Take my money @zoom_us! I'm trying to upgrade to pro and keep getting stuck at the payment stage. Everything's filled in, no alerts that I'm missing info, I've read and acknowledged the privacy and TOS... I just want to upgrade. Is my Chrome browser the issue?

@zoom_us My 2FA is not working and saying codes are invalid. I am using Microsoft Authenticator & it matches my email. I am trying to get passed by the chatbot to talk to a real person, but it keeps asking me for my 6-digit host key when I literally have no access to my account.

My @zoom_us Livetrak L-8 board is crackling like a ****. I've reinstalled the drivers. updated the firmware, and nothing. This is how I make my money. If I can't find a fix to this, I don't have the $599 to drop on the Rode board, so I would essentially be ruined, channel done.

@zoom_us I'll skip that for the moment as I'm not on Zoom calls that often (and I don't really have time), but anecdotally, I've heard this is true for many other folks too, so I don't think this is an isolated issue to just me.

Need tech help, Twitter world! While using @googlejamboard during @zoom_us, a student typed on the doc from home & I don’t see his work on my computer. Looked at his screen on @goguardian & his edits are there from his view. Why can’t I see them on my end?

@zoom_us Your installer told me to forward terror logfile and gave a link. The link only went to generic page. Nowhere to send. The page had help bit. That was a bot. The bot asked for a 6 digit pin but told me to look in the wrong place. When I found it it wouldn't take it. 😡
