Why is dealing with @Bell such a horrible affair? My Sim card decides to fail 15 days before I'm due an upgrade and they want to charge me, even though I have a life dependent medical device on my phone 🤮🤕🤯😬

@Bell_Support no internet since middle of the night. Reset modem every hour to 2 hours. Called bell to be told there is no official outage however internet may not be up for 48 hours. Please advise if they are working on a solution as we work from home. M9W.
