    @zoom_us @ericsyuan We are facing some issues with the current zoom plan. Without any notification the Enterprise account degraded to PRO even though the validity is till Oct 2021. Already sent couple of mails, but no response. Can any one look into this as v r not able to conduct meetings.

    @zoom_us I need to delete %AppData%\Zoom\data each time the teacher changes passcode for the meeting. Maybe a simple fix to invalidate/ update the local cache & save hours of heartache for parents frantically trying to make sure their kids can join the online class on time?

    What was that @zoom_us issue? I need to work out, when someone is sharing their screen in a zoom meeting, how to stop the "Chat" message popping up loud and proud at bottom centre of the screen (when someone screen shares, Zoom flips into full-screen mode on my screen).

    @zoom_us Please release the new version on Android because on my tablet it's keep crashing again and again and i have almost miss classes and had the issue 5003 when i have no anti virus/no proxy/ nothing on my tablet and it's have worked very well with my phone.

    @zoom_us Not having a way for folx to PERMANENTLY change their display name (i.e., so it appears upon meeting entry every time) to their preferred name if they are using an institutional SSO that uses their legal name is a big problem. Solution please?

    Horrible customer service, constantly changing security settings without notifying customers and a mediocre interface. @zoom_us has left the door open for @google and others wide enough to drive a truck through. What's your favorite solution for video conf/collaboration??

    I am shocked at how horrible my experience has been with @zoom_us customer support. Can someone from billing please help me? I have been waiting for a "specialist" to contact me since last week and now have been dropped twice today after calling! This is ridiculous.

    If you need customer support from @zoom_us , good luck with that. You'd think all of the extra business would help them ramp up staffing but you would be mistaken.

    @Bnard_M @zoom_us Ah, it's more of like, just confusion for all of us! The rest of the group sees that person A is muted, but on their screen they've turned their mic on, but you can still hear them. But for sure, this issue could flip and then that would be bad!
