    I'm beside myself! I ordered a phone 27 DAYS AGO from @bell I was supposed to receive it within 2-4 business days for my BUSINESS account. I was billed for the phone immediately. Canada Post lost the phone. And I STILL have not received a solution from Bell! So much wasted time!

    Hello @Bell, your procedures for cancelling an Internet account are unbusinesslike and unprofessional. When a customer tells your employee twice (or more) that the decision has been made to cancel, it's not a marketing opportunity for you.

    I've had grievances with Bell Canada in the past, but not with regard to the service outage on Saturday. I reached knowledeable & friendly tech support person in under 15 min who was quite earnest & apologetic about breadth of the issue & no ETA for restoration. @Bell_Support

    I wonder if the Rogers board of directors ponders whether the presence of #DonCherry on Hockey Night in Canada will drive some of its cellphone customers to @Bell or @Telus. When #CBC had HNIC, it never had to worry about losing much ancillary business as a result of Cherry.

    The problem is either the service coming in isn’t adequately fast enough coming in to keep up. or the modem isn’t strong enough, or installed in the wrong place to keep up a consistent stream. Both should have been tested by @bell techs

    @NHL has a problem, @Rogers and @bell have continued to create blackouts in markets (Sens, Habs, Leafs, Jets on TSN) while Sportnets Pacific and West have blacked out the Canucks, Flames, Oilers.
