    @Bell_Support @bell Haven’t had my Fibe for 2 hours and already canceling. Sales person at my door told me I would get the “Better” TV package and they give me the “Good”. Tell me nothing they can do, I can’t even cancel for 5-7 days as they say I have no acct number yet. wow!!!

    @Bell thank u for helping out a prepaid customer, I just got fired from my job because apparently u never received my payment this morning & now my phone doesn’t work. Like you say it’s my banks fault right. Thanks for helping me out. Definitely cancelling all my services with u.

    @Bell how bell treats it's former customers is what I have witnessed today. I called customer care to inquire about my 200 cad deposit for isd calling and the agent hung up on me. very rude fellow

    All I want for Christmas is for @TELUS @TELUSsupport to fix the network issues me and others had in Cape Breton for over 3.5 mths. Ever since @Bell did 5 g upgrades. Telus still has no eta on fixing issue. Numerous complaints issued no repair no eta.

    So 811 was able to get me an appointment with the nurse practitioner for Sunday. Which ok. I can white knuckle it until then. Which means around 4 days without meds thanks to @bell being greedy ***** & turning off my service. Did it make me pay them any faster? No.
