Why do @zoom_us and @messenger not let you completely turn down the volume during a video call?!?!?! It's infuriating! We have two people in the same room on a video call with others elsewhere, so we only want sound coming from one phone. But you can't turn it all the way down!

@zoom_us is there a setting to automatically check for updates? I couldn't login for a funeral just now and the browser version caused a freeze / hang with my laptop. Eventually rebooted, updated and connected via mobile meanwhile. Last thing I wanted to have to deal with now.

@zoom_us ever since I’ve upgraded on my Mac I can’t stay in a meeting longer than 2mins before being kicked out (happens when I’m host or just a participant) - can you help rectify this? Thanks!

I was on hold for an hour with @zoom_us customer service trying to get the $400/month I can't afford but need for the nonprofit @StreetJusticeDC. Then my line was disconnected. They won't tell you how long the wait is. I was told I'd be transferred to a human. Now on hold again!

i need to record a transcript with #zoom but the zoom hype (video) doesn't seem to be available for my cloud recordings. @zoom_us can somebody help ? i have paid account. zoom claims transcripts. how many hous will the bot not tell me what to do?

@zoom_us I’m having an issue logging in with the iOS app. It says my username and password are wrong.. but it’s being pasted in from a password manager. It works on desktop, maybe the app doesn’t like long passwords
