    Bad enough the #hydro is off in Quinte West but then @Bell cellular data goes down as well for an hour or more. Still in the dark here and getting cold. @HydroOne

    @Bell_Support it’s a great way to get back at your customer for cancelling a service, you decide to take all their services offline Coincidence I cancel my service and its disconnection time is this morning and then all other services have a “technical” issue and a tech must fix

    @Bell_Support My client information has been merged with another client yet AGAIN. How many times do I need to call in, explain the situation, and the problem is STILL not resolved. Bell, I'm sure that your clients don't like all of THEIR information to be accessible to me

    @Bell_Support I’ve been waiting for a new phone for eons and y’all stay giving me the runaround. Worst customer service experience - I’m ready to switch providers so please just go ahead and cancel my order. KMFT!!!!!!

    @Bell_Support Anyone else having issues with Bell internet service in mid town Toronto? My home hub has been showing an Error 2000 for the past hr. Rebooting/Factory resetting the home hub did not help. Thx.
