    @zoom_us That's great - now can you release a patch for Big Sur?! Upgrading an OS shouldn't compromise a paid Zoom acct - I have had to delay some projects as I wait for the fix

    hi @zoom_us still hate that i can't adjust volume/mute other participants individually in meetings like it's rad as hell that i get to listen to two different people typing in this meeting i'm in please fix it tia

    . @zoom_us how many times will I have to install/uninstall/repair your Outlook plugin to get it to work? I install it, it works for 2-3 days, then you somehow brick it. Am I missing something? Aside from QA issues?

    So @zoom_us support is terrible. They just made a change to our account and locked the whole company out and now won't reply to the ticket and I cannot find a way to escalate it to a sev1. "Contact Support" is a bot that is next to useless.
