  @TDAmeritrade can you please work on fixing live cost basis updates? Every time I purchase more of something I already own, it takes a trading day to update that average. This should be an easy fix, as many other platforms can handle this. Please update app.

  @TDAmeritrade I've gone back and forth with your "customer service" for over a week now. If the last 10 people I spoke to couldn't help, what makes the next rep so much more qualified? I'm not going to get sent ach instructions again thanks I have that info 10× over.

  @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim The last 5 times I called AT, customer service was a bunch of NOOBS who didn't know ANYTHING and were digging around googling stuff to try to figure things out. UNACCEPTABLE. Now this? Forget it!

  @SorensenMathew @TDAmeritrade Yeah its always hell with them. My app just went black on my phone. everytime I open it its give me black screen. This is is the new one out of the 50 problems in last 6 months..and yes Td I've reset, forced stop and reset my phone.

  I have had the worst service from @TDAmeritrade They are usually great but the must have let a ton of employees go. My Backdoor Roth rollover has been pending for 30 d (21 business days)! 3 account messages, plus 3 phone calls (55+ min wait times every time). Terrible!

  @TDAmeritrade is a pain in my ***. How do you not know how to be a bank? Keep sending me the same instructions to do something I did that never went through instead of actually trying to fix the issue. Had to cancel a whole deposit because they can't find it.... what ********!

  @TDAmeritrade Now it's working. The problem was with latest Android update. It was keep crashing for several app and same with ameritrade. They fixed it and now it's perfectly fine. Thank you for you support anyway.

  @AskRobinhood it’s March 22 & u just sent me a corrected 1099. I’ve already filed my taxes and did so later this year because last year u sent me not 1 but 2 corrected 1099s. In a digital world, how is such an error possible? Will u compensate me or do I move it 2 @TDAmeritrade

  @TDAmeritrade THIS IS A LIE. It was down, and others were tweeting the same. I have two other brokers and both their website and apps were updating and working while AMERITRADE WAS DOWN.
