    @Bell_Support I called @Bell_Support for tech support since I am still without connectivity. I was told that my entire neighborhood is still out of service since yesterday and it is not yet resolved in m3c1e5 area. And ETA is postponed by another day to 2 PM tomorrow !

    I am at a complete loss @Bell, I ordered a device from @Bell’s e-store. No email order summary was received and today an @Bell rep called to say they had no record of the details of the order or the charge to my CC and would I please tell them what I ordered, complete fail. #Bell

    @Bell_Support Hello still no internet access in North York. I have contacted the support last night they told me the service will be back by 11pm but it's 11am now and still no internet. At least give us a believable explanation 😡

    @Bell_Support Still no internet in the woodbine & lumsden area it’s been 24 hours or more….. what’s happening with this bell? Surely an easy fix? 🤔

    @Bell_Support @Bell Solid company, I like how after having this outage for 24 hours and when we decided to call, you simply inform us to "Restart your router" this sort of customer service is an absolute joke, very befitting of Bell and for it to take till 11 pm to return is absolutely pathetic.

    We are facing @Bell infrastructure service issue since long and @Bell_Support is trying its best but is unable to resolve our issue which is just near to Bell office at 83, Queen Elizabeth Blvd, Toronto M8Z 1M5

    @Bell_Support please don’t tell me the internet will be down all day ? Rogers was just at my door trying to sell me Rogers internet and I told them NO a thank you.. and now look .. I have work that needs to be done

    @Bell_Support You’re service is still down here in the M1L area. Contacted tech support and was told to replace the modem. It’s the 3rd time I replaced the modem in one year. Called your store at Fairview and the employee had no professionalism whatsoever. You guys seriously need to do better.

    Y'know, internet and cellphone services get a lot of attention for being ripoffs in Canada, but let's talk about home phones. My 80-year-old mom is currently paying @Rogers $65 a month for a landline. Basic service from @Bell is $52, but add any feature and it's $67. 1/3

    @Bell garbage service…modem died tues night called wed was told new one sent, checked thurs no order, ordered again and escalated to manager and no call. Currently on hold while sitting in my car,while sick, to find wifi and guess what no one can find any order. #dobetter

    @bluubianca @Bell_Support There's also a massive outage in east York that they are refusing to publicly admit. 2nd day of no service not even addressed on their website. Just sweeping **** under the rug

    @Bell_Support We have been without internet for 10 hours now, customer support said for people in North York it will be until 10pm TOMORROW. At least admit there's a massive outage.

    @peternowak @Rogers @Bell Big fan of landlines but the pricing is definitely harsh. Moved from Telus to Shaw to save a lot of money overall (cable, internet, landline). Did not hurt that Telus remains one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.
