@TDAmeritrade I opened acct last night and deposited money . On the app it’s says the same amount as I deposited under cash available for trade/ buying power. But every time I place and order it’s gives me an error saying I don’t have enough buying power? Can u help?

@TDAmeritrade I am trying to find out what I need to do to close out my deceased fathers account. I do not have his online login information and when I call the 800 numbers it asks for login information which I do not have, the help line has a 1.5hr wait time. How can I get help?

@TheMattDiamond they suck big time @TDAmeritrade. TOS crashes and generates error reports, but never works properly. Hopefully @CharlesSchwab will fix it or else you guys are already loosing big on business.

@AdnansArk @TDAmeritrade Happened to me last year in March. Customer service treated me like poopoo when I called in. Immediately switched platforms after that. I can't deny, the plat form is really user friendly, and it's probably my favorite... when it works.
