    @telegram What has happened in the latest update pl? The chat folders disappeared. I purposed pay to get more folders and please i need them to be reinstalled immediately. I guess i heard in alot of groups that your update recently has caused huge problems to alot of people.

    @telegram High, I have a problem with the desktop version of telegram. I cannot get hyperlinks to work, I have to copy and paste in a browser to open the link. I have tried different web engines, google, edge, firefox etc but nothing works. I use widows 10. Can anyone advise.

    @khaled @telegram You’re absolutely right the appeal process should be transparent Unfortunately I’ve been unable to submit an appeal despite being a user since 2016 I’ve missed out on a lot because of this issue, and I really hope for a solution soon 😔
