  @ViberHelp hi, I am trying to transfer my viber to a different phone as my current phone needs to be fixed. however, once I am trying to log in to the new phone using the number, it is saying activation failed. as per your FAQ, this error means my number is used for spam???

  @NVIDIA @Viber is not working in @ubuntu 24 with your driver. Viber has in general difficulties loading in Ubuntu 24. I think when you fix viber to work with appimage it breaks the driver. You need to fix this issue.

  @ViberHelp my business account has been blocked for 8 days with no resolution. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and only receive automated replies. I am losing clients and revenue daily. This level of support is unacceptable for a paid service. Please escalate urgently.

  @Viber Dear Viber community, I have a problem that started occurring 2-3 days ago. So when I open Viber on iPhone it freezes and you cannot do anything. I have tried restarting my phone, viber app, also deleted and installed again. The problem reappears again.

  @ViberHelp The customer service of #viber is, well, it does not exist. I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and nk communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

  @Viber Yes, it says your account is blocked because you sent spam and there is a link to an article about it. But my mom didn’t any spam. She has this problem since the end of May, she opened her account long time ago, like many years ago and never had this problem before.

  @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

I purchased approximately $4 of credit to call phone numbers in Bangladesh. ​While attempting to call Bangladeshi numbers, the Viber app shows that it is ringing, leading me to believe the call is connecting. However, the recipient never receives the call. I have verified this by calling my own alternative number, and I can confirm that no calls are coming through, even though my Viber Out credit is being deducted. ​I would request you to investigate this issue as soon as possible.
