    Honestly how is @Bell still in business? Their customer service is dense & ya we scheduled this time thursday, we didn’t come and didn’t tell you but expect us Friday outside your business hours and ohhh now it’s Monday and didn’t come and my business is w/o a VM since Wednesday

    @Bell had my internet fixed a few days ago, but now my PVR DOESN'T work; when I hit record it just stops and keeps telling me "PVR is busy" can't change channels can't do anything... have to unplug and start over

    @Bell I have these all over the house @bell and we are still having wifi issues. Had a tech out last week. Service still gets interrupted and slow. Street signal is very high, not sure what the issues are..

    @Bell_Support worst service ever. Ordered a phone online, tried to cancel the same day and NO one including supervisors can cancel apparently. No one can give us a tracking number or anything! Was told might take a month to receive.

    @Bell_Support The hilarious part, is last time you quoted me $5 off upgrading to Fibe 500 for 12 mo. But then requoted my current Fibe 300 plan at $2 more than what I'm currently paying. That's some bad math.

    @Bell_Support It kicked back on. But given that the internet has been slowing down AND we've been having issues with our PVR, I've been finding it hard to justify paying $200/mo for this service.

    @Bell_Support - I will NEVER recommend anyone going with Bell Services. You are much better off with Rogers because at least their customer service dept knows how to log notes and get a technician out when they’re supposed too.

    @Bell_Support - I have two properties and 2 lines with Bell. After calling 20+ times, I was told TWICE that a technician would come and he never showed up. I have had to drive an hour each time and no one shows up?? What kind of “customer service” is this???
