In 2019 I saw my first (and only) therapist. He suggested that my problems could be solved by non-work related hobbies and/or a love/social life. He gave me the homework of joining Tinder. I didn’t last a fortnight before running away in terror hahaha sorry no way.

Dating apps issues - Tinder They recycles profiles. Several profiles are seen again after already swiping on them earlier - Bumble When matches expire because the girl didn't initiate chat. Why would anyone like and then let the match expire?!
