Ada (@hifromada) reported@Bell I am trying to help my senior parents in the Maritimes look into switching dad to a prepaid phone plan as he only uses cell for emergencies. Getting a hold of someone is extremely frustration for me let alone them. Help!! BTW 1-888-537-9999 is useless

Apparently went over my “unlimited” data, never received a text or any kind of warning, and since I use my phone for work I need data. On your reduced speed a guy can’t even send a ******* email. I called to add data and was told no.
