Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@polish_man23 @Booter68 @Bell Bell's focus is $$. Give you cheap crap to increase their $$. So many better options. Buy your own Eero mesh and go with alternate provider for 1/2 cost. Similar to their cable plan. Pay exorbitant $$ to watch a LOT of commercials and crap programming. Cut the cord long ago.

  • CashOnAir Cash (@CashOnAir) reported

I have yet to speak to a Canadian. Did you know all of @bell’s call centres are in the Philippines? I asked the customer service rep if they even knew what Bell was. They had to Google it.

  • ellabella88 Carol (@ellabella88) reported

@Bell_Support Been on chat and on the phone for an hour no luck fixing it tonight. Just not meant to be, getting disconnected twice I give up try again in the morning it too late now. Everyone has been pleasant but having the same issues, Not happy.

  • iamdj247 Dhaval J (@iamdj247) reported

@Bell_Support Well while performing Creidt check and signing up they said - they can deliver Fibe 100 service and changing this last minute a day before installation is highly unprofessional and hangin up on the customer is unacceptable

  • Jennaymcgona Jennay7 (@Jennaymcgona) reported

@Bell_Support why is it so hard to book a tech to come to our home. Two calls to the 1-866 # with no solution. Told “ no we don’t send techs for this”

  • bougioni Nick B (@bougioni) reported

.@Bell @Bell_Support fascinating to me that I asked for my home phone to be cancelled and I lose my internet and TV without warning. Everytime I think Canadian telecom companies improve customer service they manage to somehow make it worse. #BellForBetter?

  • ErrosLog erros.log (@ErrosLog) reported

@Bell_Support Who can I contact about the internet service in my area? The internet went down about an hour ago and Ive been on hold with customer support for 45 minutes now

  • mustafa_k2 Mustafa K (@mustafa_k2) reported

Been trying to get hold of @RogersHelps CS, but getting the run-around. Signed up for bundle, but acct was not ready for self-install & one service still not working. Also, why does the ignite modem only have 2 e-net ports?? I will switch to @bell if you can't fix this asap!

  • CenturyOG Century 🅙 (@CenturyOG) reported

    @NBACanada @Bell Damn 🔥🔥😭

  • 88mphdelorean1 Boomhauer (@88mphdelorean1) reported

@myworldtaw @Bell I use Koodo. Same signal as bell. Way cheaper for Canada only

  • BeaverOntario J̶O̸N̶ (@BeaverOntario) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@DaryRezvani Now that they have @Bell behind them, they can do anything they want, big coin BELL is like Canada's AT&T - giant telecom/media conglomerate! They own the cellphone towers, a sports network, news, satellites, streaming company, etc etc etc They rent the US rights to HULU

  • TiffanyM1992 Tiffany Marentette❤ (@TiffanyM1992) reported

@Bell_Support Yes and I talked. With chat support and nothing can be done until the weather clears. So once again we won't have tv until the weather clears.

  • AndyChalk Andy Chalk (@AndyChalk) reported

@Bell_Support We've been on the phone and chatting through the website. They tell us service isn't available. Meantime we still have the old transceiver from when we had the service installed in 2019. The entire morning has been blown on this and we're still no closer to getting anything done.

  • HemispheresWRM Hemispheres (@HemispheresWRM) reported

@TonyLeaToronto @Bell With Acanac I get the speed I pay for ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE at almost half the price of Bell offering. Or you could let Bell con you into thinking the issue must be with your house or system. I had a friend with Rogers paying for 150 MBPS and getting 30 out of the router! Sh*t

  • CoachPhl Phil Lalonde (@CoachPhl) reported

@Bell_Support is there a Bell Fibe issue in Pointe Claire Quebec. Rebooted router and still no WAN.
