@Bell I live in Summerside Edmonton and I can’t answer my cell in my own house because the service here is so bad, but my partner’s @Rogers phone works just fine. Want to tell me how I can live in Alberta’s capital and now have cell coverage?

So @Bell store employee just told me they don't sell cell phones. Called Bell help and they told me to go to store and buy phone. When told they don't sell cells she said go to another store. I know employees are hard to find but try harder.

@Bell_Support so now I’m getting a pvr and a receiver sent to me because no one seems to be able to fix the issues. I’m stuck at home for several days waiting for purolator to deliver, no way of getting to depot. In home techs again would be nice. Worst service ever.

@Bell_Support i was told i’d be messaged by you guys as soon as you got an update from the complaints team. trying to avoid calling because past experiences with your customer service team on the phone have been frustrating, arduous, and unpleasant.

@Bell_Support TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. They need to treat customers like human beings not like they are trying to steal their lunch money. Shame on you @Bell for allowing this behaviour…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@terrytoad1 @Bell Issue with some employees is that they simply have days where they don't want to work. Happens everywhere, & all companies need to do a better job when hiring front facing employees. Their bad day shouldn't be your bad day. My last visit to Best Buy was horrendous, not just Bell.

@Rogers I'm sorry I'm just done. Yet another hours long outage (Bradford/Newmarket area).. You're literally forcing me to go to @Bell..... Shockingly bad service from you over the past couple years. And nothing to make up for it.
