  @TheHunterChef @Bell @FibeBell I went through the same thing a couple of months ago. I had to unplug my modem for a few minutes to solve the issue. Just rebooting didn't do anything, took a complete shutdown to resolve the problem.

  @Bell Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred.Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating. @Bell_Support

  @Bell My mom had a landline forever. We insisted she keep it for safety. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.

  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   @vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Apparently we had a bell tower go down in our area and they chose not to repair. Large dead zone No notice or concern from bell. Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.
