@Bell_Support I've been dealing with @bell customer service for weeks with no resolution. Now I find that I'm being charged for a line that hasn't been active for years but I can't cancel without a penalty. This has been my worst customer service experience in twenty years of business

@Bell_Support Problem with fibe tv in Terrebonne? or just my pvr? home hub 3000 claims fibe tv is fine, pvr stuck on bell fibe screen and flashing green led on console. have hard rebooted multiple times. at the price I pay not acceptable.

Tomorrow will be 2 wks since our FibeTv has worked currently. We were told it would be fixed last Sunday at latest and now it's been another week! It's pretty bad when we're paying over $400 a month and can't watch what we want to watch! @Bell_Support

@Bell just saw an ad that tells of you buying lots of electric cars. Why dont you improve your service first! Signal strength at Sherbrooke lake in Lunenburg county, NS , never more than 1 bar for 2 years!! Data is impossible! Inexcusable!

Never use @bell for business phone services in Canada. They over sell you and then charge cancellation fees when you try to fix the problems. No phone service for 5 weeks and no solutions.

Honestly SO FED THE HELL UP with @Bell_Support. Had a tech out to fix lines yesterday and I’m already having nonstop issues with my signal dropping. Like, get your damn lines fixed or stop charging me top dollars for this crappy service. 😡😡😡😡

@Bell_Support Hi, I’ve made several calls to your tech support. I can barely have a convo on my cell, in my home. Calls drop and if they don’t drop, I can only hear the odd word from the person to whom I’m speaking on both my work and personal cell. I am fed up. Let me out of my contract.
