    @Bell_Support on hold with bell support for Fibe TV for an hour and then they disconnected the call. Online chat features are down. No TV service for almost 2 hours now.

    @wmcwonca @Bell_Support Mother in law has no TV since 5pm. In Ottawa, K2B area code. If it makes a difference, she has Fibe and a 4K box. What's the solution? Can't get a rep on the phone ... "too busy".

    Quebec & Toronto. Why? Maybe more places! No ETA & long wait on phone to get no help! Worst corp ever & worst customer service for expensive useless inferior services! Suggest @Bell get it together! This is 🐂💩 & complaint will be sent to CCTS😡😡 Oh yes, & I expect $credit

    @Bell_Support no FIBE service in Whitby L1R what is happening? is anyone aware of this? When can we expect to have FIBE TV service back?
