I was told by the store staff that I can only contact @Bell through phone numbers to arrange my cancellation services.

Kimberly (@broddy83) reported@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well itโs working now so whatโs the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

Tish (@TVWShepherd) reported@Bell_Support We have had terrible service in Muskoka for the past year. Sometimes I cannot even send a text it times out. It is not uncommon for a call to drop 2-3 times โฆ..so frustrating and we pay high rates! Terrible reception
