    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    @bbrundert @Logitech @zoom_us Similar problems here too, with MacOS Catalina. Autofocus randomly not working and the camera not recognized when coming back from sleep mode.

    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us Tks will try that. Covid has made things much more difficult for me to get help in person. Sick now, & no clue how as been isolating in my home since fall of 2019 after missing flu shot. In all that time I have been out of home less than >20 times. Wearing mask, shield & gloves
