    Can we get an "almost make audio mono" option, @zoom_us? Having to deal with people's mics being set to "just the left channel" is incredibly terrible, especially for folks with hearing disabilities in one ear, but also just in general.

    So...uh... Does anyone else have to download @zoom_us every single time they want to use it? Or is it just me? I smash the join button meeting, and it doesn't respond. So I download it. Multiple times a day. For multiple meetings. Send help.

    @zoom_us @Zoom Zoom Refund my money please, I did a one off subscription, I deactivated my plan but you still went ahead to debit me for the following Month for the service you didn't provide. REFUND MY MONEY

    Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.

    As a solo biz owner, I would love to have the same features as businesses with 10 people (1080p recordings.) Can @zoom_us help me with that? I'll gladly pay for a single business license - I just can't pay for 9 unused extras. Help me out?

    She was trying to raise her hand but didn’t have the version of @zoom_us that enables you to push a button + raise your hand. I had that same problem when I started my classes. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be a way of ensuring version uniformity for everybody in a class, for ex.

    @zoom_us of all the great things you do, customer service is sadly not one of them. Just devoted an hour to bot-dom, emails, and no answers. A simple problem likely could've been cured with a convo, but no human. I just can't...
