    @Viber ​Dear Viber Support Team, ​I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase of Viber Out credit. I purchased approximately $4 of credit to call phone numbers in Bangladesh. ​While attempting to call Bangladeshi numbers, the Viber app shows that it is ringing, leading me to believe the call is connecting. However, the recipient never receives the call. I have verified this by calling my own alternative number, and I can confirm that no calls are coming through, even though my Viber Out credit is being deducted. ​I would request you to investigate this issue as soon as possible.     @000xdi @Viber I’m really sorry this happened to you. I went through something similar and the only team that actually responded fast and explained things clearly was @AutopsyMainnet. They don’t make fake promises they assess the case properly and guide you step by step. Reach out to them for real help and support.

    Hey @Viber, your support is a total joke. I have multiple tickets open (#17095464, #17095345, #17091433...) and nobody actually does anything to solve the issue. @ViberHelp is just a pathetic, broken bot that keeps repeating the same useless script in a loop. Fix your system! 🤬

    @Viber Folks, move away from @Viber before it pulls the plug and leaves you isolated from all of your contacts! This is what they did to me. Blocked me from being able to send messages or call any of my connections. No explanation, no help, nothing! Go WhatsUp, Telegram, anything else!

    @ViberHelp hi, I am trying to transfer my viber to a different phone as my current phone needs to be fixed. however, once I am trying to log in to the new phone using the number, it is saying activation failed. as per your FAQ, this error means my number is used for spam???

    @Viber Viber blocked my account with explanation that they block it to check if I am real person or maybe robot. Even I am regular user for 10 years, and now after my complaint I need to wait 3 days. Poor service!!

    I have lived in 3 different countries and used countless services for messaging and @Viber the worst by far. The randomly block your account, have zero customer service, and zero way to get in contact with them. VIBER IS A SCAM!

    @Viber hello, you blocked my mom account, who NEVER sent any spam! Your anti spam bot is terrible. my mom can't connect now with her friends and close people. your tech support is terrible just does nothing but sending the same message.

    @ViberHelp my business account has been blocked for 8 days with no resolution. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and only receive automated replies. I am losing clients and revenue daily. This level of support is unacceptable for a paid service. Please escalate urgently.

    @Viber servers have some problems with time sync in Ukraine. I started a channel for condominium, and sometimes I have messages there dated 1970-01-01, the UNIX epoch start. This also happens on a couple of other public channels I have subscribed.
