    @Bell_Support Hey thanks but no thanks - I called yesterday and was dismissed by your customer service staff. I was treated with very little respect and @Rogers has my business now. Maybe next time treat your loyal customers a little better.

    @Bell_Support Everyone I work with that are with bell can not acces their voicemail and calls I am making out to people that have voicemail are dead air. So not just a me problem.

    @Bell_Support Why is your customer service so horrible? Why do you offer nothing clients that have been with your company for a long time? I despise calling you customer service since I always get someone that doesn’t want to help me, disconnect me when I’m on hold, etc. I h8t it

    @Bell_Support Hi, I am hoping that you can provide an update. The email said that service would be restored this morning but we still have no phone, Internet or TV. I've been using mobile devices to hotspot for my work and the kids' school but am going to blow through data if this continues.

    @Bell just waited 62 minutes for a representative from your loyalty department to cancel an account that you were supposed to cancel a month ago, only to be hung up on when I left the room for 30 seconds. Is this the type of respect you have for your customers time?

    @Bell @Bell_Support (part 2)plus on top this our cancellation request was also not fulfilled, I am really disappointed with the service that has been delivered by such a reputed organisation, it's high time ull care for your customers.

    @Bell I recently took a new bell connection on November 6th. On November 17th you launched a 100 dollar credit offer for online customer. And just because i got my phone few days earlier you are refusing to give me the offer. Just because i am already a customer!!

    @Bell spoke with manager of Promotions team and the offer which she gave us is the offer which I could see on your website then why do we even consider to contact you and waste our time and this is what we get for being a loyal customer.

    @bell Having spoken now to three customer service reps from Bell, I am curious if any of them actually listen or read what the possible new customer has to say. All I wanted was Bell to match the preferred program offer I had from Rogers.
