  • SSlapski Zarley’s Slapski (@SSlapski) reported

@captainmandolin @RossyOnTheMic @Bell You can cancel anytime I believe. No more contracts

  • KarlTheMartian Karl Martin 👽 (@KarlTheMartian) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@tracer_ca @Bell This happened to me a few months ago. It was before the rona but, nonetheless, there was no negotiating and they didn't give a shit.

  • Menzies300 Menzies300 (@Menzies300) reported

Hey @Bell your wifi/fibe is absolutely trash, worst decision I made switching from rogers...smh

  • pantandshirtman Maybe: Lewis (@pantandshirtman) reported

**** you @bell my wifi is worse than ur hold music

  • mattwylie mattwylie (@mattwylie) reported

@Bell_Support my internet sucks. Wait time to speak to someone at your call centre sucks. The thought of having someone come into my house to fix it sucks. So, that's really sucky.

  • JDNovel Jennifer Duholke (@JDNovel) reported

@patterballs @Bell Here in BC I’m happy to say that I’ve had good customer service from @RogersHelps . Seems unlikely, I know, but we’ve been with them for ten years and it’s been good.

  • CorkumIan Ian Corkum (@CorkumIan) reported

@Bell @BMullinsNL You do nothing to help those in rural communities. Realize the situation and the national state of emergency and offer unlimited rural internet through the use of turbo hubs. You should be ashamed of yourself!

  • forGarlemald Charibert did nothing wrong (@forGarlemald) reported

Probably what's happened is that he's on @Bell's list of ppl that get shunted to a department for "problem callers", that is, folks that call often with issues the company feels are easily solved thru self-service. It's a real department. Nordia's Orillia office has/had it.

  • forGarlemald Charibert did nothing wrong (@forGarlemald) reported

I did something I haven't done in over a year -- @Bell satellite tech support, b/c the agent my 86 year old neighbour called just told him to "look it up on the website" re: getting new remote to work w/Sat receiver & tv. Y'all. C'mon.

  • GoldTVServices Gold Entertainment Services🏅 (@GoldTVServices) reported

@SeanBiggs1978 @RossyOnTheMic @Bell Hi if you are looking for a reliable streaming service then please DM. Full support given for all devices

  • Canadian41 Ryan Gardner (@Canadian41) reported

@RossyOnTheMic @Bell Yeah hold off on the praise until you see your next bill ... they (along with Rogers) are notorious for being helpful on the phone but terrible for following up and correcting your bill for the next cycle. You will be calling them back in 30 days lol lol

  • RossyOnTheMic Mike Ross (@RossyOnTheMic) reported

Big thanks to @Bell customer service for helping lower my monthly bill significantly. My rep, Dave, was patient, helpful and accommodating.

  • MacLeod27 Rob (@MacLeod27) reported

Seriously debating canceling our service outright. Absolutely unacceptable customer service experience today....time to switch providers. @Bell_Support

  • MacLeod27 Rob (@MacLeod27) reported

Very frustrating experience today with @Bell_Support . We called a month ago about promotional credits that had expired, customer retention helped us and said they'd added them back onto our account. We get our bill today, credits not there. Called back, rudest employee ever.

  • karenlimusic Karen (@karenlimusic) reported

    @SugithVarughese @Bell 😭😭 awful!

  • randisolomon Randi Solomon (@randisolomon) reported

@unknown32_1 @vicecanada @WalmartCanada @AirCanada @Bell @CdnChamberofCom Yet in my experience with outsourced call centres, solutions are not had and customers become more frustrated, resulting in loss of a customer.

  • devonlethbridge Devon Lethbridge (@devonlethbridge) reported

@NovaScotiaRasta @Bell @Bell_Aliant The same Fibre lines, @Bell_Aliant said it is not possible to have Fibre to the home LOL. If it wasn't for Nalcor to help get BLN here, we would be stuck paying 130 dollars a month for shit internet. (7down 0.5up). Nothing better than leaving Bell.

  • GermainRioux Germain Rioux (@GermainRioux) reported

@JimMcDonell Please help your rural constituents by convincing @bell to bring Fibe service. DSL-based internet does not provide enough bandwidth to social distance properly.

  • unknown32_1 u32 (@unknown32_1) reported

@randisolomon @vicecanada @WalmartCanada @AirCanada @Bell @CdnChamberofCom Randi I agree with your call centres should be in Canada but it not going to happen anymore. Heck I help transition a IT helpdesk from the early 2000's to Calgary. It's cheaper and faster outside of Canada & 10% of the wage.

