@ViberHelp Yes I have a ticket number. Not sure I want to post it here. I did manage to do backup, but as I wrote I pressed the button > got a error message > left the phone open > 15 minutes later the latest backup date was changed. So you clearly have a bug.

@ViberHelp Viber Mac Air has started deleting certain chat history. In one group chat all history was deleted on the Mac. In another, the history between me and another person was deleted and it affected my iPhone as well. What can I do? Restore didn't help.

@ViberHelp Is there any way to appeal about being blocked as a spammer which is surely an error? I have tried a few times via the support form but I get a robo-response telling me the block is permanent.
