@XboxSupport For everyone with the black screen issue, I had that the other day but somehow got around it using the safe mode and an older TV that only does 720p. Not sure if that will help anyone but it worked for me.

@poggylicious @XboxSupport Do this Settings > Network > Network Settings > Go Offline Sign in... Then repeat the process, but ‘Go Online’ instead.
