  @ryangerritsen @Bell You can't get a human to respond when you call FIDO for ANY issue. The AI is actually stupid and can never resolve anything. After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.

  @Bell I have been through 3 customer service agents for a bill you sent me for a home phone account you failed to properly cancel a year ago, I have wasted time with three callers who will not help me reconcile this and demand information about the account that no longer exists.

  @ryangerritsen @Bell Cancelled them recently. Roger’s came to the door and threw down some offers. I moved the internet plus 4 cell phones. I save 100 a month. Bell kept raising my cell phones. I called them about it multiple times. See you later @bell
