    @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

    @ViberHelp hi, can you please help me unblock my account? I've used to chat bot and email support but what i get are just automated replies that my i account will be reviewed if not unblock after 3 days, it's already been more than a month since.

    @Viber I have just paid for a Viber Out subscription. But during setting up, it asks me to wait to recieve a call -but I have recieved no calls and no SMS, so I cannot set up. Please help.

    @Viber Are you aware that most people on apple devices have a problem since a few days ago with Viber, it just freezes and stays like that, or doesn't load messages...it's getting frustrating, are you doing anything to fix it...???

    @Viber need help please. I cannot retrieve my chat history from my old phone to my new phone. I am trying to scan the QR Code to my old phone using my new phone but it shows unable. I already tried updating the app, restarting both phones but still unable to scan QR Code.

    .@ThreeUK anyone else who can’t make and receive calls because of the Three outage, try using @Viber Audio, I did and it showed my number on the other end too, I usually would use @Skype before but we know that’s no more.

    @Viber hello, you blocked my mom account, who NEVER sent any spam! Your anti spam bot is terrible. my mom can't connect now with her friends and close people. your tech support is terrible just does nothing but sending the same message.

    @Viber Yes, it says your account is blocked because you sent spam and there is a link to an article about it. But my mom didn’t any spam. She has this problem since the end of May, she opened her account long time ago, like many years ago and never had this problem before.

    Hi @ViberHelp my account was blocked for suspected spam by mistake. I believe this is an error because I did not violate any rules or send spam. I already filled out the support form multiple times but only receive automated responses. Could you please review and unblock it?
