    @zoom_us why can't you guys just stop taking money from my Acc! I only needed your service for 1 month. I have cancelled, sens an email chatted you guys up yet you still taking money from my account for 3 months now. I need help on how to stop this anyone.

    @zoom_us Finally got the update installed. I had to restart the iMac beforehand because apparently something was bogging the system down and that caused the installer to crash.

    So...uh... Does anyone else have to download @zoom_us every single time they want to use it? Or is it just me? I smash the join button meeting, and it doesn't respond. So I download it. Multiple times a day. For multiple meetings. Send help.

    @zoom_us Team Zoom, today zoom meetings was down for 2 hours which has caused multiple session to fail. If problem is resolved or it is still there? Expecting a quick reply so that we can decide if our group of 30K zoom users should continue or change the platform to GoogleMeet

    @brianleejackson @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have literally been having the same issue and of course there is no way to contact zoom if you don’t pay them. I have unsubscribed through their “link” multiple times and I keep getting their emails, and their twitter account ends up ignoring me. I also want to report them!!

    As a solo biz owner, I would love to have the same features as businesses with 10 people (1080p recordings.) Can @zoom_us help me with that? I'll gladly pay for a single business license - I just can't pay for 9 unused extras. Help me out?

    @roboticdinosaur @zoom_us It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done, until i came across @Ray14richard and he fixed it completely he can help you with your account recovery/unlock, 2FA recovery/bypass.
