    It has been 13 days with no resolution to my issue in The Division 2. This level of delay is completely unacceptable for a technical support case. I expect a definitive update and an immediate fix. @UbisoftSupport @Ubisoft @TheDivisionGame

    @TheDivisionGame Again I hate to complain but holy crap, the drop rates are poor, issues with cores and cost to reroll augments are far too steep when the drop rate is crap, the gear drops and weapons are definitely the lower used scale of weapons (havent had a single good weapon drop), overall, I love the game, I really do, but the grind for materials itself is long and tedious, and then to make an endgame activity thats hard and long, hardly worth the grind especially for the casual gamer (I play maybe 1-2 hours every 2nd day), its brutal. I see streamers with full gear running T10 escalations, but I dont have the time to play and get decent drops to make this grind feel worth it. Its just, NOT

    @xXp0SeDx @TheDivisionGame The loot stays on the ground in escalations, and retaliations you have over a minute to look at the ~10 drops you have lol I think this is a you problem. Be faster at looting it's not hard my man
