    @thomasjholler @RogersHelps Bet they will tell you to contact @TekSavvyNetwork to resolve the issue. Even tho they are using @Rogers network as a third party vendor. I would contact Teksavvy and switch the service from "cable" (Rogers) to the other service which is supplied by @Bell

Terrible design approved without proper consideration for longevity and paid for only to be replaced by other waste bins in certain areas with no *****. MAKES NO SENSE.     It's OK -- the @crtceng doesn't work either - at least not in favour of Canadians. Works REALLY well for @bell, @telus, @ShawInfo etc.
