@Viber Can you please review support ticket #1112118923. My mom was left w/o access to her account for over two months. The support agents never understood the issue and then stopped replying. We asked for escalation multiple times, but was ignored. Please help! 10x in advance!

@ViberHelp Hi again @viberhelp and @Viber please let me know how to resolve this issue. If your ticket process rejects mistakenly blocked accounts, it’s not a valid resolution. What else can you do? Your international users need to be warned of this issue if a resolution is impossible.

@ViberHelp Am sorry about your account I had same problem days back. But someone recommended me to (repair_tools) on Instagram for help ..at first I saw it as a waste of time,but I decided to give him a try And he really amazed me by Recovering back my account under some minutes.

Can someone tell @Viber to fix their app that when you resend unsent pictures they don’t get to the bottom of the chat screen and you need to scroll back up to resend millions of unsent pics!!!

I’m so tired of this app crashing every time I use it for duty. Reinstalling the app, wiping app data, leaving all group chats, and factory resetting my phone didn’t help at all so I really don’t know anymore. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP @Viber @ViberHelp
