@viberhelp I've got a concern, kindly help.. I’ve deactivated my old sim in a viber app in my old phone. By right, all chat histories in that account are deleted as well. How come when my dad used the old sim in that old phone, all my chat histories re-appeared again?

@ViberHelp I had a Viber Out connection for my business. It went well for a couple of months but the number got blocked out last week. I raised a ticket they didnt give any clear reason as to why the service was blocked. Not even responding to the raised tickets.
