@momblogger @Viber My HS batch groups are all on Viber, a majority of other folks are on Messenger (with all of Meta/FB issues on security). Believe it or not, texting works for me as well. If I could stick to one app, it would be anything but an FB app. Some of my foreign friends agree.

Viber works partially in China without using VPN, I have been able to make phone calls, send text messages. The only things that’s not working is sending attachments. #viber #china @Viber

@ViberHelp @Viber Yes that's all fine. But if the user is getting suspended on their usage, you should inform them when u disrupt the service. Your client didn't know what was happening till 2 days passed
