I just love how @Viber treats their customers. Being loyal to them since the beginning of their existence they can't solve my issue with a new device registration. Basically, chatting back and fouth with a support team ends-up with a "wait for another 12hrs to try again". #viber

For anyone wondering, I use a @Viber call plan which allows me to pretty make all the calls. If something Viber didn't exist I would not be able to do any of the work against Gardaí / cop corruption and fraud, as I've nothing. It's a good service, call quality is good.

@ViberHelp @Viber Nice you've labelled my problem as solved. All I got was a lecture on backups, which had nothing to do with my problem as I said I don't care about the content. It's your platform and you can't restore your own contact? Good that Zoom has a similar facility. I'll use that.

@ViberHelp Hi again @viberhelp and @Viber please let me know how to resolve this issue. If your ticket process rejects mistakenly blocked accounts, it’s not a valid resolution. What else can you do? Your international users need to be warned of this issue if a resolution is impossible.
