i remember when i was like 16 i met up with a guy off tinder and he claimed to be like 5'9 or something, he ended up being 5'3 (he was an inch shorter than me), and normally heigh isnt like a huge issue but the fact he lied about it was so bizarre its not something u can hide

Building trust based on 100% online interaction with absolutely no other means (think tinder or random subreddit) is something that very few online tools try to do and, if done, is usually done badly. Crypto "hides" this problem or solves special cases.
