    @Bell_Support Well so much for that. Did not work at all. Getting so tired of paying nearly $300/mo for stuff that doesn't work: Your remotes break all the time. Your PVR boxes peter out and I lost all my recordings. And now your "new and improved" app is frustrating. Time to call Rogers?

    @Bell_Support Not only did this not work, but it made things even worse Seriously? How do you guys manage to do that? So sick and tired of paying close to $300/mo for stuff that doesn't work. Your converters break, the DVR boxes peter out, and now the app is screwy. Time to move to Rogers?

    Alright I got a bone to pick with @Bell. I see u got these promotions on ur website, but when I try and change my plan from my portal, it only shows me shit plans that are a) either more expensive or b) way worse than what I have recently ght now in terms of value #fuckbell

    @Bell_Support Any updateas went to Barrhaven (Ottawa) we'll get Bell Fibe internet and TV back. No service since yesterday night.

    How many calls and attempts at improvement does it take to have five that does freeze and actually has sound @Bell_Support over billing, unauthorized changes to service, and slow internet #problems since June. I always talk to very polite people NONE of whom have gotten it right

    @Bell_Support thank you for making it so easy to leave after being a customer for 8-10 years. 3 loyalty reps all told me my best option was to cancel and there was nothing they could do because I had a corporate plan that you matched 2 years ago and they couldn't do anything now.
