    @zoom_us hello, I took subscription for an month and that about to expire by edo of 11th May and before day end I cancelled the subscription but still I got charged for another month, can someone please help to check/provide clearity on this. Let me know for any details.

    @GoogleUK @zoom_us Hey guys, we are quite disappointed that our merchant account was blocked in the UK for no reason. Customer service is nonresponsive at all. Can we have some help here? Or whom we should contact.? 🙄

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options

    @zoom_us u hv d worst service. Trip completed last midnight. Made 9 calls for pick up after paying for pik n drop. Still no avail. Refund my entire booking amount. This is not what I paid for. #nvrzoom
