    @Viber need help please. I cannot retrieve my chat history from my old phone to my new phone. I am trying to scan the QR Code to my old phone using my new phone but it shows unable. I already tried updating the app, restarting both phones but still unable to scan QR Code.

    .@ThreeUK anyone else who can’t make and receive calls because of the Three outage, try using @Viber Audio, I did and it showed my number on the other end too, I usually would use @Skype before but we know that’s no more.

    @ViberHelp The customer service of #viber is, well, it does not exist. I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and nk communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

    @Viber @Sasa2022dj @ViberHelp I tried alternate numbers as I can’t log in with the number I registered with. Support said they’d restore it in three days, but it’s still not working.

    @Viber @ViberHelp Don’t wasted my time to ignore me since your contact US don’t work for won’t let me press hold for 5 seconds to contact us but still debug “error”. 3 days still don’t work with “contact us” keep me error, can you repair for me?
