    @Raen_Yrtham @SeaOfThieves @SoT_Support are you on a Xbox using keyboard and mouse. Had that happen yesterday to me too, restart seem to fix it. Was using a wireless keyboard and mouse don't know if it matters.

    @usc195 @XboxSupport Ok then please try this again: Turn off the console completely, then turn it back on while holding Bind and Eject. After a bit a menu should show up, select Troubleshoot->Reset this Console-> Reset but keep games and apps This reapplies the software and fixes the issue

    @XboxSupport I have. No picture showing and my HDMI is the good one and I also have problems with the black screen of death but it's not showing a picture now

After a bit a menu should show up, select Troubleshoot->Reset this Console-> Reset but keep games and apps This will fix the issue, you just have to sign back into your accounts afterwards
