    So...uh... Does anyone else have to download @zoom_us every single time they want to use it? Or is it just me? I smash the join button meeting, and it doesn't respond. So I download it. Multiple times a day. For multiple meetings. Send help.

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @zoom_us This happened a year ago. We contacted your people, and changed the security settings on our district account. Once we did that, I had no problems again. We believe it was one of our students, not an outside person. Thank you.

    I think it’s weird @zoom_us is celebrated for flourishing in the pandemic but @amazon is positioned as evil. Both companies benefitted from the world deciding to shut down.
