    What is a more effective way of dealing with Zoom issues? 1. Contacting @zoom_us for assistance? 2. Writing your problem on a piece of paper, making it into a paper airplane, and throwing it into the Pacific Ocean?

    Hey @zoom_us - you provide a TXT file with captions alongside a recorded meeting video file. But those captions don't import correctly into YouTube, even when I tried converting them to SRT using an online tool. Help!

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    … I noticed that the @zoom_us help article on this mentions that there is an allow recording option against the user's name in the participants list. Still I cannot find it! Am I missing something here? Appreciate your help. Best, CMP. #CMPLife
