Last time I was with bell I was on hold for 2 hours only to be hung up on because I couldn't understand who I was talking to because his accent was so thick and he got offended when I asked him to speak slower and annunciate his words.

Jetro13 (@Jetro131) reported@Bell That only works if you have Fibre in the area or going to your home. I didn't have and could never get more than 57 mbps. So I got rid of Bell. If you have cable in your house, stay with it and go with another provider. I have 750 speed now!!!!!

Customer svc is good for nothing they just keep fwdng calls without any info.

That would give customers less reason to leave. Funny when you send an email warning customers that 3G is being cut off in the U.S.

Tons of bugs on the self-service website and no signal in my community. The only one benefit is the fast fibre internet. I called to cancel both my cell and internet even pay $500 penalty
