    @Bell I am dealing with a problem that has been going since September. This afternoon I was told by JED that the management team would give me a call back in 15-30 minutes. Time as expired. I am waiting.

    @Bell_Support It shouldn't take transferring to 5 different agents only for one of them to confirm your account is provisioned wrong after an upgrade which is the cause of your no data. Not that you're over your cap which doesn't exist if they just looked at the damn screen.

    An @Bell I pay for 94 French Channels I never watch, not to mention the 100+ garbage CBC that you will not cancel.. The least you could do is stop overriding the USA channels I pay for.

    @Bell most harrowing customer service call experience with BELL CANADA - word of caution to all - If you see the word BELL - dont walk, RUN AWAY as fast as you can ... dont fall for their marketing - Everything about the company is pathetic !

    @Eastlink your tech support customer service is horrible , had Justin from your call centre in Jamaica burp, laugh &then hang up in my ear after asking for a supervisor because he wouldn’t help me, after this interaction I’m looking into @bell after being with you for 6+ yrs.

    @Bell .... Bell is HELL !!! This company is the worst of them all - hands down ! Was LIED to multiple times - a CUSTOMER SERVICE agent refused to take the call or transfer to a supervisor ??? LEADING network provider of CANADA won't unlock my UNLOCKED phone.

    Been on the phone for an hour now with a Bell rep who has no manners. They're backtracking on the agreement. Rep has hung up @Bell_Support never felt so disrespected by Bell after 10 years loyal customer. Unfortunately he wouldn't provide his name before he hung up.

    @Bell_Support I have numerous times, I politely asked your phone representative that phoned me to try an sell me another package, to cancel all CBC channels. He abruptly hung up on me. I am a 26 year customer, an that is how you treat me.

    @Bell_Support your techs switched our copper to fibe - we were told 4 hours to install they were in and out of our home for OVER 5 hours and left a mess of cut wires etc on the floor! Seriously!! WTF!!!
