@Bell_Support FYI, I did contact the MyBell Chat support directly last week when my two payment attempts supposedly failed. I was told that there was a problem & it was being worked on. Apparently it's not been worked on very well as the MyBell web site continued to have issues yesterday!

@Dumbmates @Bell I resolved my internet by calling Bell support. Somehow they were able to fix it remotely, but they said that if it happens again today, try to unplug and replug modem. They confirmed an outage happened

@Bell_Support 2 techs at my home the last 2 days, both were great. Sadly the booking teams supporting them were rude and useless. A third tech (the one with the right capabilities) can only arrive on Monday. No issues with Rogers in 6 years, tons in 1 month of Bell Fibe. Awful.

@Bell_Support I just want the website to work properly the next time I need to use it as it was impossible to view the billing & payment history as it repeatedly sent me back to login or main page. As far as the double charge goes, I'm not happy but will let it stay for next month's payment.

@Bell_Support What's wrong with the @Bell MyBell site this past week? It keeps sending me back to the login or main pages. Also, last week's bill payment attempts (2) that supposedly failed each time apparently resulted in my CC being charged twice with no confirmation emails!!!
