.@yahoomail Fix Yahoo Mail!!! Too often it comes in with blanks where the picture of the book cover etc. should be. You should be a lot better than this, especially charging users as you do.

Apparently u need to order a month/month subscription for em to change your settings to login to yahoo mail, my encryption key is stuck on my other phone. Need the lost phone to login to my email or buy a subscription for help logging in. Frick yahoo. No main Twitter for a while

@yahoomail @Yahoo I think it’s absolutely awful you think it’s acceptable to try and charge a fee of £5 a month just so people can call up and get support or ask questions about their account. I wonder how many older people have fallen to pay for this for the slightest problem.

Setting up Yahoo email on a #macbookpro is a hassle. The 16 inch screen has a 2x2 setup window! Unable to even view next steps unless using a combination of tab, down arrow keys, and prayer. This is frustrating to set up, even with me helping. @apple @yahoomail
