    @Bell_Support my Wi-Fi outage Started at noon yesterday. I was told it will be fixed by 9 pm and then I was told 2 pm the following day. It’s now been well over 24 hours and now I’m being told 6pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. What exactly am I paying you for?

    @Bell_Support I have called multiple times. With new ETAs each time. No one seems to know what’s going on and this is absolutely the worst service I have ever received

    If your parents are elderly- get ON their bills. Not just as someone with permission. Be the primary account holder or if, god forbid, you end up like me with a mother who can't speak/function, @Bell_Support will not help you.

    @dalybeauty @Bell_Support When my mother died Bell would not let us cancel her phone. Had to wait out the year on her plan. Ridiculous.

    @Bell @northwestel mobile data and internet never work when there's a little precipitation in Rankin Inlet. Businesses, banks, stores Territorial Corporations can't serve customers, families can't get food for their families. This needs to fixed ASAP. @CRTCeng

    @Bell, stop bragging about how you have “the #1 network in Canada” when I’m literally next to a tower in a town with <1000 people and can’t pull more than 10mbps. Your cell service sucks in Newfoundland, pretty bad when even a hospital can’t get any decent reception.

    @Bell_Support Is my phone fixed? Uhm no, said I don't want any more sales calls, well that's a lie just wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Fix my phone and return it!!!! Do better tomorrow on no marketing calls. Fyi I record and log every interaction

I called them and they say it’ll hopefully be back at 8pm tonight… Like I work from home, I need the internet to work right now. The service is garbage. Once this billing cycle is done, I’m leaving Bell

    my business @Bell phone is connecting me to random numbers I have dialled in the past instead of the number I am dialling. @Bell_Support says wait up to 5 days while we investigate. no temp solution offered either. classic #BellForBetter

    All the older people I know have land lines so that they have communication if the Internet goes down. But, if you were with @Bell The home phone won’t work without the Internet if you have five. They certainly never tell you this and I only found out when everything went down

    @Bell_Support I've been told: - there is nothing they can do - take my POA papers & ID to a Bell store - MAYBE they can help me My mom is going to die with Bell having "protected her from fraud" aka her daughter trying to get her bills sent to me in Ottawa vs Renfrew (where she isn't).

    @Bell_Support @jam33laY We had an outage as well and now the modem won't turn back on. Tried unplugging for 30 seconds, held the reset button, checked power line .. nothing is working
