    @zoom_us u hv d worst service. Trip completed last midnight. Made 9 calls for pick up after paying for pik n drop. Still no avail. Refund my entire booking amount. This is not what I paid for. #nvrzoom

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options

    Can we get an "almost make audio mono" option, @zoom_us? Having to deal with people's mics being set to "just the left channel" is incredibly terrible, especially for folks with hearing disabilities in one ear, but also just in general.

    @mooreds Yessss. Having DMs get lost is a real problem. Lotta iteration could happen on that part of the service. I'm looking forward to that hopefully happening soon, @zoom_us.

    Do any people work at @zoom_us ? I'm in an endless loop on its AI help. I can't log in without verify code, but by the time the code comes, the page is times out. How can I get a person to help me?

    @vivekag43242977 @zoom_us @Zoom Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you
