    Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.

    WTH is wrong with @zoom_us ---- Our group has been down for 3 days & no one at Zoom seems to know anything! Maybe someone with some intelligence will be back at work Monday & realize it's a bigger issue for more than our group! Crazy!!!!!

    @zoom_us Someone from your support team removed our phone number from our account without our permission. We canโ€™t get a hold of anybody. This is a serious issue for our business and I need to talk to someone ASAP.
