    @Bell I canceled my service with you since December of last year. I called multiple times and messaged as well, everytime I was assured for refund of $7.33, but even after 7 months I don’t have it. I am going to file a CCTS complaint soon if you send me my $

    Dear @Bell @Rogers @ShawDirect Why are you keeping your walk-in stores open and operational when you recently changed your services and customer care support centre to only contact via cell phone lines?

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

    @Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?

    @Reil76 @Bell Happened to me I left Bell and only found out the modem they installed was actually from rogers. They tried to charge me for not returning the bell modem they never installed. 🙃🫢

    @Bell_Support Day 3 of TCM channel 338 on Bell Fibe experiencing audio issues. The audio track is skipping every 3rd or 4th word. Sounds like a stutter step. Called tech support, they say it’s a problem at the source. Would you please check with them re: a solve?
