@TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim It's time to admit the lag and slow-down is on your side. Last week when the market was slow b/c lack of participation, everything was smooth. Now back to lag and jerky performance. Tired of being told turn it off and back on.

@ditzler_chris @GuidanceIShere Really? Mine in TD Ameritrade still just show: "Next Bridge Hydrocarbons 6DA993019" with a ZERO value and my original cost basis intact. So tired of this b.s. @TDAmeritrade has been by far the WORST broker through this saga. Disrespectful, condescending and blatant liars.

@fromveiltovail @TDAmeritrade Well, the IRS is known for being very reasonable about these issues..... I don't mean to make light of this. It is appalling how screwed up it is- beyond pathetic. But those most impacted are blaming the wrong people. It's apparent who created & perpetuated the situation.

@FnFGateFan @TDAmeritrade Retirement fund industry is the worst: was looking at a 6 year US fixed income fund with almost 0.5% fee yesterday (vs 3.4% yield) in 401(k). Plus the plan administrator takes fees all year.

@thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Today on the BIIB trade your platform wasnt working and when i reached out to you about it you guys were rude, the amoiunt on the trade wasnt much but the lack of accountability on platform issues is a problem and nothing doing the right thinkg is more of a problem im disgusted

@TDAmeritrade That's the same number you already gave me. The people there pretend they are in charge of the company and give me no one to escalate the problems to. Jenna Hebing is already ignoring my calls and messages, so apparently she doesn't believe she/her staff are there to help.
