@yahoomail @MrNJ39 Agreed. This version is rubbish. The font is dreadful and is counter intuitive. The previous version was fine. Nothing wrong with it. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. It wasn’t. Please give us the old, good version back.

@yahoomail Second DM while her email is working on her laptop running windows 10, it’s telling her it’s not working on her iPad! And it’s repeating the statement that she can’t send or receive emails, which appears not to be true. Please get this sorted properly!

@yahoomail I have multiple email addresses with you. emailA is now trying to send a verification code to emailB, but emailB is trying to send a code to emailA, so neither can be accessed. Is the only solution to call the phone number that says it's a paid service? I'm in trouble

FOR YEARS I'VE RELIED ON @yahoomail FOR ALL MY EMAIL NEEDS, BUT ITS RELIABILITY HAS FALLEN IN THE PROVERBIAL SHITTER! I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW MANY PASSWORDS, PASSCODES AND TEXT VERIFICATIONS FOLLOWED BY CONFIRMATIONS ON BACKUP EMAIL ACCOUNTS ARE REQUIRED NOW BUT I GET ALL THE CODES, AND IT ALWAYS TAKES A ****, I THINK, IT'S AT THE 75TH PASSWORD LEVEL. HELL I CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THEM NOW. NOW I HAVE TO BLOW A DAY TRYING TO FIND SOMEBODY THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH SO I CAN FIGURE OUT WTF IS GOING ON. THE IPHONE APP NO LONGER WORKS, AND I CANNOT LOGIN VIA THE DESKTOP NOW. THIS ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!

Here's an example of bad overengineering. The @Yahoo Mail app has started sorting emails you frequently delete into bundles so you can delete them faster - which are all hidden under a drop-down from the rest of your emails, adding an extra step to go through to delete emails one by one. It doesn't matter if you regularly read these emails, they're all lumped together anyways. Now here are the really annoying parts about that - one, there's no opt-out for the bundling, meaning you're stuck with that ****** sorting feature. Two, when you delete emails manually, on occasion, emails in this group will completely disappear. So far, they've come back later, but this is an enormous pain in the *** that no one asked for and can't opt out of. So why? What's the point of this? Why does Yahoo mail insist on these autosorting features like this that constantly hide away emails, the entire reason you'd use the service?

@olo2mide @dozieohaeri @seunonigbinde Let me show you why Nigeria is hopeless simply because we are this dvmb. You went to a Yahoo Mail server, imputed a publicly available email address, went to forgot password and saw that a publicly available number is its backup number and boom- you came to a conclusion that a number and email is connected to a Twitter account, where does Twitter come in at all? I mean, where is the connection?

@Pokemallu @pokemondealsuk I’m the same as you, actively use Yahoo mail and signed up multiple times and followed the advice re not receiving them. Maybe a Yahoo issue. FYI if you go to your contacts on either the app or webpage you can just add the email address.
