    @telegram Hi, I lost my phone and just got a new device. I wanted to login my account but I’m unable to receive the code via sms, it’s saying I should check the app and I’m unable to use the app at the moment. All I got now is my phone number and the mail but I can’t receive in both ways

    @khaled @telegram You’re absolutely right the appeal process should be transparent Unfortunately I’ve been unable to submit an appeal despite being a user since 2016 I’ve missed out on a lot because of this issue, and I really hope for a solution soon 😔

    @telegram @CST_KSA right the appeal process should be transparent Unfortunately I’ve been unable to submit an appeal despite being a user since 2016 I’ve missed out on a lot because of this issue, and I really hope for a solution soon 😔
