I remember the day when everything was so fast on Telegram and the only way to block it was to block it entirely. But, now, I am experiencing a bad service, mainly with images, audio notes and calls (which I desisted to use). Something bad is happening.

Our operations were horrible We communicated through Telegram (lol) and it slowed down output like crazy. My advice is to have operations from the get go… Even if it’s: • Contract • Slack channel • Onboarding systems It stops your agency from breaking as you scale.
