@Bell_Support have been without internet for last 5 days, with multiple failures at all levels of customer service. Not one rep has been able to help us, and a technician who came in and tried to resolve it never created a proper ticket to ensure follow-up issues were handled

@Bell_Support will now lose a day of vacation/pay because neither me nor my partner are able to work from home (or go anywhere else for that matter given lockdown). Incredibly frustrated that a customer-focused resolution has not been prioritized for such an issue, incredibly sad

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Sasktel is the best company in Canada. It’s just too bad they are only in SK. 5 years with them and not a single issue. Price was always good

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell My daughter, a single mom of 4 without support has a bill of $300 She decided to cancel because she couldn’t afford it. Bell says she can only cancel if her bill was paid. Now another month gone, another $200+ added. We will have to help her out for this ridiculous hostage taking

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Changed my @Bell service last week. Not paying that kind of money to pad the pockets of execs!

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I haven't been a Bell Canada customer (for phone/tv/internet) in ~ 10 years. Can't say I've missed the negotiating required to obtain fair rates. They refused to refund me a portion of a final bill when I cancelled, even when confirmed by a Bell tech - thus I never returned.

@RedTail3dHawk @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell That information is never clearly stated, when they give you the 12-24 month reduced price sales pitch. Those cancellation fees seem ridiculous and you should be taking that to CBC Marketplace to publicize your issue.
