    Just tried to get service for the thousandth time for my crappy wifi via one of your chat sessions and was transferred to “Level2 support” where no agent was available and I was instructed to wait. Then suddenly the chat shut down. @Bell_Support

    @JesseF100 @CraveCanada @netflix Unlike @netflix tho, @CraveCanada / @Bell requires that cross-tracking be turned ON to access your Crave account. What an invasion of #privacy on Crave's part! I'm a paying customer and cannot access my own account unless I turn tracking on! Ridiculous.

    @Bell_Support @BellMediaPR Bell Canada has the most inconsistent support ever. Every single time I talk to them I am told something different. @RogersHelps if you will cover my cancellation penalty (1 more year....counting the days) you can have me back.

    @Bell_Support after a temp service suspension my internet is no longer working. Last night was told my modem would be here be noon, now I'm being told I'll be without internet for three days. No offer to help faster or credit my account.
