    I'm beyond exasperation with @zoom_us. We've not been able to login to account since about May. All their communication expects you to log in to get further. No one helped when we did get through. by phone. They do manage to send payment reminder now we've stopped paying.

    @krazylilaliens @kadidakenner @zoom_us Yeah. There are trade offs. Also, maybe getting more help doing and monitoring the zoom so it doesn't always fall on same people. Spread the emotional labor....

    Been having issues with @zoom_us not playing audio to all people in the meeting when sharing a video. Some hear it some don’t. Anyone else experiencing this? New issue and Zoom doesn’t offer tech support to free educational users like me. 😢
