@Bell_Support Given the fact that the address on the business card is from Toronto as well as the phone number I can only assume this person is traveling from a lock down zone to a green zone. Completely irresponsible and unnecessary risk to the community. Rethink your policies.

@Bell_Support if you’re working with a customer who has just been on a phone call with your agents for the last hour. It’s not the best PR move to give her your general inquiries line and get her to sit on the phone again. Sending the customer a DM would be the way to go, not vice versa

hey @bell i'm still waiting for someone to justify charging my family $85+ tax every month for a capped 5Mbps download speed? would you pay that much for so little? what a way to treat a family who has been loyal to you for 47 years 💀

@Bell_Support yesterday i was hung up on because i refused to upgrade to a more expensive deal that offered even less value per dollar than our current one. i was also rudely spoken over and told not to interrupt the man trying to upsell me. will that happen again today?

@Bell @Bell_Support I really hope you reevaluate what you set as customer service standards. This is not the Bell I happily worked for. You are losing a potential consumer or small business client, along with several others I have referred most being small business accounts.
