    Just wondering if @zoom_us has capabilities to provide support during a meeting if a participant appears to be in health or medical distress? I just had someone present with stroke symptoms and was concerned. What if there was a cardiac issue? Witness to domestic abuse? Etc?

    @LucasAHaag @zoom_us I understand how this could lead to a lot of problems, if you were saying things about someone late they might perceive as derogatory. But in many meetings, the positives outweigh the negatives IMHO so a toggle switch might help.

    1 of 2 @zoom_us, you have our souls, it is true, and we depend on you. But after two weeks of asking for help, even have a customer assistant INSIST a feature I had been using (and is now missing) 'did not exist' (I proved him wrong with a screenshot)...I'm still in the dark

    .@zoom_us trying to upgrade my account to Pro. You are giving only USD currency option in India and then asking for billing info to change. I cannot change my billing address to US nor can I change currency to INR. Absolutely pathetic service from chatbot and billing team

    I am so sick of @zoom_us. Surely designing a piece of software that doesn't crash every time you try to use it alongside a search engine isn't too much to ask? My computer can handle recording software so it's not a ram issue.

    Hey @zoom_us to say Im let down by your customer support is gross under statement. I have a paid account. There was a glitch and even upon sharing my receipt, they cannot help restore my account. Thanks for screwing up my work days. Happy to DM you the script.

    Hello @zoom_us ~ Is this how you work? We have been trying to either cancel our subscription or change the plan, yet there is NO mode whatsoever. Tried, bot, calls and mails, multiple times. Please RESOLVE immediately, as we feel let down by your opaque system! #Zoom #fraud

    @zoom_us Here’s an idea for your next update- the ability to hover over the play/pause button and see when you’ve pressed play then pause or stop. I need this info for work, but sometimes I’m in such a rush I forget to write down when going back on record.
