  @TDAmeritrade Ashley said she could not just resolve the problem. If I had to go after being on phone over hour I would have to get back in line. I had to stay on phone in case she had question. She was new. Still waiting for manager.

  @TDAmeritrade could be the worst broker on the planet. It takes a week for your deposit to settle. My deposit finally settled and now it says I don’t have permission to place an options call. Trash of a company. Back to Robinhood I go.

  @TDAmeritrade Hi, since February 12th I have had incorrect balance displays, margin balances, improper option assignments, and improper withdrawal of funds. I have spent over 50 hours on the phone trying to receive help from @TDAmeritrade, yet I still cannot buy or sell securities.

  @TDAmeritrade Thanks but it's alerts were always working well before is there a new setting one needs to enable to get them working again or is this really just a problem with your systems. I haven't changed any settings lately on any devices and it's still a problem

  Called @TDAmeritrade regarding letter sent t0 me. 40 minute wait on hold. First person could not find info on letter or how to handle issue. Second person Ashley said she was new. Did not know how to handle but she was looking up. 5 min to get her agree to get manager. Waiting...

  @TDAmeritrade this $COUV situation is ridiculous trading resumed but I couldn’t BUY OR SELL due to the ASK/BID price not updating but DONT WORRY cuz now that it’s down to .17 cents it works....
