    @PoloKingDX @DamienGabaldon @XboxSupport I think it would go a long way to say just that - this piece of hardware had this error. We need to fix this first then test that. I think customers are smart enough to appreciate as much detail as possible not an empty platitude and just “deal with it”

    @Jordandobbie_51 @XboxSupport we’re mad because this is taking way too long. They are a billion dollar company and can’t fix a simple issue. If you have millions upon millions of dollars it shouldn’t take over 3 hours to fix an xbox live issue

    Xbox dropping the ball with that outage, COD's new season is up and they go dow. That's terrible, if I was a fan and got shafted in the series x since it came out and now this outage, oh nah I'd explode.

    @Kh0rey @dmryan33 @XboxSupport When they make over 100 billion a year they should be able to reinforce their servers or atleast create backup ones so when these go down they can switch it off while they fix the other one

    @PoloKingDX @DamienGabaldon @XboxSupport I'd argue that if you're paying for a service, regardless of how much money it costs, said service should be working properly. $5 might not be a lot to you, but 10k ain't a lot to me so it's all relative. Paying for a service literally entitles you to use it.
