Hey @bell, called you guys 2 weeks ago to notify that mobile net. antenna serving my house has issues. Ticket was issued & tech team confirmed the problem. Yet after checking this week and filing another ticket, your team hasn't followed up. And this is a business account. #fail

@Bell_Support southend Barrie here, line cut since 10:30 this morning, no internet, tv or home phone, but no expected service restoration until end of day Saturday, or Sunday?? Tell your crews to get to work. If a line was cut, replace it... Why are the trucks not on site??

@omg_tyson @Bell_Support Yes, In Tiny outside of Penetang/Midland. This a repeat of our 7 days of no setvice over Christmas. Too bad Rogers does not service my area. We had almost no problems for years with Rogers in Midland.

@Bell_Support I contacted Bell and they said we’ll have no internet until Monday morning! Isn’t that excessive for the service we pay? That’s 3 days with no internet & no tv and I’m guessing that we will be charged the same amount on our next bill?!
