    @PlayApex What issues have been reported on Xbox where at the loading screen, the screen goes dark, freezes and doesnt load into game? This happens frequently. Please help!

    @ItsMoirrey @XboxGamePass @XboxSupport It's not relevant in solving the issue, but still overall from my experiences of using both. That's my opinion. I just can't see how anyone can say it's the better service

    @LycaonpictusG @XboxGamePass @XboxSupport I’ve never once had an issue redeeming a code on any of my xboxs in over a decade. Sorry you’re having issues though hope it gets worked out for you. I will say I wish you could make purchases from the xbox app like you can on the PS app that’s so convenient.

    @LycaonpictusG @XboxGamePass @XboxSupport Neither is better, neither is perfect, and that's fine. I've been with Sony since the near beginning (not as long as Nintendo or Sega obviously), and I buy them, but there's never been a generation without some terrible issues.

    @Jaykelz Personally… I ride with AMD for the cpu & Nvidia for graphics BUT both have good graphics products. Problem is the same issues with ps5 & Xbox is happening with PC so graphics cards hard to come by. But a question, laptop or desktop? That can help my recommendation

    @Xbox Hey. There is a strange glitch going on with the MS store were I can’t purchase fallout new Vegas dlc “old world blues” on my series s. The store is saying unavailable. I’ve found Reddit threads from last year from people having the same issue.

    @XboxSupport there seems to be an issue when in a party on console where it just removes you from a party been happening since friday other people are getting the same issue
