I have multiple accounts in the Yahoo Mail app. My primary Yahoo account and even my connected Outlook account are completely ad-free, but my second Yahoo account still shows ads. The subscription is active through my Apple ID, and I’ve already removed and re-added the affected Yahoo account, but the ads remain. Could you please help me with this or escalate it to the appropriate team? I can provide screenshots showing the issue. @YahooCare

Those of us that registered our sidra account with Yahoo mail are not able to login to the kycport because of the unavailability of the otp. Pls see to this.

jjrothnc (@jjrothnc) reportedIf you have Yahoo mail and do not like that they forced the new interface on their users, COMPLAIN on social media and look to change emails as a backup. If your a lawyer look into what users can do to complain. The new interface was forced on users to act as beta testers, and it is slow. They took away the ability to go back to the old interface. Maybe get the news media involved.

Was logging into Yahoo Mail, was being asked for verification from phone etc. The first OTP that came was from VIPINDIASHAADI - naturally I ignored. Requested again, this time from Yahoo - but the OTP is same, which means the first one was valid also. But this cannot happen without a mixup that definitely has a security implication. #yahoo #Cybersecurity
