    @Viber need help please. I cannot retrieve my chat history from my old phone to my new phone. I am trying to scan the QR Code to my old phone using my new phone but it shows unable. I already tried updating the app, restarting both phones but still unable to scan QR Code.

    @ViberHelp hi, I am trying to transfer my viber to a different phone as my current phone needs to be fixed. however, once I am trying to log in to the new phone using the number, it is saying activation failed. as per your FAQ, this error means my number is used for spam???

    .@ThreeUK anyone else who can’t make and receive calls because of the Three outage, try using @Viber Audio, I did and it showed my number on the other end too, I usually would use @Skype before but we know that’s no more.

    @Viber @ViberHelp My phone number was wrongly blocked for “spam” even though I only use Viber for private communication with a few contacts. It has been 5 days and support only sends automated replies with no actual help. Ticket ID - 17125655

    @ViberHelp @SUGAhaesseoyo @Viber I have a problem that started occurring 2-3 days ago. So when I open Viber on iPhone it freezes and you cannot do anything. I have tried restarting my phone, viber app, also deleted and installed again. The problem reappears again.

    @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

    @ViberHelp @Viber Please note that scammers have activated my Viber again. Changed the date of birth to 12.03 !!! Today is 12:34 Ukrainian time. I beg you to help me 😭 I have owned the specified phone number for more than 15 years.

    @ViberHelp I already clearly explained this is a scam case. My number was changed and is now being used to send messages to others from +380968729014. Please at least block this number immediately until the issue is resolved.

    @Viber hello, you blocked my mom account, who NEVER sent any spam! Your anti spam bot is terrible. my mom can't connect now with her friends and close people. your tech support is terrible just does nothing but sending the same message.
