@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

Any former #Bell users out there who switched to @TekSavvyBuzz #TekSavvy ? Considering making the switch and concerned that internet service won't be as reliable, but tired of being ripped off month after month by @Bell #consumer

Coming up to 3 months since opening an account w/ @Bell_Support where I still haven’t had issues fixed, I still do not have a phone from them and just a couple days ago had my account finalized (porting my old phone number) and losing my current phone service.

@MikeBamboo @Bell_Support My parents too, they also have @Bell and same issue. They have Fibe which is suppose to be fast internet but instead the keep going down. We call support and they are just useless. No help and no solution.

@Bell_Support I've been overcharged $1300 on my Dec bill. Talked to 4 different techs over December all said it was an internal prob + said they'd fix it, but haven't. Who can I talk to that can actually help before this happens again next month (!) and you loose a loyal customer

@Bell Isn’t that why the emergency number went from 9-9-9 to 9-1-1?

@the_wilhelmina @Bell They still have the worst customer service ever. They also use any avenue to take more money out of my pockets during covid. Bad leadership...
