@Viber hi! My account got blocked whilst I was on the phone with my grandma - unclear as to why. I only use it to call her and she’s hard of hearing so you need to call 5-7 times before she picks up. Any chance you can help me unblock?

Hey @ViberHelp, Why I cannot register on a new phone with my number? I have tried 2 different numbers ( where I have an account) and one completely NEW never used. Activation failed error - and no I am not a source of a spam as I could not register the never-used number

Hey @ViberHelp My viber account got blocked for spam/unusual activity. I don’t even use it that much but still use it for a couple of contacts. I’ve also filled out a ticket but got an autogenerated email saying my account cannot be unblocked. Please help resolve this issue.

@Viber problem on iOS 15.1: messages arrive only after Viber is opened, until then they do not arrive (sender sees 1 checkmark near messages). Seems like push notifications not arriving? All notifications are on. #viber

Wow. Got blocked out of my @Viber account for suspected spamming even though it never happened. Sent a ticket to the customer service about it and was told not to reply back and was offered no solution. No wonder people are switching to Telegram 😔

I downloaded @Viber @ViberHelp for an international call. Paid $9:99 what a waste of money. Connection was terrible. However the most bizarre thing, it was doing a replay of the conversation while I was still on the call. I need my money back.
