@bell what do you mean taxes are going up on my bill? the taxes shouldn’t go up without additional charges. and all your CSR on the phone is doing is hammering me to upgrade and add a home phone fix your scripts

@nath_robz @Bell I always make a point with people on the phone (and in DMs) to tell them my frustration is not with them as individuals, they’re just doing their jobs. But if the call centres can’t help me, the technicians in person can’t help me, and that photo above is a very real photo I took
