@YahooCare Hello, Im having trouble logging into my yahoo mail. I have forgotten my password and haven’t got the phone numbers linked to the yahoo account. I tried recovering the number but Vodafone said the number isn’t available. I would like to find a way around this please.

@YahooCare Hi @YahooCare, on iPhone using Yahoo Mail v26.13.0: folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, Archive) are inaccessible, and the new folder switcher (Inbox icon with ↑↓ bottom-left) is unresponsive. Please fix or add a classic folder view. Cheers 🙏🇦🇺

@YahooCare I’m unable to access the sub folders, inbox icon is unresponsive. Unable to access sent items, spam, etc. I’m using an iPhone with the latest version. I also uninstall reinstall the Yahoo Mail app, didn’t fixed the issue. Also restarted the phone, no luck. Pls fix it

@yahoomail the Android Yahoo mail app update ruined the search function. I can no longer edit my search terms and have to start over every time. Please fix this!" I search my email using search strings to find specific things, people, and correspondence. I was able to modify my search strings and quickly try the search again. Can no longer do that. @DowndetectorUK Desktop mail + mobile app on 2 devices taking way too long to connect and load mails. File folders also slow (spinning circle). Just a week or so since the last major issue with v26.13.0 app for iOS as well (fixed with .1 update). Pls advise @YahooCare @yahoomail

@Pokemallu @pokemondealsuk I’m the same as you, actively use Yahoo mail and signed up multiple times and followed the advice re not receiving them. Maybe a Yahoo issue. FYI if you go to your contacts on either the app or webpage you can just add the email address.

@yahoomail Really unhappy with the latest update to the Yahoo Mail app! I paid for the app because I liked the layout and ease. New layout is not user friendly and too much like AOL mail. Please stop changing things that aren't broken! 😡😡😡
