That said can we go ahead and just get the Retaliation buff event going today instead of waiting for it to start? In fact, make it a thing for the entire season. No sarcasm.

It was the reason why I stopped playing the game years ago and coming back it's still in this "state". This doesn't need a bugfix, rip that thing out, make it from scratch.
