    Love how @Bell's "reward" for my "loyalty" is two free months of a service I don't want and that will auto-renew at full price if I don't cancel it (which they will admit but only if you ask them that specifically, reject their dodge answer, and ask it again). Gee, thanks!

    @Bell_Support 4K PVR was down repeatedly for almost 2.5 months. Multiple calls asking for help with tech support ended with us having to pay to upgrade router. Didn't fix problem. Finally new tech installed a new 4k PVR and working again. Ended up losing all recordings.

    @Bell been having problems with internet for over a year. Called several times, technicians have came by. Called back today. Tier 2 support tells me that the best way to make sure I dont have issues with bandwidth is to have nothing connected to the network! I kid you not

    @Bell @TrueHabsFan44 The Center ice package is a waste of money.they dont explain completely what "Out Of Market" games really mean. means if you're in the Montréal viewing area you WON'T get Habs games.thats where the NHL "Local Blackout" comes in to with Center Ice you're still in the dark

I was told 12 times, even after #CRTC and #CCTS responded and in my favor, OUR POSITION REMAINS UNCHANGED, and my account features were not restored. THEN, I ported out, not willing to continue to pay for a contract not honoured. I spoke with lawyers about it

    And I'm still trying to get the credit hits removed when impersonators tried to open accounts at @Bell and @TELUS after 7 months! @equifaxcanada has been no help even when I purchased their $19.99/mo "protection" plan. There is no protection for #identityfraud victims in Canada

    This is the second time Bell has charged us something that they never even told us they'd charge. The second time I've gotten a surprise bill. I will return the cable box immediately and I will also be cancelling my service when my contract is up in April. @Bell_Support

    @Bell DM to resolve a matter from Apr 2018 when pd in full amount agent said but later, without explanation Bell charged CXL fees and only disclosed charges in Aug 2018 after escalation and complaint to CRTC/CCTS for Bell to explain add'l charges. Now collection. Anyone happy

    1) The service I get from @bell is absolutely ridiculous sometimes. I was charged for not returning a modem that a technician told me not to worry about(in October). I mailed it back and gave an agent my tracking number so he credited me the charge.

    If you live in Canada DO NOT GO WITH @Bell for internet unless you want it to crash 5+ times a day and them just saying *did you try resetting your router* even tho when you call you specifically said the internet keeps crashing I reset my router and it still doesn't work..
