    @Viber Folks, move away from @Viber before it pulls the plug and leaves you isolated from all of your contacts! This is what they did to me. Blocked me from being able to send messages or call any of my connections. No explanation, no help, nothing! Go WhatsUp, Telegram, anything else!

    @Viber you have blocked my account and when I raised a ticket you don’t do anything. Why? I just need access to my chats for my pictures. Then I will never use this stupid viber. Can you help?

    @AeldorThalion @Viber @signalapp Welp. The problem is that most of my contacts are either on fb (which I don't have anymore) or Viber. I can't just randomly tell everyone to go into signal or anything, that's usually the main issue, not whether *I* can switch. I can. My network doesn't switch🫠.

    @ViberHelp I already clearly explained this is a scam case. My number was changed and is now being used to send messages to others from +380968729014. Please at least block this number immediately until the issue is resolved.

    The customer service of @viber is, well, it does not exist. I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and no communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

    @Viber Viber blocked my account with explanation that they block it to check if I am real person or maybe robot. Even I am regular user for 10 years, and now after my complaint I need to wait 3 days. Poor service!!

    @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

    @Viber ​Dear Viber Support Team, ​I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase of Viber Out credit. I purchased approximately $4 of credit to call phone numbers in Bangladesh. ​While attempting to call Bangladeshi numbers, the Viber app shows that it is ringing, leading me to believe the call is connecting. However, the recipient never receives the call. I have verified this by calling my own alternative number, and I can confirm that no calls are coming through, even though my Viber Out credit is being deducted. ​I would request you to investigate this issue as soon as possible.
