Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

Calvin Reynolds (@CalJRey) reported@Bell_Support Day 3 of TCM channel 338 on Bell Fibe experiencing audio issues. The audio track is skipping every 3rd or 4th word. Sounds like a stutter step. Called tech support, they say it’s a problem at the source. Would you please check with them re: a solve?

They haven’t turned up YET AGAIN and can’t find record of him. This started on 3rd July!! BELL has to be WORST IN COMMUNICATION. Canada needs more competition!

They lost 3 phones ,tv and home internet ,they did nothing and we got a bill by Saturday !!! Never again !!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
