    @Bell please find a way to fix your customer service process!! I was sent the wrong phone and your customer service team says I have to cancel the service I spent 3 hours signing up for in order to be sent the correct phone - oh but they won’t give me the same pricing on it?

    @Bell_Support @Bell It’s a real disappoint!! I have problems with my home internet since six months ago and nobody helps me. In six times I chatted with the technicians and the promised me to call me back, never did it!! I’ve paid a full service for nothing, thieves. Anyone help!
