Robert Clark (@bostonbobby617) reported@zoom_us they have zero customer service and support. I haven’t gotten anything but a dumb to at repeating the same auto response. But they sure as hell took my money out. Never a late payment and the account is disabled.

Nathan Maharaj 🦖 (@nrmaharaj) reported@zoom_us why doesn't the side-by-side view of a shared screen automatically balance a maximized view of speakers and content? Moving the sliding separator myself, it seems like a no-brainer default that would help make slides legible while keeping speakers visible.
