    @Viber Unfortunately @Viber @ViberHelp is not helping with in-app problems. My number has been blocked for many days now because someone thought I was spam. I tried unblocking my account with the chatbot but nothing changed. This is frustrating. Ticket #10794265

    @ViberHelp please open your email so you can help us reinstall our blocked accounts. My Viber Support Ticket #15342451 was emailed March 21. Blocked for more than 1 month but only bots are replying

    @ViberHelp So, did you check? Or did you just prove that @Viber has no customer service at all and randomly blocks customers and keeps them blocked for weeks with no real explanation or inquiry into the matter?

    One issue with @Viber: it notifies contacts when a user changes their mobile number. That may seem useful, but with reports of mobile numbers being exploited in cyberattacks, it raises serious concerns.

    I have lived in 3 different countries and used countless services for messaging and @Viber the worst by far. The randomly block your account, have zero customer service, and zero way to get in contact with them. VIBER IS A SCAM!

    @ViberHelp tried restarting my phone & reinstalling the app. Nothing works. & I urgently need to access my account to cancel my plan now Either: 1) activation code via email 2) you cancel the my subscription plan now & then delete my account&confirm Support doesn't help me

    @AeldorThalion @Viber @signalapp Welp. The problem is that most of my contacts are either on fb (which I don't have anymore) or Viber. I can't just randomly tell everyone to go into signal or anything, that's usually the main issue, not whether *I* can switch. I can. My network doesn't switch🫠.

    @Viber Folks, move away from @Viber before it pulls the plug and leaves you isolated from all of your contacts! This is what they did to me. Blocked me from being able to send messages or call any of my connections. No explanation, no help, nothing! Go WhatsUp, Telegram, anything else

    @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

    @ViberHelp my business account has been blocked for 8 days with no resolution. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and only receive automated replies. I am losing clients and revenue daily. This level of support is unacceptable for a paid service. Please escalate urgently.
