    @UbisoftSupport @TheDivisionGame A 1/3rd of our clan cant see their character. They went to play other games meanwhile. The rest of us are afraid to do anything in case we lose ours. You should reset to a system restore. I didnt even have problems prior yet you had to do an update just because

    @UbisoftSupport @TheDivisionGame We’re on day 2 with no ETA. Which means your dev team is no closer to resolving the issue from when it was initially discovered. Roll back. Fix the issue on your time, not the communities time. Also for the love of god create a PTR to test this stuff before you roll out.

    Rumors are starting to swirl that @TheDivisionGame is permanently broken with corrupted data. Its been over 24 hours now and no fix, or plan on when it will be fixed. Characters won't load. This is a the last straw for a lot of @Ubisoft players.

    @lee_huckerby @TheDivisionGame @JaydenRodger3 No timeline at all seems fishy. My clan commander lost his main today. So day 2 of this and 10000 shade between him and I gone. They say it’s still there but how can you say that whe can’t give timeline for fix
