Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?

HorseShoe Hillbilly (@HorseShoeHillby) reported@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Telus is just as bad. Tried to cancel my landline, wasted hours of my life with no results. Quit paying the bill, finally they cancelled and sent a final invoice, paid that and haven't done business with telus since.
