Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • EloquentCharm Ali B (@EloquentCharm) reported

@Bell_Support hey just want to ask why your customer service constantly hangs up on people, lies to them and are consistently rude.

  • jaygauthieroff1 Jay Gauthier 🇨🇦 (@jaygauthieroff1) reported

@Bell_Support fix your servers, been having troubles connecting to the internet since this morning

  • BradNixonOttawa Brad Nixon (@BradNixonOttawa) reported

@V_Pierce13 @JoshCarreiro @Bell_Support My phone was an hour slow. When my phone was supposed to go off at 6:45, the phone thought it was only 5:45. Fortunately my cat woke me up shortly thereafter (and I didn’t need to wake up for a flight or anything)

  • MarkOrlan Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported

@dkeramidas Ah man...I think it's time to switch. I guess #Rogers doesn't put too much value on Lifetime Value of a customer. Let's see what @Bell and @Telus can come up with on bundled services.

  • bin_kris binkrisAFC (@bin_kris) reported

@Bell_Support No point in that. I already had enough in last 2-3 months from your team for their mistakes. Just wanted to say Bell service is PATHETIC

  • zachdropstweets zach (@zachdropstweets) reported

i for one am not at all suspicious that my wifi reach throughout the house cratered at precisely the exact same time @Bell began offering a product to fix this problem

  • MonctonSpidey MOΠCTOΠ SPIDΞУ 🕸 (@MonctonSpidey) reported

@Bell_Support Hello, is there an outage with the area code E8E?

  • PrintGuyChris Chris Kirkpatrick (@PrintGuyChris) reported

@Bell_Support when will our service be restored? South Etobicoke - error 2000. No service.

  • theDread theDread (@theDread) reported

@Bell_Support Why is bell even setting the time on my iPhone? I’m pretty sure Apple is perfectly capable of handling this on their own, or is just another way of Bell repackaging an existing service to justify their ridiculous rates. Like disabling hotspot and then charging to turn it on.

  • TyrellLisson Tyrell William Lisson (@TyrellLisson) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@PrintGuyChris @Bell_Support I’m in the same area, error code 1201 no internet since last night and their rep said no ETA on the fix. Which is crazy.

  • LoHo__ Lori Harito (@LoHo__) reported

I called a @Bell rep to ask what was going on. I told him that I noticed Roam Better was different & that prior to 2020 I had no issue using as much data as I wanted. The rep proceeded to tell me I was wrong & that Roam Better had always been throttled. I argued that couldn't be.

  • theresa4444 Theresa M. (@theresa4444) reported

    @sommerville34 @Bell Bell sucks

  • JDUFFY16 JD (@JDUFFY16) reported

@Bell My 91yr old Grandmother has been without a phone for 4days. This is her only means of communication and is connected to her LifeLine in case of emergency. We were told the issue would be fixed by 10pm last and it is still not resolved. This is an emergency!

  • mymy29446237 mymy (@mymy29446237) reported

@Bell_Support As a sign of good faith to your customers, you should give free service for our next billing cycle. There was no communication to the clients (no text/email) to warn people about this. Had to find out once I was already late at work. This is a class action waiting to happen!

  • UrGirlSaigon Cookie Monster's Ex (@UrGirlSaigon) reported

@Bell_Support Why do I have to chase y’all down when I pay the highest in JUST home phone nearly $70 per month for service?? And then it didn’t even work and y’all promised a credit for the service interruption and it’s STILL not been applied how many weeks later???
