    @ShawInfo left Canada but called twice before hand about returning equipment. Rep said they were mailing return labels to me but never arrived before leaving. Now I’m charged $50. This is not acceptable

    Would have been a 15 minute drive to pick it up. I will lose 20 hours of work. My daughter has been frantically seeking out friends’ wifi so she can attend her online university classes. After being a client for 20 years, this is pathetic customer service from @ShawInfo. 4/6

    @ShawInfo worst cust serv exp EVER!! 2 hours of my life to have a useless and rude chatter disconnect with zero help. Wtg on phone for help & keep getting told to chat in. Bell MTS looks like we’re coming your way.

    @Shawhelp @Dale23Rice Mine did as well - all day. I think there is an issue Shaw needs to investigate. Can’t access anything, even through online/Internet login.

    @Shawhelp are there known outages in SW Edmonton? I've had no internet service for a while now. Rebooted the modem but no luck.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS possibly the worst service and support ever. Wifi down all morning, have had technicians come multiple times in the past to fix and still no fix. Stuck on hold for hours w/ support and missed multiple important work meetings. Cant wait to switch to @ShawInfo
