@YouTube this is the dumbest thing ive heard. whats stoping people from dislike campaigns. you should instead focus on fixing your demonetization issues that creators have to deal with

  • tbone360boss Tbone360boss (@tbone360boss) reported

@YouTube the reason they are removing the dislike count is to help companies and developers bad games have slightly less negativity surrounding it for ex: infinite warfare among others that is why they are removing the number so butt-hurt companies make slightly more money

  • KaypopStanner Kaypop Stanner (@KaypopStanner) reported

@YouTube Ok but what about your ******* broken copyright system?

  • Isocrypto1 Iso crypto $luna 🌖 (@Isocrypto1) reported

@Tam2cham @RaoulGMI @YouTube It’s a threat to humanity. Btc and other cryptos fix this

  • FireThePyro FireThePyro (@FireThePyro) reported

@YouTube real talk tho this ****'s gonna hurt stuff like tutorials that provide links cuz the dislike bar was usually pretty indicative of whether the links provided were trustworthy or not, this decision is actually awful

  • aidancwest Aidan | #BLM (He/Him) (@aidancwest) reported

@Amends87 @YouTube @ddlovato The more we continue saying “they’re addicts, they’ll never recover” makes people believe that you should give up on these people. Rather than saying stupid **** like that, how about you praise when people get help and stay sober?

  • ChasmRift ESG | Chasm Rift (@ChasmRift) reported

@YouTube Bruh the entire point of the dislikes is to show viewers/community approval of their content. Fislike bombing may impact bigger channels but for everyone who care about seeing a channel's quality improve, may judge it from the like:dislike ratio

  • marvinrserrano Marvin Serrano (@marvinrserrano) reported

@YouTube Big problem...if you dislike a vid, you might need to say why you dislike it now. Creators can police comment sections and delete any critical comments; I know a few that actively do so in their videos. They can’t remove dislikes.

  • KirbyIsDatBoi A (dum) (@KirbyIsDatBoi) reported

@YouTube This is such an awful idea this is just letting people have echo chambers **** this decision

  • zorkpl zork (@zorkpl) reported

@YouTube This is how the worst dictatorships behave... they don't allow you to show officially what is going on and how bad it is, even though they themselves know how it is, they just show everything in superlatives... this is the stupidest thing you have done.

  • mochiimiints mocha || xe/xem (@mochiimiints) reported

@YouTube hey youtube whenever i watch an ad and a video right after the bar remains yellow and i cant turn on captions fix it pls lmaoaooa

  • pnweeaboo Pacific-Northweeb (@pnweeaboo) reported

@YouTube This will only allow scammers to easily decieve people. Not to mention how easy it would now be to spread misinformation of any nature. This is a terrible idea.

  • treejog Treejog (@treejog) reported

@YouTube Dislikes are too important to hide from viewers, as it helps other viewers tell the credibility or quality of a video. By removing this option, you’re removing our right to view opinions. If a video creator is being dislike-spammed, actually do something about that.

  • MusicalMav Maverick (@MusicalMav) reported

@YouTube @YouTube Trolls will always exist on any major platform but getting rid of dislikes when they do more good than harm isn't going to help anything. There are worse people out there that will take WAY too much advantage of this; this is an INSANELY bad idea. Please, no.

  • JohnTate561 RokuSenpai (@JohnTate561) reported

@EricDJuly @YouTube They need to fix there DMCA system that allows creators information to get leaked, that can make this targeted" campaign" worse. Until then yt stop being soft to normies on twitter, who don't even use your platform
