.@Bell, are you running a stealth Fibe grift? Got an email scheduling unordered wifi service. Phoned @bell_support, who said ignore it. Tech shows up anyway. Service declined. Then a call asking why, pushing Fibe. Decline again. Asked to “reschedule discussion.” Please stop.

@Bell please find a way to fix your customer service process!! I was sent the wrong phone and your customer service team says I have to cancel the service I spent 3 hours signing up for in order to be sent the correct phone - oh but they won’t give me the same pricing on it?

Hey everybody, rather than publicly acknowledge downtime and give an ETA for service uptime, you EACH have to DM us your account info privately so we can "look in to it" ... Rogers? @moneyyb05 @Bell_Support My mom said she called this morn and no one answered at all she was just sent in a loop "it will be back at 7:33" and its pretty much that now, its not back. Yes only 2 min after but should never have gone down in the first place. And bell wont even post updates. Ridiculous.
