    I submitted a @zoom_us support request 4 months ago. Best I've gotten is a bi-weekly email apologizing for the wait. I give you money every month. I thought I'd at least get a *tiny* bit of help 😞

    If I have relationship troubles I either address it with Melissa on the @zoom_us meetings or I try to address it on my own on @Twitter whenever I can that’s called being a responsible 21 year old adult 🧑 is taking care of myself whenever I can and accepting help when I need it

    @zoom_us What would be really useful is if you had a customer service number for UK customers or a contact form that gets a response! I want to buy 2 licences & am unable to do it ! #Frustrating

    Does anybody out there use @zoom_us on their iPad? I’m having trouble finding the meeting settings that would allow me to change from a natural background to a virtual background. I just had a zoom meeting, which I encountered many problems navigating through to get a background.
