File a complaint with CCTS. I’m livid at this stage. 4 days and pure incompetence and lacklustre customer service !!!!!!

Each day customers call they say "it will be fixed by 5 PM" and it continues. This is DURING a pandemic where internet is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE & people are working from home!!!!! See next tweet!
