@bell 36 hours and Bell still can’t get my Internet back up and running. Should I cancel my service. And who is better. This is ridiculous.

  • cchriss09 Chris Ryan (@cchriss09) reported

I’ve had @Bell for about 2.5 years. Been paying out the *** ($150) every month because I finance my phone. Once that was paid I was at $100/month. I switch to telus and bell calls right away and offers $30/month plan. Why ******** are they allowed to price gouge like this ??

  • MarkKennedyQW 🏒⛳️ Mark Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reported

Why is the @Bell cellular service in Belleville, Ontario so awful? My iPhone 16 Pro Max struggles to keep a solid signal flipping between 5G+ and 5G and everything is slow to load if it loads at all.

  • ashrafserag Ashraf Serageldin (@ashrafserag) reported

I’m not sure what business you are running. A cancelation request for a service will take 3-5 days for processing & till then I can’t do any changes to my account? So if a lose my device I get disconnected because you are incompetent?! @Bell @CRTCeng

  • gmoore6644 Glen Moore (@gmoore6644) reported

@Bell After 30 + years with Bell my time has come to an end!!! After a 1 hour conversation about changes to my plan ( and a promise to be called back within the hour that never happened)) and another 35 minute call today nothing can be done to change my plan. See ya!!

  • AtifMo_ Atif Mohammed (@AtifMo_) reported

@athikafz @Bell Not just Bell tbh, Canada’s telecoms run like an oligopoly. Limited competition, expensive spectrum, and no real incentive to fix network congestion. Compare that to India: way more competition, cheaper data, dense tower rollout. Here we just pay more for dropped calls.

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

@Bell Yes, I think there are multiple central fibre offices that extremely good as adjusted at getting dial tone to the customer's premises and yes, I think we have multiple fibre central offices that I'm going to give myself a shock if we're not all on top of the ball at the...

@Bell I am a Bell internet and Fibe customer. Bell is so unreliable that all of our computers have been running off Rogers hotspots all week

  • newfiegirl23 newfie girl (@newfiegirl23) reported

@Bell what a disappointing day, after being a loyal mobility customer for 25 years, you have forced me to cancel all our services today

  • QuionBarrett Quion Barrett (@QuionBarrett) reported

Imagine spending 2 hours on phone with @Bell because your internet isn’t working and then they told you level 2 tech unavailable so just do without internet for another 24 hours until you get a call back, ridiculous service.

  • BinksNY99 Binks (@BinksNY99) reported

@Bell Storm of the century and Bell can't fix my internet. No outage in area either. To fix @Bell updated my software and now it doesn't work at all. 7 reboots and still nothing.

  • BBlueBirdTO BBlueBirdTO (@BBlueBirdTO) reported

@311Toronto please help clear snow on the sidewalk at 130 Ridelle Avenue. The @Bell building/office located there NEVER maintains their sidewalk. City plows clear the bridge but stop short of clearing it. Kids forced to walk on the road to get to school.

  • Caprico47634524 Capricorn7 (@Caprico47634524) reported

@genevalaitis @Bell Teksavvy, they are a reseller and can offer the same service through cable or another provider that they have an agreement with.

  • Mr_Dan_Bergson Dan (@Mr_Dan_Bergson) reported

Holy **** @Bell take that crap @TheSocialCTV and shove it and it's commercials up your ***! So bad a show as anybody can think of!

  • AshutoshManohar Ashutosh Manohar (@AshutoshManohar) reported

@RogersHelps Hey @Bell I bet your tech support and customer care ain't this pathetic. You soon might get a new customer
