@Bell How about your off shore pathetic customer service? Its a disgrace to even call them customer service. The very reason I discontinued my internet/cellular services from Bell and moved back to Rogers

@Bell_Support @Bell @CRTCeng - I hope you are performing a full post mortem on how Bell allowed its service to be impacted for this long across so many customers - many of which have had power restored for over 24hours. The internet is an essential service and Bell should have better resiliency.

@Bell_Support @Bell Checked your website and your outage map. Do customers deserve an accurate outage map and updates on what districts are being worked on? Heading into a work week after a storm that will have cities request people 2 work from home, do customers deserve timely updates?

@Bell_Support How many customers lost service and how many have you restored service to? Can you also give us an approximate time as to when we will all get our service back. Difficult to work from home without Internet.

@Bell_Support Well it would appear Bell has no idea what they are doing, so far today they have given us 5 different reasons for why our internet is not working. We aren’t even speaking to people in Canada, they are all overseas. Bell sucks.

@Bell_Support I live in south Ajax Ontario (Audley Rd South) my cell reception has always been horrible. I have to use wifi calling all the time. Last Saturday's storm cause a power failure. Therefore no wifi. I was unable to get updates on my cell because of no signal .
