Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TheRealErikaVas Erika Vas (@TheRealErikaVas) reported

@Bell_Support The best option I was given by retention was to end my contract with Bell & to change providers. How is this customer service?

  • ZEEBS19 ZEEBS (@ZEEBS19) reported

@peacockTV I want to give you my money but requiring Canadians to have a cable subscription to access an online streaming service doesn’t make any sense. @rogerstv and @Bell are overpriced and gouge their customers.

  • _aidaboo ~ (@_aidaboo) reported

    I’ve had a headache all week because of y’all, FIX UP it’s 2021 @bell @Bell_Support

  • Medical_Int Thomas J. Moore (@Medical_Int) reported

@Bell_Support @JaneMoneypenny Ok, if you had any kind of customer support this would have been solved a long time ago. Why don’t you reach out and ask how you can help via DM!!

  • Saraaireland Sara Ireland (@Saraaireland) reported

@Bell_Support I was able to get the situation rectified. You may want to consider the options available to support your customers. As well as the communication between associates when errors are made by bell. This whole situation could have been avoided and solved in minutes, not weeks.

  • _aidaboo ~ (@_aidaboo) reported

Bell is now officially the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with @bell @Bell_Support

  • eddymontreal eddymontreal (@eddymontreal) reported

@Bell_Support Is your internet service down in St-Henri Montreal?

  • garthvictim Tyler (@garthvictim) reported

@Bell_Support can you guys get faster speeds in my area? frankly its ridiculous that as a GTA resident anything higher than 50 mbps is unavailable to me. My friends down the road from me get 150-200 mbps + with cogeco.

  • 2Nadeem1 Nadeem Ahmed (@2Nadeem1) reported

@Bell why do you guys not release tv program once the Canadian content is over .. hold hostage American programming . Re nfl on Sunday you tune into FBI show at 10 then you take over Buffalo bills after game show .. so bad

  • BlackshepSusan Susan (@BlackshepSusan) reported

@DPocroianu @girlygirlsguide @Bell The point being that scared little girl needed help not drugged into a chemically induced hell.
