    @ViberHelp @Viber please help escalate my Viber Support Ticket #16028544. I already had 2 people respond to this ticket, and they stopped responding to me. I plan on using this number for business, and this is heavily impacting my work. Thank you!

    @Viber Viber blocked my account with explanation that they block it to check if I am real person or maybe robot. Even I am regular user for 10 years, and now after my complaint I need to wait 3 days. Poor service!!

    @Viber @ViberHelp Don’t wasted my time to ignore me since your contact US don’t work for won’t let me press hold for 5 seconds to contact us but still debug “error”. 3 days still don’t work with “contact us” keep me error, can you repair for me?

    @ViberHelp The customer service of #viber is, well, it does not exist. I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and nk communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

    installing the fuse package on @ubuntu 24 breaks the system. Fuse is needed to run viber on ubuntu 24 @Viber since the deb package they offer do not work on ubuntu 24. Please fix this it is embarassing.
