@Bell_Support You did a horrible job keeping Quebec and Ontario connected. You're quick is sub-standard. Be better. Do better. Follow any one of your major competitors on how to keep people connected after a little wind and snow dump.
@Bell_Support Why is bell the only service provider having major issues in Quebec and Toronto with internet/wifi? I think I will switch to a competitor who is more stable after a small snow storm of 25 cm.

@Bell Don’t worry I already got rid of my bell service because it’s horrible.
@Bell_Support not fixed in Toronto … in fact all of our bell services are out. Things happen but the fact you are not being transparent with what is happening or how big the outage is is what will lead to you losing customers.

@Bell Shouldn't have to pay extra for your internet service to reach all over your home. @Rogers offers theirs free of charge.

@Bell_Support wasted 40 mins on a call being passed around from associate to associate, manager put me on hold and the call has dropped now and I haven’t received a call back. may I just ask… wtf?

@Bell Yeah, I had Bell for a while and your Internet sucked bad. Now you're saying if customers want to give you even more money, you'll attempt to make it work this time. People, rather than let Bell F you with their crap, buy a mesh system and go with an alternative provider. Save $.

@Bell_Support came by on the weekend to install Fibe, told us Fibe is not, in fact, available to our house, cancelled our existing Teksavvy plan anyways and now wants us to pay for an entirely new internet installation to fix the problem they caused. I love Canadian telecoms.🙃
