    @zoom_us it's zoom! I know I deleted the zoom cask and installed the zoomus cask but that must've been on my other machine. Let me do that on this machine as well and see if it resolves the issue.

    is there a way to have preset breakout rooms for your class in @zoom_us @courosa any ideas?? I waste a lot of time in first grade bumbling through this on the daily. I would be so grateful for any help

    @zoom_us why doesn't the side-by-side view of a shared screen automatically balance a maximized view of speakers and content? Moving the sliding separator myself, it seems like a no-brainer default that would help make slides legible while keeping speakers visible.

    @zoom_us I have, but the fixes aren’t working and the inability to speak with someone adds to the frustration especially since the problem developed from a Zoom update. I do appreciate you reaching out.

    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us Tks will try that. Covid has made things much more difficult for me to get help in person. Sick now, & no clue how as been isolating in my home since fall of 2019 after missing flu shot. In all that time I have been out of home less than >20 times. Wearing mask, shield & gloves

    @zoom_us How is a poll comparable with a Q&A feature? the problem is rather that the chat becomes spammy and we're looking for a structured way to collect questions and answer them.
