@Bell_Support why is your internet never working? Better yet, why do techs go in and mess about it boxes and screw up service. Twice this has happened in less than a month. Ridiculous when you work from home 🤬🤬

@bell my father cancelled his service in July. Last day was Aug 1 and he still got a bill for Aug. Fix this!!

@Bell_Support This process is exhausting. I have no choice but to use you guys. I will consider the DM but I know fm 20 years experience that it won't make any difference. I will continue to have problems because I always have problems.

@Bell_Support Yeah, did that three times. Also, remotely thru your automated service. Was on hold for a tech person, you hung up on me. Not sure where I go from here. The internet seems to be working now but can't trust it to stay that way so... thanks.
