Seeing some folks say they're going to retreat to Telegram but the biggest social issue today (as I see it) is the lasting effect of covid smashing passive social interaction and forcing us to actively maintain social contacts which a retreat to Telegram would exacerbate.

This is terrible customer service, whilst actual scammers run riot on your app with impunity. I expect a satisfactory reply within 24hrs please
