No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

I purchased approximately $4 of credit to call phone numbers in Bangladesh. While attempting to call Bangladeshi numbers, the Viber app shows that it is ringing, leading me to believe the call is connecting. However, the recipient never receives the call. I have verified this by calling my own alternative number, and I can confirm that no calls are coming through, even though my Viber Out credit is being deducted. I would request you to investigate this issue as soon as possible. If the connection cannot be fixed, I would appreciate a full refund for the unused credit.
