I don't know what is the problem but @telegram made me restricted even though i didn't send any promotional links, annoying messages or any other stuff to random people. What i made is sending a photo twice because of network glitch and it made me restricted.

@BruinGOP "The internet" is simply an interconnected network of networks - by definition. These networks allow higher level services to be carried. Twitter is such a service. Parler, Telegram, et. al, as well. You simply want to nationalize one service you use but say you don't like.

@CoconutTush I would suggest a singing telegram* * a telegram is a instant message but it wasn't sent to a phone but to an office. A person would write down the message and deliver it in person. Singing was what people used to do over music.
