    I am 2 techs, 4 modems and 3 receivers since Friday last 405.00 bucks a month DONE with @Bell Never missed a payment, never late not once in 7 years. Have you ever been so mad you see fire and could spit nails because that's how angry I am and I RARELY get angry.

    2/2 the amount of times a rep told me it would be fixed is ridiculous. No follow up, no communication. How is @Bell so quick to sign people up and promise that the line is temporary and never do the work promised? I’ve been nice the entire time #blowthisup

    @Bell @Bell I have been your client for almost 2 years and 3 months. Recently I contacted your call center and told them a problem. The officer told me that I have to pay fee to have the technician visit my address. I find it outrageous. Please have my issue fixed on priority. Horrible

    @Bell i have called customer service about 10 times to get this line removed from my house since 2019 - I’ve wasted countless amounts of hours on hold with a promise to fix. @Bell was so quick to sign me up for services but won’t even respond now. Can I switch back to Rogers?1/2

    @Bell_Support hey just fyi, Intake the 504 king street car to work in Toronto, 5G is slow,super laggy, and just makes my phone feel unresponsive between Spadina and Bathurst, the ONLY fix is dropping to LTE, happens for weeks now
