No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and nk communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

Your stupid website says "contact us if this is an error". However, it does not have a support button and you prohibit receiving messages in all social.
