I have a TV that supports airplay, but because I don’t have @Bell internet (I’m in Alberta) I can’t use Airplay from Bell Fibe app 😭 But I do love that they finally support viewing recordings from my Sat Receiver, looks like I’ll need to get another AppleTV for my bedroom🤪

So, @bell, if anyone there happens to see this, your survey machine is broken and I think you do that deliberately so that you can report that you are seeking feedback while actually delivering squat.

Worst. Move service. Ever! #bellsucks @Bell

I listen through the needlessly lengthy preamble, which I have to assume is designed to get people to hang up before they do the survey, as it’s more likely the people with negative things to say about @bell customer service will be more invested in completing the process.

Yo @Bell, I tried placing an order for mobile service on the 23rd of December, I've spoken to over a dozen people at this point and all anyone can tell me is the order wasn't processed (although one guy said it was all good). Several people disconnected me. Who do I call?

@TekSavvyCSR so this going to sound incredibly strange but I read @peternowak article. I also found out my condo complex is moving to @bell. If I have to cancel the service, is there a way to donate to your legal fight for #paylesstoconnect?

None of which I am even mad about anymore. Congrats @bell: you have successfully conditioned me to accept incredibly crappy customer service. Bear in mind the individuals themselves are generally fine; it is the systems and scripts, jargon and jingoism that is so frustrating.

@Bell_Support why is your bell service so terrible? I pay so much money for something that doesn’t work! 😡

@Bell why can I not simply add "top up" days to my service... The only option is to 'permanently' add data to my plan, which I plan to remove anyways after the first month, and get charged 2 months worth? Total crap system.
