Vijay Sapps (@VJsapps) reported@Bell I tried more than once to have a call back and it never happened and can never get through the number with long wait times . Have you given up trying to get new business customers !
-
Richard Berry (@rlberryyogi) reportedPretty Deplorable that you log into your @CraveTVHelp account, search and find your desired movie. Start it up, only to have it in French... -
RaeofSunshine☀️ (@Rae8465) reported@Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF
-
Mr.B (@bigleafkev) reported@Violet_71 @Bell You aren't missing much, I have mine installed and the service is less than ideal and when you call to have it checked out they do a remote modem reset and that's it. Called repeatedly last couple of weeks.
-
Cars-Sports-News (@CarsSportsNews) reportedI can’t comprehend how bad the service has been from @bell when it comes to setting up another line. I’ve been given the wrong instructions 6 or 7 times its unbelievable
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.
-
Annagt (@annagt04) reported@Bell_Support @Bell_Support - problems with services in Toronto and Mississauga
