    @Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?

    @Bell_Support Bell’s new security provider API is awful. On hold now for 47 minutes while waiting to cancel my service. Apparently my time is not appreciated.

    @tegan4618 @status_is_down No dial tone , three hours with Bell trying to get service. Other ppl in area without a dial tone , they say it’s inside the house , never their equipment 🙄 @Bell
