@Bell_Support Hey, the wifi at my house has not been working since near the start of the day. I am unable to remedy the problem, as my router's internal portal is not working. It seems that there are problems elsewhere also. Is there any reason for this? Thank you.

  • KevJames78 Kevin James (@KevJames78) reported

@Bell is the worst for customer service. Back to @TELUS I go I guess

  • Ritz71992258 Ritz (@Ritz71992258) reported

@Bell Actually bell I hate to say it but your fibre internet is trash. I’m averaging 300 ping on a good day and all your services have done is give us a booster to boost the already poor signal farther

  • BolzanJacob JaKobi (@BolzanJacob) reported

@NTGoodluck @JimmyKerrigan @Bell Look how little talking they do when someone calls out their **** service too. Bells classic line "were checking your internet speed right now and it's fabulous." Like mam 2mbps download is garbage. Good thing I get 50 after I switch companies.

  • willys709 Willys709 (@willys709) reported

@Bell_Aliant Already called @Bell and was told that they couldn't review until after my current discount period ends. That doesn't work for me. I need internet for work so I have to secure affordable service elsewhere because $270/mth doesn't cut it.

  • dispoluxe Dispoluxe (@dispoluxe) reported

@Bell_Support Is there an internet outage in Toronto?

  • EhKing187 AKing (@EhKing187) reported

@Bell Funny @bell I have your internet and it’s terrible…You and all the other big company’s do not care about the small towns and refuse to PAY for infrastructure.. you just continue to charge a premium for a terrible service and keep asking the government for grants

  • Malka_Ashur Ashuriya (@Malka_Ashur) reported

@Bell can you explain why your mobility network is filled with scammers ?? I wonder if Rogers is this brutal ... Ps your network for mobility is that of a third world nation...truly you are pathetic #bellsucks

Seeing reports @Bell_Support was acting up last night during the Superbowl, ours went out completely just as the Olympic Hockey game was starting and has been down since (either that or someone unplugged the modem again)

  • gordoooo_z My name is Gordo (@gordoooo_z) reported

@JacobThomper @MasterHandJr @Bell I'm well aware, I just find out hard to believe that they would charge you gigabit and then hook up DSL. That's done diabolical ****. Not saying it didn't happen, just saying it's super scummy of them.

  • sheshifts001 Ms. M. Scott #fulldisclosure 〽️💎⚡️✨💛 (@sheshifts001) reported

Bell Canada is not the caring company they claim to be. Their customer service is appalling. There are new phone companies ready to keep Canadians connected with loved ones Bell Canada only cares to squeeze money out of vulnerable citizens #Shame! @Bell_Support @Bell_News

  • desj01 Jonathan (@desj01) reported

@Bell_Support Is there something in the Bell Hub 4000 that would "ban" a local IP address? I'm setting up a Pi-Hole on a Raspberry Pi and when I set it up as a Local DNS in the BH4000 it can no longer communicate with the modem nor Internet but is still accessible from my PC?HELP

  • debtherookie Deb Marie (@debtherookie) reported

@CBCOlympics @Bell Never in my life have I listened to curling commentary and wanted to throat punch anyone as irritating as @mikeharriscurls. Honestly, his arrogant comments are beyond annoying… for someone who is supposed to be knowledgeable, it’s NOT working!!

I hate @Bell so much for their garbage commercials during the #SuperBowl

  • legomanwill word studier (@legomanwill) reported

@Bell My Bell internet sucks and doesn’t work half the time. Makes playing online games no fun

  • gordoooo_z My name is Gordo (@gordoooo_z) reported

@JacobThomper @MasterHandJr @Bell Highly doubt that and even then, if your DSL is laggy, there's probably still something wrong. I've used all three over the years from both Bell and Rogers and had great results from all of them, and in other places had problems. Old coax cable causing issues is super common.

  • NTGoodluck Nicholas 👾 (@NTGoodluck) reported

@BolzanJacob @Bell I mean in my experience I’ve had decent speeds for a decent as price the 1.5gb I had for 75 a month at one time before I moved never had issues. To each their own

  • JacobThomper Thompson (@JacobThomper) reported

@gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Also Co-AX and DSL are two different standards. DSL doesn’t use a cable line, DSL is your phone line. Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home).

  • JacobThomper Thompson (@JacobThomper) reported

@gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home). They are literally selling DSL and calling it fibre.

  • GuylnLamoureux Guylaine Lamoureux (@GuylnLamoureux) reported

@Bell is there a bell fibe (internet) and all failure in Terrasse-Vaudreuil QC right now. Mine is not working since early this morning. In J7V postal code. What is going on. Using my cell phone with bell mobility to tweet this. #bell #bellfibe #belloutage

  • nj_fraser NJ Fraser (@nj_fraser) reported

Hey @Bell_Support how do I get on a do not call list so your sales team will stop calling me. 5 calls in 6 days. I'm currently a bell customer, but starting to rethink that after their rudeness.

  • VTwin2011 Steve Gaudet (@VTwin2011) reported

@AllanRicharz And half of them are for @Bell properties. The worst.
