Hello @zoom_us: at my work (skint charity) we have an audio add-on so we can connect to members via their landline and they can join in groups etc. BUT it hasn't worked for a month, customer service advice doesn't work and we are stuck.

if @zoom_us auto transcribed the sessions and you could search your recorded sessions for specific keywords and then just jump to the different times with an arrow. I would pay for that service. I do High ticket sales/consulting calls.

Hey @zoom_us my boss has been on with your IT department for FOUR HOURS and they can’t seem to help us... why are we paying to use your services?!?! They just had us purchase a 2nd license that they won’t help us assign to a user. 🙄

@zoom_us @Forbes @zoom_us. You've billed me for months while only giving me access to the free plan. I've tried REPEATEDLY to talk to someone about this. I can't even cancel because your website says I'm on the free plan. I can't get a person on the phone bc help only talks to paying customers 😡

@zoom_us Why update so pining a video knocks out the spotlight?!?! What's even the point of separating them if the host can't spotlight one video for other people to see and pin a different video for themselves?? Now I cant pin my student while spotlighting my doc cam!! Fix it!!
