@GSwassi @Bell Bell has never been nice to anyone, with how much they charge. Rogers is a lot cheaper, I pay $96 a month and have 20mbps upload speed.

@Bell_Support just as suspected after spending 45+ minutes on phone with incompetent “tech support” overseas who guaranteed me the issue was resolved, less than 15 minutes later my Internet is STILL dropping out frequently!! Tell me @Bell_Support is this what my $ pays for??

@Bell outsourcing so much of your customer service and leaving only retention as in house will be on of your downfalls. You charge so much but where does the money even go? Not to Canadian employees and not to anyone who understands empathy, what a postal code is..

Furious with @Bell customer service! You should probably not give your customers false hope by telling them that you can change appointment times to whatever time they want and then tell them you can't! Also how do your managers not have access to override your booking system.

@Bell it would be really cool if I could find a phone number to be able to call and order business internet. However every number I seem to find wants me to enter a phone number and then tells me I don't have any service with you. What number do I call?
