Aside from the fact that they keep trying to upsell me every time they call, which is many times, my appointment for installation has been rescheduled without my consent to tomorrow which does not work, and there's no way to call or chat with someone to fix this. @Bell

@Bell Your support staff is horrible. Can’t get an agent to assist with my sisters phone having constant static. Just phoned in for a tech/repairs for the 3rd time in 4 months. No credit given and they’re giving me the runaround on providing some sort of refund. #bellsucks

The neighbours’ @Bell Fibe has gone down as well. He called it a cascade failure. Expecting more neighbours to report outages in the downtown core. Unable to confirm appointment for tomorrow on MyBell app and chat function not working. #BellInternetFailure #2DaysNoFibe

@Bell Drive back to the very store I bought the phone from which is 8 hours away. I gotta take two days off work, pay for a hotel just to get a phone I just bought fixed? I regret leaving virgin mobile, their customer service was top notch.

@Bell_Support your outage app says no outage. Your chatbot says not outage. Your real person says outage until 8:22p TOMORROW but has zero info otherwise. What is it? Unless your actually pulling new wire, nothing takes 30 hrs (been out since mid-aft today).

@Bell_Support I have called 10+ times. Lvl 1 support escalates us to lvl 2 support. They check the modem remotely, determine the bandwidth is not being provided, reset something and this temporarily fixes the issue. Within a few mins/hours the connectivity is lost. What is the next step?

@Bell Some months back you had a team install pure fibre in our area. The problem is the team you hired left chunks of grass destroyed in our front yard, not to mention a 4 feet long / literally one foot deep hole for us to deal with. All they did was slap sod over it. Sad.

Anyone else having so many issues with @Bell in #ontario ? Its almost laughable that I’m being forced to pay such a high fee for such garbage quality (on #canadas number 1?) - HEY BELL, I’m tired of this! One good month in 9 doesn’t equate to great service!
