    So this is how it works. Actually cancel some services and the people @Bell will call you and keep contacting you until you respond. Then they’ll offer you the deal you wanted in the first place which would have saved everyone time, frustration, and money.

    @Medium1982 @firemanhood @Bell I deal with Bell for my cell phone (been with them since the days of MT&T [1989]) with no issues. I miss MT&T, back then you purchased a 3 year contract and only paid for 30 months, they also gave you $50 credit for every customer you brought their way. I had over $1000 credit.

    @MailhotLynda @Bell I recommend you cut the cord. I was a Bell hostage for over a decade. I cut the cord 2 years ago and never regretted it. To be fair, I was lucky enough to find an independent ISP not affiliated with any of the Big 3, and it has been 2 stress free years, honestly.

The only reason we went back to bell is because they offered similar pricing after we moved go figure! After dealing with Bells rude customer service I had enough!

    We switched from @Bell a couple months ago. When we returned Bell's equipment,we were advised to hang onto the receipt to prove we returned the cable boxes. Bastards sent us a bill today for $1068.64. Glad we kept the receipt.Also we were warned that they pull this. Keep receipt!
