@CedMrx Try contacting one of their telegram group admins. I had an issue (a few months ago) where I didn't receive an answer. I've messaged a few of their telegram group admins and they talked gave my issue to the team so I received an answer. Not every admin will help though

@mantej__walia @VLaunchCOM I would have no problem if they admitted this error and suggested to wait for some days. But it's annoying that no one gives an answer to all those comments... Also in the telegram group the only advice they got is "clean your cache and cookies".
