@nejsnave @Bell @bell is THE worst company in the world. Claimed $122 million covid relief and fire workers anyway; outsource jobs; rip us off with infrastructure that tax payers subsidized; leverage their monopoly to kill competition. They should be forced to subsidize internet for low income.

Hey @Bell. Our internet has been out since noon yesterday. The last update was at 7:00 last night, saying that it would be operational by 8:45 am this morning. It's now 9:15 am, with no new information. An update would be nice...some of us rely on your service for our livelihood.

@Bell terrible value added service - Bell modems do not have a strong enough signal in any size home, these pods are necessary and therefore Bell forces your hand to “rent” these - should be free plain and simple

Answer by @Bell to @TeksavvyBuzz #CRTC complaint "EBOX now a division of Bell. Bell doesn't provide EBOX with any wholesale services, telecom or other. There can be no agreement, off-tariff or not, preferential or not, between Bell & EBOX since they're the same corporate entity"
