Howey was decided in 1946 so one might argue there’s no precedent related to cryptocurrencies. NOT TRUE. In 2019, the federal court in the SDNY handed down the #Telegram case. Telegram was a pure ICO and money was raised PRIOR to the blockchain technology being developed.

Both Discord and Telegram have been giving me these issues, where they just wont like...scroll? I always find myself in the situation where new messages are coming in, but the chat doesn't scroll with them, and I am always having to manually do it, which is a pain.

I moved to Signal after my Telegram account was hacked, added to very NSFW channels, & then deleted. I had to change my number, email, passwords, too. With Telegram, I could not get help or support, they refused to respond to my tickets/messages so that I may keep my account.

1.1 DMs Admins in crypto will never DM you first, even if you have a time sensitive issue. This is true for Discord, Telegram and Twitter and is how most people get scammed. They will try to get your seedphrase by telling you, you need to connect your wallet for whatever reason.
