If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

Today, I got text from you that your issue will be fixed in July 2026 ! Are you seriously that incompetent that you need 8 months to fix an issue?

It's day 5 and it hasnt even been shipped. All your support options say to call I called 3 days now and told "wait 24hrs". Each call was....after 24hrs
