BigSmack66 (@BigSmack66) reported100% not shocked at the poorest customer service I'm receiving from @bell right now. Had to give a $200 deposit to get a home line for work. No longer need it and they are refusing to give it back. I never missed a bill payment once. So Shady but not shocking.
