    @samanthadjb @Bell_Support So many layers of horrible. I have never felt more useless. This is all because of that issue a couple of months ago when they ‘accidentally’ crossed our line with another business… nothing has been 100% since.

    Every 2 or three months we have this same conversation, I'm always assured the problem is solved, and yet it persists. This is not her phone. @Bell is showing continued incompetence in its handing of personal information. @Bell_News

    @Bell_Support our service has been out since 249 pm today in Azilda, Ontario. On My Bell it says as a result of a cut cable.
