Things I noticed working as a wedding host: Just wow, all the women are drunk and ready to **** at the drop of a hat- it's literally the opposite of having to deal with them on Tinder or cold approaches at bars. For whatever stupid reason, they're immediately into you.

it just made me realize that last year ppl I talked to were like tinder ppl & frfr I wish I could just not fw ppl of the sort. It’s not worth it & it’s not what I deserved. I take good care of myself to be dealing w broken ppl like that. Gross

@ArmandDoma @garyndunbar I’ve honestly never understood the point of the whole “women message first” thing. I remember the pre-Tinder world of online dating, and I feel like the mutual match concept already kinda solved a lot of the problem that did exist with the overwhelming amount of unwanted msgs.

@lonelyfag15 Now, obviously there is no way to fix this using an app, that's just human nature, we all get why, but it does make the apps useless to find someone. Tinder, Hinge, these things are all a huge waste of time and no straight male should use them.

@Nimyane Looks like it's about 5,500 people total, fairly localized. Tinder checked the neighborhood channels and someone said the transformer next to their house "exploded" (so dramatic lol) so hopefully it's an easy fix, unlike the last huge storm that knocked out 200,000+ folks.

@PstafarianPrice @eigenrobot Meh. The way is “don’t use Grindr” since it has always been just a meat market. I never had a problem with that on Tinder. Filtering for guys seeking relationships was pretty easy, and I don’t recall any unsolicited lewd pictures.

@mperdomo @ArmandDoma The big apps, Bumble, Hinge, and Tinder all have this issue. They also have an issue with numbers (way more men than women). League is similar at this point. If you pay, and are above average (like you are), it's not so bad. You'll get results and regular dates.
