@Bell_Support I spent hours on the phone, to no avail. I specifically asked for my number to be held, it was changed to Pay as you go. When I checked it was cancelled. I had this number for over 10 years. Your service is awful and you treat long term customers terribly.

  • Olivier_Bash Olivier Bashonga (@Olivier_Bash) reported

Said phone call gets escalated because they didn’t know how to resolve my issues. I get transferred to the “most knowledgeable” @Bell_Support technician. Them: so would you like to disconnect your service? Me: ARE YOU SERIOUS? Them: we can adjust your bill next month... /8

@Bell_Support You cancelled my number without any warning, any notice despite being told by your support that it would be held as Pay as you Go. Its a number Ive had for over 15 years. Infuriating.

  • dboyde9 Darren Boyde (@dboyde9) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support I just want to help people understand that they need to consider their protection when selecting a cellular provider. Because some companies won’t protect you...

  • KnightWing19 Mr. Bat-man 🇨🇦 (@KnightWing19) reported

@Bell @CTVSciFi Good thing it's not really an issue.

  • BarrhavenSpence Spencer Warren (@BarrhavenSpence) reported

I was going to rant about the horrible experience @Bell has provided us since switching to them, but what’s the point. @rogers looking like rockstars now - please take us back Rogers!!

  • Walidkoubaa Walid Koubaa (@Walidkoubaa) reported

@Bell_Support the notification was present as a note in December bill for me, so no issues here. I’m just asking if the price increase was applied to all bandwidths and all customers?
