@kohli_fan75 @TDAmeritrade Each office has a Manager and a Compliance Officer. You can contact an office even if you don’t deal with one and register the complaint. If you are operating strictly online, there’s a 800 #. Call and say you’d like to find out the process to file a complaint. Good luck.

Yesterday was horrible experience for me as my broker @TDAmeritrade let me execute a trade which was an input error from me but I didn't even have margin in my account for that many option contracts. My account went negative and had to frantically sell excess leading to a loss 😪

My day was going fine till 3:55 when @TDAmeritrade system error caused me to buy 10 contracts of a big premium option trade, the order should have been rejected instead it went through made my account hugely negative and ultimately caused loss, unnecessary grief due to a broker
