    @Bell_Support Location is Cornell subdivision in Markham. You have the plate of the car, please confirm location through your service records. Time was approx. 6:15 - 6:45 pm.

This is why I left them to join @FreedomMobile who have been good to me. We need 🇨🇦 gov to open up the market so foreign telecommunication companies can do business here.

    @ItsSamG @Bell_Support I even called them a week before I moved in. Just in case there was problems. The tech would just come and sit in the driveway. I ended up picking up the Modem and cable box from Rogers and installing it myself. I was up in 2 hours from the first phone call.

    So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

    Just switched to @Bell 2 weeks ago for fibe internet and it’s already down. Technical support was not very helpful nor courteous, to boot! Maybe we should’ve stayed with Rogers, where we never had a connectivity problem! @Bell_Support
