    @Bell is the worst. Installer came Wednesday but didn’t install because the cables weren’t run to our house. Nobody ever called to confirm next appt. We had to call, were told a manager would call. It’s now Friday no call. @Rogers may keep us if Bell ignores us.

    @Bell I just spent an entire day waiting for your service workers to come and fix my fiber line to the house. Ive been 2 days without internet now. Your workers were scheduled to come repair the line between 12 and 5. They arrived just after 10:30 with no call as I was driving.

    @Bell Horrible experience with Bell Internet and Security, Wi-fi never works despite repeated change of modems and calls with tech support. Stop billing us till you fix it. Home Security service has been worse ever since they transferred to API Alarm inc.

    I have had literally the worst experience with @Bell and they won’t do anything for my inconvenience. So if anyone is looking to go to Bell just save the headache and go literally anywhere else. Will never use them ever again.

    @Bell 15 + yrs with Virgin, zero problems when traveling, first trip with Bell, hundreds in bogus charges with everything on my phone turned off.....

    love that @Bell refuses to come help with a LIVE wire that is on a public sidewalk. sending a technician potentially 24 hours later is NOT helpful when people could be walking on it in the night, not seeing it there. and all the chat told me was to put a sign out front ??? HUH???
