    the quality of the audio during the conference call between @BorisJohnson and @JustinTrudeau about the trade deal was terrible. was that @zoom_us? why do world leaders have such terrible video conferencing?? would've been better to just use a ham radio.

    How can teacher all@over the planet teach on @zoom_us sharing videos ? Singing is a disaster! Any interactive activity goes down the drain cause there’s a huge delay and students simply can’t follow. Awful! Something must be improved for 2021.

    Hey @zoom_us when ever I tried to sign in zoom for a two months in my laptop. It only shows ''please try again error code 1132''. What can I do. I try all the solution uninstall and install zoom ,up to date versions #zoomerrorcode1132 plz reply to me 😧😧

    . @zoom_us how many times will I have to install/uninstall/repair your Outlook plugin to get it to work? I install it, it works for 2-3 days, then you somehow brick it. Am I missing something? Aside from QA issues?

    Dear @zoom_us : "Call using Internet Audio" is a terrible label for that button. "Use Built-in Microphone" would be better. But even better: Don't show that dialog if I'm on a device that has a built-in microphone. E.g. every single cell phone, tablet, and laptop circa 2020.

    hi @zoom_us still hate that i can't adjust volume/mute other participants individually in meetings like it's rad as hell that i get to listen to two different people typing in this meeting i'm in please fix it tia

    So @zoom_us support is terrible. They just made a change to our account and locked the whole company out and now won't reply to the ticket and I cannot find a way to escalate it to a sev1. "Contact Support" is a bot that is next to useless.

    @zoom_us Please fix the #Google account permissions you require to add appointments. It's totally pointless to require *editing* my #calendar. That's none of your business! It's sufficient I'm logged in, then I can add the calendar item myself. Others do it that way. You can too.

    Can @zoom_us be more responsive? It is so frustrating to face problems and find no solution. Sad customer care. The bot just doesnt understand anything. A great platform with the poorest customer care one can expect

    I am frustrated with @zoom_us recorded video (resolution) quality it also wastes ~50% realestate on screen. I finally set up OBS to record zoom in a format I like and better resolution. Zoom must fix this issue if they want to stay as a relevant platform. What do you think?

    @AppleSupport What’s going on with Big Sur slowing down computers completely. Whenever @zoom_us is on my whole computer seems like it wants to crash ... not good

    @zoom_us Extremely frustrating experience with customer service. Simply trying to provide CC info to upgrade plans. Repeatedly receiving stock emails with same useless info. Long waits on hold yield me someone who promises to send my phone # to someone else. No calls back. #zoom

    When will @zoom_us figure out how to help teachers mute kids? Our computer teacher cannot speak for more than 1 minute without asking a kid to mute. Everyone else can see who is not muted. Give everyone power to mute another person. Or just do this **** automatically. #disaster

    @cbriancpa @zoom_us I feel your pain. I've just booked a murder mystery event for 19 of us from 8 households over Christmas. Only 4 of us are working or on call over that period (and there's a fair chance that we'll still be locked down) so it seemed unnecessarily complicated
