    @zoom_us Extremely frustrating experience with customer service. Simply trying to provide CC info to upgrade plans. Repeatedly receiving stock emails with same useless info. Long waits on hold yield me someone who promises to send my phone # to someone else. No calls back. #zoom

    How can teacher all@over the planet teach on @zoom_us sharing videos ? Singing is a disaster! Any interactive activity goes down the drain cause there’s a huge delay and students simply can’t follow. Awful! Something must be improved for 2021.

    When will @zoom_us figure out how to help teachers mute kids? Our computer teacher cannot speak for more than 1 minute without asking a kid to mute. Everyone else can see who is not muted. Give everyone power to mute another person. Or just do this **** automatically. #disaster

    @zoom_us Why am I being charged for 1to1 meetings for 1 hour. I have never given you card details! yet my bank statement is showing payments to Zoom. There is no support for this, how do I fix this?

    @zoom_us Pathetic customer service to a business customer for 9 months now. The relationship manager Ketaki Goswami didn't think wise to revert back on call/email. Its been 3 weeks.

    I’m getting error code 1132 and I can’t attend my 12 step meetings now. I’m low income so I can’t afford to pay for zoom to contact support . This is the only way I can’t contact you, please help @zoom_us
