    @roboticdinosaur @zoom_us It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done, until i came across @Ray14richard and he fixed it completely he can help you with your account recovery/unlock, 2FA recovery/bypass.

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.

    Can we get an "almost make audio mono" option, @zoom_us? Having to deal with people's mics being set to "just the left channel" is incredibly terrible, especially for folks with hearing disabilities in one ear, but also just in general.

    She was trying to raise her hand but didn’t have the version of @zoom_us that enables you to push a button + raise your hand. I had that same problem when I started my classes. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be a way of ensuring version uniformity for everybody in a class, for ex.

    So has anyone tried to give an OSX Keynote presentation on @discord and had issues with slides not displaying? My first time using discord and trying to do something that @zoom_us does flawlessly.

    @LiebermanAustin @zoom_us Ppl got so down on stock; was painful to hold but in the trenches you can feel they’ve still got the momentum. Lots they can do w this business and customer base 📈

    Them: To use a vanity URL you need to prove you own the domain with a dns record. Me: No problem, done. Them: Oh it looks like that URL is already taken. Me: How, I've owned this domain before you were a company @zoom_us #fail

    Hello @zoom_us I have a pro account with you. All my previous meetings have disappeared AGAIN on my iMac. Been online with your tech help. Wiped old desktop Zoom app installed latest, unistalled Chrome installed latest - still no previous meeitings showing in web version. Help!!

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    Dear @zoom_us - why does the scheduling section of your Mac app suck as bad as it does? This seems like an urgent issue to resolve. Meetings are never up to date, and the refresh prompt does nothing…I could go on.
