@bell_support From Montréal (arrondissement St-Laurent). Internet and TV down since 7:00 AM. Just chatted with Youssef from Bell. Said it’s a major outage and service will be back during the day tomorrow (Jan. 12). He didn’t specify when during the day.

just learned thru @Bell_Support that multi-billion dollar corporation @Bell has ZERO contingency plan or backup or failsafe if their main servers or connection for their internet/cable go offline. like I'm talking zero backup lol like they never even thought of if that happens 🤯
