    @yhzlindsay @Bell As a kicker when I moved out & cancelled it, kept receipts of everything being returned & paid for, they hounded me for 2+ years for a non-existent bill & modem under the old acct holder's name. Somehow got my partner's #. It was awful & credit damaging. Never again.

    @yhzlindsay @Bell In uni I inherited bell wifi when moving into a flat. It was changed to my name, price was fine, etc. Every damn month I got charged an extra $60 because of a lost modem that didn't exist. I spent 1 day/month on the phone getting it removed & noted on my acct.

    I called to cancel my Bell mobility account on July 12. I got the freaking employee ID number of the person I spoke with, confirmed she cancelled my account, and today I was charged for an entire month of service. I call @bell to resolve it-they have no history of me calling them

    Went to @Bell last night to upgrade my mother’s phone. I was told a month ago that she could do it up north (which she couldn’t). When I went to the Kitchener store, they told me they made a mistake and couldn’t honour their promise, and also the employee had left. Awful service.

If a small nation where to adopt one into service I think the V-22 would be better... But if the cost becomes true, then it V-280 starts to look really good.

    For a monopoly such as @Bell you really have a horrible system. I've spoken to several different reps and have repeated the issue as many times. This is now a safety issue as we have wires dangerously close to the house, brought down by lightening. So what are you going to do?
