  😠 @yahoomail Yahoo mail recently changed the mail format and it has a serious technical problem. My new emails go into my Unread folder but NOT in my Inbox. Then when I read them, they disappear entirely from my mail, so I cannot Save them, because they are GONE! I cannot move them to my Inbox. I've tried repeatedly to contact @YahooCare but they ignore my messages! I sent print screens in a Private Message, but @YahooCare will NOT respond! THIS IS A FAILED NEW UPGRADE! Someone answer me!

  Security Issue with Yahoo Mail ?? Was logging into Yahoo Mail, was being asked for verification from phone etc. The first OTP that came was from VIPINDIASHAADI - naturally I ignored. Requested again, this time from Yahoo - but the OTP is same, which means the first one was valid also. But this cannot happen without a mixup that definitely has a security implication. #yahoo #Cybersecurity

  YAHOO If you have Yahoo mail and do not like that they forced the new interface on their users, COMPLAIN, on social media and look to change emails as a backup. If your a lawyer look into what users can do to complain. The new interface was forced on users to act a beta testers, and it is slow. They took away the ability to go back to the old interface. Maybe get the news media involved.

  Yahoo mail is down and trying to talk to someone on the phone when they ask for a code is impossible since i cannot get into my mail to get access to the code and they do not give the option to send the code to my phone

  @EmmanuelAfula @EmmanuelAfula Please look into the Celia App OTP delivery bug! Those of us using Yahoo Mail are completely locked out because the system isn’t sending verification codes to Yahoo now. We need an alternative login option or a way to switch our emails to Gmail. @CeliaWallet 🚨

  Dear @Yahoo, it is currently impossible to check my "blocked senders" list on Yahoo Mail to see whether I blocked someone by mistake. All I can see is the option to block additional addresses. Your chatbot (which is not that great btw) and current manuals seem to assume that the list appears but it does not. I tried switching to the old mail system but the problem persists. If I cannot unblock addresses that I blocked by mistake, the entire email service becomes pretty useless because I know I can be missing stuff I don't want to miss ;-)

  @yahoomail @YahooCare I have consistently had problems with receiving 2FA emails sent to my Yahoo Mail account. It’s happened repeatedly when sent from a variety of different companies. So I don’t think it’s all the other companies. I think the problem is on your end. Please fix this problem.

  @SidraStartups 1) I had created a SidraChain account using yahoo mail. Now, everyone with Gmail login can get easy access to login again. But, the scenario with another email address is totally different.

  the new superhuman redesign is terrible. the logo is disgusting and generic. feels like yahoo mail. the app itself is way harder to read + use. huge downgrade. after loving the app for 3 years I am seriously considering changing. anyone else have any alternatives?

  @MrNJ39 @yahoomail Agreed. This version is rubbish. The font is dreadful and is counter intuitive. The previous version was fine. Nothing wrong with it. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. It wasn’t. Please give us the old, good version back.

  @yahoomail Second DM while her email is working on her laptop running windows 10, it’s telling her it’s not working on her iPad! And it’s repeating the statement that she can’t send or receive emails, which appears not to be true. Please get this sorted properly!
