TAC (@cdntac) reported@Bell Called last night to try and get help with our dual sat receiver being fuzzy on one tv. Tech help did not know what the word “fuzzy” meant and was confused. I had to define it for him. Entire call was as if I was in a comedy skit. C’mon @Bell. You can do better.

Doesn’t seem like very good customer service. Why keep Bell if other companies value customers. #ripoff

The 4th person finally told me the steps taken but the 1st promised to email me a packing slip that NEVER ARRIVED ! 2nd person was unless. The 3rd wss nice but still clueless ! Damn this is pathetic !
