    After spending ~25 minutes yesterday and 49 minutes today on a call with @Bell, I conclude that they have by far the worst customer service to complete a very minor request of an add-on to my phone line. Have spoken with 6 different reps and 2 calls dropped. Request incomplete.

    @Bell_Support I can't get into the Netflix app this morning, keeps bouncing me out instead of loading. But Netflix itself doesn't seem to be down. Is there an issue on your end?

    @Bell sends a marketing email to @LuckyMobileCan customers. Port over we have a great plan for you. It is a good offer so customer calls the toll free number. Three representatives later no one has record of that plan. #marketingfail #notreallysurprised #Bellbadcustomerservice
