    @zoom_us why can't you guys just stop taking money from my Acc! I only needed your service for 1 month. I have cancelled, sens an email chatted you guys up yet you still taking money from my account for 3 months now. I need help on how to stop this anyone.

    @zoom_us they have zero customer service and support. I haven’t gotten anything but a dumb to at repeating the same auto response. But they sure as hell took my money out. Never a late payment and the account is disabled.

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options

    As a solo biz owner, I would love to have the same features as businesses with 10 people (1080p recordings.) Can @zoom_us help me with that? I'll gladly pay for a single business license - I just can't pay for 9 unused extras. Help me out?

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @mooreds Yessss. Having DMs get lost is a real problem. Lotta iteration could happen on that part of the service. I'm looking forward to that hopefully happening soon, @zoom_us.
