WhatsApp going to introduce communities to connect with different people. Worst decision imo. WhatsApp became popular only because of it messaging service. If this update comes, i will be shifting to telegram fr.

@Steeve_hanke Sir, many thanks ... an odd problem for me is to register at Telegram via its desktop application. Using an UMTS/GSM mobile phone not a smartphone. And the reg. via SMS doesn't work. I need to finally move over to my Android phone/Motorola still not installed due to lack of time.
