@manicguitarist @TheReturnOfLCF Maximises airflow to the burning bit until you can generate enough heat to cause convection. One of the big problems with a trad firelay is tinder and kindling are O2 starved. You rely on hot embers from the kindling to contact the fuel. Works if you have plenty of kindling.
