    @ViberHelp my account it's blocked, ticket says that my account was" blocked for spam or unusual activity". But i didn't do nothing unusual, use this number from years. It's my first blocking plz help

    @Viber I barely used your service and your system blocked me and now I can’t contact my aunt. I contacted you on your website and got an automated response that nothing can be done. I was WRONGFULLY blocked!

    @ViberHelp I had a Viber Out connection for my business. It went well for a couple of months but the number got blocked out last week. I raised a ticket they didnt give any clear reason as to why the service was blocked. Not even responding to the raised tickets.

    @LilianPertenava @Viber What about the clear infringement’s on @VibePay’s UK and EU trademarks? Doesn’t seem fair that you guys (knowing full well our IP) are just launching #ViberPay and rolling out with no regard for what we have spent years building. It’s a shame we’re having to go down legal route

    Viber is such utter garbage. I bought 5$ credit to call my home country, and now I cannot even log in for 2 days. You guys where able to get my money with lightning speed but when it comes to providing the service you agreed to, there is nothing? 😡 @Viber @ViberHelp

    @Viber I need help restoring my data. I backed up yesterday and now i cannot restore it from new number. So i went back to my old number and tried to restore it but while restoring its getting crash. Please send help and not those crap article saying “is this helpful?” 🤬
