    @TheDivisionGame I found out last night that even though my character was missing, it will allow you to create a new character. At least I can go back to the beginning for awhile until fix is deployed.

    @DannyEickhoff @TheDivisionGame From what I gather you’d be ok so long as you don’t leave it on you when you logout. Although personally, I am so angry/miserable about losing my main character that if I were you, I would stay well away until these idiots fix this.

    @UbisoftSupport @TheDivisionGame My Agent has disappeared as of last night? I have been playing the last 2 days since this rogue maintenance effort, but last night I had to restart my router, and when I came back online 5 minutes later my Agent has gone. Any news on the fix yet?

    @TheDivisionGame Any word, also, on the GE reward track still being locked for some players...? Know @Tideman92 and others would love this issue resolved before the GE ends and they kiss out cause if some bug. Or, maybe, if the GE does end before it's fixed, they can be awarded the track items?

    @TheDivisionGame I can confirm that I experienced the glitch today, on PS5, and was NOT wearing Waveform or BTSU Gloves. It occurred during gameplay, when trying to join a clan mate who was at The Summit, and did NOT involve logging in or out.
