    @zoom_us 1/2 @zoom_us when I submit a request using the support form I get an immediate email saying they cannot help me and they close the request because I'm a free account holder, even though I am not! I am being blocked from using a service I have paid for

    @zoom_us When I go into breakout rooms, I can't see the waiting room, so when I'm trying to do small group work, my late students never get in. Is there a fix for this?

    @zoom_us Consider adding an audio notification when breakout room participants ask for help? I try to track the on-screen notifications, but when I am bouncing around screens and groups, audio would reinforce the notification and avoid possibly overlooking a student. Thanks.

    The automatic @zoom_us closed captioning is remarkably accurate! Still, two of my favorite #Massachusetts-themed errors today included "NYU" being spelled "MIT," and a list of three Massachusetts cities that got written as "Boston western LOL."

    @zoom_us I am referring to when I click “share computer sound” under screen sharing. This is the feature that is not working. Students are on a variety of devices—have not found a common pattern for those that report no sound

    @zoom_us what is Error:1132 ? I have tried everything from deleting the app, making a new profile, wiping my computers hardrive, reinstalling the app, and still "Meeting not working, Error:1132... like.. what the actual heck?

    Does @zoom_us suck for anyone on a Macbook else after upgrading to Big Sur 11.2? It takes me like ~4 mins to join any call (via desktop app) & I don't have this issue with any other platforms.

    @zoom_us what do I have to do to get help from a person rather than a bot that doesn’t understand me? Some participants got into my meeting, others got a passcode error. All using same info. Some very unhappy children 🙁

    @zoom_us Some were in, some not. I wasn’t sure of the process as I have to ‘claim host’ as someone else in the organisation set the session up. Most got in eventually, some not at all. Those who had error first off changed device. That didn’t work for others

    That I have to hover in @zoom_us to verify I'm muted is a big privacy miss. Always-present 🔇 would fix this. And worse when I'm in a zoom webinar and there's no visual cue that I'm muted (or my mic isn't being misused).

    @MichaelCade1 @tsmith_co @zoom_us from personal experience Michael, I found it was Teams causing more of an issue as Tim states you can't disable it. You have to create a virtual device

    @zoom_us It didn’t work and I apparently don’t have access to call live support. My student has missed several classes because of zoom redirecting her to the wrong meeting. I need help resolving this ASAP.

    Looks like when you play a video on @Webex it comes out choppy. That's a problem for online teaching, especially for Movement disorders. Anyone has any suggestions? Does @zoom_us have the same issue?
