@Bell Bell satellite TV is the worst we've ever had. Not only do they play old, garbage shows like Karate kid, Lethal weapon, over and over every week, and it's on multiple channels. Canada needs competition like in the US. Heck why not allow US companies up here. Cheaper and better.

@Bell_Support Recently, my Bell Internet has been steadily declining in performance. I already pay $100/mo for a meager 5MB speed and a cap with a bad router that Bell refused to replace even though it had issues since the start. I WFH and do online gaming. I need this fixed.

@Bell_Support redirected to loyalty customer representative who did nothing but add that it usually takes 2 to 8 business days and they tell me there is no one above that can be contacted 😠 i really dont know how to deal with this other than my family and I to leave be

@Bell_Support very disappointed with assistance I requested today. The person I talked to was not knowledgeable about activating a SIM card and then asked me to do a couple of things and he would call me back. He never called. Not a good look.

@Bell_Support @connellgoalie Definitely a scam. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and they won’t help me out at all unless I pay over $100 a month for an iPhone se. I need 5 phones. I can afford that!!!

@Bell_Support It was from around 12:15AM until well after 2:00AM...couldn't report at the time because full outage - no internet, phone, cell in our area at all. Just want to know what happened to have all services down.

@Bell on my moving day 4 days ago sent a service person to connect my @TekSavvyCSR . Still waiting for a tech to come and service. I work from home #pandemic and @Bell CS just hung up on me when I asked for an ETA. WTF is WRONG with you?
