@Bell_Support 2 years of internet speeds of 25/5 and now this week I’m lucky to get 2.7/.5 .After calling support and doing diagnostic unplugging and rebooting I’m told I have to wait months for a new tower to be built. Two minute walk to the tower behind my home.

So..... there is absolutely nothing that will convince me to EVER go back to @Bell. Every month I had to call because my bill was wrong. They would fix one month and screw up the next. The costumer service was abysmal. Rude and ignorant. They lied to me when I transferred my

@linniewoods @Bell Ever think that maybe your house has to do with it? Thicker walls, router/modem placement, size of the house. Lots to consider. My house is like 70+ yrs old & has poor reception cause of stone/brick walls so i have to use pods.

It's really dumb that I pay a hundred bucks a month for tv service that I barely watch, and when I'm out of country I can't even use it to watch the leafs, or the PGA. This bullshit is why traditional tv service is bullshit. I guess stealing is the way. @Bell

@Bell The SINGLE WORST company in Canada! Takes MILLIONS in gov handouts to 'develop' their infrastructure while providing sub-standard and over-priced services to it's customers while farming out as much labor as possible to India for cust support etc.

@Bell Shouldn’t the internet you pay for monthly cover your house anyways? Or are you selling a subpar product? Just FYI, my internet goes down quite a bit when it rains or moisture gets inside the old cracked copper lines. 🙄

Playing bell Canada hunger games for internet. Critters and techs robbing service to provide to new customers and closing off repair tickets when issue not resolved. @Bell_Support 5 days and counting. Hours on dm in app. This is insanity to expect reasonable at this point.
