    @LFLegal @zoom_us That depends on what mix of participants you have. Zoom does screen reader accessibility pretty well, so if you have blind users in the mix, one option is to use a third-party service with concurrent ASR captioning sessions, piggybacking on your audio. 1/2

    @rybesh @zoom_us So I would assert that this is one of those spaces where the tech needs to follow the equity issue, and not the other way around. If you need captioning, not having it means you are excluded. Or you disclose to every presenter. Also problematic, wrt health information & privacy.

    @LFLegal @Krischi @zoom_us I’m HoH so I use the Chrome live asr captioning tool and access Zoom via web as guest. Use it for Blackboard collaborate and any browser accessed audio/video. Have Teams at work so built in asr live captions. Neither 100% accurate but does help. Teams speaker id is useful too.

    Can anyone at @zoom_us please advise on how to size up the video feeds while I am screen sharing in a meeting with one other person? The video boxes are too small, and I can't resize like you can with side-by-side view when someone else is screen sharing. Any help?

    @rybesh @zoom_us And again, anyone can record and share the audio of a zoom meeting, captioning or no. Asking D/HH folks to bear the cost of that comfort rather than putting resolution of the security issue on the company isn't a tradeoff I'm willing to make.

    @reg_inee Wow. I'm shocked @zoom_us gets great marks for #accessibility when they're failing with the Deaf and HoH who need captions. (It's not a free service. Not just anyone can type caption as Zoom thinks with its "assign someone to type the captions" feature. Right, @sharieberts?

    @lewis_goodall It’s hugely disappointing that tech companies who’ve made a lot of money during the pandemic e.g. @zoom_us haven’t reached into their pockets to help out, not that they should need to of course if the Govt could get their act together

    @zoom_us @JharnaPariani Hello, I have the exact same problem. I can join meetings but when I am the host, I am getting stuck with "connection" and that error. I checked my antivirus and firewall, rules and permissions are ok, disabled them, nothing happened, reinstalled zoom, same. Any ideas please?
