    Just wondering if @zoom_us has capabilities to provide support during a meeting if a participant appears to be in health or medical distress? I just had someone present with stroke symptoms and was concerned. What if there was a cardiac issue? Witness to domestic abuse? Etc?

    Hey @zoom_us to say Im let down by your customer support is gross under statement. I have a paid account. There was a glitch and even upon sharing my receipt, they cannot help restore my account. Thanks for screwing up my work days. Happy to DM you the script.

    1 of 2 @zoom_us, you have our souls, it is true, and we depend on you. But after two weeks of asking for help, even have a customer assistant INSIST a feature I had been using (and is now missing) 'did not exist' (I proved him wrong with a screenshot)...I'm still in the dark

    @zoom_us hi! Is there a way to give cohost access to set up breakout rooms? Despite your help centre saying cohost has same access as host, cohosts can't set up breakout rooms. Is there someone I need to change in setting? Thanks

    Suggestion for @zoom_us: indicators on the bottom bar that show, in real time, the speaker's internet connectivity and audio quality. Would help compensate for the absence of nonverbal cues that help speaker figure out when comment isn't intelligible (because of tech issues).

    . @zoom_us I have you on a second screen When I go to share something on screen 1, zoom comes back to screen 1 drops down to one box, closes chat, closes participants... Also , names are randomly dropped from video box .????

    I am so sick of @zoom_us. Surely designing a piece of software that doesn't crash every time you try to use it alongside a search engine isn't too much to ask? My computer can handle recording software so it's not a ram issue.

    .@zoom_us trying to upgrade my account to Pro. You are giving only USD currency option in India and then asking for billing info to change. I cannot change my billing address to US nor can I change currency to INR. Absolutely pathetic service from chatbot and billing team

    @zoom_us I'm really struggling with your billing support. All I want is to upgrade but when I click on it, nothing happens. No invoice, no upgrade but my credit card is charged. I contacted your billing support and all I get is FAQs which I have already read. Please help

    @zoom_us My student gets an error message that says "Please wait for the Host to start this meeting" even though I have started the meeting and other kids are in the class. I have tried creating a new link. Nothing on your website on this and no way to contact you. Please help!

    @ShelettaIsFunny @LovaasInstitute @zoom_us Time for IPads! Have not touched my desktop in years, and rarely open the MacBook anymore. I even sleep with my IPad for those 3 am questions I have to look up! Never a problem other than cracked screens....🇺🇸🚀

    @zoom_us I am f-e-d- u-p with your 'I am a not a robot' each time I have to login to your website for my account I loose 3+min checking for 'fire hydrants' etc... Having to do it more than 2 times is a NONSENSE! You are decreasing the chances that I come to buy anything from you

    @LucasAHaag @zoom_us I understand how this could lead to a lot of problems, if you were saying things about someone late they might perceive as derogatory. But in many meetings, the positives outweigh the negatives IMHO so a toggle switch might help.
