RaeofSunshine☀️ (@Rae8465) reported@Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF

Jimmy-Pye-Guy (@pye_jimmy) reported@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Yup, exact same for me. Was with Rogers for years up there and never had a problem. Switched to Bell a year ago and I get no signal up there. Tried to watch the Canada soccer game a few weeks ago and just got the spinning wheel the entire game. Can't wait until my 2 years is up.

Rosemary K 🇨🇦 (@knarr_rosemary) reported@theresemacdona6 @Bell I had great luck with TSN. Never had to contact @Bell through a DM. And calling and demanding that it be escalated to a supervisor has worked for me in the past. Try that

L (@missesja33) reported@Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how you’re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.
