    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us Tks will try that. Covid has made things much more difficult for me to get help in person. Sick now, & no clue how as been isolating in my home since fall of 2019 after missing flu shot. In all that time I have been out of home less than >20 times. Wearing mask, shield & gloves

    @zoom_us I use it on Chrome. There are no errors when entering, it just says "waiting for other members" or somethin' like that and refreshes on its own every 5 seconds. After 2 minutes of refreshing, it boots me back out to entering a name/recaptcha with no error message.

    @zoom_us of all the great things you do, customer service is sadly not one of them. Just devoted an hour to bot-dom, emails, and no answers. A simple problem likely could've been cured with a convo, but no human. I just can't...

    @zoom_us @goldenglobes Even though I have entered the correct password, it gives the warning "that passcode was wrong". I connect when I enter the same password on the phone Please fix it

    @zoom_us How is a poll comparable with a Q&A feature? the problem is rather that the chat becomes spammy and we're looking for a structured way to collect questions and answer them.

    She was trying to raise her hand but didn’t have the version of @zoom_us that enables you to push a button + raise your hand. I had that same problem when I started my classes. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be a way of ensuring version uniformity for everybody in a class, for ex.

    I think it’s weird @zoom_us is celebrated for flourishing in the pandemic but @amazon is positioned as evil. Both companies benefitted from the world deciding to shut down.
