@mark_richer @Bell It’s horrendous. I can honestly say worst company I’ve ever dealt with ever. If I can help one person to not go through what I did I’ll be happy. It was hell

  • reeder477 Chris Reed (@reeder477) reported

@Rogers hoping you can help. Do you have a contact person/number for @TELUS or @Bell sign up. This is ridiculous service for what we pay. Still getting spotty service. #brutalservice

  • DussaultJason Jason Dussault (@DussaultJason) reported

@Bell How about some Fiber service in my neighborhood, we all want it but are forced to use Rogers.

  • marmelilli Marianna Debrincat (@marmelilli) reported

2.5 hours on hold to find out that services in our area “seems to be restored” w @Rogers yet we have “lost connection” and they can’t get a tech out for another TWO DAYS… that’s going to be FIVE DAYS of service interruption. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! @Bell, you’re up!!

  • j2simpso James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

An open question for Canadian telcos over the Rogers network outage earlier this week. Why did you deny Canadians the ability to dial 911? Shame on you @Bell_Support @TELUS @FreedomMobile for failing to provide such a critical service to Rogers customers in need!

  • Adamfromoshawa Adam Oshawa (@Adamfromoshawa) reported

@RogersHelps @dkj_david Restored Service means the same level of service we had before the outage. My internet has been glitching ever since it came back on line. Trouble loading webpages etc. you have downgraded us to crap. I think it’s time to call @Bell

  • tanyazundel Tanya zundel (@tanyazundel) reported

Is everyone else still have terrible @Rogers service? I am still continuing to use my data with @Bell as my Rogers wifi refuses to work.

  • Milnoc François Caron (@Milnoc) reported

@jfmezei @privacylawyer Unless @Bell implements an emergency switch that skips the verification process and authorises the connection. BTW, where is the phone number stored?

  • NazareanCreed Pureblooded & Organic (@NazareanCreed) reported

@RoomanaKhan @Rogers @Bell Koodo! No problems, Telus owns them, I also use them for home internet, so no problem there too.

  • gfmete Hyperion (@gfmete) reported

Canada is the only country that pays high cost for cable..Internet...Cellular @Rogers @Bell and nobody thinks this is a problem lol #rogersoutage #rogersdown
