@zoom_us @teacher2teacher issues with Zoom Annotations. I also sent a reply to support and got the same canned email even though all I was trying to do was explain what fixed the issue so the support page can be updated.

@zoom_us Are there any tricks to fix the brightness on my camera? Monitor light is making my skin very bright and almost animated looking. Tried everything to fix through webcam and zoom settings and even got a different webcam but no luck. Webcam is Logitech C615.

@TransitGeekJoe @zoom_us @TranspoChoices That might be the key. I don't know if updating it on the spot would help. Updating the laptop might be good in practice, but it might come down to RAM resources

@zoom_us @teacher2teacher I went there per the reply & closing of the support ticket sent to me by Zoom Support. An update to that page is needed. Looks like when updating to version 5.4.X hardware acceleration creates the misalignment and jagged writing issue.

@zoom_us @teacher2teacher I solved my own issue. This was frustrating. I understand that I have a free account but support a district with close to 1000 paid accounts. I went to your online options. Nothing there speaks about hardware acceleration or scaling to fit on the screen as things that may create

@zoom_us why are participant rxns to 10 seconds with new update? Teachers use these reactions to gauge when students are done with an assignment, understanding, etc. We need the checkmark and "X" to stay up and to be able to clear them when we want. Please fix that again ASAP.