  • dayani_sam Sam (@dayani_sam) reported

9/ I am really surprised from the quality of such company @Bell service and how they train their employees to solve customers issues. @ONconsumer @Consumer_Canada and how this company keeps it promises to its customers through the fake unreal promotions

  • dayani_sam Sam (@dayani_sam) reported

6/ on my case, and the same reply I got the first time I received today, that the contracts do not reflect any credit. I explained to the lady that it should not be an issue if the credit was not in the contract as long as there was a promotion Issued by @Bell at that time

  • dayani_sam Sam (@dayani_sam) reported

5/ Was something wrong in the contracts and that I should receive at $50 credit. He also, promised to solve the issue and get back to me. That was almost a month ago. I got this month bill and nothing there, so I did make another call to @Bell customer service to get an update

  • dayani_sam Sam (@dayani_sam) reported

1/ Back to my issue with @Bell it seems that this company enjoy steeling money from people. It was the time when I switched the service to @Bell and I was promised to receive over $50 in credits because of the number of lines I am switching. The representative at the store

  • ITKV Kris Vosper (@ITKV) reported

No surprise there. @Bell sees an opportunity to take advantage of customers that need their service and can't switch to another during this crisis. #Shame on you @Bell. Fix this. Canadians will remember this.

  • mrdanielklein Daniel Klein (@mrdanielklein) reported

@Bell @Quicklitning Good job, media team! You literally have the worst, least compassionate response possible here. I hope I never ever ever have to be a Bell customer.

  • RobertBrodey Robert Brodey (@RobertBrodey) reported

I've come to the conclusion that @Bell is using the same kind of cross-selling techniques as Wells Fargo. I keep trying to re-negotiate my insanely high rates for services, and I'm offered products I don't need as the "solution." #Onpoli #TOpoli #Telecom scam.

  • Rena_roo123 Ree (@Rena_roo123) reported

@Bell_Support I'm trying to cancel my internet, but I can't get to talk to someone. What can I do to fix this

  • lisadamps Mamma Damps (@lisadamps) reported

If you have @Bell service, I suggest you look into other available providers. Gouging at this time is unacceptable

  • Rena_roo123 Ree (@Rena_roo123) reported

Shouldn't be this hard to cancel an internet service. @Bell I can't get in contact with someone to resolve this

  • sallimoysmith SallimoySmith (@sallimoysmith) reported

@michellehalli @Bell That was always my issue with them. I’m with Rogers and had terrible internet connectivity this week, but refused to go to Bell for that reason. Hope they’ll have a heart and re-adjust .

  • KKinger32 Kinger of the North (@KKinger32) reported

@Bell_Support @mimi_mazloum It's happening for literally everyone. Fix your services.

  • farmerlefty Jason Lennox (@farmerlefty) reported

@MaizeingPete @Bell is awful for that. One of the main reason I gave up my dish.

  • SylDrax Sylvain Belanger (@SylDrax) reported

@patterballs @Bell Nothing ever goes down with BELL... except the line itself.

  • KristaLeeBates Krista-Lee Gould (@KristaLeeBates) reported

@patterballs @Bell I left Bell for Koodo years ago & have never looked back!

  • scotthlee3 Scott Lee (@scotthlee3) reported from Kingston, Ontario

@patterballs @Bell I switched to Virgin and they have great service. And the are Bell😊

  • RodJSStevens Rod Samuel-Stevens (@RodJSStevens) reported

@patterballs @Bell I’m with Rogers which sucks but I hear Chatr is the cheapest. $50/mth with 10GB of data. Good luck. We still pay the highest fees in the world for our smart phones.

  • RobOakman Rob (@RobOakman) reported

@patterballs @Bell I’ve had a good experience with @TELUS . Easy to change up or down with plans online. Good deals. Good network. My fiancé has @Bell and they screw up her bill and are impossible to deal with. There are still errors they promised to fix months ago. Talking her into switching.

  • Mikelly1965RD Mike Kelly (@Mikelly1965RD) reported

@Bell_Support @patterballs @bell we shouldn’t have to step out to the support centre to get the best deal. YOU as a company should be reaching out to your customers and offering better deals to your customers. Also increasing the price of your internet service is a disgrace with everything going on!

