@thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade whatever you all THINK your server capacity should be .. could you please just double it? Or work with different market makers? These morning freezes are getting WAY too expensive to justify staying with your otherwise great platform.

@TDAmeritrade support is ******* useless. I can’t login to my account. I can’t get a security code sent to my phone. The wait time is over an hour on the phone and then no one answers or hangs up. If I lose all the money I have on that app I will be livid.

@Tony_BATtista @TDAmeritrade @tastytrade Td Ameritrade always has trading issues. They routinely don’t honor stops and have zero support. This morning alone, I lost $1000 by them nit executing my stops or having my trailing stops trail the upward price action on my $SPY puts.
