    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    Since @zoom_us isn’t fixing the issue I am requesting all the zoom groups in my non-profit start changing to @Cisco webex. The service is better and all the same pricing. You actually get more support from Cisco and security. #ZoomFail #DropZoom #hacked

    @zoom_us of all the great things you do, customer service is sadly not one of them. Just devoted an hour to bot-dom, emails, and no answers. A simple problem likely could've been cured with a convo, but no human. I just can't...

    @zoom_us Finally got the update installed. I had to restart the iMac beforehand because apparently something was bogging the system down and that caused the installer to crash.
