    Hey @Zoom, did you know that unsubscribing from your email newsletter does not work? I unsubscribed multiple times now and still receiving your newsletter. Please fix this. BTW your Twitter link on that newsletter goes to the wrong account as well - @zoom_us.

    @zoom_us Any known service status problems in UK at the moment? Had terrible trouble accessing and maintaining a call over the last hour.

    @zoom_us Would be good if that was the default setting. We already had the problem that inexperienced users could not find the taskbar anymore and that is a problem when using browser-based tools.
