    @jasoneg3 @zoom_us @ada_cx I just heard the same story last week about a frustrated zoom customer who had the same horrible customer service experience. After 8 years they quit zoom and switched to google meet.

    Am I the only one with this problem this morning... @SPTCSWAZILAND and @mobile_eswatini are not allowing the connection of @zoom_us ??? It seems today will be a long day. I have 4 meetings lined up through out the day. we just had to postpone one.

    Apparently my sister’s school district has mandatory, in-person teacher in-service today. They’re passing around a sign-in sheet, and some aren’t wearing masks. It supposedly can’t be held remotely b/c the school doesn’t have “enough” @zoom_us licenses. AYFKM?

    .@zoom_us Tried to ask for help (paid Zoom) account & used your chatbot '@ada_cx .' Endless loop of email and host key problems. I HATE CHATBOTS. Such a horrible 'customer experience' so I GAVE UP. #chatbots

    @itswhitneymeyer @rgay Co-sign! I believe @zoom_us doesn’t have captioning at all in the free plan. #AccessibilityFail The Google Meets captions help me when I’m speaking to someone who has a lot of background noise (background noise is bad news bears for us Hard of Hearing folks).

    @JuiceboxCA dear @zoom_us uses that high stock price to give creators some love. you didn't do anything special to deserve this much capital this fast, the pandemic handed it to you, so kick it down a bit and make society better. there, i wrote them a note. Hope they see it

    @zoom_us has so many weird interface issues, not the least of which is that when you are leaving a breakout room, your mouse cursor is like 5 pixels away from a different button that would completely ruin your meeting by ending it. Can they please hire some UI people?

    @almostdr_obrien My only two issues with @zoom_us is since yes or no became reactions, people that use that for voting are having a hard time since they disappear so quickly. That and there’s no built in video switcher for streaming. Other than that, yes, please zoom
