    @Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how you’re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.

    @Bell_Support I'll be going to the store in person tomorrow to have them swapped. I'll still be nice to the employees since it's not their fault at all, but man this has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had.

    In my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.

    @Bell_Support It would be very helpful to have the outage reporting system on the bell app functional and have updated information on the website vs the misinformation of “there is no outage”

    @Violet_71 @Bell You aren't missing much, I have mine installed and the service is less than ideal and when you call to have it checked out they do a remote modem reset and that's it. Called repeatedly last couple of weeks.

    @Rogers You better make it worth my while. I have just moved my Internet to you from @Bell. I haven't cancelled @Bell yet, but I will cancel you because of this horrible client disrespect. I don't have hours to wait for your idiotic customer service.

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    @Bell is there a problem with your cell towers in Ottawa? Center town to east end of city. Worst cellphone service I have had since 2007!
