On our bill as being “not returned” and every month my mother has to call in and get the charges taken off, and surprise surprise every single month that charge is put back ON the bill! @Bell your customer service is abhorrent

@Bell_Support It shouldn't take transferring to 5 different agents only for one of them to confirm your account is provisioned wrong after an upgrade which is the cause of your no data. Not that you're over your cap which doesn't exist if they just looked at the damn screen.

So @Bell_Support mobility is apparently having network wide technical issues. I called to lodge a complaint about cell coverage in recent months. CSR starts script with major apology. #poorCX #poorerservice

@Bell_Support The Virtual repair tool fixed it. This is just stupid that your system likes to randomly make back-end changes that make my service stop working.. This is the 2nd time it's done it now... Last time it cut me off completely cuz it changed my modem to a diff one so wouldn't auth.

Been on the phone for an hour now with a Bell rep who has no manners. They're backtracking on the agreement. Rep has hung up @Bell_Support never felt so disrespected by Bell after 10 years loyal customer. Unfortunately he wouldn't provide his name before he hung up.
