Why is it so hard to add a discount code to a zoom account? Seriously, I've been trying for 2 weeks now. @zoom_us support just passes me around to people that never get back to me. I just want to add a @TechSoup discount code to our NFP's zoom account. plz send help :(

@zoom_us standard practice is to rip off their customers - have a live paid up subscription to middle of next month but they have double charged me - robbery! #zoom customer service is non existent and you can’t contact them

@AshleeMBoyer @zoom_us That means my church must pay for this service, in addition to rent to a building we can't use, so that's money going to Zoom corporation instead of direct community support.

Ermmmm so I can't log into @zoom_us I keep getting error 1123, I sent a ticket about this problem and got a email back saying they are not answering open tickets at this time 👀. Anyway does anyone know any alternatives? I need to be able to record meetings for my channel.

@JasonGroves1 @BBCWorldatOne This Pandemic really has been a boon for learned pessimists satisfying an urge to deflate the nation with a worst case scenario. The mere sight of one staring down a computer screen will be the lasting image of 20/21. @zoom_us - you have a lot to answer for!

@Fizzbw @zoom_us Ok next steps! 1. Go to profile settings in a browser 2. Scroll down "Closed captioning" section 3. Switch the toggle to on 4. Check the "Enable live transcription service" option that appears below the toggle 5. Switch the "Save Captions" option to on just below that

@AshleeMBoyer @zoom_us I try to ask out loud or in the chat that the host turn the captions on at the beginning of meetings to help with awareness. I really don't get why they can't be turned on automatically.