  • JanODriscoll Jan O'Driscoll (@JanODriscoll) reported

@RogersHelps But you're not missing the opportunity to grab an extra $15 so that I can maintain "max speed". Fwiw, our max speed was awfully slow yesterday. I'll just keep my $$$ and call @Bell

  • mdclgyselinck Michèle Gyselinck (@mdclgyselinck) reported

@Saskatoba @Bell @Rogers So I replied that I would pay them what I owed but that I never wanted to hear from them again, and that they could go **** themselves. I've never received a letter of solicitation from them since.

  • mdclgyselinck Michèle Gyselinck (@mdclgyselinck) reported

@Saskatoba @Bell @Rogers I don't know about Rogers, but I left Bell in 2014 after six years firmly determined that I would NEVER have anything to do with them, and I haven't. In fact, after I left that company as a customer, they claimed that I still owed them money....

  • MannParekh6 Mann Parekh (@MannParekh6) reported

@Rogers Slow Internet !!! It keeps turning off and I keep having to reboot the modem every couple hours! I called your +1 855 863 5386 number and they said hold time is between 45 minutes to 1 hour! I’m just waiting for @Bell_Support to install Fibe in my neighbourhood.

  • MadRemy_ AG (@MadRemy_) reported

@Bell_Support y’all down to put in a new gaming router let’s do the switch

  • abhishek85sh Abhishek Sharma (@abhishek85sh) reported

@Bell hey Bell, during these pandemic times, you have increased internet price by $10/ month, while all the companies are trying to support consumers, you have started charging more!

  • Mizo62319387 Mizo (@Mizo62319387) reported

@patterballs @Bell To decrease, you need to call in, talk to customer retention, where they will show you the error in your ways, and convince you to spend cover for where the website failed.

  • sthirukoriyur Sunil K Thirukotiyur (@sthirukoriyur) reported

@patterballs @Bell Move to @Fidomobile ,I am a happy customer for the last 5 years.

  • lmuffyl Müffy (@lmuffyl) reported

Everyone is here saying they're going to the gym or the beach right after this isolation ends. I can't wait to cancel my @Bell internet. 2020 and my download speed is literally under 4mbps 😡 #COVIDー19

  • Hockeyiscanada1 hockeyiscanada1 (@Hockeyiscanada1) reported

  • joytwisc joy (@joytwisc) reported

@Bell_Support The service in Vancouver is down and I am unable to receive incoming calls. I’ve been on with technical support for almost an hour and they didn’t resolve LITERALLY anything. A company that cares about their online appearance will also care about the quality of work

  • StephReykdal Stephanie R (@StephReykdal) reported

@Bell with recent cuts to education I received an email from CBE asking for help to get funding for tablets/computers for kids in need to continue their online education. I already donated my tablet from Bell I got with my last 📱, hoping Bell might be able to help out too!

  • interventionguy Darrin Taylor (@interventionguy) reported

@patterballs @Bell Try reducing your cable TV plan or cancelling Shaw. Not possible without sitting on hold for seven hours. You can pay out your mortgage or buy a car online but can’t cancel your cable.

  • ENiedermayer Erin Niedermayer (@ENiedermayer) reported

@patterballs @Bell We switched from @TELUS to @virginmobilecan in August and have never looked back. Great service and cut our bill by 50%.

  • MrMongreloid SarkIsmysavior (@MrMongreloid) reported

@Bell go **** yourselves increasing the price of internet for literally no reason and closing call centres i look forward to the day your entire forsaken dog shit company closes once your damned monopoly on the phone and internet lines is over and @elonmusk starlink is available

  • JonFraser1965 Jon Fraser (@JonFraser1965) reported

@Bell_Support No, I've now wasted 95 minutes on the phone on separate occasions - today with you "customer loyalty" group. He was incapable of helping answer why I still need to pay for a home phone I don't use. If you can have a senior management rep call me, then I'll give you my info.

  • tink_san Sandra Caldwell (@tink_san) reported

@Bell_Support my internet is down for the 2nd time this week. Escalated for the second time. Waiting on a call back. I was told this would no longer happen if I switched to fiberop. My son starts school online tomorrow. Extremely upset and can't get any explanation.

  • karenlimusic Karen (@karenlimusic) reported

@SugithVarughese @Bell Omg that's terrible! I'll log in to see my bill. 🤬 I don't even have unlimited internet on the regular and that price is already ridic!!
