    @Viber Folks, move away from @Viber before it pulls the plug and leaves you isolated from all of your contacts! This is what they did to me. Blocked me from being able to send messages or call any of my connections. No explanation, no help, nothing! Go WhatsUp, Telegram, anything else

    @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

    @RiforceTrade @Viber i was really pissed when i had similar issues, support did not even consider my complains i wrote them so many time and many tickets were left unattended I was recommended to #tech.hackpro on instagram He got mine perfectly fixed fast with everything safe

    @Viber That’s what I got:”Hello, We have resolved this ticket, as we haven’t received your feedback in some time.” What feedback!? I wrote them about the issue and nothing was fixed, and now they send me this message. I don’t understand anything

    @Viber You service doesn't work. I have bought Viber out credit but every time I attempt to call a number it tells me I need to buy credit. This is frustrating, your product doesn't work

They don’t make fake promises they assess the case properly and guide you step by step. Reach out to them for real help and support.

    @Viber The customer service of #viber is, well, it does not exist. I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and nk communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

    @Viber I have just paid for a Viber Out subscription. But during setting up, it asks me to wait to recieve a call -but I have recieved no calls and no SMS, so I cannot set up. Please help.

    @Viber you are the worst messenger i have ever used. Today you blocked my profile, but I only use it to contact my landlord. Your stupid website says "contact us if this is an error". However, it does not have a support button and you prohibit receiving messages in all social.

    @Viber Has Viber Out Call gotten any better?. It's been a long time have not used it. It was so bad tgat it was a waste of credits/ money. Connection was bad and the credits keeps going down.
