@Bell @Bell_Support I'm having problems with a heartless corporation who thinks it completely fine to try to extort extra sales from a grieving relative when one of their 40+ year long customers passes away. Waited until we paid the bill then just cancelled her service. Despicable @Bell never again!

Considering a change for my TV, internet & cell service. Been with @Bell for a long, long time for all these services, but lately they only disappoint. Repeatedly they make changes to my account without permission and that's not the worst of it. #NoRespect 😒 Any recommendations?

After terrible service from a @Bell agent who gave wrong info then abandoned the service chat, 2 other Bell agents stepped up & got me to @CraveCanada tech support yesterday. Today, on a Saturday, that Crave agent followed up & my Crave subscription is fixed. Thank you Mary G!

@Bell_Support would be nice if i could get some answers about why our internet service sucks lately. Ive been through the modem reboot bs. Theres lots of people in my company who wfh who are having the same latency issues. The CS is impossible to get ahold of.
