    @RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

    con'd... Official! @Rogers @RogersHelps has nickled and dimed a 24 yr client to move to @Bell. Refusing to credit me for every day we had outages! 3 months of daily connection issues is worth a credit of only $234, b/c their system does not sense all outages. Run fast, run far

    @Bell your smart home services could not figure out how to reinstate my service and could not help me settle my billing issues. Apparently, it’s a different company that is not included on my one bill and now I’m being charged from the credits given to me when I signed up w/ you

    @Bell_Support hey I was suppose to get call back between 9-10 am ET . Didn’t received any . I want to cancel my internet services from 22nd May and your customer representatives are just doing time pass. Is it this much difficult to cancel once services . 😐

    @Bell_Support This is not a personal issue with my account. This is a issue with Bell’s benefiting from COVID profiteering. If I provide my account details, can this be traced back to the management team responsible for this behaviour?

    @RogersHelps our cable is out. Being on @FidoSolutions home internet via Rogers Cable that is useless too. 1970's coaxial cable vs 2019 @Bell fiber lines. Might be time to switch. Roger customer retention was not helpful either. Go to ignite they said... On coaxial makes 0 sense!

    @Bell how is it possible that your internet service offers a smart home promo where the smart home co. does not know how to include their invoice with my one bill and then suspend my service. Smart home also does not see the credits offered from the promo #sortthisout

    @REWoman @jjotwitt Our @Bell internet has been horrible last few months. Internet cuts out for 5 min to 1 hr sometimes multiple times in 1 day. And right in middle of Jays game! Multiple calls, new modems, tech visits. Still not fixed. Would not recommend switching. We pay huge for lousy service.
