    I have never felt so much like a criminal in my life. All I am trying to do is purchase an additional product and service form a company (@bell ) I have a 30+ year relationship. 5 hours later I have just been asked for photoid for the 3rd time! Fido is across the hall!

    On Aug. 11, @bell sold me a service without my consent (Illegal), promised me to have a senior retention officer to call me in the next 24/48h, no call received, refused to give me the recording of the call (Illegal). On the phone atm, they still refuse to compensate. #Shameful

    .@Bell While I’m on a roll, I’m escalating my own complaint to Senior executives George Cope, Rizwan Jamal, John Watson and I suspect @CRTCHearings Monday!! You’ve had me as a loyal customer for OVER 20 YEARS and risk that for what??

    .@Bell 2/2 Your colleague an hour ago waived my act/install fee of $59 and said “Your service is coming” only to get a call again “no service in your area” My damn neighbour has the service you guaranteed me and they live 100 meters away. How do you explain that @Bell_Support

    .@Bell 1/2 Can you please explain how you give a 20yr customer: • order number • account number • confirmation email with a video Engage in 20 phone calls in a week. Then tell that client you’re not getting the service we guaranteed!? @Bell_Support

    Been fighting with @Bell for 2 months to get the things they offered me....and even when they “fix” the billing issues, they dont....
