    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

I really need to talk to my doctor but not able to find help in getting my Samsung A11 smartphone to do the TTY so can call him. He lives out of my town and hard for me to get there without help
