@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

@Bell_Support I'd like to know why your tech support agents try to scam your long time customers? I've been having an issue with my 4k tv receiver (this will be the 3rd or 4th time it's had to be replaced) and your agent tried to tell me it'll cost $600+ because it's from 2008?

@Bell We don’t have a very big house and it doesn’t even work from one end to the other. Scam artists. We just got another router and ran a cable to get signal on the other side of the wall 🙄
