    @Bell I spent an hour being transferred between three (helpful) associates trying to sort out my internet issues. I was disconnected THREE times and had to repeat everything before being disconnected with no resolution. I just want to upgrade my service - why is this difficult?!

    @Bell_Support @JoeGalway I'm also having the same issue as I said earlier today. A couple other posters have also said they're having "unable to load recordings" issues. Wonder if there is something widespread going on.

    why did @bell call MY @koodo cell phone, to tell ME that they can't tell me why they're calling because it's about my mom's phone. then demand i validate my identity (which was already done) but won't tell me why they called. you called ME? and your rep was rude as ****, wtf?!?

    @dariapekh @Bell_Support I had to remove the battery from the hub, unplug the hub. The tech did a factory reset so-to-speak, because my reboot wasnt fixing the issue. Then I had to unplug my tv receivers as well cuz the TV was down too... after 30 minutes everything was up and running

    @Bell_Support @Bell Home internet was done since yesterday. Instructed to exchange a new Hub 3000. Still getting error 2000. Called internet support, was told a 2 PM callback regarding this new router change. So far nothing. When can I get my internet back?
