    @roboticdinosaur @zoom_us It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done, until i came across @Ray14richard and he fixed it completely he can help you with your account recovery/unlock, 2FA recovery/bypass.

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    10a Got Client189 taken care of, it was a helper address problem that we worked out with their IT department. Now doing some pre-work before my 11a @Zoom_us call.

    @tiffani @zoom_us Our local school district has blocked nearly every way for remote kids to raise hands or ask for help (no g-chat, document comments, external email, Slack, text, etc.) in keeping with our state's DOE (DESI) strategy of making remote as unsuccessful as possible.

    @brianleejackson @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have literally been having the same issue and of course there is no way to contact zoom if you don’t pay them. I have unsubscribed through their “link” multiple times and I keep getting their emails, and their twitter account ends up ignoring me. I also want to report them!!

    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us will this work for me as I am deaf (little d) and no lipreading or ASL skills. I really need to talk to my doctor but not able to find help in getting my Samsung A11 smartphone to do the TTY so can call him. He lives out of my town and hard for me to get there without help

    How did @zoom_us manage to schedule a meeting on my calendar, with my login details, and then not let me be the host..... sorry what, that makes 0 sense.

    She was trying to raise her hand but didn’t have the version of @zoom_us that enables you to push a button + raise your hand. I had that same problem when I started my classes. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be a way of ensuring version uniformity for everybody in a class, for ex.

    @zoom_us @Zoom Zoom Refund my money please, I did a one off subscription, I deactivated my plan but you still went ahead to debit me for the following Month for the service you didn't provide. REFUND MY MONEY
