@Walmart waited months to purchase a Xbox series X, finally ordered one from your website just in time for my sons birthday. You process the order, take my money. Then cancel last minute. Ruined his birthday, I want that order really unhappy with this poor customer service.

@Kiranraj_T @LordSothKotL @Nick101Gaming Actually forza doesn't work, we took our xbox away it's set as home xbox, Far cry 6 no problem, Paw patrol gamepass no problem, forza I had to sign in and then it caused save issues if I turned the WiFi off

@JAAY_ROCK_ @VGC_News this would work better if you show how when server down, game us still playable without interruption... unless Xbox Live is down of course. Then we're all fuvled unless it's a local game snd not Gamepass.

@Selenegraves85 @New_Legal_ Honest question. Why is it an issue when xbox has a gap between games but not sony? They had a massive drought after ratchet. They have what, just GoW which may be delayed again for the remainder of the year? Not to mention their games are shorter with less content.

@GameSpot You see the issue with this is that they are charging more for less than Game Pass. Not only does Xbox not only includes PC Game Pass in Ultimate, but they also include their cloud streaming service xCloud in their $15 price tags too. Additionally EA Play is included.

@MJ__Hernandez They are still trying to become a proper competitor which is very important for the market, but as of right now nothing comes close. It’s great that Xbox has such a good service, but they will have to step it up and become proper rivals eventually. Competition.
