    @zoom_US users — please help me troubleshoot: When I’m on a call with a lot people, I lose audio for about 3-4 secs every 5-10 mins— and get a message That says internet connection is unstable — ISP says internet is fine. Anyone else have this issue?

    @steveportigal With @zoom_us forcing the Waiting Room issue, we should at least be able to customize our Waiting Room music for everyone to listen to. Or tie it to our @Spotify . Sorry, I can't start this meeting until I finish listening to my Discover Weekly.

    @zoom_us what’s going on?!! So many issues/errors with our account. Contacting Support to be told @zoom is too busy OR “I’m new...I don’t understand the question”! Please be responsive. TY.

    @zoom_us @core57 As a small business owner I have to publicly state that Zoom has awful customer service and even worse billing practices. Was over billed and contacted you in May. The issue is STILL not resolved! This is terrible!!!!!

    It's unbelievable how @zoom_us is the cloud-based video communications app #1. It sucks! I have never had a good experience with it. It's unsafe. It's broken. It keeps forcing people to use their awful desktop app instead of the web-based app - I "wonder" why is that.

    @zoom_us why are my sharing capabilities limited now? I used to be able to share tabs or parts of my screen and now I’m only given the option to share entire screens. Please help. Big problem.

    @zoom_us Your latest update has made it so Zoom no longer works on my Chromebooks, making virtual learning impossible. Your customer service won’t offer help since i’m not a paying client. Any suggestions?
