Tracey Padmore (@traceyscuisine) reported@Bell I'm having problems with recordings on my tv. Called tech support this morning at 8a.m. to be told that they don't know when the problem will be fixed. 4 days of missing shows because of this issue. The Tech guy hangs up on me because I'm asking questions.?????

Ralph FranSummerman 🌞 (aka Frathos) 🇨🇦 (@FrathosCAN) reportedThe @Bell FibeTV service at my mom's place today has been freezing for hours now & restarting the receiver didn't fix the issue. I don't know what's going on with the Fibe service but it really sucks today as watching TV that freezes every minute or so is very frustrating!

TomGorias (@TGorias) reported@smaierpt @Bell_Support Crazy, same thing here in Montreal, never happened before. CNBC even put some NSFW content when I switched there earlier. Makes no sense its blocked when we have access to NBC anyway. I even questioned myself whether there was a US holiday I never heard of!! Guess Bloomberg it is

neiman (@eneiman) reported@chevvy786 @Bell As someone who switched from Bell to Rogers I’m sorry to disappoint, but they do not lol Constant outages, bill always goes up for no reason, wifi is weak and they just want to sell you more stuff to “fix it” Two cents you didn’t ask for from a stranger

Stocky McStockface (@tradelizard) reported@Bell_Support Horrible. So I am paying for a channel I can’t watch live for a month.

Tracey Matthews (@tmottawa2013) reported@rcarrick @Bell @Bell My Mom is pretty savvy so when her alt tv started giving her weird channels and none of what she pays for she tried to fix with her online account. No luck. 1 week and about 2hrs a day later no resolve. Keeps getting passed around and put on hold. She tries everyday.

Urjita (@UrjitaPatel) reported@Bell_Support customer service is abysmal. Called to get an update on a refund after I moved & cancelled. I was told it was sent to my old address when I specifically asked you not to. I got spam mail from bell addressed to me to my new address but still no refund.
