    @Bell "Loyalty Dept" called me today, 10 days after I told them I was cancelling all my services, & 4 days after my new provider finished installation. Why didn't they seem to care when I told them I was cancelling? Why would I uninstall the new stuff & go back to them? #Fail

    @Bell_Support For anyone else seeing this thread: No, Bell did not solve my issue while it's extremely easy to do. They just refuse to help.

    Unreal! Such terrible customer service with @Bell I have been promised twice to get a call back from a supervisor and nothing! You take and steal people’s money and yet you cannot call back to resolve an issue. How many times am I suppose to call back? Terrible!

    @Bell hey bell is there anyway i can get a deal on one of your fibe plans and hears why im asking so in the middle of summer a squrirrl bitt off or chewed off most of the internet lines or power lines to my building so we had no internet for a month and they said they would not fix it

    @Bell_Support I've already DM'd Bell prior, and was told you couldn't help me because I initiated the order online (????). What I'm asking for now as an update on online orders being shipped out. Are you guys fulfilling orders and witnessing delays or what??

    My life went down while Bell was doing #BellLetsTalk they were abusing me & it never stopped in 10 yrs it just changed forms. Managers of their in house Disability to Head of HR it never stopped chipping away at the progress I worked hard to make #Leadership @Bell is responsible
