    . @zoom_us an important, public health #COVID vaccine meeting was zoom bombed today. This is not acceptable. As @rashadrobinson has said to your leadership repeatedly, non-cis, white male events are often the target, especially events that are in the service of Black communities.

    Hey @Zoom, did you know that unsubscribing from your email newsletter does not work? I unsubscribed multiple times now and still receiving your newsletter. Please fix this. BTW your Twitter link on that newsletter goes to the wrong account as well - @zoom_us.

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    Dear @zoom_us - why does the scheduling section of your Mac app suck as bad as it does? This seems like an urgent issue to resolve. Meetings are never up to date, and the refresh prompt does nothing…I could go on.
