  • CannibalHoliday Casey 'Three Needles' Wagner (@CannibalHoliday) reported

@Bell_Support @BellAliant Oh, I wasn't looking for account support, just to know if there's an outage / service map for the area.

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@Bell @Raptors And if they aren't going to make that Hub 4000 available to the people that get that 1.5 GB service, Then they have No business offering it??? Bell is basically making people in NS and other places Pay for Ontario & Quebec to have the service with the Hub 4000... 3/3

  • always_xo #TIFFANY (@always_xo) reported

@Bell_Support hello! We have bell Fibe and there is an error 2100 showing, our internet is down. Can you help?

  • SpaceJester0 Cpt_space_jester (@SpaceJester0) reported

Why is it, even when services from @Bell are cancelled its still causing a problem. All of a sudden I have 2 bills & bell doesn't have my information to return there equipment. I'm just dropping it off at a bell store, taking a video that I returned their equipment.

  • KoburaV4 KoburaV4.0 (@KoburaV4) reported

Seriously. @Bell_Support Bell ad email: “Get all these digital/data heavy services today!” Also Bell: “Yeah you can only get super crap internet, no fibre, and only 2 of those 20 items will work properly. Now pay us $400+.”

  • KRTPRIME KRTPrime (@KRTPRIME) reported

@becofhearts @Bell I'm with @koodo. I've paid the same amount for my phone bill pretty much ever since I moved to Toronto in 2010, plus or minus 5$ here & there. Never screwed me over once. Nothing but good things to say about them.

  • meganrancher Meg Ranch (@meganrancher) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support can you confirm if there are issues with your internet? My work provides me with a mifi device and I have had “no service” all day, tried turning off & factory resetting with no luck. The schools are on March break so I cannot get my IT department to help.

  • huffiestuff Liz Huff (@huffiestuff) reported

@mrsimcard @Bell You should not have sold them to us if our latest model Samsung Galaxies are incompatible with your product. Your sale, your product your customer fail. #CanadiansBeware

  • tyron94 Ron (@tyron94) reported

@lapatina_ That’s amazing.. in Canada @Bell wasn’t able to allow us to do a hardware upgrade to our phone and keep the same number unless we were ok to go without a phone for 10 days (and still pay for service). I guess Ukraine has much more advanced technology than even here!!

  • subair3737 Dennis Paterson (@subair3737) reported

@Bell What if we dont want to use your hardware? Did you ever have this thought occur to you? No need to shove it down my throat.

  • LeafsFanSully Kevin Sullivan (@LeafsFanSully) reported

@Rogers is a horrible company. I switched my services all to @bell and now they want me to pay more than they confirmed to me to close the account. #extortion because if I don’t they will just send it to collections. I will never switch back. I am done with Rogers.

  • mhharvey Martin Harvey 🇨🇦 (@mhharvey) reported

@Bell More and more fraudulent calls, some of them hijacked legitimate local numbers. Not only is this harassment but the phone network has been hacked. This is reaching the point I'll regrettably ditch my landline. @crtc

  • MoxieMixie Moxie 🔆 (@MoxieMixie) reported

@Zubinsc @KIRNEILL @Bell_Support I feel like cities really get the **** end of the ISP stick

  • Liverpoolfc46 bimal (@Liverpoolfc46) reported

@becofhearts @Bell So this and felt bad so kofi on the way

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@Bell @Raptors ... Because it Has the 10 GB ethernet port on it to Allow those speeds to go to the devices Hard Wired to it. And for bell to use the defense of WiFI, WiFi speeds would never hit 1..5 GB anyway, also The Home Hub 4000 is WiFi 6 which would have advantages over the Hub 3000. 2/3
