@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

There appears to be a @bell network outage in Saugeen Shores. Some stores have lost debit/credit services, all cell phones on Bell towers have no service.

@yyzMYA @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Bell promises service to the house, inside, using wifi service deteriorates. I bought the 1 gig package and got around 100mbps but I've cabled the modem to laptops and now I get around 900mbps. So my advice: cable your main machines for school or work.

@efortin76 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Oh yes, I 100% agree with this. We can’t blame companies that lobby a broken system in their favor. We have to fix the system first. Then if they try to cheat it we can blame them.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell The CRTC is but another cartel to limit competition in Canada for the benefit of its members and at the expense of Canadians. Canadians however continue to support these marketing boards as if they were there for their protection.

@arakwar87 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell It's true that outside of big cities it sucks. Well it sucks in big cities too. And my point is that it's not Bell's fault. It's the system as a whole. So that's what should be attacked. Not a single player.

@arakwar87 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Here in Montreal I have Rogers, Telus and Vidéotron that all supposedly compete for clients. They all mostly have their own network. I can switch from one to the other. Where are the protected regions?

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Canada needs to split Telco infrastructure (both wireline and wireless) from the ISP's. The infrastructure providers would treat every provider the same. It worked in the UK to bring prices down and competition up.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @TELUS is charging us over $200/ month for optic tv & internet service. The outrageous thing, we pay for 25 mbps download/upload. We barely get 8.5... wifi barely reaches out if the room where my modem is. Put boosters in, still absolutely crap speed. Very unimpressed

I have no ideas why I decided to go back with @Bell when I set my internet is up. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of respect and disregard from their customer service. #fuckbell
