@roto_115 @DahHoneyBadger @TDAmeritrade NB just released a document where they CLEARLY STATE they are an “independent PUBLIC company”. THAT is different from a private company. Shorts never NEEDED to cover, so our issue is a bit made up. Still not right, but def not the squeeze that was touted based on “private”.

@Stash DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! The fees and latency and customer service are terrible! Go with @RobinhoodApp or @TDAmeritrade Currently I've spent 3 weeks closing my 4 accounts with them and agents have refused to put a supervisor on the phone last 2 times I called.

@TDAmeritrade It appears you are at odds with AST. "AST will issue new shares to brokers based on instructions received from DTC."Can the @The_DTCC confirm they have provided this instruction to AST? or what state things are currently in. Transparency on this would help investor confidence.

@boymeetstrading @TDAmeritrade Its not bad for shareholders. Its bad for brokers. Certs are being pulled and the TA has a log of everything that is real. Now the brokers have to answer to the instructions of the DTC. Finra will have to enforce corporate action. If not then a Fed judge will execute the order!
