@BerniceCBC Quite surprised today when looking for new contract & phone upgrade to find out that current @bellaliant pkg is not so bad but if I want to upgrade phone and keep same benefits we are talking big increase meaning I may have to go to Koodoo, Virgin etc. @Bell_Support @BellMobility

@JerryPDias @Bell Bell is a bad corporate buiseniss citizen like most of large corporations in Canada. Canada had to impose social responsibility in large corporations and not carbon taxes.
.@Bell came to my house, ripped out my copper internet wire and left without fixing it. Been without internet since Tuesday and they refuse to fix it. Missed the NBA playoffs and some Game releases cause of these guys

Told me I got billed on both their old and new system and it happened because I asked to be put on their new system....only problem with that excuse is I had never heard they were changing systems needless to say I called BS on that
@Bell_Support I called re: question about my bill. was rudely told that I should be thankful for the discount that u offer me. A discount 4 a service that at best barely useable. Francis needs 2 learn some ppl skills&shouldn’t refuse any customer the option to spk to a supervisor

@bell @Bell_Support May boast of super fast internet speeds. But your service is pathetic. I’ve got to call in every month to complain about disconnections. A couple of days into the billing cycle and the internet stops working. The technician comes in the next day and clueless!
