    @zoom_us of all the great things you do, customer service is sadly not one of them. Just devoted an hour to bot-dom, emails, and no answers. A simple problem likely could've been cured with a convo, but no human. I just can't...

    I think it’s weird @zoom_us is celebrated for flourishing in the pandemic but @amazon is positioned as evil. Both companies benefitted from the world deciding to shut down.

    @zoom_us Finally got the update installed. I had to restart the iMac beforehand because apparently something was bogging the system down and that caused the installer to crash.

    @zoom_us Would be good if that was the default setting. We already had the problem that inexperienced users could not find the taskbar anymore and that is a problem when using browser-based tools.
