@Bell_Support I don’t have an account number because I have been trying to get a new service. I am an existing customer but this is a new service at a new address. I keep being told I will be contacted within 48 hours and then wait 4 days to call again myself and start all over. So frustrating

@Bell @Bell_Support Hey. Would love to continue on w u or cancel. But calling your client services, I was disconnected twice. Told u couldn’t price match a competitor for the same plan/phone and absolutely not helped. I was simply told to buy out my contract. Would love to!!! But you hung up twice!!

Convinced there's something wrong with @Bell bc my phone has been acting up since last year... my data is HELLA slow and constantly cutting out even at the most random times and now my phone was atleast 50% I didn't even get a 15% warning.... all of a sudden its at 1%???? Wtf?

Absolutely wild how notoriously awful @Bell ‘s customer service is. How many times in one week can someone spend an hour on the phone to get passed around and told they’d be called back? So far our count is 3. Spoiler: they never call back. -10/10 would NOT recommend
