    @Bell_Support I am in Cathcart ON N0E1B0. Overhead phone lines are sagging over my property and I cannot get in with my truck and trailer. We have a special technician coming today. Expect the issue to be addressed before they leave

    I would like to thank @bell for the extra 50 GB of data they provide every time @hydroquebec has a power failure. At least one huge company is doing a little something to help their customers.

    @Bell_Support The same problem is happening with us in Quebec... Bell said the problem would be resolved by 3am, it's still not resolved. No internet... no TV... nothing. Their website is not even updated.
