@Pmagster @Bell @Bell_Support Going on 4 hours receiver has been down, probably longer since wasn't home. Given amount paid every month, this is unacceptable. Can't get through to anyone in customer service. Need to hire another few thousand in Manila. Any chance of a rebate on our bill? Somehow I doubt it

@Bell_Support Currently, there's an outage with our TV service. Please do not reboot your TV receiver(s). Our technicians are currently working with the issue. The service will be restored around 10pm today.

@Bell_Support What do you expect from Bell Canada customer support team that’s outsourced to the Philippines and they don’t even have Bell services. I picture 10 people sitting in a room trying to answer calls. I guess that’s why we pay a lot for our services.
