I doubt @Bell is even gonna try and fix this. I doubt they're even going to reply to my tweet, or my emails, or my calls. But when you have a company based off scamming people, what else can you do?

  • ryanviegas Ryan Viegas (@ryanviegas) reported

@Bell_LetsTalk 4 in 4 @Bell customers suffer anxiety attacks dealing with your stupid customer care, telling us “I understand your frustration”, and proceed to do nothing about monthly price increases on services and hardware

  • besteverson Beth ❤️‍🔥 (@besteverson) reported

Hi @Bell, I ordered WIFI yesterday and the guy who showed up today basically entered the apartment said 'it's installed' then left. He did not actually install anything but apparently my service has been set up. And now instead of wifi, it says homephone on my account. Help?

  • KhosoSays Shahbaz (@KhosoSays) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Bell I've being applying for Technician job in Ontario since few months. Never got any response and even trying to contact through mail but still no answer. Any one here help me to get that job. Thanks

@RogersHelps #Rogers what an absolute joke. Been put on hold multiple times. Over 3 hours. No customer service. No help. Worst company ever to have to deal with. #CancelRogers. Switch to a good company? @Bell

  • Warsaw1970 stef 🇨🇦 (@Warsaw1970) reported

@Bell_Support interested in solving our ongoing tech issue with our Bell Fibe home phone? 4 months of calls for help & you keep saying there’s something wrong with the lines of all the people who can’t reach us since our Fibe install, and not a problem with our line. 🤔 🙄

  • HeloKity79 Jenn K (@HeloKity79) reported

@Bell why do you guys have such terrible service in rural Ancaster. I’m so tired of listening to you say “oh the tower has issues”! Then fix it. It’s been an issue for everyone here since September. It’s unacceptable. You’re honestly the worst company ever.

  • NadiaBakes Nadia Bakes (@NadiaBakes) reported

@Bell_Support Is there a confirmed internet outage in Etobicoke? The person I spoke to on the phone didn’t sound very confiden.

  • sultrylipsz10 Sultrylipsz10 (@sultrylipsz10) reported

Why ******** am I allowed to pause my mobile services if I am going out the country, but I still need to pay the usual monthly rate for not using the services? The whole reason of suspending it is so the payments can also stop while I am unable to use your services. @Bell

  • asjad_IS3 Alec (@asjad_IS3) reported

I don't think I've ever had a good time being with @bell . Their internet on my Samsung s22+ is absolute ******* ****. I've never spent so much time loading things until I joined Bell. **** @Bell

@Shifa_2015 @Bell_Support Yes they do, despite not reporting an outage. I have been without internet since yesterday. No idea what they are doing.

@Bell_LetsTalk 4 in 4 @Bell customers suffer anxiety attacks dealing with your stupid customer care, giving better prices to your new customers and not your loyal ones #BellLetsTalk
