@Bell_Support For crying out loud, stop with the bot replies to everybody, and just acknowledge what technicians on the phone were telling people; that there was a city-wide outage for about 2 hours last night.

@Bell_Support 2 techs at my home the last 2 days, both were great. Sadly the booking teams supporting them were rude and useless. A third tech (the one with the right capabilities) can only arrive on Monday. No issues with Rogers in 6 years, tons in 1 month of Bell Fibe. Awful.

@Bell_Support What's wrong with the @Bell MyBell site this past week? It keeps sending me back to the login or main pages. Also, last week's bill payment attempts (2) that supposedly failed each time apparently resulted in my CC being charged twice with no confirmation emails!!!

Hey @bell let’s talk! Your mobile customer service department botched up our order two weeks ago & gives me the option to ‘expect’ a call on Monday or I can feel free to choose an alternate carrier. Wow. Sorry to see that your customers are seen as an inconvenience. #fail
