@bell @CCTS_CPRST just cancelled my second line I waited 10 min to receive the email confirmation that never came! In that time I sent and received an email to myself! This second line better be canceled. If I have to call this one in again it will be with a lawyer!

@eg651 @Bell 100%..was a customer for almost 20 years as well, and total gong show leaving. From messing around with unlocking phones, despite them being long past contract, to trying to continue to bill me long after for both phone and TV..(blaming billing takes 2-3 cycles FFS)

@DoftWT @Bell Teksavvy. They are good at support. They have to use either cable or DSL( bell) as the technology but you won’t have to deal with bell directly. And you may have the cable option where you live. Cheaper and great customer service.

All of yesterday after getting home from the hospital was spent trying to fix error code 2000 from @Bell_Support and even a phone call with a tech, nothing worked. Wake up at 2 am, and now it works. HOW?????

@vote4robgill @Bell We bought 1st home from my parents. They had Bell. Bell demanded we spend $150+ to change to Bell. ??? No explanation. We didn't go with Bell. Day 1 was going to be a scam. We've never used Bell & got rid of home line not long after that.

When you try to upgrade online, and @Bell online chat tells you that you should rather go to a physical store instead of upgrading your tablet online. Maybe you guys want to remind your chat support we are still in lockdown and @cityoftoronto advice people to stay home..🙄😳🤔
