@TDAmeritrade You have a bug in the Matterport $MTTR stock chart. History of the chart only goes back to just before August. Doesn’t show any further back. Please fix. It’s been like this for months. Very frustrating

@TDAmeritrade I think the trade treaty between China and USA for dividend tax rate is 10%, I talked to Charles Schwab customer service, they told me the same thing. is it because TD Ameritrade is from Canada and the tax rate is different?

@SalsTradingOTC @TDAmeritrade I use #Fidelity for #OTC and it isn’t bad. One stupid thing is they only show you out to .xx decimals so you have to manually calculate your exact average cost.

@SalsTradingOTC @SuperRobotOTC @TDAmeritrade Tda had me to file a 13H with the sec. They told me then they were about to crack down on otc traders. If the 13H rule applies to you, file it, avoid being kicked off. However with that on file now, I no longer add any new OTCs. To much sketchy stuff going on in otc right now

@TDAmeritrade @CharlesSchwab If you sent automatic surveys out to every customer that opens a support ticket on the @thinkorswim I think you'd be surprised at how much negative feedback you would get. It should provide some hard insight into how worthless they actually are.

@TDAmeritrade they couldn't help, they said the best thing they can do is keep the acc active for 4-7 days. they dont know how to save the studies. how about i put money into the acc and you guys dont close it? i have studies in thinkorswim from 5-8 years ago that i dont want to lose
