@fordnation i need help. @Bell seems to be taking ADVANTAGE of Canadians. my mother lives alone while i'm in college, and they have shut off her internet, cable AND CELL PHONE. they claim that she owes but she doesn't. she relies on the wifi to monitor her pacemaker.

@Bell Told that I would get a call by Jan 25 with review of the taped conversation. Still waiting, then told they do not do that.. Then had my service cut off while the investigation was on-going. Then told that someone would call this morning... never happened.

  • lexiellazic lex✨ (@lexiellazic) reported

@michaelnewman_ @Bell @TELUS is just as bad. i do not recommend.

  • WindFrequent Belle Driftwood (@WindFrequent) reported

@bell is a joke! Cannot offer anything faster than 50mbps internet. Switching providers as they have no solution.

  • amostwit Amos (@amostwit) reported

@FibreStream I live a block from some of the condos you service. What would it take to get a dedicated fibre run from my house to your infrastructure? So sick of waiting for @CRTCeng to straighten out @Bell and willing to pay a crap-ton to bypass them.
