    @Kevin_D_Lyons @Reil76 @Bell My family was always Bell mostly because my Dad was a splicer all his adult life. Bell is not the bell of my Dad's we all got rid of them they are terrible now.

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You canโ€™t make this stuff up

    @Bell been on hold for an hour simply trying to book a technician appointment from a letter BELL sent me in order to replace aging copper network with 100% fibre How in the world does it take this long?

    @Reil76 @Bell We just had an issue with Bell. Lost service during a storm. Called, told us we needed a new router. Went to the store. They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.

    @zeketrontay @Bell @mmabrey1 I find Bell is better but the lack of any competition in this industry and it all being controlled by two monopolies is honestly a massive issue in this country.

    How many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they canโ€™t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

    As a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

    @Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.

    @Reil76 @Bell I've had a Rogers plan for 5 years, the speed is 2 gigabytes, and I haven't had any problems. I pay $65 a month and the speed is stable, even though I live in an old building.

    @Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @Bell sucks! Agent thatโ€™s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesnโ€™t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesnโ€™t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to workโ€ฆ A joke.

    @Bell fix your cell towers in Newfoundland,between st johns and gander ............. 2- 4 bars of lte and no data , cant text ...... couldnt report a motor vehicle death that blocked traffic for 8 hours and dead headed part of Newfoundland..... rcmp is gonna investigate also..

    @Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.
