    Hey @Bell I have had internet issues for three days now!! Whenever I call your tech support people will look into my modem and say everything’s fine. One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and I’m about ready to do it again!!!

    @Bell_Support I have contacted bell many times and have not received any help or information. Just we will contact you in 48hrs and nothing. We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support wow, after over an hour chatting with your support bot, I'm now referred back to the same numbers I started calling to. I will not be calling them as the telephone agents were rude and bad to deal with.
