    I WIsh @Bell wasn't ******* **** worst internet in Canada. Rogers is **** too but Bell is even worse Imagine paying for 100d/100u and getting roughly 5d/1u dogshit you also can't download anything without losing access to wifi on every device.

    @Bell_Support too hard for her to figure out your customer service has continually gone down. I do not know why I do business with a company that cares so little for their customers. Now I want to cancel all lines of service. this is a waste of my time.

    @Bell_Support I have been left on hold by your agent for 32.12 minutes nothing has been accomplished on this call she has not checked backed, she has not told me what she is doing I called to cancel a line of service, because I added additional services and that seems to be too

    Why is it so difficult to become a customer of @Bell_Support. They offered me an internet deal last night, told me they would transfer the chat to the phone, never called back until today to tell me the offer expired: Last night! Unbelievable.

    Imagine if @Bell and @Rogers followed #productmanagement practices like leading SaaS tech companies, I wouldn’t have to tweet about their outages. Their issues are a good example how they don’t know how to build and deliver for longterm needs and focus on short term goals
