    @Bell_Support I called 7 different times, all that to be transfer over and over to different departements that nobody can help me. You need to get your customer service up a noch, this is not acceptable.

    @JohnHaleCrimLaw @Bell_Support Oh John.... I hear you & I'm in Ireland!! 🙈 It's not much different here or anywhere it would appear !! I had All kinds of issues with Bell when I lived in Canada! So I totally emphasize with you & your obvious frustration. I promise I am Not a Robot. 🥰

    It’s been more than 3 full days since my internet went down and I still haven’t hear from a @Bell_Support technician. At one point they told me “too bad you don’t have a cellphone with us, we would have given you 50GB of data for your troubles”… 😳 @RogersHelps, your move.

    @Bell In the last 3 weeks our internet has been down 5 times. In the last 2 days techs have come to fix it and it’s been down again within hours. Each time we are told we have to wait another day to fix your issue. The customer service has been HORRIBLE.

    Hey @Virgin @Bell . I have had over 20 service calls to my home in 4 years, 4 of which were since Christmas, one was 6 hrs ago. My internet is out AGAIN. Your techs know the issue, their boss knows the issue, yet it hasn't been solved. What am I paying for? Replace the terminal.

    @Bell_Support several times a week my @Bell Fibe Internet connection drops or slows down drastically around 8-10pm ET for 5+ minutes, sometimes longer. It's happened every Sunday at 9:30pm like clockwork. I've replaced my Gigahub modem and it's still happening. Local infra issue?

    After almost 4 days with no internet and no contact from any technicians, I cancelled my @Bell_Support service today. Guess who called immediately after that? I am still in disbelief about such poor customer support. Now let's hope the 'other guys' behave for the next 24 months.

    @Bell The worst internet I’ve ever had in my life was the 1 month I had Bell. Had the router replaced twice and it was still not working or just barely. Paid for 1GB speed and at most was getting 12MB when it did work. Was awful. Just garbage.

    @Bell_Support Tech on phone said 50% of TV satellite customers are having issues but we aren't finding any information about it online, or seeing any other people mention issues. And she had no info on when it will be fixed. Been a week now. Anyone else having satellite issues??
