    @peterneal1 @Bell_Support The system for blocking unwanted callers needs to be improved, when we are paying for a landline service, I expect better service! As it stands, @Bell_Support ends up with metaphorical egg on their face. Duck egg. 😉

    @agourmetfarmer @Bell_Support The bundles are so bad and I confirmed that we are on the National Do Not Call list - no help! On Monday we will dismantle all of it and get outside internet. Despite long calls to @bell we are inundated with calls 24/7!

    i call shenanigans @bell: roaming 3g test using @netflix fast app 1.0-2.0Mbps (1.1 avg) over 4 tests... using my wireguard VPN back to sydney AWS (so UDP over the 3g) 3.1-5.0Mbps (4.2 avg) tested 3g/wg/3g/wg/etc so not like the network is likely to have a load spike or anything

    @Bell_Support I called TransUnion customer relations, reached an automated message stating that these Bell Mobility 'NewTrade' (new account) alerts were result of Bell recently reporting account information to TransUnion (They clearly have been receiving a large volume of calls about it). 1/2

    @CRTCeng I have been without voice service since 5pm EST. I am able to use data and text but not @FreedomMobile. This needs to be investigated and still don’t know why Freedom @rogers @bell and others had issues two weeks ago. I won’t leave but want an explanation.
