sell until expiration date but please allow us to use our purchased property without restrictions meant to crash the price of the stock

    Robinhood is getting targeted with this "risk management" issue related to options and margin but @TDAmeritrade let me get a huge margin account and sell naked calls by taking a laughable open book test.

    @TDAmeritrade how long till you are going to increase your damn capacity? My trades and alerts are lagging anywhere from a tens of seconds to minutes EVERYDAY. THE $GME episode is over..volume hasn't been that high either...

    @RobinhoodApp You also don't answer your customers? So, what's left? Gone to @TDAmeritrade . I asked to reopen my account and was ignored. Unless customer service takes 2 weeks, which is unacceptable.

    @4C4yourself @TDAmeritrade I have had same issue. Sand they are still trying hard to undo it but it's a travesty how slow they have been in fixing it and the zero communication from there end. I got through to support with help of my advisor and got confirmation of the screw up

    @TDAmeritrade One rep told me she saw the problem told me it would be resolved EOD Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning and the rep told me the previous rep didn’t know what she was talking about, exact words and that there was no problem. Than tried to lie and tell

    @RooksLeAnne @BearvsBull83 @TDAmeritrade Ya I’m in the same boat. I got affected by their glitch that occurred last Friday, then today finally it looked like all my balances were finally fixed but I tried to place an order and it says my ‘account not allowed to buy equities’.

    I’ve been on hold for 90 minutes to ask a question. @TDAmeritrade is that good customer service? BTW. When it hit 90 minutes exactly with 0 secs it finally connected me to an agent. That’s really fishy to me. Are you building in a wait time intentionally? Please respond.

    @AngelaRitter01 re: @TDAmeritrade same issues, now apparently resolved with no explanation. 1.5M neg balance for 5 days. Emailed, called etc etc. Thinking, possibly naively, that #FINRA or #SEC might have jurisdiction? Don't think this should be let go. Thoughts?
