@Bell_Support Please cancel the order. Posting it here again as proof that I've requested to cancel my order as I don't trust to get a good service from your support folks. Do not send any equipment [which you anyway didn't] and create more issues. Thanks!

@Koldz__ @Bell It doesn't help their VDSL service is called "Fibe" which people think is fiber.

@Bell_Support If you promise not to take advantage of seniors by charging them $100 for 20GB Of service I’ll consider it.

@Bell guys your customer service connections are pathetic. Called thrice and all the calls disconnected without proper audio. This was for partnership program

@Bell_Support is there an outage in the Montreal area? Calling tech support; call fails for my bf on his Bell phone, I get an automated message saying lines r busy on my Koodo phone. Our home services r out. 3rd party websites say there's disruptions, Bell site says nothing.

  • AbssyMark Mark Abssy (@AbssyMark) reported

@Bell_Support I believe he did sign up for that but when the tech showed up, DSL is what he ended up with. To your credit, you did downgrade his service so no overcharging there but still.
