@Wiiggles_ Im thinking the only stuff that matters to @bell_support is getting money. Does customer service come into it? NO. At this point I dont believe they will ever prove my above statement wrong. Bell = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and zero customer support.

Just in case anyone has been calling and can’t reach me, I am alive. @Bell_Support has ported my phone number to a phone they have yet to ship. And @Bell_Support your customer service is atrocious. On a call for hours, been transferred to 5 different departments, no results.

@ctvqp Doubly insulting when one considers how much @Bell likely siphoned from the trough of taxpayer-funded Emergency Wage Subsidy funds.

God help us fools who use #Bell #BellCanada #Bellinternet services @Bell_Support @Bell - this company has no issue with screwing over it's customers. Their "loyalty" department makes it quite clear that loyalty is a one way street

@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

@Bell_Support Care to explain why it is taking 2 hours to get in on the phone, and when I do you hang up. Do your job and answer phones.

@iPhoneinCanada I moved to Bell 10 years ago from Rogers. I swore them off (terrible streak of bad customer service incidents) and then moved to Freedom last year because of better prices. If @Bell offers a competitive deal like this, I’ll happily go back. I pay $50 on Freedom for 16GB.

@TheCandyShow So sorry this frustration is happening @Bell. They made me cry too ... many times during 45 years of being a loyal customer. I left ... they didn’t care. Hopefully they will do better for you.
