    How do you get Telegram installed? Needs 2 b on phone first. So I get internet 4 phone, download. CC verify says error, 3x. 2nd site says same. From Telegram, says "may harm" & phone won't let me download. So I still cannot do Telegram. Should I? Others seem to do it fine. WTF?

    @heyadarsha @telegram It just shows that timer icon for 4-5 mins and then sends message, its fixed now but issue was there, and not an internet issue

    instead of taking down the app due to the numerous complaints sent to his mail, this ***** created a telegram group and put the link in his app so everyday, someone who has been finessed joins the group and everyone is like “welcome to the club” and it never stops being funny.
