No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

Blocked me from being able to send messages or call any of my connections. No explanation, no help, nothing! Go WhatsUp, Telegram, anything else!

I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and nk communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!
