don't even get me started on you @Bell .. you cut the entire areas landlines and internet for the next 24 hours?! we don't get cell phone service here. we have zero power, no phone communication, and no internet unless we drive 30 minutes to another town... this is so dangerous

@Bell can you please update your network outage page. It’s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.

@Bell_Support still no internet. After DM and going over the troubleshooting I had done already 2 times I was told they had to "escalate" and I would receive a phone call. No phone call. I don't know if I don't have internet because of an outage.I have used all my cell phone data

Not having internet except ypur mobile for 3 days really is fun. Love @Bell doing jack **** about it. Seriously, #1 in Canada my ***. Now i'm **** with university work, can't even play my hobby either. **** this dogwater company.
