Extremely disappointed in @Bell . I called to cancel a service I purchased a month ago and because I was 1 WEEK outside of the 30 days they told me my only option is to buy out the term. Ridiculous! Loyal customers clearly doesn’t mean much.

@Bell_Support 1/ Damn bell you are ruthless. Have 3 lines with bell in my name with high data plans. Wanted to put one in my daughter's name as she is just starting out in life. She calls bell all excited. Bell lady is rude and makes her pay $50 just to put it in her name from mine.

@Bell_Support after calling twice last night and being on chat for 10mins and now 30 mins on the phone still waiting for my internet to go back up. Reminded of cx service standards 10yrs ago. Have not experienced this with any provider in the last 5yrs in Canada. POOR.

Just saw a @Bell commercial for best 5g network in canada. Got excited and tested mine. Still super slow, most of the time slower tha 5g. If only speed was an actual concern to canadian wireless. Money money money, 2005 speeds.

Need to watch sports on TSN with Bell? Good luck. Prepare to wait since their website won't allow you to add it. It used to but they've had this glitch for more than 2 months. Not fixed. Be prepared to wait on hold with customer service before you get access. @Bell @TSN_Sports

@Bell Hi my brother ported his number from freedom to bell and lost connectivity. He was at the bell store at erin mills Mississauga for 3 hours and they gave him a new number. This is not a solution. His old number is VERY IMP I REPT VERY IMPORTANT. HE NEEDS THAT NUMBER BACK!!

What the companies like @Bell @Rogers @TELUS don't understand is that by the time you have to call them, you are ready to cancel the service. They get one or two chances to help you before you will just choose a new service provider who you don't have to phone for a while.
