    Manager that assaulted me @Bell is suing me. This animal called me weak every single day for having #anxiety & told me to "never talk back to him" when I told him to stop putting his hands on me. My mind disassociated & now to add insult to injury he is countersuing me #TeamBell

    @Bell_Support I called customer service 3 times in the last 2 hrs, every time they say checking my contract and put me on hold for 10-15 mins and it gets disconnected with no one calling back. So frustrated, terrible service. And all for a mistake in my bill that they need to fix

    @Bell_Support Internet has been spotty on and off all day and I can’t play any games on my wifi. I have bell fibe, restarted a bunch of times. Still so so slow and turning on and off. I’m in the L9Y area code

    An hour waiting on the phone. 2 different customer service agents gave me wrong numbers for Quebec despite the modem saying call 310-bell had to drive to a @Bell store and get a new home hub. TV 4k modem won't connect to the new home hub. Back on the phone to wait another hour

    @Bell_Support Thanks I have been on hold for nearly an hour for the second time today. As I stated earlier I called 310-Bell and was told I was routed to the East coast & they couldn't help in Quebec. They gave me the Quebec number which was actually the New Brunswick number. Ridiculous

    @Bell_Support It’s telling me there’s no scheduled programming when in fact it shows what the scheduled programming is. Thought this may be a problem with my subscription but it would say the channel is not subscribed to

    @Bell I’ve been on the phone with your customer service for more than 2 hours. Every time they tell me we are checking your information it gets disconnected and no one call back. Do you understand how frustrated I am now? And it’s all for a mistake in my bill. Terrible service…

    @Bell_Support why don’t you just not raise your prices by >4% in a year when you’ve made record profits and nobody’s wages are keeping up 🙄 internet is an essential service, your company is gross and we’ll be changing providers
