    @Bell @Bell_Support 3/3 We also need to worry about further costs incurred on devices that are not being used and in fact aren’t even turned on anymore because I do not have the chargers for them. Someone explain to me how this is fair customer service?

    I am 2 techs, 4 modems and 3 receivers since Friday last 405.00 bucks a month DONE with @Bell Never missed a payment, never late not once in 7 years. Have you ever been so mad you see fire and could spit nails because that's how angry I am and I RARELY get angry.

    @Bell I have been your client for almost 2 years and 3 months. Recently I contacted your call center and told them a problem. The officer told me that I have to pay fee to have the technician visit my address. I find it outrageous. Please have my issue fixed on priority. Horrible

    @Bell @Bell_Support 2/2 Her best friend phoned today to have the service changed over to his name and they refused to do so. This doesn’t sit well with me. Not only do we need to worry about 100 other things right now as well as the unforeseen costs of this situation.

    @Bell_Support Supervisor Philip (agent number 6063718) will not give the CSR Tracy permission to schedule a technician for my internet issue. I have been on the phone for an hour. I have Bell internet, tv, mobile, home security and home phone.

    @Bell_Support is Bell in a war again with Québec based @TVASports as the past few days the sound is not insync with the video. And it is the only 2 channels that has that problem.

    @Bell_Support hey just fyi, Intake the 504 king street car to work in Toronto, 5G is slow,super laggy, and just makes my phone feel unresponsive between Spadina and Bathurst, the ONLY fix is dropping to LTE, happens for weeks now

    @Bell If only you were big enough to provide Cellular like your advertisements show? The best connectivity doesn't reach the end of our Municipality and Bell will never be the leader until they progress beyond Government assistance to branch out regardless of profits. Rich & Heartless
