    @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have a business plan subscription with zoom, my call are answered by answering people asking me to wait for call back, but unfortunately I never get a call back my emails are answered in 12 days, I'm facing allot of issues with zoom support team. HELP ASAP

    @RemusBaltariu @figma @1Password @Dropbox @HelloSign @zoom_us @awscloud @github @figmadesign Using 15+ services. Every month I have to painstakingly login to about 9 of them and click trough multiple windows and download the invoice. What they send via e-mail is incomplete. It’s an extra step I should not have to do. Figma is the worst offender e.g. adding company info.

    In March, I purchased a plan from @zoom_us and when I tried logging in for a second time, my plan had disappeared! I tried calling but it said “your plan doesnt support phone call customer service” so I submitted a claim to them via email and never got a response.

    To be specific... Myself and my clients are having issues connecting sound. Under preferences, it will show where the sound is meant to come from, but no sound. And, clients are getting booted off calls. @zoom_us help! I have a Pro account and am a LONGTIME client.

    @zoom_us I lost a lot of money today because of the zoom break down on my busiest day of the week. Very frustrating and disappointing and I may look for alternative platforms.

    There are many more pressing issues to resolve as a civilization but we really needs to just establish that meetings should be scheduled for their actual start times - especially when they’re are @zoom_us meetings.

    It seems @zoom_us is having system-wide crashes today. Churches and Bible study classes being shut down. Let’s hope (and pray) it’s just a technical issue.

    @zoom_us @otter_ai After Zoom updates this weekend, live otter captioning streaming is no longer visible on user interface. Tried resetting but still no otter captions visible for users. Please help! This is important for accessibility.
