  @Viber Hi. My viber can't send messages. I have uninstalled the app and installed it again, hoping that it can be fix. But it's not. Viber blocked my number. And then I registered with other number. But I still can't send the messages. Pls advice what should I do to get that fix

  @ViberHelp I was recently added to a group chat that was a scam, I tried warning multiple people about the scam. Unfortunately looks like the scammer reported me as a spammer as they had multiple accounts posing as real people and now I can't use Viber anymore. Please help!

  So I pressed the backup button, got a error message (generic one they use for all errors), during the time I’m writing this I can se that my latest backup date changed and I have a fresh backup. Either way if the backup went through it still shows that @ViberHelp does not care.

  @Viber My number cannot be set up on the app! I have the latest IOS15.4 version but when I put my phone number it gives me a Failed Error. Email is sent to the help center but problem still exists. Please Help!!

  Not to be complaining but @Viber is one crappy software. Trying to make a backup is a delicate operation like driving a SUV on 2 mm thin ice. They had this issue for 4-5 years and haven’t improved it. It’s a pretty vital aspect for people so one think it would be a priority.

  @ViberHelp Yes I have a ticket number. Not sure I want to post it here. I did manage to do backup, but as I wrote I pressed the button > got a error message > left the phone open > 15 minutes later the latest backup date was changed. So you clearly have a bug.
