  @openshipio Would like to be a contributor on this, built a working mail delivery server, hosted on hetzner with port 25 opened, needed a few days warm up, Gmail gets delivered in inbox faster but outlook and yahoo mail took a few days... I get google and outlook dmarc report tho

  @grace_za God help us all if Gmail becomes as vulnerable as Yahoo Mail. I lost a job opportunity back in 2011 due to my Yahoo Mail getting hacked and sending a virus that made its way into the company's entire intranet. I can't make this up. Sucked for them for having terrible IT, and me

  When I access Yahoo mail from the PC, I have no trouble up/downoading files to/from my local machine. Now, Yahoo app doesn't even give me clear option to download. What the hell is this? I wish I could interface with my Android phone more like a Linux PC, which it is

  @sidrachain It seems the kycport status verification you came up with is only meant for the Gmail and Microsoft users. Those of us that registered our sidra account with Yahoo mail are not able to login to the kycport because of the unavailability of the otp. Pls see to this.

  @yahoomail @MrNJ39 Agreed. This version is rubbish. The font is dreadful and is counter intuitive. The previous version was fine. Nothing wrong with it. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. It wasn’t. Please give us the old, good version back.

  Update on the mail problems: yahoo sent a code to my hotmail. but they want to verify by sending a code to, yep, my yahoo mail! My email is vital, as I have to do all my shopping on line, premium charged helpline said they would send code to guess where😡

  @sidrachain Pls I urge the team core to look into the yahoo mail login section ,cause I have not been able to login for some days now. Cause I noticed its only the google mail that is working to access the sidra app.And I didn't use the Google mail to open my acct I used the yahoo mail.

  YAHOO If you have Yahoo mail and do not like that they forced the new interface on their users, COMPLAIN, on social media and look to change emails as a backup. If your a lawyer look into what users can do to complain. The new interface was forced on users to act a beta testers, and it is slow. They took away the ability to go back to the old interface. Maybe get the news media involved.

  @espnhomer Go to Settings (gear icon) > More Settings, or just look at the bottom left of your Yahoo Mail inbox for a storage bar. If you're at or near 100%, this is almost certainly your problem.

  New research shows content inside an email can escape its message boundary and interfere with the webmail interface. Across attack chains spanning Outlook, Gmail, Fastmail, Proton Mail, Yahoo Mail, and AOL Mail, the techniques can capture passwords, take over third-party accounts, leak tokens, hijack trusted UI actions, and manipulate AI tools that read email. PortSwigger researcher Gareth Heyes presented the work at Black Hat USA 2026. One Outlook/Firefox chain spoofs a Microsoft sign-in screen and captures the password a recipient types. A Yahoo/AOL paste race can expose a Medium email-login token and let an attacker sign in as the victim. A Gmail/Cowork chain can exfiltrate a Slack token after prompt injection and user interaction. The paper presents proof-of-concept research and does not report malicious exploitation. Public PoCs remain available as of August 8. The researcher said Fastmail fixed two CSS mutation bugs and a Proton Mail proxy bypass stopped working when he retested it, while Outlook label-jacking and Gmail's image-set() bypass still worked when the research was published on August 6. The paper does not state whether the full Outlook password-capture chain was fixed. For webmail providers, the paper recommends isolating HTML email in sandboxed iframes and tightly restricting CSS, custom attributes, select menus, and image requests.

  A reminder to my friends at @yahoomail - I am still very angry you took away Classic Mail. This new Yahoo Mail on the browser is GARBAGE. Glitchy, slow, just doesn't work as well as the old. Wish someone at @yahoo would listen to your long-time users.

  @sidrachain Please kindly help us that use Yahoo mail to sign up our sidra account. The system isn't dispensing the otp and this is a major concern because I personally haven't been able to login and upgrade my account. Please help solve this problem.
