    @zoom_us is sOoO secure. My wife just had a call with her doctor. When it was over, she put her phone down. A few minutes later, heard her doctors voice saying hello from her pocket, along with a stranger. How tf?

    @jordanhgreen @signalapp @zoom_us Officially, group calls have only been available since mid-December. Since then, there have been no expansion plans. But that should certainly not be a problem.

    @zoom_us registrant to my webinar receives confirmation emails but they do not show up on the Host's registration list. Registrant to my webinar gets false cancellation emails. I contacted support. Horrible experience. No resolution. Hence, a tweet. Please help.

    @zoom_us I need to provide call-in access for non-camera users in my invite. Am I able to do so with my free account? All my invite shows is a web link. Little help?

    @zoom_us Here's a thing about Zoom as a teacher. If the Internet hiccups one little bit, it kicks you out of your own meeting, puts a random kid in charge as host, then won't let you back in unless the teacher (you) admits you back, which you can't do. Zoom, fix this!

    So @MicrosoftTeams is supposedly available for personal accounts, yet I’m told my Microsoft 365 Personal login isn’t set up for Teams. I try my non-365 Microsoft account and I’m still not set up. This is why people use @zoom_us - it just works and is simple to use.

    @zoom_us This video preview dialog feature doesn't seem to always work. It used to before every call and now it recently has stopped despite my settings being set up as you described! Help?

    @zoom_us Hi, yes seems that my Mac’s Core Processor not sufficient high spec as I saw warning message when I reinstalled Zoom as a final attempt to troubleshoot. Might be helpful if this message can be recalled from settings etc. Thanks for your help.

    @zoom_us It would be great if that error message could say something much more descriptive: indicating a connection issue, asking the user to check connection, firewall, antivirus, etc. and include useful links. Then "if all else fails, contact support <details here> with error 100006000"

    @zoom_us I can't login via Facebook on my Zoom client on my Windows PC. All it does is take me to the web client. I want to open it in the actual Zoom program client as usual.

    @nadnosliw @zoom_us I haven't had issues with the browser version (I use Chrome) but wanted the app so I wasn't having a million tabs open at once and could find it more easily. The live lessons have gone fine but other parts have been seriously lagging

    @zoom_us pls fix your support!! I have one class that requires me to login to my zoom account to join but my account is disabled for some reason. I have tried with your website support but The help is useless. I tried calling because your website support could not help and guess

    Does anyone else I know use this feature, can anyone else help us? We've had to massively reduce our face-to-face services and we know people are very isolated, all contact helps. The option has just dropped off the interface. @zoom_us

    @zoom_us used zoom today for a lesson. completely powered down my Kindle even though it was fully charged. Now it won't turn back on at all. Attempted to join the meeting on a different device and couldn't. Not a good app. Really annoyed

    @zoom_us @Forbes @zoom_us. You've billed me for months while only giving me access to the free plan. I've tried REPEATEDLY to talk to someone about this. I can't even cancel because your website says I'm on the free plan. I can't get a person on the phone bc help only talks to paying customers 😡
