    @Bell it’s really a shame that your company has to have a department called a Win Back department. Do you know what’s easier than winning back a customer? Never loose them. Offer the 55% off plan BEFORE the customer leaves. 25GB for $45/mo would’ve kept me but I’m not coming back

    @Bell how can a company as big as yours have the worst customer service I've ever seen Tell me why I've been on the line for 30mins to try to figure out where the technician is, that was supposed to be here over 2 hours ago to fix an issue we've been having for a month now.

    @Bell I got screw once by Bell over cable TV... never again. I like stable plan. Same $ every month. Not "promotions" that makes your monthly fee change every months. I know here its cell phones but whatever. Was hard to get freed from Bell & had to still pay 100$ fees of "cancelation"

    A manager from @Bell was supposed to call me within 3 working days. Now been 17 working days. Still waiting. Bell Canada where customer service goes to die. #LdnOnt

    @bell, please do not send your solicitors door to door during a pandemic. I don't want them knocking on my door. Plus I will never, ever give you my business after you dumped TSN 1290 in Winnipeg. You messed up way too many people's lives. Not cool.

    @MorrisDCosta @Bell Time to switch!!!! I had them for 15 years and told them why I was switching they didn’t care. Finally called me three weeks after I had new provider installed and asked if there was anything they could do. Bell sucks
