  @YahooCare Hello, Im having trouble logging into my yahoo mail. I have forgotten my password and haven’t got the phone numbers linked to the yahoo account. I tried recovering the number but Vodafone said the number isn’t available. I would like to find a way around this please.

  @Yahoo @yahoomail is refusing to help me I have two factor on my account and it’s not sending me a code to either one of those phone numbers which is crazy because they’re on there and there’s gotta be a way to email someone at Yahoo to fix this this is urgent

  @sidrachain Weldon for the great work you are doing. Those of us who registered with Yahoo mail are still finding it difficult to login to our kyc port. Please I suggest you re-introduce the login with password+google authentication for us, so we too can be part of the new system upgrade.

  @Masterji_UPWale Most people "fled" from using Yahoo mail once "Yahoo Yahoo" became the moniker for Nigerian internet fraudsters and scammers. I never had a problem with Yahoo and will probably create a Yahoo account again too. Gmail is stressing me out too, constantly asking me to buy more storage.

  Here's an example of bad overengineering. The @Yahoo Mail app has started sorting emails you frequently delete into bundles so you can delete them faster - which are all hidden under a drop-down from the rest of your emails, adding an extra step to go through to delete emails one by one. It doesn't matter if you regularly read these emails, they're all lumped together anyways. Now here are the really annoying parts about that - one, it's an automatic setting, withno opt-out feature, meaning you're stuck with that ****** sorting feature. Two, when you delete emails manually, on occasion, emails in this group will completely disappear. So far, they've come back later, but this is an enormous pain in the *** that no one asked for and can't opt out of. So why? What's the point of this? Why does Yahoo mail insist on these autosorting features like this that constantly hide away emails, the entire reason you'd use the service?

  @status_is_down My yahoo mail is a mess. Ever tried getting any REAL assistance/advice from yahoo? You can't. They don't want to assist customers in any way. After about 15 yrs I'm going to have to shut it down and move away from yahoo.

  @EmmanuelAfula @EmmanuelAfula Please look into the Celia App OTP delivery bug! Those of us using Yahoo Mail are completely locked out because the system isn’t sending verification codes to Yahoo now. We need an alternative login option or a way to switch our emails to Gmail. @CeliaWallet 🚨

  @Yahoo what is going on with your mail?! I have not been able to send or receive emails in over 5 hours. This morning it said “error” with no additional information, and now it just says it’s fully up to date when it’s not. I have tried from both an iPhone & laptop. #yahoomail

  @yahoomail I have multiple email addresses with you. emailA is now trying to send a verification code to emailB, but emailB is trying to send a code to emailA, so neither can be accessed. Is the only solution to call the phone number that says it's a paid service? I'm in trouble

  @SidraCex Some of us are still stock on the human verification one account. Because I used yahoo Mail to registered my SIDRA account And I have tried using it to do the verification to enable me login, but I am not receiving OTP code from yahoo Mail.

  @hillyDavid_72 @YahooCare Same problem here (also UK). Sub-folder menu opens when pressing Inbox icon on iPad but inactive on iPhone. I’m sure it was working yesterday (Sunday). Webmail folders unaffected. Seems like a widespread app update issue. Please sort @yahoomail

  @yahoomail @Yahoo This version is rubbish. The font is dreadful and is counter intuitive. The previous version was fine. Nothing wrong with it. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. It wasn’t. Please give us the old, good version back.
