@SMITEGame literally fix this crashing! It’s ridiculous!! Me and my partner now stuck on 12 hour deserter penalties. I’ve Reported it and I’m now just being ignored about the issue. It’s nothing to do with Xbox or switch as tried all troubleshooting so it’s down to hi Rez to fix

@AskPS_UK Ok. On another topic, what is your refund policy? The game Aliens: Fireteam Elite barely even functions on PS4 - base and pro. The performance is dreadful when it comes to framerate, freezing, and crashing. This is a universal problem on PS4 (and Xbox One, aka last gen)

@S_h_a_n_e @treznstore @POPeART_ That’s true. I haven’t seen anyone request a refund but I think I might. Wasn’t what I was expecting overall. I have emailed them about the Xbox light yesterday so hopefully they respond to me within the 5 days so we can fix this.
