    @aaronleehughes2 @TDAmeritrade It is frustrating, but TD is as good or better than the industry. I am an active trader, and have had the experience of losing money due to system issues, and have called the trade desk and asked them to look into it.

    @aaronleehughes2 @TDAmeritrade Fidelity is pretty good, but frankly every broker has tech issues sometimes. I have over $1MM at TD, but also a secondary backup acct at IB.

    @TDAmeritrade I still seem to have an issue accessing to the ThinkOrSwim platform. Am also not able to call to the technical support line. Is there anything that I can do to gain back access?

    @TDAmeritrade In 20 years+. It always assigned or removed by Sat. First time it has not cleared for me. Expired options are not much an issue. It’s the assigned covered calls that have not released buying power that concerns me. Plus the Margin call message not going away?!?

    @Skylar1k @TDAmeritrade Thank you Sky Lark. That’s a reasonable perspective and I’ll reconsider. TDA’s statement about solving the issue contrasted my log-in attempts, but perhaps my issue is unrelated.

    @TDAmeritrade I'm now able to login to the website and to Thinkorswim, thanks for this; however, any historical data prior to Oct.26 (trades, balances, deposits, etc) is no longer listed in the desktop app. When is this expected to be resolved?

    @aaronleehughes2 @TDAmeritrade I have tried numerous other brokers, and they all have tech issues sometimes. I have had an acct at TD and their predecessor Thinkorswim for over 20 years, and they are as reliable or more reliable than the industry, in my opinion. No one is 100% foolproof.

    @TDAmeritrade Yeah that doesn't change anything. I can't change the deposit date... clicking the drop down menu to pick a new date is what's causing it to crash. If it's still not working tomorrow I guess I'll have to call

    @TDAmeritrade Spoken with the Customer service at given number. They mentioned that some batch jobs are still pending and the these will be completed sometime during the day today. Once these are completed, the correct balances would be shown. Thanks
