    @Bell Lastly, Why do the packages keep going up,but the customer isn't getting anything in return. Let's say the customer was getting 100 up/down service, their bill goes up but nothing has changed, now if their speed went up to 150/150 that would make sense, but it doesn't ???

    @Bell you never fail to disappoint- called on Wednesday to get my vm taken off - they turned off both business lines - says they won’t be on until June 7 - definition of insanity

    @Bell we have logged approx 10 hours on the phone with you this week; have email confirmation of a ticket number for service which is not recorded anywhere at Bell & having wifi disconnected twice with no one knowing why. Do u provide credit or compensation for my time on this?

    @Bell_Support Part 16. Acct holder on phone 4 80 min. Got to resolution etc. Then call got disconnected while on phone. No one has called back. They have r details. It’s been 4 hrs. U would think a telephone company wld know how to call us back. We can’t call that number back. Very upsetting.

    @Bell I request you to at least help me port my sim to another network. As your CSAs and Supervisors aren't able to help me with my problem and not even bothering to call me back when the call gets disconnected.

    This is a horrible way to treat your customer of 32+ years. We have 9 phone lines, 4 cell phone and 3 internet connections. @bell @Bell_Support step up. Do your job so we can do ours.
