    @Bell Why would you send emails to ask for feedback when clearly you have no intentions of looking into issues. Your staff on the phone lines are clueless, lie, are rude and keep people waiting for ages. All my interactions with your staff have left me wanting and frustrated.

Although the advertise 10-100mbps. I found one street where the offer gigabit connections. They won't offer that service here because the lines are well outdated. I would be happy to PAY for a better connection

They plan to update them in q1 of 2019 which means q3/q4. Just update them now, instead of the band aids provide the full solution

    @Bell_Support so a tech guy comes Tuesday to install services for the 2nd flr and cuts the Bell service to us on the 1st flr. They then restore that and cut the Bell service to the 3rd flr. They come back today to fix the 3rd flr and cut ours again. Great service you've got Bell

    I had an @Bell rep come to my door last night and ask about me joining Fibe. Let me tell you why I won't. 1) Fibe doesn't work with Chromecast OR allow you to hard plug a device into your TV to watch (a ploy to sell more boxes). 2) They do allow Amazon FireTV, which I bought 1/3

    @dansgoodside @Bell I had the se in Japan despite ONLY using wifi. @bell still charged $12 a day for a service I didn’t want or use. Completely unhelpful. Saud it ws an “iphone problem” thus out of their control. 17 days x $12.

    @cogecohelps Buisiness service is still atrocious & confirmed it with other businesses in my area . i can dowload but @CogecoBusiness can not provide upload, 25mb shouldn't take an hour plus to upload . To get my small video uploads. I've been using @Bell cellular to upload.

    @Bell_Support Also, loyalty and retention is the only department that could remove an AUL data feature on your account to save you from leaving. No one else has authorization to help. So you literally have to threaten leaving in order for your phone to work again when you’re over data.

    @Bell @Bell_Support I have never seen anything so awful than the customer service I’m receiving right now. I’m on my 15th call. Been on hold for over 2 hours. I’ve talked to 15 people. Everyone keeps passing the buck. My next call is to change providers. Everyone stay away!

    I'll take it. Well we can't sell you that phone because you need to sign up with bell. But the sign/tag says "no contract". Sorry but it's @bell policy to not sell phones that unless they sign up with bell. @bell, if I have to sign up for service then your falsely/fraudulently

    @Bell call centre in the Philippines is the most inefficient ever. When they have difficulty resolving billing issues they simply hang up. Happened to me 3 times and still not resolved. Very frustrating @crtc

    @Huawei_Canada it's very disappointing to see that Huawei phones are not supported on @Bell VoLTE network. All of your competitors (@SamsungMobile , @sonyxperia, even @BlackBerry) work on their VolTE network & your devices fall back to HSPDA... Pls advise when this'll be fixed!!

    @alangdon17 @Eastlink @Bell Another vote for Citywide, the service has been very stable and inexpensive compared to the others. There are some complaints about poor service, but I’ve never experienced that.

    @Bell. Terrible service. New internet and tv upgrade on Nov 30th. 12 days later, two actual service calls, hours of phone support, a third appointment made but no one showed up. Internet cones and goes and tv also comes and goes. And no one cares!!!!!
