    Hey @zoom_us - you provide a TXT file with captions alongside a recorded meeting video file. But those captions don't import correctly into YouTube, even when I tried converting them to SRT using an online tool. Help!

    As a solo biz owner, I would love to have the same features as businesses with 10 people (1080p recordings.) Can @zoom_us help me with that? I'll gladly pay for a single business license - I just can't pay for 9 unused extras. Help me out?

    Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.

    @zoom_us hello, good night, your application is damaging the telephone equipment, my daughter's cell phone damaged the camera and presented several problems, the flashlight was predestined, the data from the google account was lost, the same thing happened on my cell phone

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.
