    @clamfroth @NovaScotiaRasta @Bell That tone you hear when a line is out of service. I let friends no it’s not real but put it in my phone computers calling hear it and delete you from the call list cut my calls dramatically

    @Bell_Support OH look, now we get 93.4 down 37.5 up. Service all over the map. Not worth 1/4 of $119.95/mo. Rogers here I come. Or just teacher to my cell phone which does better.

    OMG!!! I’ve been hung up on, told that I have no order and told that my email confirmation was a lie. I get transferred to Montreal and Aden & Massimo FINALLY helped me!!!! @bell your customer service is the worst. You should give these 2 guys a raise!!!!

    Great news! When I called @bell to see what could be done they said that they would cancel my order and sent me to @Rogers. Then they hung up on me!!!

    @Bell I cancelled home phone & tv due to high costs. Kept internet but agent didn't advise me I'd be offline for 24-48 hours! Everyone I've told this to agrees you do this on purpose as punishment. I use the internet for my business- this is bad form. You'll never get me back

    Dear @Bell_Support Please ensure the Sr. technician shows up today at the appointed time, not like yesterday when he showed up 3 hours early without warning and then closed the ticket due to "no access". On to our 4th day in a row of issues & into 3rd day of NO INTERNET OR FIBE.

    Hey @Bell_Support my mobile account was suspended due to an error on bells end. contacted your team yesterday, transfered between 5 agents . Was told my issue would be resolved in 4-8hrs . It's been almost 24hrs with no resolution and still have no service! WTF!
