@Rogers . Upside, because it IS a huge hassle to quit you, @Bell offered a deal with more service I wanted for about half the price for 2 years. They were VERY understanding. I felt valued, not talked down to.

Any of my fellow friends help me, I'm moving to Toronto this week and I wanted to know what internet to get. Currently I'm using @Virgin but do I get @Bell or @Rogers ? Main priority for no packet loss and stream in peace!

@Bell After talking to a bell rep how can they justify charging me more for one tenth of the internet speed I have this is a joke that is why I will be switching to Rogers even after the outage

@Bell @Bell_Support My current satellite bill for the "Better" package is $95.45. Including fees, tax and PVR rental my total is $130.47. On your website it shows the Better package for $82.45/month for new customers. As a long-time LOYAL customer I expect the same deal. #Bell

@FrankReardon1 @Bell Hey Frank, how does rain (clouds?) impact the coverage? way back in the early days here in T.O. with limited towers never heard them claim coverage affected by rain...

@Bell If you are providing the best service how can you justify charging me more for one tenth of internet speed I have unlimited 50 and you want me to pay more a speed of 5 what a joke I will be switching my services to Rogers even after the outage

One would think getting a new customer would be in their interest. But it seems @Bell is just NOT interested. @DeniseC41643393 has been trying to get new service to our trailer for TWO weeks. Not even a clue IF we will ever get an answer. But our neighbor has their service.

@Bell_Support I was promised a chromecast when I signed up for your service well over a year ago. Never got it. I’ll hold my breath this time around though…
