Bell Canada Issues Reports

@Bell_Support I already asked but guess I'll try again. Why isn't there redundancy in your network? Having one line for thousands of customers is clearly ignorant in times when people are so dependant on internet service. Clearly this problem is avoidable.

  • AllanSonac Allan Sonac (@AllanSonac) reported

@EAUclaire2010 @Bell_Support I disagree, Videotron had a huge outage in Montreal that lasted for days for some clients just 2 weeks ago. The grass is always greener on the other side. I had an issue with my service due to moisture on the equipment outside & they were very quick to change it. Thank you Bell.

  • wallylayman Wally Layman (@wallylayman) reported

@Bell any issues with phone service in NL, I can not send or receive calls.

  • FineWolf Andrew Moore (@FineWolf) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support Can we please have a public, transparent update on the repair schedule for customers affected in the J5B, J5C and J5R postal codes please? We are close to 24h without any clear picture of the situation or path to resolution. (cc. @CCTS_CPRST)

  • candiac1 elizabeth kavanagh (@candiac1) reported

@Bell_Support I assume that we will be credited for the time we are without service?

  • morinfc morinfc (@morinfc) reported

@Bell_Support It concerns the outage in La Prairie that as been going on since 1330 yesterday...

  • BenJaretTeacher Benoit Jaret (@BenJaretTeacher) reported

@Bell_Support home school, working from home all of this is impossible. How can this damage can more than 24 hours to fix? Don’t you have a work around? Not to mention not being able to do anything at night during the curfew. Wednesday night 10 pm? Really?

  • GizISO mark l. (@GizISO) reported

@bell said yesterday that my internet, tv and home phone would be back online on Wednesday... I figured they were just exaggerating but got confirmation today also that service won't be up until tomorrow 8pm.... They better charge me pro-rata this month.

  • Patxisystems FS (@Patxisystems) reported

@Bell_Support I know this situation sucks, but as a workaround you can use your phone as a hotspot. I've been working since yesterday using my LTE connection and, although it is not perfect, I can get things done. I hope they fix this soon.

  • FineWolf Andrew Moore (@FineWolf) reported

@Bell_Support The lack of answer makes it clear that @Bell only uses their CRM for upselling and account retention. When even a crown corporation such as @hydroquebec has better outage communication than a privately owned telecom company, maybe it's time to switch to a provider which cares.

  • EbeaudryEric Eric Beaudry (@EbeaudryEric) reported

@Bell_Support We are 20 hours in this outage, can we have an update?

@Bell_Support I’m in the candiac area without internet. I need an update! My wife works from home and requires internet connection. We need our service or a backup in the meantime.
