@Bell Very poor Customer Service....Agent called and he was giving me instructions from someone clearly he was just transferring instructions and seems to have no knowledge on issue.... He asked me to do Factory reset my modem and I confirmed with him that he want to do it ?

@00Jaclyn00 @Bell @top_employers They really don't care. They ran fibre optics through my rural area on my land to power their towers which they overcharge. The stupid thing is there's trees blocking abojt 90% of the homes in the tower radius making it impossible to connect.

@scratchingpost My husband got a robo call Monday morning laying him and 12 other ppl off in one call from @Bell After 11 years, worked his way up through the company. They are a total load of ****. Didn’t hear from HR for hours and was then given 10 minutes to clear his laptop

@35Ayres @Rogers Bell is as bad. @Bell_Support I used its online chat sales to order a new phone, internet, security. TV, etc. When it came time to deliver Bell just shrugged and said we lost the order. Gave them a pdf of the whole sales transcript. They shrugged. "Not my dept" wasted hours.

@Bell Shocked @ Bell’s awful service. Arranged move 8 weeks ago for 4 adults trying to work & school remotely. Tech shows up move-in day with order for copper, not Fibe, leaves. Two long phone calls, 5 days w/o service, new tech shows up this a.m with same wrong info. #bellhell

This is after nearly 2 months of chasing @RogersHelps to try and fix my ongoing intermittent internet issues. 3 Rogers Tech, 2 @Bell_Support calls, Internet drops, Hours of wasted time for both me and @RogersHelps CSRs / Staff. I have not been a priority in this pandemic for 2/3

@Bell Recently became a Bell customer. The rep who set me up with home Internet has hard-pulled my credit report without informing me or asking for my authorization to do so. This has now negatively impacted my credit score. Unacceptable and possibly illegal. @cbcmarketplace
