@Bell_Support For those of us who still have spotty internet with our phones (not to mention spotty phone service!), there's no point in giving us 50 GB we'll never be able to access. If you really care about us as customers, GIVE US A BREAK ON OUR BILL!... 1/2

  • momobc Terry Mooney (@momobc) reported

@Bell Telus, a strong competition in BC offers Free Data in the Seniors for Good program and a low cost $25 monthly cost for wireless phone service.

  • UrGirlSaigon Cookie Monster's Ex (@UrGirlSaigon) reported

@Bell_Support my house phone line is STILL not working! It’s been a week of this and my mama at home is senior with disabilities! FIX THISSSS, it’s been TOO long!

Hey, @Bell @Rogers. I'm unable to talk to my parents in Prince Edward Island due to damage caused by #hurricanFiona. Please do your best to get them and everyone else connected to your networks. Thank you.

Ayo if you're an ISP ( @bell cough cough) you should have a lite version of your site + outage map so when an entire community is forced to use your already kind of pathetic cellular service, they can actually load the site through all the traffic.

  • philip09 Colin Chapman (@philip09) reported

Hey @Bell, why do you refuse to allow loyal current customers to enjoy the same Fibe 1.5Gbps 60$/m deal you are advertising to new customers? Even your loyalty department refuses to honour it. This is actively discouraging customer loyalty!

  • pitcherplantnl Lori... Just Lori (@pitcherplantnl) reported

My @Eastlink data service has been 100X more reliable than @Bell. Funny that...

  • jatin2180 J Patel (@jatin2180) reported

@Bell Never go with bell mobility...They scamming by charges extra fees. 15 Mb roaming $103...really.

  • Zee207702 Zee ~🇨🇦💗🐞☮ (@Zee207702) reported

@Bell ... currently on hold for the 4th time over an hour trying to find the $2K+ phone replacement you have given me an invalid tracking code. Apparently, name, acct#,& PIN# aren't enough to validate you telling me where the replacement is. Nice way to treat decades old customer.

  • a_m_s_ns AMS - T!m Houston is Killing Nova Scotians (@a_m_s_ns) reported

@Bell_Support ... I don't care what the circumstances are on your end, because that's not my job! So the 50 GB isn't going to cut it. I WON'T be paying for this month! And if I'm forced to, it'll be the last payment I make. This "service" - especially for phone! - is ATROCIOUS!.. 4/4

  • a_m_s_ns AMS - T!m Houston is Killing Nova Scotians (@a_m_s_ns) reported

@Bell_Support Speaking for myself, if I have to pay full price for this month, I'll be looking for another provider!... I don't give two sweet ***** that there was a hurricane. I've lived through worse over the course of my 60 years on this planet, and I have NEVER been without phone! 2/2

Hey @Bell, perhaps lay off showing me all the iPhone 14 Pro ads while people here cannot connect to your network because you are not willing to put sufficient backup power on your sites three years after promising to do better after Dorian happened? #FionaFail #WeCanDoBetter
