  @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

  @brianleejackson @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have literally been having the same issue and of course there is no way to contact zoom if you don’t pay them. I have unsubscribed through their “link” multiple times and I keep getting their emails, and their twitter account ends up ignoring me. I also want to report them!!

  Since @zoom_us isn’t fixing the issue I am requesting all the zoom groups in my non-profit start changing to @Cisco webex. The service is better and all the same pricing. You actually get more support from Cisco and security. #ZoomFail #DropZoom #hacked

  @bbrundert @Logitech @zoom_us Similar problems here too, with MacOS Catalina. Autofocus randomly not working and the camera not recognized when coming back from sleep mode.

  To all my young professionals on my tl; is anyone else having trouble with @zoom_us today!? Mine shut me out of my class TWICE. And not just me, my students too. I got parent hitting me up confused as well.
