    @zoom_us it's zoom! I know I deleted the zoom cask and installed the zoomus cask but that must've been on my other machine. Let me do that on this machine as well and see if it resolves the issue.

    … I noticed that the @zoom_us help article on this mentions that there is an allow recording option against the user's name in the participants list. Still I cannot find it! Am I missing something here? Appreciate your help. Best, CMP. #CMPLife

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @tiffani @zoom_us Our local school district has blocked nearly every way for remote kids to raise hands or ask for help (no g-chat, document comments, external email, Slack, text, etc.) in keeping with our state's DOE (DESI) strategy of making remote as unsuccessful as possible.

    WTH is wrong with @zoom_us ---- Our group has been down for 3 days & no one at Zoom seems to know anything! Maybe someone with some intelligence will be back at work Monday & realize it's a bigger issue for more than our group! Crazy!!!!!

    @zoom_us Would be good if that was the default setting. We already had the problem that inexperienced users could not find the taskbar anymore and that is a problem when using browser-based tools.

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.

    @LiebermanAustin @zoom_us Ppl got so down on stock; was painful to hold but in the trenches you can feel they’ve still got the momentum. Lots they can do w this business and customer base 📈
