    Interesting calculation on the part of @zoom_us to cap the free account at 40 mins for one-on-one meetings, thinking people would rather spend $15 per month for full hour meetings versus finding another service.

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    So...uh... Does anyone else have to download @zoom_us every single time they want to use it? Or is it just me? I smash the join button meeting, and it doesn't respond. So I download it. Multiple times a day. For multiple meetings. Send help.
